A
B
Only
father
we
gathered
together
today
intent
on
doing
good
work.
We
seek
to
represent
fairly
and
well
those
who
have
given
us
this
task.
May
our
efforts
be
blessed
with
insight
and
guided
by
understanding
and
wisdom.
We
seek
to
serve
with
respect
for
all
they
may.
Our
personal
face
give
a
strength
to
act
honestly
and
well
in
matters
before
us.
We
recognize
our
responsibilities
to
the
past
and
the
future
and
the
rights
and
the
needs
of
both
individuals
and
our
community
as
trusted
servants.
We
seek
blessings
in
our
deliberations
and
our
efforts
here
today.
C
A
Alright,
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
citizens
open
forum?
I
didn't
want
to
make
a
comment
for
those
of
you
or
who
are
here
to
speak
about
item
16
on
the
agenda.
That
would
be
the
rezoning
discussion.
I
do
want
to
make
sure
you
realize
that
tonight
is
not
a
public
hearing.
So
when
we
get
to
that
agenda
item
there
won't
be
comments
from
the
public
at
that
time,
but
you
can
make
them
at
this
time
during
the
citizens
open
forum.
A
Okay,
if
that
item
does
move
forward,
then
we
would
have
two
other
public
hearings
that
will
also
be
listed
on
the
website.
I
forgot
the
dates:
okay,
anyhow,
citizens
open
forum,
you
have
five
minutes.
Please
give
your
name
make
sure
you
include
your
address
as
well
as
your
city
and
state.
We
don't
want
to
assume
you're
from
our
city,
so
I
will
start
on
this
side
of
the
room.
D
D
D
It's
said
that
during
the
plague,
Shakespeare
brought
forth
his
pen
and
wrote
King
Lear,
but
we
shouldn't
have
to
become
playwrights
during
quarantine
nights.
If
getting
rest
is
the
best
you
can
give.
No
one
should
tell
you
how
else
to
live,
ignore
the
projects
Pinterest
is
listing
because
it's
okay
to
focus
on
existing
and
if
that
is
reading,
breathing
or
crochet,
your
definition
is
valid
and
okay
find
the
purpose
that
gives
you
the
spark
whether
sleeping
or
practicing
art.
D
D
My
challenge
to
you
is
to
write
a
poem
that
gives
yourself
permission
to
do
something
you've
always
wanted
to
do
mm-hmm,
and
it
could
be.
You
know,
just
like
the
one
I
wrote,
give
you
a
perk.
Give
yourself
permission
to
relax
to
just
do
give
yourself
permission
to
do
that
thing
that
you've
been
wanting
to
do
on.
D
A
Little
different
yeah
yeah.
D
A
A
G
Have
holiday
closures
coming
up,
city
offices,
facilities
and
library
be
closed
on
Friday,
July,
3rd
and
Saturday
July
4th
in
observance
to
the
Independence
Day
holiday
and
the
City
Council
meeting,
as
you
just
been
talking
about,
is
cancelled
for
the
July
7th,
we'll
be
meeting
again
here
on
July
21st
Cypress
forest
rec
center
will
be
closed
to
the
public
this
summer.
Due
to
summer
camp,
however
State
Street
Center
is
now
open,
Monday
to
Friday,
from
9
to
4:30
and
for
your
recreation
needs.
Please
call
eight
one.
G
A
A
H
H
So,
for
ten
years
now,
the
city
of
Oldsmar
has
been
privileged
to
benefit
from
an
astounding
number
of
projects.
She's
undertaken,
a
fraction
of
which
I'm
about
to
tell
you
about,
of
course,
but
our
accounting
administrator
in
that
time
has
also
been
a
wife,
a
mother
and
bottom
line.
A
beloved
co-worker
I
had
specific
conferences
which
he's
with
each
of
them,
Amy's
husband,
Brett,
and
she
have
two
children,
one,
a
former
valedictorian
in
college.
At
a
little
aerospace
university,
you
might
have
heard
of
Emory
riddle.
You
know
no
big
deal
also
huge
hockey.
H
Nuts
second
child
is
an
accomplished
hockey,
player
in
middle
school
and
a
consummate
trombone
player.
So
you
know
I've
got
goals
Amy's
from
Massachusetts,
but
grew
local
she's.
A
bull
so
go
bulls.
You
know,
I
mentioned
the
audit
and
the
kafir'
and
this
giant
document
here.
This
is
our
story.
This
is
our
history
and
our
future.
This
is
our
planning
document.
It
looks
really
boring
when
you
flip
the
pages.
It's
in,
like
eight
point
font,
but
I
promise
you
to
this
woman
and
to
her
team
and
to
the
city
leadership.
It's
the
Bible.
H
It
really
is
and
putting
it
together
has
always
been
sort
of
an
outside
job
sort
of
an
inside
job
performed
in
in
tandem
and
for
the
very
first
year
Amy.
She
has
lots
of
goals,
lots
of
them,
but
one
of
them
was
to
bring
this
document
completely
in-house,
which
is
a
pretty
big
goal.
She's
got
lots,
and
as
of
this
year,
she's
done
it.
She
did
it.
She
created
an
interwoven
web
of
codes
on
these
Excel
spreadsheets
that
literally
dance
together.
H
You
input
one
number
and
then
it
translates
to
another
spreadsheet
and
then
spits
out
a
report
on
another
document
or
a
Word
document.
It's
crazy!
If
you
have
a
death,
wish
change.
One
of
those
numbers
I
promise
you
she
will
find
who
you
are,
and
she
will
find
what
number
you
change
immediately
immediately
I
I've
been
told
it
was
tried
once
just
as
a
test
on
top
of
all
that
you
gotta
remember,
she
did
it
twice,
because
we
report
government
statements
and
then
financial
statements.
This
was
all
explained
to
me
by
the
way.
H
I
don't
have
this
institutional
knowledge.
This
had
to
be
broken
down
in
very
tiny
bite-size.
You
know
politician
words
for
me
to
be
able
to
understand,
and
these
codes
aren't
created
in
a
vacuum.
These
numbers
don't
just
appear
in
a
vacuum.
She
doesn't
just
enter
them
and
they
appear.
These
are
all
in
compliance
with
evil,
semi
governmental
agencies
like
Gatsby
and
faz,
being
gap
and
I,
don't
even
know
all
the
letters.
H
I
really
don't
I
just
know
that
every
year
they
spit
out
new
ones
like
iPhones,
and
you
have
to
just
deal
with
it
dude
she
deals
with
it
constantly
and
every
one
of
her
numbers
is
accurate.
Like
I
said,
I
mean
if
you're
insane
change
the
formula
or
put
in
a
different
number,
and
she
will
find
you
yo.
We
attempted
to
purchase
commercial
software
to
do
this
and
she
knew
that
she
could
do
better
and
do
it
more
accurately.
H
Every
number
on
these
pages
flows
through
this
process,
I'll
show
it
to
you.
If
you
guys
really
want
to
see
it,
it
now
conspicuously
matches
the
rest
of
our
financial
documents,
our
budget
documents.
Here,
let
me
find
some
really
really
tiny
print,
see
that
you
can't
and
I
hear
she's
got
another
project
now
where
she
wants
to
make
the
Microsoft
Word
items
also
appear
magically.
The
numbers
appear
in
the
text
as
well.
H
You
know
this
is
her
baby,
but
the
astonishing
thing
is
that
the
audit
and
the
kafir'
are
just
a
fraction
of
what
she
actually
does
for
the
city.
This
is
just
one
key.
This
is
she
does
this
in
her
spare
time,
because
she's
also
doing
let's
see
payroll,
very
important
utility
billing
very
important
deals
with
the
IRS,
provides
policies
and
procedures
for
the
admin
services
department
and
she
does
it
with
incomparable
accuracy
and
grace
and
she's
hysterically
funny.
Her
colleagues
call
her
the
rock
endlessly
resourceful
and
poised
my
friends
as
a
city.
D
A
I
I
Congratulations,
as
most
of
you
know,
I
do
a
little
homework
on
my
employees.
It
wasn't
hard
to
do
for
Lisa,
because
Lisa
and
I
have
been
pretty
much
here
for
close
she's,
been
here
five
years
more
than
I
have,
but
my
first
thought
when
I
was
going
through,
her
file
was,
if
we
had
a
department
called
critical
thinking.
She
would
be
the
director
so
with
that
in
mind,
know
that
if
I
get
any
of
this
wrong,
she's
gonna
correct
me
and
I
mean
that
as
a
compliment.
I
Okay,
so
her
25
year
anniversary
or
25th
anniversary,
is
actually
this
Friday
on
June
19th.
So
far
so
good,
she
was
hired
as
a
customer
service
clerk.
Then
a
clerk
whatever
that
is
in
1997
senior
customer
service
Clarke.
Now
then
supervisor
on
January
1st
2003
she's
buying
it
she's
been
a
supervisor
in
the
same
position
for
17
years.
If
that
isn't
enough,
you
should
feel
be
more
impressed
that
she
has
stayed
because
she
is
directly
or
indirectly
worked
for
me
for
all
of
those
17
years
now.
I
I
Anybody
to
spend
a
day
in
utility
billing,
okay
I'm,
a
little
thin-skinned
she's,
been
in
utility
billing
for
25
years
generally
speaking,
utility
billing
is
where
everyone
swears
that
it
is
physically
impossible
for
them
to
have
used
as
much
water
as
we
are
charging
them
for
every
single
month.
Mary
Carol
do
I,
speak
the
truth
and
25
years
in
that
office.
She
has
made
it
her
own
6,000
accounts
of
one
kind
or
another.
Water
sewer,
reclaimed,
water,
fire
lines,
sprinklers,
storm
water,
solid
waste,
special
sewer
out
of
city
limits,
services,
commercial
residential,
you
name
it.
I
No
one
goes
to
college
to
become
a
customer
service
supervisor
and
utility
billing.
That's
generally
a
real
position
to
get
a
where
it's
difficult.
To
get
somebody
to
be
good
at
it,
let
alone
to
stay.
We
used
to
make
kind
of
a
joke
about
sue.
Farrell
sue
Farrell
just
had
this
amazing
way
of
being
blunt
with
people.
Yet
nobody
seemed
to
ever
complain
about
it.
I
Well,
she
lasted
eight
years
now,
she's
still
with
us
in
another
capacity,
25
years
same
position
and
in
what
is
absolutely
the
most
thankless
place
to
be
that
we
have
I'm
convinced
if
they
did
go
to
college,
to
become
that
you
should
worry
about
them.
Here's
one
of
the
things
that
makes
to
her
so
special
to
us
is
her.
Intellect
her
intelligence
serves
us
very,
very
well,
but
specifically
most
people
don't
realize
this
utility
billing
is
responsible
for
about
nine
million
dollars
a
year.
I
So
she
is
the
center
point
responsible
for
making
sure
that
we
get
the
dollars
that
are
supposed
to
be
coming
from
us,
and
while
she
has
support
help,
that's
a
very
important
function
of
what
she
has
to
do.
Her
job
responsibilities
include
taking
flak
from
irate
customers,
which
I
mentioned
managing
staff
working
with
employees
from
other
departments
in
the
field
working
and
adjusting
and
improving
the
building
system,
which
she
has
done.
A
tremendous
job
of
troubleshooting.
I
The
handheld's
used
used
by
meter
personnel
who
don't
work
for
her
managing
vendor
relationships,
managing
contracts,
maintaining
relationships
with
Pinellas
County,
Eastlake
woodlands,
who
are
bulk
customers,
other
BOE
customers,
commercial
customers
and
residential
customers.
You
may
not
think
that
sounds
like
much,
but
that's
a
boatload
of
things
to
be
on
top
of
Lisa
was
with
us
when
we
first
got
ATG
you've
heard
us
talk
about
American
data
group,
which
is
our
enterprise
resource
system
back
in
98,
99.
I
She
was
part
of
the
original
data
transfer.
Now
she
is
the
in-house
expert
on
all
things,
AEG
related
to
utility
billing.
She
has
a
tremendous
eye
for
operational
efficiencies
and
continues
to
take
advantage
of
the
features
provided
by
the
AEG
system,
something
we
can't
say
about
too
many
of
our
everyday
users.
She's
executed
also
our
conversion
to
a
web-based
system
in
2011,
with
help
from
finance
she's
a
technical
expert
in
all
related
portions
of
her
job,
simply
through
hard
work
continuously
studying
the
system
to
see
what
else
it
can
do.
I
That
will
make
our
lives
easier
or
more
efficient,
I
can't
overstate
how
intelligent
she
is
and
how
she
has
improved
our
operation
over
the
years
is
a
great
help
to
other
departments.
She
is
a
great
help
to
other
departments,
lending
that
knowledge
to
any
who
need
it.
Recent
example
being
an
assist.
She
gave
the
massive
mailing
list
for
communications
and
marketing,
something
they
greatly
appreciated.
She
has
been
a
teacher
she's
been
a
coach
she's,
been
a
mentor
and
I'm
sure
at
times
a
counselor.
Unfortunately,
my
terminology
was
stolen.
I've
made
this
reference
to
Cindy.
I
I
also
said
steady
as
a
rock
sorry
for
copying
your
reference
to
miss
Ratliff
and
what
you'll
see
the
commonality
there
is.
When
you
work
in
finance
we're
in
a
finance
related
field,
you
have
to
be
a
rock,
because
you're
gonna
get
hit
tremendous
ability
to
accept
criticism
without
getting
an
attitude,
something
that
I've
absolutely
been
blessed
with.
She
stays
even
keeled,
no
matter
what
is
happening
on
she's
unflappable,
historically
she's
been
known
to
make
house
calls.
If
you
need
her.
I
If
we
were
unable
to
forewarn
a
customer
about
an
issue
and
she
knew
was
important,
yeah
I
said
house
calls
she
would
get
in
her
car.
She
will
go
to
the
house
of
the
person
we're
trying
to
communicate
with
that's
above
and
beyond.
She
rarely
misses
any
time,
which
is
greatly
appreciated.
I
found
nine
commendations
in
her
file
may
not
sound
like
much,
but
again
we're
talking
about
utility
billing.
Generally.
The
only
kind
of
comments
you
get
are
the
things
they
don't
like.
It's
her
fault.
I
If
there's
something
that
gone
wrong
with
the
bill,
we
always
hear
about
that.
So
I
consider
that
to
be
a
significant
number
of
commendations
for
her
file,
rarely
misses
any
time
which
I
mentioned
and
I
also
mentioned
that
her
favorite
well
I
didn't
say
it
this
way,
her
favorite
work-related
past
time,
once
he
has
a
couple
of
minutes,
which
is
rare,
and
it
goes
back
to
my
comment
about
being
in
charge
of
critical
thinking-
is
correcting
the
newsletter.
I
We
actually
appreciate
this
because
we
strive
to
put
out
a
perfect
product,
even
if
it's
only
to
the
employees
and
as
I
said
before,
if
I
had
a
critical
thinking,
Department
she
would
be
the
chair,
and
that
is
a
compliment.
She's
also
been
an
old
participant
since
its
inception.
She
has
served
on
the
employee
grievance
board,
which
indicates
the
respect
that
she
commands
from
her
teammates
great
family
she's
lived
here
in
oldsmar
for
over
20
years.
Ninety
nine.
Ninety
close,
he
knows
my
damnit
eighteen
years
that
one
I
didn't
know.
I
I
Okay,
so
most
people
know
that
I,
like
kids
and
once
in
a
while
or
in
the
holidays,
and
some
of
our
employees
will
bring
the
kids
around
and
they'll
come
hang
out
with
me.
I
play
catch
with
max
when
he
was
little
and
she
brought
Dylan
around
her
oldest
grandson
and
we
kind
of
hit
it
off.
So
when
Cameron
joined
the
world,
then
she
made
sure
to
bring
Cameron
by
and
they
came
up
to
see
me
and
Dylan's
all
excited
because
we
get
to
hang
out
and
Cameron
was
so
excited
he
projectile
vomited
on
me.
I
I
was
hoping
they
were
here.
But,
yes,
you
did
you'll
understand
on
me,
but
you
know
that
I
considered
that
good
stuff,
because
it
came
from
a
kid.
Thank
you
for.
Let
me
tell
that
by
the
way,
anyway,
congratulations
Lisa
for
an
amazing
25
year
ride.
Thank
you
for
everything,
you've
accomplished
and
led
the

I,
can't
think
of
anywhere
else
in
the
municipal
world,
where
someone
has
persisted
for
so
long
doing,
something
so
difficult.
I,
usually
say
here:
here's
to
another
25
years,
but
I
wouldn't
wish
that
on
you.
I
D
D
A
Well,
congratulations.
Congratulations!
I!
Missed
these
recognition
not
being
given.
No
because
you
learn
more
detail
about
the
folks
who
work
here
and
how
fortunate
we
are,
and
so
congratulations
all
right.
Moving
on,
tell
you
what
we're
gonna
do
would

if
they
would

I'm
gonna
entertain
motion

we

which
is
part

rezoning
from

RR
the
property
currently
has
a
zoning
designation
of
our
two
residential
single-family
district.
But
the
city
land
used
category
of
residential
office,
retail
and
county
land
use
designation
of
retail
and
services.
The
current
zoning
and
land
use
are
incompatible.
I
The
recommended
motion
is
to
authorize
the
city
attorney
to
prepare
ordinances
for
the
aforementioned
land,
use
rezoning
to
rezone
property
from
our
two
residential
single-family
district
RR
residential
office,
retail
zoning
designation,
subject
to
restrictive
covenants,
allowing
all
future
development
of
the
property
to
be
residential.
Only
the
applicant
has
been
notified
in
the
of
the
restrictive
covenant
recommendation
and
has
indicated
that
he
has
no
objections.
I
believe
he's
also
provided
a
written
document
that
was
distributed
to
the
council,
and
the
staff
report
is
attached
in
your
packet.
J
As
the
city
manager
said,
this
property
is
located
south
of
st.
Pete,
Drive
and
east
of
Bayview
Boulevard.
It's
a
request
for
rezoning
from
our
two
residential
single-family
to
our
residential
office.
Retail
consists
of
two
Lots
like
three
and
Lots
for
the
surrounding
property,
it's
kind
of
outlined
in
the
red
they're,
the
south
of
the
subject
property.
It's
a
single-family
residential
house
across
the
street
on
the
west
side
of
Boulevard.
It's
also
a
single-family
residential
house
to
the
north
west.
It's
a
single-family
residential
house
that
has
been
improved
or
renovated.
J
Directly
north
is
the
Bayview
Motel
commercial
or
yeah
commercial
hotel,
so
the
request
was
for
the
residential
single-family
district
to
are
or
residential
office,
retail
zoning
district,
the
current
city
land
uses
RoR
residential
office
retail
and
that's
not
really
consistent
with
the
are
to
the
existing.
Our
two
zoning,
the
county
land
use,
is
retailing
services,
so
here's
a
city
land
use
map
showing
the
baby
motel.
That's
also
our
our
and
the
subject:
property
that
is
our
our
residential
office,
retail,
the
county
land
use
is
residential.
J
J
The
the
council
adopted
the
consistency
amendment
with
the
countywide
rules.
You
can
see
that
our
designation
of
residential
office
retail
is
consistent
with
the
current
countywide
plan
map,
category
of
retail
and
services.
The
current
used
a
single-family
residential
and
that's
for
a
lot
three
directly
behind
the
Bayview.
Motel
is
a
lot
for
it.
There's
a
kind
of
a
older
residential
house:
it
isn't
great
need
of
repair,
so
the
applicant
is
proposing
three
townhomes.
J
It
will
provide
a
buffer
from
the
hotel
on
Bayview,
Motel
and
it'll,
provide
land
use
and
zoning
compatibility
and
here's
a
elevation
of
the
townhomes
that
the
and
provided
with
elevation.
So
this
is
going
to
provide
a
buffer
between
the
residential
uses
and
the
commercial
type
uses
to
the
north.
So
the
RoR
zoning
district
will
allow
all
uses
permitted
in
the
area
of
15
residential
multifamily
district,
all
prima
juices
in
the
c2
commercial,
general
district
and
all
use
is
permitted
in
the
office
general
just
district
and
as
a
conditional
use,
it
would
permit
single-family
residential.
J
So
looking
at
the
surrounding
district
staff
felt
that
there
should
be
some
sort
of
a
buffer
or
you
know
it's
a
covenant
to
protect
the
residential
uses.
So
we
are
proposing
that
if
it
is
rezone
to
RoR
that
there
will
be
restrictive
covenants,
the
restrictive
covenants
would
only
permit
residential
on
the
site
and
they
could
go
to.
J
Three
point:
fifteen
point:
three
standards
for
approval
of
the
land
development
code
and
based
on
that
review
staff
recommends
the
City
Council
authorized
the
city
attorney
to
prepare
an
ordinance
to
rezone
the
subject
property
from
our
two
residential
single-family
to
our
residential
office,
retail
subject
to
including
the
restrictive
covenant
that
would
only
permit
residential
uses
on
this
site
and
we
notified
the
applicant
and
he
had
no
objection.
The
Planning
Board
met
on
June
10th
and
concurred
with
staffs
recommendation.
The
boat
was
seven
zero.
D
E
J
If
everything
in
the
RoR,
if
you
were
going
to
have
single-family
homes,
you
would
have
to
go
through
a
conditional
use
process
and
it
would
have
how
come
yes,
you
know
it's
single
family.
Now
you
still
have
to
come
back
to
the
council,
but
when
you
look
at
it,
even
though
there's
two
units-
and
you
do
as
a
single
family,
you
know
you
could
have
a
single
family
in
each
my
approval
of
conditional
use.
J
A
C
So
the
whole
thing
about
the
zoning
being
hard
to
and
the
land
use
being
RoR
and
I
watched
the
Planning
Board
meeting
in
it
and
I
asked
staff
about
it
as
well.
There's!
No,
we
don't
have
any
answer
as
to
why
that
happened
like
it
seems
in
the
meeting.
It
said
that
you
guys
are
searched
it
and
it
went
all
the
way
back
and
it's
always
been
RoR.
Yet
it's
always
been
residential.
Well.
J
C
So
then,
you
stated
just
earlier
that
the
Bay
View
Hotel
is
RoR
I,
guess
that
was
okay.
So
if
that's
RoR
and
your
argument
toward
changing
the
this,
this
one
to
RoR
to
have
a
buffer,
what
is
gonna?
Stop
the
next
person
over
from
London
RoR,
the
next
the
next
property
over
you
know,
it
seems
like
I,
understand
that
I
understand
the
the
reasoning
behind
it.
I
understand
the
consistency
that
you
want
to
have
with
the
county
map,
but
I
don't
understand
where
it,
whether
that's
gonna,
stop
that's
gonna,
be
it
that's
the
only
one.
C
J
C
C
C
C
J
J
J
C
D
C
J
C
J
C
D
J
They
adopted
that
map
in
the
early
90s
I
think
they
created
a
lot
of
parcels
non-conforming,
and
it
was
always
the
assumption
that
this
would
be.
You
know,
state
rule
580
B,
so
it
would
still
have
some
commercial
or
mixed
juice
or
office
uses.
You
know
along
st.
pete
drive,
but
that
twenty
years
it's
never
happened,
but.
A
B
C
Yeah,
okay,
Edie,
thank
you
and
thank
you
for
your
thoroughness
in
answering
the
questions
in
the
planning
port
because
there
were
a
lot
of
residents
there
and
a
lot
of
residents
had
concerns
my
questions
for
you.
You
bait,
you
said
at
the
end
that
you
would
be
willing
to
do
a
fence
and
landscaping
to
help
the
residents
that
are
going
to
be
affected.
I
just
wanted
to
verify.
Yes,.
C
C
A
C
A
K
A
great
question:
I,
don't
think
that's
really
been
determined
yet
hard
for
me
to
say:
I
mean
they're
gonna,
be
the
range
of
1,800
to
2,000
square
feet,
whatever
the
market
rate
is
for
that
being
that
there
are
townhomes
I'd.
Imagine
if
it
can
be
a
little
bit
less
than
single-family
homes,
okay,
okay,.
A
A
K
A
F
K
I
think,
unfortunately
it
is
an
older
home,
I
love,
historic
homes.
I've
looked
at
it
had
some
contractors
in
I,
don't
know
that
it's
really
salvageable
or
that
there's
much
value
to
it.
Either
I
looked
at
cherub
Evelyn's
books
and
there
weren't
even
photographs
of
that
particular
house.
Even
though
it
goes
back
almost
you
know,
yeah,
that's.
K
C
K
Don't
think
so
part
of
that
goes
to
sort
of
the
design
of
the
neighborhood
and
trying
to
conform
to
what
the
setbacks
kind
of
are
along
there.
In
order
to
do
that,
it's
sort
of
it
almost
sits
on
the
lot
line
in
the
middle
anyway,
and
it's
a
little
to
one
side,
and
it's
back
so
theoretically,
you
could
design
something
that
would
do
that,
but
it
wouldn't
look
appropriate.
You
know
the
facade
wouldn't
be
up
near
the
street.
The
way
you
want
them
to
be,
if.
H
This
letter
that
we
received
just
prior
to
the
meeting-
thank
you
applicant
for
submitting
it,
because
one
of
the
things
that
I
know
has
been
an
issue
just
a
couple
blocks
over
is
the
height
issue.
I
appreciate
a
commitment
to
maintain
the
height
at
two
storeys
tall,
of
course,
taking
into
account
the
flood
base,
flood
elevation,
but
the
issues
at
Park
in
st.
Pete
Drive
as
to
height,
became
a
big
big
problem
for
neighbors
neighboring
property.
H
I
also
appreciate
the
commitment
to
her
to
provide
the
privacy
fence
and
landscaping
and
maintaining
Craftsman
style
kind
of
aesthetic
with
the
surrounding
property.
The
restrictive
covenant
was
a
big
deal
for
me.
I
really
wanted
to
make
sure
that
that
stayed
residential
and
that
area
is
in
vast
need
of
improvement.
There
has
been
a
recent
purchase
and
improvement
to
a
neighboring
property
there.
H
That
I
think
really
increases
the
value
of
the
homes
surrounding
that
area,
and
I
do
appreciate
that
this
will
act
as
a
buffer
to
the
Bayview
Motel
and
even
across
the
street,
where
there's
more
commercial
issues.
I
think
this
is
a
really
great
improvement
to
this
particular
location
and
I.
Appreciate
the
applicants
commitment
to
clean
up
the
property
as
it
stands
until
it
is
developed,
so
I
am
certainly
in
favor
of
authorizing
the
city
attorney
to
go
ahead
and
prepare
an
ordinance
in
line
with
the
Planning
Board's
recommendation.
Any.
E
Got
just
a
little
bit
already:
I
was
gonna
say
that
Michonne
the
site
plan
that
was
delivered
in
our
packet
I
wasn't
as
much
of
a
fan
of
that
versus
the
one
that
we
got
just
prior
to
the
meeting.
This
one
looks
a
lot
better,
especially
especially
with
the
elimination
of
the
on
street
parking
spot
I
just
wanted
to
put
that
on
the
record.
I
think
this
one
is
a
much
greater
step
in
the
right
direction.
If,
if
we
wind
out
up
with
three
units
there
boom
good
any
other
comment.
F
C
To
appreciate
the
residential
covenant,
but
I
do
I
do
want
to
say
that
of
the
citizens
that
spoke,
the
majority
of
them
did
speak
against
it.
With
the
exception
of
your
next,
the
one
right
next
door,
they
Spanish
the
Spanish
he's
concerned,
but
pretty
much.
Everyone
else
is
very
concerned
about
the
density
they're
very
concerned
about
parking
they're
very
concerned
about
it
not
being
compatible
with
the
neighborhood
they're
very
concerned,
with
it
being
like
the
park,
the
one
on
the
corner
of
Park
and
st.
P,
so
I
just
wanted
to.
C
C
A
What
I
you
know:
I,
always
anytime,
there's
one
of
these
issues.
I
always
tend
to
look
at
it
from
a
couple
of
stand,
points
number
one
is,
what's
being
put
there,
an
improvement
right
and
what's
the
likelihood
of
the
impact
to
the
value
of
neighbors
homes,
this
is
going
to
improve
their
value.
I
I
believe
that
I
picked
that
I,
don't
think,
there's
anyone
who
would
disagree
with
that
and
then
also
the
fact
that
there's
someone
rights,
you
know
I
mean
people
buy
property,
they
they
go
through
a
process.
A
H
A
You
at
this
time
the
chair
will

we're

which
all

At
this
time,
I'd
like
to
read
the

I

very
out
of

Excuse
me
to
waive
bit
of
card
and
said
award
the
purchase
of
a
my
Cloud
Connect
cloud-based
phone
system.
You
might
tell,
under
the
same
pricing
terms
and
conditions
as
the
Mitel
source
well
contract,
formerly
known
as
the
NJ

zero.
Two

the
current
telephone
system
is
purchased
in
2012
and,
ironically,
or
not.
I
This
cost
will
be
partially
offset
by
the
savings
of
the
elimination
of
other
cost,
including
the
telephone
system,
maintenance
fees,
local
telephone
service
and
long
distance,
calling
fees
with
a
net
annual
cost
of
fourteen

dollars,
including
taxes.
The
administrative

information
technology
division
recommends
migrating
our
current
on-premises
telephone
server
to
Mitel's
unified
communications
as
the
service,
also
known
as
UC
AAS
managed
phone
service
in
the
cloud
offering
this
upgrade
would
do
more
than
move
our
phone
numbers
and
voicemail
to
the
cloud.
I
It
would
also
provide
for
great
flexibility
for
end-users
who
travel
and
the
UC
AAAS
system
would
be
especially
advantageous
to
the
city's
Emergency
Operations
Center.
During
a
disaster,
the
funding
for
this
purchase
will
be
requested
in
the
2021
operating
budget
in
the
respective
general
fund.
Water
sewer,
operating
fund
and
store
motor
fund
divisions,
communication
services
accounts.

Thank
you.
Alright,
next
section
on
the
agenda
is
the
City
Council
item
number
17
scheduled
the
school
year,
2021
operating
and
capital
budget
work
session.
I
know
that
we
had
two
dates
that
we
were
kicking
around
but
as
I
understand
it
that
the
only
date
that
actually
will
work
for
everyone
was
Tuesday,
July
28th.
A
D
E
E
D
F
A
Wish
to
pull
anything
from
the
tentative
agenda
for
July,
21st
2020.
Anybody
was
to
add
anything
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
accept
the
tentative
agenda
as
presented.
I
have
against
and
I
have
a
second
discussion
mention
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
opposed
motion
passes,
I'm
gonna,
go
council
comments
and
I'm
gonna
go
with
a
councilmember.
Napper
he's
got
the
delegates
job
time
to
roll
time
to
roll
Thank.
E
You
mayor
I've
got
a
few
things.
First,
I
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
those
citizens
that
did
come
to
that
planning
board
meeting
and
speak.
That's
you
know
it's
exciting
to
see.
You
know
that
if
there
is
some
opposite
opposition
that
people
are
out
there
voicing
their
opinions,
especially
in
light
of
you
know,
past
experience
where
they
said
they
didn't
know
what
was
coming
on.
Park
Boulevard
there.
So
I
was
really
happy
to
see
that
and
you
know,
for
those
that
might
still
be
opposed.
There's
there's
still
hope.
E
If
you
want
to
voice
your
opinion,
there's
gonna
be
two
public
hearings.
So
next
we
spoke
just
briefly
before
the
meeting.
We
have
the
pop
drop
tailgate
on
the
20th.
This
Saturday
dan
you're
gonna.
Be
there
right,
yeah
I,
don't
know
what
time
I'll
be
there
yet,
but
I
won't
be
spending
some
hours
there
than
as
well.
Okay,
so
that's
benefiting
Oldsmar
cares
and
actually,
through
my
employer,
we
are
going
to
be
unloading.
Everything
they've
collected
that
Saturday
the
following
Saturday,
so
that's
pretty
exciting.
E
The
next
thing
I
have
is
recently
there's
been
some
complaints
of
people
with
regards
to
mosquitos
and
Katie
and
I
know
saw
online
dealing
with
some
people,
so
the
county
actually
will
take
care
of
any
complaints
about
mosquitos.
You
can
request
through
their
website
through
email
and
phone.
So
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out,
because
that
was
something
I
learned
and
didn't
know
was
available
before
the
next
thing
is
I
just
recently
drove
on
Forest
Lakes
Boulevard
on
the
opposite
side.
E
For
the
first
time,
I
don't
know
if
anybody
else
says
yet,
but
that
was
a
little
interesting
because
it
feels
a
little
tight
right
now
versus
what
they
did
on
the
other
side.
But
I
know
once
it's
done.
It'll
be
a
whole
lot
nicer,
so
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
that,
because
that's
my
daily
commute
right
back
through
there
and
then
finally
I
just
wanted
to
say,
happy
Father's
Day
to
all
the
dads
out
there.
It's
my
first
one
and
kind
of
an
interesting
time
to
be
a
dad
and
start
raising
a
family.
A
F
Thank
you,
Thank
You,
mayor
two
items.
I
want
to
talk
about,
there's
been
a
change
for
the
awards
dinner
for
the
Sun
Coast
League
of
Cities,
so
it's
gonna
be
September
26
Saturday
night
at
Bascomb's,
Chop
House,
it
starts
at
6
p.m.
I,
know
al
is
going
to
attend
and
if
anybody
else
here
could
please
attend,
it
would
be
I,
be
grateful
that
you
attend
so
number
26
Saturday
night,
and
the
second
thing
is
the
Sun
Coast
Liga
Cities
is
hosting
our
annual
planning
conference
planning
meeting
right
here
in
Oldsmar.
F
There's
ever
been
one,
so
I'm
kind
of
excited,
you're
all
invited.
If
mayor.
If
you
could
come
in
in
the
morning,
just
to
do
a
quick
speech,
I
would
be
thankful
and
honored.
If
you
could
do
that.
For
me,
it's
July
11
at
8:30
a.m.
until
noon.
8:30
is
breakfast
nuts.
The
meeting
will
start
at
9:00,
that's
at
tikal
hall
and
there's
still
are
quite
a
few
council
members
that
are
concerned.
So
there
is
good
news:
you're
gonna
be
able
to
do
it
via
zoom,
so
we'll
have
a
zoom
computer
set
up
by
a
zoom.
F
So
some
council
members
around
Penn,
Allison
Hillsborough
County,
a
Pasco
County
that
want
to
be
on
soon
can
be
on
it,
so
they
can
attend
the
meeting
or
you
can
come
live
and
we
will
have
social
distancing
set
up
inside
to
equal
hall
for
the
council
members
and
the
mayor's
that
do
show
up
for
that,
and
the
last
thing
I
want
to
say
is
Andrew.
Congratulations
on
being
the
nominee
for
the
floor,
League
of
Cities
I
look
forward
to
working
with
you.
F
C
Okay,
I
want
to
piggyback
on
the
mosquito
thing.
I
had
him,
so
bad
I
was
getting
bit
inside
my
house,
so
I
called
Pinellas
County
mosquito
control
to
come
out
and
test
and
everything
else,
and
apparently,
if
you
have
neighbors
that
have
containers
that
aren't
real
good
with
their
what
they're
doing
in
their
yard,
they
can
go
over
to
your
yard.
C
But
the
most
interesting
thing
I
found
out
was
that
in
all
the
years
they
put
these
little
traps
out
in
the
salt
marshes
to
catch
mosquitoes,
to
have
an
indication
of
how
bad
the
mosquito
season
is
going
to
be,
and
it's
been
traditionally
50
mosquitoes,
and
about
a
month
and
a
half.
Two
months
ago
it
rose
to
three
thousand
mosquitoes
Ojo.
A
C
C
The
other
thing
real,
quick
is
I,
know
I've
talked
to
y'all
about
the
VFW
auxilary,
and
we
are
very,
very,
very
proud
that
this
coming
up
Thursday
is
our
very
first
meeting
and
we're
gonna
have
some
dignitaries,
the
mayor's
gonna,
be
there
Dan's
gonna
be
a
member,
but
he's
coming
as
an
honorary
Felicia
can
be
there.
I
haven't
heard
of
Katie
can
be
there
yet,
but
just
let
me
know
and
gospel
Iraqis
to
send
enlist
eCos
good.
F
E
C
C
The
mayor
had
gotten
some
requests.
I
had
gotten
some
phone
calls
of
citizens
asking
about
the
eight
can't
wait
thing
with
the
Sheriff's
Department,
but
it
didn't
pertain
to
the
Sheriff's
Department,
so
other
some
people
had
requested
from
sheriff
qual
Terry
that
you
know
what
is
the
policies
and
everything
else?
Well.
C
You
do
such
a
good
job
purpose,
but
to
see
that
he
he
got
back
with
us
right
away,
and
not
only
did
he
just
give
us
the
policies
he
gave
us
the
policies
with
revisions
to
make
it
closer
to
being
safer
for
both
the
the
citizens
and
the
police
officers
or
law
enforcement
officers.
So
I
really
wanted
to
give
a
shout
out
to
I
told
him
that
I
would
be
giving
him
a
shout-out
today.
C
A
H
Am
very
happy
to
return
to
awards
and
recognition.
You
know.
Last
week,
I
was
working
on
what
I
wanted
to
talk
about
tonight
with
Amy,
and
it
just
feels
good
to
start
the
meeting
off
with
a
smile
and
with
our
staff
members
again.
That
was
a
big
deal
to
me
tonight
and
I
really
appreciate
it
that
she
was
willing
to
bring
her
family
and
still
observe
the
social
distancing
and
use
the
masks
and
everything
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
more
meetings
with
clapping
at
the
beginning
and
awards
and
recognition.
H
So
thank
you
to
our
city,
staff
and
city
manager
for
bringing
it
back.
I
do
regret
that
I
cannot
attend
the
VFW
meeting.
This
Thursday,
but
I
wanted
to
make
sure
it
got
mentioned
in
the
event
that
I
got
to
go
first
and,
of
course,
the
project
pop
drop
supported
this
weekend.
Every
day
I
mean
we've
got
bins
in
every
building
and
every
business
across
this
town.
There
is
a
bid
where
you
can
drop
a
can
drop
a
package
of
socks
drop
something
in
to
to
help
out.
H
A
Welcome
I
got
a
couple
of
items,
not
not
much
supposed
to
be
already
talked
about.
The
items
that
I
was
going
to
so
I'm,
not
going
to
other
than
I,
will
once
again
promote
the
tailgate
party
for
pop
job.
Sharon
Edwards
has
worked
incredibly
hard
on
this,
as
she
always
does,
and
I
Oldsmar
cares
will
tell
you
that
that
this
whole
event
this
month,
along
with
the
tailgate
event,
really
sets
them
up
supply
wise
and
they
rely
on
it.
So
it's
really
important
I
would
encourage
any
citizen
who
wants
to
go
out
there
and
volunteer.
A
You
could
just
show
up.
You
know
they're
doing
things
a
little
bit
different,
they're
not
gonna,
be
like
last
year.
Fortunately,
it's
not
gonna,
be
the
hotdogs
cooking
and
that
kind
of
stuff
because
of
the
concern
being
safe,
but
I
would
love
to
be
there,
but
I
will
be
on
vacation
I'm
taking
vacation.
H
A
C
A
It
we're
driving
drive,
so
anybody
who
can
make
it
out
there
please
do
I
didn't
want
to
comment.
I
would
encourage
all
of
the
councilmembers
and
I
was
reminded
of
this
when
I
was
watching
the
planning
meeting
right
and
I.
Think
our
folks
did
a
really
good
job
on
that
board,
working
with
citizens
who
were
there
we're
expressing
their
concern.
They
were
very
patient.
They,
you
know,
really
allowed
them
to
go
through
the
process.
A
I
thought
that
was
Greta
I
was
struck,
though,
that
I
think
it's
the
impression
I
got
was
that
some
of
them
not
all
of
them,
really
did
not
realize
how
much
vetting
that
hotel
locations
gone
through
and
how
much
countless
hours
that
this
council
and
staff
has
put
into
going
through
the
process.
Understanding
what
that
economics
of
it
is
what's
needed,
because
I
almost
got
the
impression
from
some
on
there
that
the
council
was
kind
of
blind
to
it
and
just
blowing
past
some
of
the
density
issues
and
that
has
been
set
over
there.
A
A
Don't
know
that
we've
we've
made
that
kind
of
effort,
and
so
we're
gonna
try
to
work
on
some
things
to
try
to
kind
of
keep
that
line
of
communications
in
particularly
the
training
part
of
it,
but
also
I'm
sure
that
that
other
boards
that
we
have
having
served
on
a
couple
of
them
myself,
there's
probably
more.
We
can
do
to
help
those
board
members
a
be
better
prepared
when
they
get
appointed.
A
Certainly
I
realize
we're
all
busy,
but
it,
but
it's
you
know
it's
time
well
spent,
because
I
would
also
say
that
I,
one
of
the
reasons
I
really
wanted
those
meetings
online
was
for
that
purpose,
because
I've
always
felt
like
it's
inappropriate
for
a
council
member
to
go
to
those
meetings.
I've
always
felt
that
way,
and
why
is
that?
Because
we
appoint
them
and
so
I
don't
know
I've,
always
just
kind
of
thought,
it's
better.
Let
them
do
their
thing,
but
you
can
see
how
they
operate
and
look
we
appoint
him.
A
We
reappoint
him
and
so
it
you
know.
I
can
tell
you
that
if
there's
someone
who
I
think
is
not
being
professional
with
their
peers
on
one
of
those
committees,
I
would
resupport
putting
him
back
on.
You
know
I
mean
that's
just
it's
not
fair
to
the
others
who
volunteers
so,
but
I
thought
the
meeting
that
they
did
overall
I
mean
I
was
really
pleased
with
the
way
that
they
gave
those
citizens
a
lot
of
time,
and
this
is
the
value
to
me.
A
One
of
the
values
of
those
type
boards
is,
we
didn't,
have
those
citizens
come
tonight
and
speak
I
know
some
were
common
in
listening
and
maybe
they're
calm,
there's
the
the
public
hearing,
but
it
really
was
an
opportunity
in
a
different
environment
to
let
them
really
express
their
concerns,
and
we
can
hear
about
that.
So
in
any
event,
it's
something
that
I
think
we're
going
to
probably
invest
in
and
spend
some
time
in
and
I'm
sure
that
everybody
will
enjoy
it
all
right.
The
only
other
thing
happy
4th
of
July
you
all
enjoy.
