the

for
the

a

it

while
I
won't
share
all
that
I
know
about
her
for
fear,
prepared
that
I
will
be
forever
banished
from
future
proceedings.
I
will
tell
you
this.
She

When
you
think
about
the
goodness
of
the
things
that
you've
been
through
and
where
he
can
bring
you,
it
means
something
and
I'm
grateful
to
all
of
you.
I'm
grateful
to
my
mom.
Thank
you
for
your
guidance.
Your
protection
for
watching
over
me,
I'm
grateful
to
my
father,
my
stepfather,
who
are
watching
over
me
right
now,
who
did
not
get
to
witness
this
moment
physically.

D
Because
you
are
my
extended
family
and
I
love,
you
all!
Thank
you
so
much
for
being
here,
and
it
is
because
of
you
getting
up
early
I
know
you
sacrificed
a
lot
to
get
here
so
I.
Thank
you,
Reverend
Cheryl.
Thank
you
for
your
guidance
for
your
leadership.
I
stand
on
the
shoulders
of
many
before
me.
I
stand
on
the
shoulders
of
my
grandmother.
My
great
grandmothers
I
stand
on
the
shoulders
of
my
ancestors.
I
also
stand
on
the
shoulders
of
the
many
who
came
before
me
in
Ward
7,
dr.
al
Dowell,
mr.
D
D
D
D
I'm
a
person
of
quotes
so
I'll
I
have
a
couple.
I
will
say
when
I
studied
abroad
in
West,
Africa
I
read
a
quote
in
a
in
a
newspaper
when
I
was
in
The
Gambia
and
the
quote
is
I,
am
a
part
of
all
that
I
have
met
from
Sir,
Alfred,
Tennyson
and
I
have
carried
that
with
me,
because
when
you
think
about
it,
you
really
are
a
part
of
everyone
that
you
meet
and
that's
why
I
had
everybody
stand,
because
you
are
all
a
part
of
me
and
I.
D
Thank
you
for
being
a
part
of
me.
I
do
also
want
to
thank
you.
Grandma
Patterson
she's
been
with
me
forever
and
she's
known
me,
since
I
was
12
and
she's,
not
my
physical
grandmother,
but
she
is
my
grandmother
so
I.
Thank
you
for
being
here
today.
I
also
have
a
lot
of
my
preschool
friends
that
are
here.
I
have
some
of
my
North
East
high
school
friends
that
are
here.
I
have
some
Langston
friends
that
are
here.
I.
D
Have
you
see
old
friends,
they're
here,
I
have
just
so
many
and
I
think
that
in
itself
is
overwhelming
because
of
the
amount
of
love
and
care
that
people
have
for
you
and
you,
you
don't
even
know
it.
So
thank
you
for
your
continued
support
and
prayers
and
guidance
through
this
process
and
I'll
leave
with
this.
A
young
lady
had
had
posted
I
tweeted
something
yesterday
about
today
and
a
young
lady
in
Norman.
D
She
said
she's
going
to
be
running
for
Ward
7
in
Norman
City
Council,
and
she
said
this
is
my
inspiration
when
I
just
posted
a
tweet
about
today,
and
it's
things
like
that
that
you
don't
know
you're
making
an
impact,
you
don't
know
you're,
making
a
difference
so
I
plan
and
hope
that
being
in
this
role
will
help
to
come
in
you
and
bring
the
next
young
leader
to
ward
7
that
they
will
guide
Ward
7
in
the
way
that
it
should
go,
and
they
will
also
help
to
guide
Oklahoma,
City
and
I'll.
Leave.
D
A
All
right,
we
now
have
some
rather
important
business
today.
In
addition
to
that
celebratory
occasion,
we
have
item
three
C,
which
is
enter
into
executive
session,
upon
the
advice
of
the
municipal
councillor
to
conduct
interviews
for
the
office
of
the
city
manager
and
confer
regarding
those
interviews,
we
would
need
to
take
a
vote
to
go
into
executive
session,
so
I
would
entertain
a
motion.
