A
B
Heavenly
Father
send
down
your
blessing
on
this
meeting
of
the
City
Council.
Give
the
councilmembers
a
clear
sense
of
duty
and
lead
them
to
a
faithful
discharge
are
the
same
direct
them
in
their
deliberations
at
this
meeting
so
that
all
things
may
be
done
in
the
name
and
the
welfare
of
the
people.
The
city
of
Oldsmar,
this
we
pray,
amen,
amen,.
A
Please
have
your
seats
I
want
to
recognize
special
guests,
I'm
sure
he's
here
in
his
new
role,
but
former
mayor
Beavis
is
in
the
audience
with
us.
Where's
yeah
right
over
there
hi
welcome
sir
always
a
pleasure
to
have
you
your
new
role,
I'm
going
to
be
introducing
you
at
every
meeting
room.
We
need
to
figure
this
out,
but
it's
just
a
sign
of
respect.
We
like
to
do
around
here
before
we
get
into
the
citizens
open
forum.
A
A
21
adjutant
earning
ability.
Thank
you,
sir.
Thank
you.
Well
welcome,
gentlemen.
I
know
you're
here
to
see
one
of
your
own
join
one
of
our
boards
tonight.
So
I'm
gonna
go
ahead.
Movement
of
the
citizens
open
forum.
The
only
rules
that
we
have
is
that
you
can't
speak
to
any
item.
That's
on
the
agenda
as
a
public
hearing,
which
would
be
item
number
seven,
would
ask
that
your
holder
comments
for
that.
Until
that
time
you
know
what's
funny
when
I
start
speaking
fast,
I
see
crisp
or
out
here
and
I,
just
immediately.
A
Think
of
the
auctioneer
starts
coming
out
in
me.
We
also
ask
that
you
not
speak
longer
than
five
minutes
and
when
you
come
up,
you
state
your
name
and
address
and
make
sure
you
include
your
city.
We
don't
assume
that
you're
from
here
I'm
going
to
start
on
this
side
of
the
room.
Is
there
anybody
who
has
anything
for
the
citizens,
open
forum
signal,
I,
wanna,
move
to
the
right
side?
Is
there
anybody
on
this
side
going
once
court
now
I'm
just
kidding
commander
Barrett
Thank
You
mr.
mayor.
A
Thank
you,
excellent.
Well,
I
know
you
all
been
working
harder
than
that,
so
we're
we're
both
excited
and
we
appreciate
your
hard
work.
Is
there
anybody
else
on
this
side
of
the
room,
seeing
none
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
close
the
citizens
open
forum
and
move
into
the
community
minute,
which
will
be
announced
by
our
city,
clerk
and
Nixon.

C
D
A
Good
and
what
day
is
that
that's
March,
6,
ok,
I,
didn't
hear
that
earlier
I.
Thank
you.
Hey
on
the
touch-a-truck.
Are
we
gonna
have
the
new
45
hour
or
54
are
over
there?
I
wouldn't
assume
we
had
the
privilege
earlier.
There's
a
tradition
when
you
get
a
new
rescue
vehicle
that
they
literally
push
it
into
service,
so
they
push
it
in
the
base.
So
we
were
over
there
earlier
and
we
all
got
to
push
it
into
the
bay
and
housing.
B
A
C
C
I'm
proud
to
announce
that
this
month's
council
member
award
is
going
to
micro,
lumen
incorporated
we
had
Robin,
Reynolds
and
Mark
Roberts
here
tonight
with
us.
Correct
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I
pronounced
that
correctly
micro
lumen
has
been
in
oldsmar
for
quite
some
time.
They
are
high
performance,
medical
tubing
products
manufacturer.
C
Currently
they
have
close
to
200
employees.
Tonight
I
want
to
shine
a
spotlight
on
not
them
as
a
business,
but
their
philanthropic
actions
that
they
do
in
our
community
micro
lumen
strives
each
year
to
donate
1%
of
their
sales
to
various
charities.
Micro
lumen
focuses
on
improving
lives
through
their
support
of
large
outreach
organizations
such
as
and
the
list
make-a-wish
they
sponsor
their
annual
golf
tournament.
Lightning
foundation,
make-a-wish
Knights
at
the
Tampa
Bay
Lightning
games
and
Brandon
Day
is
a
board
member
Children's,
Cancer
Center
their
annual
donors
and
do
volunteer
work
there
as
well.
C
Tampa
General
Hospital.
They
sponsor
the
golf
tournament
and
Brandon
day
is
a
board
member
quantum
leap,
farms,
their
annual
donors
and
they
sponsor
parts
of
the
golf
tournament.
Jan
Stevenson
crossroads
foundation.
This
year
they
donated
to
help
rehabilitate
the
bunkers
at
the
golf
course,
so
that
beds
that
have
physical
limitations
are
able
to
access
it.
So
that
was
pretty
cool.
They
are
also
one
of
their
presenting
sponsors
this
year
for
their
golf
tournament,
all
its
mark
cares
their
annual
donors
and
have
employees
who
volunteer
on
a
regular
basis.
C
The
tampa
ymca,
that's
robin
very
much
so
their
annual
donors
and
Robin
Reynolds
is
on
their
governance.
Sport
pace
Center
for
girls,
their
annual
donors,
metropolitan
ministries,
they're
a
bridge
builder
supporter,
and
they
have
employees
who
volunteer
Relay
for
Life.
They
have
a
local
team
and
their
silver
sponsors
Suncoast
Hospice,
their
sponsors
of
the
annual
hospice
ball
on
bikes,
their
annual
sponsors
of
their
winter
wonder
ride
and
they
have
a
team
for
the
build.
A
bike.
C
Marc
and
Brandon
are
also
copperheads
and
and
support
the
birdies
for
the
blind
challenge
at
the
tournament,
which
helps
give
money
back
to
blind
vets.
Micro
lumen
also
matches
all
of
their
employees
terrible
donations
throughout
the
year.
They
also
participate
in
employee
drives
such
as
old,
smart
Care
pop
drops
and
Toys
for
Tots
and
last
but
not
least,
they
also
support
this
city.
B
A
Congratulations
that
is
well-deserved,
I'll
tell
you,
you
know
part
of
what
makes
a
city
more
than
a
city
is
the
businesses
that
we
have
here
that
get
involved
and
makes
us
more
of
a
community,
and
your
organization
is
definitely
one
of
those
that
helps
make
this
town
a
community.
It's
funny,
I
I'll
go
to
a
lot
of
events,
news
Robin.
There
is
Robin,
there's
Robin,
there's
Robin
and
a
little
side
piece
of
information
here
that
our
staff
may
not
know
this.
A
But
you
know
here
in
the
city
now
on
Thursdays
we
provide
lunch
for
the
staff,
and
this
is
something
that
came
out
of
when
Felicia
Allen
myself
went
and
visited
my
pro
looma
and
went
around
for
the
day,
and
we
were
so
impressed
with
it
and
the
morale
it's
just
a
terrific
place,
but
they
provide
meals
for
their
staff
on
a
regular
basis.
It
e-government
we
couldn't
do
it
every
day,
but
we
did
do
it
one
day,
but
that's
another
bit
of
the
influence
that
you
have
that
you
may
not
even
realize
so.
C
A
Every
community
has
certain
people
in
it
that
make
this
unbelievable
impact
right
and
this
city
is
no
different,
and
so
tonight
we
want
to
recognize
someone
here
who
has
really
been
a
rock
in
this
community,
he's
not
served
on
council,
but
he's
been
someone
who
has
been
an
advisor
to
many
of
the
people
on
this
council.
He's
someone
who
had
been
in
has
been
an
adviser
to
members
of
our
chamber
and
he's
someone
who's
been
an
adviser
to
this
nation.
A
A
A
poem
about
democracy
at
City,
Council
meetings
spreading
his
special
style
of
patriotism
and
whereas
Jerry
rose
through
the
ranks
of
the
United
States
Air
Force,
proudly
serving
our
nation
and
demonstrating
professional
competency,
outstanding
initiative,
superb
judgment
and
the
finest
leadership
qualities
retiring
after
30
years
with
the
rank
of
colonel.
He
is
a
colonel.
A
Now,
therefore,
I'm
Eric
Seidel,
mayor
of
the
city
of
olds
bar
Florida,
do
hereby
proclaim
February
28th
2020
as
Jerry
custon
day
within
the
city
of
olds
bar
the
City
Council
here
by
recognizes,
and
thanks
cherry
custon.
First
personal
and
professional
dedication
to
the
citizens
of
Oldsmar.
On
the
occasion
of
his
retirement
dated
this
18th
day
of
february,
signed
mayor
Eric,
Seidel
Jerry.
Would
you
please
come
on.
C
D
It's
it's
really
been
really
been
an
honor
to
do
that.
A
couple
things
that
correct
with
Sandy
is,
in
addition
to
the
stuff
that
they
said
about
Robin
and
micro,
room
and
Robin
is
also
a
stalwart
on
our
well
they're.
Trustees
of
the
chamber
and
Robin
has
really
shown
some
great
leadership
on
our
education
foundation.
Taking
over
our
star
program
this
year
and
I.
Think
we
awarded
what
16,000
no
$12,000.
D
D
A
Well,
desert-
and
you
know
it's
not
mist
on
me
and
I-
think
anybody
else
in
this
room.
Here's
a
guy
who
has
done
honestly
too
many
things
to
even
be
able
to
read
out
influenced
too
many
people
to
even
begin
to
to
name
the
list
and
what's
the
first
thing
he
does
when
he
gets
up
there
when
we
just
proclaimed
his
retirement
day,
Jerry
custon
day
in
the
city.
What's
the
first
thing
he
does
talks
about
accomplishment
to
someone
else,
that's
the
kind
of
man
you
are,
sir,
and
the
example.
Thank
you.
A
Returning
the
rules
of
the
day
do
I
have
a
second
second,
any
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye.
All
opposed
motion
passes
next
time
on
the
agenda.
Community
Redevelopment
Agency
item
number
two:
a
scheduled
work
session
for
Oldsmar
Town
Center
did
we
have
any
consensus
on
a
date
city
manager.
A
B
D
A
A
They
certainly
have
spent
a
lot
of
time
giving
to
this
city
and
I
know
that
they've
been
solid
board
members
and
certainly
spent
a
lot
hours
helping
build
the
city
so
their
their
departure
is
not
with
sweet
sorrow,
but
it's
with
great
gratitude
from
their
City.
So
all
right,
the
chair,
will
entertain
a
motion
to
accept
approve
item
4,
&,
5,
reluctantly.
A
D
Since
2016
hi
I'm
active
in
Veterans
Affairs
being
a
Vietnam
veteran
in
the
DAV
and
VFW,
most
of
my
activity
is
in
the
VFW,
where
I'm,
the
chaplain
or
local
whole
SmartPost
I'm.
Also,
the
district
chaplain
for
District
21
I
am
active
in
my
community.
I
actually
have
a
Bible
study
once
a
week
in
my
go
lair
village,
we're
open
to
all
the
residents,
I'd,
say:
I'm,
also
a
chaplain
at
the
Billy
Graham
rapid
response
team,
where
I
respond
to
hurricanes
far
as
floods
and
tornadoes
necessary.
A
F
A
D
A
D
B
D
A
F
B
Of
the
second
reading
and
adoption
of
ordinance,
2000
2-0
one
or
in
2002,
two
zero
one
ordinance
of
the
city
of
Oldsmar
Florida
amending
section,
six
of
Appendix
A
architectural
design,
pattern
book
of
the
town
center
development
code
to
add
architectural
style
guidelines
for
contemporary
and/or
eclectic
architectural
styles
to
amend
section
7
appendix
a
architectural
and
design
pattern
book
of
the
town
center
development
code
to
require
that
architecture
must
incorporate
a
minimum
of
three
primary
characteristics
and
providing
an
effective
date.
This.
A
C
F
G
F
A
A
Have
to
redo
a
lot
of
things,
yeah
I
mean
it
certainly
would
impact
us
a
lot
of
different
areas,
but
you
know
it's
funny.
I
was
in
Tallahassee
two
weeks
ago
or
a
week
ago,
I
don't
remember
what
it
was,
but
I
was
kind
of
fired
up
about
a
particular
bill
in
the
Senate
in
there
and
kind
of
fix
the
bill
and
it
never
failed.
A
So
one
thing
that
I
have
come
to
appreciate
about
Tallahassee
is
while
the
Florida
League
of
Cities,
you
know,
is
our
watchdog
for
us
on
certainly
a
lot
of
preemption
type
of
legislation.
That's
proposed
almost
none
if
it
gets
there,
and
so
it's
kind
of
like
I'll,
find
out
from
our
people
up
there
does
this
have
legs
and
almost
always
at
least
in
the
90%
range
it
doesn't
so
I
don't
get
worried
about
it.
Okay,
it's
a
good
question.

You
know
a
lot
of
these
items
that
you
hear
us
go
through
relatively
quickly.
It's
because
we've
had
a
lot
of
discussion
with
staff
about
the
items
that
are
being
proposed,
not
amongst
each
other
but
directly
with
them,
and
so
I
don't
want

to
ever

A
Quite
welcome
I
will
make
a
comment
on
it
and
just
thank
the
council
and
the
staff
who's
worked
unbelievably
hard
to
get
us
to
this
point.
Certainly
we
still
have
a
lot
of
decisions
in
front
of
us
mm-hmm,
but
I
think
it's
amazing
that,
within
less
than
a
year's
time,
the
progress
that's
been
made,
and
that
only
happens
with
a
committed
staff
and
with
a
committed
team
who
was
capable
of
really
keeping
their
eye
on
the
end
game
and
working
as
a
team.
So
great
work
all
right.

special

application
fee
waiver
request
for
the

Rod

to
be
held
on
Saturday,
March

Excuse
me,
March
14th
year
2020
about
Saturday
March
14th,
those
markers
incorporated
will
host
the
Oldsmar
rod
run
car
show
at
re
olds
Park.
The
event
will
include
classic
exotic
and
performance,
automobiles,
as
well
as
musical
entertainment
and
food
vendors.
The
organization
provides
many
support
programs
to
those
in
need
throughout
this
community
and
is
able
to
do
so
by
hosting
fundraising
events
such
as
this.
E
The
item
requests
a
waiver
of
fees
in
the
amount
of
$700
in
accordance
with
the
city
of
Oldsmar
special
event
guide.
The
above
organization
is
requesting
that
the
city
waive
those
fees
associated
with
the
event
all
other
external
costs,
including
utility
fees.
The
staff
charges
of
two
hundred
and
forty
dollars
will
be
the
responsibility
of
the
event
organizer,
as
outlined
within
the
application.
It
is
anticipated
that
the
event
will
run
close
to
600
participants
and
spectators
to
oldsmar
a
copy
of
the
application
visit.
The
packet
for
review
staff
recommends
approval
Carol.
F
F
B
C
E
From
the
organization
is
here,
I
did
a
little
reading
on
it
this
morning,
I
believe
the
donation
is
in
the
form
of
non-perishable
food
items,
oh
so
that
in
one
of
the
prior
events,
they've
had
so
I
think
the
contribution
is
really
literal
in
the
sense
that
it's
providing
food
that
also
our
cares
will
then
use
to
help
their
cause
in
the
community.
Very
good,
okay,.
F
So
I
just
wanted
to
I
just
want
to
I'm
okay
with
this,
but
I
just
wanted
to
point
out
that
it's
on
the
same
day
as
an
event
that
Felicia
has
been
working
on
for
a
year.
F
The
five
hundred
thousand
dollar
art
exhibit
that
is
very
prestigious
and-
and
it
was
kind
of
a
last
minute
request,
so
I'm
hoping
that
in
the
future
we
can
maybe
look
at
that
a
little
bit
more
now,
I'm
not
saying
that
car
people
don't
like
art
and
art
people,
don't
like
cars,
I'm,
not
saying
that,
and
there
could
be
an
argument
for
people
will
go
to
both.
You
know,
but
I
think
that
we
need
to
have
more
lead
time
so
that
we
don't
have
a
conflict
on
something
I
mean
Felicia's
been
working
hard
on.
F
This
would
have
created
Pinellas
and
so
I
think
we
need
to
take
a
look
at
that
and
then
also
maybe
take
a
look
at.
Are
we
I'm?
You
know
I
asked
for
the
prevent
I
asked
for
fee
waivers
for
veterans
event,
so
I'm
one
of
them,
but
I,
don't
want
us
to
get
into
the
same
situation
that
safety
harbor
got
in
and
where
they
were
approving
everything
and
they
weren't
charging
for
anything
and
so
I
think
maybe
at
a
budget
session
or
something.
Maybe
we
should
look
at
that.
A
Yeah
I
advocate
the
same
thing
as
it
relates
to
carte
blanche.
I
will
say
this:
there
are
a
few
different
organizations
that
I
will
always
kind
of
venture
to
say,
carte
blanche
in
part
because
Allspark
carrots
being
one
of
them
because
they
do
what
we
can't
do
as
a
city
right,
they're
kind
of
our
stopgap.
You
know
because
we're
not
as
a
city
set
up
to
do
some
of
those
things
that
we
have
no,
where
to
send
someone
who's
in
trouble.
We
can
Sundra.
Oldsmar
cares
and
I've
always
felt
strongly
about
that.
G
I
just
want
to
mention
that
this
event
was
used
to
be
held
in
Tarpon
Springs
at
the
I
believe
his
house.
He
has
a
huge
property.
I
actually
took
one
of
my
Volkswagen
zero
one
year.
There
were
a
lot
of
people
there
I
mean
it
was
actually
a
lot
of
different
antique
cars.
It
was
actually
a
very
nice
show,
so
I
think
it's
gonna
be
nice
to
bring
those
people
into
our
city.
You
know,
for
that
event,
very
good
is.
F
C
A
C
B
F
F
C
A
Know
I'm
sure
it's
something
that
be
considered,
but
what
I'm
gonna
suggest
is
that
we
vote
on
what's
in
front
of
us
tonight,
because
they're
probably
moving
forward
at
this
point.
But
it's
a
good
point.
I
would
also
say
this
I'm,
not
so
certain
that
we're
not
capable
of
managing
multiple
events,
I
think
we
do
it
actually
quite
often
and
I,
think
we'll
probably
see
more
and
more
of
that
and
quite
honestly,
and
so
hopefully
they'll
complement
one
another.
Is
there
any
other
discussion
sensing
none
sensing
you're,
ready,
councilmember,
Gannon,
The.

A
D
G
It's
good
for
the
city
of
Oldsmar
employees
to
be
able
to
plan
vacations
during
that
week
and
have
that
I'm
off
and
I
would
suggest
that
if
there
is
a
problem
or
a
situation
where
L
or
the
city
staff
feels
that
we
need
to
have
a
longer
meeting
for
the
second
July
meeting,
that
let's
stay
longer,
I,
don't
mind
standing
10
o'clock
or
10:30
and
just
have
a
long
meeting
in
the
July.
For
the
next
meeting
after
and
I
hope
that
everyone
would
support
me
on
this.
G
B
Last
year
there
was
a
similar
motion
to
cancel
the
July
4th
week
meeting
and
there
was
a
special
circumstance
which
caused
the
potential
to
cause
a
former
councilmember
Gabi
Magee
to
miss
both
meetings
in
the
month
of
July
and
because
of
that
special
circumstance.
I
voted
against
cancelling
that
4th
of
July
week
meeting
this
year.
I,
obviously
don't
foresee
any
sort
of
circumstance
and
there's
sufficient
time
for
city
staff
to
potentially
plan
and
accordingly
to
accommodate
the
one
fewer
meeting.
I
don't
have
any.
F
Sense
has
not
changed
from
last
year.
Sorry
Dan
I
just
have
to
vote.
My
conscience
and
I
believe
that
the
4th
of
July
is
on
a
Friday
and
the
7th
is
the
following
Tuesday.
So
that's
a
long
weekend
anyway,
and
we
already
cancelled
the
December
the
last
one
in
December,
so
we
already
go
down
from
24
meetings
to
23
meetings,
and
this
is
what
we're
elected
to
do.
I
mean
there's
only
23
meetings
a
year.
F
So
I
get
your
point
about
vacations
and
everything
else,
but
there's
there's
special
provisions
for,
if
any
of,
if
any
of
us
want
to
take
a
council
meeting
off
as
long
as
we
don't
take
too
many,
we
get
an
excused
absence.
You
know
I
think
the
employees
can
also
you
know,
do
their
vacation
time
around
that
so
I
I'm,
sorry
Dan,
but
I
have
the
same
killing
Society.
A
Good
I'm
gonna
give
my
two
cents
I'm
in
favor
of
the
motion.
I'll
tell
you
why?
Well
I,
don't
disagree
with
councilmember
Knorr
to
me
it's
not
the
number
of
meetings
that
we
have
on
the
books.
I
really
do
it
as
the
number
of
meetings
we
actually
need,
and
sometimes
I
feel
like
like
I'll,
give
you
an
example
tonight
we'll
be
done
in
probably
less
than
an
hour
right
now.
A
But
I
do
remember
the
meeting
and
the
meeting
was
about
a
45-minute
meeting
and
there
wasn't
much
on
the
agenda.
You
know
what
I
mean,
and
so,
once
again
it
was
one
of
those
things
that
was
it
a
necessary
meeting
just
because
it's
on
the
calendar
and
I
I
believe
there
are
a
couple
times
during
the
year.
When
those
you
know
it,
it
doesn't
necessarily
make
sense
to
me,
because
we
just
don't
have
that
much
and
certainly
with
council
providing
plenty
of
notice
to
staff
they'll
plan.
A
Accordingly,
you
know
it's
just
like
when
we
made
change
to
really
try
to
reduce
tentative
agenda
items
being
a
not
part
of
our
agenda
tightened
up
and-
and
you
know
it's
it's
worth
great,
so
in
any
of
that-
that's
my
two
cents
for
what
it's
worth,
but
I
certainly
respect
everyone.
So
we
have
a
motion
and
a
second
any
other
discussion.
Sensing
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
all
opposed
no.
F
A
Motion
passes
I
voted
in
favor
for
the
record.
All
right
next
item
on
agenda
item
15
tentative
agenda
for
March
3rd
2020.
Does
anybody
wishes
to
pull
anything
from
the
tentative
agenda?
That
thing
does
not?
Is
there
anybody
wishes
to
add
anything
to
the
tentative
agenda?
City
clerk,
you
get
anything.
B
A
This
time,
you're
on
the
ball,
that's
why
all
right
the
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
the
tentative
agenda
for
March
3rd
2020
I.
Have
a
motion?
Do
I
have
a
second
second,
any
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye.
All
opposed
motion
passes
next
item
on
the
agenda
council
comments.
I'm
gonna
start
with
my
vice
mayor
tonight.
A
B
A
couple
things
I
immensely
enjoyed
the
opening
Day
ceremonies
for
old,
smart
Little
League.
Obviously
that
was
my
first
time
being
Darrin.
What
a
fantastic
event
my
kids
had
a
great
time
too
so
I
just
wanted
to
encourage
them
to
keep
up
all
their
hard
work.
I
know:
Little
League
works
really
hard
to
keep
their
numbers
up
to
keep
their
facility.
You
know
going
for
all
their
players
and
I
wish
them
a
wonderful
season.
Looking
forward
to
this
weekend's
touch-a-truck
event,
that's
a
big
deal.
B
That's
a
big
deal
for
families,
I,
don't
know
if
anybody's
been
to
the
one
in
Tarpon
Springs
it's
huge
and
it
brings
a
lot
of
people
to
the
city
and
it
kind
of
helps
city
staff
brag
a
little
bit.
You
know,
we've
got
some
incredible
equipment.
These
residents
need
to
see
all
of
the
equipment
capabilities
that
we
have.
It's
really
exciting.
My
kids
will
love
it.
We
will
be
literally
the
first
ones
in
the
door,
certainly
looking
forward
to
the
olds
Mark
Harris
wine
and
food
gala
on
Thursday
night,
always
a
fantastic
event.
I
know.
B
A
lot
of
the
people
who
are
here
tonight
will
be
there
and
then
just
one
last
thing:
I
actually
emailed
the
article
to
Al,
and
maybe
he
can
circulate
it
to
everybody.
But
last
week
the
Pasco
County
Commission
approved
a
special
TIF
district
tax
and
move
financing
loan
for
the
development
of
a
downtown
for
Wesley
Chapel.
So
a
quick
summary,
they
went
with
a
master
developer.
The
whole
development
will
cost
around
seven
hundred
and
thirty
six
million
dollars.
B
It
will
include
about
twenty
seven
hundred
residences
and
three
hundred
and
fifty-five
thousand
square
feet
of
commercial
and
office
space,
including
four
Class
A
buildings.
The
city
give
I'm
sorry
the
county
gives,
in
return
about
thirty
three
million
over
the
course
of
30
years
and
tax
rebates,
of
course,
which
is
about
sixty
sixteen
percent
of
tax
payments
to
the
county
over
that
same
period
of
time
so,
and
they
also
did
a
one
point.
B
Two
five
million
dollar
loan
to
kind
of
like
get
it
going
through
penny
for
Pasco
ten
year,
build
out
kind
of
an
interesting
timeline
really
compressed,
and
the
biggest
thing
is
that
just
gobsmacked
me.
It's
expected
to
create
a
thousand
more
than
a
thousand
full-time
jobs
and
add
almost
forty
million
dollars,
so
local
revenue
every
year,
so
I
know
that's
kind
of
bigger
than
what
we're
thinking
and
obviously,
we've
kind
of
gone
a
different
direction
than
the
master
developer.
But
I
really
encourage
you
to
read
the
article.
B
F
Also
like
to
say
that
the
old
smart
Little
League
opening
was
awesome,
I'm
gonna
use
your
word,
Dan
awesome
and
yes,
it
was
a
strike
mayor
and
what
it
was.
The
strike
I've
been
like
trying
to
not
watch
the
news
and
not
do
Facebook
and
everything.
But
if
somebody
tags
me
and
something
the
mayor
tagged
me
in
the
post
for
Oldsmar
Little
League,
because
all
five
of
us
were
there
and
you're
I,
don't
remember
a
time
where
all
five
council
them
attended
it
was.
It
was
special.
F
It
was
and
the
thank
you
for
the
veggie
burger
at
the
Historical
Society
picnic.
He
was
true
to
his
word,
so
I
appreciate
that
and
another
thing
that
I
attended
I
was
a
judge
for
the
Aladdin
auditions
at
the
opal
theatre
and
I
am
here
to
tell
y'all
that
I
heard
it
said
yesterday
that
Sudha
has
caught
lightning
in
a
bottle
and
I
truly
believe
it
because
the
kids
there
were
there
were
19
all
together,
a
couple
of
them
kind
of
stepped
out.
F
So
there
was
17
that
we
were
watching
Sudha
taught
17
kids
from
the
age
of
I.
Don't
know
six
to
me:
they
were,
they
were
young,
maybe
preteens
within
five
seven
minutes.
She
taught
them
an
entire
dance,
routine,
singing
dance,
routine
I
was
amazed,
it
was
it
was.
It
was
so
much
fun,
I'm,
not
sure
who
won
the
roles
or
anything,
but
I
really
enjoyed
it
and
I'm
glad
that
the
whole
Council
and
you
may
or
everybody
is
becoming
more
willing
to.
F
That's
really
important
to
me,
I'm
on
the
Tampa
Bay
Regional
Planning
Council,
because
Dan
got
the
president,
so
I
got
to
take
his
place
on
it
and
they
have
a
co
committee,
not
a
co
committee,
a
subcommittee
of
that
and
it's
the
Tampa
Bay
resilience
coalition
and
it's
the
we
went
to
the
summit.
It's
on
the
you
know,
tails
of
the
summit
and
I'm
really
proud
to
be
on
that
committee
and
I'm
gonna,
be
on
the
planning
committee
for
the
next
summit
for
we're
looking
at
18
months.
F
A
F
G
G
There
you
go
I'm
looking
forward
to
chip
pots,
sunset
series
and
I've
been
praying
no
rain,
because
I
went
to
the
first
one
we
had,
and
it
was
a
that
was
a
lot
of
fun
and
then
the
last
thing
I
have
is
I
started
going
to
the
Little
League
in
2009
and
I
just
want
to
say
that
Linda's
right.
This
is
the
first
time
that
we
council
was
there
one
year.
G
G
I
think
our
little
league
is
taking
off
and
it's
a
sign
that
our
city
has
a
lot
of
new
young
families
coming
into
it,
and
our
community
is
starting
to
grow
and
that's
kind
of
exciting
thing
to
actually
witness
and
see
as
a
councilmember
and
I
wanted
to
share
that
with
you
and
that's
all
I
have
mayor.
Thank
you.
Thank.
C
A
All
you
got
all
right,
I
know
you're
winding
up
for
that
last
pitch.
Coming
soon
the
special
elections
coming
up.
I'll
start
there
don't
forget,
get
out
and
vote
I
know
the
ballots
are
coming
out.
I
am
gonna,
make
a
comment
on
the
Charter
item.
That's
on
there
I
ask
you
to
consider
voting
in
favor
of
it.
It's
it's.
A
What
I
call
housekeeping
item
for
cleanup?
Some
people
have
asked
me,
wasn't
really
sure
what
it
is.
There
was
a
clerical
clerical
error
made
when
they
went
to
codify
that
in
the
past
and
they
deleted
a
section,
and
you
know
your
mayor
probably
didn't
feel
it
really
needed
to
be
voted
on
because
we
never
voted
it
out,
but
I'm,
not
legal
counsel.
So
that
really
didn't
matter
what
the
mayor
thought.
So
that's
why
everybody's
got
it
on
the
ballot,
we're
gonna.
A
A
There
I've
been
out
there
the
last
couple
years
and
it
was
just
nice
to
have
everybody
out
there
when
people
are
working
so
hard.
So
they
know
that
the
the
city
supports
them
and,
and
our
city
photographer
was
out
there
and
Felicia
was
out
there.
Al
was
out
of
town,
so
he
couldn't
be
there.
Otherwise
I
know
he
would
have
been
and
and
our
staff
who
works
very
hard
to
get
the
fields
ready
and
get
the
everything
all
set
ready
to
go
for
Little,
League,
they're,
hard
workers
not
under
appreciated
or
go
unnoticed.
A
G
A
The
mayor
didn't
say
that,
but
it'll
be
as
successful
that
raise
a
lot
of
money
for
a
great
cause.
They
did
terrific
work
and
I'm
gonna
plug
again.
The
sunset
sounds
coming
up
the
week
a
week
from
now
two
week
from
now
right,
February
20
a
week
from
Friday.
Thank
you,
but
if
you,
if
you
haven't
made
it
out
and
we've
had
some
weather
issues,
but
that's
okay,
you
know
the
parks
not
going
the
way
right.
A
If
you
haven't
made
out
to
it,
I
have
to
tell
you
it's
got
the
best
fog,
it's
one
of
those
things.
It's
like
you
know.
We
have
some
really
good
events
at
Arielle's
parks,
I
mean
they're.
You
know
Arden
burners.
This
is
a
little
more
on
the
chills.
I
kind
of
pull
up.
They
even
have
special
golf
cart
parking.
You
can
roll
on
up
it's
very
casual.
A
We
have
the
food
trucks
out
there,
it's
come
out
and
supportive,
but
it's
nice,
you
know
comfortable,
it's
not
the
the
hurry-hurry
kind
of
thing
was
some
of
our
other
events,
and
so
I
would
encourage
you
to
come
out
and
support.
This
I
know
that
they
worked
real
hard
on
it.
They've
been
disappointed
a
little
bit
with
the
weather,
not
always
cooperating,
but
nevertheless,
I
wanted
to
give
it
a
plug
and
that's
all
I
have.
The
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
councilmember
Knorr
I,
just.
