came
to

financial
statements
fairly
present
financial
position
results

operations

the
city-
and
this
is
for
the
fiscal
year-
ended.

here
we
are
what
six
months
removed.

It
takes
a
while
to
wrap
up,
there's,
also
a
report
on
internal
control
and
compliance
in
accordance
with
government
auditing
standards,
as
well
as
omb

which
is
the
federal
single
audit
you're
required,

to
go
to
the
single
audit
because
of
the
funding
you're
receiving
from
the
state
revolving
loans
for
the
reverse,
osmosis
water
treatment
plan.

city

found

comparable
to
those

and

populations
from

to
fifteen
thousand
and

types
in
the
basic
financial

the
government-wide
statements,
which
include
all
the
assets
and
long-term
liabilities
of
the
city,
and
then
you
have
the
fund
financial
statements,

a
more
typical
governmental
presentation
and
only
does
not
include
the
long-term
assets
and
liabilities,
but
does
include
expenditures
for
capital
outlay,
as
well
as
principal
payments
on
long-term
debt.

it

be
standard

absolutely
no
differences
in
the
audits

me

amazing,

it's
hard
to
understand
how
difficult

get
things
right
to
the
point
that
your
department
gets
things
right
now.
But
when
I
read
this,
I
was
like
wow.
There
must
be
some
problem
cities
out
there.

hired
an
auditor
at
the
city's
expense
to
audit
the
city's
books
on
that
on
on
that
part
of
it
and
the
auditor
come
back
to
him.
He
said
it's
wonder
they
haven't
closed
this
city
down,
so
I
went
to
the
city,
council
and
chastised
them
for
their
auditor
and
had
had
had
had
the
sewer
authorities
ordered
to
come
and
speak
towards
them.

their
auditor
and
hired
the

on
this

amendment
to
be
consistent
with
the
town
center
code.
Currently
we
have
an
overlay
district
of
planning
and
development
overlay
district
requirements
in
the
town
center,
but
they're
not
in
the
land
development
code.
So,
in
order
to
be
consistent,
we're
you
know
requesting
that
council
authorize
an
ordinance
to
be
prepared
to.

Achieve
a
consistency
with
the
land
development
code
and
the
town
center
code
right
now
in
the
land
development
code,
there's
three
types
of
plan
unit
developments.
No
excuse
me
four
types:
there's
a
residential
plan
unit,
development,
commercial
plan,
unit
development,
industrial
planning
and
development
and
a
mixed
use
plan
development.
So
there's
no
plan
unit
development
overlay.

The
reason
that
we're
requesting
that
besides
consistency,
is
that
the
current
code
is
probably
about
25
years
old,
maybe
25
or
30
years
old,
and
at
that
time
there
was
a
lot
of
vacant
property
in
the
city.
So
you

envisioned.

large
subdivisions
and
that's
why
this
type
of
planning
of
development
was
appropriate.
