From YouTube: City of Oldsmar Council Meeting, 3/1/22
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
We
could
do
right
along
in
our
mary
oldsmobile
or
something.
C
Let
me
call
the
tuesday
march
1st
2022
oldsmar
city
council
meeting
new
order.
The
first
two
items
on
the
agenda
are
the
invocation
and
pledge
of
allegiance,
which
is
led
by
our
city
attorney
mr
tom
trask.
I
would
ask
so
before
he
starts
the
invocation
that
we
take
just
a
moment
to
pray
or
or
whatever
your
views
are
for
those
folks
who
are
under
attack
in
the
ukraine.
C
B
Bomb,
thank
you.
Our
heavenly
father
send
on
your
blessing
on
this
meeting
of
the
city
council
and
upon
the
individual
members
who
comprise
it,
give
the
council
members
a
clear
sense
of
duty
and
lead
them
to
a
faithful
discharge
of
the
same
direct
them
in
their
deliberations
at
this
meeting,
so
that
all
things
may
be
done
for
the
health,
safety
and
welfare
of
the
people
of
baltimore.
This
we
pray,
amen,
amen.
B
C
Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
citizens
open
forum.
We
only
have
a
few
a
few
guidelines
that
we
give
you
one.
We
ask
that
you
not
speak
longer
than
five
minutes.
We
ask
you
to
give
your
address
and
please
include
your
city.
We
have
no
public
hearings
on
the
agenda
tonight,
so
you
can
speak
about
anything
you
like
and
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
start
on
this
side
of
the
room.
D
Hi
mark
howe,
508,
pine
avenue
south
chamber
president
and
ceo
for
your
commit
for
your
communication
and
in
light
of
the
upcoming
election
I'd
like
to
address
the
concern
potential
conflict
regarding
the
b.a.p
agreement,
we
con.
The
current
verbiage
is
proposed
to
change
actually
the
name.
D
The
vip
person
from
the
chamber
section
b
of
this
section
entitled
obligation
of
the
chamber
currently
reads
as
follows:
name
a
business
assistance
specialist
who'll
be
dedicated
to
a
minimum
of
16
hours
weekly
to
perform
a
program,
purpose
and
obligations
in
accordance
to
the
director
direction
of
the
city
manager
or
the
desert.
There's
a
nadi.
D
The
business
assistance
specialist
will
meet
at
least
twice
a
month
with
the
city
manager
or
destiny.
Currently,
there
is
no
specific
person
named
as
the
business
assistance
specialist.
However,
if
mr
beavis
wins
the
election,
then
joe
b
joe
alma
will
actually
be
named
business
assistant
specialist.
He
is
currently
the
business
advocate.
D
E
I
I
just
want
to
add
this
that
I
don't
think
anybody
can
question
my
passion
for
the
city
prior
to
me
being
on
council
and
when
I
was
on
city
council,
and
I
can
tell
you,
I
just
basically
reached
my
two-year
anniversary
working
with
the
chamber,
and
I
couldn't
be
more
proud
of
the
work
that
we
do
at
the
chamber
in
conjunction
with
the
city,
and
I
certainly
would
never
do
anything.
That's
a
conflict
of
interest
to
the
city
or
myself
or
the
chamber
of
commerce.
E
E
I
myself
have
worked
with
a
couple
of
our
chamber
members
on
the
employee
retention
credit
program,
that
from
what
I
am
understanding
that
within
our
chamber
footprint,
but
obviously
also
within
the
city.
Our
businesses
are
slated
to
get
back
a
million
dollars.
I
think
those
are
all
good
things
that
this
chamber
does
and
I
would
challenge
anybody
to
find
anything
that
I've
ever
done.
E
That
is
not
in
the
best
interest
of
this
city
or
our
business
community
or
our
residents,
and
so
I
I
think
our
relationship
with
the
chamber
and
the
city
is
probably
as
strong
as
it's
ever
been
and
I
think
we
work
excellent
together.
I
obviously
won't
be
able
to
go
on.
E
We
mean
business
anymore
because
of
more
so
because
of
the
sunshine
law
that
you
can't
have,
as
you
can't
now
currently
have
two
sitting
council
members
on
a
visit
like
that,
but
I'll
certainly
be
involved
in
trying
to
help
our
business
community
as
best
as
I
can
so
know
that
I
have
it
in
the
best
interest
of
my
heart,
this
city
in
our
chamber
and
our
residents.
So
thank
you
mayor
and
I'm
not
staying
because
I'm
going
to
the
kayla
and
I
have
a
tuxedo
jacket,
nice.
C
Nice
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know
the
friends
of
the
arts
having
their
mardi
gras
event
right
next
to
the
library
right
now,
so
some
of
us
went
early,
some
are
leaving
right.
Now,
that's
that'll!
Blame
him
all
right!
Anybody
on
this
side
of
the
room
come
on
up
and
we
have
do.
We
have
the
powerpoint
cued.
F
Tony
gross
711
santa
leaf
avenue
and
my
husband,
craig
gross,
also
of
the
same
address
I'm
here
to
address,
to
to
bring
two
items
to
your
attention.
The
first
one
is
craig,
and
I
want
to
thank
each
one
of
you
for
supporting
us
over
the
weekend
providing
a
beautiful
waterfront
setting
there
at
the
park
with
the
tribute
to
the
troops
riders,
as
you
can
see
in
the
pictures
that
are
going
through.
F
We
just
want
to
thank
you
for
all
the
support
that
you've
given
us
by
waiving
the
fees
which
would
have
been
more
than
the
tribute
to
the
troops
folks
could
afford
and
just
making
providing
for
us
a
wonderful
location
a
beautiful
weekend.
As
you
can
see,
we
just
had
a
very
very
good
time.
So
thank
you
so
much
that's
why
osmar
certainly
earns
purple
heart
city
very
veteran,
friendly
oriented,
and
we
just
appreciate
the
fact
that
you
support
our
gold
star
families,
all
four
of
them.
I
believe
so.
That's
the
first
item.
F
The
second
item
is
when
we
were
doing
our
ceremony
at
the
park.
We
would
like
to
request
that.
Well
when
we
were
doing
the
ceremonies.
F
G
F
Either
putting
two
signs
on
the
side
that
say:
please
watch
your
step
or
perhaps
painting
the
white
brick
board
or
just
before
you
step
off,
maybe
yellow
or
something
because
this
has
happened
before
and
we
don't
want
our
city
to
get
sued
right.
C
H
F
F
G
Today,
just
to
tell
you
real
quickly
the
gentleman
in
the
middle
there,
his
name
is
rocky
lynn.
He
was
tonya
tucker's
lead
guitarist
for
10
years.
He
is
one
of
the
most
sought-after
guitarists
in
nashville
as
far
as
soundtracking,
and
he
has
written
dozens
of
songs
himself.
He
sold
songs
to
blake
sheldon
and
all
these
other
big
rock
stars-
and
you
know
western
stars-
and
he
has
asked
me
to
come
to
tony
and
I
to
come
to
north
carolina
to
record
my
song.
They
buried
my
son
in
arlington.
G
F
He's
the
president
of
founder
of
tribute
to
the
troops
he
was
orphaned
as
a
child.
He
grew
up
in
an
orphanage
when
he
was
old
enough
to
leave.
He
joined
the
army
was
a
veteran
in
the
army
and
he
just
felt
he
wanted
to
give
back,
and
so
he
started.
This
organization
contributed
the
troops
to
honor
families
of
the
fallen,
and
then
three
years
ago
he
met
his
biological
father
and
they
lived
like
two
miles
from
each
other,
so
it
was
just
a
blessing
he's.
A
wonderful.
G
Person
and
his
father
by
the
way
now
rocky
is
a
professional
guitarist
and
a
biker.
His
father
was
a
professional
guitarist
and
a
biker
amazing
rocky
was
talking
to
his
dad.
His
dad
was
in
hospice
was
in
a
coma
and
rocky
was
talking
to
him.
He
said
I
had
to
talk
to
my
dad
and
he
said
dad.
I
think
I'm
going
to
cancel
my
trip
last
thursday.
F
G
Thursday,
I'm
going
to
cancel
my
trip
to
florida
just
talking
to
his
dad,
even
though
his
dad's
eyes
were
closed
and
he
said
I'm
going
to
cancel
that
trip
and
and
stay
here
with
you,
because
I
don't
think
you're
gonna
make
it
through
the
weekend.
His
dad
opened
his
eyes
and
said
you
go
and
he
closed.
F
C
B
H
C
A
Bring
the
mic
up,
I've
been
told,
I
have
a
quiet
voice
by
somebody
very
smart,
daniel
osmar
in
orbit
launch
date
march
5th
ariel's
park
at
10
o'clock
a.m.
Former
nasa
astronaut,
nicole
stott,
will
help
launch
this
pop-up
art
project.
The
oldsmart
orbit
planet,
walk
begins
at
the
sun
sign
inside
ariel's
park.
Each
planetary
sign
is
placed
proportionately
to
its
actual
distance
from
the
sun.
You
can
stroll
to
the
nearest
inner
planets,
place,
mercury,
venus
earth
and
mars
from
the
sun
placed
unit.
A
Okay,
you
can
learn
a
lot
more
than
I
know
or
could
read
just
like
going
there
and
that's
the
really
cool
thing
is
it.
It
has
a
feature
of
augmented
reality
right,
so
you
can
watch.
Each
planet
come
to
life
in
a
3d
format
by
downloading
the
free,
roar,
roar,
app
mobile,
app
from
the
apple
store
or
google
play,
and
you
can
learn
a
whole
lot
more
at
oldsmar
in
orbit.com.
A
Well,
on
saturday
is
the
deadline
for
requesting
a
mail-in
ballot
and,
of
course,
there's
no
early
voting
at
the
library.
So
if
you
get
a
mail
ballot,
you
need
to
get
it
in
the
mail
and
try
to
get
a
week
ahead
before
the
election
and
also
march
22nd
6
o'clock
in
here
we'll
have
a
canvassing
board
for
the
final
results
of
that
election
and,
of
course
following
will
be
our
city
council
meeting
and,
as
my
grandpa
would
say,
that's
the
community
minute.
C
C
Sentencing
you're
ready
to
vote
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
all
opposed
motion
passes
and
we
have
nothing
under
awards
and
recognition
tonight.
So
we'll
go
right
into
our
community
redevelopment
agency
and
the
first
item
on
the
agenda
is
going
to
be
presented
by
our
city
city
council.
I
was
going
to
say,
city
council,
mayor
city
manager,.
I
On
february
11
2021
john
buse
presented
a
proposed
conceptual
plan
at
the
community
redevelopment
work
session
for
the
city-owned
property.
At
that
meeting
direction
was
given
to
submit
a
revised
proposal.
On
april
6
2021,
the
city
council
approved
a
revised
conceptual
plan
and
authorized
the
city
manager
to
begin
negotiations.
I
I
Number
three
buildings:
five,
six
and
seven
are
tandem
garages
with
8.67
width
of
driveways,
as
shown
on
the
conceptual
plan,
number
four,
the
promenade
steps
in
the
right-of-way
to
meet
existing
sidewalks,
that's
buildings,
one
two
and
three,
as
this
is
city-owned
property
and
the
cra.
If
this
item
is
approved
by
the
city
council,
the
city
will
host
three
public
open
houses
to
present
the
conceptual
plan
and
the
essential
terms
to
the
public
city
staff
will
create
a
list
of
the
public
comments
received
at
the
open
houses
for
the
city
council's
review
and
consideration.
I
The
open
houses
are
tentatively
scheduled
for
wednesday
march
23rd
from
six
to
eight
pm
at
teco
hall
at
the
oldsmar
public
library,
thursday
march
24th,
from
1
to
3
p.m.
At
the
goeller
village,
clubhouse
and
saturday
march,
26
from
9
to
11
a.m.
At
the
cypress
forest
recreation
center
after
the
open
houses,
the
city
council
shall
review
the
essential
terms
of
the
development
agreement
and
the
public
comments
from
the
open
houses
and
shall,
if
it
determines
to
proceed
further
with
the
completion
of
the
development
agreement.
C
All
right
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
so
moved.
I
have
a
motion.
I
have
a
second
second
promotion
into
second
and
the
second
discussion.
D
J
K
I
do
really
appreciate
you
know
setting
up
this
new
format
for
getting
some
public
input,
because
you
know,
as
we've
all
heard
or
learned,
you
know
they
feel,
like
their
voices
may
not
be
heard
so
getting
that
feedback
mechanism
established
so
that
there's
something
that
can
be
funneled
to
us
and
be
dealt
with
in
advance
of
public
hearing
meetings.
I
think,
is
really
going
to
benefit
our
work
up
here
as
well
as
them
getting
their
voices
heard.
So
I'm
really
pleased
with
that
very.
H
Thank
you
mayor.
Yes,
just
a
couple
things
that
I
think
are
particularly
important.
The
public
meetings,
as
a
couple
people
have
mentioned
already
are
important,
and
I
think
part
of
that
can
be
helping
folks
understand
the
developers
responsibilities
on
this
list,
which
are
critical
and
also
the
absence
of
a
list
of
the
city's
responsibilities,
which
I
think
is
important
as
well.
H
This
potential
is
is
big.
I
went
back
and
did
the
math
and
saw
what
we
bought
some
of
this
property
for,
and
the
current
just
market
valuation
and
the
amount
that
the
city
potentially
could
earn
from
this
transaction
could
go
a
little
ways
toward
building
a
community
theater,
and
I
think
that's
a
great
return
on
investment
for
our
city.
H
H
I
think
it's
also
important
that
folks
understand
when
the
traffic
and
modality
kind
of
studies
and
the
environmental
impact
studies
around
step,
it's
not
step
rather
item
number
13
under
the
development
developers
responsibilities.
H
I
think
that
you
know
people
want
to
know
while
that's
a
responsibility.
What
does
that
mean?
You
know,
and
so
I
think
it'll
be
great-
to
have
city
staff
available
at
those
public,
townhouses
town
halls
or
open
houses
to
give
more
detail
as
to
those
projects.
So
that's
all
I
have
I'm
excited
about
this
project.
C
Very
good,
thank
you
yeah.
I
just
have
a
few
things
like
you
know.
I,
like
yourself
note
the
fact
that
we
we
spent
just
over
1.9
million
on
the
property,
and
you
know
right
now
the
price
at
2.8.
C
C
There's
a
lot
of
details
in
this
agreement
or
potential
agreement,
I
should
say,
are
the
essential
terms
that
have
a
lot
of
value
to
the
city
and
the
taxpayers.
The
performance
bond
is
a
big
deal.
It
protects
us
in
case.
We
end
up
in
a
situation
where
we
have
a
developer,
not
that
I
think
we
have
this
situation
with
who
we're
working
with
you
know
you
hear
the
horror
stories
about
people
running
out
of
money
and
all
of
a
sudden
you've
got
a
halfway
finished
building
there.
C
So
that's
a
really
important,
really
important
issue
for
us,
as
as
a
board
up
here.
I
do
have
one
thing
that
I
would
like
to
have
discussed
that
I
hope
comes
back
in
the
development
agreement.
C
You
know,
I
think
that
this
is
a
trend
that
we
should
prepare
for
and
while
anytime
we
get
into
the
scenario,
we
have
some
kind
of
mass
development
that
we
should
take
that
into
account
moving
forward.
Personally,
I
think
it
might
be
something
we
should
come
back
and
look
at
as
part
of
our
some
of
our
planning
codes,
but
I
I'd
throw
that
out
there
as
something
that
would
make
a
lot
of
sense
outside
of
that.
Those
are
really
the
only
main
comments.
C
I
look
forward
to
the
feedback,
I'm
glad
that
we've
added
that
to
the
process
so
that
it
gives
everyone
an
opportunity
to
ask
questions
not
just
be
able
to
make
comments,
because
you
still
have
the
public
hearings
that
we'll
go
through,
but
it
allows
for
interaction,
which
is
something
that
would
certainly
benefit
everybody
who's
interested
in
it.
So
if
there's
nothing
else,
sensing
you're
ready
to
vote,
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
I'll
do
a
roll
call.

The

I
moved.
I
have
a
motion
of
a
second
second
motion
to
second

nice
to
get
that
stuff
buried.
Wouldn't
it
good

C
A
really
good
job
with
that,
just
very
quick
right
to
it
carol,
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion.
I
have
a
second.
I
have
a
motion
and
a
second
discussion.
Sensing
you're

next
on
the

city

item

history:

by
former
mayor,
jerry
beverland.
M
M
Having
really
changed,
you
know
we
didn't
have
any
downtown
regulations
at
all
and
we
set
up
one
night
for
two
nights,
all
night,
long
reading
the
damn
regulations
for
building
this
city,
and
now
we
have
open
house,
we
have
open
house
now
I
mean
we
have
three
of
them.
This
is
incredible
anyway.
I
want
to
tell
y'all
just
one
thing:
two
things
before
I
go
into
my
dissertation.
This
is
my
beautiful
sweetheart
ira.
M
M
M
M
M
M
So
we
have
spent
55
years,
my
sweetheart
in
me,
and
thousands
and
thousands
and
thousands
of
hours
in
research,
because
we
wanted
this
city
to
have
a
history
and
it's
got
an
incredible
history.
It
really
does-
and
this
lady
helped
me
so
much
in
putting
this
history
together,
who's
done
it
to
you
all.
M
M
I
I
ca.
Everybody
knows
that
I
can't
remember
names.
I
have
that
I
forgot
her
name
on
our
first
date
and
had
to
ask
her
what
her
name
was
true
story.
M
M
M
I
want
to
ask
you,
and
she
has
done
a
lot
of
work,
putting
this
junk
together,
which
I
could
not
well,
I
I
did
the
first
part
of
it,
but
I
told
bruce
one
time
he
said
you
got
the
visions.
I
said
I
may
have
all
the
visions
in
the
world,
but
if
I
don't
have
anybody
to
take
those
visions
out
to
make
them
what
good
are
they?
I
said
I
use
you
to
make
the
visions
good.
M
In
the
19
in
19,
19,
the
the
sis,
the
60s
and
the
70s
of
200
years
ago,
we
had
a
big
hotel
down
here
that
reo
was
trying
to
build.
We
have
a
tap
down
there,
a
water
tap
it,
probably
I'm
the
only
one
in
the
world.
That
knows
where
it
is
now,
because
we
had
it
tapped
down
it's
in
bethesda's
park
and
it's
the
same
water
that
goes
to
safety
harbor
on
their
spa.
M
Before
nineteen,
I
don't
usually
use
notes,
but
I
got
a
few
notes
here
before
1950.
Every
house
in
this
town
either
had
an
end
grounds
acceptance
or
an
outhouse
before
1950..
M
M
M
M
M
I
finally
talked
him
in
to
sell
it
to
the
city
of
osmore
for
225
000.,
so
I'll
take
credit
for
that.
One,
okay,
the
there's
110
acres
in
town
that
we
are
next
and
nobody
on
council
can
do
anything
about
it.
M
M
M
For
some
reason
I
saw
him
and
we
talked
about
it
twice
and
after
the
second
time
I
told
bruce,
I
said:
bruce
prepare
for
stella
affairs,
land
attorney
to
come
in
the
city
of
osmore
and
request
annexation,
and
the
council
did
not
know
a
thing
about
it
and
about
two
months
later
he
came
in
and
asked
for
it
had
an
accident.
110
acres
for
the
city
of
oklahoma
calculate
that
sometime
for
taxes,
the
600
acres
where
nielsen
is
was
in
the
county,
not
the
city
of
osmore,
and
I
had
the
opportunity
tonight.
M
M
M
M
M
A
Right,
so
all
of
those
books
are
scanned
on
a
handy
dandy.
Usb
we
have
three
printed
out
sets.
One
set
for
council
will
be
in
the
council's
conference
room
in
the
city
clerk's
office,
and
then
another
set
will
be
going
to
the
library
and
the
set
will
be
going
to
the
osmore
historical
society
outstanding
outstanding.
M
C
Your
work
for
the
city
you've
been
doing
it
for
so
many
years
and
once
again
you
know
it
lives
on.
C
M
B
C
B
C
How
are
you,
how
are
you
I'm
good?
How
are
you
well
good
camera?
You
came
on
a
good
night,
I
guess
so
yeah
yeah
well
pete.
We
we
appreciate
you
applying
and
wanting
to
serve
on
the
board.
We
always
ask
folks
that
are
new
to
come
up
and
maybe
share
just
a
little
bit
about
yourself.
L
My
name
is
peter
wengen.
I
live
at
a
1805
driftwood
circle.
North
I've
been
in
the
city
for
four
years
now
moved
here
from
las
vegas
and
I
have
a
ginormous
family
that
came
with
me.
Four
children
and
I'm
in
the
aerospace
field,
so
perfect
places
florida
for
that.
So
I
figured
that
kind
of
goes
hand
in
hand
with
each
other
for
code
enforcement
and
what
I
actually
do.
So
I
lead
a
team
that
rehabs
navigational
units
for
america's
last
line
of
defense
and
we
are
very
strict
on
what
we
do.
C
L
B
K
L
This
town,
you
know
I've
always
lived
in
ginormous
towns,
where
I'm
just
a
number
and
it's
great
to
be
in
a
small
town
like
this.
We
fell
in
love
with
the
house.
The
moment
we
moved
here
and
it's
just
been
excellent
and
there's
been,
I
love
the
town.
I
never
want
to
leave,
so
I
figured
better
way
to
do
something
for
it.
L
C
Right
cheryl
entertain
a
motion
to
approve.
I
have
a
motion,
we'll
have
a
second,
an
emotion
and
a
second
all
in
favor
signify
by
saying
pete
oliver
motion
carriage.
You
know
we
didn't
make
you
dance
tonight.
You
wouldn't
want
that
anyways,
but
oh
you're,
a
pretty
big
student.
I
thought
I'm
not
going
to
impress
my
luck.
C
B
B
B
C
Know
that's
because
nobody
breaks
the
code,
apparently,
oh,
no,
no,
no,
no!
No,
all
right!
That
will
not
start
well.
Thank
you
for
your
continued
service.
As
always
and
your
council,
I
think
a
lot.
A
lot
of
folks
know:
you've
served
the
city
in
many
different
capacities,
and-
and
so
thank
you
for
still
being
involved
chair
will
entertain
a
motion
approved
motion,
a
second
any
discussion
thanks
so
much
babe.
Thank
you.
So
much
all
in
favor
secretary
by
saying,
aye,
aye,
aye
aye
all
opposed
passes.
C
H
C
All
right
so
next
item
on
the
agenda
item
number
eight
scheduled
work
session
for
capital
improvement,
budget
city
manager.
I
know
you
had
some
dates.
You
want
to
kind
of
give
us
where
things
stand
on
that.
I
H
H
Well,
thank
you
mayor.
It's
been
a
busy
couple
of
weeks.
I
want
to
keep
it
short,
but
I
do
want
to
make
it
a
point
to
mention
a
couple
of
things:
the
oldsmar
pairs
gala,
the
allison
wonderland
themed
gala
last
thursday
evening
was
a
wonderful
event,
a
fabulous
opportunity
to
give
back
to
our
community
and
to
an
entity
that
gives
back
for
us.
It
was
a
whole
lot
of
people
in
attendance.
I
don't
know
what
the
final
numbers
were.
Perhaps
you
I.
H
Bag-
but
that's
just
you
know
anyway,
friday
night,
family,
game,
night
wow,
I
chip's
not
here
this
evening,
but
what
a
hit
I
got
so
much
feedback
from
parents
of
kids
in
our
area
from
all
different
areas,
from
harbor
palms
area
mom
over
in
forest
lakes
and
another
mom
in
the
downtown
area
and
all
of
them
said.
Can
we
please
make
this
quarterly
or
semi-quarterly?
H
Or
do
this?
You
know
a
couple
more
times
a
year.
If
you
weren't
there,
it
was,
it
was
really
cool,
giant
jenga.
You
know,
jousting,
there
was
a
food
truck,
it
was
just
a
huge
hit
and
I
think
that
I
I've
heard
a
rumor
that
perhaps
it
might
be
coming
back
more
frequently.
So
I
was
really
delighted
to
hear
that
and
then,
of
course,
on
saturday
we
were
all
out
except
for
andrew
who
had
his
daughter's
second
birthday
party
at
opening
day
for
little
league,
which
was
a
fantastic
event.
H
I
had
the
opportunity
to
throw
the
first
softball
pitch.
The
mayor
threw
the
first
baseball
pitch
and
we
welcomed
all
the
young
kids
as
they
do
their
team
cheer
at
home
plate
just
a
really
cool
and
fun
event.
So
I
thank
the
the
parents
and
all
the
folks
at
little
league
who
work
so
hard
to
keep
things
going,
keep
things
organized
and
making
sure
that
the
kids
are
having
a
good
time
learning
and
participating.
It's
just
wonderful
to
see.
H
Looking
forward
to
the
capital
improvement
meeting,
I've
got
a
couple
of
things
I
intend
to
potentially
add
to
our
list
and
I
hope
to
see
everybody
over
at
the
mardi
gras
event
after
the
council
meeting
and
lastly,
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
it
has
been
my
absolute
honor
to
serve
with
each
of
you
up
here.
I
wish
everyone
the
very
best
of
luck
in
the
upcoming
election,
and
I
I
really
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
to
be
here
and
to
work
alongside
you
guys.
So
thank
you
so
much
mayor.
K
Thank
you
mayor,
just
a
few
things.
As
you
all
know,
I
was
not
here
at
present
at
the
last
meeting,
because
I
was
up
in
tallahassee
with
the
leadership
pinellas
group
class
of
2021.
We
we
don't
really
have
a
name.
It's
not
the
best
class
ever.
K
K
But
it
was,
it
was
a
really
good
trip.
We
had
a
chance
to
have
different
sessions
or
interfacing
with
senator
hooper,
as
well
as
representatives
latvala
and
speaker
sprouls.
So
I
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
them
for
hosting
us
up
there.
Florida
league
of
cities
also
had
had
us
for
a
session
as
well,
so
it
was
really
good
for
our
group
as
it
is
every
year
they
are
beginning
recruitment
for
the
next
class,
which
will
be
of
2022.
So
there
are
some
sessions
out
there
now
for
leadership
pinellas.
K
K
So
much
so
that
I
think
there
was
a
group
of
of
kids
riding.
It
was
either
a
long
pine
or
in
one
of
the
neighborhoods,
with
no
headlights
on
in
the
street
at
night
and
pretty
much
doing
the
same
playing
chicken
type
thing.
K
It's
gotten
to
the
point
where
there's
residents
within
my
neighborhood
that
have
they're
not
they're,
not
only
dealing
with
them
out
on
the
streets,
but
they're
now
beginning
to
start
to
harass,
people
that
have
called
them
out
for
doing
things,
and
it's
probably
not
all
of
them
that
are
out
riding.
But
it
worries
me,
and
I
just
don't
know
what
the
right
thing
is,
whether
it's
bringing
up
an
agenda
item
to
talk
through
ideas.
K
I
know
it
was
brought
up
in
the
past
about
trying
some
way
to
have
some
way
to
promote
the
some
sort
of
event
or
video
for
the
kids.
I
think
mayor
you
had
brought
that
up
previously.
So
I'd
really
like
to
see
you
know
something
that
can
help.
You
know
divert
their
attention
or
their
energy
of
what
they're
doing
to
something:
that's
not
going
to
be
causing
issues
for
other
kids.
That
would
get
involved
with
that,
or
you
know
adults
having
to
deal
with
that.
K
So
I
just
wanted
to
bring
that
everybody's
attention,
because
it's
definitely
seems
to
have
moved
around
a
little
bit
and
I
think
it's
something
that
we
probably
can.
I
hope
we
can
find
some
way
to
to
make
it
better.
So
I
just
wanted
to
bring
that
up.
K
You
know
I'm
in
and
out
of
that
area,
all
the
time
for
work-
and
I
I
just
wanted
to
comment
say
that
the
crews
out
there
working
right
now
are
doing
a
real
good
job
with
managing
the
traffic
over
there.
You
know,
there's
trucks
in
and
out
all
the
time
and
they're
closing
the
north
side
of
the
road
right
now
intermittently
for
some
of
the
work
they're
doing
so
it's
really
exciting
to
see
that
move
along
and
eventually
get
our
trail
set
up
over
there
to
go
west.
K
We
just
want
to
echo
what
councilmember
gannon
said
about
the
upcoming
election.
I
wish
both
of
you
all
the
best
luck.
Unfortunately,
you
both
can't
win
so
as
well
as
our
cc
candidates
that
aren't
here
with
us
this
evening.
So
looking
forward
to
seeing
the
results,
I'm
sure
everybody
will
be
looking
forward
to
a
big
sigh
of
relief
come
two
weeks
from
now
and
then.
Finally,
as
you
know,
I've
shared
with
everybody
here
before
just
to
keep
in
mind
that
I
might
have
another
absence
sometime
in
june
for
baby
watch.
K
D
D
My
daughter,
and
I
are
definitely
going
sunset-
sounds
touch
a
truck,
so
many
different
things
going
on.
Of
course,
the
apparently
an
election
that
is
going
to
be
out
of
this
world.
D
Two
weeks,
thank
you
both
you've
both
been
mentors
to
me
and
we've
become
friends
and
we're.
Certainly,
colleagues,
because
we
sit
up
here,
I
mean
from
the
bottom
of
my
heart.
Thank
you
best
of
luck
to
each
of
you
and
to
jared
and
to
mayor
beavis
best
of
luck
to
them.
That's
all
I
had
mayor.
Thank
you
very
good
council
member
soraki.
J
A
couple
neighbors
in
harbor
palms
have
complained,
they've
moved
to
sheffield
park,
so
last
night
we
were
playing
hockey
and
they
all
came
to
the
hockey
rink.
For
the
first
time
I
play
on
mondays
and
thursdays,
all
the
kids
showed
up
on
their
bikes,
so
I
went
over
during
intermission.
I
went
over
to
the
kids
and,
I
said,
hey
you
know
just
like
andrew
just
said:
let's
divert
their
energy.
I
invited
him
to
play
one
of
the
rules.
J
J
So
I
told
him
I
invited
him
back
for
thursday
night
hockey,
so
I'm
trying
to
divert
that
energy
that
andrew's
talking
about
to
try
to
get
him
on
the
hockey
rink
to
get
those
kids
off
the
street.
I
think
it's
an
idea.
It's
a
plan,
we'll
see
what
happens.
All
we
can
do
is
track
right.
That's
first
thing.
The
second
thing
I
want
to
bring
up
is
katie.
You
covered
a
bunch
of
stuff
that
we
we
all
attended,
was
great.
Being
at
the
oldsmar,
cares
gala
all
the
stuff
there's
a
resident.
G
J
The
other
night,
unfortunately,
he
his
family,
has
lived
on
country
club
for
years
years,
he's
an
old-time
family
resident.
Really,
my
my
heart
goes
out
to
the
family.
He's
a
he's
been
a
friend
of
mine
for
about
five
years
now
I
know
his
parents,
I
know
all
the
people
on
his
family
on
the
street
and
I
just
want
to
say
my
condolences
to
the
family
paul
and
I
our
prayers
are
with
you
guys,
I'm
sorry
for
that
sudden
loss,
it
just
happened.
Suddenly
it
was
only
45
years
old.
J
Last
thing
I
want
to
say:
is
I've
been
sitting
in
this
seat,
believe
it
or
not
for
seven
years
this
seat
right
here,
seven
years
and
what
comes
to
mind
when
I
say
that
it's
hard
to
believe
that
janice
miller
has
been
gone
for
over
seven
years,
because
I
took
to
her
seat
seven
years
ago,
gabby,
linda
doug,
jerry,
bieberlyn
and
bruce
were
the
team.
When
I
first
sat
in
this
seat,
every
seat
in
this
council
has
changed,
but
tom,
who
still
sits
next
to
me,
dan
and
kathy.
Everything
else
has
changed.
J
Have
been
limitless
in
two
weeks,
something
will
change.
Only
our
lord
knows
what
will
happen.
The
people
of
oldsmar
must
get
out
and
vote
there.
Whatever
happens,
I
truly
believe
you're
a
great
friend.
I
love
everyone
here
on
the
council.
I
think
you're,
all
great
people,
I
think
you're
gonna
do
great
things
for
our
city.
I
respect
all
of
you
and
I
thank
you
for
all
your
hard
work.
That's
all
I
have
mayor.
Thank
you.
Thank.
C
You
all
right.
Well,
everybody
has
pretty
well
covered
the
the
gala.
The
the
game
night,
which
was
a
lot
of
fun,
got
a
lot
of
great
feedback
on
that
an
opening
day
at
little
league,
I'm
just
going
to
say,
there's
always
a
little
pressure
getting
up
all
over
the
plate.
C
So
I
was
pretty
happy
about
that
on
the
bike
front.
You
know,
I
think
part
of
the
planning
process
this
time
around
should
include
diligence
on
that
subject.
You
know,
is
there
something
we
can
do?
You
know
to
dan's
point
getting
them
involved
in
some
of
the
other
activities
we
have
here.
You
know
we.
We
all
expect
for
our
bmx
track
to
open
back
up.
C
Maybe
that's
the
transition,
that's
more
natural
for
them,
because
they
like
bikes
and
they
like
the
adrenaline,
and
maybe
that
becomes
a
real
driver
for
us
to
try
to
to
incorporate
that,
and
so
certainly
certainly
that
that
is
a
direction
to
going
just
a
reminder.
Of
course,
friends
of
the
arts
mardi
gras
is
going
on.
Right
now
should
be
on
for
another
hour,
so
it
looks
like
we're
all
going
to
be
able
to
make
it
over
there
who
can
make
it.
C
I
don't
know
everybody's
plans-
and
I
heard
about
mr
yeah
dale
and
I
heard
about
it
over
the
course
of
the
weekend
and
that's
such
a
tragic
loss
so
suddenly
yeah.
He
had
recently
been
talking
to
me
about
the
boat
ramp.
I
know
he's
probably
talking
to
you
about
that
as
well
and
he's
yeah.
So
you
know
on
behalf
of
the
city,
condolences
absolutely
to
the
family.
C
You
know
I
you
know,
I
think
we're
all
about
politicked
out,
you
know,
yeah
I
mean
I'm
just
amen,
he's
going
to
talk
as
plain
as
possible.
I
do
want
to
say-
and
I
I
posted
this
on
social
media,
but
you
know
I've
heard
this
a
couple
times
the
density
incentive.
C
We
all
know
that
right
I
mean
so
just
if
you've
heard
that
that's
inaccurate
information
and
I
would
encourage
you
to
go
to
downtown
oldsmar
and
read
up
on
all
the
facts
of
it.
So
I'm
just
going
to
kind
of
leave
that
at
band-
and
certainly
there
is
an
election-
I've
been
told-
that's
coming
up
pretty
soon
and
I
think
the
entire
town
has
election
fatigue.
C
You
know
which
is
pretty
typical
for
where
we're
at
right
about
now.
The
next
two
weeks
will
go
by
like
this,
and
you
know
when
it's
over
no
matter
who
is
successful
in
those
elections
we
go
back
to
a
lot
of
normalcy,
very
quick,
the
city's
been
through
this
multiple
times
where
you
know
people
are
passionate
about
their
city,
and
that
falls
certainly
where
they're
passionate
about
elections,
which
is
part
of
what
makes
this
city
so
great.
C
You
know
people
care,
you
know
it
matters
to
them,
and
so
what
I
will
say:
good
luck
to
the
candidates,
I'll
say
to
council
members,
soraka
we've
served
and
done
a
lot
of
good
things
for
the
city
together,
one
thing's
for
sure
at
the
next
meeting,
one
of
us
won't
be
serving
right,
and
so
whatever
that
case
might
be,
certainly
I
am
glad
that
we've
been
able
to
spend
the
time
together.
We've
had
a
lot
of
laughs
done.
C
A
lot
of
good
things,
and
so
that's
the
kind
of
community
that
we
are
that
matters
most
at
the
end
of
the
day.
I
think
everybody
is
very
passionate
and
just
loves
our
city.
So
so
there
you
have
it
all
right.
That's
all
I
got
and
I'm
going
to
move
right
along
into
item
number
10
to
approve
the
tentative
agenda
for
march
22nd,
2022.
Council
meetings.
Do
I
have
a
motion
to
approve.
