A
B
Father
we
come
humbly
before
you
a
time
of
a
national
tragedy,
the
deaths
and
terrible
injury
suffered
by
the
victims
of
the
Las
Vegas
shootings
burdens,
our
hearts
a
burden
shared
throughout
the
nation.
We
pray
that
you'll
comfort,
the
families
of
those
injured
or
killed
and
welcome
those
who
died
in
your
heavenly
kingdom.
A
Our
first
item
on
tonight's
agenda.
Well,
actually,
it's
the
second
now
is
the
citizens
open
forum
where
you're
allowed
address
the
council
on
anything.
We
ask
you
to
keep
it
no
more
than
five
minutes
state,
your
name
and
address
clearly
for
the
record,
and
you
can
talk
towards
items
on
tonight's
agenda.
If
you
are
speaking
on
items
5,
6,
7,
8
or
9,
we
will
ask
for
public
comment
at
that
time.
So
anybody
on
this
I'd
like
to
address
the
council.
E
E
Sue

east
Oldsmar
I'm
here
to
fold
tonight
as
our
19th
year
with
Masuda
Stan
sirs,
so
we
started
up
a
few
weeks
ago,
so
we
just
like
to
pass
the
word.
We
have
some
great
things
coming
up
with
the
talent
show
on
November
3rd
and
we
will
be
performing
at
Christmas
wonderland
on
the
stage
on
December
1st.
So
we
invite
everyone
like
Fallon
and
her
friends
from
ages,
4
through
teens
to
come,
join
us
for
a
great
program
at
the
Rec
Center.
E
You
can
find
out
more
information
at
miss
Suda's
dancers,
on
Facebook
or
with
the
city
of
old,
smart
under
the
rec
center
programs
and
come
join
us
for
some
fun.
I
was
just
at
the
children's
art
reception.
Great
turnout,
Samantha
did
a
great
job
on
getting
everybody
in
getting
everything
lined
up
and
we
passed
out
beans,
so
Miss
udas
dancers
was
honored
to
be
a
part
of
that
as
well.
Okay,
we
put
that
hat
side
hi
everyone
I
am
now
here
on
a
new
endeavor.
E
Some
of
you
have
heard
my
husband
and
I
just
about
two
weeks
ago,
we're
sitting
trying
to
figure
out
how
we
could
help
our
son
and
daughter-in-law
and
grandchild
in
Puerto
Rico
and
not
being
able
to
do
much
but
hopefully
fly
them
out
which
we
are
very
blessed.
We
have
got
them
a
flight
out
on
the
20th.
We
started
saying:
how
can
we
send
supplies
before
we
knew
it?
E
Hector
and
I
had
a
53-foot
trailer
donated
by
the
end
of
the
weekend,
the
driver,
the
truck
the
pallets,
the
boxing,
the
supplies
to
ship
coordination
with
the
Air
Force
to
ship
our
supplies.
Shortly
after
we
had
olds
Marquez,
join
in
to
sponsor
us
and
are
working
with
a
number
of
organizations
already,
starting
with
the
collections
and
looking
forward
to
working
with
the
city
and
the
community
to
fill
this
first
53-foot
trailer
and
my
goal
is
to
get
it
filled.
E
Our
goal
is-
and
we
said
if
we
get
more
than
that,
we'll
get
another
trailer,
and
so
more
so
we'd
like
to
invite
everyone
to
join
us
on
this
endeavor.
There
are
drop
locations
right
now
at
community
United,
Methodist
Church.
You
can
follow
us
on
facebook
at
Oldsmar,
strong
for
PR.
That's
bold,
smart,
Str,
ong,
fo
r,
now
you're
going
to
come
help
me.
E
We're
going
to
help
get
all
kinds
of
supplies
for
kids
and
adults
sent
to
Puerto,
Rico
right
and
I'll
bet
you
money
falen
will
be
there
helping
us
right.
Yes,
all
right,
so
we
ask
everyone
to
join
in
and
support
this
great
cause
and
we've
been
very
blessed
for
the
support
we've
had
already
Walmart
October
14th
is
our
big
day
from
8
to
5
p.m.
so,
and
we
also
are
accepting
online
donations
through
our
PayPal
account.
You
can
find
on
Facebook.
E
If
you
want
to
volunteer
or
get
involved,
you
can
message
us
on
Facebook
and
we
are
now
accepting
checks
as
well
for
donations
that
we
can
buy
supplies
with.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
all
your
support
and
say
everybody
helped
Puerto
Rico.
You
are
not
my
shy.
How
to
do
it
they're
being
so
shy.
All
of
a
sudden.
Thank
you
very
much
tell
them!
Thank
you.
Can
you
do
that
much?
Thank
you.
F
So
you
know,
mayor
I've,
been
working
on
the
committee
and
been
to
the
committee
meetings
that
we've
had
and
the
circular
going
on
as
a
matter
of
fact,
I'm
on
the
the
account
at
the
bank
as
well,
and
so
a
lot
of
interest,
a
lot
of
people
doing
great
things
coming
together
very
fast.
A
really
dynamic
committee
of
people
good
just
take.

I'm
here
to
announce
that
Relay
for
Life
of
Safety
Harbor
is
officially
in
the
season.
We
just
can't
we're
having
our
kick-off
party
on
October
16th
at
the
Courtyard
Marriott
from
6:30
to
7:30,
and
we
would
invite
anybody
here
that
wants
to
participate
and
relay
to.
Please
come
to
the
kick-off
party.
If
you're
not
familiar
with
relay,
please
come
to
the
kick-off
party
will
tell
you
all
about
it.
H
If
you
want
to
start
a
team,
please
come
to
the
kick-off
party,
we're
looking
forward
to
having
you
all
there.
If
you
have
any
questions
after
this
meeting,
you
can
ask
n
mix
and
she's
like
very
seasoned
to
relayer.
I
also
want
to
thank
the
city
for
their
continued
support
of
donating
Canal
Park
field
to
us
every
year.
It
really
means
a
lot
to
us
and
we've
signed
the
cop
thing
for
close
to
signing
of
the
contract
for
our
next
event,
which
is
April
6
2018
at
Canal
Park.
H
We
appreciate
the
support
that
you've
all
given
us
and
we
have
a
little
gift
to
present
to
you
tonight.
I've
got
a
little
plaque
for
the
city.
I
know
you
need
one
more
in
City
Hall,
but
we
would
like
to
present
this
to
the
city
of
oldsmar,
thanking
you
for
your
great
support.
We
really
do
appreciate
it
and
that's
it.
Thank
you.
A
Room
like
address
the
council,
see
no
one
will
close
the
citizens
open
forum
I'll.
Do
a
quick
mayor's
minute
once
again,
I'd
like
to
welcome
how
Braith
way
is
our
new
city
manager?
Looking
for
many
great
years
with
you
on
my
side,
also
I
was
honored
to
on
the
other
side
of
that
host
Bruce's
reception
on
Friday,
which
turned
out
really
great
chance
to
hear
a
lot
of
stories.
Al
told
quite
a
quite
a
few
stories.
A
Having
worked
with
him
quite
some
time
and
Senator
lat,
Bala
and
quite
a
few
others
had
some
some
very
nice
things.
His
wife
Risa
I
also
had
some
nice
things,
so
it
was.
It
was
a
nice
transition,
so
I
think
you
only
have
seven
hundred
and
forty
more
council
meetings
and
you
old
one
down.
Seven
hundred
and
forty
to
go.
A
My
term
on
the
serving
on
the
board
of
the
PSTA
has
ended.
I
was
honored
to
represent
Safety
Harbor,
Tarpon,
Springs
and
Oldsmar,
with
the
seat
that
I
served
on.
Hopefully,
they've
got
some
great
things
moving
forward
for
public
transportation.
We
mean
business
monthly
visit
by
upper
Tampa,
Bay
Chamber
of
Commerce
and
the
Director
of
Planning
and
redevelopment
and
myself
the
September
we
visited
East,
Lake
woodlands,
Country
Club,
touch
point
medical
and
Ace
Hardware.
That
should
be
opening
I
forget
what
they
said
in
the
neck
this
month.
A
I
think
it
should
be
opening
so
the
Ace
Hardware,
and
if
you
don't
know
where
that
is
it's
over
by
all
these
and
Ross
and
chiles.
Also
the
Janus
Miller
citizens,
Academy
I,
was
honored
to
kick
off
the
city
of
oldsmar
Janice
Miller
citizens
Academy
thank
those
who
are
participating
this
year,
I'm
a
graduate
myself
and
I
also
mentioned
that
they
do
fill
up
fast.
A
So
if
you
would
like
to
find
out
more
information
contact,
clerk's
office-
and
they
will
put
you
on
the
list-
we
have,
how
many
can
you
get
in
there
like
25ish
25,
okay,
upcoming
events,
Piniella
penny
for
Pinellas,
open
house
that
is
tomorrow,
night
6
to
8
p.m.
Council,
Chambers
join
representatives
from
Pinellas
County
and
the
City
of
Oldsmar,
as
we
discuss
the
penny
for
Pinellas
referendum,
part
of
the
November
7th
ballot
penny
projects
that
have
impacted
Oldsmar
and
parts
of
Pinellas
County
will
be
shown
followed
by
a
Q&A
session.
A
This
building
that
we're
in
right
now
is
one
of
many
that
the
penny
for
Pinellas
has
helped
in
the
city
of
Oldsmar
I
believe
also
the
library
there's
penny
for
Pinellas
what
else
the
fire
station
so
the
7
miles
of
there
7
miles
of
dirt
streets.
So
the
penny
is
a
great
thing
for
Pinellas
County
and
the
residents
of
it
so
share
that
that
it's
not
really
like
another
tax
and
a
lot
of
it
is
paid
for
by
people
other
that
are
in
here
on
vacation.
A
So,
as
mentioned
by
Sudha
children's
art
at
City,
Hall
stop
by
City
Hall.
Now,
through
November
for
the
children's
art
exhibit
featuring
the
creativity
of
students
from
oldsmar
elementary
thanks
for
the
reception
tonight.
Wonderful
to
see
what
these
kids
can
do.
They
sure
put
my
stick
figures
to
shame.
I
can
tell
you
that
when
you
can
see
a
one
year
old,
but
I
mean
a
first
grader.
It
does
better
than
me
tomorrow
morning
at
re
olds.
Park
is
the
walk
to
school
750
at
re
olds
Park.
A
We
start
walking
at
8,
escorted
by
the
fire
department,
and
we
go
from
re
olds
to
Oldham
our
elementary
also
coming
up
on
Saturday
October
21st,
the
International
Coastal
Cleanup.
So
we
are
putting
together
a
group.
Trista
is
going
to
be
the
one
spearheading
it.
It's
going
to
meet
a
Bicentennial,
Park
and
then
we'll
dispersed
to
various
locations
starts
around.
8:30
is
a
good.
If
you
need
more
information,
call
City,
Hall
and
ask
for
Trista.
She
can
probably
tell
you
maybe
what
you
need
to
wear
or
bring,
or
things
like
that.
A
A

to
close
prints,
and
the
X
next
item
has
approved
the
tentative
agenda
for
October
17
2017.
If
nobody
wishes
to
pull
anything
I
need
a
motion
to
move.
Second.
A
A
economy
would
grind
to
a
halt
without
a
reliable
and
clean
source
of
water
and
whereas
managing
water
responsibly
is
critical
to
our
nation's
environmental
health
and
to
a
high
quality
of
life
through
economic
commerce,
power
generation
and
recreation.
And
whereas
investing
in
our
drinking
water
and
wastewater
systems
will
secure
a
bright
and
prosperous
future
for
generations
to
come,
and
whereas
different
regions
face
different
water
challenges.
So
the
solutions
to
strengthen
our
water,
our
drinking
water
and
wastewater
systems
must
be
locally
driven,
but
reinvest
marine
and
our
water
must
be
a
national
priority.
A
Now,
therefore,
I
dub
beavis
mayor
of
the
city
of
oldsmar
Florida,
do
hereby
proclaim
October
12
2017
to
be
a
day
to
imagine
a
day
without
water
and
call
on
our
federal
partners
to
bring
much-needed
funding
and
innovation
to
projects
and
restore
our
critical
water
infrastructure.
Dated
this
third
day

October

Doug
Beavis
mayor
and
my
present

Trista.
I
I
A
couple
of
different
departments,
various
departments,
both
Public
Works,
all
three,
the
city
clerk
and
the
library,
got
together,
some
of
our
staff
and
they're,
putting
together
a
very
interesting
project
to
demonstrate
how
much
water
is
used
and
and
I
have
the
beginnings
of
it.
This
will
be
mounted
up
in
the
breezeway
between
the
library
and
antico
hall,
but
just
to
give
a
little
bit
of
idea
of
how
much
water
is
needed
for
every
meal.
I
This
is
like
a
little
typical
breakfast
of
a
bowl
of
oatmeal
and
couple
of
eggs
and
a
cup
of
coffee,
and
it
has
the
amount
of
water
it
takes
to
put
that
meal
on
that
table
from
inception
to
when
it
gets
there.
That's
a
hundred
and
sixty-three
gallons
of
water
for
your
breakfast,
despite
the
fact
that
we're
really
good
at
conservation
and
we
only
drink
sixty-one
per
person,
61
gallons
per
person
for
lunch.
I
If
you
had
a
turkey
and
cheese
sandwich
and
a
small
bag
of
chips,
nothing
to
drink
they'd
be
a
hundred
and
sixty
gallons
of
water.
It
takes
from
the
time
you
grow
the
the
fruits
and
vegetables
and
process
them
and
transport
them
and
everything.
And
then,
if
you
splurge
and
have
a
nice
steak
dinner
with
a
baked
potato
and
some
broccoli.
I
K
J
Can't
blame
it
on
anything
else,
for
your
information,
walk
this
and
I
embarrassed
one
of
the
swift
mud
officials
many
many
years
ago,
I
think
Tom
was
here.
He
probably
doesn't
remember,
tell
us
to
well.
You
know
years
ago
they
used
to
conserve
on
water.
Conserve
on
water
could
serve
on
water
because
we're
going
broke
with
water.
J
J
J
Anybody
want
to
try
to
prove
me
wrong
how
about
it.
The
state
of
Florida
has
more
surface
water.
Now
we
do
steal
it
sometimes
from
Alabama
man
and
in
Georgia.
That's
why
they
don't
have
as
much
that's
why
there's
a
lawsuit
going
on,
but
we
have
more
surface
water
in
this
state
and
any
other
state
in
the
Union.
So
man
doesn't
judge
it
right.
It
isn't
because
it
God
doesn't
give
us
enough.
It's
because
man
ends
up
being
stupid
and
not
doing
the
right
thing.
You
see.
Those
more
has
always
done
the
right
thing.
B
Resolution
and
then
five
ordinances
I'm
going
to
read
tonight.
The
resolution
was
prepared
at
your
request
that
deals
with
texting
while
driving
I'm
gonna
read
the
resolution
by
title.
Only
its
resolution
2017-18
a
resolution
of
the
City
Council,
the
city
of
Baltimore
Florida,
supporting
further
Trick
Shinzon
texting
while
driving
and
urging
the
florida
legislature
to
enact
legislation
that
would
make
texting
while
driving
a
primary
offense
and
providing
for
an
effective
date
to
rob
that
was
reading.
Resolution
20
17-18
by
title
online
for
discussion,
a
demotion.
B
The
next
item
on
your
agenda
is
an
ordinance
dealing
with
a
lot
on
Karen
Avenue
I'll
read
the
ordinance
by
title.
Only
ordinance,
2017

an

declaring
the

Ordinance
I'll

about

Item

is
a
quasi-judicial
hearing.
This
is
a
rezoning
of
a

that
is
located
in
now
in
oldsmar,
but
it
was
for
the
purposes
of
establishing
zoning
category
after
annexation.
So
I
read
that
title
of
ordinance,
20,
17-14
and
ordinance
of
the
city
of

rezoning

I
need
the

anyone
that's

at
this

Anyone
that's
going
to
testify.
B
L
Redevelopment
director
staff
is
recommending
approval
of
the
rezoning
from
residential
low
medium
to
city
designation
of
residential
urban.
Excuse
me,
the
rezoning
from
the
county
are
for
one
two
and
three
family
to
the
city,
designation
of
our
three
residential
two
and
three
family.
So
it's
a
corresponding
zoning
that
it
makes
it
consistent
with
the
countywide
zoning,
so
it
just
really
tells
keeping
so
I
want
to
enter
the
staff.
According
to
the
record
and
you're
going
to
answer
any
questions,
any.
J

B
You
just
want
to
tell
you
we're
using
the
parcel
ID
numbers,
because
these
are
all
bacon
Lots.
They
don't
have
an
address
associated
with
them,
but
for
the
purposes
of
what
you
have
in
front
of
you
with
zero
Shore
Boulevard
and
zero
Phoenix
Avenue
for
the
other
two
Lots,
so
it
does
require
a
public
hearing.
Thank.
A
D
D
B
Item
number
9
on
your
agenda.
This
is
also
quasi-judicial
hearing
because
it's
dealing
with
the
rezoning
and
it's
gonna
be
the
first
reading
and
public
hearing
aboard
as
2017
16.
This
is
the
companion
to
the
previous
ordinance
on
land
use.
This
is
I'll
read
the
ordinance
by
title.
Only
board
is
2017

in
ordinance
of
the
city
of

the

A
Had
you
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
there,
and
if
you
want
to
come
up
and
say
anything,
that's
great,
but
the
word
that
I
heard
was
that
this
is
probably
one
of
the
proudest
things
for
you
and
your
staff
because
of
the
amount
of
work
and
effort
that
they
put
in
I
mean
short
of
the
crane.
They
basically
did.
Everything
am
I
correct
in
that
I
think
come
on
up.
G
A
M
But
I
really
appreciate
this.
It's
spent
a
lot
of
time
here.
As
you
all
know,
many
years
the
staff
I
had
great
staff.
We
did
a
lot
of
great
things
and
I.
You
know
I'm
very
humble
of
this
and
I
just
think.
It's
a
wonderful
thing
for
me.
So
I
thank
all
of
you.
Without
you.
We
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
do
what
we
did
with
the
exception
at
allit
course.
M
C
A
It's
great
it's
a
great
facility
too,
and
it's
you
know,
continuing
to
get
utilized.
I
know:
they've
had
several
events
down
there
and
and
I
know
the
zipline
people
use
it
for
their
staging
area,
and
things
like
that,
so
I
think
it's
awesome.
If
nobody
has
any
anybody,
any
thoughts,
comments,
adulation.
A

Council
members
said:
oh
thank
you
mr.
mayor
just
some
comments.
First
off,
congratulations:
Lynn
well-deserved,
I'm,
not
gonna,
sing,
congratulations
again
to
Al
I!
Think
I've.
Congratulate
them
way
too
much,
but
I
will
say
the
mayor's
right.
It's
pretty
good,
first
at
bat.
So
let's
just
hope
you
can
keep
that
up.
I
didn't
want
to
mention
I.
Think
I
mentioned
this
before
kind
of
as
a
takeaway
from
the
Florida
League
of
city
meetings.
F
Allen
myself
have
a
meeting
with
representative
grant
here
on
Thursday
and
afterward
council
member
sir
rocky
has
a
meeting
with
him
as
well
and
somewhere,
we've
coordinated
to
the
extent
of
saying
I'm,
gonna
kind
of
focus
on
the
CRA
over
here.
I'm
gonna
show
him
accomplish
what
we'd
like
to
continue
to
accomplish
how
important
it
is
for
us
to
be
able
to
have
a
downtown
area,
we're
even
going
to
take
him
out
and
have
him
walk
in
the
property
where
we
expect
to
have
it
to
try
to
be.
F
You
know
as
hands-on
as
possible
and,
of
course
the
goal
is
to
attempt
to
gain
support
and
commitment
to
remain
supportive
of
the
City
CRA.
There's
other
things.
I'm
sure
Daniel
touch
on
his
comments,
we're
all
trying
to
coordinate-
and
you
know,
get
a
firm
commitment
from
our
representative
I'm
speaking
to
him
as
a
council
member
myself,
not
necessarily
representing
the
council
but
I,
my
intent
to
update
everyone
afterwards.
It's
unfortunate,
we
can't
all
meet
with
them
at
the
same
time,
but
that's
the
way
it
is
in
any
event.
A
I
trust
I'm,
only
speaking
for
me,
you
know,
I
can
do
this
time
will
tell
me
if
I
can't
as
far
as
I'm
concerned
you're
speaking
for
for
me
too,
because
I
think
we're
all
on
the
same
page.
You
know
I
blasted
him
pretty
hard
texting
him
a
couple
of
right
before
the
hurricane
and
I.
Just
flat-out
told
him
to
your
point.
I
guess
he
is.
He
is
against
home
rule
I
mean
he's
against
the
CRA,
either
trying
to
abolish
it
in
Tallahassee
and
he's
one
of
the
people.
A
F
Almost
word-for-word
yeah
we'd
love
to
be
allies.
We
appreciate
what
you've
done
in
the
past,
but
there's
been
a
new
changeover
in
this
last
session,
when
you
stood
here
in
our
council
chambers
and
told
us
all
about
why
you
supported
the
proposed
legislation
that
made
a
impact
on
home
rule,
you
told
us
about
another
city
in
Miami.
You
don't
represent
them
and
we
need
people
who
represent
us
and
we
think
you're
the
guy.
But
you
can't
go.
Do
that
again.
F
F
The
end
of
the
day
we
should
be
allies,
we've
always
had
allies
there
and
it
just
you
know
they're
out
of
it
is
it's
a
speaker.
Fakers
threatening
and
you
know,
but
the
speaker
doesn't
elect
him.
He
might
punish
him,
but
he's
got
to
decide
between
getting
punished
and
not
getting
elected.
Yeah
I
mean
and
I
think
that's
the
message
that
all
councils
need
to
send
to
their
representatives
to
ensure
that
you
know
look.
F
A
F
C
I
Believe
that
we've
gone
through
the
entire
city
for
vegetation
at
least
one
time,
some
areas
more
than
that
there
is
still
some
debris
in
the
way
of
like
fencing
and
what's
considered
construction
and
demolition
debris
and
we're
bringing
on
a
contractor
with
a
claw
truck
that
that
will
pick
up
a
lot
faster
and
be
able
to
get
rid
of
that
faster.
With
that
contractor,
we
still
have
a
yard
full
of
vegetation
that
we're
working,
but
the
city
looks
pretty
good
when
you
drive
it.
It
looks.
F
J
I
J
A
G
I
Welcome
to
but
we
have
staff
driving
the
city,
writing
down
specific
addresses
and
we're
gonna
go
we're
gonna,
send
that
one
contractor
up
and
down
every
street
in
the
city
do
one
final
cleanup
and
then,
after
that,
we'll
have
our
regular
solid
waste
pickup.
So
if
somebody
prepares
the
large
stuff
properly,
then
Republic
will
pick
it
up
like
they
do
normally.
F
F
I
Been
a
joint
effort
with
Public
Works
and
Leisure
Services
staff
and
one
local
contractor
to
get
this
all
picked
up,
so
there's
been
multiple
passes
and
and
Republic
knew
we
were
doing
the
vegetation
pickup.
So
if
a
truck
would
go
by
and
they
might
leave
something
and
that's
confusing
to
people,
so
we
were
trying
to
explain
that.
Thank.
F
A
G
A
G
A
F
G
F
F
Citizens
they
were
active
and
everything,
and
all
that,
but
still
to
give
it
some
some
solid
backing,
plus
it
frankly
helped
with
Walmart
giving
us
a
day
out
there.
So
I
think
they're,
probably
good
on
their
own
right
now.
I
think
the
way
we
help
them
right
now
is
try
to
help
promote
manpower
or
the
locations
for
drop-offs
which
we're
going
to
do
some
in
the
city
and
when
I
think
measure
at
this
time.
Okay,
so
what.
A
B
It's
just
that
you've
just
got
to
maintain
that
public
purpose
whenever
you're
doing
it.
So
you
know
I
would
just
be
very
cautious
relative
to
money
being
just
paid
into
this
fund
and
then
ultimately,
there's
no
accountability
at
the
end.
For
that
money
being
paid
into
the
fund
and
obviously
with
Eric
there
there
is,
you
know
they.
F
Requested
that
I
go
on
accounts
and
I
said
you
know
I'm
gonna
log
in
and
look
at,
and
but
the
people
who
are
doing
it
are,
you
know,
top
notch
people
so,
but
even
even
so
they
want
that
oversight
and
so
forth.
On
that
account
and
up
get
emptied
with
whatever's
at
the
end
left,
the
check
will
be
ready
to
go
to
whatever
organization
is
distributing
yeah.
J
F
A
G
D
D
A
F
F
So
I'm
gonna
tell
the
story
real,
quick,
they're
friends,
but
my
sister
has
some
health
issues,
and
so
it's
kind
of
important
for
her
to
be
near
where
there's
emergency
care
and
that
type
of
stuff
which
there
is
not
on
the
island.
There
wasn't
much
to
begin
with,
but
you
know:
Puerto
Rico
was
always
the
place.
You
went
to
right,
so
you
know
the
we
all
know
the
condition
there.
F
They
have
some
friends
that
apparently
know
the
Gerber
family,
the
Gerber
baby
products,
so
Gerber
donated
a
whole
bunch
of
supplies
that
they
sent
down
for
the
Virgin
Islands
and
partly
they
brought
to
st.
Thomas
and
st.
John
and
st.
Croix,
and
they
got
wind
of
this
with
my
sisters-
and
you
know,
dogs
and
husband,
and
all
that
and
so
Gerber
flew
the
back
on
their
their
jet,
helped
them
get
off
down.
Wow,
pretty
amazing,
pretty
amazing.
F
A
K
Yeah,
definitely
about
about
cities,
work
yep,
definitely,
and
the
next
thing
I
wanted
to
bring
up.
I
thought
that
the
city
did
a
great
job
with
a
debris.
I
had
a
huge
pile
of
stuff
and
they
came
with
a
crane
and
took
everything
away.
So
I
just
wanted
to
mention,
and
the
other
thing
I
want
to
bring
up
is
Eric
I,
don't
know
if
I'm
gonna
be
able
to
be
there
for
of
the
I'm.
K
K
Went
to
the
class
last
week
and
they
mentioned
that
I
can't
drive
for
four
to
six
weeks
and
I'm
like
drive.
I
can't
drive
so
I'm
like
number
in
a
daze
a
little
bit
but
I.
Don't
think
I'll
be
at
the
next
council
meeting
for
sure,
because
that
would
be
that
Tuesday
after
the
operation.
But
it's
time
that
I
get
this
done
because
I've
been
it's
been
getting
worse.
K
J
K
J
J
K
K
Probably
making
me
do
chores,
but
that's
all
I
really
had
mayor
and
and
then
the
other
thing
is
what
happened
in
Las.
Vegas
is
just
absolutely
horrible,
and
that
really
really
bothers
me
today.
I
did
some
search
of
the
people
that
got
passed
away
and
it's
the
stories
are
just
endless
and
it's
just
a
really
sad
situation
and
I
just
feel
sorry.
G
G
Comes
in
here
and
he's
like
knows
all
the
history
but
I
said
Jerry
be
really
good.
I
said:
do
you
have
like
ten
people
waiting
outside
over
to
check-in
cowan
stories
yeah,
but
he
I
just
mentioned
it,
because
it
really
was
personal.
He
told
me
how
his
cousin
his
family
lives
in
Puerto,
Rico
and
he's
was
on
dialysis
he's
only
36
years
old,
but
he
was
in
a
hospital
and
there's
normally
a
river.
G
G
J
I'm
happy
and
I'm
sure
the
other
councilmen
I'm
really
happy
that
you
came
up
through
the
ranks,
I
believe
in
coming
up
through
the
ranks.
Tom
I
want
to.
Thank
you
again
for
your
prayers.
They
mean
a
lot
to
me,
leave
a
lot
to
this
city
and
you
put
time
and
effort
in
it
for
me,
thank
you
and
for
those
that
lost
their
lives.
It
is
so
sad
that
this
has
happened
in
America.
A
So
talking
about
your
Jamie
grant
thing
tomorrow,
we're
supposed
to
I,
don't
know
it
didn't
make
it
on
the
agenda,
but
the
mayor's
Council
is
supposed
to
talk
about
two
things.
One
is
about
how
we
approach
Tallahassee
representative
Peterson
was
at
our
last
meeting
and
she
said
you
could
fill
the
capital
with
as
many
people
as
you
want
to
tell
them
whatever
you
want
about
home
rule
and
CRA
and
and
all
of
that
stuff
and
in
the
reserves
they
just
kind
of
turn
a
deaf
ear
and
and
do
whatever
they
want
to.
Do.
A
You
know
so
there's
other
we're
talking
about
other
ways
for
the
mayor's
council.
The
one
thing
that
that
elected
officials-
you
know
actually
state
representative
states-
is
the
media
getting
involved
and
getting
in
their
face.
So
we're
gonna
discuss
a
little
bit
about
that
tomorrow
and
you
know
hopefully
that
gets
out
and
and
then
it
gets
to
more
of
their
their
delegation.
A
A
You
know
one
of
the
maybe
nan
agrees
or
whatever,
but
I
think
the
tree,
the
debris,
pickup
I,
don't
know
probably
less
than
stellar
effort
process
that
we
had,
but
I
think
Allen
said
that
maybe
we
look
at
signing
up
and
piggybacking
on
the
on
the
county's
plan.
I,
don't
know
if
that's
still
the
thought
or
not,
but
there's
probably
got
to
be
a
better
collective
effort
that
we
can
do.
Then,
what
then,
what
we
just
did.
A
C
The
rules
last
year
and
we
have
to
react
to
that
by
doing
an
RFQ
for
a
debris,
monitor
a
debris
management
firm,
that's
related
to
the
county's
interlocal,
because
you
needed
their
permission
to
use
their
sites.
We
did
that
process.
We
passed
those
we
signed
a
contract
with
both
and
essentially
neither
one
of
them
showed
up.
So
what
I
was
going
to
ask
to
say
at
the
end
was
at
the
end
of
the
storm.
As
we
were
starting
cleanup
efforts,
our
employees
were
fabulous.
The
operations
crews
were
working,
12,
plus
hours
a
day.
C
Getting
things
started
to
this
point.
We
have
some
holes
and
we'll
make
passes
if
our
visible
places,
but
in
my
book
the
employees
did
a
fabulous
job.
I'm
traversing,
the
County
County,
tells
us
out
of
the
gate.
They
were
looking
at
eight
weeks
for
cleanup
effort.
You
go
down
curlew
right
now
between
my
bone,
booth
and
19.
Those
houses
on
the
north
side
still
totally
loaded
with
debris.
Our
people
did
wonderful
and
somebody
we
met
and
we
mean
business
now.
Two
months
ago,
I've
had
to
claw
trucks
and
gave
us
fabulous
extraordinary
service.
I'm.
C
C
That
said,
we
had
to
do
this
other
thing,
but
the
county
came
in
late
in
the
process
after
we
had
already
passed
sign
both
of
those
contracts
had
said
well,
and
it
was
all
about
piggybacking
that
was
as
to
as
a
purchasing
thing
and
now
the
county
found
a
way
that
we
could
get
around
it,
but
we
had
already
signed
these
other
deals,
so
it
just
made
the
process
a
lot
harder.
The
point
did
you
were
trying
to
make?
C
Was
we're
gonna
revisit
the
whole
thing
as
to
are
we
gonna
be
part
of
the
interlocal
with
the
county?
Well,
if
we
know
we
can
get
the
kind
of
response
we
got
out
of
a
local
person
that
had
really
a
whole
lot
of
popularity,
but
gave
us
first
shot.
Maybe
we
wouldn't
have
to
do
that,
but
we're
gonna
look
at
the
whole
thing
and.
A
A
We
may
have
these
people
under
contract,
but
from
what
I
understand,
there
are
other
parts
of
the
state
that
we're
sweetening
the
pot
a
little
bit
for
them
and
and
they
were
going
elsewhere,
they
don't
care
if
they
had
a
contract
with
you,
so
they
were
kind
of
playing
the
system
like
come
pick.
Yours
up,
they're,
paying
me
twice
as
much
to
come.
What.
J
J
A
A
Did
have
a
trip
to
Cuba
that's
been
on
my
bucket
list,
so
never
get
a
chance
to
go
there.
It's
definitely
interesting
from
a
lot
of
levels.
You
know
both
from
the
governmental
side
of
it
and
the
humanitarian
side
of
it,
and
things
like
that.
So
it
was
a
interesting
experience.
Somebody
asked
me
if
I
would
go
back
and
I
said
yes,
and
they
were
kind
of
surprised
that
that
I
thought
that
there
was
a
lot
there
to
learn
and
absorb
both
good
and
bad.
So
there's
Dan's.
F
G
A
Drive
or
those
people
pay
forty
to
fifty
thousand
dollars
for
those
colors,
but
you
know
you
know
if
you've
just
ran
in
four
of
them
to
call
what
they
make
back
on
him.
Well,
I
stepped
outside
of
the
little
bar
I
was
at
in
in
Havana
and
when
I
won't
get
a
walking
tour
of
my
own,
and
you
probably
saw
it,
I
did
a
black
and
white
video
and
it
was
cool.
It
was
like
you
stepped
in
the
wayback
machine
back
to
1950s.
You
know
so
definitely
fun
the
Vegas
thing.
You
know
it's
just
sickening.
A
It's
sickening
on
a
lot
of
levels.
You
know,
and
you
continue
to
hear
the
stories
and
then
you
know
I
can't
imagine
how
that
CBS
News
person
even
fattened
in
her
mind,
a
to
think
it
and
B
to
write
that
she
has
no
sympathy
for
these
people
because
they're,
probably
Republicans.
That
is
just
absolutely
disgusting.
A
You
know,
as
you
said,
you
know
a
lot
of
them
and
I've
heard
on
the
news
today
that
a
lot
of
them
didn't
even
die
at
you
know
at
where
the
concert
was.
They
died,
running
down
the
street
from
it
because
they're
running
in
the
hearts,
pumping
and
they
bled
out
and
and
just
died
and
to
make
any
kind
of
a
political
statement.
A
I,
don't
care
which
side
of
the
thing
you're
on
I
would
say
the
same
thing
if
a
Republican
did
it,
but
just
absolutely
disgusting,
and
you
continue
to
hear
more
and
more
about
you
know
what
he
did.
Apparently
he
was
at
another
hotel
at
for
another
concert
a
couple
of
weeks
prior-
and
you
know
so.
This
was
clearly
well
thought
out,
sending
money
to
the
Philippines
and
there's
more
to
this
than
to
him
just
being
a
crazy
guy.
A
Apparently
he
worked
for
Lockheed
Martin
in
Pinellas,
County,
somewhere
I,
don't
know
which
facility
he
worked
at
could
have
been
this
one
here
or
been
in
Pinellas
Park.
But
just
it's
just
a
disgusting
that
somebody
would
even
think
that
I'd
love
to
see
them
stand
in
front
of
their
family
and
to
say
that
to
their
face
you
know
and
anyway
other
than
that
welcome
al
we're
glad
to
have
you
made
it
through
one
coming
back
coming
back
in
two
weeks,
one
down
755
to
go
and
again
it
was
nice
and
I.
A
Think
Al
did
a
great
speech
at
the
at
Bruce's
thing
and
and
I.
Think
Bruce
is
happy
and
I
know.
Deputy
cackle,
oh
tonight
saw
him
down
on
shore
drive
I
guess
he
was
with
reason
right.
They
were
having
a
nice
little
stroll
walk
and
she
said:
don't
you
have
a
council
meeting
to
be
added?
He
just
waved
and
said
tell
him
I
said
hi.
J
K
K
G
A
E
A
I,
don't
know
what
we
can
collectively
do
one
to
encapsulate
all
your
guys,
thoughts,
it's
going
to
have
with
him,
because
I
think
we
all
agree
and
put
it
in
a
letter
in
writing
to
him.
I
don't
care
if
we
release
it
to
the
media
or
not.
You
know
you
know
and
put
it
in
writing
and
tell
them
that
you
know
here's
the
put
some
thought
into
it.
That's
kind
of
what
we're
doing
tomorrow.
What
the
mayor's
Council
is
thinking
out
the
thought
process,
putting
it
in
writing
and
release
it.
F
A
A
In
here
everybody
in
that
room,
be
supportive
of
home
rule
and
supportive
of
CRA
and
supportive
of
the
the
reserved
money
you
know
process
and
then
to
have
because
I'm
sure
Jamie
grants
one
of
many
that
in
their
districts,
are
doing
the
same
thing,
they're
all
drinking
the
kool-aid
and
I
think
I
mentioned
it.
The
last
one
representative
Peterson.
She
said
that
to
your
point
he
is,
he
is
literally
threatening
people
Intel
acid.
So,
as
Jack
has
said,
I
think
he
said
it
may
be
at
the
floor.
A
K
J
A
Well,
they
have
already
got
a
bunch
of
stuff
on
their
website
so
but
grab
some
of
that
and
put
it
in
a
letter
and
sign
it
from
us
and
then
I'll
bring
that
up
tomorrow
at
the
mayor's
Council
that
that's
what
we're
gonna
do
and
then
we
can
share
that
with
the
other
cities
and
maybe
with
the
mayor's
Council
dick.
You
know,
I
did
the
calculations
on
it.
J
A
A
You
know
you
won't
listen
to
us,
so
explain
yourself
today.
So
that's
what
I
basically
told
Jamie
and
of
course,
the
next
day
or
two
days
later
he
goes
I'm
trying
to
get
back
from
Tallahassee.
The
storm
I
want
to
make
sure
everything's,
okay,
cuz
I
told
him.
You
know
you
just
don't
even
check
on
us
or
do
anything.
A
You
know
you
don't
care,
you
know,
Jack's
people
did
even
the
governor's
people
did
Jack
do
Jack's
people
did,
but
you
hear
from
Jamie
or
any
so
at
any
rate
anything
else,
al
any
any
words
of
wisdom
or
sir
fresh
out
of
wisdom,
gradually
wisdom.
You
had
one
item
tonight
and
you're
out
of
wisdom.
All
out
of
me.
It
did
yeah
bed
early
tonight.
Well
glad
to
have
you
so
if
nothing
else,
many
injured.
