Brunson
Ward
Shrek
goss
award
was
it

an
award
that
was
initiated
in
1990
and
it
served
two
purposes.
It
served
the
purpose
of
recognizing
Ward
schreckengost,
who
was
mayor
of
the
city
of
old
mark
for
16
years
way
back
in
there
when
it
was
when
there
was
no
money
and
for
Homer.
Brunson
boy
has
served
on
the
council
for
14
years
and
one
year
as
mayor,
Oh
Homer
actually
died
in
office,
and
these
two
guys
I
always
have
to
say
this.
These
two
guys
were
mortal
political
enemies.

diehard
republican
until
them
was
a
die-hard
Democrat
in
1970.
When
I
was
first
elected,
I
am
older
than
dirt.

be

the
roads

minimal
impacts.

benefit

everyone
is
the
traffic

amount
of
traffic
generated
by
this,
and
this
is
for
the
full
amount

land

boulevard

sell

on

the

right

land
use

you're
objecting
to
the
change
of
the
land
use
from
its
current

what's
being
proposed,

zoning

the
next
two

had

laying

ditch

doesn't
drain
away
right

starts
there

then
it
follows
through
the
pond
and
all
the
way
through
the
other.

absolutely.

needs
to
be
addressed
whether
this
change
is
made
or

Whatever
goes
in,
there
obviously
has
to
address
that

the
satisfaction
of
staff
and
to
all
the
permitting
agencies

permitting
agencies
are
far
better
now
than
they
were
years
and
years
ago,
with
rutland
putting
homes
and
things
like
that.

the
HOA
board
members

I
personally
went
around
to
at
least
a
third
of
the
homes

residents

subdivision,

one

house
was
in
favor
of
the
usage
of
this
land
going
to
town
houses,
I
mean
if
it
has
to
have
something
into
it:
better:
the
30
individual
homes,
then
the
many
more
population
that
would
be
in
in
this
particular
land
area.

population
would
just
cause
more
of
that
type
of
issue
having
a
negative
impact
on
the
additional
run
off
a
lot
of
concern
about
the
loss
of
the
wetlands,
the
impact
to
the
wildlife
our
kids
are
sitting
outside

grown-ups
are
sitting
outside,
enjoying
the
Cardinals
and
the
Hawks,
and
just
every
morning
on
my
lanai
I
personally
sit
there
and
see
all
the
wildlife.
Our
fear
is
that
that
part
of
the
our
quality
of
life
is
going
to
go
away.
I
want
to
speak
to
the
traffic
congestion.

have
long
with
other
residents
who
shared
their
stories
with
me.
I
have
sat
through
five
light
changes
to
get
out
of
forest
boulevard
on
too
far
far
strode
onto
forest
lake
boulevard,
it's
crazy
and
now
we're
going
to
add
52
more
homes
to
that
mass.
That's
just
nuts
and
if
you
don't
know
if
you've
never
been
over,
there
just
come
come
along
any
day
and
it
isn't
just
it
isn't
just
business
hours
or
high
traffic
times.
It's
all
the
time
now
and
there's
been
a
definite
feel
of
insecurity
in
more
vandalism.

we
stand

we
cannot
add
any
water
to
the

won't
be
any
additional

mitigation

current
wetland
