Our
heavenly
father
help
us
to
carry
out
the
tasks
necessary
for
us
to
fulfill.
Our
purpose
help
us
to
stay
on
track
so
that
we
may
let
this
meeting
work
for
our
good
and
for
the
good
of
the
community,
help
us
to
be
good.
Stewards
of
positive
change
to
benefit
the
city
of
oldsmore
and
its
residents,
and
this
we
pray,
amen,
amen.
B
Justice
for
all-
thank
you
please
be
seated.
The
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
citizens
open
forum.
We
only
have
a
couple
of
rules,
one
we
ask
that
you
don't
speak
longer
than
five
minutes
number
two.
We
ask
that
you
give
your
name
an
address.
Clearly
at
number
three,
we
ask
that
you
not
speak
to
any
items
on
the
agenda
that
are
public
hearings.
You'll
have
an
opportunity
to
do
that
when
we
get
to
that
agenda
item
tonight
that
incl,
that
would
include
items
9,
10,
11,
12,
13,
14
and
15..
G
Hi
good
evening,
I'm
janice
llewellyn
and
I
live
at
212
bengal
circle
and
I
apologize
to
any
veterans
that
have
heard
this
spiel
before.
But
if
you
want
to
get
tired
of
me
and
not
have
me
at
these
meetings,
get
the
word
out.
I
need
you
to
help
me
spread
the
good
news
tonight,
I'm
here
for
two
reasons:
I'm
not
here
for
a
concern
or
complaint,
so
relax.
G
I'm
membership,
chair
of
the
veterans
of
foreign
wars
auxiliary
and
then
that
job
I'm
out
seeking
new
members
and
we
are
kicked
off
a
very
special
project,
called
the
you've,
been
flagged
by
the
vfwa
and
tonight
I'm
going
to
present
a
debut
flag
donated
with
24
of
this
length
flag,
and
they
will
go
around
to
all
special
people,
people
on
the
council,
people
who
have
their
flags
up
properly
and
etc.
So
I'm
going
to
give
this
to
the
council
tonight
you
find
a
place
for
it.
I
don't
think
you
want
to
put
it
outside.
G
We
explain
the
project,
all
of
our
artwork
and
graphic
work
was
done
by
a
partnership
that
we
have
with
impact
graphics
and
they've,
been
really
generous
and
really
good
to
us,
allowing
us
to
get
some
really
fine
work
done
so
each
resident
as
we
go
around.
We
have
a
goal
of
250
residents
by
november
1st
we're
doing
pretty
good
about.
I
have
about
a
hundred
packets
left.
This
is
just
phase.
G
This
is
what
the
residence
flag
looks
like
and
you'd
find
it
on
your
lawn
gently
put
on
your
lawn,
hopefully
not
near
a
sprinkler,
and
then
you
would
have
a
packet
at
your
door
and
in
your
packet
is
a
letter
from
the
vfwa
explaining
what
we're
doing
why
you
recognize
thanking
you
for
your
americanism
and
patriotism
and
displaying
your
flag
so
tell
your
neighbors
get
the
flags
up
and
we
are
coming
okay.
In
addition
to
that,
we
offer
in
here
a
membership
application
to
our
organization.
G
The
auxiliary
is
the
auxiliary
to
the
post
12186
and
we
are
people
who
are
supporting
our
veterans
and
their
families,
but
we
didn't
serve
in
the
war.
Okay,
the
post,
the
members
of
the
post
are
all
members
70
of
them
who
have
served
our
country
overseas
in
one
of
the
campaigns
or
wars.
We
did
not.
We
stayed
here,
okay,
but
we're
doing
great
work
now.
Okay,
so
you
get
that
letter,
you
get
an
application.
G
You
get
this
beautifully
designed.
You
can
frame
it,
it's
a
certificate,
thanking
you
for
having
your
flag
up
and
being
a
good
american.
This
is
a
very
painless,
wonderful
way
to
salute
our
residents
and
for
the
work
that
they're
doing.
G
In
addition
to
that,
we've
included
a
little
little
piece
of
paper
that
shows
you,
the
10
honorary
ways
to
display
your
american
flag
as
we're
going
around
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
flags
that
shouldn't
be
up
the
way
they
are,
but
rather
than
do
any
scolding
or
whatever
we
stick.
This
in
you
can
take
a
look
at
it
and
so
far
we've
had
some
good
feedback.
People
are
enjoying
being
recognized
and
we
will
continue
to
do
our
work.
So
again,
I
apologize
if
you
heard
this
feel
before
so
that
was
the
first
part.
G
I
wanted
to
give
you
that
present
and
tell
you
about
my
project.
The
next
thing
is,
I
want
to
invite
all
you,
council
members,
to
come
to
my
meeting.
My
meeting
is
on
thursday
night,
where
we'll
be
installing
some
of
your
very
own
members
in
the
vfw
and
the
vfwa,
so
I'm
inviting
you
to
come
along
and
finally,
in
a
sneak
preview
moment,
I'm
finished
now
we
are
presenting
as
part
of
the
vfw
community
outreach
a
crime
prevention
program
on
december,
2nd
at
the
library.
G
It
will
be
a
fantastic
evening.
We
went
to
a
preview
of
it
and
it's
really
really
good.
I
think
our
residents
will
really
like
it,
so
you
will
see
some
more
information
coming
at
you,
advertising
that
and
letting
you
know
we
meet
four
thursdays
at
the
library
which
is
very
gracious
from
the
library
board,
two
of
which
we
do
all
work,
two
of
which
we're
doing
community
service
and
outreach.
B
Okay,
all
the
good
things
that
you
guys
are
doing
over
there.
It's
amazing
how
quickly
that
chapter
has
grown.
It's
just
it's
impressive,
so
keep
up
the
good
work
all
right.
We
have
anybody
else
on
this
side
of
the
room.
Go
on
this
side
of
the
room.
Is
there
anybody
else
on
this
side
of
the
room?
Tony
come
on
up
tony.
B
H
I
didn't
argue
with
him
tony
and
craig
wrote
7-eleven
santa
leaf
avenue
on
behalf
of
the
gold
star
families
and
craig,
and
I
we
are
grateful
for
the
support
that
you
have
given
us
our
community
and,
of
course,
congressman
gus
belarakis.
Recently,
the
gold
star
family
picnic
at
oldsmars
veterans
memorial
park
sunday
september.
H
The
26th
was
a
huge
success
with
11
gold,
star
families
attending
as
well
as
council
members,
katie,
steve
and
felicia
donnelly
too
congressman
gus,
bilarakis
and
liz
joined
us
as
well,
and
we
invited
jerry
and
wanda
beaver
lynn
and
if
you
can
believe
it,
we
asked
jerry
to
speak
and
he
spoke
briefly.
H
That
was
my
next
part
that
you
did
come
a
little
bit
late
after
the
last
family
was
there,
but
we
did
get
pictures
with
you.
So
thank
you
all
for
supporting
us,
and
the
second
part
is
we
want
to
thank
you
for
your
generous
donation
that
went
to
the
troop
packages
to
general
snelson
in
kuwait.
He
emailed
me
this
morning
and
told
me
that
the
four
troop
packages
had
indeed
arrived.
H
And
so,
and
and
of
course,
just
a
reminder-
he
was
part
of
the
leadership
team
that
was
involved
with
those
big
great
air
lifts
out
of
afghanistan,
and
that's
kind
of
that
letter
is
kind
of
what
got
this
whole
thing
started
when
he
emailed
me
and
he
and
his
family
joined
us
at
arlington,
national
cemetery
last
christmas
for
leaves
across
america,
and
so
that
deepened
our
relationship.
H
So
we
want
to
thank
you
for
the
team
swag.
What
was
supposed
to
be
two
boxes
turned
into
four
boxes
because
of
you
in
addition
to
the
old,
smart
goodies
too.
So,
thank
you
so
very
very
much
for
sending
those
to
me,
and
we
just
want
to
thank
you
for
your
support
and
love
and
care.
H
Since
frankie's
combat
theater
death
july,
the
16th
2011,
we
have
felt
the
love
from
you
all
and
old.
Smart
truly
is
a
purple
heart
city
that
honors
its
veterans
and
those
veterans
who
are
with
us
and
those
who
have
transitioned
to
higher
ground
and
craig
wanted
to
make
an
invitation
to
you
for
an
event
coming
up
december.
The
12th
depending
on
the
use
of
the
park,
and
if
that
gets
cleared,
not
all
bad.
C
The
tribute
to
the
troops
is
an
organization
that
goes
from
literally
from
all
these
bikers
come
from
all
over
the
united
states
and
they
they
come
and
they
honor
families
of
the
fallen.
And
it's
a
it's
a
tremendous
organization.
The
leader
of
that
organization
is
rocky
lynn.
He
was
tanya,
tucker's,
lead
guitarist
for
10
years
and
he's
a
fabulous
musician
and
and
a
army
ranger
as
well,
but
on
12
december
2021
is
1600
hours.
C
Oh
four
o'clock,
sorry
about
that
we're
gonna
meet
at
the
publix
lowe's
parking
lot
on
the
corner
of
tampa
and
racetrack
road.
C
C
H
B
B
B
I
Hello,
everybody,
sudiana's
cologne,
402,
arlington,
avenue,
east
baltimore
florida.
First,
we
want
to
start
off
as
our
oldsmar
friends
of
the
arts.
We
have
a
couple
of
our
board
members
here
on
behalf
of
amber
and
kelly,
theresa,
barbara
and
vicki,
the
other
three
that
couldn't
be
here
tonight.
We
want
to
first
thank
council
for
waiving
the
fees
for
our
shrek
production
in
the
park.
This
is
the
first
one
that
the
old,
smart
friends
of
the
arts
are
producing.
I
So
it's
been
quite
a
challenge,
a
lot
of
hoops
to
jump
through
a
lot
of
paperwork
to
fill
out,
but
we're
getting
there
and
our
show
is
coming
up
this
weekend.
So
we
wanted
first,
as
our
group
to
say
thank
you
from
oldsmar
friends
of
the
arts,
for
your
continued
support
for
your
sponsorship
of
our
program
and
for,
of
course,
waiving
the
fees
to
help
us
keep
our
costs
down
for
our
show
coming
up.
I
I
also
want
to
let
you
know
that
our
old,
smart
friends
of
the
arts
is
now
officially
offering
memberships,
so
you
can
go
to
ofota.org
and
you
can
click
on
become
a
member.
We
have
a
lot
of
different
levels,
starting
from
fifty
dollars
up
to
a
thousand
dollars.
All
of
the
donations,
of
course,
are
tax
free
tax,
deductible,
not
tax,
free,
but
tax,
deductible
and.
I
So
we
would
love
to
see
council
be
able
to
support
us
in
this
way
as
well.
This
is
all
money
that
helps
us
go
towards
helping
the
kids
and
producing
these
shows
anything
else.
I
forgot
on
friends
of
the
arts.
Ladies
amber
kelly.
Thank
you.
I'm
going
to
give
them
a
big
intro.
I
I
We
are
honored
to
bring
today
to
you
our
shrek
cast.
Our
show
is
part
of
our
shrek
cast.
We
have
25
members
in
our
shrek
cast
this
time
and
our
show
is
coming
up
this
saturday
at
7
p.m.
Usually
they
zoom
in
on
my
poster,
that's
okay!
They
can
probably
read
it
from
there
there.
He
goes
I'm
trying
to
I'm
trying
to
get
it
where
they
can
see
it
all
right.
This
saturday,
at
r.e
olds
park,
the
show
will
start
at
8pm.
I
We
have
food
vendors
coming
in
at
7
pm,
so
you
can
come
early
and
get
a
seat.
This
is
in
cooperation
and
partnership
with
the
city
of
oldsmar
and
as
oldsmar
friends
of
the
arts.
Are
the
producers,
for
this
first
show
on
our
community
effort
together
bring
a
chair,
bring
your
blankets.
We
are
hoping
for
700
in
the
audience.
This
time
we've
had
600
for
two
shows
in
a
row,
we've
been
doing
really
great
with
publicity
and
we
are
really
hoping
for
700
in
the
audience's
time.
I
Mr
eric,
who
is
one
of
our
three
little
pigs,
has
some
postcards
he's
going
to
hand
to
each
one
of
you.
As
a
reminder,
so
that
you
know
our
show
is
coming
up,
but
we
would
love
to
see
you
guys
come
out
there,
you
can
give
ann
one
two
and
kathy
on
both
ends
when
you,
if
you
got
enough-
and
we
have
mr
eric-
is
one
of
our
three
little
pigs.
I
Miss
madison
is
our
miss
pinocchio.
Well,
miss
pinocchio,
as
pinocchio
we
have
michaela
hiding
under
her
headpiece
show
your
head
to
everybody,
show
your
face:
okay,
as
jinji,
we
have
miss
fallon
as
peter
pan.
We
have
mr
loki
as
lord
farquaad.
I
I
The
three
fiona's
show
at
different
ages
in
the
show
and
chase
is
our
princess
fiona
and
ogre
fiona.
So
she
will
be
turning
green
by
the
end
of
the
show
for
us
and
it's
shrek,
the
musical
june
shrek
jr,
the
musical.
It's
been
a
little
crazy.
We've
had
about
20
people,
painting
sets
at
my
house
all
day
long
and
I've
been
trying
to
run
about
10
stations
at
the
same
time.
So
it's
been
a
little
challenging
and
the
suit
is
a
little
crazy
right
now.
I
So
we
do
want
to
ask
you
guys
to
come
out
again.
Remember
seating
and
such
starts
at
seven.
The
food
vendors
open
at
seven
and
at
eight
pm
will
be
our
show.
It
should
be
about
an
hour
and
15
minutes
long
and
our
kids
will
be
enjoying
a
cast
party
afterwards
now
could
we
and
possibly
invite
council
for
a
photo
with
our
shrek
cast
sure?
Let's
do
this
counselor.
E
I
Come
on
down,
okay,
guys
go
up
in
front
of
mr
seidel's
sign
and
turn
around
and
they'll
file
in
behind
you
pull
out
pull
out.
Let
them
get
in
behind
you
come
forward
loki!
You
can't
beat
him
back
come
forward.
Michaela,
you
can't
beat
him
back
there.
You
go
little
ones
in
front.
We'll
get
the
whole
group
here.
I
C
I
Okay,
thank
you
and
for
our
cast
as
you're
heading
out.
I
understand
there's
some
cookies
by
the
door
that
chips
and.
B
H
Yes,
so
old
smyrna's
got
talent,
annual
talent
show,
you
would
think
we
just
had
it.
The
registration
deadline
and
you're
free
to
participate.
The
registration
is
by
saturday's
october,
30th
open
to
local
town
for
a
family-friendly,
show
register
at
cypress
forest
rec
center
or
call
813-749-1
for
more
information.
H
As
you
know,
of
course,
old,
smart
kids
have
talents
and
just
a
reminder:
a
check
journey
of
the
musical
free
to
attend
saturday
october
23rd
at
7
o'clock
at
ariel's
park,
all
sorts
of
fun
and
oldsmar
employees
and
vendors
and
volunteers
got
talent
at
the
haunted,
happenings
drive-through
boo,
free
to
attend
friday,
october
29th,
7
o'clock
at
oldsmar,
sports,
complex
and
all
bulls
and
boos
and
ghouls.
I
thought
you
know
what
everybody's
welcome.
B
That's
all
you
got
all
right
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
approval
of
addition
of
new
agenda
items.
We
have
item
4
and
19..
Would
anybody
like
to
discuss
either
one
okay
at
this
time?
The
chill
entertain
a
motion
to
approve?
I
have
a
motion.
Do
I
have
a
second
second?
I
have
a
motion
and
a
second
any
discussion
sentence:
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye.
Aye.
All
opposed
motion
passes
next
item
on
the
agenda
awards
and
recognition.
B
E
Thank
you
mayor.
It
was
presented
this
morning
as
I
sometimes
do
a
allow
the
employees
to
receive
the
award
in
front
of
their
fellow
employees
at
11
a.m
and
on
city
hall
steps,
and
this
morning
we
gave
away
four
awards
one
in
absentia.
There
were
three
service
awards.
The
one
you
see
in
your
packet
was
a
20-year
service
award
for
claire
leblanc,
who
was
our
adult
services
librarian?
No,
that
doesn't
mean
what
you
think.
It
means.
E
Did
not
go
there
kind
of
the
I.t
backbone
of
the
library.
You
rarely
see
her,
but
she's
really
driving
most
of
everything
they
do
with
regard
to
internet
applications,
programs,
social
media,
new
databases
mentioning
this
morning
how
important
it
was
for
the
continued
great
performance
of
the
library
services
to
have
somebody
continually
do
that.
That
was
big
and
I
think
it's
grossly
underappreciated.
So
I
tried
to
make
sure
I
appreciated
it.
Also.
We
had
two
five-year
service
awards.
E
One
was
for
logan,
dennis
who's,
a
plans
and
permit
specialist
in
planning
and
redevelopment,
and
the
other
was
alex
vidal
who's,
a
firefighter
paramedic
in
the
fire
department.
I
think
he
was
on
a
call,
so
we
gave
it
to
him
in
sencha
and
we
we
stole
his
lunch
money.
We
give
them
a
check,
a
certificate
and
we
buy
their
lunch.
So
he'll
certainly
get
that.
I
was
just
kidding
last,
but
certainly
not
least,
the
brunson
shrekengost
award.
We
gave
to
tim
jacobson
for
probably
not
the
first
time.
E
I
would
guess
for
a
lot
of
what
he
does
and
the
particular
story
behind
this
one
was
wonderful,
because
one
of
tim's
strengths
is
his
record-keeping
prowess.
If
you
will,
we
had
a
basically
an
insurance
claim
involving
a
contractor
that
wasn't
necessarily
one
that
we
have
records
that
go
back
more
than
five
years
on
and
tim
doesn't
follow
any
statute
limitations.
E
He
has
records
forever
and
because
of
his
diligence,
we
ended
up
getting
reimbursed
for
something
that
the
insurance
company
had
originally
denied,
because
nobody
could
find
the
backup
for
it
and
the
punch
line
was.
I
guess
we
got
a
check
for.
I
think
it
was
thirteen
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars.
The
actual
claim
was
thirteen,
eight
twenty
five
and
he
was
still
mad
because
we
were
shorted,
25
bucks
and
he
informed
me
this
morning
that
he
got
the
25
bucks
out
of
them.
J
E
It
to
finance,
so
it's
all
good,
but
that
was
the
shrek
and
gost
award,
as
you
guys
have
seen.
Many
times
is
kind
of
about
somebody
doing
something.
Extra
and
10
certainly
embodies
that.
So
those
are
the
four
awards
we
gave
this
morning
and
in
front
of
the
employees,
which
I
think
is
important,
and
then
we
had
snacks
and
you
had
snacks.
F
B
F
B
B
B
Sensing
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
all
opposed
motion
passes,
but
I'll
tell
you
having
those
cookies
right
beforehand.
Right
got
me
on
a
roll
here.
All
right.
Moving
on
city
of
oldsmar
item
number
four
presentation:
a
proclamation
for
florida,
florida
city
government
week
in
oldsmar,
and
that
will
be
presented
by
council
member
gannon,
give.
F
And
it
works
hi
everybody.
I've
got
my
sticker
on
already
florida
city
government
week,
whereas
city
government
is
the
government
closest
to
most
citizens
and
the
one
with
the
most
direct
daily
impact
upon
its
residents,
and
whereas
municipal
government
provides
services
and
programs
that
enhance
the
quality
of
life
for
residents,
making
their
city
their
home
and
whereas
city
government
is
administered
for
and
by
its
citizens
and
is
dependent
upon
public
commitment
to
understanding
its
many
responsibilities.
F
Now,
therefore,
I
katie
gannon
on
behalf
of
eric
seidel
mayor
of
the
city
of
oldsmar
florida,
do
hereby
proclaim
october
18th
through
the
24th
2021
as
florida
city
government
week.
In
the
city
of
oldsmar
and
encourage
all
citizens,
city,
government
officials
and
employees
to
recognize
and
celebrate
florida
city
government
week
dated
this
19th
day
of
october
2021.
F
F
She
will
be
our
next
city
manager.
You
can
come
up.
Chip
can
take
the
picture
yeah.
We
haven't
told
you
about
this
sorry
al
cat's
out
the
bag,
and
so
I
am
happy
to
present
to
felicia
donnelly
our
assistant
city
manager
and
economic
development
director
our
soon
to
be
city
manager
and
one
of
the
14
percent
of
female
city
managers.
B
C
Okay,
I'm
ryan
kozinski,
I'm
a
student
at
palm
harbor
university
high
school.
I
am
from
oldsmar.
I
live
right
down
the
street
on
tavernier
right
down
the
street
from
the
steak
and
shake
I'm
sure,
you're
all
very
familiar
with
steak
and
shake.
B
So
I
I
called
him
up
here
because
it
being
you
know,
really
essentially
good
government
week,
if
you
will
ryan,
has
an
interest
as
a
high
school
student
to
explore
a
future
in
politics
and
in
community
service,
and
he
told
the
story
of
how
he
kind
of
transitioned
some
of
his
thoughts
that
this
would
be
a
good
way
to
ultimately
provide
some
service
back
to
the
community,
and
so
he
came
up
he
reached
out
and
I
think
michelle
baldwin
was
the
one
who
originally
contacted
me,
and
so
we
had
him
up
here
and
while
we
were
doing
our
one-on-one
meeting
with
the
city
manager
and
assistant
city
manager,
we
allowed
ryan
to
sit
in
on
the
meeting
and
shadow
the
meeting
and
get
a
little
bit
of
experience.
B
B
That's
it!
That's
all!
I
want
to
do
you're
good
you're,
safe
already,
following
your
confirmation,
I'm
telling
you
good
stuff.
I
thought
that
was
pretty
cool.
All
right
item
number
five
on
the
agenda:
consider
appointment
of
corey
knowles
as
a
regular
member
of
the
veterans
advisory
board
cory
here
come
on
up
court.
B
A
B
A
Hard
for
them
to
hear
corey
knowles
I
live
at
1807
split
fork.
Drive
I
mean
I
all
I've
done.
My
whole
life
is
serve.
I
started
in
service
in
1988
made
into
the
seal
teams
in
1990
had
a
lot
of
fun
in
the
90s
after
I
got
out
of
the
military.
I
still
wanted
to
serve
so
I
got
on
with
blackwater
as
a
contractor,
but
instead
of
going
back
overseas,
I
helped
create
a
whole
generation
of
seals.
F
A
C
C
B
Have
we
have
a
public
hearing
coming
up
that
I'd,
encourage
you
to
come
back
because
you'll
enjoy
that
all
right?
At
this
time
the
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion.
Do
I
have
a
second,
I
can't
have
a
motion
and
a
second
any
discussion
sentence,
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
B
A
Yeah
with
corey,
I
might
add
that
I
remember
right
after
they
captured
saddam
hussein's,
not.
A
They
interviewed
a
navy
seal
who
he
wasn't
in
on
that
mission,
but
he
was
retired
and
you
take
with
all
the
training
and
all
that
they
go
through
even
when
you're,
not
on
a
mission
like
that
he
was
retired,
75
percent,
disabled
and
yeah
other
than
that.
A
But
my
part
of
the
military
was,
I
was
drafted
in
1960
the
end
of
1966
and
I
went
to
vietnam
and
was
in
the
first
infantry
and
I
extended
a
month
and
in
the
end
there
I
put
in
a
total
of
a
year
and
nine
months.
So
I
feel
humbled
compared
to
corriere.
B
B
And
so,
and
there
were,
there
were
multiple
people
and
he
said
you
know
what
I
I
like
these
two
fellas
I'll,
tell
you
what
I'm
going
to
step
back
and
withdraw
and
go
ahead
and
put
these
guys
in,
and
so
you
know
once
again
service
when
offering
service.
I
guess
you
know
it
doesn't
get
any
better
than
that.
So
we
appreciate
you
stepping
up
against
her
and
thank
you
for
all
you've
done
for
our
country
and
what
you'll
do
for
our
community
and.
B
A
B
Told
me
you
should,
and
you
should
and
we're
not
even
going
to
make
you
dance
and
sing
this
time.
We're
not
going
to
do
it.
You
know
just
kidding
all
right
at
this
time,
material
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
got
a
motion.
Oh
I
have
a
second.
I
have
a
motion
and
second
any
discussion.
Sentencing
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
all
opposed
motion
passes.
Thank
you,
sir.
Thank
you.
Congratulations.
A
B
C
B
C
Well,
I
go
to
school
at
the
collegian
program
at
svc
and
lately
we've
been
reading
a
book,
the
things
they
carried
by
tim
o'brien
and
it's
been
scarily
eye-opening.
I
guess
just
the
things
they
go
through
like
how
they
put
their
mental
health,
their
physical
health,
their
lives
at
stake
for
the
people
in
this
country
and
just
a
simple
thank
you
is
not
enough,
so
I
want
to
do
what
I
can
to
help.
B
Well,
that
is
awesome.
That
speaks
a
lot
of
you.
It
really
does
and
we're
grateful
for
you
to
you
for
stepping
up
for
our
community
and
our
veterans.
You
know
we're
we're
a
community
that
believes
in
our
veterans
and
supporting
them,
and,
and
so
it's
exciting,
to
see
our
youth
demonstrate
that
same
kind
of
attitude.
So
anybody
have
any
questions.
C
C
B
B
C
B
C
Well,
I
am
an
immigrant
and
I
got
really
passionate
about
the
government
because
of
all
that
I've
been
through
being
an
international
immigrant
for
that
matter,
and
especially
during
this
quarantine,
I
learned
a
lot
about
the
veterans
and
the
suicide
rates
which
you
already
mentioned,
and
I
really
just
want
to
see
what
I
can
do
to
help
the
community.
Well,.
B
That's
awesome
and
we're
grateful
for
you
taking
the
time
to
learn
and
standing
up
and
saying
hey.
I
want
to
do
more
than
just
say.
Thank
you.
I
want
to
get
involved,
and
so
that's
terrific
anybody
have
any
questions.
Great.
F
F
B
B
I
know
it,
you
know,
I
want
to
say
my
my
daughter
did
it.
She
did.
You
know
the
dual
enrollment
enrollment
high
school
and
college,
and
and
some
of
my
friends
who
I
went
to
high
school
with
were
still
friends.
We
were
talking
about
geez.
Wouldn't
it
be
amazing
if
they
had
that
program,
when
we
were
in
high
school
yeah,
don't.
B
And
then
we,
then
we
all
were
honest
with
each
other
and
said
we
wouldn't
have
qualified
who's
kidding.
So
congratulations
again,
all
right
at
this
time
the
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion.
We
have
a
second
second,
I
have
a
motion
a
second
any
any
discussion
sentencing
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye.
All
opposed
motion
passes.
Congratulations!
B
D
B
Manager
any
remarks,
yes,
sir:
will
there
be
any
staff
presentation,
no
sure
on
any
of
these
public
hearings
that
are
sponsored
by
the
that
are
applicants
of
the
city?
Not
sir?
Okay,
all
right
this
time,
I
I
will
go
ahead
and
open
the
public
hearing.
Is
there
anybody
from
the
public
who
wish
to
speak
on
this
item?
Seeing
now
and
I
will
go
ahead
and
close
the
public
hearing
at
this
time,
the
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion.
Do
I
have
a
second
second?
B
B
Discussion
all
right,
so
the
only
thing
I
just
want
to
make
a
comment
to
the
public.
So
these
items
that
we
go
through.
I
don't
expect
to
be
a
lot
of
discussion
and
I
want
you
to
understand
why
that
we've
actually
had
other
meetings
on
these
items
where
we've
discussed
them,
because
they
go
from
recommendations
to
discussion
of
this
council
and
then
we
then
request
our
city
attorney
to
prepare
these
ordinances.
B
Yeah
these
items
up
through,
let's
see,
item
14.,
so
all
right.
Any
discussion,
roll
call
please.
B
J
I
H
D
Tim
item
10
is
the
public

This

All
right-
and
there
is
no

from
the

So
at
this
time
the

will
open
the

Is
there
anybody
from
the
public
who
should
speak
on
the
side,
seeing
none?
I
will
go
ahead
and
close
the
public

the

will
entertain

I
have
a

provisions
that
have
been
deleted
in
this

It
was
just
a

added
to

Thank
you.
B
All
right,
there
is
no
comments

So
at
this
time
the

will
open
the
public
hearing.
Is
there
anybody
from
the
public
who
wishes
to
speak
on
this
item?
Saying
done,
I
will
go
ahead
and
close
the
public
hearing
at
this
time.
The
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
so
move.
I
have
a
motion.
I
have
a

a

a

a

you're
ready
to

Please,

Item
13
is
the

the

is
2021-32
I'll,
read
that
by

an

to

and
providing

That
was
the
first
reading
of
ordinance
2021-32
by

Only
you'll
note
that
the
only
changes
in
these
two
provisions,
7.02

7.03,
is
to
change
the
review

from
5

B
B
B
I
think
it's
a
wonderful
idea,
yeah.
You
know
this
is
a
lot
of
work
to
go
through
in
our
charter.
Is
it's
our
constitution?
It's
not
like
a
code
or
something
like
that.
It
shouldn't
be
messed
with
very
much
unless
it's
housekeeping
and
there's
something
blaring.
B
A
B
Absolutely
and
I'd
love
to
say
that
this
was
done
within
five
years
as
the
charter
requires,
but
I'm
I'm
going
to
guess
with
some
of
the
cleanup
we've
done,
that
it
was
not,
and
but
with
that
all
right
sentencing
you're
ready

City,

22,
consider
the

of
the

As
you
might
know,
there's
been
a
tradition
where
we
typically
cancel
the
second
meeting
in
december
because
of
the
holidays.
B
It
tends
to
make
it
more
flexible
for
not
only
the
council
but
for
the
staff
that
is
required
to
be
here
and
prepare
for
the
meetings
and
typically
those
agendas
are
super
light,
and
so,
if
there
is
an
appetite
for
it,
the
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion.
I
have
a

I
have
a

a

a

B
Council

with
that.
I'm
going
to

F
Thank
you
mayor.
I
had
the
distinct
privilege
of
heading
up
to
tallahassee
last
week
with
leadership,
pinellas
class
of
2021
and
boy
did
we
have
a
ball.
We
met
with
speaker
sprouls.
We
met
with
representative
chris
lotvala
nick
de
sigli.
We
met
with
senator
brandis
senator
hooper.
We
had
committee
meetings
that
we
went
to
on
higher
education,
elementary
education
and
crime.
It
was
a
fantastic
day.
We
visited
the
old
capitol.
We
had
a
virtual
tour
of
the
supreme
court.
It
and
the
camaraderie,
of
course,
that
you
develop
with
your
class
members,
is
just
everlasting.
F
We
had
a
wonderful
time
and
we
actually
I'll
let
dan
share,
but
we
actually
ended
up
running
into
dan.
I
had
the
opportunity
to
meet
some
of
the
members
of
our
lobbying
firm
for
the
city
of
oldsmar
up
there
big
talks
about
redistricting
yeah,
oh
man,
and
lots
of
promises
that
they
hope
not
to
cut
up
communities.
So
let's
hope
that
the
city
of
oldsmar
stays
whole
and
inside.
You
know
one
district
that
that's
that's
really
important.
Beyond
that.
F
I
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
little
bit
of
feedback
because,
as
you
know,
I
probably
asked
the
most
questions
and
made
the
most
comments
out
of
everybody
in
our
class,
which
probably
does
not
surprise
the
mayor
at
all.
But
people
wow.
F
Yeah,
so
people
know
about
the
city
of
oldsmar.
I
mean
when
I
asked
these
all
these
different
legislators
about
you
know
things
pertaining
to
the
city,
specifically
infrastructure
projects
and
the
different
appropriations
we've
gotten.
You
know,
questions
about
the
the
federal
funds,
the
the
fema
maps
and
the
flood
insurance.
I
mean
they
know
us
and
they
know
where
we're
from.
I
think
it
has
a
lot
to
do
with
the
visits
that
we've
done.
I
know
dan's
been
up
there
multiple
times,
I've
been
up
there
before
you've
been
up
there
before.
F
I
think
our
lobbying
firm
is
putting
their
best
foot
forward.
I
really
do
I've
got
a
lot
of
good
feedback
on
them
as
well,
so
fantastic
time.
I
just
wanted
to
give
two
quick,
shout
outs,
because
I
know
everybody
wants
to
get
home
for
the
lightning
game
come
out
to
oktoberfest
this
weekend
at
tampa
bay
downs,
it's
going
to
be
a
blast.
There's
there's
a
you
know:
the
giant
log
sign
competition,
the
stein
holding
competition,
there's
dancing,
there's
food,
it's
a
fantastic
event.
F
There's
even
rides,
like
carnival
rides
for
kids,
there's
tents
and
vendors.
Oh
right
across
you
know
racetrack
road,
so
come
on
out
to
that,
and
then
after
you
spend
all
day
saturday
there,
where
your
city,
council
and
city
staff
leadership
will
be
serving
beer,
you
can
come
back
over
to
re
olds
to
go,
see
shrek
jr
at
the
musical,
which
is
going
to
be
wonderful.
Those
kids
are
fantastic.
It
doesn't
get
any
better
than
those
kids
coming
to
the
meeting.
So
in
any
event,
thank
you
mayor.
A
Thank
you
mayor.
I
will
piggyback
on
councilmember
gannon's
comments
about
oktoberfest.
As
she
mentioned,
we
are
serving
beverages
on
saturday.
I
don't
think
he'll
be
poured,
though
they'll
probably
still
be
in
cans
or
bottles
would
be.
My
guess,
based
on.
A
That's
what
we
did
for
olesma
day,
so
yeah
it'll
be
served.
It's
easier.
Some
means,
I
don't
know
how
I've
gotten
I've
gotten
shirt
sizes
from
everyone-
that's
going
to
be
there,
except
for
somebody's
name
that
rhymes
with
alicia.
So
if
she
could
send
me
her
shirt
size
wow
that
would
be
appreciated.
A
Week
last
week,
next,
if
nobody
knew
the
number
one
rated
amazon,
pasta
sauce
is
made
right
here
in
clearwater
from
yomama's
fine
foods.
We
learned
that
at
leadership
pinellas
for
the
class
of
22
program
day
last
week.
That
was
one
of
the
highlights.
Although
we
didn't
get
to
try
the
sauce,
so
I.
F
A
A
A
The
next
thing
I
was
talking
to
the
city
manager
just
before
the
meeting
as
somebody
that
commutes
down
douglas
road
every
day
there
was
a
nice
little
stretch
of
newly
paved
road,
which
was
kind
of
a
surprise
to
both
of
us.
So
I
wanted
to
give
a
shout
out
to
that
being
done.
A
I
think
it
intended
to
have
been
patched,
but
it
was
a
nice
big
swath,
so
we're
kind
of
both
like
great
so
I'm
sure
everybody
that's
commuting
through
there
through
the
industrial
area
will
appreciate
that
as
somewhat
of
a
preview
for
what's
to
come
with
the
bigger
project
and
then,
finally,
just
a
little
bit
of
being
accountable
for
myself,
I
accomplished
my
new
year's
resolution
of
running
a
half
marathon
on
sunday
and
in
order
to
not
make
it
my
new
year's
resolution
for
next
year,
I'm
going
to
stick
to
it
now
to
say
I'm
going
to
do
one
in
february
and
then
I'll
have
to
come
up
with
something
else
for
2022.
B
J
C
J
Katie
and
I
were
the
judges,
the
neighbors
brought
out
their
pets
for
the
pet
palooza
yeah.
C
J
It
was
actually
a
really.
They
were
a
lot
well
attended
event
and
I
really
enjoyed
being
a
judge.
That's
the
first
time
I
ever
in
my
life
judged
dogs
in
costumes,
but
I
thought
we
had
a
great
time.
It
was
a
great
turnout
and
I
want
to
say
kudos
to
felicia
putting
that
on.
It
was
a
great
chip
pots
for
putting
that
out
is
a
great
city
event,
as
katie
mentioned,
I
was
in
tallahassee
the
same
the
couple
days
that
she
was
there.
We
actually
left
at
seven
a.m.
J
On
tuesday
morning
it
was
two
days
full
packed
we
went
to.
It
was
for
the
psta
for
legislative,
our
priorities
for
the
2022
legislative
priorities
for
the
psda.
J
That
was
a
full
day,
and
then,
at
that
night
we
were
at
the
governor's
club,
and
we
went
with
the
we
met
with
the
lobbyists.
Our
lobbyists-
and
it
was
a
great
a
great
day-
was
very
long
day.
Wednesday
morning
we
kicked
off
at
the
florida
league
of
cities.
I
set
up
a
presentation
for
katie's
class
for
leadership
pinellas.
I
kicked
off
the
meeting
and
jamie
robinson
from
the
city
of
largo.
J
Was
there
with
me
and
then
the
florida
league
of
cities
did
a
presentation
to
the
class
on
what
they're
all
about,
and
I
heard
it
was
a
great
success.
Unfortunately,
I
had
to
skip
out
because
I
had
a
full
day
and
the
next
we
went
to
meet
with
ben
diamond
from
the
house
representative
ben
diamond,
and
then
we
went
to
see
nick
the
siglia.
J
Then
we
met
with
chris
spencer
from
the
governor's
desantis
administration,
and
he
actually
when
he
saw
my
business
card,
he
goes
the
city
of
oldsmar,
that's
yes,
he
goes
the
city
of
oldsmar.
Your
lobbyist
has
been
in
here
he's
the
one
that
got
the
money
for
you
for
the
douglas
road
project
and
they
was.
It
was
a
great
meeting.
It
was
just
very
impressive
to
be
at
the
governor's
administrative
office
and
just
be
a
part
of
that.
That
was
the
first
time.
I've
ever
done
anything
like
that.
J
Since
I've
been
on
council
and
going
to
tallahassee
every
year
for
the
suncoast
league
of
cities,
it
was
probably
the
most
rewarding
experience
ever
had
going.
Do
that,
then
we
left
there,
and
then
we
went
to
the
the
agency
for
healthcare
administration
to
review
medicare
reimbursements
to
patients.
The
psta
has
a
situation
right
now
where,
if
you
have
to
go
to
a
to
a
doctor's
appointment
or
a
chemotherapy
appointment
us,
the
taxpayers
are
paying
these
fees
because
it
used
to
be
covered
under
medicare
medicare's,
not
covering
that
anymore.
J
So
we
went
there
and
had
this
meeting
with
them
and
they
are
all
for
putting
it
back
to
medicare,
so
those
those
patients
will
be
reimbursed,
and
that
was
a
great
meeting,
and
that
was
with
I'm
trying
to
figure
out
a
lot
of
notes
here,
yeah
no,
I
didn't
put
in
here
darn
it
anyways.
That
was
a
great
day
and
then
it
was
very.
It
was
a
very
productive
two
days.
So
after
that
meeting
that
was
around
4
30,
we
headed
back
to
tampa
and
it
lasted.
B
Very
good
that
is
a
long
day.
I
have
done
the
trip
before
where
I've
gone
up
and
jamie
grant
was
our
representative
at
the
time,
and
I
had,
and
I
met
with
ed
senator
hooper
that
same
day,
I
drove
all
the
way
up
to
have
those
two
meetings.
Ask
them
one
question
each:
will
you
rank
our
appropriations
bill
as
your
number
one
choice
when
the
speaker
of
the
house
asked
you
jamie
and
when
the
president
asked
you
they
both
said.
Yes,
I
got
back
in
my
car
and
drove
home
yeah.
B
C
C
C
So
what
I
will
do
is
bring
them
to
oktoberfest
and
maybe
they
can't
serve
beer.
I
know
I
know
I've
had
it
back
there
before
that's
fine.
There's
season
pros,
I'm
going
to
put
them
to
work
at
least
but
mayor
beavis
was
on
facebook
live
today
and
walking
around,
and
I
made
the
mistake
of
showing
both
of
them
because
he
was
showing
all
the
rides
right.
F
C
Now
they
know
there's
a
giant
slide
and-
and
so
I
told
kelly,
I
was
gonna
film
full
of
deep-fried
oreos
and
hopefully
knock
him
out
during
the
day.
So
we
can
go
to
shrek
jr,
but
I
don't
know
everything's
pending,
but
I
really
am
excited
about
the
kids.
As
you
guys
know,
I
did
sit
on
the
as
a
judge
to
select
all
the
members
of
the
cast,
so
it
was
very
nice
having
it
come
full
circle
tonight
to
see
everybody
other
than
that
everybody
enjoy
your
weekend.
B
That's
right,
she's
watching
right
now,
that's
it
she's
watching
and
you
are
in
trouble
all
right.
A
few
things.
I
just
got
a
few
things
that
I
want
to
touch
on
one
and
the
vice
mayor
mentioned
it
earlier.
You
might
recall
we
had
some
citizens
who've
expressed
concerns,
as
we
all
have
felt
them
over
the
noise
issues
of
saint
pete
clearwater
airport
and
their
changing
of
routes
been
like
this
for
a
while,
we
did
send
a
letter
to
the
faa
to
the
aviation
noise.
F
B
But
I
want
to
thank
staff
because
they
did
a
lot
of
the
clerk's
office.
Did
a
lot
of
work
on
that
in
particular
to
go
and
find
specific
examples
of
when
flights
had
come
in
at
late
after
hours
in
the
time
that
they
typically
are
asked
not
to
come
in,
and
so
they
did
a
really
nice
job
on
it.
B
We
sent
that
one
off
on
october
14.,
we
also
sent
a
letter
to
the
fema
administrator
regard
regarding
risk
rating
2.0,
asking
them
to
delay
the
rollout
we
sent
it
as
a
council
to
to
the
administrator
and,
of
course
we
copied
our
elected
representatives
in
washington.
I
know
that
I
mentioned
this
before
that.
I
know
that
senator
rubio
has
filed
a
bill.
It
has.
It
has
joint
support
bipartisan
support.
It
is
in
committee,
we'll
see
if
it
has
any
impact.
B
The
goal
would
be
according
to
their
office,
would
be
delay
the
rollout
roll
it
back
and
look
for
a
more
a
manageable
rollout
of
these
increased
in
rates,
instead
of
them
all
being
hit
at
once,
because
it's
going
to
have
a
huge
impact
on
all
of
us,
as
everybody's
mentioned
oktoberfest.
This
weekend
make
a
point
of
getting
out
there.
B
B
I'm
going
to
be
participating
as
mayor
october
29th
and
the
community
leaders
build
day
for
habitat
for
humanity
over
in
pinellas
park.
Quite
a
few
mayors
are
going
to
be
there
and
elected
officials
from
the
house
and
the
senate,
and
so
we're
all
chipping
in
swinging
hammers
for
a
day.
I
know
that
councilmember
again
is
going
to
try
to
attend,
and
so,
and
certainly
anybody
else
who
wants
to.
But
you
need
to
get
to
habitat
humanity,
pretty
quick
and
let
them
know.
B
The
last
thing
that
I
have
I
want
to
mention
a
a
project.
That's
going
to
be
coming
up.
As
you
all
know,
ashley
painter,
who
is
our
sustainability
coordinator.
We
have
to
report
and
look
for
projects
coming
down
the
road
that
can
be
supportive
of
sustainability
efforts
as
well
as
the
environment,
and
I
don't
remember
when
it
was,
but
it
was
a
few
months
back.
I
was
watching
this
presentation
and
you
went
to
it
council,
member
graber
that
the
sierra
club
was
doing
and
it
was
on
the
state
of
our
bay.
B
That's
the
the
state
of
tampa
bay's
water
essentially,
and
it
was
I'm
watching
it,
and
I
know
he
was
there
because
I
sent
him
a
text.
I
was
watching
it
live
stream,
like
you
know,
a
dork
trying
to
see
if
he
put
his
head
down
but
myra
burke,
who
is
from
tampa
bay
estuary
program.
B
B
But
she
said
something
that
just
struck
a
nerve
with
me-
and
I
had
not
heard
this
before,
and
that
was
that
old
tampa
bay,
which
I
like
to
call
the
oldsmar
bay
with
all
respect
to
safety
harbor,
but
was
the
least
healthiest
body
of
water
in
all
of
the
tampa
bay
wow,
and
that
it's
had
some
real
problems.
There's
been
some
improvement,
but
not
the
kind
of
improvement
that
they
are
hoping
for,
and
so
it
struck
a
nerve.
B
I
called
down
there
and
spoke
to
their
executive
director,
ed
sharon
right
yeah,
ed,
ed
sharon,
right
yeah,
because
sure
sure
would.
How
am
I
giving
him
credit
as
a
guitar
player,
but
then,
anyway,
they
came
up
here
and
met
with
us
and
we
talked
about
some
different
ideas
potentially
and
then
ashley
ran
with
it
and
came
up
with
a
program
that
we're
going
to
roll
out
and
it
has
to
do
with
it's
they're
called
vertical
oyster
gardens.
B
And
then
we
have
a
community
event
and
it's
like
stringing,
popcorn
yeah,
you
string
them
and
you
set
them
at
a
certain
level
based
on
the
water,
tides
and
what
it
does
is
it
attracts
actual
oysters
who
attach
themselves
to
it,
and
it
creates
essentially
like
a
natural
yeah,
a
natural
reef,
type
of
restoration
and
sanctuary
for
for
these
oysters,
and
so
we
have
a
date.
I
think
ashley
came
up
with
a
date
which
was
december
11th
to
do
a
big
kickoff.
B
We'll
start,
you
know
promoting
it.
It's
going
to
be
at
nine
o'clock
at
ariel's
park
and
there'll,
be
a
initial
education
about
what
we're
doing
and
then
we're
gonna
string,
oyster
shelves.
That's
awesome!
We're
gonna
go
out.
We're
gonna
get
the
community
involved
to
hang
them
from
their
docks
and
we'll
be
able
to
hang
a
bunch
from
orioles.
B
And
so
it's
something
that
and
ashley
found
this
with
tampa
babe
watch.
Who
is
the
group
that
is
going
to
like
show
us
how
to
do
it
and
and
so
forth?
But
it's
really
involving
quite
a
few
different
organizations
who
are
experts
in
it
and
getting
our
citizens
involved
and
I
think
it'll
be
a
fun
exciting
way
for
us
to
to.
You
know
physically
get
involved
in
it
and
learn
more
in
the
process
and
hopefully
have
an
impact
it
takes.
B
They
said,
like
seven
eight
months
before
you
know
whether
or
not
these
things
start
to
work,
but
you
know
we
feel
like
that.
That'll
be
something
that
works.
The
safety,
harbor
and
oldsmar
were
doing
this
together
and
what
we
hope
really
is
that
you
get
a
lot
of
publicity
to
attract
more
people
to
get
involved
and,
as
we
have
some
success
with,
it
includes
some
of
the
other
cities
that
we
have
relationships
with
all
along
the
bay
yeah
and
make
it
a
big
effort
started
here
in
old,
smart.
You
know
so
anyhow.
B
I
wanted
to
share
that
because
it's
coming
up
we'll
be
talking
about
it
more
with
marketing
materials.
Soon
and
make
sure
that
everybody
appears
aware
of
what
they're
doing
the
last
thing
I
have
is
just
a
reminder.
Tomorrow
morning
we
have
coffee
with
the
mayor,
so
I
don't
even
leave
here.
I
just
go
in
there
and
sleep
yeah
and
that's
at
10
am
10
10
a.m.
All
right.
Let's
move
on
item
number.
24
approve
the
tentative
agenda
for
november
2nd
2021
council
meeting.
