A
A
B
A
Liberty
and
justice
for
all
I'll,
just
say
a
couple
of
things
and
then
we'll
turn
it
over
to
the
ladies,
who
are
way
better
at
this
than
I
am,
and
they
can
run
this
event.
We
really
do.
Thank
you
guys
for
taking
your
time
out
of
your
busy
schedule
to
attend
the
roots
and
strengths
of
our
democracy,
start
at
the
community
level
and
being
the
former
mayor
of
the
city
of
oldsmar,
I
cannot
agree
with
that.
A
More
the
people
closest
to
the
government
are
the
ones
that
can
get
things
done,
so
the
individual
is
choosing
to
seek
the
elective
office
at
this
level.
Do
so
at
the
purest
form
of
democracy
and
governance.
They
are
truly
citizen
servants
that
are
here
to
listen
to
their
ideas
and
visions
and
hold
them
accountable
as
they
serve
through
your
continued
involvement.
Our
purpose
tonight
is
to
have
you
meet
these
choosing
to
seek
election
this
year
and
hear
them
out
each
candidate,
or
already
seated
official
will
have
not.
We
have
know.
A
Seated
officials
will
have
two
minutes
to
tell
you
about
themselves
and
their
goals.
As
your
representative,
the
candidates
will
then
participate
in
a
forum
that
will
probe
more
in
depth.
The
League
of
Women
Voters
will
moderate
the
forum
and
serve
as
the
timekeeper
and
Becker
assisted
by
Ellen
singing.
Is
that
right
will
moderate
the
forum
and
ask
the
questions.
Our
timekeepers,
Becky,
Snyder
and
Susan
Cornett
will
provide
a
30-second.
A
Response
time
being
up,
she
will
raise
a
stop.
Let's
look
at
that
technology
at
its
finest
time
to
expire.
There
are
three
candidates
running
for
office,
one
two
three
to
serve
on
the
City
Council
in
seat.
Three
and
I
would
just
like
to
say
this
seat.
Three
was
held
by
councilmember
Gavin,
Magee,
actually
kind
of
an
interesting
story.
Council
member
danfa
Magee
ran
for
that
seat.
A
A
This
will
be
followed
by
a
round
of
questions.
Each
candidate
will
have
one
minute
to
respond.
You'll
get
the
stop
sign.
Questions
will
be
rotated
among
candidates
to
ensure
all
get
a
chance
to
be
first
in
the
barrel,
15
minutes
prior
to
the
end
of
the
forum,
each
candidate
will
be
provided
the
opportunity
to
ask
other
candidates
one
question.
Finally,
each
candidate
will
be
provided
two
minutes
to
provide
summaries
of
their
candidacy.
Questions
have
been
pre-prepared
by
the
moderator
and
the
chamber
of
commerce
and
have
not
been
shared
with
the
candidates.
A
We
will
also
take
written
or
we
have
taken
written
questions
which
we
are
no
longer
accepting
written
questions.
Correct
correct
makes
us
confuse
our
discouraged
and
we
ask
that
all
questions
focus
on
issues
of
importance
to
the
city
of
Oldsmar
and
the
candidates
perspective
on
these
topics.
We
will
attempt
to
get
to
all
of
the
questions
as
time
constraints.
One
hour
has
been
allocated
to
complete
this
forum,
so
25
minutes
after
8
was
when
we
will
stop
to
maximize
this
time.
A
C
I
just
want
to
say
how
impressive
it
is
to
see
a
turnout,
I
didn't
think
for
one
seat.
We
would
have
the
same
turnout
as
we
had
a
year
ago
when
there
were
more
people
running
for
things,
so
you
are
admirable.
I
think
it's
great
I
also
want
to
say
that
the
league
is
celebrating
something
two
things
really
important:
this
year:
100th
anniversary
of
women
getting
the
right
to
vote,
I.
C
Believe
37
states
signed
on
to
the
Equal
Rights
Amendment.
Most
people
don't
know
that
it
never
passed
or
was
it
the
38th
38th.
So
those
are
two
things.
We're
really
excited
about.
I
just
want
to
emphasize
we're
nonpartisan
and
that's
why
we're
here?
Because
we
want
to
offer
you
a
fair
hearing
of
your
candidates.
I
understand
they
all
know
each
other,
so
this
is
makes
it
delightful.
C
C
D
Got
it
as
a
matter
of
fact?
Not
only
do
we
know
each
other
believe
it
or
not
we're
neighbors,
it's
kind
of
crazy.
How
you
do
it
folks.
My
name
is
Chris
Boer
and
in
fact
I
am
running
for
City,
Council,
c3
and
I
want
to
say
all
the
thank-yous
that
are
out
there,
but
that
would
take
a
lot
of
time.
So
thank
you,
the
Women's
League.
Thank
you.
Take
Colonel,
Gerry
custom.
You
probably
put
the
questions
together
and
all
you
guys
for
being
here
bottom
line.
D
Is
it
doesn't
work
without
you
being
here
so
I
got
to
give
you
my
bio
and
those
of
you
that
know
me
know
that
I'm
a
pretty
windy
guy.
So,
let's
see,
if
I
can
do
this
quickly
born
in
Tampa
and
I
actually
beat
my
parents
here
right.
So
I
was
born
in
68
in
June
folks
didn't
get
here,
till
October
how'd
that
happen
well
as
adopted
in
69.
That's
how
it
happened
and
they
got
me
from
the
children's
home.
We
made
the
Great
Western
migration
to
Oldsmar
loaded
up
the
old
truckster.
D
We
went
west
in
1973.
We
landed
in
a
place
called
Harbor
Palms.
Where
was
that
they
would
ask
and
we'd
say
next
to
the
nest
of
the
race
track.
So
my
dad
met
a
guy
named
Jerry,
beaver
Linda
and
the
rest
is
history.
My
father
Don
Bohr
was
a
two-term
City
Council
member
and
mom
Jane
Bohr
has
a
wall
full
of
olds,
more
recognition,
I'm
telling
you
right
now
that
might
only
be
rivaled
by
Jerry
Berlin
she's
done
it
all
folks
been
married
for
20
years,
Missy
and
I
crazy.
D
As
we
are
in
joy
of
our
lives.
We
adopted
our
son
Christopher
a
couple
years
ago:
I
graduated
countryside
high
school
that
just
made
dad's
smile
a
little
bit.
I
graduated
cuma
son,
barely
I
got
a
bachelor's
degree
for
the
University
of
Central
Florida,
wasn't
sure
what
I
was
gonna.
Do
there
then
I
found
when
you
get
one
in
radio
and
television
I
figured
I
had
a
great
face
for
radio.
Why
not?
And
do
it
and
had
a
great
time
doing
it
folks
bottom
line
is
this
is
what
I
want
for
all
tomorrow.
D
I
want
a
little
bit
more.
The
same
bottom
line
is
I.
Am
on
board
for
our
downtown
redevelopment,
but
I
want
to
make
sure
that
guys,
like
Kenny
and
Tommy,
have
what
they
need.
The
firefighters
is
what
I'm
talking
about
to
make
that
happen.
We're
limited
in
time,
folks
I'm
going
to
talk
to
you
a
long
way
tonight.
So
are
these
two
fine
candidates
glad
to
be
in
the
race?
D
C
B
Evening
back
in
the
late
1990s
there
was
a
city
council
meeting
across
the
street
and
in
that
city,
council
meeting
was
a
group
of
scouts.
The
scouts
were
there
working
on
one
of
their
merit:
badges
working
towards
Eagle
Scout.
The
scouts
had
a
chance
to
have
a
conversation
with
the
mayor
at
the
time,
Jerry
be
verlan
at
the
end
of
their
conversation,
Jerry
joked,
perhaps
someday.
One
of
you
will
be
up
here
serving
as
a
city
council
person
well
I'm
here
tonight
to
tell
you
that
that
is
very
close
to
becoming
a
reality.
B
As
I
was
one
of
the
scouts
at
that
meeting.
That
night,
my
name
is
Andrew
Knapp
and
I'm
running
for
oldsmar
City,
Council
seat,
3
I've
grew
up
here
in
oldsmar,
been
here.
Basically,
my
whole
life
I've
seen
a
lot
of
change
over
the
years,
mostly
good
change
things
that
I
wouldn't
really
complain
about,
but
I
think
there's
an
opportunity
for
a
lot
more
change
that
we
as
a
council
can
provide
to
our
citizens.
B
I'm,
an
engineer
and
every
day,
I'm
challenged
with
probably
problem
solving
and
I
think
that
skill
set
would
translate
well
to
giving
some
positive
benefit
to
our
city.
I'm
excited
to
answer
the
questions
from
the
league
tonight,
as
well
as
from
our
audience,
I'm,
really
looking
forward
to
what
your.
What
do
you
have
concerns
about?
Thank
you.
E
E
It's
so
important
right
now
and
I
always
had
that
idea
in
my
head
that
that's
a
good
idea
and
then,
when
she
came
along
I
realized.
It's
not
a
good
idea.
It's
essential,
so
she's
been
sitting
there
on
and
off
since
she
was
two
in
the
front
row
of
city
council
meetings
and
she's
his
biggest
fan
phoebus
and
she
knows
a
lot
of
people
in
the
community
and
that's
intentional,
because
I
want
her
to
develop,
ties
and
attachment
and
connection
it's
so
important
for
mental
health
and
and
just
a
whole
host
of
things.
B
C
F
C
It's
fine,
we
all
do
it
believe
me
I'm,
going
to
start
mr.
Moore
Andrew,
dr.
O'brien,
and
the
first
question
is
going
to
be
very
general
and
I'm
going
to.
Can
you
hear
me,
okay,
I'm,
going
to
correct
Jerry,
because
I
went
on
your
website
today,
and
this
question
is
old.
Smarm
on
old
Tamar's
motto
is
a
great
place
to
live,
work
and
play.
C
D
You
very
much
and
they,
the
statement
is
absolutely
true
and
we
could
probably
have
all
sorts
of
alliterations
to
compound
on
that.
What
makes
it
so
special
is
the
charm
and
the
charisma
that
was
here
in
1973
is
still
here
right.
We're
like
the
star
billing
speeches
almost
like
that.
Try
to
think
of
the
dr.
D
Seuss
book
that
it
all
grew
up
around
us,
but
you
know
what
we
were
able
to
maintain
it,
and
it's
really
really
something
special
and
guys
like
be
verlan,
more
guys,
like
provenzano
and
francisco
before
us
guys,
like
Beebe
this
guy's
that
land
bank
for
us
to
make
sure
that
when
you
have
these
beautiful
parks,
those
make
that
this
place
so
special
and
gives
it
the
charisma
and
the
charm
and
yeah
doggone
right.
I
love
it
I'm
sick
of
people
driving
through
Oldsmar
I,
wanted
to
drive
to
oldsmar
to
stay
here.
Thank
you.
Thank.
B
Believe
in
the
motto
I've
lived
here,
basically,
my
whole
life
I
work
for
an
employer
right
here,
based
in
Oldsmar
I
play
here.
My
wife
and
I
like
to
enjoy
the
trails
we
actually
just
bought
a
kayak
and
look
forward
to
using
it
down
at
Bicentennial,
Park
and
I
plan
on
staying
here.
People
ask:
oh:
do
you
have
further
aspirations
to
go
further
and
public
service
and
I
tell
them
no
I'm
here
to
serve
Oldsmar
I
get
job
offers
regularly
from
other
engineering
firms.
B
C
E
A
tough
question
because
all
four
of
those
things
live,
work
play
and
stay
are
in
there,
because
all
four
of
those
are
important
enough
to
include
in
there.
So
it's
hard
to
say,
work
is
most
important
or
a
play
is
most
important
and
live
means
work,
play
and
stay.
So
I
guess
stay
would
be
my
choice,
but
with
all
of
those
things
being
good
and
important,
and
what
families
here
want
so
that
they
do
want
to
stay
we're
saying:
I
want
Fallon
to
live
her
whole
childhood
in
our
schools
in
our
town.
E
I
think
that's
a
great
thing
if
you
can
do
it,
because
that
just
really
puts
down
roots
and
resilience
so
I
guess
all
of
the
above
and
let's
have
people
stay
because
we're
doing
such
a
wonderful
job
as
council,
people
and
citizens
and
everybody
who
lives
and
works
and
plays
here.
Thank
you,
doctor
I'm.
C
B
I
think
this
partnership
works
really
well.
Currently,
there's
probably
some
room
for
improvement.
I
myself
is
that
I'm,
actually
a
member
of
several
of
the
volunteer
boards
with
the
city,
the
ordinance
review
committee,
as
well
as
a
code
enforcement
board
and
a
trustee
on
the
firefighters
pension
board.
I
think
one
thing
that's
been
a
consistent
theme
over
the
years.
Looking
back
at
past
forums
is
communication.
There
seems
to
be
kind
of
a
disconnect
somewhat
in
between.
B
Maybe
what
the
council
sees
that
the
priorities
for
the
boards
to
do
so,
I
think
maybe
perhaps
there
should
be
a
large
meeting
with
all
the
boards,
as
well
as
the
council,
in
a
public
forum
just
kind
of
get
to
know
each
other
I
mean
we
have
an
award
ceremony
where
people
have
served
after
the
fact,
but
it's
there
to
just
be
rewarded
and
not
really
talk
business,
so
I
think
that's
something
that
could
really
be
expanded.
Opponent.
Thank
you.
C
E
Feel,
like
I,
have
been
a
person
attending
City
Council
meetings
for
a
while
and
from
the
outside.
It
looks
like
everything
runs
smoothly
and
work
gets
done
here,
and
so
that
must
be
a
function
of
good
communication,
good
partnering,
it's
always
different
when
you're
inside
and
you
can
see
what
the
strengths
are
and
the
flaws
are
in
any
kind
of
organization
or
business
or
marriage
or
anything,
and
so
I
can't
answer
that
with
first-hand
experience,
but
from
the
outside,
it
looks
good
I
think
the
piece
that's
missing
is
more
involvement
from
the
citizens.
E
I
feel
like
if
they
understood
that
their
voices
are
really
very
important
and
valued,
they
might
participate
a
little
bit
more
in
the
process.
I
think
that
sometimes
they
feel
like
outsiders
and
not
as
people
who
can
be
involved
and
really
have
a
say
so
I
think
that's
a
communication
piece
that
we
can
improve.
Thank
you.
D
All
three
of
them
have
to
work
in
harmony
in
concert
90.
They
knew
it
tremendously.
Well,
you
know
at
least
I
thought
so,
just
like
dr.
Brian
said
until
I
started
running
for
office.
Some
people
want
to
pull
you
aside
when
they
that
you're
running
they
want
to
tell
you
things.
You
really
didn't
want
to
hear.
D
So
it's
a
beautiful
thing
once
we
get
here,
it's
gorgeous
when
we
get
out
there
and
we
have
those
plaques
and
those
monuments,
those
great
parades
and
festivals,
but
there's
a
little
bit
of
he
said
said,
and
she
said:
there's
nothing
wrong
with
that.
Folks,
if
you
work
out,
you
have
to
break
muscles
down
to
make
them
stronger
right.
The
same
thing
happens
with
all
three
branches
here.
Sometimes
you
got
to
break
them
down
to
make
them
stronger
and
at
the
end,
what
you're
talking
about
is
the
end
result.
The
results
are
beautiful
and
I.
D
C
E
That's
a
great
question
and
people
interested
in
running
you
might
ask:
why
would
you
do
this
when
it's
one
year-
and
you
know
you
have
to
do
it
all
over
again
in
a
year?
And
my
answer
quickly
to
that
is
I
have
felt
just
something
on
my
heart
to
run.
I've
always
wanted
to
do
it
and
I
just
felt
like
a
sponge
lined
up
and
the
timing
seemed
right
and
so
I
went
for
it.
E
D
Yeah,
it's
officially
I
wanted
to
bring
a
little
levity
to
it.
The
bottom
is:
we've
got
some
really
important
stuff
on
the
docket
folks
we're
pushing
this
downtown
development
coming
along
and
it's
zipping
down
the
pipe,
and
we
have
to
have
somebody
to
help
steer
that
and
there's
some
great
people
steering
this
thing
right
now,
but
Sandy's
gonna
vacate
the
seat
here
in
just
a
minute
on
March
17,
well,
she's,
gonna
vacate
the
week
later.
C
B
In
the
first
year
you
know
it's
a
very
short
time
frame,
but
city
has
already
been
very
active
in
pursuing
development
plans
for
downtown
they're,
currently
in
a
state
where
they're
already
executing
Nageotte.
Excuse
me
negotiating
development
agreements
with
developers
for
the
two
proposals
over
here
and
a
lot
of
people.
Don't
know
that
basically,
two
more
hotels
may
wind
up
in
Oldsmar.
B
Now
I'm,
not
gonna,
you
know
cast
an
opinion
one
way
or
the
other
about
that,
but
I
think
it
would
be
the
responsible,
because
downtown
is
so
important
to
the
council
to
make
it
such
a
landmark
for
the
city
that
really
we
should
be
going
above
and
beyond,
reaching
out
to
the
citizens,
letting
them
know
what's
coming
getting
their
feedback.
I
can't
tell
you
how
many
people
I've
already
met
that,
regardless
of
their
opinion,
they
didn't
know
and
I
think
knowing
is
just
a
huge
part
of
being
connected
with
our
citizens.
A
C
D
They
need
to
make
sure
that
they've
got
the
infrastructure,
the
firefighters
that
are
in
place
to
make
sure
that
it
all
works
so
that
when
it
comes
in
and
you
start
spending
your
money,
no
idea
of
citizens
going
and
enjoying
these
places,
but
indeed
they're
protected
and
they're
doing
it
safely.
There's
not
much
you're,
really
gonna
do
in
12
months,
truly
you're.
Not
so
just
stand
up
here,
put
your
hand
in
the
air
and
say
I'm
gonna.
Do
this
I'm
gonna
do
that
you're
gonna
help
it
along
and
your
vote
counts
and
it
matters.
D
But
the
biggest
thing
that
you
want
to
do
is
make
sure
that
you
are
showing
that
investor
that
somebody's
gonna
come
and
they're
gonna
reap
something
from
what
they've
sown,
and
that
is
making
sure
that
it's
an
attractive,
downtown
and
I
think
that
we've
got
some
of
those
things
in
place.
That
would
help
that
along
that's
what
I
would
and
very
important.
C
B
Last
year,
in
March,
the
city
actually
had
a
ballot
referendum
question
on
the
ballot
about
providing
tax
benefits
of
new
businesses
or
businesses
that
were
expanding.
However,
due
to
the
restrictions
of
how
basically
it's
worded
through
the
state
statutes,
they
there's
no
benefit
that
can
be
applied
to
very
small
businesses.
So
I'd
like
to
see
the
city
explore
particular
options
that
can
mimic
that
scale
of
a
plan
that
was
passed
by
the
residents,
I
think
everybody's
in
support
that
they
want
to
see
small
businesses
thrive.
Unfortunately,
we
lost
some
recently
and
I
know.
B
E
Back
on
that
by
saying
it
is
important
to
attract
small
businesses
here,
and
this
is
not
my
area
of
specialty
I
support.
Of
course,
the
development
of
downtown
no
question
and
making
this
a
beautiful
and
a
attractive
place
to
live,
I
think
means
focus
more
on
the
people
and
what
they
want
when
it
comes
to
that
and
the
businesses
may
be
attracted
when
we
have
a
say
in
what
goes
in
there
and
it's
balanced
I
feel
like.
E
If
we
want
a
walkable
downtown,
there
should
be
lots
of
different
options
and
choices
of
things
to
do
not
I
mean
I.
Think
more
hotels
are
great
if
that's
necessary,
but
how
about?
If
we
walk
and
have
lunch
at
a
cafe
with
my
mom
and
get
our
hair
done
together
and
go
enjoy
some
art
or
go
see
a
play
like.
C
B
B
E
I,
like
the
architecture-
that's
here
and
I,
think
doing
a
uniform
system
of
arc
sure
is
a
good
idea.
However,
I
wish-
and
it's
too
late
for
this,
but
I
wish
that
some
of
the
older
buildings
and
Oldsmar
were
retained
and
refurbished
just
to
help
our
small
town
feel
that's
one
thing
that
is
nice
and
unique
about
oldsmar
is
the
small-town
feel
and
I
I
think
the
architecture
here
is
beautiful.
E
D
You
nobody's
trying
to
make
this
Batman's
metropolis
relax.
It
was
fantastic
just
a
few
months
ago
to
watch
to
watch
the
questions
from
that
chair
right
there,
a
Katy
Gannon
and
some
of
the
others.
It's
the
little
things.
There's
one
right
there
asking
questions
the
little
things
as
they
were
talking
about
what
the
parameters
were
going
to
be
for
the
architecture
and
we're
talking
about
the
eaves
had
to
be
a
certain
way
in
a
certain
length
and
a
certain
style.
I
was
like.
F
D
This
is
good
stuff.
Absolutely
they
care
it's
the
little
things
that
matter.
So
how
do
you
do
that?
How
do
you
take
that
modern,
build
and
remember
what
was
yesterday?
Will
you
do
it
and
it's
happening
right
now
and
remember
our
job
for
the
next
12
months
is
to
basically
help
them
steer
that
so
yes,
it's
important.
Of
course
it
is
you're,
not
gonna.
Have
some
big
old
eyesore
in
the
middle
of
State
Street's
not
gonna
happen.
D
So
the
fact
that
Glenda
and
Dan
and
and
everybody
else,
that's
up
here
already
working
with
the
architects-
tell
me
that
it's
a
process,
that's
getting
their
attention
and
I
would
like
to
help
that
along
I.
Think
it's
beautiful,
I
love.
What
we're
doing
here.
As
an
engineer,
you
probably
are
thinking,
that's
pretty
neat.
C
Question
right
with
the
development
of
State
Street's
downtown.
What
is
your
standpoint?
What
is
your
viewpoint
on
property
owners
outside
of
the
Community
Redevelopment
area
in
the
old,
smart,
downtown
district
side,
streets,
st.
Pete
Drive
down
to
or
wanting
to
be
able
to
rezone
their
larger,
single
or
double
residential
properties?
To
allow
multiple
townhomes
to
be
built
to
be
built
next
to
pre-existing
single-family
homes?
Is
this
something
you
would
support?
I
think
we
got
a
yes/no
question
here.
Do
you
need
me
to
repeat
that
I
couldn't.
E
E
Obviously
more
families
would
come
here,
but
I
think
we
need
to
be
careful
about
the
residents
and
what
they
prefer
on
their
own
streets.
So
perhaps
if
there
wasn't
other
land
for
townhomes
and
those
kinds
of
complexes
to
be
built
that
could
be
considered
later
her
rezoning,
but
my
initial
thought
is
no,
however,
why
don't
we
ask
people
who
are
directly
affected?
That's.
D
Answer
would
be
no
if
it
was
a
yes
or
no
question,
but
it's
not
that
easy.
The
better
question
would
be:
how
do
we
get
the
rezoning?
Why
are
we
doing
that?
How
did
that
happen?
What
happened
to
the
folks
that
owned
property
over
there
that
bought
it
for
a
reason,
you're
talking
to
a
guy
that
grew
up
on
a
golf
course
in
Harvard
ponds
and
by
golly,
when
they
decided
they
were
going
to
come
in
and
turn
that
golf
course
into
a
bunch
of
houses.
Thank
you
easily.
Goats.
There
was
a
great
compromise.
D
It
happened
figuratively
in
this
room.
Only
it
was
across
the
street.
I
mean
you
start
talking
about
rezoning
and
redistricting
holy
smokes.
That's
that's
a
whole
new
ballgame
Kelly
bar
lador,
my
dad
and
some
other
people
got
together
and
said:
no,
no,
no!
No!
We
bought
for
a
certain
reason
we
bought,
because
the
charm
of
this
golf
course
we
bought
because
of
the
estuary
behind
us
and
doggone
it
if
you're
gonna
go
ahead
and
put
that
in
there
you're
gonna
give
us
the
great
compromise.
D
C
B
Right
to
be
specific,
it
sounds
like
there
might
be
concerns
with
changing
allowing
changes
in
density
outside
of
the
town
center
district,
which
I
would
not
be
in
favor
of
obviously,
at
some
point.
In
the
past,
the
density
requirements
or
allowances
were
changed
within
the
town
center
district,
which
has
residents
that
live
in
there
now
not
happy
about
it.
Seeing
some
of
the
townhomes
that
have
popped
up
along
st.
Pete
Drive
at
Park
Boulevard.
So
it's
unfortunate
that
that
changed
while
people
already
live
there
and
unfortunately,
they're
gonna
have
to
deal
with
that.
B
But
you
know:
there's
there's
also
the
chance
for
the
ones
that
are
outside
to
keep
it,
as
is
there's
no
reason
to
be
changing
density
outside
of
the
town
center
district.
If
what
is
given
the
allowable
density
now
has
not
been
reached.
If
you
still
have
small
homes,
then
that
may
change
over
time
or
you
can
revert.
If
there's
enough
people
that
are
upset
about
it,
then
maybe
we
can
should
consider
reverting
our
density
allowances.
So
that's
that's.
What
I
see
is
that
issue.
B
G
C
We're
gonna
go
global
for
a
minute.
We've
been
very
local.
Okay,
there's
a
rumor
that,
because
of
our
trade
war
with
China,
that
our
recycled
materials
aren't
being
purchased
by
them
anymore
and
are
being
dumped
with
the
trash.
Can
you
comment
on
this?
Is
there
a
different
solution
instead
of
selling
to
China
yeah
I'll?
Do
it
we're
going
global
we're.
D
Don't
know,
is
it
jurors
in
a
rumor,
you
said
it
was
a
rumor
okay.
So
if
it's
a
rumor
okay,
so
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
we're
gonna
play
the
hypothetical
game
the
end
of
the
day
is
we
got
to
repurpose
here
at
home?
That
would
be
the
answer.
I
don't
have
that
answer
like
specifically
as
engineer
man
over
here,
but
I
can
tell
you
this.
Instead
of
throwing
your
milk
bottle
in
the
trash
can
and
not
selling
it
to
China
and
maybe
used
to
water,
your
plants
I,
don't
know.
B
Not
buying
nearly
as
much
as
what
they
used
to
buy
it's
very
true
and
so
they're
either
dumping
it
or
it's
just
not
being
sold
over
there.
So
then
what
happens?
Safety
harbor
is
considering
eliminating
their
recycling
program
they're,
going
to
just
send
all
their
waste
to
the
waste
energy
plant
in
Pinellas
County.
So
is
that
something
we
might
face
in
the
future?
There's
a
good
chance
of
that,
because
if
we
can't
sell
in
the
recycling
program,
there's
just
there's
no
cost-benefit
to
doing
it.
B
E
C
Yes,
with
I
remember
this
issue
from
last
session
too,
with
all
the
concern
about
climate
change
and
sea
levels,
rising
as
old
Marr
is
a
seaside
community.
What
can
you
tell
us
about
what
the
city
is
already
planning
and
do
you
have
other
ideas
about
solving
this,
and
how
important
is
this
issue
to
you,
sea
level
change
all.
G
A
B
You
he
went
Christmas
personal,
really.
C
F
B
C
B
E
As
I
said
with
the
last
question,
there's
a
lot
I,
don't
know
and
a
lot
that
I
want
to
learn,
obviously
with
trends
and
scientific
studies
with
climate
change.
There
are
things
that
we
need
to
do
really
quickly,
since
we
will
be
affected
by
this
I
learned
from
Linda
at
the
last
city
council
meeting
about
just
how
vulnerable
we
are
given
that
we're
surrounded
by
water
on
many
sides.
E
So
this
should
be
important
to
everybody
because
it
affects
us
and
if
it
doesn't
affect
us
sitting
in
here,
it
will
affect
our
families
and
future
people.
So
it's
very
important
and
I
want
to
learn
a
lot
more.
Thank
you.
D
Climate
change
is
a
moniker
that
is
used
to
describe
so
many
things
when
people
can't
figure
out
what's
going
on,
do
I
buy
into
it
to
a
degree.
Do
I
bind
this
hysteria,
not
at
all.
Listen
I've
lived
here.
My
entire
life
in
72
a
tree
fell
in
our
house.
Hurricane
Agnes,
an
85
Hurricane
Elaine,
has
spun
off
the
coast
for
three
days.
We
got
water
all
the
way
up,
all
the
way
up
to
baby,
whatever
we've
had
several
storms
that
come
through
look
bottom
line.
D
Is
it's
responsible
development
when
you
really
think
of
us
as
a
species
and
the
fact
that
we're
talking
about
things
that
happened
200
years
ago?
How
did
we
measure
that
we
have
no
idea?
We
pretty
much
went
build
it
here.
I
haven't
seen
a
tide
this
high,
so
the
fact
that
matters
we're
spending
a
lot
of
money
on
science
and
I
appreciate
that
and
all
it
does
is
give
us
guidelines
to
think
that
my
plastic
straw
at
McDonald's
that
I
put
in
that
little
receptacle
so
that
they
can
redo
it.
D
C
E
Looking
at
the
floor,
which
I
mean
I'm
I
appreciate
what
we
have,
but
it's
chipped
and
when
kids
are
running
across
and
flying
and
doing
their
thing,
it
sounds
like
a
tin
can
is
being
walked
on
and
I
just
feel,
like
our
kids
work
so
hard
and
after
they
see
this
more
kids
are
going
to
want
to
do
this
and
work
so
hard
that
I
feel
like
a
Performing,
Arts,
Center
or
improving.
What
we
have
is
necessary,
I,
just
think
it's
great,
a
great
social
skills
builder,
a
great
confidence
builder.
E
D
I'm
I've
got
a
Bachelor
of
Arts
for
goodness
sakes,
I
love
it
I
love
it
all.
In
fact,
I'm
going
to
try
to
figure
out
how
to
go
and
watch
the
play
on
Saturday
be
in
two
places
at
once.
If
I
can
do
it,
I
just
will
say
I'm
a
supporter
of
it
all.
As
far
as
expanding
all
of
this
I
think
before
we
start
expanding
things,
why
don't
we
get
more
people
involved
in
what
we
already
have
before
we
start
spending
more
money
and
I
mean
I'm
all
about
fixing
floors.
D
B
I,
too,
am
in
favor
of
committing
to
building
a
cultural
arts
and
Events
Center.
We
actually
used
to
have
a
building
where
the
plays
and
the
music
performances
happened
where
our
current
library
is,
and
there
are
actually
old
plans
that
the
council,
at
one
point,
was
considering
pursuing
a
new
Arts
Center,
so
I
think
that
needs
to
be
put
back
to
the
forefront
and
expand
our
additionally.
We
have
an
amphitheater
down
on
the
park
that
gets
I
feel
is
pretty
underutilized
for
events.
B
You
know
you
see
oldsmar
days,
there's
music,
there
celebrate
Oldsmar
a
few
other
events,
but
now
recently,
Felicia
and
chip
have
been
working
on
kind
of
expanding,
with
a
fall
and
a
spring
music
series
I'd
like
to
see
more
of
that.
I
would
love
to
see
that
amphitheater
in
that
part,
yeah
not
packed
every
weekend
but
used
so
that
people
or
just
have
more
opportunities
to
engage
with
each
other.
Thank
you.
C
D
D
C
B
B
Funny
that
you
should
ask
that
question,
because
my
slogan
is
connecting
all
of
us
for
my
campaign:
I
think
if
we
build
it
downtown,
you
provide
a
physical
location
for
people
to
connect
I,
think
if
you
can
connect
our
trail
system
better,
for
people
to
have
alternative
means
to
trip
get
themselves
to
downtown
weather
by
bicycle,
walking
or
even
a
golf
cart
over
Tampa
Road
also
I
believe
that
we
could
connect
our
energy
system
and
a
more
efficient
manner
to
utilize
alternative
energy
resources.
So
that's
how
I
feel
like
we
could
connect.
F
E
Know
because
we
said
what
does
this
work
I
love
that
and
thank
you
for
that
softball
question,
because
that's
really
what
my
farm
is
all
about.
I
think
connecting
all
of
us
is
really
important.
Tonight.
I
appreciate
that
and
I
think
it's
important
to
connect
the
youngest
of
us,
the
youngest
citizens,
with
the
oldest
adults
here,
I
feel
like
as
I
mentioned
at
the
beginning.
D
We
have
these
fantastic
programs
and
when
I
see
you
guys,
there
were
at
Oktoberfest
and
oldsmar
days,
and
these
things
are
wonderful
and
they're
fantastic
at
Oktoberfest.
Not
too
long
ago,
we
indeed
were
setting
up
for
and
I
looked
under
the
tent.
There
were
nine
volunteers
of
those
nine
volunteers.
Seven
of
them
were
over
the
age
of
sixty
years
old
and
they
were
humping
chairs
and
tables,
and
five
of
them
were
women
that
were
over
60
years
old
and
I
went
where
the
youth,
where
are
the
kids,
where
are
we
bottom
line?
Is
I?
D
C
This
question
is
going
to
lead
into
the
opportunity
for
you
to
ask
each
other
questions.
So
don't
blow
your
question
for
each
other
on
this
answer:
okay,
my
advice.
Okay,
what
experience
and
ideas
do
you
bring
to
the
table
that
you
believe
separates
you
as
a
candidate
and
what
issue
causes
you
to
run
for
this
office.
D
C
E
I
feel
like
I,
have
a
very
unique
set
of
skills
to
bring
to
the
council
if
I
don't
say
so
myself,
I
a
psychologist,
I,
listen
and
solve
people's
problems
for
a
living
every
day.
I
teach
people
how
to
communicate
better
and
I
feel
like
in
the
spirit
of
really
listening
to
the
community
and
finding
out
what
they
want
and
what
they're
interested
in
and
why
they
feel
like
they
haven't
been
heard.
If
that's
the
case,
I
have
a
unique
set
of
skills
for
that.
I
really
I
really
feel
like
that.
E
I
had
a
10
year
old
in
therapy
this
was
years
ago,
but
he's
he
called
me.
The
Scituate,
ER
and
I
first
thought
like
I
must
be
like
noisy
or
something
and
I
said.
What
do
you
mean?
He
said?
Well,
you
situate
things
you
situate
problems
for
me,
so
he's
like
I
wish.
My
friend
could
come
in
here
and
you
know
we
could
situate
with
him.
So
I
really
think
that
I
add
that
piece
of
good
communication
and
listening
and
dealing
with
people's
problems
and
trying
to
better
their
lives
every
day
for
my
career.
F
D
You
no
sorry
again
last
part.
First,
the
reason
I'm
running
and
a
lot
of
that
truly
is
that
when
I
was
a
little
boy,
we
start
folks
canal
park
with
a
BMX
track
and
all
that
good
stuff
is
when
I
was
9
years.
Old
I
was
walking
around
with
a
clipboard,
getting
our
neighbors
to
sign
petitions
to
use
that
land
and,
at
the
end
of
the
I,
don't
see
that
I
don't
see
that
today.
So
truly,
that
is,
you
know,
want
to
see
me
serious
for
a
minute.
D
D
Some
of
them
have
been
great,
some
of
the
great
nonprofits,
some
of
them
have
thrived,
and
some
of
them
have
failed
and
I've
had
situations
that
have
lent
them
selves
to
a
very,
very
precarious
situation,
so
I
had
to
kind
of
I
guess
sort
of
navigate
my
way
out
of
so
what
I
bring
to
this
chair
is
experience,
an
opportunity
to
say
look.
This
is
what
I
bring
to
the
table
and
I
can
help
matriculate
the
ball
forward,
so
I'd
say
the
kids
stuff
to
do
in
35
seconds
or
45
seconds
long.
B
So
my
particular
experience
that
I
think
you
know
benefits
the
council
very
well
is
through
my
work
experience.
I
worked
for
a
medical
device
manufacturer
and
I've
been
there
working
in
Oldsmar
for
over
seven
years
now,
when
I
started
there,
we
only
had
about
75
employees,
a
border
line,
medium-sized
business
we've
now
reached
over
200
employees
and
I've
been
directly
involved
with
dealing
with
a
lot
of
the
growth
issues
that
our
businesses
face.
We're
currently
expanding
our
existing
building
and
we're
in
the
process
of
purchasing
another
building.
B
So
I
think
that
experience
with
dealing
with
growth
and
making
sure
you
foster
that
and
send
it
in
the
right
direction
is
something
that
would
really
benefit
Oldsmar
as
a
whole,
because
we
have
so
many
issues
that
are
directly
related
to
growth.
Why
I'm
running
is
because
I
want
to
see
that
growth
sent
in
the
right
direction.
I
want
to
not
go
to
safety,
harbor
or
Dunedin
downtown,
so
much
I'd
like
to
enjoy
my
hometown
at
a
cafe
or
a
brewery
or
a
restaurant
right
here
in
Oldsmar.
Thank
you
thank.
C
D
Almost
sounded
closing
statements.
Thank
you
all
very
much
appreciate
all
the
energy
up
here,
young
man
left
before
I
had
a
chance
to
acknowledge
him,
but
my
17
year
old
godson
was
in
here
in
a
poli-sci
major
to
be
and
all
other
good
stuff.
It
was
great
just
to
have
them
in
here
to
see
this,
and
this
is
what
I
was
hoping
you
would
get
a
chance
to
hear
is
what,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
would
you
say
is
the
number
one
reason
for
exercising
your
right
to
vote
and
a
follow-up
is
what
what
happens.
B
B
E
Agree
with
that
I
think
it's
also
important
to
be
educated
on
the
issues
that
are
facing
your
very
own
city,
and,
if
you
feel
like
you,
don't
haven't
a
vote
or
a
voice,
that's
not!
That's!
Not
good
I
want
my
daughter
to
feel
like
she
can
weigh
in
and
learn
about
what's
important
in
politics
in
our
city
and
have
a
voice.
So
I
agree.
If
you
don't
vote,
there's
not
a
lot.
You
can
do
because
that's
the
most
important
thing
you
can
do
to
change.
Thank.
E
First
sure,
yay
what
we
have
not
talked
about
at
all
tonight
is
Public
Safety,
and
we
talked
about
growth
and
people
moving
here
and
attracting
businesses,
and
we
keep
our
public
safety
staff
the
same
size,
or
at
least
we
have
to
my
understanding.
That's
that
would
be
one
thing:
I
would
funnel
money
to
so
that
this
isn't
a
stepping
stone
for
fire
personnel
and
first
responders
I'm
the
wife
of
a
first
responder.
E
That's
some
important
group
to
me
and
they
selflessly
do
their
work,
are
important
members
of
the
community
and
they
need
to
be
supported
and
shown
their
value.
That's
just
my
first
thing.
Second
Performing
Arts,
Center
and
family
programs
like
I,
said:
I,
really
think
that
there's
lots
of
leisure
and
it's
wonderful,
I,
love
that
all
the
town
gets
to
do
and
my
family
gets
to
do
and
all
of
your
families
get
to
do,
but
I
think
there's
more.
That
can
be
done
in
terms
of
resources
to
make
our
city
stronger.
Thank
you.
D
D
C
E
D
D
Have
a
very,
very
low
bar
for
stupidity,
I'm,
sorry
and
I
just
got
to
be
patient
and
I
said
to
myself
this
year.
Now,
when
you
have
a
three
and
a
half
year
old,
you
get
a
whole
load
of
it
by
the
way
young
man
you'll
see,
he's
got
a
newborn
he's
got
one
on
the
way
and
you
will
see
you
will
find
a
whole
nother
level
of
patience
that
you
didn't
know
you
had
and
it's
it's
it's
there
and
you
got
exercise
and
that's
truly.
D
B
F
D
D
E
Go
I
just
want
to
say
first
thank
you
to
everybody
who's
here.
I
really
appreciate
your
taking
time
to
come
out
and
to
listen
and
to
weigh
in
with
questions
and,
of
course,
the
staff
and
City
Council
and
the
League
of
Women
Voters.
Of
course,
wonderful
job
doing
this
for
us
really,
it
really
helps
when
we
have
nice
and
friendly
faces
to
look
at
I
am
running
because
I
thought
Who
am
I
to
run.
E
E
That
are,
you
know,
serving
and
doing
a
wonderful
job
and
that's
my
intention
to
is
to
be
purposeful
and
to
meaningfully
contribute
to
the
city
that
I
love
and
I'm
raising
my
family,
my
daughter
in
so
why
not
that's
what
what
I
am
letting
guide
me
right
now
again,
my
platform
is
family
focused,
there's,
a
reason
for
that.
As
I
mentioned,
it's
really
important
to
connect
kids
to
the
community
in
ministry.
B
Okay,
division
is
an
ever-present
theme
currently
in
politics
from
a
small
level,
all
the
way
up
to
the
national
level.
Part
of
why
I'm
running
is
to
change
that
tone.
As
I
mentioned
earlier,
we
have
an
opportunity
to
provide
a
place
for
people
to
connect.
We
have
a
great
opportunity
to
connect
our
trails,
so
people
can
get
around
in
a
more
efficient
manner.
We
have
an
opportunity
to
change
and
connect
our
energy
system,
so
I
hope
that
you
will
join
with
me
and
connecting
all
of
us.
My
website
is
Android
app
for
olds
marcom.
B
As
you
know,
we
have
the
election
coming
up.
March
17th
I
really
want
to
thank
the
League
of
Women
Voters
for
moderating
tonight.
You
do
it's
a
thankless
job
for
what
you
do.
I
want
to
thank
also
the
chamber
for
organizing
the
event.
You
guys
do
an
outstanding
job
in
planning
and
making
sure
that
this
happens
flawlessly.
D
So
you
throw
that
to
me,
usually
I.
Do
it
the
other
way
around?
God
bless
you
I'm,
sorry
about
your
loss.
Folks,
I
started
by
saying
my
name
is
Chris
Bohr
I'm
running
for
oldsmar,
City,
Council,
c3,
I'm,
still
running
I
didn't
stop
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
Kelly
O'brien.
Thank
you,
God
for
putting
Kelly
O'brien
in
this
race.
Otherwise,
we'd
have
2
people
turnout
because
it
would
just
be
a
bore
in
an
app.
How
do
you
excite
people
to
come
and
do
that.
D
Kelly
I'm
glad
you're
in
it
Andrea
I'm
glad
you're
in
it
I
told
you
you
remember
what
I
said
to
you
and
I
announced
my
candidacy.
I
said
man
I
got
a
thousand
reasons:
I'm
running
and
you're,
not
one
of
them
and
I
mean
that
folks,
you
got
a
good
choice
right
there
and
Kelly
got
a
good
choice
and
Andrew.
You
got
a
great
choice
in
me.
You
got
a
good
choice
in
me.
I
just
think
I'm
a
little
bit
better.
What
makes
me
a
little
bit
better?
Maybe
some
flexibility,
maybe
some
experience.
D
Maybe
the
fact
that
I've
been
here
for
so
long
that
I
I
can
actually
understand
but
be
really
than
saying.
I
can
understand
what
Beavis
is
saying
and
I
could
actually
connect
with
Andrew
and
his
group.
So
a
little
bit
of
past
present
and
future
I
got
a
huge,
huge
windshield
in
a
tiny
little
rearview
mirror.
But
I
got
a
little
bit
of
an
eye
on
the
past
and
I
know
where
I
am
today
and
I
know
where
I'm
going
tomorrow.
I
want
to
bring
you
with
me.
D
The
bottom
line
is,
there's
gonna,
be
what
twelve
thirteen
fourteen
hundred
people
to
go
out
there
and
vote,
and
most
of
you
in
this
room
are
already
decided
and
for
those
of
you
that
have
not
decided
who
to
support
I'm
asking
you
right
now
for
your
vote.
I
am
asking
you
for
your
vote
and
I
want
to
earn
it
and
I'm
a
little
bit
more
than
just
kicks
and
giggles,
and
anybody
that
knows
me-
and
that
was
my
character,
knows
that.
F
G
Possible
and
when
I
left
you
crying
guys,
won't
keep
you
laughing
on
the
way
out,
but
thank
you
so
much
for
being
here.
I
love,
Oldsmar
I
just
want
to
make
it
even
better,
even
better
with
bored.
God
bless
you.
Thank
you
Women's
League!
Thank
you
all
of
you.
God
bless
you
and
good
night
and
now
I
believe
it's
over
and
you
can
applaud.
