everyone
and
welcome.

regarding
the
videoconference
meeting.

If
communications
are
unable
to
be
restored
within
15
minutes,
items
remaining
for
consideration
will
be
continued
at
11:30
a.m.
on
June
25
2020
be
a
videoconference.
I
Second,
the
agenda
documents
are
located
on
OKC
gov
3rd
to
speak
on
a
certain
agenda
item.
Please
call
in
advance
of
the
meeting
two
four:
oh
five,
two
nine
seven,
three,
four:
six:
seven
or
text
your
request
in
advance
of
the
meeting
two
four:
oh
five,
two
zero,
five,
four
one.
Nine
five
includes
your
name,
the
agenda
item
number
and
the
reason
you
would
like
to
speak.
Please
submit
your
request
prior
to
the
beginning
of
the
meeting,
to
avoid
receiving
your
request.
I
After
your
item
has
been
considered,
city
staff
will
attempt
to
submit
request
and
see
during
the
meeting
to
process
them
from
the
meeting
chair.
Finally
to
speak
under
the
heading
comments
by
board
staff
and
citizens.
Please
call
four:
oh
five,
two
nine

Six.
Seven

Nine
five!
Please
list
your

Your
address
phone
number
and
the
subject
on
which
you
wish
to
address
the
board.
Now
I
would
I
asked:
do
we
have
a
quorum
present.
B
I
Thank
you.
In
the
case,
we
will
call
the
meeting
to
order.
This
is
the
meeting
in
the
past
three
citizens
wisely
board
for
June
of
2015
and
is
now
called
to
order.
The
second
item
on
the
agenda
would
be
a
consideration
of
the
minutes.
We
had
been
furniture
copy
of
each
of
the
minutes
of
our
may
28
20
20
battery
board
meeting.
Are
there
additions
or
Corrections?
B
J
Yes,
so
you
have
in
your
packet,
the
revenue
and
expenditure
report
for
the
period
ended,
May,
30,
berth
20
on
the
revenue
side
for
the
month
way
of
one
eighty,
eight
thousand
eight
hundred
twelve
dollars.
Most
of
that
is
interest
fiscal
year
of
three
million,
eight
hundred
two
thousand
seven
hundred
seventy
one
in
total
of
eight
hundred
thirty-four
million,
seven
hundred
thirty
thousand
nine
hundred
fifty
six
on
the
expenditure
side.
J
For
the
month
we
have
six
million
three
hundred
forty
one
thousand
thirty
eight
dollars
fiscal
year
of
eighty
eight
million
seven
hundred
thirty
six
thousand
two
hundred
fifty
eight
total
expenditures
of
668
million
three
hundred
seventeen
thousand
and
ten
dollars.
Then
you
go
so
I
have
the
budget
and
obligations
report
in
your
packet
and
I
will
try
to
answer
any
questions.
If
you
have
any.
I
E
E
I
H
H
J
Still
in
in
the
budgets
what
we
did
as
far
as
the
fairgrounds
is
we
created
and
another
line
item
within
your
budget.
That
shows
nine
million
that
will
go
to
maps,
for
we
still
have
to
have
that
within
our
accounts
and
and
as
it
is
spent,
it
will
be
spent
towards
the
maps
board,
but
it
will
not
be
transferred
over
because
of
legal
issues
and
same
thing
with
Union
Station,
lower
Park
money.
There's
another
line
item
on
the
budget
with
in
part
to
show
that
money.
H
I
J
J
J
Some
new
material
between
the
concrete
pavers
and
the
curb
that
was
a
lessons
learned
during
project
180
that
they've
requested
that
we
add
to
the
project
and
going
on
down.
You
see
that
now
item
number
say
is
actually
a
credit
of
$21,000.
So
these
these
items
go
both
ways,
but
these
are
what
we
would
call
just
routine
construction
items
as
the
project
continues
on,
and
this
does
come
with
the
approval
from
the
subcommittee
Convention
Center
subcommittee.
J
I'm
5
is
recommend
approval
of
amendment
number
8
to
contract
for
landscaping,
architectural
services
with
Hargreaves
Jones
Landscape
Architecture,
DPC,
Maps
3
Park
increase
of
one
hundred
thirty
four
thousand
seven
hundred
seventy
dollars
project
m3,
p00,
six
I
know
that
we're
all
still
fixated
now
on
the
lower
park
finishing
that.
But
what
this
amendment
does
is
cleans
up
some
items
from
the
upper
Park.
J
I
I
K
Good
money,
everyone
and
thank
you
for
that
previous
approval
to
keep
on
going.
We
are
at
the
stage
for
the
aloha
Park.
We
are
at
the
95
percent
design
plans
and
specs,
and
so
we
want
to
bring
to
you
an
update
or
where
we're
at
and
as
a
prelude
to
coming
back
next
month
and
asking
for
final
approval
to
go
to
City,
Council
and
then
out
to
bid.
K
Quarter
show
are,
the
vision
is
almost
complete.
The
aqua
park
has
been
great
success,
the
lower
Park,
although
it's
you
know
one
half
of
the
of
scissortail
Park.
It
repeats
several
things,
but
it
has
a
slightly
different
take
on
several
things.
So
in
a
lower
Park,
we
have
a
sporting
component
that
we
having
the
upper
part
like
the
promenade,
continues
all
the
way
down
to
the
river
and
but
it's
a
much
more
relaxed
and
casual
park
than
the
upper
part.
So
it's
it's
relating
more
to
moving
from
downtown
towards
the
river
yiii.
K
Next,
here's
the
current
design.
After
going
through
several
rounds
with
stakeholders
on
the
operator
and
the
city
departments,
the
lower
park
I'll
just
go
from
clockwise
from
top
to
bottom.
We
have
one
synthetic
soccer
field.
We
have
a
sports
pavilion.
We
have
about
220
existing
trees,
we're
keeping
which
is
very
different
than
the
other
park.
We
only
had
two
trees
in
front
of
Union
Station
that
we
kept
so
there's
about
there'll
be
a
feeling
of
a
forest
in
the
north
end
of
the
park.
K
We
have
an
area
called
the
Whispering
Pines
that'll
be
different
than
the
upper
Park
and
airy
just
with
pine
trees
and
meadows.
We
have
the
promenade
coming
all
the
way
down
from
Sky
dance
bridge.
We
have
the
sports
area
sports
courts,
which
feats
is
Fritzl
pickleball
and
two
basketball
court
seats,
I'm.
H
K
So,
as
you
remember,
in
the
Alpha
Pack,
we
went
out
to
bid
with
several
ad
alternates
in
hopeful
of
getting
a
good
value
and
we're
feeling
positive,
we'll
be
able
to
do
the
same
thing
in
the
lower
park.
So
we
have
some
ad
alternates
here.
Basically,
a
Dalton
number
one
is
adding
night
lighting
to
soccer
fields,
adding
shade
structures
to
the
soccer
fields.
Number
three
is
adding
a
nature
play
elements
within
the
existing
trees
for
kids.
The
kids
have
been
very
successful
in
the
Alpha
Pack
number
four
is
adding
night
lighting
to
the
sports
courts.
K
Number
five
is
that
pink
squiggly
line
the
woodland
trail
that
winds
its
way
through
the
fields
number.
Six
is
a
second
building.
We
call
the
hill
pavilion,
it's
a
second
group
of
restaurants
and,
finally,
the
extension
of
the
promenade
from
for
King
Street
down
to
15th
Street,
so
lots
of
goodies
there
that
we
hope
to
get
a
good
price
on
next.
K
So
we'll
just
quickly
go
through
again
that
order
of
things
the
soccer
fields.
One
of
the
interesting
is
that
come
out
of
that
there's
a
potential
partnership
with
fields
and
futures
that
has
a
educational
program
for
youth
and
they're
willing
to
add
in
kind
or
our
donation
in
some
part
of
the
soccer
field,
so
we're
working
with
them
to
bring
value
to
that.
So
one
soccer
field,
their
next,
the
sports
feeling
here
we're
kind
of
hanging
over
10th
Street.
K
You
see
the
soccer
field
in
the
background,
Sports
feelings
about
the
size
of
the
cafe
in
the
upper
Park
and
to
the
right.
You
can
see
the
existing
trees
starting
to
form
the
woodland
there.
Next,
as
I
mentioned
before,
we
wanted
to
add
a
children's
play
component
here,
but
not
as
formal
as
the
upper
Park.
So
this
nature
play
area
is
more
using
natural
materials,
boulders
logs
vegetation
and
just
creating
some
interest
for
kids
within
the
existing
forest.
Next.
K
He
were
over
I-40,
looking
back
at
the
wit
of
the
area.
As
the
promenade
comes
down
from
Sky
dance
and
on
the
left
hand
side,
you
can
start
seeing
the
sports
courts
area
with
futsal
at
this
end,
pick
a
ball
in
the
middle
and
basketball
just
far
right
and
we're
hoping
the
Thunder
will
also
donate
the
finishers
to
the
courts.
Next.
K
Whispering
Pines
area,
so
big
area
conifers,
which
is
different
so
as
you're
driving
up
Robinson
towards
the
city,
you'll,
see
sky
dance
in
the
background,
through
the
pine
trees
and
as
you're
walking
up
the
promenade
you'll
definitely
feel
and
hear
the
wind
next,
the
promenade
is
a
continuation
of
the
upper
Park,
so
the
paving
finishes
the
the
furniture
and
the
lighting
continues
all
the
way
down,
Thanks
the
hollow
area.
This
is
the
area
at
the
lowest
point
of
the
site.
We
are
also
facing
a
low
point
and
potential
flooding
we're
close
to
the
river.
K
So
this
is
the
area
that
will
feature
that
next
and
here
we
are
hovering
over
the
fields
looking
towards
the
river.
In
the
background,
you
can
see
the
overlook
Hill
there
it's
about
29
feet,
high
and
through
the
trees.
You
can
see
the
end
of
the
promenade.
Listen
that
what
we're
calling
knuckle
clauser
and
the
hill
pavilion,
which
is
an
alternate
next
and
here.
K
K
K
We're
repeating
much
of
the
materials
and
finishes,
as
I
said,
we
have
about
blessed
with
a
220
existing
trees,
we'll
be
adding
another
700
trees,
so
in
the
tree,
count
we're
about
the
same
as
the
upper
Park,
but
it's
a
much
more
relaxed
down
here.
So
it's
more
about
different
grasses
and
perennials.
The
area
will
do
100%
irrigated
as
well.
Next
I'll
just
talk
briefly
about
the
tuba
villians
on
behalf
of.
E
K
K
It's
enclosed
area
includes
of
male
and
female
restrooms
and
also
a
family
restroom.
It
has
a
15,
1500,
sorry,
a
150
square
feet,
concession
area
for
feeding
the
some
of
the
kids
playing
sports,
but
also
our
families
coming
to
picnic,
there's
a
much
bigger
area
for
the
operator
to
have
storage
and
acquainted
ment
rental
and
dumps
the
areas
to
the
right.
Here
again
it
repeats
the
same
sort
of
materials.
Next.
K
C
K
View
from
the
park
side,
with
the
red
doors,
much
like
the
red
in
the
cafe
in
the
upper
Park
and
that's
the
the
restrooms
so
there's,
obviously
where
the
restrooms
are
for
the
kids
next,
the
second
pivot
building
is
the
hill
pavilion,
and
this
is
amad
alternate
for
the
southern
end
of
the
site.
Again,
it
repeats
the
restrooms
male
female
male,
female
and
family
includes
a
staff
room
for
the
operator
and
a
little
bit
of
trash
area
and
storage
and
again
seating
for
64
people
sitting
outside
next.
K
The
materials
are
again
repeated
from
the
upper
pack
from
the
break
to
the
wood
and
the
ceiling,
the
standing
seam
on
the
roof,
but
this
time
we're
using
a
middle
screen
accent
for
the
vertical
walls
to
avoid
any
oil
canning.
Next,
okay,
cus
our
budget
was
a
twenty
point:
five
million
and
we're
just
just
there.
K
So
we're
feeling
good
about
that.
Also,
the
ad
alternates
from
one
to
seven
that
I
talked
about.
We
have
about
four
point:
four
million
dollars
worth
of
Ultimates
there,
so
hopefully
we'll
be
in
the
position
to
pick
and
choose
after
bids.
Come
back
for
that.
Thank
you.
Next,
one
last
but
not
least,
schedule
we
are
on
the
verge
of
finishing
final
plans
and
specs,
so
the
95%
of
circulating
now
for
city
department
reviews.
K
We
are
hoping
to
come
back
to
you
next
month
with
100%
plans
and
specs,
and
your
approval
to
go
to
City
Council
to
go
out
to
bid
in
August
and
start
construction
this
year
about
18-month
construction
and
completing
in
April
2022
and
having
another
opening
for
a
park.
So
thank
you
very
much.
This
is
a
the
completion
of
the
vision
and
we're
excited
to
get
going
again
and
I
I'm
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
I
H
K
K
H
K
No,
it's
just
just
simply
like
your
your
finger,
it
kind
of
has
the
knuckle
and
it
kind
of
bands
and
turns
so
we
wanted
to
acknowledge
the
the
broad
sweep
of
the
promenade
as
it
comes
to
the
south.
It
hits
that
Plaza
and
then
the
permanent
actually
goes
parallel
to
two
Robinson
to
make
that
crossing
safe
at
15th
and
and
Robinson
for
pedestrians,
okay
and
then.
H
And
then
my
next
comment,
I
guess
every
we've
talked
in
the
past
about
connecting
the
park
to
the
river
and
I
think
even
the
presentation,
the
Park
Department
did
in
the
past,
connecting
to
the
south
side
of
the
river
and
all
those
all
those
designs
envision.
A
pedestrian
bridge
across
the
river
I
assumed
that
bridge
would
have
to
be
elevated
and
so
in
the
design
of
the
hill
are
we
are
we
considering
that
as
a
launching
pad
to
get
the
elevation
up
to
to
provide
for
a
pedestrian
bridge
across
there?
How
was
that
connection?
H
Gonna
work,
I,
don't
I
can't
envision
pedestrian
bridge
taking
off
from
the
corner
of
15th
and
Robinson
right
there
at
the
street,
but
I
didn't
know
what
you
know.
Kind
of
you
know.
What's
the
design
here,
you
know
I'd
hate
to
see
us,
build
the
hill
and
then
come
around
later
and
then
have
to
build
another
Ella
or
or
not,
or
bulldoze
part
of
that
to
get
the
the
elevation
up
for
the
for
the
pedestrian
bridge.
So
what's
the
what
the
design
there
well.
K
K
K
H
H
K
H
D
Mr.
Adams
could
I
comment
please.
This
is
Kim
one
of
the
things
that
the
Overlook
Hill
does
is
replicate
the
same
hell,
that's
in
the
upper
Park,
so
that
it's
not
it's
not
a
steep
climb,
like
you,
would
think
of
climbing
up
a
side
of
a
large
hill
or
a
mountain,
but
something
that
that
flows
easily,
just
as
it
does
in
the
upper
part,
and
one
of
the
reasons
for
doing
that
was.
D
Our
original
focus
groups
talked
about
the
fact
that
there
were
a
lot
of
organizations
and
people
that
wanted
to
have
some
type
of
music
performances
down
in
the
lower
park,
not
as
as
programmed
or
as
professional.
If
you
will,
as
in
the
upper
part
where
we
have
the
stage
so
knuckle,
Plaza
becomes
a
place
where
a
stage
could
be
erected
so
that
any
type
of
performance
could
have
could
happen
there
and
then,
just
as
we
did
at
our
Grand
Opening
for
the
upper
Park
people
sat
on
that
promontory
Hill.
D
Looking
on
to
the
stage,
it
also
gives
you
a
view
of
looking
at
the
sky
dance
bridge
when
you're
on
that
hill.
You
can
see
Devon
and
some
of
the
taller
buildings
and
then,
if
you
look
south,
you
have
a
great
view
of
the
river
and
I
believe
even
some
of
the
boathouse
district,
so
it
it
becomes
an
area
of
exploration,
much
different
than
it
is
on
the
ground.
Well,.
H
J
Sir
item
7
is
approve
change,
order,
number,
3,
Maps,

Bennett
event,
center
improvements,
increased
thirty,
nine
thousand
five
hundred
five
dollars
and
27
cents
project
m3
f00
to
G.
So
you
recall
that
we
have
a
contractor
out
there
doing
some
of
the
the
finished
items
from
the
from
the
construction
and
then
some
new
items,
but
the
largest
piece
of
this
change
order
is
the
control
joint
C
replacement.
J
Some
of
that
stuff
didn't
perform
well,
so
we're
replacing
that
sealant
that
this
is
one
of
those
things
that
you
know
from
the
previous
contractor.
So
then
also
the
schedule
modification,
so
there's
a
zero
cost,
but
there
were
75
days
added
to
this
contract,
and
that
was
because
the
Bennett
Center
was
used
as
a
code
19
test
site
and
they
couldn't
go
in
there
and
work.
So
again,
it's
no
cost.
It
just
extends
the
contract
so
that
they
don't
get
liquidated
damages
and
everything
is
still
on
schedule.
I
J
Animators
recommend
approval
of
final
acceptance,
Maps
three
sidewalks
phase
for
project
two
improvements,
accepting
the
project
and
placing
the
maintenance
bond
into
effect
project
m3w,
zero,
zero,
four
a
so.
This
is
final
acceptance
of
sidewalk
project.
Darren
Scott
from
Guernsey
is
here
to
show
you
how
this
project
wrapped
up
so
I'd
like
to
turn
over
Darren
well,.
L
Good
morning
board,
we're
excited
to
be
here
for
final
acceptance
on
project
two
of
the
phase
four
sidewalks.
This
is
the
last
batch
of
alignments
that
we
worked
on
on
the
next
slide.
You'll
see
the
faced
or
project
two
alignments
were
pretty
much
scattered
across
the
city.
We
had
seven
alignments
and
two
alternates
that
were
included.
We
were
able
to
do
the
alternates
as
well,
so
in
total
we
had
about
six
and
a
half
miles
of
sidewalk,
with
about
1.8
million
dollars
in
construction
cost,
which
was
slightly
under
the
estimated
original
contract
on.
L
See
the
first
alignment
that
we
highlight
is
pin
Avenue
36,
Southwest,
36th
Street
to
Southwest
29th,
and
then
we
had
a
little
bit
of
a
gap
and
we
picked
back
up
at
Southwest
23rd,
just
south
plus
15,
so
sidewalk
you're,
looking
at
here,
is
around
Southwest
30th
looking
to
the
south
across
some
commercial
buildings
on
the
next
slide,
just
kind
of
see.
The
overall
alignment,
like
I,
said
we
kind
of
two
different
parts.
L
There
was
quite
a
few
neighborhoods
in
the
area,
so
we
were
able
to
pick
up
some
good
connections
from
the
neighborhood
crossed
over
a
railroad
track
that
the
the
track
itself.
We
didn't
do
anything
within
that
right
away.
So
that's
a
connection.
That'll
need
to
be
done
and
later
went
across
the
Trinity
rail
station
and
then
ended
at
the
the
old
school.
That's
no
longer
in
service
and
then
pick
back
up
to
the
north
in
search
of
the
South.
Excuse
me
and
ended
up
at
the
South
Grant
rail
connection.
L
So
you
have
completed
a
well
needed
alignment.
There's
a
lot
of
foot
traffic
out
here
and
was
first
started.
So
it
was
a
good
connection.
The
next
alignment
was
Meridian
is
Southwest,
29,
no
Castle,
Road
or
essentially
the
airport
interchange.
The
view
here
is
at
Southwest
36.
This
was
probably
the
most
challenging
because
of
the
right
away
issues,
narrow
right
away
along
Meridian
and
had
to
acquire
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
property,
but
in
total.
F
L
L
The
staff,
like
I,
said,
ended
at
Newcastle
Road
and
ran
to
the
north
to
southwest
coming
that,
eventually
that
it
connects
to
the
the
other
sidewalk
that
runs
all
the
way
up
to
I-40
in
a
river,
so
kind
of
completed.
Another
connection
here,
primarily
a
wine
industrial,
commercial
area.
But
there
are
some
residential.
L
That
we
were
able
to
get
close
to
or
some
connections
Oriole
Road
is
the
next
alignment
that
we
worked
on
north
from
essentially
Hefner
Parkway
over
to
Mae
about
a
mile
worth
of
sidewalk.
This
one.
The
picture
you
see
is
we
provided
bus,
stop
pads
and
then
the
city
came
back
in
and
added
these
new
shelters
so
definitely
upgrades
to
the
bus
stops.
L
The
next
slide,
you'll
see
primarily
hotels
on
the
West
End,
a
lot
of
more
development
that
that
will
occur.
There
provide
connections
across
when
a
women
by
the
run,
apartments,
I,
believe
they're
there
by
Clearbrook
and
then
continued
over
to
may
towards
the
new
development
at
the
corner.
MaeÃn
memorial,
the
next
alignment
was
Lincoln
I
44
to
stop
to
Northeast
38
a
little
over
a
mile.
The
picture
here
is
in
front
of
the
Jim
Thorpe
building,
so
this
one
was.
We
have
enough
talent
with
cross
slope.
L
L
When
we
got
to
the
very
north.
It
was
just
a
wooded
area,
so
we
thought
it
made
sense
to
move
it
over
to
the
west,
which
we
did
and
then
we
were
able
to
connect
businesses
and
then
a
fairly
large
Lincoln
apartment
complex
over
on
the
west
of
our
of
our
alignment.
So
we
felt
like
that
made
a
lot
of
sense.
L
This
one's
another
one.
That's
very
well
used
the
infant
crisis
centers
their
Red
Rocks.
Is
there
so
there's
a
lot
of
pedestrian
traffic
to
those
businesses,
so
another
well
well
needed
alignment,
and
it
also
connects
to
the
south
all
the
way
down
to
the
Capitol
area.
The
next
alignment
is
Northwest
50th.
L
This
one
was
kind
of
a
two
part
alignment
as
well:
Portland,
Avenue
to
Lake,
Hefner
Parkway
and
then
jump
across
Lake
Hefner
and
then
pick
back
up
at
Hamilton
in
May.
The
picture
you're
looking
at
here
is
the
Citadel
apartments
on
the
east
side
and
in
all
it
was
about
0.8
miles
of
the
sidewalk.
The
next
slide
you'll
see
again
some
kind
of
a
split
this
one.
L
We
connect
it
into
the
I-44
trail
and
then
it
also
finished
up
a
lot
of
connections
from
some
of
the
other
sidewalks
progress
that
was,
they
were
ongoing,
so
this
one
is
close
to
our
office.
So
I
know
our
staff
uses
a
product
because
it
helps
complete
a
big
loop
for
us
to
walk
at
lunch,
but
another
well
needed
alignment.
L
The
next
one
is
Reno,
this
one's
out
by
the
fairgrounds
Portland
to
May,
when
we
were
looking
at
the
sidewalks,
the
right
away,
dictated
a
lot
of
where
we
put
them
where
we
had
to
put
the
sidewalk
this
woman
alone
Reno,
we
had
a
lot
of
ride
away,
see
the
sidewalk,
though
in
general
we'd
like
to
keep
them
further
off
the
road,
but
they
weren't
always
able
to
do
that.
But
I
think
this
one
looks
really
nice
being
pushed
off
of
the
road.
This
is
in
front
of
the
reining
towards
education
building.
L
The
next
slide
shows
the
basically
week
we
ended
at
May
or
I'm.
Sorry
had
Portland
near
the
the
osu-okc
campus
underneath
I-44
across
the
fairground
in
curtain
three,
and
they
over
at
may
to
connect
up
to
the
other
connection,
arms
may
Avenue
that
runs
north
and
south,
and
then
these
final
alignment
was
counseled.
This
was
an
alternate
about
0.9
miles
of
sidewalk,
this
from
Wilshire
to
Britain,
so
just
south
of
44
or
I'm.
Sorry,
both
of
us
highway
running
south.
L
This
view
here
is
in
front
of
the
you
can't
a
funeral
home
looking
south
along
council.
The
next
slide
you'll
see
like
I
mentioned
on
the
north
end
you're
close
to
Walmart
kind
of
the
siding
trick
of
Walmart,
and
as
you
go
south,
maybe
you
start
picking
up
a
lot
of
residential
neighborhoods.
There's
two
very
large
additions
will
sir
Wilshire
Ridge
and
then
on
the
other
side.
The
west
side
is
at
aspen
at
harvest,
Hills
neighborhood,
so
again,
picking
up
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
neighborhoods
and
providing
good
connections
to
the
commercial
areas.
L
So
a
little
on
the
next
slide,
a
few
stats
on
the
project.
We
we
had
about
1700,
linear
foot
of
sidewalk,
curb
a
lot
of
that
is
making
up
cross
slopes
and
in
making
sure
we
have
our
RA
da
tolerances
in
place.
11
signal
pedestrian
signals,
so
we
improve
some
intersections
about
14,000
square
yards
of
sidewalk
215
ramps
in
8,
upgraded
bus,
stop
pads.
So
all
in
all
a
good
project.
L
Our
construction,
our
design
team
was
was
guernsey,
us
and
then
Winky
was
our
surveyors,
and
then
we
had
excellent
contractor
with
MTZ.
They
were
great
to
work
with
and
then
TLS
was
the
pedestrian
signal
contractor.
So
all
in
all
a
good
project,
and
we
fought
made
good
success
and
accomplished
what
we
wanted
to
accomplish
with
the
lead
alignments.
So
with
that,
you
guys
have.

So
this
is
another
piece
of
the
work
that
we've
been
doing
at
the
river
and
Tony
Blatt
from
horebeek.
Blatt
is
here
today
to
outline
what's
in
the
plans.
Tony
thank.
F
J
F
F
Thank
you.
So
this
is
a
renovation
to
the
second
floor
of
the
existing
white
water
building
and
then
it's
the
operation
of
a
four-person
zip
line
on
the
north
side
of
the
property.
The
renovation
is
going
to
include
meeting
rooms
with
moveable
walls
for
flexibility.
It's
got
new
restroom
facilities
to
support
the
occupancy
load
of
the
upstairs
space.
We
have
a
couple
of
smaller
conference
rooms
for
smaller
meetings.
We
are
capturing
a
space
that's
currently
exterior,
but
underneath
the
existing
roof
for
an
epic
deck
that
will
overlook
the
surf
machine.
F
We're
gonna
have
a
dumbwaiter
incorporated
so
that
we
can
move
food
up
and
down
into
the
meeting
spaces
without
going
through
the
public
areas,
and
then,
additionally,
we've
got
that
zipline
four-person
zipline
that
we're
putting
on
the
north
side
of
the
project
created,
as
an
add,
alternate
to
protect
the
budget
that
we
are
holding
to.
If
you
want
to
go
to
the
next
slide,
this
is
overall
site
plan
of
the
project.
F
It
shows
that
we've
got
the
building
renovations
happening
primarily
within
the
envelope
of
the
existing
whitewater
building,
and
then
we've
got
the
location
of
the
zipline.
That's
going
to
be
along
the
north
property,
starting
from
launching
from
the
northeast
corner
of
the
property
and
landing
down
at
the
southeast
Northwest
portion
of
the
property
adjacent
to
the
current
river
channel.
If
you
want
to
go
to
the
next
slide,
this
is
the
interior
space
of
the
ground
floor
of
this
existing
whitewater
building.
Thus,
the
light
blue
colored
areas
show
construction
that
is
above
the
ground
floor
area.
F
The
dark
blue
are
our
methods
to
egress.
We
have
a
new
grand
stair
inside
that
you
will
walk
up
to
the
second
floor.
We
have
a
new
elevator
constructed
in
an
existing
elevator
shaft,
and
then
we
have
two
new
stairs
that
are
exterior
that
can
take
people
off
of
the
epic
deck
and
off
of
the
west
egress
stair,
which
has
also
got
an
inner
core
view
in
the
balcony.
F
The
yellow
area
shows
the
renovated
footprint
for
the
kitchen,
it's
just
an
expansion
for
a
future
edition,
and
then
it
shows
the
renovated
bar
with
the
dumbwaiter
located
so
that
we
can
take
food
up
and
down
without
going
into
the
public
space
and
with
the
displaced
offices
in
orange,
we're
creating
just
three
areas
that
are
going
to
utilize
existing
space
for
three
enclosed
offices.
If
you
want
to
go
to
the
next
slide,.
F
So
this
is
the
upstairs
space.
The
dark-blue
is
the
exterior
decks
and
the
grand
stair
and
elevator
up
to
the
second
level.
The
orange
spaces
are
the
large
main
rooms
that
have
moveable
walls
that
can
create
one
large
open
space
gives
flexibility
for
the
sizes
of
spaces
that
could
be
used
or
leased.
This,
the
smaller
yellow
area
is
a
conference
room,
that's
by
the
grand
stair
for
a
smaller,
more
private
meeting,
and
then
we
have
another
yellow
space.
That's
right
out
on
the
corner.
F
It
opens
out
on
to
the
viewing
balcony
that
will
view
towards
the
west.
It
has
windows
into
the
two-story
space
that
can
ultimately
look
out
on
to
the
river
and
then
the
light
blue
area
shows
the
the
new
toilet
facilities
that
will
support
the
occupancy
load.
The
grey
spaces
are
basically
storage
and
support
for
this
new
meeting
room
renovation.
You
want
to
go
to
the
next
slide.
F
This
is
our
these
are
portion
of
our
construction
documents,
showing
what
the
exterior
of
the
building
is
going
to
be.
Essentially,
what
we're
doing
is
we're
keeping
the
existing
vernacular
so
that
it
looks
like
it
was
here
from
day.
One,
the
exterior
stair
on
the
west
side
is
clad
with
metal
material.
That
is
opaque
where
the
stair
structure
is,
and
it
is
perforated
when
it
is
in
front
of
existing
windows.
So.
F
Still
have
a
VHS
ID,
it
also
shows
a
cable
rail
construction
so
that
it's
transparent
guard
is
able
to
overlook
the
west
side
from
the
viewing
balcony.
Both
of
these
are
from
the
same
side,
one
directly
on
and
one
from
the
north,
and
then
this
is
from
the
east
side.
It
shows
the
location
of
the
proposed
Depok
deck.
This
is
a
two
storey
space
that
is
covered
in
the
current
construction.
We're
going
to
capture
the
upper
portion
of
the
space,
create
an
elevated
deck
that
can
be
leased
rented
out
for
venues.
F
As
a
group,
it'll
also
allow
four
times
the
throughput
of
a
single
line
to
zipline,
and
so
that's
the
intent
of
the
spaces
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
get
more
activities
for
individuals
who
are
already
on
property.
Sixty
two-foot
tall
at
the
launch
Tower
and
slightly
over
a
thousand
feet
and

It
looks
like
it's
going
to
be
a
nice
alternate
to
the
facility.
If
you
want
to
go
to
the
next

improvements
in
increasing
9400
$37.50
project,
m3s
zero,
zero,
eight.
So
this
has
to
do
with
the
additions
that
the
state
safety
office
wanted,
specifically
the
leading
rail
metal
that
will
be
put
in
there
so
that
that
fence
it's
coming
down
in
the
next
few
weeks
and
the
new
metal
mesh
will
be
placed
in
there
when
we
did
the
mock-up
in
the
original
design.
We
felt
like
it
wasn't
heavy-duty
enough,
so
we've
upgraded
the
gauge
of
the
middle
connect.
J
It
goes
in
there
and
that
was
the
the
didn't
$400
and
then
there
were
some
additional
railing
clips
that
were
added
to
help
stiffen.
That
also
I
wanted
to
add
that
we
did
not
have
a
streetcar
subcommittee
meeting
this
month.
Mr.
Hardy
and
I
discussed
this
and
didn't
see
that
this
was
significant
enough
to
put
a
meeting
together
for
$9,000.
So
we
brought
it
straight
to
the
board.
We
will
take
it
back
to
the
subcommittee
as
an
line
them.
A
J
And
12
is
recommend
approval
of
amendment
number
12,
Maps
3
program,
consultant
services,
contract
with
a
DGP,
see
if
the
increase
of
1
million
90
1790
$9.32
retroactive
to
July
1st
2020
project,
M,
3
g,
0,
0
1.
The
reason
it
says
retroactive
to
July
1st
is
because
when
it
gets
to
Council
it
lasts
forever.
J
Every
year
and
what
a
DD
provides
us
with
support
services
within
the
office
and
review
services,
but
also
they
have
full-time
people
out
on
to
some
of
the
project
sites
and
people
that
at
least
go
out
there
once
a
day,
as
my
project
managers
do
so.
This
is
for
about
6
months
of
continued
Convention
Center.
There's
a
gentleman
out
there
full
time
out
there,
eight
hours
a
day
overseeing
what's
going
on.
J
This
also
is
for
a
guy
who's
at
the
park
and
will
be
there
till
we
finally
close
this
out
and
then
beginning
on
the
lower
park,
so
that'll
be
in
the
next
year.
We'll
start
that
lower
part
construction.
He
will
continue
to
work
out
there.
This
also
includes
the
things
that
we
project
into
the
next
year,
like
senior
wellness
centers,
the
work
that
we
just
talked
about
at
the
river
I.
J
Think
that
about
covers
it
and
know
some
more
there.
There
is
additional
trails
that
we
will
build
and
become
still
a
balance.
The
sidewalk
budget
there
will
be
some
more
sidewalks.
So
there's
a
lot
of
work
included
in
this
number,
so
I'll
try
to
answer
any
questions
you
might
have.
Jason.
Cotton
is
also
on
the
line.
If
you
have
any
questions.
I
C
David
this
pop
Neil-
and
it
is
this
I-
said
this-
just
an
estimate
of
what
the
cost
would
be.
Is
there
any
adjustment,
as
we
move
along
to
the
next
year,
if
it
turns
out
that
AVG
is
having
to
do
more
or
less
than
what
is
estimated
at
this
time,
or
is
this
just
a
fixed
number
that
they
will
get
regardless?
Yes,.
J
Sir,
that's
that's
a
really
good
question
it
technically,
it's
a
fixed
number,
but
this
year
we
did
see
because
the
the
lower
park
was
pushed
and
the
Wellness
Center's
didn't
start
exactly
when
we
had
predicted
that
ad
G
did
give
us
a
$250,000
credit
from
last
year's
amount.
So
Jason
and
I
have
worked
to
that.
It's
it's
really
a
negotiation
process
and
yes,
there
are
credits
for
things
that
don't
get
it
done
so.
C
J
Could
be
there's
there's
a
line
item
in
the
contract
for
what
we
call
additional
services,
so
if
we
need
them
to
go
out
and
survey
something
or
if
we
have
another
project
pop-up
that
we
need
just
a
little
bit
here
and
there
we
have
that
line
item
that
we
can
assign
to
do
some
of
those
things.
That
is
a
possibility,
but
I,
don't
think
it's
a
big
risk.
Okay,
all.
I
I
I
All
right,
the
second,
the
second
item
that
I
do
what
to
make
a
brief
comment
about.
There's
the
reading
fiction
of
sue
Cooper.
Perhaps
all
of
you
I
saw
the
letter
of
resignation
which
he
submitted
to
know
that
she
is.
She
and
her
husband
have
changed
their
apartment,
residence
to
Florida
and
she
submitted
her
resignation.
I've
been
in
touch
with
her
to
tell
her
how
much
we
appreciated
the
work
that
she
had
done.
But
my
question
for
staff
is,
it
seems
to
me
as
though
we
ought
to
do
something
more
formal
than
that.
I
Just
the
personal
note
from
me
and
I
wondered
as
this
as
a
body
if
we
would
consider
a
resolution
of
appreciation
for
sue
she's
been
a
I
would
say
a
stalwart
member
from
the
inception
this
process
and
has
given
a
great
service
to
our
city.
That
I
think
needs
to
be
recognized
in
some
meaningful
way.
Any
other
thoughts
or
comments
about
that
I.
D
Agree
with
that,
not
only
your
sentiment,
mr.
chairman,
but
also
the
need
for
recognition
of
all
the
hard
work
that
she
put
in
it,
especially
in
the
early
years
when
she
was
running
her
consulting
business
and
traveling
a
lot
and
being
able
to
keep
up
with
the
demands
of
this.
This
very
active
and
volunteer
position.
I.
C
I
J
I
J
I
just
want
to
add
that
work
continues
at
the
convention
center.
It's
really
looking
great
there's
some
pieces
inside
the
convention
center
that
are
becoming
really
close
to
finished.
I
did
want
to
to
provide
a
tour
for
this
board
and
the
subcommittee,
but
situation
is
has
gotten
to
where
it's
it's
become
a
little
more
difficult,
but
we'll
see
what
we
can
do
in
the
near
future.
G
J
I
Any
other
questions
for
David
all
right,
then
that
brings
us
to
comments
by
board
and
staff.
I
want
to
start
with
what
question
David
for
you
under
item
17,
and
that
is
I
know
that
there
are
many
city
meetings
of
all
kinds,
including
the
council
and
other
boards
and
commissions,
as
is
there
any.
Is
there
any
movement
to
start
having
actual
meetings
rather
than
virtual
meetings
or
what
you're
thinking
about
that.
J
I,
don't
see
that
in
the
near
future
the
the
maps
for
citizens
advisory
board
will
be
in
person,
but
that's
because
it's
the
very
first
one
we
wanted
to
have
that
first
one.
So
people
could
actually
meet
and
see
each
other
beyond
that.
I
don't
know
the
other
issue
that
we
have
right
now
is
council
chambers
are
being
remodeled,
so
they're
not
even
available
until
after
August.
I
F
I
We
have
any
citizens
who
presented
questions
or
comments
that
need
to
be
considered
at
this
time,
not
a
bit
presented,
that's
where
we
have
non
from
citizens.
That
brings
us
to
item
18
on
the
agenda,
which
is
adjournment.
I
believe
that
the
meeting
can
be
adjourned
without
who
does
that,
if
there's
no
further
business
to
begin
the
jerk?
Thank
you.
