If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
C
B
See
if
I
can
text
ruth
here.
A
A
B
B
B
So,
who
all
do
we
have
on
right
now?
As
far
as
we've
got
three
planning
commission
members,
we've
got
the
developer,
we've
got
the
architect,
and
we've
got
a
few
more
on.
I
think.
D
With
ryan
holmes,
the
builder,
so
we
have
it's
not,
we
have
the
engineer
the
civil
engineer
as
well
as
ryan
holmes,
two
representatives
from
ryan
holmes.
A
B
C
A
C
B
Okay
and
we've
also
got
mr
fowler
and
justin
markey
mr
friedman,
who's
developer,
travis
crane,
who
is
the
architect
engineer,
and
then
we've
got
nate
and
who.
B
Okay,
so
they
didn't
stand
or
okay,
okay,
as
far
as
old
business,
we
didn't
have
any
old
business
since
the
last
meeting
to
address
new
business.
We
have
this
application.
Spr
10
dash
2020,
which
is
originally
started
off
as
a
site
plan
preliminary
site
plan
and
has
now
come
back
to
us
as
a
final
site
plan.
Slash
preliminary
plant
in
the
preliminary
site
plan
planning
commission
had
five
comments,
you've
seen
to
address
those
in
some
manner,
either
on
the
drawings
or
in
correspondence.
B
We
have
a
couple
of
questions
and
comments
to
that
that
have
come
up
in
reviewing
the
drawings
and
everything,
but
I
guess
based
on
where
we
were,
let's
say
on
what
was
it
july
28
to
where
we
are
now,
mr
freeman,
you
have
any
other
further
comments
or
clarifications
to
what
you've
submitted.
D
I
thought
if
I
could
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
if
I
could
just
take
a
moment
to
highlight
a
couple
of
the
points
that
are
incorporated
in
the
final
plan
that
we
discussed
at
the
last
meeting
and
since
that
meeting
worked
with
the
engineer
to
incorporate
into
the
plan
and
I'd
just
like
to
highlight
a
couple
of
those.
D
If
I
could,
there
was
number
one
there
was
a
request
made
to
add
sidewalks
on
shellheart,
so
we
have
on
the
plan
added
sidewalks
from
the
northern
portion
of
shell
heart
down
to
greenwich,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out.
Okay,
we've,
also
added
trees
for
buffering
and
along
the
perimeter
of
the
property
and
perimeter
would
be
12
sports
ride,
shell
heart
and
greenwich,
and
so
some
of
the
comments
from
the
commission,
as
well
as
the
neighbors
asked
for
more
buffering
to
occur.
D
That's
a
great
question:
despite
what
many
people
think
about
us
developers,
I
want
to
keep
every
tree
and
in
fact
I
was
on
the
on
a
call
with
my
a
consultant
who
handles
our
wetlands
and
trees
and
and
and
stan
and
travis,
and
I
have
had
many
conversations
we're
keeping
every
good
tree.
We
can
keep
if
it's
dead,
it's
going
to
come
down,
but
to
the
extent
we
can
keep
it
just
wanted.
D
D
One
more
thing
to
just
point
out,
mr
chairman,
along
that
note,
because
of
the
natural
trees
and
ponds
and
other
characteristics
of
the
site.
I'll
point
out,
the
zoning
actually
permits
several
hundred
units
more
than
what
we
are
proposing
and
so
we've
taken
into
account
the
beauty
of
the
property,
the
natural
elements
of
the
property.
B
B
D
Right
we're
finalizing
plans
right
now.
We're
focused
on
getting
the
subdivision
started,
and
but
we
should
be
in
shortly,
if
not
before
the
new
end
of
the
year
first
of
the
year.
B
D
We
have
that
would
be
the
representatives
from
ryan
holmes.
We're
very
excited
very
excited
to
announce
that
ryan
holmes
will
be
our
preferred
and
only
builder,
for
the
single
family
homes.
D
Their
name
is
a
familiar
name
in
northeast
ohio,
a
national
home
builder.
With
tremendous
experience
in
this
marketplace,
I
have
been
working
with
them
for
almost
20
years.
My
very
first
real
estate
development
deal
was
orion
homes,
development
in
northeast
ohio.
I
have
other
developments
currently
underway
with
them.
D
D
The
success
of
a
development
is
a
completed
development
and
our
goal,
both
from
a
developer's
standpoint
and
a
builder's
standpoint,
is
to
provide
a
product
type
that
is
one
fits
in
the
community
and
two
is
affordable
for
the
community
because
we
could
say
we're
going
to
put
in
500
to
a
million
dollar
homes,
500
000
to
a
million
dollar
homes.
D
So
the
combination
of
their
marketing
team,
their
local
team,
which
includes
stan
and
nate,
who
is
here
to
answer
any
questions
if,
if
you'd
like
I
know,
stan,
has
a
soft
spot
for
the
property
because
he
grew
up
in
the
area.
I
can
let
him
talk
to
that.
So
when
I
called
him
and
said
you're,
my
first
and
hopefully
my
last
call
I'd
like
you
to
do
this
deal
with
me.
It
didn't
take
long
for
him
to
say
I
we
love
it.
So
we're
very
happy
to
announce
ryan
holmes.
B
F
Yeah
hi,
my
name's
stan
cattanic
and
you're
right
chairman,
we're
so
excited
to
be
a
part
of
this
this
project
and
just
to
reiterate
what
jason
mentioned
when
when
we
started
talking,
I
was
extremely
happy
to
to
field
this
call
and
to
discuss
this
project.
Please
don't
do
the
math,
but
I
did
graduate
from
norton
in
in
95
so
happy
to
be
back
and
provide
this.
But
to
your
point
we
do
have
an
approximately
50
market
share
in
northeast
ohio
for
all
new
homes.
F
So
the
way
you
can
look
at
it
for
every
10
homes
that
are
built,
five
are
ryan
homes
and
we're
we're
super
excited
to
be
a
part
of
this
community
again.
B
A
B
A
B
B
Okay,
I
think
everybody
you
know
like
when
we
look
at
this
works
out
better
addressing
a
preliminary
plan,
as
opposed
to
opposed
to
as
opposed
to
a
site
plan.
But
the
preliminary
plan
asked
for
comments
from
you
know.
We
got
comments
from
indirectly
through
norton
city
schools
that
they
didn't
have
any
hang
up
with
increased
student
enrollment,
summon
county
soil.
Water
was
okay
with
it,
there'll
be
some
more
permitting
of
things
required
there,
but
that'll
be
down
the
road
fire
department.
Didn't
have
a
problem.
B
Police
department
didn't
have
a
problem.
City
solicitor
did
not
have
any
problems
and
planning
department
we'll
probably
have
to
sort
down
through
this
one,
but
the
two
deviations
on
the
cul-de-sacs
we're
not
sure
if
that's
actually
a
bza
issue
or
if
that's
just
something
that
needs
to
be
approved
by
the
the
staff
in
the
city.
E
F
E
B
H
Sorry
I
mute
myself.
I
I
haven't
seen
comments
on
our
latest
submittal
from
the
city
engineer,
but
we've
been
in
contact
with,
I
mean
with
the
city
engineer
several
times
and
other
city
administrators,
so
yeah
I
I
guess
we
can
take
those
comments
and
move
on
to
the
next.
The
next
step.
B
Yeah,
I
mean
that's,
I
think
when
I
look
at
it,
I
think
the
code
requires
24,
but
he's
asking
for
something
a
little
bit
wider
than
that,
but.
H
B
Actually
says
the
proposed
pavement
width
of
24
feet
shall
be
widened
to
26
feet,
consisting
of
and
it
has
2-11
feet
asphalt
and
asphalt
lanes
with
a
type
two
curb
and
gutter
which
he
says
is
two
feet:
gutter
pan
with
a
six
inch
curb,
and
I'm
not
sure.
I
understand
that.
Well
enough.
C
B
B
A
B
Okay,
that
was
the
only
two
comments
that
they
had
the
only
other.
I
guess
it
was
a
question
that
I
had
you
see
here.
B
And
then
I
guess
the
only
thing
we
have
this
session
came
from.
Somebody
else
is
that
there
is
a
newer
edition
of
the
ite.
Let's
get
this
right,
I
was
writing
down
some
notes
on
this.
On
my
own
screen,
the
ite
trip
generation
edition
is
actually
there's
a
edition.
10
with
a
2020
supplement,
and
the
one
question
came
up
is:
is
there
a
any
difference
in
results?
If
you
use
the
latest
editions
of
the
ite
report,.
H
I'm
I'm
not
aware
of
that.
First
of
all,
we
could
do
the
research.
I
could
answer
your
question
at
a
later
date,
but
my
guess
my
intuition
would
tell
me
that
I
doubt
it
you
know.
I
doubt
that
something
revolutionary
has
happened
to
cause.
You
know
a
single-family
home
to
generate
more
or
less
traffic
than
it
has
historically,
in
the
same
the
same
with
the
multi-family
product.
Those
are
pretty
consistent
over
time,
so.
B
Right
yep,
so
yeah
I
mean
if
you
really
look
at
the
number
of
trips
generated,
it's
not
very
much
at
all
correct,
so,
okay!
Well,
that
was
my
only
comments.
I
guess
anybody
else
on
the
planning
commission
like
to
step
up
and
discuss
this
further.
G
D
Sure
what
I
was
saying
is
we
have
indicated
on
the
plan
up
to
398,
I
believe,
put
my
glasses
on.
D
D
If
it
was
zoned
two
units
per
acre,
would
it
be
attractive?
I
don't
know
I
have
all
of
our
evaluation
is
done
with
extensive
analysis,
and
so
we
look
at
market
demand,
product
types,
pricing,
and
so
I
I
couldn't
tell
you
what
I
can
tell
you
is
the
fact
that
it
is
zoned
the
way
it
is
permitting
us
to
develop
308
homes
and
up
to
382
multi-family
units.
B
Hey,
thank
you
ruth
or,
I
think,
we're
still
on
yep.
B
Do
you
have
any
comments?
No,
not
at
all,
okay.
I
guess
I
started
to
kind
of
draft
a
few
things
and
I
guess
one
of
them
is
like
the
trip
generation.
B
I
was
kind
of
thinking
in
my
mind
that
we
would
go
and
just
let's
say
I
would
propose-
and
I'm
not
making
a
motion
yet,
but
I
would
propose
that
we
approve
this
application
subject
to
essentially
resolution
of
any
effect
that
the
10th
edition
with
a
20
20
supplement,
has
on
the
trip
generation
report
number
one
and
then
number
two,
that
the
city
engineer
request
that
the
street
be
widened
and
I'll.
B
Actually,
I
just
duplicated
what
his
words
were,
but
I
didn't
I
was
thinking
he
just
didn't
really
have
the
right
nomenclature
in
there
you
know.
Maybe
he
meant
two
foot
plus
11
foot
or
something
that
was
the
only
two
areas
that
I
had
the
other
issue.
There's
a
couple
other
issues
that
have
come
up.
You
know
we've
had
many
emails
and
everything
from
other
people,
and
I
have
talked
to
justin
and
robert
briefly
about
this.
But
I
didn't
know
where
we
were
going.
A
lot
of
people
on
golf
course.
B
Drive
are
concerned
about
you,
know
their
road
and
where
that
stands,
and
I
view
that
as
not
really
part
of
this
plan,
because
that's
part
of
a
deed
agreement.
But
I
didn't
know
where
either
the
city
or
the
developer
was
going
with
the
road
and
mr
fowler.
C
C
Should
planning
commission
give
it.
A
positive
recommendation
includes
the
city
taking
an
easement
over
golf
course
drive.
The
developer
would
put
two
inches
of
asphalt
down
and
the
city
would
maintain
it.
Our
asphalt,
right-of-way
easement,
going
forward.
B
C
Yeah,
I
know
I'm
hitting
you
we'll
work
with
the
developer
and
the
engineer
to
try
to
make
sure
that
we
accommodate
those
requests
where
possible.
B
Okay,
okay-
and
I
think
that
was
it
I
think,
john's
on
or
yeah
john's.
A
B
I
Now
I
don't
have
any
other
questions
about
the
only
concern,
and
maybe
you
guys
addressed
that
I
heard
you
on
the
tail
end
of
addressing
the
issue
of
golf
course
drive.
My
only
concern
was.
It
appears
that
we
have
some
landlocked
partials
on
the
very
far
north
end
of
golf
course
drive,
but
I
don't
know
at
a
quick
look
if
those
partials
will
actually
belong
to
the
golf
course
or
those
belong
to
private
residents.
Yeah.
B
They're
they're
private
residents
and
those
have
always
been
landlocked,
so
I
I
told
the
I'm
friends
with
one
of
the
guys
that
owns
that,
and
I
told
him
why.
Why
didn't
you
ever
sell
it
and
he
said
well.
I
have
to
keep
that
in
mind.
That
was
his
comment.
You
know
he
says
that
he
knew
it
was
landlocked
and
joe
lets.
Him
drive
his
car
up
along
the
side
of
the
family
when
he
wants
to
go
up
and
visit
his
property.
I
think
him
and
his
sister
both
own
a
piece
yeah.
B
D
For
what
it's
worth,
I
mean
this
is
a
little
piece
of
the
puzzle,
but
very
important
to
the
people
that
live
there
and
we're
not
planning
to
leave
anyone
out
in
the
dust
here
or
out
in
the
cold
without
access
and
we're
gonna
make
that
right.
B
We've
pretty
much
gone
through
everything
else,
justin's
presented.
You
know
some
changes,
probably
the
most
significant
one
is
that
for
phase
two,
even
though
the
drawing
says
382
he's
talking
about
more
like
two
to
250
homes,
I'm
thinking
those
are
probably
multi-family
type
things.
D
Yes,
it's
it,
it's
planned
to
be
a
multi-family
use,
correct,
but
less
less
yeah.
B
Okay,
so
I'm
not
supposed
to
be
making
motions,
so
I
gotta
figure
out
how
we
do
this
exactly.
But
I
guess
I
have.
B
I
have
two
items.
One
is
just
the
one
about
re-evaluating
the
chip
trip
generation
study
to
look
at
any
effects
on
using
newer
additions
and
supplements,
and
my
other
one
is
the
cd
engineers
comment
about
making
the
street
a
little
bit
wider
to
26..
E
Yeah
and
ralph,
I
think
I
think
it's
fine
to
include
something
like
that.
I
think
the
engineers
probably
do
need
to
talk
and
clarify,
since
it's
not
clear
from
what
josh
has
provided
yeah
just
maybe
provide
that
the
engineers
our
city
engineer
and
then
the
consulting
engineer,
need
to
discuss
that
and
clarify
the
road
with
when
they
come
back
for
the
final
flight.
B
I
My
apologies
for
jumping
in
late
justin.
We
already
passed
this
once.
Do
we
just
need
to
amend
our
current
motion
on
this,
or
do
we
need
to
come
up
with
a
whole
new
motion
on
this.
E
Yeah,
so
the
pro
the
procedure
we're
at
the
steps
in
the
procedure
is
there's
both
because
of
the
zoning
code,
there's
a
site
plan
and
plat
separate
site
plan
and
plot
requirements.
The
initial.
F
E
That
was
passed
was
a
preliminary
site
plan.
This
is
a
final
site
plan
and
preliminary
plat.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
separate
motion.
You'll
be
seeing
mr
freeman
one
more
time,
assuming
we
move
forward
with
the
final
plot
and
that'll
be
another
step
in
the
process,
so
this
is
step
two
in
the
process,
so
be
a
separate,
a
new
motion,
as
mr
dowling
made,
with
the
conditions
that
he
stated.
I
Okay,
well,
I
am
going
to
not
make
a
motion
on
this
because
I
entered
this
conversation
way
too
late
in
the
meeting.
So
one
of
the
other
members
of
the
planning
commission
need
to
make
a
motion
on
this.
B
Okay
and
what
I'll
do
is
I
have
something
more
rewritten
up,
I'll
email
that
to
you
here
as
soon
as
I
get
done
with
the
meeting
with
the
exact
words,
I
will
tone
down
my
one
on
the
city
street
thing
just
to
summarize
it
that
needs
to
be
resolved.
B
Okay,
so
can
I
have
a
second
then.
B
A
Yes,
jim.
G
Yeah,
I
I
was
a
no
on
the
preliminary
and
I'm
a
no
on
this
one
as
well.
A
C
I
B
Yes,
okay,
so
it's
pass
for
approval
for
the
nut
or
four
to
one
per
the.
I
think
it's
section
12
3203
this
will
have
to
go
to
city
council
for
approval
and
what
I'll
try
to
do
is
catch
up
with
john
tomorrow
and
get
the
resolution
signed
and
attach
my
comments
to
it.
B
E
Mr
dowling,
just
just
to
clarify,
not
doesn't
matter
for
the
motion,
but
there's
both
the
site
plan
and
in
the
plaid
have
separate
requirements
that
they
have
to
go
to
council.
So
it's
all
going
to
go
to
councils.
One
motion
for
approval,
but
there's
different
time
limits
that
are
involved
with
council
review,
which
we'll
we'll
discuss
with
them,
but
just
to
clarify
that
both
of
those
aspects
of
the
motion
will
go
before
council.
B
Okay,
yeah,
I
think
there's
one
it's
a
combination
motion,
but
I
think
yeah.
I
guess
you're
right
yeah.
The
the
preliminary
plan
didn't
require
council
approval,
but
the
final
I
don't
say
plan
does
so:
okay,
okay,
it.
B
B
Okay,
yeah,
okay,
so
that
was
about
all
we
had
for
the
that
application.
I
guess
we
do
have
three
sets
of
meeting
minutes
that
need
reviewed
and
approved.
D
D
And-
and
we
appreciate
it,
we
know
this
is
another
step
in
a
long
journey
and
but
we
I
thank
you
very
much
for
your
time
today
and
look
forward
to
seeing
you
again
and
we'll
look
for
those
for
that
ordinance
or
the
recommendation
that
you'll
be
writing
up.
A
B
Well,
thanks
thanks
for
watching,
thank
you
having
ryan
holmes
involved
with
it
and
and
your
city
and
your
engineer,
so
we
appreciate
it
pleasure.
B
Okay,
so
I
think
the
only
thing
we
have
is:
we
have
three
sets
of
meeting
minutes.
There
was
the
414,
the
428
and
the
728.,
so
the
414
and
428
were
with
kda
and
with
pettit
carwash
and
I'm
not
sure
where
kda
ended
up,
but
I'm
just
reviewing
the
mediums.
I
think
I
had
one
minor
comment
that
shannon
corrected
and
then
the
728
one
was
the
results
of
our
last
hour
and
15
minute
meeting.
B
C
G
A
I
didn't
make
a
couple
of
the
changes
that
you
said
on
yours,
but
I
sent
it
back
to
you
jim,
so
that
one
was
good.
A
B
A
pretty
tough
one
to
go
through
there
with
I'm
pretty
impressed,
especially
on
the
728
one,
that
you
were
able
to
sort
down
through
this
and
make
sense
of
it
and
because
I
actually
went
back
and
listened
to
the
live
streaming
so
that
I
you
know,
I
knew
what
was
going
on
there
and
it
was.
You
know,
I'm
impressed
that
you
took
the
time
to
go
through
that.
So.
A
Well,
thank
god
for
the
recordings.
A
Because
I
think
was
everybody
at
each
one
of
them,
or
did
we?
We
were
only
excused
john
was
not
at
eight
the
april
28th,
one
so
other
than
that
everybody
everybody
was
that.
A
G
C
A
B
I
A
I
A
I
A
G
A
G
D
I
I
C
A
C
G
B
I
B
I
may
check
with
you
somewhere
your
three
and
I'll,
get
you
to
sign
the
approval
resolution
and
two
of
these
and
then
I'll
get
somebody
else
to
sign
the
the
one
set
of
meeting
minutes.
A
B
Listening
and
I
don't
think,
there's
any
other,
you
know
applications
coming
forward,
or
at
least
I
didn't
hear
of
any.
B
Yeah
all
I
have
is
a
cough,
so
I
got
off
very,
very
easy.
I
suspected
something
my
wife
was
really
sick.
B
B
She's
still
got,
you
know,
she's
tired
and
he's
got
a
cough
and
some
headaches
off
and
on
she's
been
sleeping
about
16
hours
a
day.
But
you
know,
theoretically,
the
the
health
department
says
that
it's
you
have
to
quarantine
for
10
days
and
tomorrow's
10
days.
So.
