If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
C
B
A
B
A
Okay,
did
everybody
get
a
copy
of
the?
There
was
a
thing
that
just
got
mailed
out
a
few
minutes
ago
from
shannon.
I
think
it
was
the
joint
conditional
use
agreement
between.
I
think
the
developer
and
city
of
barbington
norton
that
just
came
in
a
few
minutes
ago.
A
A
A
A
B
D
E
A
Okay,
so
I
don't
have
any
old
business
on
the
agenda
for
tonight
with
new
business.
We
have
two
applications
and
we
also
have
a
issue
with
a
resolution
of
appointing
a
member
of
the
planning
commission
to
the
city,
norton's
community,
reinvestment
area,
housing,
council
and
we'll
cover
that
one
last
so
so.
The
first
application
is
cup
conditional
use,
permit
number
one
data
2021
and
that's
for
property
located
at
745
norton
avenue,
which
is
the
old
midwest
rubber
facility,
and
that's
been
vacant
for
these
10
15
years
or
so.
A
There
is
a
company-
and
I
think
it's
this
says
it's
ds.
Ohio
limited
partnership,
but
it
seems
like
copart
is
the
company
that
is
going
to
go
in
there
and
they've
sent
us
a.
B
And
I'm
sorry
is,
I
want
to
see,
is
greg
in
here.
B
G
B
B
D
D
A
Okay,
okay,
so
our
first
application
is
this
conditional
use
permit
number
one
dated
2021
for
the
property
on
745
norton
avenue.
I
didn't
know.
If
somebody
specifically,
we
did
get
a
copy
of
the
powerpoint
presentation.
A
I
have
that
called
up
here
and
I
didn't
know
if
that
was
going
to
be
your
primary
source
of
reference
for
this
property
and
what
your
plan
was.
F
It
will
be
it'll
go
through
and
at
least
discuss
what
copart
does
from
an
operational
standpoint,
there's
also
a
a
drawing
of
the
building.
What
the
facility
will
look
like
and
which
will
include
some
of
the
landscaping
and
other
things
that
will
be
around
the
facility,
there's
also
a
site
line,
then
that
will
detail
where
the
building
is
set
back
from
the
street,
the
parking
traffic
flow
and
the
storage
area
where
the
vehicles
will
be
stored.
A
Okay,
yeah
and
I
I
did
go
online
to
look
at
just
because
I
see
you
have
one
in
the
northfield
and
one
in
the
northern
pittsburgh
area.
So
I
was
able
to
go
look
at
some
of
that
information
there
good.
A
So,
but
I
guessed
you
I
I
don't
know
if
you
need
to
go
through
every
page,
but
would
you
like
to
do
your
presentation?
Is
that
your
initial
step
here.
F
Yeah,
if
you
don't
mind,
maybe
we
could
put
up
the
presentation
paul
nelson
from
copart,
we'll
discuss
some
of
the
operational
aspects
of
the
facility
and
what
copart
does
and,
like
you
indicated
since
you
have
an
idea,
a
rough
idea
of
what
we
do.
We'll
kind
of
go
through
that
part
quickly,
but
at
least
gives
you
an
overview
of
what
copart
does
the
look
at
the
facilities
and
then
we'll
have
some
john
might
get
into
some
of
the
site.
H
You
go
yeah
I'll,
take
it
from
here.
Thank
you
greg.
Let
me
just
I'll
share
my
screen
here
quickly.
Well,
maybe
I
won't.
It
says.
D
A
Unavailable
so
I
think
shannon
do
you
need
to
give
some
access
to
that?
I
know
I
had
trouble
this
a
couple
nights
ago.
A
B
H
I'm
sorry
folks,
it
says
the
host
has
disabled
the
purchasing
target.
H
That's
fine!
I
can
just
I
can
just
start
by
giving
you
a
brief
summary
if
you
want
to
follow,
along
with
the
with
the
powerpoint
presentation
that
we
sent
and
yeah
I'm.
H
Like
I
can
get
in
so
okay,
there
we
go.
H
C
H
H
Let's,
let's
just
move
forward
here,
you
can
follow
along
with
the
powerpoint
presentation,
I'll,
try
to
keep
it
brief.
If
you
look
at
the
first
few
pages,
the
first
thing
we
have
is
a
statement
of
operations
and
those
two
pages
summarize
in
detail
exactly
what
copart
does.
Let
me
just
summarize
that
we
are
a
online
automobile
auction,
so
we
do
not
in
the
in
the
sense
that
you
might
think
of
an
auction,
have
a
traditional
auction
where
folks
come
bid
on
merchandise.
H
That
type
of
thing,
it's
all
done,
virtually
we've
done
that
since
2004.,
we
sell
millions
of
cars
globally
through
our
virtual
auction
platform
and
how
that
affects
the
town
is
the
fact
that
we're
not
gonna
have
a
big
influx
of
folks
coming
each
auction
day
bidding
on
cars
and
that
type
of
thing
this
is
all
done
virtually.
H
Are
insurance
companies?
In
fact
the
majority
are
licensed
dealers,
financial
institutions,
charities,
municipalities.
We
do
an
awful
lot
of
end-of-life
municipal
fleet
vehicles
that
we
auction,
so
those
vehicles
are
are
assigned
to
copart
by
our
sellers,
such
as
an
insurance
company
and
the
way
that
we
bring
them
to
our
facilities.
Is
we
have
an
independent
tow
company
that
will
go
out
pick
up
these
vehicles
from
the
pickup
location?
H
Typically,
a
collision
shop?
We
will
bring
those
vehicles
to
our
location.
You
identify
the
one
in
northfield
and
and
in
elwood
city
pittsburgh
north.
So
we
will
then
assign
those
vehicles
are
assigned
to
the
the
closest
yard,
so
we're
going
to
be
going
out
into
the
areas
of
acronym
canton
and
and
your
towns
bringing
in
these
vehicles
to
our
location.
H
These
these
trucks
are
operated
by
in
the
independent
tow
companies
and
right
now
we
we
estimate
at
least
initially
there
could
be
maybe
15
trucks,
each
truck
carrying
potentially
two
vehicles.
That
would
come
into
our
our
location
on
a
daily
basis.
H
H
The
next
page
talks
about
labeled
about
copart.
We.
H
We
are
a
global
company,
we
have
over
240
locations
worldwide.
We
continue
to
grow
those
grow
each
month.
We're
we're
right
now,
looking
at
a
million
vehicle
searches
every
day
every
day
we
have
buyers
going
on
looking
for
vehicles
and
right
now,
that's
a
million
per
day.
Our
global
reach
is
is
such
that
we
reach
750
000
members
in
more
than
170
countries.
H
H
We
service
a
lot
of
companies
that
you're
very
familiar
with
the
the
nation's
top
insurance
companies.
These
are,
and
many
of
them
are
ohio
based
companies.
Companies
like
nationwide
100
of
their
business,
is
assigned
to
co-parks
companies
like
motorist
insurance,
grange
state,
auto
all
columbus,
based
insurance
carriers
that
you're
familiar
with,
as
well
as
smaller
ohio
insurance
carriers
like
route
or
salina.
These
are
all
folks
who
have
put
their
trust
in
copart
and
assigned
their
total
loss
vehicles
to
us,
but
that's
not
the
end
of
it.
H
We
have
a
lot
of
automotive
automobile
dealerships
that
assign
these
are
vehicles
that
they
don't
want
to
put
out
on
their
front
line
trades
that
they
want
to
dispose
of.
They
will
auction
those
through
co-park
charities.
A
lot
of
the
charity
donation
vehicles,
you've
heard
the
ads
on
the
radio,
perhaps
donate
your
car,
those
cars.
H
Many
cases
end
up
at
co-part
for
as
an
auction
vehicle,
and
then
those
proceeds
are
remitted
to
the
charity.
Rental
companies,
every
rental
company
that
you
can
think
of.
We
do
business
with
enterprise,
hertz
avis,
they're,
all
top
line
rental
companies
that
do
business
business
with
us,
as
well
as
large
finance
financial
institutions,
the
the
big
banks,
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
the
repossession
volume
comes
through
comes
through
cohort
on
the
next
page.
It
shows
our
standard
hours
of
operation
we
are
8,
am
to
5
pm
monday
through
friday.
H
We
do
expand
that
as
needed.
We
have
peak
periods,
especially
during
the
winter
time,
so
we
might
expand
that
a
little
bit
after
hours
to
stay
current
with
our
with
our
inventory
needs.
H
So
here
the
next
page
is,
is
an
overview
and
I'll
just
kind
of
skip
past.
This
take
a
look
at
those.
Are
it's
a
bird's
eye
view,
an
aerial
view
of
our
operational
layout.
The
one
thing
that
I
would
point
out,
it's
very
very
neat
and
very
orderly.
H
F
Paul,
maybe
even
just
quickly
touch
on
why
you
set
it
in
a
grid
system
like
that,
just
for
the
sake
of
expeditiously
getting
the
vehicles
when
they
come
in
and
when
somebody
buys
it
sure.
H
So
when
you
store
as
many
vehicles
as
we
do,
it's
important
that
we
be
able
to
locate
exactly
where
these
vehicles
are
and
for
a
number
of
things
it
could
be
the
our
insurance
carriers
requested
an
additional
service
for
that
vehicle.
So
we
need
to
be
able
to
go
out
and
locate
that
vehicle,
but
of
course,
more
importantly,
we're
trying
to
turn
around
our
our
the
visitors
to
our
facility
quickly.
H
So,
if
they're
coming
in,
we
can
quickly
identify
where
that
vehicle
is,
we
can
then
load
it
out
and
and
we're
not.
We
don't
have
a.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
loitering
if
you
will
so
it's
very
important
to
us
to
to
have
a
quick
turnaround
time.
Hopefully
that
answers
the
question.
H
I'll
try,
maybe
one
more
time
for
screen,
share
nope.
It's
not
working
apologize.
Folks
next
example
is
our
front
office.
View
gives
you
an
idea
of
what
our
building
looks
like
frontage
view,
it
gives
you
an
idea
of
the
driveway
that
gives
you
an
idea
of
the
fencing
next
slide
is
the
monument
sign
that
we
have
that's
typical
for
most
of
our
co-part
locations,
standard,
fencing
design
again.
H
That
gives
you
an
example
of
of
of
how
professional
our
fence
design
is
it's
an
eight
foot,
metal
panel
fence
again
very
durable,
stands
very
well
in
the
wind
and
it
it's
been
a
tried
and
true
fence
for
all
of
our
locations
keeps
keeps
a
very
nice
appearance
and
being
eight
foot
high
passersby
really
don't
have
any
idea.
What's
behind
that
fence,
it's.
F
Just
to
briefly
paul,
if
I
can
jump
in
as
well
and
make
sure
we'll
also
want
to
follow
up
on
the
building
design,
if
you
notice,
we've
had
extensive
discussions
with
barberton,
because
the
building
will
actually
be
on
the
barberton
portion
of
the
site,
but
you
see
a
number
of
windows
on
the
facility
which
makes
it
much
more
opening
and
inviting
from
the
street
site
design
site
plan
as
well
to
bring
it
closer
to
the
street
to
activate
more
to
essentially
activate
the
street.
F
So
it's
set
closer,
looks
like
more
activity
coming
and
going
the
awning
over
the
front
door
as
well.
We
put
the
white
vinyl
fencing
in
which
is
something
the
barberton
wanted,
also
that
you
see
next
to
the
the
facility,
so
there
were
a
number
of
discussions
with
barbaton
that
went
in
to
get
to
this
this
design
for
the
facility.
F
So
if
you
have
any
questions
and
again
as
we
go
through
this,
if
you
have
any
questions
on
anything,
please
feel
free
to
jump
in.
One
of
us
can
touch
on
it.
Something
else
we
discuss
with
barberton
is
the
landscaping
along
the
front
of
the
building.
Also,
and
we're
also
going
to
have
landscaping
along
the
street
as
long
as
as
well
as
sidewalks
that
will
be
installed.
A
H
I
would
screen
share
the
powerpoint
with
you,
but
just
unable
to
do
that.
So
let
me
take
a
minute
and
move
on
to
our
environmental
responsibility
slide
and
again.
This
is
something
we
have
to
be
very
sensitive
to
the
vehicles
that
come
to
our
facility,
oftentimes
they're
damaged
vehicles,
but
what
we
found
in
our
experience
of
of
auctioning
millions
of
vehicles
each
year,
the
fluids
have
typically
escaped
the
vehicle
at
a
crash
site.
H
It's
very
there's
very
minimal
errant
liquids
that
will
escape
the
vehicle
once
it's
brought
to
copart,
but
it's
something
that
we're
always
prepared
for.
So
it's
something
that
that
we
know
that
if,
in
fact,
we
have
to
remediate
a
small
spill,
it's
something
that
we're
very
well
prepared
for.
So
environmental
action
has
not
been
an
issue
at
any
of
our
facilities
and
we've
got
an
entire
department
that
monitors
manages
and
audits
our
environmental
compliance.
H
So
it's
something
that
we
take
very
seriously
and
ultimately,
I
like
to
think
a
copart
is
the
the
the
ultimate
environmental
citizen
and
and
primarily
because
we
are,
we
are
the
recycling
king.
These
are.
These
are
vehicles
that
that
are
not
going
to
get
typically
crushed
some
of
them.
Some
of
them
do,
but
many
of
them
are
rebuildable.
H
Many
of
these
export
vehicles
go
on
to
be
rebuilt,
so
this
is.
This
is
an
environmentally
responsible
process.
If
you
will
it's
not
just
making
sure
that
we
contain
a
few
liquids
that
might
escape
the
vehicle,
it's
also
it's.
It's
also
a
very
environmentally
responsible
process.
H
So
then
the
next
slide
and
again
I
I
apologize
that
we
can't
share
this,
but
the
next
slide
talks
about
kind
of
some
of
the
things
we
do
that
are,
above
and
beyond
our
enhanced
compliance
management.
H
The
effective
storm
water
containment,
enhanced
spill
response-
these
are
all
things
that
we're
very,
very
aware
of
the
next
slide
shows
you
the
type
of
equipment
that
we
use,
the
cad
938
loader
with
the
long
forks
in
the
front.
This
is
how
we
move
the
vehicles
throughout
our
facility
and
again
it's
it's
designed
to
have
low
impact
on
on
the
vehicle
and
it's
a
very
efficient
way
to
move
the
vehicles
throughout
our
facility.
H
Something
we're
really
proud
of.
Is
the
co-part
in
the
community
that
next
slide
just
gives
you
a
number
of
examples
of
what
we
do
in
our
community?
The
thing
that
I'd
like
to
highlight
is
especially
first
responder
support.
We
do
an
awful
lot
of
first
responder
events
at
our
location
and
I'll
just
highlight
one.
H
We
every
year,
nationwide
insurance,
co-part
and
bowling
green
state
university
all
come
together
in
the
summer
and
in
columbus
we
have
and
we
host
at
our
columbus
facility,
an
extraction,
an
advanced
extraction
class
and
it's
a
two-day
class
for
first
responders,
and
they
obviously
take
these
cars
and
tear
them
apart
and
show
state-of-the-art
extraction
methods,
and
these
these
are
all
things
that
co-parts
and
nationwide
insurance.
H
We
donate
the
the
the
vehicles,
the
property,
the
time
we
support
them-
and
this
is
just
one
of
many
things
that
we
do
for
the
community,
a
lot
of
with
law
enforcement
with
drug
sniffing
dogs,
we've
offered
our
our
facilities
for
those
types
of
training
events,
it's
been
very
successful
and
a
lot
of
the
first
responders
in
the
community
reach
out
to
us
to
get
our
support.
H
Pictures
I'll
briefly
touch
on
catastrophe
response.
This
is
something
that
really
doesn't
hit
the
north
as
much
as
maybe
it
hits
the
south,
but
it
does
hit
in
the
north.
We
all
know
that
we
have
hail
events,
we
have
tornadoes
prepared.
We
have
a
complete
catastrophe
response
team
and
these
are
self-contained
teams
that
go
out
to
the
catastrophe
site
and
we're
the
we're
the
first
on
the
site,
we're
cleaning
up
those
vehicles
that
have
had
trees
dropped
on
from
a
from
a
tornado
or
a
hurricane
from
excessive
hail.
H
F
And
maybe
even
john,
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
get
into
just
the
site
plan,
what
we've
built
around
the
wetland,
delineations,
etc
just
to
touch
on
some
of
those
specifics.
I
Sure
yeah
I
can
jump
in
for
that
yeah
we're
going
we're
not
going
to
be
impacting
any
of
the
wetlands
that
are
on
this
site.
I
Obviously
I'm
sure
you
guys
have
looked
into
it
a
little
bit
that
there
are
quite
a
few
we've
done,
a
wetland
delineation
and
we're
going
to
be
I'm
staying
out
of
those
wetlands
and
also
the
buffers
associated
with
those
we'll
have
stormwater
ponds
kind
of
scattered
around
to
to
take
all
this,
the
run
off
from
the
site
prior
to
discharging
to
any
of
those
wetlands
and
then
it.
I
This
next
slide
is
a
little
bit
more
detail
to
the
front
and,
as
I
mentioned,
discussions
that
we've
had
with
barberton,
since
that
is
in
there
in
their
jurisdiction
of
landscaping
and
pulling
the
building
closer
to
the
to
the
road
and
some
of
those
aesthetic
type
items
and
I'm
happy
to
answer
any
other
site
related
questions
too.
If
you
have
them.
I
Yeah,
the
storage
area
it'll
have
an
aggregate
base
under
it
and
then
it'll
be
capped
with
kind
of
a
two
inch
rock
since
when
there
are
those
938
loaders
running
around
the
site,
the
rock
holds
up
a
lot
better
when
it
comes
to
or
pavement
will
break
up
pretty
quickly.
I
So
it
will
be
capped
with
aggregate
base
to
more
or
less
seal
the
site
and
then
capped
with
that
rock
which
actually
slows
down
stormwater
runoff,
with
helps
with
a
little
bit
on
the
environmental
side
as
well
before
all
that
runoff
ends
up
in
the
in
the
water
ponds.
A
Okay,
I
think
I
was
what
I
was
wondering
is
like.
If
you
do
have
leaks
all
your
any
leaks
in
that
surface
will
ultimately
drain
into
the
storm
water
area.
I
Right
they'll
end
up,
yeah
they'll
be
in
there
and
they
will
not
virtually
won't
be
able
to
get
through
the
aggregate
base
because
it's
virtually
impervious
in
an
impervious
surface
itself.
A
Okay
and
then
yeah,
so
your
design
is
like
for
fire
access
thing
like
that
you're.
It's
obvious
that
you
line
this
up
so
that
you
have
access
for
the
fire
department
to
get
trucks
in
in
the
event
of
a
fire
or
something.
I
Yep
yeah
coal
part
does
have
security
gates,
since
the
public
is
not
allowed
in
the
out
in
the
yard
area,
but
they
are
all
equipped
with
knock
boxes
so
that
fire
department
no
matter
what
time.
If
something
does
happen
that
they
can
get
in
and
out.
A
Okay
and
is
the
fence
like
I
couldn't
tell
from
the
one
here
the
fence
in
the
front.
I
see
there,
you
know,
there's
a
vinyl
fencing
out
there
and
I
guess
it's
gonna
be
six
feet
high,
but
does
it
actually
run
along
the
road
and
then
you
have
access
to
like
the
roadway
in?
Is
there
fencing
on
either
side
of
that
or
is
the
fencing
run
around
the
back
of
the
building?
I
wasn't
sure
where
the
fence
line
was.
I
I
And
then
once
we
get
to
the
east
side
or
the
right
side
of
the
driveway,
it
does
come
back
towards
the
road
and
then
it'll
run
along
the
road.
There
will
be
quite
extensive
landscaping
between
that
fence
and
the
and
the
public
right
away.
I
Right
yep,
there
will
be
some.
There
will
be
some
landscaping
between
the
parking
lot
and
the
roadway,
but
yeah
there
will
that
vinyl
fence
won't
be
in
that
portion
of
the
site.
A
A
Well,
it's
been
a
vacant
lot
for
a
long
time.
I
mean
this
is
a
probably
a
very
good
application
for
that.
I
don't
think
there's
much
elevation
difference
between
the
front
and
the
back
on
this.
You
know
from
what
I
can
tell
from
some
of
the
information
I
have
so.
A
F
Correct
so
we've
we've
discussed
that
jason
and
I
discussed
that
back
and
forth
and
then
co-part
agreed
to
everything
in
that
document,
as
well
as
the
city
of
norton
in
the
city
of
barberton.
So
we've
gone
back
and
forth
times
on
that.
Okay.
F
Correct
so
we
had
the
hearing
with
barberton
about
a
week
week
and
a
half
ago,
and
it
was
continued
for
two
weeks
until
we
could
finalize
these
conditions,
which
were
just
actually
today.
So
when
we
presented
barbecue.
A
D
A
Bill
did
the
fire
department
or
anybody
have
any
concerns
for
this.
I
don't
know
if
you
talk
to
them.
C
No,
they
they'll
they'll
do
their
fire
inspection
once
the
once
the
building's
up
in
the
park.
Well,
not
even
the
building
the
parking
lot,
they'll,
that's
their
gig,
then
they're,
not
really
too
much
involved
at
the
you
know
at
this
stage
for
a
conditional
use
permit
yeah.
A
Okay,
okay,
but
that
was
the
only
comments
I
have
if
we
did
approve
this
we
we'd
add
in.
I
don't
know
how
to
do
this
exactly
I'll.
Probably
I
think
jason
has
a
you
know
a
document
here
with
a
number
on
it
and
I'll
probably
just
use
that
as
a
reference
when
we
get
to
the
point.
But
does
anybody
else
on
planning
commission
have
any
questions.
E
Does
this
site
have
a
history
of
I,
maybe
you
covered
it
and
I
just
missed
it.
Does
it
have
a
history
of
any
corrective
measures
that
are
needed
and
maybe
that's
already
been
addressed
as
far
as
environmental
concerns.
F
So
there
was
an
environment,
there
were
some
environmental
conditions
attached
to
the
land
from
2011,
so
there
was
a
an
agreement
not
to
sue
by
the
epa
and
a
mitigation
plan
in
place
as
well
in
the
event
of
any
future
construction.
The
current
owner
has
a
is
completely
abided
by
all
of
those
issues
that
were
present
from
that
document.
We-
and
we
will
do
the
same.
F
And
I
think,
as
soon
as
we
get
all
the
necessary
approvals
from
norton
and
barberton,
and
maybe
the
some
of
my
some
of
the
construction
teams
speak
in
more
detail.
But
I
think
we're
looking
to
start
as
soon
as
possible.
F
You
pretty
much
asked
concerns
I
had
to
ask
so.
E
E
I
I
do
believe
the
property
line,
basically
centers,
wolf
creek.
If
I
do
remember
right,
we
are
going
to
be
staying
out
of
the
100
year.
Flood
plain.
We
do
plan
to
stay
out
of
that
as
well.
Along
with
the
wetlands
it'll
be
we'll
be
fairly
far
away
with
any
kind
of
development.
E
E
I
don't
know
how
far
you
know
you're
going
to
take
it
to
the
east,
but
it's
kind
of
a
diamond,
shaped
area
of
pavement
looks
like
old
pavement.
H
A
Yeah,
so
I
guess
maybe
other
than
maybe
a
little
bit
of
the
fence.
Nothing
on
that
physical
property
they're
going
to
be
using
would
be
within
the
the
setback
requirements
of
of
real,
quick.
A
F
A
E
A
Yeah
and
basically
a
document
says
you
know
that
you'll
put
fencing
up
and
parking
would
only
be
for
customers
and
vehicles
in
the
front.
There
was
an
area
on
there
with.
A
Environmental
reports
in
sure,
or
issues
of
the
conditional,
oh
there
was
signage-
can
only
be
on
the
you
know
on
the
property,
and
then
there
was
some
issues
with
use
of
the
like
trying
to
encourage
and
advise
haulers
to
use
barbara
road
and
not
cleveland
maslin
with
their.
You
know,
deliveries
and
pickups.
E
E
F
C
A
Okay,
the
next
application
is
for
with
brookside
land
company
and
the
development
of
the
property
and
brookside
country
club.
This
would
be
phase
one
which
is
52
in
addition
to
roadway
and
some
stronger.
A
Yeah
that
property's
been
vacant
for
a
long
time,
so
this
is,
you
know,
a
good
application
for
it.
A
So,
do
you
want
to
kind
of
talk
about
your
phase?
One
application.
G
Well,
I
probably
won't
be
able
to
do
it
as
well
as
our
are
the
people
that
helped
put
that
together.
The
engineers.
G
Chris
travis,
which
which
one
of
you
would
be
best
to
just
give
a
quick
overview
to
the
planning
commission.
J
I
can
go.
This
is
travis
crane
with
davey
resource
group.
Thank
you
for
your
time
tonight,
just
generally
we're
applying
for
the
final
plat.
If
you
remember,
we
obtained
preliminary
approval
a
couple
months
back,
so
this
is
the
first
phase
of
several
phases
to
come
in
the
future,
and
here
before
you
to
get
your
approval
on
on
the
final
plat,
I
believe
it's
I
believe
around
is
it
chris
is
around
50
sublots.
I
can't
remember
what
the.
G
Exact
number
yeah
52
subli
sublots
in
phase
one
and
phase
one
is
off
of
greenwich
and
goes
through
it's
a
through
road
to
shellheart,
total
of
52
units
and
and
so
we're
we've
we've
actually
started
the
improvements,
just
at
least
the
serving
and
staking
and
the
plans
of
are
are
in
final
form
and,
as
travis
said,
this
is
the
the
plot
associated
with
the
with
the
road
and
the
permanent
improvements.
A
I
had
a
question
looking
at
the
drawings
because
you
have
what
three
stormwater
basins
are
going
to
be
putting
in
and.
G
I
believe
there
are
three
in
phase
one
which,
which
I
would
call
them,
the
the
from
the
the
primary
water
basins
for
the
entire
project,
or
at
least
the
southern
portion
of
the
project,
there's
an
existing
pond
as
we
know
that
we'll
build
around
later
towards
the
north.
But
yes,
this
is
this
is
the
these?
Are
the
new
ponds
we'll
be
creating
to
hold
the
water?
Okay?
So
does
it.
A
That
ties
in
like
drains
from
the
houses
and
storm
storm
water
through
your.
What
would
that
be?
I
guess
your
street
drains.
Would
you
all
go
into
that.
A
Okay,
so
yeah,
so
that
was
I
I
know.
Like
number
three
looks
like
a
pretty
big
pond
from
that
standpoint,
but
and
then
I
think
it's
pawn
number
one
and
I
assume
everything
kind
of
drains
into
pond
number
one
and
then
that's
gonna
somehow
go
underneath
greenwich
road
must
there
must
be
like
a
stream
right
there
someplace.
I
assume.
J
Yeah
everything
does
not
flow
into
pond
one-
there's,
probably
maybe
10
to
15
sublots
in
the
associated
street,
that
probably
flows
in
the
pond
one
and
then
that
discharges
to
the
existing
tributary
that
runs
through
the
middle
of
the
project
and
the
project
generally
flows
high.
It's
high
on
the
north
and
low
on
the
south,
so
so
the
water
drains
from
north
to
south.
A
Okay,
the
I
guess,
mr
mr
bremen,
the
only
comment
he
had
was
this
was
an
issue
of
the
intersection
of
higgins
and
illumina
is
not
the
required
distance
from
an
intersection,
but
I
think
that's
something
that
will
just
be
taken
care
of
as
a
not
a
bza
change
bill
or
how's
that
handled
or
is
that
just
an
approval
through
the
engineer.
C
A
Okay
and
then
mr
fowler
had
sent
out
a
letter,
some
information
from
the
norton
city,
schools
about
you,
know
the
capability
to
accept
up
to
500
students
where
there's
about
500,
open,
enrollment
right
now,
and
that
would
just
be
replaced
by
you
know,
kids
that
go
to
you
know
that
would
could
go
into
norton
school
system.
So
there's
no
issue
there.
I
don't
think
there
was
any
issues
by
the
city
solicitor
and
then
planning
wise.
A
The
only
comment
I
picked
up
on
was-
and
I
I
didn't
know
jason
when
you
heard
about
this-
but
I
guess
in
the
final
site
plan
for
phase
one.
They
wanted
the
exit
coming
out
of
higgins
onto
shellheart
to
be
a
right
turn
only
right.
G
And
we're
accommodating
for
that
and
and
just
pulling
back
for
a
minute.
That's
that's!
As
a
result
of
a
traffic
study
that
we
have
completed.
We
have
presented
to
the
city,
engineer
engineers
provided
comments.
We
provided
comments
back.
That's
resulted
in
a
suggestion
to
provide
a
write-in,
a
write-out
turn
lane
and
so
or
write
out
only,
and
so
we're
we're
we're
fine.
With
that.
We're
going
to
make
that
happen.
G
You
would
still
be
able
to
come
in
off
of
higgins
on
shell
heart.
There.
A
Okay,
okay,
so
that
is
the
only
comment
we
had
would.
I
would
include
that
in
any
approval
we
have
sure
sure
so,
okay,
anybody
else
have
any
comments
or
questions.
E
J
Do
you
want
me
to
answer
that
jason
sure
go
ahead,
sure,
there's
there's
an
odot
standard,
that's
applied
to
it,
so
we
refer
to
as
a
pork
chop
or
a
half
a
pork
chop.
So
there's
a
usually
a
sign
in
a
concrete
island.
That's
put
in
it
to
to
curb
people
in
the
direction
you
want
them
to
go.
A
G
Somebody
somebody
will
try
to
do
it,
I'm
sure.
Hopefully
the
police
will
pick
up
on
it,
but
I
I
mean,
unless
you're
in
a
big
truck
and
you're,
really
looking
to
break
a
traffic
law,
I
mean
you
know
it
stops.
You.
A
A
G
Definitely,
and,
and
and
and
further
down
towards
cleveland
masoline.
You
know:
that's
also
going
to
help
a
lot,
and
you
know
it's
the
result
of
the
engineers
and
the
traffic
engineer
and
everybody
really
thinking
this
out,
and
so
it's
it's
better
for
the
whole.
Really,
the
community.
G
Did
you
what
I'm
sorry
green
space
park?
We
don't
have
park
space,
but
we
do
have
a
lot
of
green
space,
a
lot
of
open
area.
I
don't
know
if
we
have
that
calculation
handy
here
guys,
but
I
mean
the
part
of
the
I'll
say
the
the
beauty
of
the
property
is
one.
It
has
already
a
lot
of
natural,
green
space
ponds,
water
features
and
and
we're
just
enhancing
that.
A
G
G
J
A
Units
you're
going
to
have
some
setbacks
on
on
shell
hard,
so
you
know,
and
I
think
there
was
one
a
walking
path
or
something
up
there.
G
A
Yeah,
okay,
okay,
well
other
than
the
the
issue
with
the
channelizing,
the
right
turn
off
of
higgins
going.
Would
I
be
south?
I
didn't
have
any
other
comments
or
questions.
I
would
suggest
we
include
that
in
our
approval,
but
nobody
else
has
any
questions.
I'd
offer.
Somebody
offer
a
motion
for
this.
A
D
B
D
B
A
B
E
G
Okay,
well,
thank
you
all
for
your
time,
it's
nice
to
see
you
again
and
and
look
forward
to
seeing
you
hopefully
at
the
groundbreaking
this
spring.
A
Yeah
we
will
have
application
signed
and
I'll
have
that
to
you
tomorrow.
A
Okay,
so
the
the
last
item
on
this
thing
is
a
resolution
appointing
a
member
of
the
planning
commission
to
to
the
city
of
norton's
community
reinvestment
area,
housing
council
for
three
year
term,
and
I
think,
there's
going
to
be
I'm
going
to
say
seven
people
total
on
this.
I
think
there
are
about
two
councilmen,
two
appointed
by
the
mayor,
two
appointed
by
council
or
no
two
got
pointed
by
by
the
group,
and
then
one
person
from
planning-
and
I
did
talk
to
mr
fowler
today
about
this.
A
This
is
part
of
a
state
code
that
says
you
should
establish
like
a
housing
authority
that
you
have
representatives
in
the
city
that
go
and
look
at
properties.
The
one
example
was
the
the
property
down
there
on
the
himmel
rick
property,
where
we
have
what's
the
company's
building
down
there.
Now
it's
clinton
aluminum.
A
Clinton
aluminum
and
doing
like
tax
of
tax
abatements,
for
you
know,
investment
in
property,
and
so
the
member
of
planning
commission
would
go
and
sit
on
this
thing
and
review
requests
that
would
come
through
from
companies
to
the
city.
A
They
would
pass
them
on
to
us
for
our
review
and
approval-
and
I
guess
clinton
aluminum
was
an
example
there,
where
it
became
a
little
more
complicated,
because
we
probably
should
have
done
this
housing
authority
thing
many
many
years
ago
and
we
didn't
it's
been
a
code
for
several
years
with
the
state
and
nobody
realized
it,
and
so
I
didn't
know
if
anybody
was
interested
in
being
on
that.
I
have,
I
never
say.
No,
that's
probably
a
mistake.
I
would
do
it,
but
I
you
know
I'm
flexible.
A
If
somebody
is
really
interested
in
this,
I
would
say
you
know
step
up
and-
and
I
think
it's
probably
two
organizational
meetings
and
then
intermittent
meetings
through
the
year.
I'm
getting
the
impression
it's
not
going
to
be
more
than
three
or
four
meetings
during
the
year.
E
These
are
probably
during
the
day
meetings.
A
B
D
B
A
E
D
B
A
There
will
be
some
other
appointments
and
if
I
find
lots
more
information,
I
may
be
interested,
but
we'll
see
what
happens
so
that
was
about
it.
Shannon,
there's
no
other
meeting
this
week.
Is
there.
A
Okay,
I
have
the.
B
A
Well,
you're
right,
it's
january,
12th,
I'm
sorry,
yeah
I'll,
get
those
taken
care
of
and
get
those
to
you
here.
That
should
be
pretty
straightforward.
Marion
are
you
out
of?
Are
you
working
tomorrow.
E
A
D
G
A
J
A
Else
any
other
business
and
no
meetings
to
review.
