A
Have
spread
out
so
that
we
can
practice
safe,
social,
distancing
and
I
just
want
to
say,
I
appreciate,
staffs
extra
work
and
getting
us
prepared
in
the
clerk's
office
so
that
we
could
go
ahead
and
meet
in
person
and
I
I
think
we
might
be
the
first
city
in
the
county
to
actually
hold
an
in-person
meeting,
and
so
so
there
you
go
at
least
that
I'm
aware
in
any
of
them.
Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
citizen's
open
forum.
The
only
thing
that
we
ask
you
is
that
you
have
five
minutes
to
speak.
A
We
have
a
few
things:
five
minutes
to
speak
state,
your
name
and
your
address
for
the
record.
We
ask
that
you
not
speak
about
any
item
that
is
part
of
a
public
hearing
which
would
be
item
four
five.
Six,
seven
and
eight
and
you'll
have
the
opportunity
to
speak
on
those
items
at
that
time.
Is
there
anybody
on
this
side
of
the
room?
Is
there
anybody
on
this
side?
Is
there
anybody
on
this
side
of
the
room?
All
right
sounds
like
we're:
gonna
go
beyond
the
citizens
open
forum.

in

E
A
Right
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
approval
of
additional
of
addition
of
new
agenda
items
which
we
have
none
tonight.
The
next
section
is
awards
and
recognition
which
we're
going
to
talk
about
later
on
in
the
meeting
which
so
we
have
none
to
present
this
evening,
Community

We
have
none,
no
items
on
the
Community,
Redevelopment,
Agency
and
next
item
on
the
agenda.
Second
step,
which
was
presented
item.
A
A
That's
pretty
good
councilmember
Gannon
seconded
by
councilmember
sake,
I,
don't
know,
I
got
used
to
having
your
names
below.
It
was
just
easy
to
read
it.
That's
we
could
hold
signs
in
front
of
everybody
for
the
mayor
any
discussion
seeing
nothing
touching.
You
ready
to
vote

the

the

By
title.
Only.
A
B
Nate
Planning
and
redevelopment
director
as
I
see
attorney
said
that
this
is
a
land
use
amendment
from
residential
low
medium
to
city,
that
land
use,
designation
of
presidential
urban
for
two
lots
and
block
seventeen
like
fifteen
and
block.
What's
twenty
seven
and
this
is
simply
housekeeping-
and
we
brought
many
of
these
before
you
as
we
annex
certain
properties
in
west
oldsmar.
We
usually
wait
till
we
have
a
few
that
we
can
bring
before
you
and
then
police,
the
city's
land
use
and
zoning
designation
on
that.
B
A
G
A
got
a
question,
there'd
be
more
so
for
Tom
came
up
in
our
discussion
earlier
with
the
city
manager
and
the
assistant
city
manager
and
I
was
trying
to
understand.
You
know
we
had
these
properties
annexed
in
already
and
then
we're
doing
this
housekeeping
stuff
later.
Is
there
a
reason
that
they
have
to
be
done
separately
versus
if
we
annex
it
in
like?
Basically,
what
is
the
downfall?
If
we
were
to
say
no
to
this?
That's
kind
of
you.
F
Would
not
have
an
established
land
use
designation
for
this
and
within
the
city,
and
it
could
cause
problems
relative
to
future
development
of
the
property.
It
is
a
requirement
that
we
go
through
this
process,
just
like
the
zoning
ordinance
that
will
come
next
on
the
same
property.
I
would
also
mention
to
you
that
you
asked
why
isn't
it
done
at
one
time
all
they
get
some
cities
do
the
annexation.
The
land
use
zoning
all
at
one
meeting.

yes,

F
You
item
number
8
is
a
public
hearing
to
consider
application
for
variance
an
amendment
to
the
site
plan
for
the
property
located
101
Pine
Avenue
south.
This
is
also
a
quasi-judicial
hearing.
There
is
anyone
that
wishes
to
speak
at
this
particular
hearing.
If
you
can
raise
your
stand
up,
raise
your
right
hand
to
be
sworn
under
oath.
That's
where
the
testimony
about
to
give
is
gonna,
be
the
truth,
the
whole
truth
and
nothing
but
the
truth.
Thank
you
so
staff
presentation
at
this
point
and
then
the
applicant
mayor
and
then
we'll
go
from
there.
I'm.
B
Read
on
a
planning
and
redevelopment
director,
of
course,
I
have
a
short
PowerPoint,
so
this
property
is
located
at
101,
Pine
Avenue,
the
zoning
for
the
property
is
m1
and
the
current
use
is
where
house,
so
it
was
originally
approved
in
2012,
but
it
was
not
acted
upon.
So
the
site
plan
has
expired,
so
the
applicant
must
go
through
the
process
again.
B
It
also
included
three
approved
variances
to
reduce
the
number
of
off
street
parking
spaces,
to
reduce
the
interior
landscaping
requirements
and
to
reduce
these
side
routes
that
that
somebody
to
three
point
six
seven
feet.
So
you
can
see
the
app
can
proposes
to
remove
3150
to
a
square
feet
of
an
existing
building
and
removed
the
existing
garage.
A
portion
of
the
existing
building
will
remain
2486
square
feet
and
he
will
construct
a
new
warehouse
consisting
of
nine
thousand
one
hundred
and
thirty-five
square
feet.
B
The
told
building
combined
is
11
thousand
six
hundred
and
twenty-one
square
feet,
so
we
calculated
required
parking
for
that.
It
would
be
24
spaces
and
you
can
see
he
has
12
on-site
identified
there
on
the
drawing
and
he's
also
required
requesting
to
put
five
off-street
parking
spaces
on
the
Avenue
right-of-way
council
approved
parking
along
Pine
Avenue
for
KBO's
were
some
time
back,
so
he
just
would
like
to
also
kind
of
finish
it
off
there.
B
B
He's
also
on
the
second
request,
he's
requesting
a
variance
to
reduce
the
side
yard
setback
from
five
feet
to
three
point:
six:
seven
feet
along
the
South
property
line,
and
you
can
see
the
building
is
kind
of
it's
not
straight
on
the
property
line.
So
it
goes
from
the
five
feet
down
to
the
three
point:
six
seven.
So
we
staff
did
not
feel
that
that
was
excessive
and
then
third
request
is
to
reduce
the
width
of
an
ad
a
parking
space
from
14
to
12
feet.
B
H
1
0
1,
you
were
sideway
19,
north
Clearwater.
My
client
owns
several
m1
properties,
warehouse
properties,
office
properties
in
in
the
city.
He
has
a
large
manufacturing
facility
on
on
Mount
Vernon.
He
needs
warehouse
space
he's
on
this
property
for
some
time.
There's
a
Shack
in
the
back
there's
a
luminol
lean-to.
Those
things
will
be
gone.
I
can't
speak
to
why
he
didn't
want
to
do
this
in
2012
well,
but
I
will
tell
you
that
this
is
a
better
project.
The
building,
smaller,
there's
more
on
site
parking,
we're
complying
with
more
stringent
stormwater
requirements.
H
We
we
comply
aside
from
that
14
to
12
flood
ad,
a
variance
we
comply
with
access
ad,
a
access
from
the
building
to
the
right
away,
we're
we're
not
going
to
use
the
spaces
on
the
street.
That's
one
of
the
conditions
in
that
that
Marie
mentioned
I.
Think
it's
gonna,
be
it's
gonna
clean
up
that
side,
I!
Think
it'll
be
a
nice
project,
a
nice
quiet,
business,
I
think
you
know
you
only
hear
from
them
when
you
cash
the
tax
checks
so
but
appreciate
staff
for
their
report
and
I'm.
Here
with
the
civil
engineer.
E
H
A
A
I
Okay,
so
I
learned
a
valuable
lesson,
while
going
through
this
agenda
item
I
learned
that
you
read
through
the
whole
thing
before
you
start
doing
calculations.
If
this
is
how
much
an
acre
is-
and
this
is
how
much
you
know
landscaping
her
reveals,
because
my
questions
were
inserted
in
the
end
when
the
in
the
reduction
of
interior
landscaping
was
not
in
money
beer,
so
I
was
like
oh
425
square
feet
of
reduction
of
landscape
and
I,
don't
think
so
so,
but
then
I
got
to
the
end
and
I'm
like
okay.
I
That's
not
you
know
an
issue
for
me
now.
My
only
question
went
in
my
meeting
with
Felicia
and
al
was
I
am
familiar
with
the
50%
rule
and
here's
this
falls
under
the
50%
rule.
So
my
question
was
not
question,
but
my
I
wasn't
sure
how
they
were
gonna,
be
able
to
build
such
a
large
building
and
still
comply
with
the
50%
rule.

E
A
A
A
You
know
I.
This
doesn't
really
require
a
vote.
It's
probably
more
for
the
purpose
of
discussion.
You
know
I
think
we
kind
of
had
a
meeting
of
the
minds
of
this
when
we
were
at
on
zoom'
I
felt
like
that.
We
were
gonna,
wait
and
then
start
scheduling
two
at
a
time,
and
what
I
would
also
say
is
that
there
might
be
some
opportunities
like
business
of
the
quarter,
where
maybe
they
would
prefer
a
presentation
out
their
office
to
try
to
help
kind
of
clear
up
the
backlog.
That's
what
they
wish.
A
E
Was
just
curious
because
my
first
thought
was
well:
certain
awardees
were
notified
in
March
that
they
were
the
recipients
of
that
particular
award,
so
they
should
obviously
be
scheduled.
But
after
that
I
don't
think
anyone
was
notified
and
and
deprived
of
the
opportunity
to
be
awarded
here
at
council.
So
my
first
thought
was
well.
Why
don't
we
just
start
where
we
are
and
start
gets
all.
E
E
A

D
E
A
E
E
A
I
A
F
So
the
ordinance
review
committee
let
met
last
night
and,
as
you
know,
that
we've
missed
like
three
months
of
being
able
to
get
our
work
done.
The
resolution
appointing
the
ordinance
review
committee
required
their
work
to
be
done
within
nine
months.
We
don't
believe
that
we'll
be
able
to
finish
it
within
that
nine
month
period
of
time,
so
we
would
request
putting
on
the
next
agenda
resolution
that
it
would
extend
their
work
for
another
four
months
that
will
give
us.
A
A
On
this
side,
all
right
the
chair
does
I'd
like
to
the
chair,
would
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
the
tentative
agenda,
adding
the
following
two
items
to
the
June
16th
tentative
agenda:
a
resolution
to
extend
the
ordinance
committee
by
four
months
and
also
adopt
resolution
2020
xx.
Ratifying
executive
orders.
Chair
will
entertain
that
in
a
way
of
a
motion
so
moved
vice
mayor
thanks.
Second
nap,
any
discussion,
sensing
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
all
right
council
comments,
I
think
tonight,
I'm
going
to
start
with
councilmember
Knapp.
A
G
Within
this
past
week,
I
have
experienced
the
highest
of
highs
and
the
lowest
of
lows
as
human
being
I
witnessed
our
country
return
astronauts
to
the
International
Space
Station.
Just
days
after
seeing
the
indepent
excuse
me
indefensible
murder
of
a
black
man
at
the
hands
of
law
enforcement
officers.
G
Seeing
a
rocket
take
two
men
to
the
outskirts
of
humanity's
reach
was
simply
breathtaking.
Seeing
a
man
take
his
last
breath
with
no
regard
to
his
well-being
was
simply
heartbreaking.
One
event
highlighted
the
great
things
we
can
do
as
a
society
when
we
come
together.
The
other
event
highlighted
the
vast
problems
that
we,
as
a
society,
still
need
to
overcome.
I
do
not
believe
that
something
as
egregious
as
what
transpired
in
Minneapolis
last
week
could
happen
here.
G
Locally
I
have
faith
that
our
Pinellas
County
Sheriff's
Office,
has
the
best
intentions
to
serve
and
protect
all
of
our
community,
regardless
of
what
makes
any
of
us
different.
However,
if,
at
any
time
anyone
were
to
think
otherwise,
please
do
not
be
silent
about
it.
Having
the
ability
to
speak
out
against
any
wrongs
is
what
makes
us
Americans.
What
we
need
is
a
local
community
and
a
nation
is
proactive.
Involvement
from
people
of
all
walks
of
life.
I
ask
everyone
to
please
take
a
moment
and
participate
in
some
act
of
kindness
on
a
daily
basis.
G
Kindness
breeds
love
and
love
conquers.
All
in
closing,
I
wish
to
send
my
condolences
to
the
family
of
George
Floyd.
May
he
forever
rest
in
peace,
I
hope
someday
that
his
passing
will
bring
about
a
great
deal
of
change,
putting
the
human
element
back
into
humanity,
sit
man.
Thank
you
all
right.
Cats
remember
sake.
Thank.
C
You
mayor
I
just
have
a
couple
of
updates
I'd
like
to
share
with
the
council
as
the
president
of
the
Sun
Coast
League
of
Cities.
In
these
crazy
times.
What
I
decided
to
do
is
we've
been
having
zoom
meetings
with
the
for
board
members,
including
myself,
and
it's
been
successful,
you're
doing
it
once
a
week
and
we
set
some
goals
and
I
just
wanted
to
share
those
with
you
guys.
What
we're
doing
is
we're
building
we're
increasing
awareness
to
all
the
council
members
around
canal's
County
in
Hillsborough,
County
and
Pasco
County
we're
building
awareness.
C
So
we
can
build
attendance
at
our
meetings.
We're
also
trying
to
get
cities
that
are
not
even
involved.
For
example,
Tampa
and
st.
Petersburg
are
not
even
involved,
they
are
members,
but
they
don't
even
show
up
so
we're
working
right.
Now
they
get
those
at
least
one
person
from
each
city
to
be
involved
in
the
cities
that
are
not
involved,
we're
trying
to
get
them
to
sign
up
and
get
involved.
C
So
that's
one
of
our
goals
for
the
year
that
we're
working
on
and
everyone
seems
to
be
taking
a
great
attendance
to
it
and
we're
and
we're
all
excited
about
it
and
each
one
of
us.
What
we
did
is
we
we've
divided
the
cities.
There
are
members
and
map
members
and
each
board
member
is
attacking
the
city
by
going
to
the
resume
meetings
or
we're
gonna
just
follow
up
the
mayor's
in
each
city
and
send
them
emails.
So
that's
been
working
and
I
gotta
just
say
one
thing:
I
want
to
thank
Ann.
C
She
has
been
a
staple
in
this
project.
She
has
helped
me
obtain
email
ids
for
all
the
council
members
around
the
counties,
contact
information
who
I
should
contact
for
me
and
my
board
members
to
follow
up
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
Anne.
So
that's
one
thing.
The
second
thing
I
want
to
tell
everyone
is
we're
having
our
board
meeting
for
the
Florida
League
of
Cities
on
Friday,
and
it
sounds
like
from
the
rumblings
I'm
getting
that
we
are
still
going
to
have
the
convention
in
August
yeah.
So
so
I
don't
know.
C
E
Just
a
couple
of
quick
things:
I
wanted
to
be
sure
to
thank
and
recognize
our
city
staff
are
so
quickly
restoring
our
parks
to
working
order.
My
toddlers,
which
who
were
previously
mentioned
in
the
meeting,
we're
happy
to
enjoy
the
playgrounds
and
the
basketball
courts
again.
So
thank
you
shout
out
to
chip
and
his
staff
and
everybody
who
got
everything
up
literally
within
hours,
I
believe
on
Monday
morning.
By
maybe
9:00
a.m.
everything
was
back.
It
was
pretty
extraordinary.
E
I
wanted
to
remind
everybody
about
annual
recycling
Day,
which
is
coming
up
on
the
5th
and
remind
everybody
that
it's
not
next
to
City.
Hall
this
year
is
at
oldsmar
Sports
Complex,
because
they
know
in
years
past
I
have
actually
attended
that
event
and
helps
shred
things,
but
it
was
at
City
Hall
and
it's
actually
at
all
Tamar
Sports
Complex
this
year
and
I
wanted
to
make
sure
everybody
knew
that
the
library
is
open.
I
know
that
they're
taking
reservations.
E
If
you
want
to
stop
by
and
be
sure
that
you
won't
be
turned
away
due
to
social
distancing
requirements,
you
can
visit
Baltimore
library
org.
You
can
also
call
place
an
order;
they
will
bring
things
to
your
car.
They
are
open,
though,
which
is
really
cool.
Big
deal
for
a
lot
of
families
in
town,
so
welcome.
I
Take
my
mask
off
for
this.
My
kovat
test
came
out
negative,
which
was
awesome
yeah.
A
couple
of
things.
I
have
to
give
a
shout
out
to
everybody
that
was
involved
with
the
Memorial
Day
flags.
Memorial
Day
weekend
was
even
though
we
couldn't
have
a
ceremony,
all
the
businesses
you've
mayor,
all
the
people
that
were
involved.
It
was
wonderful
and
the
signs
that
speed
Pro
made
with
honor.
Remember
unity.
Faith
I
got
to
deliver
them.
It
was
my
first
official
task
as
a
vice
mayor.
I
It
was
so
fun,
and
so
we
delivered
him
and
then
Sharon
Edwards
with
a
pop
drop
and
I.
We
went
and
took
pictures
of
all
of
them
and
post
him
up
on
Facebook.
So
thank
you
for
everybody,
so
that
was
that
was
really
nice
and
before
I
mentioned
the
VFW
auxilary
is
official.
We
were
installed,
we
got
the
officers
were
elected
and
we
were
installed
and
I
have
a
list
of
the
officers
that
I'd
like
to
give
to
an
to
put
into
the
record.
I
I
A
I
I
All
right,
the
course
of
events
and
the
emotion
I've
felt
over
the
past
ten
days
have
been
like
a
khumba
rollercoaster
ride,
going
from
joy
to
misery
from
pride
to
anger,
from
heartfelt
gratitude
to
a
heart
shattered
into
a
million
pieces.
The
fabric
of
our
nation
is
being
ripped
apart.
We
are
experiencing
chaos
within
a
within
a
pandemic,
one
like
no
other
over
a
hundred
and
seven
thousand
American
lives
lost
so
far
to
this
Cove
at
19
virus.
It
has
killed
more
Americans
than
in
all
the
wars
combined
since
and
including
the
Vietnam
War.
I
There
have
been
single
days
where
the
death
toll
is
more
than
the
lives
lost
in
9/11.
Add
to
that
40
million
unemployed,
a
rise
in
suicides,
fear
and
uncertainty,
and
now
this
the
nation's
fabric
is
being
ripped
apart
by
division.
On,
June,
16,
1898,
Abraham
Lincoln,
said
quote:
a
house
divided
against
itself
cannot
stand
unquote,
depicting
the
danger
of
a
slavery
based
disunion.
I
Have
we
learned
to
nothing
in
a
hundred
and
sixty-two
years?
Yes,
we
have.
We
as
a
nation
have
moved
forward
in
becoming
a
more
perfect
union,
but
that
journey
is
not
over.
During
my
entire
life,
I
have
never
fit
into
any
particular
or
singular
group.
Unity
has
always
been
my
rallying
cry.
I
have
family
and
friends
on
both
side
of
the
aisle
I
have
family
and
friends
of
all
colors
I
respect
another's
opposing
viewpoint,
even
if
I
disagree
with
it.
I
advocate
for
causes
and
people
based
on
their
merits.
I
I
don't
engage
in
toxic
dialogue
on
or
off
social
media,
but
what
is
happening
now?
This
I
simply
cannot
remain
silent
about
I'm
horrified
by
the
murder
of
George
Floyd.
The
Minneapolis
police
chief
said
that
it
was
a
violation
of
quote
that
it
was
quote
a
violation
of
humanity.
I
agree,
I
can't
breathe.
We
as
a
nation
can't
breathe.
I
am
appalled
by
the
violence.
The
looting
and
the
burning
I
am
encouraged
by
the
peaceful
protest
and
their
multiracial
mix.
I
am
angered
at
the
opportunist
that
are
hijacking
a
cause
for
their
own
deranged
ends.
I
I
have
never
even
heard
an
Tifa
or
Boogaloo
boys
before
all
of
this
started
for
each
side
to
point
the
finger
at
the
other
is
wrong.
It
widens
the
gap
of
division
for
those
for
those
that
only
denounce
the
violence
without
acknowledging
the
underlying
cause,
you
are
only
seeing
what
you
want
to
see.
Take
your
blinders
off
for
those
of
you
that
think
all
law-enforcement
officers
are
bad.
You
are
wrong.
Bad
cops,
make
good
cop,
bad
cops,
make
good
cops,
suffer
I,
know
many
law
enforcement
officers
and
their
honorable
and
decent
people.
I
This
is
about
400
years
of
unequal
justice,
unequal
education
and
unequal
opportunities.
This
is
about
the
outrage
of
people
being
mistreated
and
unheard
I've
been
hearing
dr.
King
being
quoted
a
lot
lately
about
non-violence
and
I.
Agree
dr.
king
also
said
in
1967
quote:
I
think
America
must
see
that
riots
do
not
develop
out
of
thin
air.
In
the
final
analysis,
the
riot
is
the
language
of
the
unheard
unquote
after
MLK
was
assassinated.
President
Lyndon
Johnson
wrote
a
letter
to
the
leaders
of
both
parties
and
part.
I
It
said
quote
at
a
moment
like
this,
all
good
men
should
ask
themselves
what
more
can
I
do
to
achieve:
Brotherhood
and
equality
among
Americans.
Unquote.
Two
days
later,
during
the
riots
LBJ
signed
into
law,
the
civil
acts
right
of
1968
yet
still
incident
after
incident
year
after
year,
black
people
are
still
crying
out
for
justice.
For
all.
We
must
all
strive
to
enter
into
civil
dialogues.
Listen
to
one
another
and
all
be
part
of
the
solution
all
be
part
of
the
change.
I
I
As
long
as
we
keep
shining
that
light,
we
have
a
chance
of
of
cleaning
it
wherever
it
lands,
but
we
have
to
stay
vigilant
because
it's
always
still
in
the
air
I
ask
for
you
to
pray
with
me
for
a
spiritual
and
moral
awakening
in
this
country
to
pray
for
God's
dream
of
loving
kindness
to
all
to
pray
for
unity
to
pray
for
peace.
Thank
you
thank.
A
I
A
I
always
have
to
think
about
that.
But
it's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
collect
items
for
Oldsmar
cares
is
the
benefactor
this
year
and
they've
been
doing
a
tremendous
job
during
the
pandemic.
We're
collecting,
basically
everything,
although
this
year
we
are
not
collecting
gently
used
closed
undergarments.
We
are
brand
new
ones
Hey.
A
In
any
event,
so
we
are
trying
to
rally
the
folks
and-
and
it's
kind
of
an
interesting
year,
of
course,
with
some
of
the
needs
that
have
taken
place
through
the
pandemic.
So
if
you're
looking
for
a
location,
we've
got
one
here
at
City,
Hall
and
one
across
the
street
over
at
the
chamber,
and
if
you
go
online
to
the
website,
you'll
see
that
they
have
their
have
all
the
locations
listed.
A
I
did
want
to
thank
John
record,
who
was
the
chair
of
the
Veterans
Affairs
advisory
board
and
for
coming
out
and
staff
to
help
arrange
that
from
Memorial
Day
to
try
to
show
respect.
That
was
a
difficult
non
ceremony
day
and
it's
a
difficult
day
period
right,
but
here
on
old,
smart
we're
accustomed
to
honoring
those
who've
given
their
life
for
us.
A
So
I
appreciated
him
being
out
there
and
staff
who
came
out
to
help
set
that
up
where
we
could
properly
honor
them
and
I
appreciate
all
the
all
the
citizens
in
the
community
who
came
out
and
put
their
flags
out
help
decorate
the
town
it
was
really.
It
was
really
nice
to
see
that
kind
of
just
done
from
the
community
right
and,
of
course,
staff
who
worked
hard
at
putting
all
the
flags
up
here
in
the
holders
in
the
ground
along
Tampa,
Road
I
thought
was
very
nice.
A
A
We're
gonna
use
this
as
an
opportunity
to
get
kind
of
an
update
from
stab
it's
tomorrow.
Yes,
it's
here
so
we're
gonna
update
on
it.
It's
likely
to
be
an
abbreviated
meeting.
It's
also
an
opportunity
for
anybody
on
council
to
you
know
if
they
have
a
concern
about
whatever
the
priorities
are.
I
mean
Andrews
new
to
Council.
He,
you
know,
might
have
some
thoughts
on
it.
A
But
also
I
think
that
one
of
the
the
things
that
I
believe
makes
sense
is
that
we
maybe
come
back
later
in
the
year
and
revisit
it
because
of
what
needs
might
come
up
after
we've
made
it
through
this
pandemic
and
and
hopefully
don't
have
that
second
wave
that's
talked
about,
so
we
leave
ourselves
some
wiggle
room
to
try
to
evaluate
what
the
final
is
and
and
so
forth,
but
make
a
point
of
viewing
reviewing
those
priorities.
I
know
and
put
them
out
yeah
you
put
them
out.
E
A
Listed
on
the
agenda,
but
I
know
we
had
actual
the
the
council
priorities.
Document
I
think
there's
like
a
main
one
from
a
takeaway
yeah,
so
we'll
get
it
to
tomorrow
morning.
You'll
be
plenty
of
time
to
read
it
before
tomorrow
afternoon,
so
in
any
of
them
makers
make
a
point
of
just
refreshing.
Your
memories,
so
nobody's
playing
catch
up.
There's
been
a
lot
going
on
reminder:
Pinellas,
County,
small
business
grant
they've
extended
that
to
the
end
of
the
month,
make
a
point
of
getting
in
there.
A
If
you
have
some
problems
trying
to
work
through
the
paperwork,
I
know,
we've
had
a
couple
of
calls.
People
just
need
a
little
help
to
get
through
it.
So
I
do
is
a
$5,000
grant.
While
it's
not
going
to
fix
everything,
it
might
help
the
process
getting
healthy
again,
and
so
the
county
did
extend
that
and
and
I
do
want
to
once
again
thank
the
task
force
for
all
the
work
they
put
into
their
report
and
the
diligence
they
went
through.
A
It's
good
I
had
a
conversation
with
Mike
Twitty
the
other
day
there,
of
course,
our
Pinellas
County
property,
appraiser
talking
about
properties
and
one
of
the
areas
that
he
felt
there's
most
likely
to
be
felt
from
a
tax
standpoint
of
Persis,
retail
and
so
and
then
there'll
be
some
other
events.
That
will
probably
happen
as
people
Elyse
has
come
up
for
for
renewal
as
it
relates
to
commercial,
real
estate
and
office
space
and
I.
A
I
A
Thinking
of
it,
this
way
that's
business-related,
that's
kind
of
their
amount
and
so
we're
we're
gonna
love
it.
When
we
get
involved
in
these
other
programs,
hi
Mona
and
by
the
way
I
sent
you
the
link
to
that
zoom
meeting.
I,
don't
know
if
you
had
a
chance
to
see
it
of
the
technical
expert
committee.
A
Should
watch
it
because
they
had
some
really
good
ideas
on
there
and
it's
kind
of
providing
businesses
with
here's.
What
you
should
be
thinking
about
right
now
from
not
not
legal
advice,
not
tax
advice
but
general
areas
that
they
should
be
thinking
about
and
and
the
committee
that
they've
selected
is
really
willing
to
keep
that
current.
You
know,
because
it's
so
fluid
I
thought
it
was
really
terrific
I
thought
they
did
a
good
job
of
that,
and
so
the
last
thing
that
I
wanted
to
mention.
A
A
I,
don't
feel
that
the
way
some
patrut
some
protesters
have
been
portrayed
is
any
more
accurate
than
portraying
law
enforcement.
That
way
their
truth
is
people
who
go
peacefully.
Protest
are
exercising
right
and
it's
a
good
way
to
force
an
issue
to
be
talked
about
and
worked
on
at
the
same
time,
obviously
burning
or
stealing
or
any
of
those
types
of
things.
You
know
they
belong
in
jail.
Just
like
the
officer
who
clearly
broke
the
law.
A
A
Man
in
the
leadership
that
they
provided.
It
really
really
is
something
I
I
wish
that
everybody
could
be
exposed
to
it
as
directly
as
I
have
as
your
mayor
during
this
pandemic,
because
you
would
just
walk
away
going
wow.
How
fortunate
are
we
mm-hm,
and
so
that's
the
first
thing
I
think
of
you
know,
and
people
who
break
the
law
period
deserve
to
be
punished.
A
End
of
story,
you
know
so
we're
fortunate
in
our
community
I
think
we're
very
fortunate
and
the
fact
that
I'd
love
to
see
more
diversity
here,
no
question
about
it,
but
I
think
that
we
have
a
culture
within
this
community
that
is
neighborly.
We
like
our
neighbors.
You
know
you
come
you
go
to
one
event
here:
it's
Mayberry
I
mean
truth.
Is
that
I
always
describe
it?
My
favorite
event
is
when
it
was
celebrate.
A
Oldsmar
and
the
fireworks
are
going
off
and
you're
sitting
back
I
spend
more
time
watching
the
audience,
then
the
fireworks
when
I'm
over
there,
because
kids
with
families
laying
on
blankets
and
the
band
just
got
done.
You
know
and
you're
looking
up
it's
that
rock
weld
Norman,
Rockwell
painting
and
that's
our
community
and
it's
unfortunate,
not
everybody
has
that
community
and
I
think
that's
what's
important,
remember
and,
and
it's
what's
important
to
protect
for
us
here
and
that's
what
I
think
we
do
well
soon.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
all
right.
