If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
A
Farther
we
ask
your
divine
guidance
and
help
in
our
deliberations
this
evening.
We
especially
ask
for
your
blessing
on
the
new
City
Council
that
has
seeded
this
evening
and
begins
its
work.
We
give
our
special
thanks
for
the
many
years
of
faithful
service
given
to
the
citizens
of
Oldsmar
by
your
servants,
Mayor
Doug,
Beavis
and
councilmember
Jerry,
beaver
'land.
Our
prayer
is
that
they
will
continue
and
participate
in
the
affairs
of
the
city
of
Oldsmar
and
that
their
contributions
can
be
further.
C
B
B
First,
next
on
our
agenda,
rather
citizens
open
forum,
where
you
can
speak
to
anything,
that's
on
the
agenda
tonight,
we
don't
have
any
public
hearings,
your
planning,
if
you're
here,
to
talk
about
something
on
the
agenda.
We'd
ask
you
to
speak
about
it
now,
because
you
won't
have
the
opportunity
when
we
hit
that
item
on
the
agenda,
or
you
could
say
anything
within
reason
that
you'd,
like
you,
get
five
minutes.
B
D
Thank
You
mayor
and
council,
congratulations,
oh
I'm!
Sorry,
we've
got
the
protocol
Doug
Beavis
three
five:
nine
Bay
Harbor
Boulevard,
also
known
as
beavis
circus,
altameyer
Florida.
So
thank
you.
Congratulations
to
everybody!
Just
so
you
know
they
tell
you
that
they're
gonna
miss
you.
My
access
card
already
doesn't
work.
D
E
B
E
F
F
F
Our
son
is
the
only
soldier
that
was
ever
killed
in
action
from
the
city
of
olds
mark
and
we
we
every
day
I
Drive
over
the
the
580
bridge
and
each
way
as
a
veteran
I
have
the
the
honor
of
saluting
my
son
twice
every
day
once
going
over
the
bridge
and
once
coming
home
well,
not
anymore,
because
I
sold
my
restaurant
I'm,
not
driving
that
way
anymore.
So
but
I
I
do
want
to
concur
with
my
wife
said:
we're
very,
very
thankful
for
this
city
and
for
the
City
Council
was.
F
H
Did
the
bottom
half
first
coat
bottom
half
second
coat
didn't
want
to
do
the
top
coat
because
I
was
afraid
of
heights,
but
kima
moved
over
to
the
other
mural
and
I
stood
and
I
looked
up
at
Frankie
and
I
said.
If
you
can
lose
your
life
for
me,
I
can
get
on
this
ladder
and
I
can
paint
so
the
whole
time
I'm.
Looking
at
his
face
and
painting
and
now
I'm,
not
afraid
of
heights
anymore.
When.
B
Know
what
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
close
the
comments
before
we
go
on
you're
gonna
notice,
that
on
the
agenda
and
throughout
the
evening
that
there's
a
couple
of
there's
a
couple
of
changes
made
to
the
agenda.
They're
kind
of
subtle
and
I'm
just
gonna
go
through
okay.
The
next
item
is
the
community
minute,
which
is
formally
known
as
the
mayor's
minute
and
I
have
asked
our
city
clerk
to
provide.
J
I'm
gonna
be
announcing
things,
that'll
be
coming
up
that
might
be
of
interest
to
our
community.
The
art
exhibit
at
City
Hall
will
be
open
during
business
hours.
Free
admission
now,
through
the
end
of
May,
featuring
the
National
League
of
American
pen,
women,
old
smart
days
and
nights
coming
up.
Friday
March
29
through
Sunday
March
31st
at
Ariel's
Park
free
admission
got
the
parade
on
Saturday
tisha.
It
starts
11
o'clock.
B
K
B
Props
right
there's
our
deputy
back
there
every
one
of
our
community
leaders,
so
thank
the
Sheriff's
Department
for
us
and
all
their
hard
work.
We
appreciate
it
and
then
Ultimo
is
finest
over
there,
which
just
went
running
out
it
I
guess
you
guys
decided
that
it
won
that
much
of
an
emergency.
Okay,
we're
going
to
go
anyhow.
I
wanted
to
highlight
that
item
number
one
presentation
of
the
2018
F
F
DEP
drinking
water
plan
operations,
excellent
award
here
to
present
that
award
is
our
public
works.
Director,
nan
Bennett.
B
G
G
Oldsmar
was
one
of
two
plants
and
the
southwest
district
for
the
department
of
environmental
protection
to
get
this
award
and
and
one
of
only
eight
in
the
state.
So
it's
a
it's,
not
an
easy
award
to
win,
and
this
is
the
second
time
that
the
city
of
Oldsmar
has
won
this
award
since
it
was
opened
in
2013.
So
I
want
to
present
this
to
the
gentlemen
that
run
the
plant.
B
It
it's
a
matter,
consistency
and
excellence
right.
So
it's
not
a
fluke.
It's
not
a
one-time
thing.
We
see
this
in
our
different
departments
where
they
excel,
and
this
is
a
really
important
one
I
mean
they
all
are.
But
you
know
when
you
think
about
some
of
the
things
you
hear
today
about
the
problems
with
different
public
works,
if
it's
reassuring
to
our
council
and
to
our
citizens
to
know
that
ours
keeps
getting
recognized
by
the
EPA
with
these
awards
of
excellence.
So
congratulations
let
them.
The
team
know
that
we
appreciate
the
hard
work.
Okay.
L
Translations,
guys,
okay
tonight,
we
actually
are
awarding
three
employee
service
awards.
110
Year
award
in
two
fifteen
year
awards
the
one
of
the
gentleman
who
is
where
who
actually
worked
the
RL
plant
can't
make
it
tonight.
His
name
is
John
Giordano.
So
we
wanted
to
recognize
him
for
his
15
year
award,
but
we
actually
have
two
people
who
are
here
tonight
so
I'm
going
to
start
with
a
10
year
service
award
for
firefighter
EMT
Nick
Webber.
L
Congratulations:
Nick
Nick,
celebrating
his
10
year
anniversary
with
us
on
March
2nd,
so
he's
actually
a
little
bit
over
10
already,
most
importantly,
I'm
sure
to
him
and
his
family
he's
now
vested
in
the
pension,
which
is
a
goal
well
accomplished
right
all
right.
So,
as
I
mentioned,
Nick
was
hired,
March
2nd
of
2009
you're.
Looking
at
a
hometown,
Oldsmar
boy,
he
is
born
what
you
born
here.
L
Went
to
East
Lake
and
we
think,
because
I
go
through
this
I
go
through
their
personnel
files
and
I.
Think
Cole's
more
somewhere,
I
read
was:
was
that
the
only
fire
station
you
ever
applied
to
so
he
wanted
to
work
here.
He
made
it
happen
and
now
he's
vested
in
the
pension.
So
that's
great
news
we're
grateful
to
have
him
he's
a
great
troubleshooter
and
he's
very
mechanically
inclined,
and
we
could
never
have
enough
of
those
guys,
especially
at
the
fire
department.
You
got
to
fix
things
left
and
right.
L
He
one
of
the
things
last
year
that
I
remembered
seeing
he
totally
designed
now
I,
don't
mean
to
disrespect
any
of
the
guys
that
helped
them,
but
we
had
a
beautiful
lighting
array
of
the
whole
station
that
he
designed
created
and
did
nobody
asked
him
to
do
it?
He
did
it
all
on
his
own.
That's
the
kind
of
guys
we
have
Thursday
he's
got
a
great
knack
for
sound
and
lighting
is
kind
of
his
thing.
I'll
call
it
a
passion.
I
L
I
L
L
L
Okay,
fifteen
years
started
on
March
22nd
2004
he's
currently
a
heavy
equipment
operator
originally
hired
as
a
maintenance
operator
promoted
within
a
year
to
equipment
operator
promoted
within
another
year
to
having
equipment
operator.
This
guy
can
drive
or
operate
anything
a
few
employees
who's
certified
to
operate
every
piece
of
equipment
we
own
I
saw
this
in
his
file,
he's
even
licensed
to
operate
a
hazmat
tank
whatever
that
is
steady
as
a
rock
he's
in
every
city
event
he's
at
every
emergency
event.
L
He
requires
no
supervision,
you
tell
him
what
needs
to
be
done
and
it
gets
done.
The
quantity
erupted
needs
to
be
repetitively
done
is
insanely
high.
He
actively
seeks
new
training
he's
always
seeking
to
advance
his
skills,
he's
taken
all
kinds
of
courses
from
maintenance
of
traffic
and
stormwater
classes
to
enhance
his
already
impressive
skills.
He
maintains
an
intricate
documentation
schedule
for
the
NPDES
permit,
which
is
stormwater
and
I
know
it's
more
complicated
than
I
can
handle.
So
it's
a
very
important
piece
to
that.
L
Permit,
which
is
very,
very
important
to
us,
he's
also
completed
OSHA
construction
safety,
training,
many
others,
illicit
discharge,
training,
hazard,
waste
spill
prevention
and
response
to
name
a
few
more
about
a
year
ago,
after
Hurricane
Michael
ray
took
it
upon
himself
to
drive
his
own
vehicle
on
his
own
time
and
his
own
dime
to
go
help
family
and
other
people
that
were
affected
by
hurricane
Michael.
So
that
kind
of
tells
us
what
kind
of
guy
we
have.
He
had.
L
As
I
said
before
he
operates
all
city
heavy
equipment
for
street
resurfacing
mowing
of
ditches
on
something
called
a
slope
mower,
which
requires
a
serious
level
of
skill.
He
does
ponds,
he
does
roadsides,
he
does
out
Falls.
He
treats
our
equipment
like
it's
his
own.
The
equipment
ray
is
responsible
for,
if
you
think
about
it,
costs
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars,
he
drives
dump
trucks
back
hoes
front
end
loaders,
something
called
a
Kaiser
looks
like
a
big
spider,
only
cross
$385,000.
L
We
just
bought
one
slope
mower
these
require
special
licensing
or
certifications
or
both
and
you'd
be
surprised
at
the
skills
required
to
operate
them
effectively.
He
also,
if
you
need
them
overseas,
the
field
operations
for
the
city's
annual
street
resurfacing
program
along
with
Tim
Jacobson.
He
does
drainage
maintenance
and
also
restoration
projects,
something
he
was
nominated
for
the
city,
manager's
Impact
Award
for
a
few
years
ago.
He's
also
helped
create
the
Cypress
forest
trail
by
moving
tons
of
road
base
into
place.
L
His
skills
and
experience
have
been
vital
to
our
success
in
making
sure
that
the
city
receives
appropriate
value
for
what
we
pay
for
weather,
overseeing,
paving
contractors
for
street
resurfacing
or
making
sure
we
are
getting
quality
equipment.
We
count
on
ready
to
look
at
look
out
for
us
and
he
always
delivers
to
emphasize
how
important
the
slope
mower
operation
is
all
of
the
city's
rain
event.
Drainage
is
affected
by
the
condition
of
the
ditches,
and
you
know
how
difficult
drainage
is
in
this
city
he's
a
wily
veteran
the
work
force.
L
He
knows
all
facets
of
the
streets,
Department
mission,
objectives,
practices
and
procedures
he's
a
valuable
leader
for
the
younger
guys
and
girls.
He's
also
won
the
Brunson's
recognized
award
in
2014
and
was
nominated
for
it
again
in
2011
and
he's
also
won
the
city,
manager's
Impact
Award
in
2014,
and
he
was
nominated
for
it.
Two
other
times
in
2011
and
22
2006
I
found
10
more
commendations
in
his
file
for
work
well
done,
wife,
Brenda,
daughter,
Alisa
I,
mentioned
to
you,
was
also
work
for
us
and
I
hope
working
for
us
again
soon.
L
B
Pictures
of
mayor
Beavis,
like
it's
been
10
years,
I
can
see
it
and
I
looked
at
the
picture
of
me
and
on
my
gold,
jeez
I'm,
just
gonna,
alright.
Moving
on
in
the
agenda
the
next
item.
Let
me
talk
about
this.
This
is
a
new
item
that
we've
incorporated
into
the
agenda
and
I'm
going
to
talk
about
this
and
the
tentative
agenda
at
the
same
time,
and
this
is
really
for
the
benefit
of
the
council
as
well
as
our
citizens.
B
If
you
dig
deep
into
our
Charter
you'll,
see
that
one
of
the
respond
abilities
of
us
as
council
members
is
to
actually
approve
what
comes
before
council
as
a
governing
body
and
over
the
years
that
practice
long
before
I
was
sitting
mattered.
That
practice
really
kind
of
changed
where
the
council
didn't
really.
B
Specifically
added
something
to
the
tentative
agenda
and
I
believe
that
not
to
be
the
correct
way
that
it
should
be
handled
and
equally
important,
is
the
process
as
it
relates
to
the
tentative
agenda
right,
because
these
two
relate
to
one
others.
So
on
the
tentative
agenda,
if
you
look
in
the
past,
we've
never
really
at
least
as
long
as
I
can
remember
had
a
real
tentative
agenda
right.
There
was
nothing
long
other
than
headings.
Why?
B
B
This
point
we
would
approve
that
new
item
right
and
so
the
concept
being
the
goal
being
is
that
we
get
to
a
true
tentative
agenda
where
we
are
voting
on
the
tentative
agenda
that
will
be
at
our
next
meeting.
So
we
know
leaving.
This
is
what
we're
going
to
cover
on
the
next
meeting
and
any
one
of
us
can
add
anything
to
we
wish
to
through
the
city
manager.
It's
still
the
city
manager's
job.
If
you
read
the
Charter
to
manage
that,
it's
actually
in
our
procedures.
B
Okay,
we're
going
to
talk
more
about
this
when
we're
at
our
planning
session,
but
the
intent
is
that
any
one
of
us
can
add
anything
to
the
tentative
agenda.
Why?
Because
it
hasn't
been
voted
on
yet
so
it's
going
to
be
voted
on.
It
doesn't
mean
it's
going
to
stay
on
there.
So
in
the
future,
what
I
would
say
is
we
will
probably
take
the
tentative
agenda
tentative
agenda
out
of
the
consent
docket
so
that
we
have
an
opportunity
to
really
study
it
that
we
know
this
is
our
next
meeting.
B
We
have
ample
of
time
now
we
have
at
least
a
couple
of
weeks
before
the
next
meeting
and
the
way
it
is
right.
Now
we
get
the
information
on
the
Friday
before
Tuesday
right,
and
so
that
is
the
goal
to
get
there
to
get
there
where
that
agenda
is,
is
comprehensive
on
the
tentative
agenda
when
we
review
it
review
it
rather
rather
and
vote
on
it,
so
that
it
gives
us
ample
a
time
all
right,
and
so
it's
a
change
that
we've
made
and
that's
the
reason
we
made
it.
B
B
B

B
G
Nan
Bennett
public
works
director
and
I
wanted
to
take
this
opportunity
to
introduce
our
new
sustainability
coordinator.
We've
had
a
new
sustainability
coordinator
since
February,
and
this
is
Ashley
painter,
she's,
a
new
sustainability
court
coordinator.
She
holds
a
bachelor's
of
science
and
biological
sciences
from
Clemson
versity
and
a
Master
of
Science
in
marine
biology
from
James
Cook
University
and
a
Master
of
Science
in
coastal
sustainability
from
the
University
of
South
Florida.
N
So,
as
nan
said,
my
name
is
Ashley
for
the
Weiland's
mayor's
challenge.
It
is
a
national
competition
across
cities,
big
and
small.
We
it's
a
it's
a
great
way
to
get
all
local
municipalities
involved
in
understanding
our
natural
resources
and
that
water
is
so
important
here
and
Oldsmar.
We
realize
being
surrounded
by
the
bay
and
by
water
on
different
sides.
That
water
is
vital
and
freshwater
is
vital.
So
we
want
to
encourage
our
citizens
to
recognize
how
much
their
water
usage
affects.
Everyone
Yeah.
B
B
My
water
pledge
calm
where
you
go
to
actually
make
the
pledge
just
put
in
the
city
of
oldsmar.
It
will
bring
it
up
and
it's
really
easy,
because
at
first
I
was
thinking.
Ok,
how
am
I
gonna
save
water.
You
know
I
like
water,
but
it
gives
you
ideas
that
walks
you
through
it
and
then
at
the
end
of
it,
tells
you
how
much
water
you'll
save.
So
it's
a
pretty
cool
deal
so
I
encourage
everyone
to
go
out
there
and
then
go
and
do
that.
Let's
see
next
on
the
agenda,
is
the
city
manager?
L
You
Mary
I
tomatoes,
accept
ranking
of
proposals,
received
and
authorize
the
city
manager
to
negotiate
an

RFP
for

Consulting
services
city
is
seeking
to
reevaluate
the
current
benefits
package
to
provide
a
more
innovative,
comprehensive
and
affordable
benefits
program
to
our
employees.
For
future
years.
Due
to
the
changing
scope
of
service,
we
felt
them
as
our
fiduciary
responsibility,
to
seek
new
proposals
from
qualified
consultants
to
ensure
we
are
receiving
optimal
services
and
benefits.
L
At
the
December
for
2018
meeting
of
the
City
Council,
the
council
authorized
the
city
manager
to
advertise
with
this
RFP
for
benefits
consulting
services.
Three
firms
submitted
proposals
in
response
to
the
city's
RFP
to
become
the
city
of
all's
modest

Consulting
firm.
The
evaluation
committee
was
composed
of
members
of
staff
from
several
departments.
Committee
met
on
February,
25th
2019
to
evaluate
the
submittals
based
on
the
criteria
outlined
in
the
RFP.
After
discussing
the
submittals,
the
committee
concluded
that
the
firm
rankings
were
as
follows:
number
one
was
our
incumbent
to
the
Gehring
group.
L
Number
two
is
Gallagher
benefits.
Services
number
three
is
Stahl

associates

rankings.
Once
rankings
have
been
approved
by
council,
the
city
manager
via
staff,
will
attempt
to
negotiate
an
agreement,
the
highest-ranking
respondent,
which
is
in
the
best
interest
of
the
city.
If
no
interest
is
excuse
me,
if
no
agreement
is
reached
with
the
top
ranking,
prospective
firm
negotiations
will
be
terminated
and
initiated
with
the
next
highest-ranking
firm
and
so
on.
B
H
B
Discussion
amongst
the
council,
I
I,
do
have
a
question,
and
that
is
I'm.
Just
curious
and
I
recognize
that
we
never
want
to
be
perceived
as
playing
favorites,
but
I
am
curious.
How
much
weight
is
given
either
to
when
a
company
is
a
local
company
versus
someone
who's,
not
local
or
maybe
a
better
way
of
saying
it
is.
How
is
there
any
way
given
to
when
a
bidder
is
heavily
involved
in
the
city
and
they're
contributing
to
the
city?
I'm,
just
curious,
that's
part
of
the
consideration.
L
Currently,
there
is
no
local
preference
in
our
Code
of
Ordinances
regards
to
purchasing
of
anything
and
the
particular
components
or
criteria
for
this
bid.
If
you
made
the
argument
that
they
would
score
higher
because
of
their
experience
or
qualifications
of
the
team,
you
know
I
guess
that's
an
interpretive
stretch,
but
to
answer
your
question
directly,
no
there's
not
anything
in
our
codes
that
require
that.
I
B
A
E
A
B
We're
getting
something
that
we
consider
having
come
back,
bring
that
back
in
the
future,
because
you
know
the
thought
process
is
in
listen,
I
want
to
create
a
situation
where
people
don't
want
to
bid,
and
we
also
want
to
ensure
that
we
have
a
situation
that
we're
paying
a
good
price
for
the
services
we're
being
provided
and
that
our
staff
is
happy
with
those
providers.
Having
said
all
that,
the
reality
of
it
is
if
we
can
keep
the
money
within
the
city,
it's
certainly
I
think
the
optimal
situation
for
us.
Okay,
any
other
discussion,
one.

Else
spoke
on
the
issue
at
this
point.
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
call
the
question
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
opposed.
Okay,
we'll
call
the
question:
just
has
a
point
of
order.
When
you
call
any
question
it
requires
a
vote
on
proceeding
to
the
question,
meaning
just
because
one
person
says
I
want
to
call
a
question
that
doesn't
end
debate.
They
have
to
get
that
approved
to
move
forward,
so
we're
gonna
do
it.
You
know,
god
help
you.
Oh
I
was
a
parliamentarian
for
an
international
organization.
I
L
You
mayor
item
9
is
request:
approval
of
modification
number
2
whose
sub
grant
agreement
between
the
state
of
Florida
and
the
city
of
Oldsmar
reference.
What
we
have
come
to
known
as
the
auto
grant
the
2015,
the
city
acquired
a
flood
mitigation
assistance
grant
from
the
Florida
Division
of
Emergency
Management,
enabling
city
residents.
Mr.
mrs.
Otto,
who
are
here
tonight
to
demolish
and
reconstruct
their
home
on
Shore
Drive
Council,
approved
an
initial
grant
extension
in
2016
October
recently.
Mr.
and
mrs.
L
Otto
had
requested
an
increase
to
the
total
project
budget
and
an
extension
of
time
to
complete
the
grant
closeout
process.
The
city
agreed
to
the
request
for
both
the
budget
increase
on
the
extension,
which
will
not
result
in
additional
grant
monies
for
the
ADO's
or
expense
to
the
city.
Florida
Division
of
Emergency
Management
performed
an
updated
cost-benefit
analysis
to
support
the
total
project
cost
budget
increase,
which
was
subsequently
approved
by
the
original
grant
agency,
which
was
FEMA
based
on
these
approvals
by
FTE
M
and
FEMA
staff.
L
As
places
item
for
council
for
review,
once
the
budget
cost
increase,
in
extension,
were
requested
by
the
ADO's,
we
asked
the
state
if
they
would
approve
an
extension
to
the
agreement
and
they
agreed
that's
the
agreement
in
front
of
Council.
Currently,
if
council
agrees
to
the
extension
of
the
agreement
with
the
state,
the
companion
item,
which
is
item
number
10,
also
known
in
our
system,
is
a

A
K
B
H
I,
after
hearing
all
the
background
being
off
to
council
for
three
years,
I
wasn't
I
would
I
remember
when
this
happened
when
they
got
the
initial
grants,
but
I
didn't
know
all
of
the
things
that
happened
in
the
last
three
years.
So
after
al
told
me
everything
that
was
going
on,
I
mean
it
just
seems
like
kind
of
a
no-brainer,
but
it
seems
like
it's
very.
B
H
B
The
state
that
places
the
city
as
kind
of
the
only
real
stakeholder
as
far
as
I'm
concerned
risk
taker,
and
you
know
we
enter
into
these
types
of
things,
feeling
like
there's
a
program
being
offered
to
help.
One
of
our
citizens
could
be
and
offer
to
all
of
our
citizens,
and
then
we
find
out
later
that
the
left
hand
didn't
know
what
the
right
hand
was
doing,
and
there
was
this-
you
know
all
of
a
sudden.
Now
the
city
is,
you,
know,
kind
of
on
the
hook
to
do
things,
and
that's
not
really.
B
A
M
B
H
L
You
very
item
number
11
is
wave
good
requirements
that
approved
the
purchase
of
a
vehicle
from
Coggan
Ford
for
the
pricing
terms
and
conditions
of
the
Florida
sheriffs
Association
contract
number

16.0
on
piggyback
form,
19

zero,

three
b
parks
division
is
requesting
the
replacement
of

which
has
met
the
end
of
its
useful
life.
The
vehicle,
a
2007
4x4

truck,
was
used
to
transport
staff
and
equipment
to
work
sites
and
is
no
longer
operational.
L
H
B
J
H
J
J
B
C
B
It
is
a
process
where
we
can
all
participate
to
help
really
Drive
that
okay,
so
we're
all
part
of
it,
we're
all
working
on
the
things
that
we
think
are
important
to
be
in
there
and
I
think
the
vice
mayor
will
play
a
critical
role
in
that
and
so
I
have
nominated
someone
who
has
demonstrated,
certainly
in
the
past
her
aptitude
for
going
out
trying
to
recruit
people
long
before
she
was
even
on
council.
So
I
have
I'd
like
to
place
a
nomination
for
vice
mayor
Gabby.
Council
member
20.
H
H
B
H
It's
so
nice
to
be
back
up
here
and
thank
you
all
for
coming
to
the
ceremony
like
I,
said
earlier.
Think
thank
you
to
all
the
citizens
of
ultimart
that
voted.
Erica
had
discussed
that
it's
the
best
turnout
we've
had
and
it
is
we
were
at
20%.
We
did
have
one
year
that
was
higher,
but
it
was
when
it
was
tied
to
a
primary
so
since
the
year
2000.
So
basically
in
nineteen
twenty
years
it's
higher,
it's
been
felt.
17
percent
and
all
over
Pinellas
County
was
26
percent.
H
So
we
still
have
a
ways
to
go
without
reach
and
everything
to
get
more
folks
to
vote.
But
it's
it's
awesome
that
so
many
people
came
out
so
and
I
have
to
say
that
I
have
to
shout
out
to
Jerry
as
well:
Jerry
Jerry,
B,
Berlin,
council,
member
and
former
mayor
Terry
Terry
B
Berlin,
because
back
in
oh
nine,
when
I
ran
my
first
race,
I
only
ran
because
he
I
went
to
his
house
and
he
helped
me
go
through
the
process
of
you
know
the.
H
If
you
know
all
of
the
different
things
that
I
might
encounter
and
everything
else,
and
it's
because
of
him,
that
I
ran
and
and
I
just
want
to
have
my
comments
end
tonight
with
saying
that
I
really
appreciate
the
love
and
the
care
from
both
of
them
and
also
everything
that
that
that
they
have
both
done
for
the
city
when
I
was
out
campaigning.
If
anybody
asked
me
who
was
running,
you
know,
I
would
say
a
little
bit
about
y'all
a
little
bit.
Not
you
know,
or
just
your
names
or
whatever,
not.
H
I
didn't
say
much
about
Dan:
there
you're
just
a
nice
guy
people
like
you,
but
whenever
Jerry
came
up
I
would
always
say
he
is
the
person
that
in
100-year
history
plus
history
of
old
tomorrow,
that
has
done
more
for
the
city
for
the
citizens
and
the
city
of
Baltimore
than
anyone
that
has
ever
lived
here.
So
I
want
my
comments
to
end
on
that
and
thank
you
and
I'm
just
so
happy
and
honored
and
humbled
that
I'm
back.
B
H
B
C
I
know
we
kind
of
passed
over
it
quickly
in
the
consent
docket,
but
it's
important
that
you
guys
know
that
one
of
the
reasons
I
decided
to
run
was
because
of
being
on
the
Leisure
Services
Board
I
was
a
member
of
the
Leisure
Services
Advisory
Board
and
as
part
of
the
consent
docket.
Of
course,
I
had
to
resign
because
it's
a
citizen's
board,
but
the
work
that
these
two
ladies
put
into
our
volunteer
citizens
boards,
is
incredible.
C
It's
absolutely
incredible,
and
on
top
of
that
citizens
Academy,
which
I
also
had
the
privilege
of
participating
in
and
I
salute
all
of
my
former
colleagues
on
the
Leisure
Services
Board.
They
do
good
work
and
it's
because
of
that
initial
experience
and
being
that
I
wanted
to
continue
and
do
more
so
I
will
miss
them.
Though,
also
I
wanted
to
thank
mayor
Beavis
for
his
10
years
of
service.
He
scooted
out
of
here
pretty
quickly.
B
C
Of
course,
of
course,
and
well-deserved
well-deserved
after
a
decade
of
really
hard
work,
I
am
just
so
excited
to
be
here
tonight.
I
am
so
excited
for
the
coming
years,
and
I
am
looking
forward
to
every
bit
of
hard
work.
On
a
lighter
note,
though,
I
can't
wait
for
next
weekend,
I'm
looking
forward
to
all
tomorrow
days
and
nights
and
being
on
a
different
side
of
the
ceremony.
You
know
in.
C
K
You
mayor
Eric,
Seidel,
congratulations
was
did
a
great
job
today
in
your
speech,
I
was
very
pleased
to
hear
her
speech.
I
just
want
to
say
shout
out
to
you.
Thank
you
for
that.
I
also
want
to
say
congratulations
to
Linda
back
on
the
chair
up
here
and
looking
forward
to
sitting
next
to
you
and
Katie
I
know
how
much
hard
work
you
put
into
your
campaign.
Congratulations
and
I
look
forward
to
working
with
you,
I
want
to
say
congratulations
to
the
water
team
that
that
is
an
amazing
accomplishment.
K
I
know
every
day,
I
have
fresh
water
at
my
house
and
I.
Absolutely
love
that
fresh
water.
It's
delicious!
It's
it's
absolutely
delicious,
but
anyways.
Thank
you
for
that.
I
appreciate
that
award
of
excellence.
That
means
a
lot
to
not
only
me
but
I'm
pretty
sure
the
citizens
of
the
city.
The
last
thing
I
want
to
say
is
I
went
for
a
bike
ride.
Yesterday,
I
gotta
tell
you
guys
his
story
so
I'm
on
my
bike
and
I'm
heading
down
to
Sheffield,
Park
and
I'm,
moving
right
along
and
I
got
to
that
long.
K
Wildlife
bridge
that
goes
across
into
through
the
mangroves,
everything
was
manicured
and
everything
was
clean.
So
then
I
scoot
in
this
Sheffield
Park
and
I'm
moving
really
fast.
Everything
was
picked
up.
All
the
palm
fronds
are
clean,
but
golf
course
was
all
manicured.
Everything
looked
fantastic
I
just
want
to
give
a
big
shout
out
to
our
parks
department.
Those
people
are
doing
a
fantastic
job
in
keeping
our
parks
clean
and
looking
presentable
for
the
citizens
of
the
city
and
I
am
just
honored.
K
M
Thank
You
mayor
first
off
congratulations
to
Katie
and
Linda
as
well
as
Andrew
and
Matt.
Everybody
ran
a
great
campaign
and
you
know
Jerry
and
just
the
whole
team,
so
I
of
course
miss.
You
know
our
old
crew
but
I'm
excited
about
the
new
crew
and
I.
Think
it's
fitting.
Although
Eric
will
get
tired
of
hearing
girl
power,
tomorrow's
Janice's
birthday,
it.
M
So
it's
very
fitting
I'm,
so
happy
birthday
to
Janice
I
think
she'd
be
cheering
up
there
for
you,
ladies,
so
I'm
excited
to
work
with
you.
I
know
we're
gonna
do
great
things
up
here:
I'm
honored,
to
be
vice
mayor.
Thank
you
for
honoring
me
with
that.
I
certainly
do
have
a
passion
for
commercial,
real
estate
and
development
and
I
know
that
you
know
it's
gonna,
be
a
great
initiative.
We're
gonna
get
some
things
done.
M
You
know
they've
taken
time
for
good
reason
and
I'm
already
excited
about
some
of
the
projects,
and
you
know
people
that
are
interested
in
the
city
coming
on
board.
So
I
think
it's
a
great
time
for
you
to
take
over
the
reins
of
mayor
and
it's
just
an
honor.
It's
a
privilege
to
be
up
here,
and
it
was
nice
and
fitting
to
not
have
to
be
sworn
in
again.
I.
G
M
To
get
to
sit
back
and
watch
but
of
course,
I
appreciate
all
the
things
that
and
in
Kathi
do
here
for
the
city
and
for
the
entire
team.
So
so
thank
you
and
I,
unfortunately,
will
not
be
at
Oldsmar
days.
It
is
my
birthday
and
my
boyfriend
surprised
me
with
something
that
weekend
so
I
won't
be
here,
but
I
will
be
thinking
of
the
city
and
wishing
I
could
be
in
the
parade
with
all
of
you
right.
B
Okay,
I
do
have
some
comments.
I
talked
about
it
earlier,
so
I'm
not
going
to
go
and
rehash
it
all
over
again,
but
something
I
would
have
an
observation
with
all
the
candidates
in
that
Clark
was
going
to
be
here
tonight,
but
he
now
has
a
pinched
nerve
in
his
back
and
couldn't
come,
cancel
his
anniversary
plan.
But
everybody
was
here
right.
You
know
and
I
think
it's
just
so
important
that
you
can
go
through
a
good
elections
and
the
city
comes
right
back
together.
B
B
L
Yeah,
thank
you.
Mary
two
Fridays
ago
we
could
go.
Friday
got
a
phone
call
about
midnight
from
nan
who
was
telling
me
about
a
minor
water
emergency.
We
had
on
Patty,
Drive
and
so
I
went
over
there
to
see
if
they
needed
anything
and
I
just
wanted
to
share
that.
I
was
blown
away
with
how
impressed
I
was
with
the
field
guys
and
what
they
did
specifically
Mike
J
Sur
Christian
pochi,
billed
Levin
Joe,
Kernighan
and
Tom
Adams.
Were
there
at
the
RL
plant,
Kyle,
Rasmussen
and
Sammy.
L
Were
there
you
so
both
of
them
tonight
it
was
big
enough.
It
affected
55
homes,
nan.
Was
there
the
entire
time
Jonah
was
there
John
is
the
assistant
public
works
director?
Was
there
the
entire
time
they
hand
delivered
fliers
to
the
affected
homes
on
a
Friday
night
at
midnight
untold
knocked
on
a
few
doors
which
of
course
were
not
answered,
because
if
the
lights
were
on,
everybody
was
worried
about
why
somebody
was
knocking
on
your
door
at
midnight,
but
we
did
everything
we
could
possibly
do
to
notify
them
that
this
had
occurred.
L
L
That
requires
certifications
that
I
mentioned
before
and
I've
been
in
my
whole
career
I've,
been
through
too
many
weather
emergencies
and
natural
disasters,
but
to
be
out
there
on
a
Friday
night
from
about
midnight
to
3:00
with
the
crew,
just
busting
it
to
dig
a
big
hole,
Pat's
a
big
pipe
fill
in
the
hole,
notify
everybody
try
and
stay
out
of
the
way,
try
and
keep
traffic
moving
even
on
a
Friday
night.
Oddly
enough,
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
thought
that
was
very,
very
impressive
and
I
did
share
that
with
them
directly.
L
You've
heard
it
here
before
about
the
quality
of
our
people,
and
these
guys
are
probably
among
the
lowest
paid
people
we
have.
But
man
the
attitude
was
great.
The
energy
was
great,
it
was
a
very
impressive
operation
and,
if
I'm
I
know
Nan's
proud
of
them,
but
if
I'm
them
I'm,
Nana
and
Jonah,
because
for
two
hours
of
that
well,
okay,
an
hour
for
me,
I
was
we
were
there.
Three
hours
and
nan
had
a
shovel
in
her
hand,
and
she
wasn't
backing
people
over
the
head
with
it
filling
the
hole
Jonah.
L
B
All
right,
let
me
move
on,
but
I
did
want
to
make
a
point.
Thank
You,
Alfred,
Sharon,
asked
I
want
to
take
this
opportunity
to
thank
our
citizens
because
I
know
I'm
in
the
thousands
of
people
here
and
the
tens
of
thousand
watching
at
home.
That's
right,
but
I
do
want
to
thank
them
for
passing
the
referendum.
I
appreciate
your
trust
in
this
council
and
I
will
promise
you
that
it
will
not
be
misplaced,
we'll
use
it
sparingly
and
appropriately
and
all
in
public
and
but
I
did
want
to
make
a
point
of
saying.
B
Thank
you
because
I
think
that
that
could
be
a
big
deal
and
we've
talked
about
it
up
here
before
I
won't
harp
on
it,
but
I
do
appreciate
the
trust
council
members.
If
you
don't
already
have
this
in
your
calendars,
I'd
ask
that
you
put
this
in
here
and
that's
the
Florida
League
of
Cities.
It's
August
14th
through
the
18th.
It's
in
Orlando
this
year,
I
think
it's
important
for
us
to
try
to
be
there
as
a
team.
There's
excellent
training
and
I.
I
M
B
B
G
B
Think
that
I
don't
know
he
might
even
want
to
have
like
a
little
bit
of
advancement
in
that
organization
as
one
of
their
leaders
so
I
think
it's
an
extra
important
for
us
to
be
there
and
show
that
support
for
it,
because
putting
a
lot
of
time
in
and
they're
going
to
a
lot
of
things.
Learning
a
lot
and
I
know
I
for
one
appreciate
that
Thank.
B
B
Just
a
reminder
about
our
planning
session
on
April
12
make
sure
everybody
has
it
in
their
calendars.
I
know
that
we
checked
on
that
day.
I'm
gonna,
give
you
I'm
gonna,
give
a
request
to
you
and
ask
you
to
be
prepared
at
that
meeting
right.
No,
our
priorities
be
up
on
the
priorities,
so
we
don't
have
to
spend
a
lot
of
time.
Relearning
something
I
know
I
know
most
of
you
are,
and
we
talked
about
it.
B
People
out
on
the
road
campaigning
and
I'd
ask
you
to
think
before
we
get
there
about
what
are
some
of
the
things
that
you
really
like
to
see
happen
in
this
city
right,
both
short
term
and
long
term,
I
mean
what
a
surprise
if
I
was
to
talk
about
downtown
right,
but
you
know:
we've
all
talked
about
that.
I've
heard
all
of
your
campaign
speeches
pretty
much
on
the
road
and
and
so
forth,
but
short
term
long
term.
B
Think
about
those
things
is
it
that
we
want
to
pass
an
ordinance
that
permits
golf
carts
in
all
parts
of
the
city.
Quality
of
life
is
that
we
want
more
dogs,
two
more
places
where
you
can
bring
dogs
to
the
park.
All
right
I
mean
what
short
term
long
term
think
about
some
things.
It's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
just
kind
of
throw
some
darts
up
there.
We
can't
make
any
decisions
on
it.
That
requires
an
ordinance
that
has
to
be
done
at
the
council
meeting
but
be
prepared
when
you
get
there.
B
B
B
Imagine
this
to
you
right
so
you're
aware
of
it,
I
don't
know
if
anything
comes
from
it
or
not,
but
I,
like
you'll
you'll,
find
that
as
mayor,
if
there's
something
going
on
that
you
haven't
heard
about,
we
can't
talk
about
it
on
the
phone,
so
I'll
talk
about
it
here,
just
to
keep
you
abreast
of
things
all
right,
and
this
is
just
kind
of
a
real
quick
point
to
it
right
that
we
kind
of
walked
away.
We
had
a
meeting
Felicia
and
a
land,
and
the
mayor
and
myself
the
vice
mayor.
B
Why,
wouldn't
that
be
the
perfect
role
for
us
to
play
not
to
get
too
involved
in
it,
but
rather
to
try
to
bridge
the
two
right,
so
we
can
say
to
our
citizens.
Did
you
know
that
there
are
jobs
right
here
in
all
tomorrow
in
your
community,
that,
if
you're
lacking
the
education,
here's
a
path
that
you
can
take
to
work
right
here
and
try
to
kind
of
bridge?
Some
of
that?
So
that's
just
as
not
a
point
of
discussion
to
it.
B
B
K
I
say
something
you
man
in
the
past:
when
Bruce
you
know
he
would
they
would
send
out
the
PDFs
of
each
department.
I
think
that
was
just
too
much
information
for
us
at
that
time.
Al
your
report
is
way
much
better,
but
I
think
it
does
have
a
point.
It
would
be
nice
if
we
did
get
a
small
version
of
just
the
key
facts
that
are
going
on
in
the
city
every
week
and
you
might
need
help
with
that.
K
K
B
And
and
I
read
that
stuff
right
and
so
I'm
gonna
I'm
gonna
segue
into
my
closing
comment
to
wrap
up
okay,
and
that
is
this
information
we
get
be
prepared
at
these
meetings.
Right
I
mean
we're.
All
we've
got
a
really
talented
team
up
here,
we're
not
walking
into
a
situation
where
we
got
to
go
fix
bunch
of
stuff
we're
not
walking
into
a
situation
where
we're
it's
a
mess,
a
financial
mess,
or
all
that
you
know
what
we're
walking
into
this
city
is
teed
up
right,
but
we
have
to
up
our
game
I'm.
B
B
I
will
call
you
out
in
public,
okay,
I
mean
look,
we
got
great
information
coming
in
and
we
got
a
great
team
here
and
we
have
an
opportunity
because
I
believe
that
our
overall
skill
sets
starting
out
is
much
higher
than
the
skill
set
starting
out
of
the
previous
thing,
that's
my
opinion
and
so
I'm
really
excited
about
the
team
that
the
voters
sent
I.
Think
it's
a
good
mix.
We
got
some
art
back
on
here
again,
which
is
you
know
it's
into
so
many
different.
They
in
addition
to
other
thing,.
B
I'm
really
grateful
and
I
look
forward
to
working
with
everybody.
I
too,
would
like
to
thank
the
clerk's
office
for
all
they
did
for
tonight's
event.
It
really
makes
it
even
that
much
more
special,
and
so
thank
you,
ladies
and
the
staff
who
participated
in
getting
that
all
set
up
and
all
of
our
all
of
our
citizens
who
came
out
to
support
it
and
all
of
the
staff
that
stayed
here,
because
I
think
they're
required
to
run,
but.
