From YouTube: MAPS 3 Update - State Fair Expo Building Construction

Description

The new Expo Center is the cornerstone of the MAPS 3 Oklahoma State Fairgrounds Improvements projects. The fairgrounds, a year-round economic engine for Oklahoma City for its horse shows and other events, will benefit from a state-of-the-art Expo Center for indoor events. The $44 million center is 279,000 square feet and is located at the former site of Travel & Transportation Building at State Fair Park. The Expo Center is scheduled to be completed in 2016.

The maps three state fairgrounds improvement project is well underway at state fair park with the construction of the new expo building. This construction tour will highlight the major features of Oklahoma, City's, newest and largest event space. The 279 thousand square foot facility sits southeast of the gym nor kareena, replacing the travel and transportation building and carriage home nearby you'll see the new maps three parking lot, which added 2449 parking spaces.
