Good

I
attend
South,

and
I
am
a

Today
I
will
be
discussing
the
Gulf
Parks
and
Rec
and
Game
and
Fish
Commission,
starting
with
the
Gulf
Commission.
It
was
reported
that
overall,
the
golf
courses
have
been
experiencing
an
increase
in
revenue
and
rounds
purchased
in
particular,
since
the
radio
campaign
started
in
September,
there
have
been
over
409
whole
rounds
purchased
equating
to
around
7,000
dollars
in
revenue.
G
Despite
a
few
incidences
with
water
damage,
the
golf
courses
were
repost,
who
reported
to
be
in
great
shape.
Congratulations
to
commissioners,
james
reed
and
mike
cassidy
for
receiving
chair
and
vice-chair
positions
as
20/20
Golf,
Commission
officers.
Moving
on
to
the
Parks
and
Recreation
Commission
Commissioner
Thompson
motioned
that
3.58
acres
of
unimproved,
parkland
informally
known
as
airport
heights
park,
be
declared
as
surplus
and
recommended
that
the
City
Council
returned
the
proceeds
to
the
parking
rec,
Parks
and
Rec
Department
for
citywide
park
improvements
and
other
news.
G
Congratulations
are
in
order
for
the
Parks
and
Rec
Department
as
they
are
awarded
the
prestigious
2019
gold
medal
of
excellence
award
by
the
Oklahoma

Society
I
would
also
like
to
congratulate
Linda
Cairo
for
the
Parks
and
Rec
Department
for
being
awarded
her
twenty
years
of
service
pin
and
likewise
congratulate
commissioners,
Allen,
Payne
and
Joe
Malone
for
being
voted
chair
and
vice-chair
as
the
2028
Oklahoma
City
Parks
Commission
officers.
G
Following
into
the
game
and
fish
committee,
the
new
trail,
a
drinker
Lake
Draper
at
Lake
Draper,
has
been
experiencing
a
lot
of
traffic
due
to
the
positive
outlook
of
the
trail.
It
is
almost
fully
completed
and
the
people
are
very
pleased
regarding
the
West
River
Trail.
It
is
still
closed
due
to
damage
from
spring
rains.
However,
engineers
are
strategizing
the
best
way
to
fix
the
damage.
G
Next,
there
is
a
new
construction
project
at
Delisi,
which
will
include
an
ad
a
fishing
pier
three
pads
and
shade
structures.
I
would
like
to
thank
mr.
Martin
for
his
hard
work,
as
he
retires
from
the
Game
and
Fish
Commission,
and
congratulate
on
it.
Congratulate
him
on
his
plaque
of
appreciation.
I'm
going
to
give
a
big
thank
you
to
all
the
commissioners
will
work
their
hardest
to
improve
Oklahoma
City
over
these
past
few
years.
Thank
you,
Oklahoma
City,
and
welcome
to
the
new
decade.

Everyone,
my

and
I'm
Rico
representative
for
Oklahoma
City
at
large
today,
I'll
be
reporting
for
the
economic
development
trust,
while
many
of
us
here
were
enjoying
our
days
off
for
the
holiday
season.
The
Economic
Development
Trust
was
hard
at
work
toward
developing
our
great
city.
Their
December
meeting
was
productive
as
ever
passing
two
resolutions
towards
developing
under-resourced
districts
in
the
downtown
area,
while
also
passing
an
agreement
with
T
Tec
services
to
locate
their
Humana
Phi
customer
service
engagement
center
here
in
Oklahoma
City.
H
This
agreement
with
the
Economic
Development
Trust
will
create
approximately
283
jobs
over
the
next
five
years.
Now
lucky
you
I,
haven't
forgotten
about
those
two
resolutions.
I
mentioned
earlier.
First,
the
Economic
Development
Trust
passed
the
joint
resolution
with
Oklahoma
Contemporary
Art
Center
to
invest
$60,000
in
repaving
to
public
alleyways
east
of
Broadway
between
Park
Place
and
Northwest
11th
Street.
This
improved
infrastructure
will
contribute
to
supporting
the
future
private
development
in
the
area
centering
around
the
new
and
beautiful
Oklahoma
Contemporary
Art
Center
opening
in
the
spring
of
this
year.
H
The
second
and
final
resolution
is
a
allocation
of
4.4
million
dollars
from
tax
increment
district
B
toward
assisting
in
the
development
of
the
homeland
project
located
at
the
corner
of
North
Lincoln
and
Northeast
36th
Street.
This
joint
resolution
with
the
Oklahoma
City
Council,
will
provide
much-needed
relief
to
those
living
in
the
proclaimed
food
desert
that
exists
in
northeast
Oklahoma
City.
That's
all
I
have
for
today
have
a
good
