today,
I'm
here
to
discuss
what
our
city's
urban
design
Commission
has
been
working
on
in
recent
times.
Perhaps
the
most
significant
change
the
Commission
has
approved
is
the
construction
of
a
new
building
in
the
Paseo
and
accompanying
infrastructure.
The
building's
had
to
be
constructed
on
Northwest
28th
Street
is
intended
to
serve
as
retail
studio
space
and
has
been
designed
to
use
many
of
the
same
materials
and
aesthetic
construction
as
other
buildings
in
the
area.
E
Additionally,
a
significant
amount
of
renovation
work
at
319,
Northwest,
23rd
Street,
just
one
of
many
project
aim
projects
aimed
at
beautifying
and
improving
Uptown
OKC
has
been
approved
along
with
pardon
me,
particularly
the
23rd
Street
corridor.
Well,
folks,
I'm
all
out
of
time,
but
those
are
just
some
of
the
things
that
our
commendable
commission
has
achieved
recently
until
next
time.
