Description
The regular monthly meeting of the Oklahoma City River Trust, via video conference, for August 18, 2020.
A
A
Minutes
if
we
cannot
do
so,
the
meeting
will
be
adjourned
and
we
will
reconvene
at
the
next
regular
okura
meeting
scheduled
for
one
o'clock
p.m.
On
september,
29,
2020
by
video
conference
for
trustees,
staff
and
schedule
presenters,
please
state
your
name
and
the
organization
you
represent
before
addressing
the
group
for
citizens,
who
called
in
to
speak
on
any
agenda
item.
Please
stay
muted
until
you
are
recognized
by
the
chairman,
then
press
star
six
and
please
limit
your
comments
in
three
minutes.
If
there
are
no
questions,
we
will
now
continue.
A
A
A
F
I'm
seeing
where
brian
made
the
motion-
and
it
was
second
by
gloria
and
that's
it.
E
Okay,
so
kathy.
If
you
look
down
at
the
bottom
of
your
screen
and
click,
your
chrome
button,
where
you,
because
that's
what
you
launched
crime
government.
D
A
I'm
on
a
pc
and
I'm
sharing
the
screen
and
as
far
as
the
prime
gov
screen,
all
I've
got
is
the
agenda
item
and
then
there's
a
motion
and
a
second.
But
I
still
don't
have
any
buttons
to
vote.
E
And
then,
if
you
look
at
the
bottom
click
the
chrome
button,
which
is
that
circle,
that's
red,
green
and
yellow.
E
A
And
the
b
has
received
the
river
corridor
events
update.
We
have
any
questions
on
either
one
of
those.
F
B
A
G
G
Hello,
jim
trustees
took
me
a
minute
to
find
my
mute
unmute
button.
I'm
jim
welling
from
the
works
department
on
our
maintenance
project,
update
the
sedimentation
contract
for
dredging.
It
was
renewed
on
july
7th
for
an
additional
five
hundred
thousand
dollars.
We
anticipate
dredging
to
start
the
sedimentation
basin.
Again
sometime
this
fall
on
our
scada
system.
G
There
have
been
a
number
of
inclometers
and
other
items
that
have
been
needing
repair
and
work
on
the
radio,
so
we're
getting
all
that
updated
and
taken
care
of
the
I'd
on
a
gram
that
failed
on
the
maydam,
we're
still
anticipating
repairs
on
it
to
start
in
late
august.
G
Like
I
said,
like
I
mentioned
previously,
we
have
the
cylinders
in
stock,
so
we're
just
getting
a
contract
for
the
crane
work
and
right
in
the
work
order
for
the
repair
of
the
cylinders
at
our
last
meeting
on
the
maintenance
activities.
As
far
as
picking
up
debris
in
the
river,
the
july
report
went
through
may
30th.
G
Since
then,
we've
gotten
the
report
caught
up
from
july
1st
to
july
31st,
we
removed
8.2
tons
of
debris
from
the
river
6.6
of
that
was
from
western
from
june
1st
to
june
30th.
The
previous
month
we
removed
8.8
tons
and
5.6
of
that
was
from
the
may
basin.
A
A
A
D
Yes,
good
afternoon,
chairman
kelly
parker
with
finance.
D
I
just
wanted
to
take
a
moment
to
point
out
that,
on
the
actual
page
for
the
cash
seats
and
disbursements,
which
is
page
two
of
your
report
for
oil
and
gas
royalties,
there
was
a
check
that
was
outstanding
at
the
time
of
this
report
and
it
ended
up
going
to
the
wrong
department
and
getting
actually
deposited
into
the
city's
general
fund.
D
And
we've
worked
with
the
parks
department
to
get
that
moved
into
riverfront
trust,
and
so
the
oil
and
gas
is
actually
going
to
be
about
1324
higher,
which
actually
will
increase
your
total
cash.
It
will
be
reflected
correctly
on
the
year-end,
publish
financial,
but
it
just
for
this
report.
It
was
not
caught
in
time.
D
Yeah,
that's
all
that
has
to
happen
now.
There
is
a
paragraph
at
the
beginning
of
this
report
that
states
that
this
is
a
preliminary,
because
the
fiscal
year
is
still
open
for
us
to
be
making
entries.
F
A
F
A
A
B
A
Item
seven
additional
items
item
a
one
is
to
receive
the
parks
and
recreation
department's
directors
report
from
july
2020..
This
is
another
item
that
we
had
to
continue
when
we
lost
our
quorum.
A
D
C
B
B
It
is
currently
on
track
for
opening
on
august,
the
or
the
actual
ribbon
cutting
on
august,
the
28th
we'll
send
out
invitations
for
that
and
it's
it's
we're
just
waiting
on
some
final
inspections
and
training,
but
it
does
look
like
the
28th
will
be
the
day
and
then
I'd
also
like
we
did
issue
a
press
release
regarding
a
new
initiative
that
we
started
actually
in
conjunction
with
okc
beautiful,
called
the
river
protectors,
and
this
is
the
cleaning
and
conservation
effort
work
with
the
public
works
on
this,
and
so
this
is
something
that
will
be
coordinate,
kind
of
a
coordinated
effort
for
community
river
cleanups
for
the
future.
B
So
we
actually
have
an
app
that
goes
along
with
it.
So
it
allows
us
to
catalog
items
and
really
help
get
get.
Some
you
know
provide
some
data
driven
information
and
solutions.
So
that's
something
we
will
get
a
lot
of
interest
on
and
we'll
we'll
continue
to
keep
you
updated
on
that.
A
Very
good,
I
want
to
thank
you
all
for
joining
in
with
us
today.
Maybe
the
shortest
meeting
you'll
attend.
We
are
adjourned.
