Background
in
fisheries,
I
know
he's
worked
up
in
Alaska
and
some
other
places
he's
even
done.
Some
shark
wrangling
John
is
I've,
been
real
impressed
with
what
I've
seen
so
far
John.
It's
been
great,
he's
working
really
hard
on
the
fish
actually
to
get
it
all
cleaned
up
and
then
order
so
John.
You
want
to
say
to
you
by
yourself.
F
A
D
A
F
We
did
do
a
check
on
kitchens,
Lake
I
think
before
I
got
here,
and
everything
seemed
to
be
on
the
up
and
up
with
that,
one
Lake
crystal
is
one
concern
right
now:
we're
having
problems
with
people
pulling
off
the
plywood
from
the
restrooms
and
going
into
there,
and
basically,
if
they're,
also
making
their
own
roads,
they
kind
of
there's
some
potholes,
so
they're
driving
around
and
making
their
own
Hathaways
okay
kind
of
a
set.
What
we're
seeing
right
now.

Of
the
technology
that
we
have
to
work
with
with
IT,
hopefully
that
will
be
an
upgrade
in
the
future
friendlier
for
mobile
devices,
but
we're
selling
lots
and
lots
of
permanence
online
and
a
lot
of
I
know
I
think.
Just
over
the
weekend,
I
was
told
that
they
show
I'm
the
voting
permits
just
over
the
weekend
on.
G
B
C
E
E
F
So
for
April
I
started.
Of
course
we
have
around
10,000
hybrid
sunfish
maintained
to
ponder
sharing
daily
with
water
levels
are
maintained.
We
have
our
zebra
mussels,
samplers
checked,
nothing
has
been
found,
fish
feeders
have
been
maintained
at
Kidd,
Lake,
Edwards,
Pond,
Lake,
south
lakes
park,
east
lake
and
route
66
con
screens
were
repaired.
The
entrance
crowds
were
clean,
the
trash
full
inventory
was
thinking
taken
of
the
hatchery
cattails
in
our
pond,
four
are
being
removed.
F
Then,
let's
see
we
made
a
depth,
stick
to
be
able
to
monitor
our
water
levels
even
closer.
Due
to
the
coated.
We
have
no
walleye,
fried
or
hybrid
striped
bass.
Right
for
this
year,
two
pods
were
set
up
for
walleye,
but
were
drained
so
maintenance
could
be
done
on
line,
maintenance
came
and
fixed.
The
leaking
pond
leaking
line
for
pond
one
onn
fix
the
leak.
F
F
Aerators
for
a
pond
one,
those
stones
were
repaired
and
a
narrator
for
pond
three
was
turned
on.
We
have
no
fish
sampling
done
for
habitat.
We
placed
out,
73
blocks
were
placed
in
Crystal
Lake,
Pend,
South,
Lake
Park,
each
Lake
and
Lake
Draper.
We
mainly
focused
on
ad
a
areas
for
wheelchair
accessibility
and
kids
be
able
to
get
to
them.
We've
also
made
another
28
spider
blocks
to
be
put
out
later
date,
no
fish
sampling.
F
We
did
some
housekeeping
checks
done
on
Edwards
Pond,
Lake,
kitchen,
Lake,
Park
and
Crystal
Lake
Park,
where
by
weekly
housekeeping
checks
were
done
at
Draper,
may
stop
Lakes
Park,
East,
Lake,
kids,
lake
and
route.
Sixty-Six
fish
killed,
Southwick
was
investigated.
Roughly
fifty
five
hundred
gizzard
shed
one
bluegill
and
one
turtle
were
cleaned
up.
F
Zebra
mussels
samplers
at
Lake,
Draper,
Crystal,
Lake,
Park,
kitchen,
Lake,
Park,
South,
Lakes,
part,
east
cage,
Lake
and
Edwards
Park
Lake
were
checked,
no
zebra
mussels
were
found,
aerators
were
turned
on
at
Edwards
part
and
a
work
order
has
been
placed
in
for
the
aerator
actally,
see
they're
still
trying
to
figure
out
why
the
power
is
run.
There.
B
A
F
F
A
F
B
F
D
Mr.
chairman,
sir
I
will
have
Heather
reach
out
to
each
of
the
commissioners
to
see
if
they
have
access
to
computers
or
other
devices,
that
we
could
have
a
more
visual,
either
through
zoom
meetings
or
something
along
those
lines.
So
if
we
have
to
continue
these
these
separations
that
we
have
been
enjoying
recently,
maybe
we
can
get
the
technology
to
the
next
level.
D
Do
a
training
for
everybody
on
their
iPhones,
so
that
we
can
actually
have
visual
contact
with
each
other,
even
though
we
will
be
doing
these
electronically,
possibly
going
forward
for
another
month
or
two.
So
we
we
want
you
to
all
to
think
about
it.
If
you
have
a
modern
cell
phone
or
surface
or
a
laptop
at
at
your
place
of
business
or
your
home,
maybe
we
can
work
it
out
that
you
can
look
each
other
in
the
eye.
While
we
are
having
these
Commission
meetings
going
forward.
A
That's
excellent:
I
was
on
one
four
dozen
you
did
haven't
been
on
them.
I
was
on
one
last
week
and
I
started
15
minutes
before
the
meeting
that
started
and
I
finally
got
on
three
minutes
before
the
meeting
ended
and
I
could
see
everything
but
I
couldn't
get
in
so
I
had
a
big
learning
curve
on
that.
Well,.
D
B
A
C
G
G
A
Right
just
things
that
we've
talked
about
in
the
past
I
mentioned
it
to
Rick
and
Scott
I'm
just
wanted
to
see
if
we
could
get
a
work
order
for
the
East
shoreline
at
Zoo
Lake
the
brush
clearing
it's
more
than
just
mowing
the
grass
but
I
was
out
there
a
couple
weeks
ago,
just
taking
pictures
and
it
was
crowded
with
anglers
but
they're
packed
shoulder-to-shoulder
because
there's
no
place
to
fish.
There's
guests
go
ahead.
D
Doug
Cooper
that
that
property
is
totally
leased
to
the
zoo.
They
are
responsible
for
maintenance.
We
can
have
a
conversation
to
be
happy
to
set
up
a
meeting
with
the
director
and
his
landscape
people,
but
but
it
beneficial,
if
you
had
that
conversation
with
with
dr.
Lawson
over
at
the
zoo,
because
we
really
don't
have
any
jurisdiction
in
there
and
and
we've
tried
to
they.
They,
like
it
all
natural
for
some
reason,
I,
don't
know
why
but
I
think.
B
C
D
A
Yeah
I
realized
that
they're
the
caretakers
for
over
there
but
seems
like
we've,
talked
to
them
in
the
past
and
nothing
happened.
So
I
was
just
wanting
to
bring
it
up
today
and
and
yeah.
That's
fine!
If,
if
we
can
schedule
a
meeting
and
and
even
the
Girl
Scout
folks
I
just
want
to
know
if
they're,
okay
with
the
you
know
us
being
there
as
a
close
to
home
fishing
site
I,
don't
know
how
much
they're
gonna
use
the
pond,
but
yeah.
D
C
A
F
A
A
A
And
then
the
other
item
I
had
was
just
and
I
realized.
This
is
the
river
trust
bunch,
probably
but
the
the
dock,
the
courtesy
dock,
that's
on
the
western
basin,
a
book
Oklahoma
River.
It's
a
experience,
some
damage
due
to
the
drawdown
for
dredging
the
pencils
or
the
spuds
or
bent
and
there's
some
pinching
of
the
decking
and
the
framework
on
the
deck
itself,
because
it
it
just
totally
collapse,
basically
I'm
afraid
if
it
if
it,
if
it
ever
fills
up.
A
C
A
And
he
said
they
were
just
about
done
and
they
were.
They
were
gonna,
move,
move
on
down,
I
think
but
I'm
afraid
if
they
fill
it
back
up
that
we
won't
be
able
to
make
repairs
or
it'll
just
be
damaged.
Even
more
it'll
be
submerged
some
of
it.
So
so
I
just
wanted
to
bring
that
to
everybody's
attention
and
and
I
I.
Don't
think
I
don't
know
who
to
talk
to
on
that
really
so,
but
just
wanted
to
bring
that
up.
So
that's
all
I
had
mm-hmm.
C
A
D
A
A
They
hope
that
they
will
not
have
to
drain
the
river
for
the
water
taxis
for
because
I
guess
they're
running
around
and
just
general
clean
outs,
but
is
what
they've
been
doing,
but
but
yeah
this
the
western
basin
has
been
down
for
a
long
time
and
and
and
yeah
the
dock
was
damaged
so,
but
in
the
future.
Hopefully
they
don't
have
to
do
that
anymore
with
this
new
boat.
So.
A
Thank
you.
Yes,
sir.
This
is
Bill
Townsend
since
I
joined
late,
I
missed
the
items
from
commissioners
and
I'd
like
to
add
one
thing.
During
the
safe
at
home
period,
I
made
a
point
of
going
around
and
checking
activities
at
Lake
Hefner
during
the
noon.
Time
and
I
was
amazed
at
the
amount
of
usage
by
citizens
by
settlers
sunbathers,
you
name
it.
Fishermen
and
in
observing
all
of
the
activity.
I
noted
that
the
area
itself
was
surprisingly
clean
and
I.
