A
Welcome
to
the
2016
edition
of
animal
tales,
TV
I'm
Julie
bank,
the
superintendent
of
animal
welfare
for
Oklahoma
City
and
with
me
is
my
co-host.
Wilbur
Wilbur
here
is
an
incredible
little.
Guinea,
pig
and
guinea
pigs
make
amazing
pets
for
children
and
for
families
who
can't
necessarily
have
a
dog
or
a
cat
in
their
home
they're,
very
interactive.
They
love
to
be
pet.
They
love
to
be
held
and
scratched
and
Wilbur
here
would
love
to
be
brushed.
He
is
available
for
adoption
right
now
at
Oklahoma,
City
Animal
Welfare.
A
A
B
C
Did
you
know
the
arts
make
a
significant
impact
on
education,
the
economy
and
our
quality
of
life
in
Oklahoma,
providing
more
than
10,000
jobs,
statewide
filtering
more
than
314
million
dollars
into
our
economy.
Yes,
the
arts
create
all
kinds
of
beautiful
things.
I'm
making
Oklahoma
an
even
better
place
to
live
is
the
most
beautiful
thing
of
all.
It
doesn't
take
a
big
donation
to
make
big
things
happen,
support
allied
arts
today,
a
little
give
is
all
it
takes.
Welcome.
D
A
D
A
E
D
A
A
D
And
young-at-heart
for
sure,
for
about
40
years,
I
have
been
in
two
dogs
and
cats
and
horses
and
that
sort
of
thing
I
have
shown
them.
I
have
been
a
trainer,
I
have
had
a
TV
show
on
PBS
called
the
world
of
dogs
very
successful,
really
loved.
It
was
about
the
biography
of
dogs,
so
I'm
very
much
into
the
breeds
and
that
sort
of
thing
I
had
a
TV
show.
A
And
I
want
to
hear
from
you
about
the
things
that
you've
seen
happen
in
Oklahoma
City
for
animals
since
you've
started
all
your
television
and
your
shows
because
there's
been
so
many
exciting
things
and
I
think
somebody
like
you,
who's,
had
a
fresh
pair
of
eyes
and
have
been
here
from
really
the
beginning
can
really
talk
to
that.
Well,.
D
I
really
can
the
thing
I
cannot
talk
to
about
which
I
give
you
and
all
of
the
people
in
rescue
and
shelters.
Credit
for
is
that
you
are
hands-on.
We
in
the
media
simply
report,
it
I
talked
to
you
when
you
come
on
my
show
about
what
you
do
and
so
from
this
I
have
learned
about.
What's
going
on
for
many
many
many
years
and
we
have
changed
Julie
people
like
you
have
made
this
change
possible
dogs
that
have
had
no
chance.
I
have
a
book
by
the
way
called
the
search
for
paradise,
and
this.
D
You
know
it
addresses
the
issues
of
when
a
dog
is
on
the
street
having
been
lost,
having
been
stolen,
having
been
surrendered,
you
know
it's
whole
world
changes,
and
this
I
have
discovered
through
all
of
the
adoption
centers
all
of
the
rescues
when
a
little
dog
comes
in
they're,
very
frightened,
they
go
to
a
shelter
and
the
shelter
does
what
it
should
do
they
inoculate
them.
They
castrate
them
a
incarcerate
them.
You
know
these
things.
D
This
is
the
important
fact,
and
this
is
what
I'm
saying
for
many
years.
It
was
just
a
process.
Now
it
is
a
process
that
is
absolutely
fantastically
positive.
Trait,
you
know
get
them
adopted,
find
them
homes.
When
a
dog
goes
into
a
home.
It
needs
to
learn
to
what
we
trust.
That's
right.
We
need
to
build
that
trust
up.
So
people
like
you
who
can
educate
folks
that
come
in
to
adopt
one.
This
is
what's
so
important.
A
D
2016
I
would
like
to
see
the
process
exacerbate.
I
would
like
to
see
it
huge
I
would
like
to
see
all
of
the
dogs
adopted.
I
would
like
to
see
people
keep
their
dogs,
but
for
training
take
the
dog
to
a
trainer.
If
it
needs
something,
don't
jump
in
there
and
tie
it
outside
I'll
keep
it.
You
know,
bring
it
in
the
house,
enjoy
it
enjoy
some
sports
that
dogs
do
interact
with
these
dogs.
That's
the
thing
that
I'm
telling
people
please
people
interact
with
your
dog
and.
D
D
A
I
want
to
thank
you
and,
as
a
spokesperson
for
the
rescue
community,
you
have
done
so
much
to
help
everybody
learn
about
animals
and
learn
about
dogs,
particularly
in
cats
like
Julian,
and
we
really
appreciate
having
an
advocate
and
a
supporter
like
you
in
the
community.
So
thank
you
for
all
that.
You
do.
A
Takes
us
all
absolutely
absolutely
Pat,
thank
you
so
much
for
being
here
today
and
for
all
that
you
do.
Thank
you
right
now,
we'd
like
to
share
with
you
some
wonderful
animals
that
are
available
for
adoption
right
now.
Please
take
a
look
at
our
animal
selfies
or
what
we
like
to
call
animal
well
feed.
G
That
dog
has
a
thirsty
look
in
his
eye.
Did
you
know
that
it's
really
not
that
hard
to
save
water
like
here
in
the
sink,
don't
make
me
run
too
much
good?
I'm
somebody
shut
me
off
now.
This
is
my
kind
of
party,
a
full
house.
Let's
roll
hey
we're
in
a
drought,
which
means
I'm
kind
of
a
big
deal.
So
save
me
really
save
me.
I
K
L
H
Are
you
gonna
do
with
all
that
leftover
paint
storing
items
like
this
can
be
hazardous
dumping
them
in
the
trash
is
worse.
Fortunately,
you
have
a
choice.
Tanks
and
other
household
chemicals
are
accepted
at
Oklahoma,
City's
household,
hazardous
waste
collection
facility.
Now
doesn't
that
feel
better
yeah,
but
it
wasn't
done
painting
my
house
get
more
info
at
okc
gov.
You.
A
Q
A
A
A
Of
the
most
important
jobs
that
we
have
at
the
shelter
because
you're
our
first
representative
to
people
when
they
walk
in
the
door-
and
you
are
also
the
one
who
are
helping
most
of
the
people-
deal
with
challenges
or
emotion
or
excitement
because
of
adoption,
and
one
of
those
emotions
is
lost
and
found.
Yes,
and
what's
that
like
for
you,
when
you
see
animals
coming
in
the
door
lost
or
even
people
coming
the
door
looking
for
their
loss
pad?
Well,.
Q
Sometimes
we
get
a
dog
in
and
you
can
tell
right
off
the
bat
that
somebody
has
been
missing
that
baby
for
just
a
quick
minute,
and
sometimes
you
see
a
dog
come
in,
that's
been
missing
for
a
while
they're
skinny
and
it's
pretty
upsetting
and
we've
had
some
pretty
awesome.
Cases
come
in
where
a
dog's
been
missing
for
months
and
they're
find
their
owner,
and
you
can
tell
from
the
second
that
dog
or
that
cat
sees
that
owner.
That's
their
owner,
that's
their
family
and
it.
A
Makes
you
feel
great
I
know
with
lost
and
found
that
when
we
see
postings
online
and
we're
able
to
get
those
animals
back
to
them,
it's
just
a
very
heartwarming
feeling
tell
us
what
we
can
do
to
make
sure
that
our
animal
never
gets
lost.
One
of
the
most
important
things
to
remember
and
to
pay
attention
to
so
that
we
can
prevent
our
animals
from
getting
loose.
Q
Make
sure
that
your
fences
are
always
up
to
date,
especially
when
we
have
bad
weather
in
Oklahoma
City.
A
lot
of
fences
have
a
tendency
to
fall
down
and
they
don't
notice
it
until
they
let
their
dogs
out
and
the
morning
to
go
to
the
bathroom
and
they
come
back
30
minutes
later
on
the
gone
so
and
if
you
know
that
your
fence
is
not
in
good
repair
to
take
your
animal
out
on
a
leash
with
you.
G
J
Q
The
shelter
every
animal
they
get
spayed
or
neutered.
There
is
tattooed
with
an
animal
ID
number
so
that,
if
you
adopt
from
us
or
if
you
reclaim
your
animal
and
have
it
fixed
there,
we
if
it
comes
back
in
we
can
look
it
up
in
our
log
and
be
like
hey.
We
have
your
baby
at
the
shelter.
So
so
what
do
you
do
if
you
lose
a
pet,
always
check
the
shelter?
First,
a
lot
of
people
don't
realize
that
they
can
come
to
the
shelter.
Q
You
can
also
look
online
at
OKC
gov
under
animal
adoptions,
go
search,
all
shelter,
pets,
you'll
hit
your
they're
looking
for
a
dog
or
cat
and
just
leave
it
at
that,
and
then
search
and
you'll
go
to
the
very
last
page
and
that's
the
most
recent
animals
that
we've
had
come
in
it'll
show
you
everything.
That's
there
under
a
stray
weight
with
a
picture,
so
you
can
report.
A
Lost
animals
online.
You
can
report
found
animals
online
with
seats,
your
pictures
of
every
animal
that
it's
in
our
building
and
you
can
regularly
report
them
and
look
at
that
inside
every
day,
because
it
changes-
and
you
know
it
is
our
goal
at
Oklahoma,
City
Animal
Welfare-
to
get
animals
back
home.
Yes,
we
want
them
to
be
with
their
family
and
we
want
them.
Thank
you.
We
agree
and
we
want
them
to
be
in
a
place
where
they
can
be
loved
rather
than
at
the
animal
shelter.
A
So
Jerry
I
want
to
thank
you
so
much
for
all
that
you
do.
You
are
directly
responsible
for
getting
so
many
animals
back
home
and
for
making
so
many
matches
of
animals
like
this
little
girl,
and
thank
you
so
much
for
the
work
that
you
do.
We
really
appreciate
it.
You're
welcome
I'd
like
to
send
you
now
to
David
Wagner,
with
some
cold
weather
tips
to
your
pet,
safe.
L
Hi
everybody
I'm
Dave
Wagner
and
this
month
we're
going
to
talk
about
cold
weather
tips
for
your
pets,
a
lot
of
things
to
remember
if
it's
too
cold
outside
for
you,
it's
probably
too
cold
outside
for
your
animal.
We
always
encourage
you
to
bring
your
animals
in
during
this
time
of
the
year,
but
if
necessary
and
your
animal
has
to
be
outside,
it
is
required
by
law
that
you
have
a
shelter
that
is
both
windproof
waterproof
and
has
appropriate
bedding
and
is
warm
so
keep
those
things
in
mind.
L
In
addition
to
water,
a
lot
of
evaporation
happens
and
water
will
also
free.
So
you
want
to
make
sure
to
keep
that
water
available
at
all
times.
If
you
do
have
free-roaming
cats
in
your
area,
then
it's
very
important
before
you
start
your
car
to
bang.
On
the
hood
of
the
car
a
lot
of
times,
cats
will
climb
up
three
warm
next
to
the
motor
and
you
certainly
don't
want
to
start
your
car
when
there's
a
cat
under
the
hood
and
speaking
of
cars.
L
Please
do
not
leave
your
animal
in
the
car
while
you're
running
errands.
It
quickly
turns
into
a
refrigerator
just
the
opposite
of
the
summer,
but
it
can
be
equally
deadly.
And
finally,
if
you
do
see
an
animal
out
in
the
cold
that
you
feel
is
endangered,
then
please
give
us
a
call
at
297.
3100
will
be
happy
to
respond.
I'm
Dave
Wagner,
that's
our
trip
for
the
month.
A
You
want
to
adopt
any
of
the
animals
that
you
saw
on
today's
show.
You
can
come
down
to
the
shelter
we're
open
7
days
a
week
and
we're
open
from
12
to
5
45.
The
address
is
2811
southeast
29th
street.
Before
we
end
this
month's
show
we'd
like
to
introduce
you
to
one
more
animal
that
is
looking
for
a
new
family.
A
This
little
boy
is
leo
he's
two
years
old
came
to
us
astray
because
he
had
no
ID
on
his
neck,
so
he
couldn't
get
him
home
and
right
now
he's
looking
for
a
really
terrific
new
family
to
call
his
own.
Now
you
saw
a
bunch
of
animals.
Today
you
saw
Leo,
you
saw
gypsy.
You
saw
a
guinea
pig,
Wilbur
and,
of
course,
our
kitty
Julian.
All
of
these
animals
join
hundreds
of
other
animals
at
the
animal
shelter.
