If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Mr
chair,
this
is
jennifer.
It
looks
like
we
have
everybody
that
we
are
expecting
minus
commissioner
schultz
and
I'll
note
that
her
arrival
when
she
comes
on
perfect.
C
Well,
we'll
go
ahead
and
get
started,
then
welcome
everybody
to
the
october
7th
historic
preservation
commission
meeting.
My
name
is
taylor
fudge
and
I'm
the
chair
of
the
hp
commission.
As
you're
aware
during
the
covet
19
pandemic,
no
physical
location
will
be
provided
for
these
particular
meetings.
Instead,
we
will
be
live
streaming
from
remote
locations
as
a
reminder
for
everyone
on
today's
call:
we've
muted
everybody's
mics,
except
for
commission
members.
We
would
request
that
everyone
joining
us
today.
Please
keep
your
microphone
or
phone
muted
until
you
are
called
upon
to
speak.
C
This
will
help
us
minimize
distractions,
make
sure
everybody
can
heard
and
hopefully
get
us
out
at
a
reasonable
hour
as
instructed
in
the
agenda
those
who
called
or
emailed
in
advance
to
let
us
know
your
name,
contact
number
and
agenda
item
that
you
wish
to
speak
about
will
be
recognized
first
before
the
commission
votes
on
each
item.
I
will
ask
if
any
members
of
the
public
wish
to
speak
and
anybody
speaking
will
be
given
three
minutes
to
relay
whatever
information
they
may
have.
C
Since
you
are
muted,
when
I
call
on
you,
please
unmute
yourself
on
a
phone
you'll
press
star
six
state,
your
name
and
address
for
the
record
that
is
extremely
important
and
on
your
desktop
or
laptop
you'll,
hover
your
cursor
over
the
microphone
icon
to
remove
the
red
line.
Again,
please
indicate
your
name
and
address
when,
when
you
are
speaking,
if
we
do
lose
lose
connections
for
this
particular
meeting
and
the
meeting
will
be
stopped,
we
will
reconvene
once
the
connection
is
restored.
C
If
we're
unable
to
restore
within
30
minutes,
any
remaining
items
for
consideration
will
be
continued
to
the
next
regularly
scheduled
historic
preservation
commission
meeting,
which
takes
place
on
wednesday
november
4th
at
2
p.m.
By
video
conference,
the
agenda
and
documents
are
located
at
okc
agenda.okc.gov.
C
Please
select
agenda
on
the
right
side
of
the
historic
reservation
commission
meeting
to
see
all
of
the
items
being
discussed.
Written
comments
received
more
than
24
hours
before
the
meeting
are
posted
online
or
shared
with
commission
members,
and
no
new
materials
can
be
shared
during
today's
meeting.
So
with
all
of
that
being
said,
jennifer
can
you
please
call.
D
C
Excellent,
thank
you.
Jennifer
procedures
for
today's
meetings
were
noted
in
the
agenda.
For
the
sake
of
time,
I
would
ask
that
any
participants
refer
to
this
particular
section.
If
you're
unfamiliar
with
today's
process,
I'll
talk
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
about
certificates
of
appropriateness
and
appeals
to
the
board
of
adjustments
when
an
application
has
been
approved
and
after
a
10-day
protest
period
has
expired,
the
hp
officer
will
mail
a
certificate
of
appropriate
appropriateness
to
the
applicant
city.
Construction
permits
cannot
be
issued
until
that
ca
has
been
issued.
C
If
you
need
information,
please
contact
hp
staff
for
final
design,
review
or
inspection
or
to
withdraw
items
that
will
not
be
completed.
Regarding
appeals
to
the
board
of
adjustments,
any
person
agreed
by
any
decision
granting
or
denying
a
ca
may
appeal
to
the
oklahoma
city
board
of
adjustments.
All
appeals
shall
be
made
within
10
days
of
the
commission
decision
by
filing
written
notice
of
appeal
with
the
clerk
of
the
board
of
adjustments,
and
with
that
being
said,
we
could
move
to
item
number
two
katie.
E
Nothing
to
report,
except
that
we
anticipate
wednesday
or
november's
meeting
today,
is
wednesday.
We
anticipate
the
meeting
in
november
to
occur
virtually
just
as
this
one
is
the
legislation
that
allows
us
to
have
these
meetings
remotely
expires
on
november
15th.
So
after
that,
we,
if
nothing
else,
is
done
to
continue
this
process
and
of
allowing
us
to
have
virtual
meetings.
Then
we
may
be
looking
at
in-person
meetings
starting
in
december,
but
we
will
keep
you
all
informed
as
that
proceeds.
C
G
D
C
A
G
B
Commissioner,
would
you
like
to
verbalize
your
vote
for
this
item?
I
thank
you,
commissioner
schultz
aye.
E
Nothing
out
of
the
ordinary,
I
don't
believe
we
have
anyone
from
code
enforcement
joining
us
for
the
meeting.
If
anyone
has
questions
about
items
reported
in
the
code,
enforcement
report
feel
free
to
contact
staff
or
the
city's
action
center,
and
we
can
provide
more
information
about
those
items.
One
thing
that
I
should
have
noted
under
items
from
the
historic
preservation
officer
is
that
the
national
register
nomination
for
heritage
hills
east
has
been
completed
and
is
officially
listed
in
the
national
register.
E
So
all
nine
of
our
historic
districts
are
now
also
in
the
national
register
and
that
neighborhood
could
take
advantage
of
historic
tax
credits
and
all
those
other
lovely
things.
So
I
wanted
to
say
that
at
the
start
of
the
meeting,
while
we
have
an
audience
listening
so
but
nothing
else
under
code
enforcement.
C
E
Yes,
hbca20051
at
436
northwest
30th
street
jefferson
park,
ward
2..
This
is
an
application.
The
commission
has
heard
once
previously
and
asked
for
some
revisions
to
the
proposed
work.
We
haven't
received
anything
new
from
that
applicant,
but
we
have
been
in
communication
with
them
and
I'd
like
to
recommended
the
commission
continue
it
to
the
december
2nd
meeting.
Okay.
E
Yes,
that
does
require
a
vote
and
I'm
just
scanning,
I
don't
believe
the
applicant
was
going
to
join
us
or
anything.
So
no,
I
think
we
can
just
vote
on
that.
C
C
C
E
We
no
dilapidated
structures.
We
have
three
national
register
nominations
on
this
month.
The
first
one
is
nrhp
20-005
at
300
and
304
northeast
3rd
street
and
316
north
central
avenue,
and
that's
in
the
downtown
business
district
ward
7..
This
is
an
application
by
sarah
wernicke,
although
now
jennifer
bailey,
representing
the
oklahoma
state,
historic
preservation,
office
national
register
coordinator
for
consideration
of
hospital
action
on
a
resolution
regarding
a
proposed
national
register
nomination.
E
This
is
the
sydney
and
mary
lyons
residence
and
commercial
historic
district,
and
you
might
remember
that
the
commission
and
ultimately
the
city
council
designated
this
same
property
as
a
local,
historic
landmark
district
in
2019.
Prior
to
that,
the
house
at
300
northeast
third,
was
listed
in
the
national
register
in
1983..
E
E
This
is
a
rare,
surviving
piece
of
residential
and
commercial
architecture
constructed
at
the
time
that
deep
deuce
this
area
was
the
residential
and
commercial
center
for
the
african-american
community
in
oklahoma
city.
Much
of
that
area
is
no
longer
standing.
These
are
some
of
the
only
structures
that
remain
from
that
time
period
and
the
only
residential
structures
that
remain.
E
C
A
Yes,
I
recommend
the
nomination,
I
mean
we
recommend
the
nomination
to
the
mayor
and
city
council
and
adopt
the
resolution.
F
E
Yes,
this
is
national
register,
a
national
register
nomination
for
the
whittier
school
at
1900
northwest
10th
street.
This
is
zoned
r2
and
it
is
located
in
ward,
6.,
again
application
by
sarah
monica
oklahoma,
state
historic
preservation,
office
for
consideration
and
possible
action
on
a
resolution
regarding
a
proposed
national
register
nomination
for
whittier
school,
the
school
was
constructed
by
oklahoma
city
schools
in
1910
1911
as
the
city's
population
and
the
district's
enrollment
was
booming.
E
It
was
designed,
as
were
many
other
oklahoma
city
schools
in
that
era,
by
prominent
oklahoma,
architect,
solomon,
andrew
layton,
and
is
in
the
classical
revival
style.
It's
significant
under
criterion
c
for
architecture
and
is
also
significant
under
criterion
a
for
history
due
to
its
association
with
the
new
deal,
it
served
as
a
public
nursery
school
for
workers
who
were
employed
in
new
deal-era
projects
and
was
the
only
one
in
the
city
at
the
time,
and
we
anticipate
this
property,
utilizing
historic
tax
credits
for
certified
rehabilitation.
F
The
philippines,
can
you
guys
hear
me?
F
I
just
have
a
quick
question:
is
this
in
conjunction
with
a
specific
project
plan
for
this
property,
or
is
it
just
a
proactive
listing
on
the
register
or
what
are
the
plans
for
this
property.
G
G
G
Projection
is
not
a
problem,
so
catherine,
montgomery
with
the
preservation
and
design
studio.
We
wrote
this
nomination
on
behalf
of
our
clients,
who
recently
purchased
the
building
last
year
and
is
looking
forward
to
doing
an
apartment
project.
F
All
right,
no
that's
great.
I'm
always
curious
because
I
feel,
like
I
know,
that's
always
a
big
part
in
preservation
having
viable
new
uses
for
existing
properties,
and
it's
always
great
to
you
know,
preserve
the
character
of
the
original
building
and
adapt
it
to
something
that
will
be
useful
for
the
current
time.
So
anyway
appreciate
it.
Thank.
G
C
B
C
E
This
is
nrhp
20-7
in
the
I
don't
even
actually
know
how
to
say
this
out
loud:
the
zero
block,
the
block
of
street
numbers
1
through
99
of
northwest
6th
street
automobile
alley
in
ward
6..
This
is
expanding
the
existing
boundary
for
the
automobile
alley.
National
register
district
to
include
the
properties
on
the
north
side
of
northwest
6th
street
on
to
the
east
of
the
district.
E
It
will
add
two
three
structures
to
the
district,
only
one
of
which
is
contributing
and
is
being
done
in
order
to
facilitate
the
use
of
historic
tax
credits
for
the
property
that
you
see
on
your
screen
now
on
mobile
alley,
as
well
as
the
property
being
added
to
the
district,
is
significant
under
criterion
anc
for
architecture
and
for
historic
significance
and
has
been
a
district
since
the
I
think,
mid
90s.
E
So
this
doesn't
affect
other
properties
in
the
district.
It's
just
expanding
to
include
these
additional
properties
as
part
of
the
national
register.
Boundary.
C
Okay,
sarah
looks
like
you
are
present.
Is
there
anything
else
that
you
want
to
add.
J
No
that
pretty
much
covers
it.
I'm
just
here
to
facilitate
any
questions
you
may
have
about
this.
C
E
D
I
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
consent,
docket.
C
E
E
This
is
an
application
to
move
the
east
fence
further
to
the
property
line,
which
triggers
a
response
to
a
significant
change
in
grade
closer
to
the
property
line.
The
applicant
proposes
to
install
a
retaining
wall
upon
which
the
fence
will
sit
and
to
fill
in
and
level
out
the
grade
at
the
retaining
wall.
E
There
are
some
drawings
in
your
packet
that
show
a
section
through
the
retaining
wall
and
the
fence
that
illustrate
how
that
will
function.
The
proposed
fence
would
be
an
eight
foot
tall,
solid
wood
fence
on
top
of
the
retaining
wall,
at
least
at
the
rear
corner,
and
that
is
proposed
to
extend
all
the
way
to
the
front
wall
of
the
dwelling
staff
noted
that
the
grade
of
the
site
is
not
typical
and
may
present
some
unique
circumstances
that
need
to
be
addressed
with
the
retaining
wall
and
changes
to
the
topography.
E
C
K
Clarify
one
thing:
the
only
fence
that
I'm
proposing
to
move
is
the
east
fence
on
the
east
side
of
my
property,
the
north
fence,
just
to
clear
it
up.
That
is
the
fence
between
me
and
the
property
behind
me
and
that's
not
even
under
consideration
in
this.
The
the
retaining
wall
that
I
am
proposing
is
just
about
10
feet,
long
across
the
city,
easement
back
in
the
northeast
corner
of
my
property,
and
it
does
not
extend
the
entire
length
that
was
shown
in
in
one
of
those
pictures.
K
I
do
have
a
a
set
of
objectives
that
I
could
go
over
with
you
that
I'm
trying
to
accomplish
in
this
and
a
couple
of
what
I
think
are
key
points
that
do
point
out
fairly
unique
circumstances,
all
along
the
fence
line
that
that
do
justify
an
eight-foot
fence
and
if
y'all
are
just
sitting
and
listening
to
me
I'll
continue.
If
that's
okay,
chairman
fudge.
D
K
The
the
property
drops
off-
and
I
don't
know
if
I
can
get
the
person
running
this
to
direct-
give
me
a
second
here,
the
one:
that's
yes,
that
one
right
there:
okay
slope,
between
the
dwelling
and
the
and
the
residence
to
the
east.
My
property
is
the
one
behind
the
chain-link
fence
through
the
bushes.
On
the
left
of
this
picture,
the
four-plex
that
gets
cited
several
times
is
the
the
brick
building
to
the
right.
The
property
line
runs
approximately.
K
From
the
word
dwelling,
underneath
the
d
and
dwelling
back
toward
or
in
the
middle
of
that
word,
back
kind
of
toward
the
trees
back
toward
the
back.
The
slope
is
entirely
on
my
property
and
the
flat
part
where
these
two
air
conditioner
units
are
is
on
the
property
that
belongs
to
the
four
plex
to
my
east.
K
K
K
I
us
put
a
six
foot
tall:
stick
with
a
laser
level
on
top
on
the
property
line
right
about
where
this
picture
was
taken
and
that
would
translate
a
six
foot
tall
fence
would
translate
to
a
29
inch
tall,
equivalent
fence
up
on
the
grated
part
of
my
yard.
Basically,
it
would
be
a
knee-high
fence,
it
would
be
a
foot
shorter
than
the
chain-link
fence.
That's
there
now
that
does
not
offer
any
privacy
whatsoever
between
us
and
the
neighbors.
K
K
It
appears
as
though
this
slope
belongs
to
the
fourplex,
and
indeed
you
can
see
some
rocks
in
that
picture.
Tenants
have
scavenged
rocks
out
of
what
used
to
be
a
little
stacked
rock
retaining
wall,
tenants
in
the
four
plex
and
built
or
lined
their
flower
beds
out
in
front
of
of
the
apartment.
K
Disposed
of
garbage
back
there,
in
other
words
it's
a
they,
they
kind
of
treat
it
like
it's
theirs.
It's
it's
actually
my
property
and
then
the
the
other
issue
that
I
have
as
as
a
homeowner
is
all
of
those
trees.
K
K
The
other
thing
you
can
see
in
this
picture
is
the
windows
of
the
fourplex
start
about
two
feet:
two
and
a
half
feet
off
the
ground,
and
you
really
can't
see
the
windows
on
my
property,
but
from
the
bottom
of
my
windows
on
the
first
floor
to
the
bottom
of
their
windows,
the
chain
link
fence
doesn't
even
cover
that
again.
If
you
put
a
six
foot
fence
there,
it
would
be
again
a
knee-high
fence
up
on
the
flat
part
of
my
yard.
K
K
It
would
be
about
a
foot
taller
than
the
existing
chain-link
fence.
It
would
not
be
taller
than
the
fence
at
the
back
of
my
property.
In
fact,
it
would
it'd
be
about
a
foot
shorter
by
the
time
you
got
back
there.
K
It's
a
little
over
seven
feet
tall,
but
as
it
drops
into
that
corner
it
it
extends,
it
extends
yeah
there
we
go
if
you're
standing
on
those
concrete
blocks
that
are
coming
toward
the
camera.
K
That's
a
retaining
wall
that
the
neighbors
behind
me
have
it's
about
a
seven
foot
fence
there
and
the
eight
foot
fence
coming
along
the
property
line
would
about
be
out
where
that
real
short
wooden
fence
is
that
you
can
see
looking
right
at
it,
and
it
would
come
in
about
assuming
that
the
level
that
it
stays
level
with
the
rest
of
it
come
in
about
a
foot
below
the
top
of
that
that
fence
to
the
left,
yeah,
okay,.
D
K
I
have
a
real
good
relationship
with
the
owner.
Her
name
is
gwen
henry
and
she-
and
I
have
known
each
other
for
years.
We've
lived
here
30
years
and
I
believe
she's
on
that
property
longer
than
that.
She
and
I
have
a
good
relationship.
She
is
well
aware
where
the
property
line
is,
and
I
have
talked
to
her.
K
I
had
a
string
at
one
point
stretched
along
the
eight
foot
height
above
the
property
line,
and
she
and
I
walked
out
there
and
talked
about
it
and
she
she
thought
it
was
a
good
idea.
It
would
give
her
tenants
in
the
bottom
floor
some
privacy,
the
the
one
issue
in
that
four
plex
is
their
windows
all
face
my
house.
K
They
they
have
very
few
windows
to
the
front
or
to
the
back
and
and
so
all
of
their
operating
windows,
so
to
speak.
All
of
their
rooms
basically
face
my
property
and
it's
not
like
a
residence
where
you're,
mostly
looking
at
your
front
windows
or
your
back
windows,
that's
the
only
windows
they
have
and
and
then
behind
their
property.
K
They're.
Looking
right
into
my
backyard
they're,
I
mean
they're,
my
backyard's,
like
you,
know,
chin
high
to
them
and
it's
hard
to
see
yeah
it
it's
hard
to
see
through
all
the
growth
but
between
the
red,
brick
building
and
their
garage.
You
know
they're
down
five
or
six
feet
and
and
they're
just
basically
looking
up
into
our
backyard.
K
K
I
do
it's
it's
one
of
those.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
I
can
get
the
fence,
and
then
I
do
have
plans
to
put
kind
of
rebuild
the
the
little
stacked
rock
retaining
wall,
enhance
that
and
then
put
in
appropriate
native
vegetation.
K
That
sort
of
thing
I've
been
working
with
a
landscape
designer
on
that
and
with
some
people
down
in
down
in
norman
that
are
native
plant
experts.
So,
yes,
I
do
have
some
plans
for
that.
F
Well,
I
I
tend
to
agree
with
mary
joe's
kind
of
questioning
there.
It's
you
know.
Typically,
fences
are
pretty
clear-cut.
You
know
yes
or
no.
The
guidelines
are
so
clear
on
this,
but
to
me
on
this
one
you
know
privacy
is
not
really
a
consideration
that
I
would
normally
have,
but
on
this
one
you
have
with
the
slope.
F
If
you
put
a
six
foot
fence
where
that
chain
link
fences
now
you
know
that
would
probably
translate
to
like
a
I
don't
know,
ten
foot
fence
or
a
nine
foot
fence
to
the
neighbor.
You
know
if
you,
if
you
put
an
eight
foot
fence,
which
is
obviously
two
feet
more
than
what's
allowed
on
your
actual
property
line.
F
K
I
can
answer
that,
commissioner,
the
again
I
took
a
a
laser
level
out
there
up
the
property
line
and
it
would
be
a
a
six
foot
fence
would
never
even
hit
the
top
of
the
chain
link
fence
that
exists
now.
Nowhere
along
the
entire
property
line,
an.
E
K
F
Now,
right-
and
this
in
this
case,
I
think,
if
you
put
a
six
foot
fence
on
your
on
your
current
chain
link
location,
I
think
it
would
be
more
detrimental
than
doing
an
eight
foot
fence
on
the
actual
property
line
and
I've.
You
know
the
big
remaining
question
I
had
was:
have
you
spoken
with
a
neighbor
about
this
and
you've
answered
that
you
know
you're
you're,
a
good
relationship
with
your
neighbor
and
seemingly
she
agrees
with.
You
know
that
this
would
be
a
good
solution.
F
So,
honestly,
in
my
opinion,
I
think
there
is
a
warranted,
unique
circumstance
here
with
this
slope
and
the
grade
change
to
to
allow
for
what
you're
requesting.
Although
there
is
one
thing
I
would
like
to
bring
up,
I
know
that,
based
on
the
site
plan,
the
fence
goes
all
the
way
up
to
the
property
frontage
to.
F
So
that's
the
one
modification
that
I
would
probably
request.
I
think
you
know
the
guidelines
are
so
clear
on
bringing
it
back
to
the
40.
You
know
the
chain
link
fence,
it's
it's
transparent,
it's
not
as
impactful.
Maybe-
and
I
understand
that's
the
current
condition-
with
a
eight
foot
or
a
six
foot
fence,
whatever
condition
that
would
be,
I
think
that
would
be
more
of
a
solid
wall
there.
So
all.
G
K
I
do
want
to
make
clear
that
that
my
intention
is
not
to
continue
all
the
way
to
my
house
with
a
foot
tall
fence.
It
would
be
whatever
level
it
is
out
there
over
the
property
line,
just
draw
a
level
line
up
to
where
it
joins,
my
house
and,
and
so
it
would
come.
The
bottom
of
the
fence
would
come
up
the
hill
and
then
flatten
out
and
maybe
be
four
feet
tall
up
there
by
my
house
to
address
the.
A
Yes,
sir,
trying
to
get
an
ordinary,
I'm
sorry,
yeah,
okay,
good
just
good
discussion,
but
the
embankment
is
it
the
same
from
the
back
the
property
to
the
front?
Is
there
a
picture
of
the
front
from
the
front
that
shows
the
condition
the
front
of
the
house.
K
And
then
it
takes
a
dive
to
the
to
the
east,
and
until
we
did
this
landscaping
last
summer
it
looked
like
that
slope
belonged
to
my
neighbor
gotcha.
K
It
would
be,
let
me
do
some
mental
math
here.
Yes,
it
would
be.
K
You
can
see
in
this
particular
picture
here,
there's
a
large
tree
that
that
is
just
kind
of
kind
of
to
the
center.
That
tree
straddles
the
property
line.
A
K
Okay,
so
from
if
you
go-
and
I
I
think
the
front
of
our
house
is
probably
well,
the
the
front
of
the
of
the
four
plex
is
sticks
out
12
feet
further
to
the
south
than
the
front
of
our
house.
So
you
go
back
a
few
feet
to
the
front
of
theirs
and
then
another
12
feet
and
you're
at
the
front
of
our
house,
so
you're
quite
a
ways
back
from
the
front
of
their.
A
A
Quite
a
bit
less
than
a
six
foot
fence.
Yes,
that
was
my
question
so
based
on
that,
it's
always
a
question
of.
Do
you
measure?
I
mean
if,
if
you
took
that
level
of
yours
of
your
lot
to
the
property
line
and
put
a
retaining
wall
in
and
you
measured
a
fence
from
your
side,
it
would
be
less
than
six
feet.
Probably
that's
my
point.
A
So,
if
you're,
if
you're
saying
that
we
measure
from
the
top
of
your
embankment
to
the
top
of
the
new
fence,
it'll
probably
be
less
than
six
if
effectively.
So
I
could
support
this
eight
foot
fence
and
then,
as
it
approaches
your
house,
it
will
be
around
four
feet
or
so
which
is
less
than
six.
So
I
think
you
know
with
these
slopes
it's
hard
to
say
no,
it's
got
to
be
six
feet.
K
That
are
immediately
behind
me
have
essentially
the
same
situation.
The
slope
is
not
as
steep
there.
That
would
be
to
the
left
of
this
picture
that
retaining
wall
yeah.
You
have
to
look
real
close
at
it,
but
there's
a
little
brick
red
brick
set
of
on
top
of
a
retaining
wall
that
continues
all
the
way
to
the
north
between
it
would
be
224
northwest,
18th
and
218
northwest
18th,
and
it's
the
uphill
we're
on
standing
on
the
uphill
side
downhill.
K
J
K
Fence
on
on
that
particular
fence
and
it
and
it
does
give
him
a
great
deal
of
privacy
in
his
backyard
and
and
it
gives
the
neighbors
at
224
northwest
18th
privacy
from
him
in
in
their
backyard
as
well.
So,
okay.
K
Okay,
this,
let's
stay
on
this
picture
for
just
a
second
and
the
the
retaining
wall,
is
going
to
go
just
basically
10
feet
from
where
you
see
the
that
concrete
block,
10
feet
out
and
then
come
back
toward
that
rusty
pole.
K
That
is
the
corner
of
the
existing
chain-link
fence,
and
it's
hard
to
tell
on
that
on
that
photo,
but
from
the
bottom
of
that
rusty
pole
to
the
property
medallion
or
property
stake,
which
is
just
a
little
bit
to
the
right
of
of
center
in
that
photograph
right
there
yeah
exactly
there,
that's
a
three
foot
drop
and
that
really
this
this
downward
swath
across
the
easement
is
is
the
worst
washout
and
erosion
on
my
property,
and
I
really
don't
want
a
retaining
wall
any
further
south
than
that,
but
just
across
this
little
piece
here
and
then
come
back
up
to
to
basically
run
parallel
to
the
to
the
one.
K
K
It
I
picked
30
inches,
that's
three
courses
of
concrete
blocks,
plus
a
four
inch
concrete
block
on
top
and.
C
C
So
is
it
possible
to
approve
this
with
conditions
and
or
to
approve
this
with
conditions,
then
katie
and
add
some
of
those
in
there.
K
I
can
address
a
little
bit
of
that
I've
driven
around
the
neighborhood
and
looked
at
the
what
would
be
called
the
front
facing
fences
or
the
front
facing
parts
of
finches
and
easily
85
percent
of
them
in
the
houses
that
are
similar
in
size
and
situation
to
mine
are
solid,
they're.
Very,
very
few
fences
they're,
not
those
that
are
are
the
old
chain
link
fences
that
have
been
there
for
a
long
long
time
or
maybe
a
picket
fence
that
looks
like
they've
been
there
for
a
while.
K
The
the
fully
transparent
fences
that
I
I
hear
people
talking
about
like
a
like
a
wrought
iron
fence,
or
something
like
that.
Those
are
a
lot
more
common
on
the
great
big
stately
mansions,
where
they're
part
of
the
design
element
of
the
of
the
facade
of
the
house
and
with
the
exception
of
maybe
driveway
gates
or
just
gates,
in
a
otherwise
solid
wooden
fence.
F
Jump
in
here,
real
quick,
just
to
make
sure
we're
all
on
the
same
page.
You
know
I'm
fine
with
with
a
solid
fence
extending
across
you
know,
from
from
the
proposed
new
fence
location
to
the
side
of
the
house.
I
would
just
ask
that
we
go
with
the
guidelines
on
that
to
step
that
back
to
that
40
percent
level.
So
you're,
you
know
perfectly
fine
installing
a
solid
thanks
for
it.
K
E
D
You
have
a
unique
circumstance
for
that,
if
you
want
to.
If
anybody
wants
to
consider
that,
because
john
told
us
that
his
house
is
actually
the
front
is
this
is
correct
the
front
of
you,
you
don't
have
it
on
your
plan
that
the
front
of
the
of
the
apartment
house
is
12
feet
in
front
of
the
front
of
your
house.
D
K
Well,
it
would,
it
would
be
eight
feet
on
the
side
closest
to
the
four
plex
and
then
a
level
top
across
to
mine.
That
would
be
about
four
feet,
which
would
really
honestly,
if
you.
K
On
the
are
you
looking
at
the
picture
there,
it
would
be
just
above
the
plants
in
that
planter
on
the
on
the
right
side
of
my
house.
Looking
at
that
picture,
that's
where
the
the
eight
foot
line
would
would
extend.
D
Just
I
just
want
to
clarify
this:
if
you
did
bring
the
proposed
fence
to
the
front
of
your
house,
the
bottom
of
that
fence
at
the
bottom
of
the
whatever
you're
calling
it
the
terraced
area,
would
be
eight
feet,
but
the
bottom
of
the
fence
would
go,
would
get
smaller
as
it
went
up
the
hill
and
when
it
got
next
to
your
house,
it
would
only
be
four
feet.
High.
D
K
K
Without
compromising
the
the
privacy
concerns
that
we
have
I'm
already
looking
into
just
standing
on
my
porch,
I
can
see
in
their
windows
and
I'm
not
gonna
fence
across
there,
but
the
the
setback
of
I
I.
What
was
it
six
feet
from
the
front.
K
Well,
forty
percent,
if
it's
a
if
it's
a
solid
fence,
right
or
or
six
feet,
if
it's
a
transparent
fence,
you
can
see
those
decorative
elements
on
the
side
of
my
house.
Those
are
about
two
feet
wide
on
the
corners
there's
one
on
the
on
the
right
side
corner
in
that
photograph
as
well.
K
If
you
go
around
the
corner
on
that
you're
right
exactly
into
a
gang
of
windows
in
one
of
our
rooms,
I
think
it
it
used
to
be
yeah
there
we
go
there
yeah
the
this
is
good.
The
the
eight
foot
tall
fence
would
come
in
just
below
that
window
edge
that
you
can
see
on
the
right
side
of
my
house
there
at
the
front
of
the
house.
K
C
K
F
F
Sure,
but
we
don't
I
mean,
but
first
firstly,
it's
transparent,
so
if
you
wanted
to,
you
could
put
one
six
feet
back.
You
know
if
you
wanted
to
with
a
transparent
fence,
so
you
know
that'd
be
fine
and
that's
your
option
to
do
that.
If
you
wanted
to
go
that
route,
if
you
were
to
continue
the
opaque
fence,
the
solid
fence
across
my
you
know,
my
feelings
would
be:
follow
the
guidelines
and
and
match
that
at
least
the
40
back.
But
those
are
just
my
my.
K
That
would
work
with
me
that
that
fence
does
need
a
substantial
amount
of
repair,
but
but
I
could
do
that
and
put
a
new
gate
in
there
and
that
if
that
would
meet
the
requirements,
I'd
be
happy
to
do
that.
H
I
think,
commissioner,
and
I
can
support
that-
I
I
really
agree
with
the
setback
and,
if
there's
some
way,
that
we
can
that
mr
mcbride
can
make
that
work.
K
H
K
F
Issues
and
it
would
be
administratively
approvable
if
you
did
it,
you
know
within
the
six
feet
and
then,
of
course,
if
you
did
the
opaque,
maybe
take
it
across
then
step
it
back
right.
I
don't
have
a
problem.
If
you
you
know,
leave
it
and
or
you
know,
even
connected
to
the
new
fence.
You
know,
if
that's
what
you
choose
to
do
or
repair
it.
You
know
I,
I
don't
have
an
issue
with
that.
K
Well,
I
am,
I
am
willing
to
to
take
a
continuance
on
this
and
and
draft
up
some
much
more
comprehensive
plans
on
on
that
and
and
bring
it
back.
K
If
that
would
help
everybody
be
real
comfortable
with
what
I'm
suggesting,
and
I
just
need
to
understand
what
what
the
what's
been
not
approved,
but
what
we
would
just.
D
I
mean
I
would
make.
I
would
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
eight
foot
fence
along
the
side
of
the
house
and
tie
it
into
the
existing
front
facing
chain
link
fin.
