Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
I
have
to
deposit
it
into
my
account
and
transfer
it
to
the
opel
theater
yeah.
Well,
I
have
to
I
have
to
deposit
it
myself
and
then
I
have
to
transfer
the
money
once
it
clears
to
the
opal
theater
paypal
account.
That's
why
we
encouraged,
and
you
don't
need
a
paypal
to
pay
on
paypal
with
by
going
to
theme.com,
you
don't.
B
A
D
D
A
D
B
Name
is
pamela,
settle,
I'm
at
439
lakeview
drive,
and
I
am
here
to
let
the
committee
know
that
the
group
working
on
jack's
space
launched
this
weekend,
their
fundraiser,
so
we'll
be
getting
information
out
on
that.
They
need
to
raise
a
little
over
three
million
dollars
to
build
that
playground,
so
we're
gonna
be
helping
them.
B
So,
just
with
that,
I
want
to
just
let
the
community
know
that
this
fundraiser
is
going
to
be
going
on.
It's
a
capital
campaign,
and
we
have
a
lot
of
money
to
raise,
but
it's
going
to
be
for
a
great
park
for
our
older
kids
and
teenagers,
and
I'm
really
excited
to
be
a
part
of
it.
I
hope
the
community
will
support
it
as
well.
Thank
you.
D
D
F
D
So,
with
with
tom
brown
being
gone
also,
we
we
have
two
vacancies.
F
F
It
was
to
invite
anybody
who's
interested
still
in
the
position
out
of
those
10
applications,
in
which
case
we
would
do
that
or
if
you
wanted
to
invite
specific
ones,
you
know
just
kind
of
narrow
the
field
a
little
bit
I
get
a
little
like
nervous,
like
maybe
each
one
of
you
will
vote
for
one
person
and
then,
where
are
we
all
right
and
then
the
other
thing
is:
when
do
we
want
to
cut
off
applications
because
we
received
one
over
the
weekend?
D
D
A
D
D
Just
beware,
you
know
two
out
of
four
is
a
a
removal
so
but
tom
virginia
gina
we're
great
members
of
our
board,
and
so
we
have
up
to
10
applicants
now
for
these
two
positions.
D
My
suggestion
is
that
we
just
to
just
to
start
the
discussion
that
we
cut
off
the
applications
right
now.
I
think
10
is
enough.
The
one
came
in
saturday
and
we
have
it
included
here.
I.
A
A
A
A
I
think
a
personal
thank
you
is
important,
especially
even
in
this
day
and
age,
and
I
think
a
moment
to
meet.
Somebody
is
better
than
reading
from
an
application
who
we're
going
to
choose
okay,
so
I
I
personally
would
would
vote
for
us
interviewing
all
of
them.
It
may
take
a
little
longer,
but
I
think
that's
an
important
thing
that
we
need
to
say
as
a
city
we
care
about
you
we're
glad
you
gave
us
your
time,
we're
going
to
give
you
our
time.
A
I
I
was
opposed
to
the
choosing
a
limited
number,
which
was
suggested
because
just
choosing
from
paper
is
very
difficult
to
do.
I
think
I'd
also,
you
know,
I
know
by
bringing
them
in
it
shows
interest
from
our
board
that
they
applied
whether
they
get
it
or
not.
Okay,
in
discussion
with
that,
does
any
other
board
have
eight
or
ten
applicants
waiting
in
line
nope
wow,
the
only
one.
That's
that
popular
okay,
that's
exciting!.
A
Correct
they
just
didn't,
have
a
vote
and
is
there
any
reason
we
cannot
go
back
to
alternates?
Does
it
just
need
to
be
a
motion
of
this
board
type
of
an
action
made
right.
F
You
would
have
to
have
an
action
to
make
a
recommendation
to
city
council
that
they
have
alternates
place
back
and
recommend
how
many
gotcha
and
then
I
would
present
it
at
a
council
meeting,
and
they
would
then
do
another
resolution
should
they
concur.
A
Okay
and
then
the
other
thing
to
consider
when
we're
looking
at
10
applicants,
there's
something
to
be
said
about
first
in
first
chosen,
I
believe,
there's
some
other
boards
that
kind
of
go
under
that
unwritten
rule
that
they
kind
of
look
at
the
oldest
applicant
first
as
a
good
possibility
that
may
not
always
fit
their
bill,
as
I
was
told,
but
you
know,
those
that
came
in
some
time
ago
were
just
now
contacting
to
say:
hey.
We
finally
have
a
space
open
and
those
that
came
in
this
weekend.
A
You
know
just
heard
about
it
or
whatever.
So
again,
I
just
kind
of
wanted
that
to
be
something
we're
aware
of.
That
could
be
a
consideration
to
help
streamlight
the
process,
for
example,
first
in
first
chosen,
if
you
can
all
agree
on
the
first
person
in
you,
don't
have
the
issue
of
having
each
one
of
us
choose
a
different
person,
we're
guided
to
pull
in,
consider
the
oldest
one
first
and
if
we
feel
that's
not
a
good
consideration
by
looking
at
resumes
so
to
speak.
A
You
know
we
look
at
another
one,
so
I
don't
know
how
to
propose
that.
But
I
would
like
to
first
start
off
by
saying
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
this
board.
If
that's
the
appropriate
way
to
consider
having
alternates
and
having
two
alternates,
this
would
give
us
the
opportunity
to
choose
four
of
our
ten
people,
two
to
serve
on
the
board
and
two
to
be
back
up.
A
And
that
would
be,
I
would
assume
for
a
recommendation
to
counsel.
We
would
like
to
consider
alternates,
which
means
in
theory
today
we
wouldn't
be
able
to
make
that
decision,
but
we
could
keep
it
in
the
back
of
our
minds
that
that
may
be
an
opportunity
to
involve
other
people
as
well.
Even
if
they
don't
sit
on
the
board.
A
Right,
so,
I
would
think
in
looking
at
also
our
choices,
whether
it's
during
interviews
or
doing
picking
some
from
our
hard
copy
sheets.
Is
that
we're
actually
looking
for
four
we're
looking
for
two
to
step
in
first
and
two
more
to
be
alternates
for
any
time
that
the
position
comes
available
in
the
future,
then
anne
just
gets
to
collect
over
and
over
again
until
we
need
somebody
to
fill
an
alternate
position
plus.
I
think
that
gives
you
a
little
more
time.
A
I
was
a
little
concerned
that,
with
a
smaller
board
that
we
are
losing
this
meeting
without
a
full
board
and
we
will
lose
next
meeting
without
a
full
board,
so
we
won't
have
a
full
board
again
until
august.
My
understanding
is
the
goal
is
to
fill
these
positions
as
quickly
as
possible
to
keep
our
board
rolling
in
the
right
way
and
to
make
sure
we
don't
have
somebody
that
has
to
go
out
with
covid
or
some
other
reason
and
be
short
numbers.
C
A
E
A
F
D
C
I
feel
the
same
and
then
going
back
to
he
said
the
oldest
applicant
first.
I
would
also
consider
there's
some
applicants.
I
already
serve
on
the
board,
so
those
ones
that
aren't.
F
Right,
I
thought
it
was
total.
No,
there
was
we
had
two
more
come
in
after
the
the
one
email
right,
so
it's
been
a
little
piecemeal,
but
we
have
10
applicants
who
are
not
currently
serving
on
other
boards,
two
that
are
but
per
council
resolution.
D
Yes,
I
agree
so
well,
then
you
want
to
make
the
proposal
well.
A
Then
the
last
question
I
would,
I
think,
we've
okay,
so
I'd
like
to
rec,
I
would
like
to
make
a
motion
that
did
we
do
the
alternates
already?
Yes,
yes,
so
we
got
that
so.
The
other
thing
I
had
was
oh.
I
need
to
make
a
motion
that
all
10
applicants
be
considered
up
to
this
point
in
an
interview.
D
A
D
D
A
And
that
kind
of
gives
us
a
feel
of
how
long
somebody
put
in
an
application
to
go
that
they've
been
wanting
to
be
involved
in
our
board
versus
maybe
our
newer
ones
that
got
wind
of
it.
A
little
later.
G
D
To
make
it
easier
to
like
can
ask
the
same
question
of
all
ten
people
or
or
limit
ourselves
to
one
question
each
or
we
just
wanna.
A
I
can
make
a
recommendation
that
we
come
up
with
ten
questions.
Rather,
there
are
ten
questions,
whether
they're
guided
to
us
by
some
good
questions
from
the
city
as
some
guidance.
Rather
we
each
put
our
own
10
questions
together
and
then
I
think
those
can
be
pulled.
I
think
we
could
meet
10
or
15
minutes
prior
to
having
the
first
applicant
in
to
make
some
decisions
of
okay.
F
A
A
D
This
might
be
a
good
time
to
to
slip
this,
in
ann
mentioned,
the
sunshine
law
with
emailing
etc.
Just
for
for
ken
and
amber
and
as
a
reminder
to
pat
and
I
and
for
teenage
edification,
what
would
be
a
violation
of
the
sunshine
laws
with
communication.
F
A
F
A
F
F
A
F
As
the
bylaws
right,
the
bibles
have
come
up
from
time
to
time
or
meeting
frequency,
or
you
know
there
are
things
that
will
come
back
up
because
life
changes
right
and
requirements
change
and,
along
with
that
on
the
sunshine
law.
That's
why
that's
why
these
meetings
are
recorded?
That's
why
you
have
minutes,
that's
why
we
have
citizens
open
forum,
that's
there
as
a
requirement,
because
this
is
a
sunshine
meeting,
so.
A
F
A
A
F
A
F
A
D
I
All
right,
I'm
just
going
to
highlight
some
of
the
items
from
the
month
of
reports
that
you
have
received
going
back
to
october
november
and
december
or
where
these
reports
come
from.
I
It
seems
like
it's
been
such
a
long
time
ago,
but
you
know
we
were
happy
to
get
back
into
our
our
events
and
our
programming
and,
like
I
said,
we
really
hit
the
ground
running.
So
you
know
back
back,
we
had
opel
theater
at
ariel's
park.
We
had
570
in
attendance.
For
that
event,
it
was
huge.
It
was
a
great
show,
amazing
what
they
can
do
with
the
kids
and
teach
them
and
see
them
perform.
I
A
Thank
you,
we're
very
proud
of
those
numbers
and
the
city
helping
with
the
advertising
the
marquee
that
was
out
there,
the
posts
on
facebook
and
the
ads
on
the
front
page.
That's
what
made
it
that's!
What
made
our
numbers,
besides,
everybody
being
stuck
in
house
for
so
long
with
covet
and
we're
happy
to
have
something
to
get
outside
for.
I
D
I
Was
it
was
great
and
let's
see
we
had,
we
had
our
first
virtual
veterans
day.
We
will
be
doing
memorial
day
virtually
as
well
by
the
way,
but
we
had
a
virtual
veterans
day
here
in
the
chamber
and
we
had
40
people
live
streaming
it.
So
you
know,
that's,
that's
good,
didn't
know
what
to
expect
there,
but
it
went
off
it
was.
It
was
very.
It
went
off
very
well,
let's
see
we
also
had
during
that
same
time
period.
I
We
also
had
our
tropical
storm
tropical
storm,
edda
leisure
services,
staff
facilities,
parks,
recreation.
We
all
did
our
preparations
prepared.
The
parks
prepared
our
buildings,
a
lucky.
Few
of
us
got
to
spend
the
night
that
night,
but
you
know
we
do
what
we
do.
You
know
it's
it's
it
is.
It
does
start
in
parks,
but
you
know
we
have
other
responsibilities
as
well.
I
I
That's
right,
we
did
another
sunset.
We
had
a
sunset
sounds
concert
with
350
people.
We
did
our
virtual
tree
lighting
over
here
at
city
hall,
which
was
very
very
well
put
together
breakfast
with
santa
that
was
a
busy
busy
week
breakfast
with
santa,
had
100
participants.
Then
we
had
masuda's
dance
recital
with
275
participants.
I
Yes,
we
had
our
golf
cart
parade
with
60
carts.
We,
we
kind
of,
we
were
thrilled.
It
was
very
well
attended.
We
changed
up
the
route
this
year,
we
started
at
bicentennial,
went
down,
shore
drive
zigzagged
through
some
of
the
neighborhood
streets
and
it
was
very
successful.
We
had
we
had
like.
We
had
a
lot
of
good
compliments
from
that
one.
Then
we
got
into
christmas
wonderland.
We
had
493
cars
come
through
with
over
1500
attendees.
A
H
I
C
I
It
is
pretty,
you
know,
as
we
learned
as
we've
gone
through
some
of
these
events
with
drive-throughs,
and
you
know
we
used
to
hold
the
haunted
happenings
out
at
mobley
right,
so
it
gave
us
an
opportunity
to
shift
our
focus
and
say
hey.
I
mean
it's
much
bigger
than
what
it
was
when
it
was
at
mobley,
so
we
may
continue
through
with
that.
It's
just
it
served
a
lot
of
people.
I
A
I
I
A
I
A
I
I
Thanks,
we
are
we're
busy
with
field
rentals
out
at
the
sports
complex
and
at
sheffield
park.
I
mean
we
are
every
night
there's
something
going
on
on
the
field.
So
that's
been
one
of
the
things
with
now
that
we've
come
back
from
kind
of
opened
up
from
covet
is
that
our
field
rentals
are
up
from
previous
years
for
whatever
reasons,
but
people
want
to
get
out.
They
want
to
get
play
their
sports
like
this,
this
isn't
in
the
month.
So
this
wasn't
in
the
monthly
reports.
I
But
one
of
the
things
that
we're
doing
now
is
the
state
street
center.
We
are
not
going
to
be
opening
state
street
center
that
started
today,
we're
not
going
to
be
opening
state
street
center
to
the
general
public
until
we
get
to
may
when
summer
camp
starts,
there's
just
not
enough
traffic
to
justify
keep
and
staff
over
there
and
when
the
transactions
that
can
be
done
can
take
place
over
at
cypress
forest
rec
center.
I
So
once
we
open
up
for
summer
camp
and
we
host
our
half
day
camps
there,
we
will
open
up
the
building
again
we
had
due
to
attrition.
We
had
a
when
us,
we
had
a
staff
person
leave,
so
we
didn't
feel
that
position.
So
it's
it's
been
tough
trying
to
balance
with
you
know,
covering
the
hockey
rink
and
then
covering
cyprus
and
then
state
street
and
eating
up
some
of
those
hours.
So
that's
that's
the
plan
state.
A
I
We
have
not
been
running
the
senior
center
type
activities
since
covid.
Oh
okay,
a
lot
of
the
departments
around
the
county
had
just
happened
so.
I
I
We
do
have
programs
for
seniors
like
silversneakers
running
out
of
cyprus.
It's
just
our
drop-in.
Basically,
it's
card
games
table
games
is,
is
basically
what
we've
been
serving
there
so.
G
Sorry,
normally,
I
would
stand
when
speaking,
but
we
understand
it
hurts
so
like
chip
was
saying
our
our
board
games
and
our
card
games
are
have
not
come
back
since
kova
began.
We
do
have
some
programs
like
sunset
yoga
on
wednesday
nights
that
are
still
utilizing
state
street
center
for
the
moment
once
we're
sure
that
the
weather
is
going
to
be
consistently
warm
enough,
we
will
be
moving
that
out
to
ariel's
park,
okay,
but
that's
pretty
much
the
only
program
that
utilizes
state
street
center
at
the
moment.
I
And
so
that's
all
I
have
right
now
for
the
for
the
monthly
report
highlights.
I
All
right
project
updates,
okay,
good
stuff,
going
on
good
stuff,
so
the
big
news
is
bmx.
We
all
know
that
that
was
approved.
We
actually
met
with
the
construction
company
last
week
to
discuss
the
project,
we're
looking
at
may
for
demolition
to
begin
in
august
for
construction,
which
would
give
us
a
completion
by
february
of
2022.
I
We've
talked
with
usa
bmx
and
we
will
host
the
gators,
but
it
will
be
later
in
the
year.
A
A
I
noticed
also
no
numbers
were
posted
with
what
it
was
gonna
cost
to
redo.
It
is
there
numbers.
I
I
C
I
The
starting
hill
structure,
the
track
that
the
clay
part
of
the
track
will
remain
and
actually
staff.
Will
we
have
a
plan
we're
beginning
to
work
on
the
track
itself
to
maintain
that
clay
so
that
when
this,
when
the
hills
are
finished,
we
will
go
right
back
ready
to
get
open
so
coincide
with
that,
but
yeah.
It's
the
vertical
structure
that
you
see
it's
gonna,
be
the.
D
I
Let's
see
spray
park,
the
work
is
continuing
at
the
spray
park.
The
staff
from
facilities
and
parks
just
recently
replaced
the
wooden
trail
bridge
that
is
located
between
cypress
forest
rec
center
and
the
spray
park
very
nice
job,
very,
very
nice
job.
It
looks
really
good.
I
The
installer
has
submitted
their
plans
for
permitting
last
week,
so
we
should
be
in
that
construction
mode
soon.
So
we're
excited
about
that.
I
We
had
the
there
were
some
faded
names
on
the
memorial
walls
at
veterans
park.
We
had
those
touched
up
another
projects
here
we
replaced
the
backstop
on
the
baseball
field
at
sheffield
park,
we're
getting
ready
to
replace
the
fencing
on
the
sheffield
park,
tennis
courts
and
on
field
number
three
at
the
oldsmar
sports
complex.
Oh
excuse
me
feel
number
four.
At
the
sports
complex,
we
met
with
an
engineer
last
week
at
the
pier
over
here
at
ariel
park.
I
I
So
at
least
we'll
have
some
part
of
the
pier
that's
available
to
the
public
and
at
the
same
time
they
inspected
that
part
that
needs
to
be
repaired,
and
once
we
hit
the
report
back
from
them,
we'll
be
able
to
go
ahead
and
put
together
put
that
down
for
a
bid
package.
So
we
can
get
the
end
of
the
pier
repaired.
So
it
is
a
process,
but
it's
it's
moving.
I
Yes-
and
they
did
note
that
the
you
know
how
we
have
the
shelters
on
the
either
side-
one
and
one
those
are
deteriorated,
they
were
after
the
fact
and
we
will
be
taking
those
down
so.
A
I
So
that's
one
pier
the
other
one
is
the
the
floating
dock
over
at
sheffield
park
that
came
off
of
its
moorings
during
the
storm
as
well.
Also
some
of
the
rails
were
damaged,
so
we
we
just
had
a
purchase
order
cut
last
week
to
replace
the
the
railings
and
the
the
bones
but
they're
connectors
so
that
we
can
get
that
reset
and
get
that
back
open
as
well,
and
that's
all
I
have
on
project
updates.
I.
C
A
A
I
Yeah
we
actually
one
of
our
staff
jason
from
the
bmx
he's
been
doing
kind
of
special
projects
for
us
as
we've
gone
along,
so
he
is
he's
contacting
carl.
I
And
then
we
were
also
talking
to
a
company
who
would
do
a
ceiling.
A
Because
it
probably
wouldn't
take
much
for
touch-up,
it's
the
sealant,
that's
going
to
be
the
key!
That's
going
to
make.
I
A
Last
another
10
years
great.
Thank
you
beautiful
piece
of
art,
that's
all
volunteers
from
our
community
that
painted
that
also,
although
it's
not
necessarily
on
project
updates,
but
I
think
it
needs
to
be
a
project.
We
should
be
updated,
we
got
hacked.
Can
you
guys
elaborate
on
that?
A
little
bit
for
anybody
that
may
not
have
heard
about
this.
I
The
only
thing
that
I
have
heard
so
far
is
that
you
know
what
you've
read
in
the
news
is
that
the
the
reverse
osmosis
water
treatment
plant
was
hacked
on
friday,
two
separate
times
where
they
changed.
The
level
of
live
lie
right,
so
you
know
I'm
sure
that
we'll
be
looking
into
that
to
protect
the
city
as
a
whole
in
other
areas
as
well
of.
I
I
Correct
there
was
no
danger
to
the
public,
the
staff
everyone
saw,
the
staff
was
able
to
identify
it
and
readjust
so
yeah.
I
A
I
It's
an
opening
ceremony
type
situation.
I
don't
believe
the
mayor
will
be
available
that
day,
but
somebody
will
throw
out
the
first
pitch
and
ann.
A
G
February
20th,
so
we've
got
well.
If
you,
if
you
look
at
my
list,
we've
got
a
lot
of
upcoming
events.
I'm
only
going
to
go
over
the
closest
upcoming
ones.
This
weekend
we
have
a
sidewalk
chalk
day,
where
we're
going
to
socially
distance,
create
art
on
the
sidewalks
of
ariel's
park.
Wonderful.
A
G
Oh,
I
give
all
the
credits
eric
that
was
up.
That
was
up
right
up
his
alley:
great
kids
and
adults
yep
anybody
right.
We
have.
We
have
chalk
that
people
can
use.
Obviously
anybody's
welcome
to
bring
their
own.
Maybe.
G
There
you
go
on
february
19th,
we
have
another
sunset
sounds
chip.
What's
the
stand
for
that?
G
That
is
the
cat's
band
on
the
20th
we
have,
in
my
opinion,
a
very,
very
cool
event
that
eric
also
came
up
with
is
an
invasive
fish.
Roundup.
Yes,.
A
G
They're
cichlids,
yes,.
G
A
ton
a
ton,
a
ton
of
cichlids
out
in
our
bay
area
right
now,
when
we
have
fishing
camp
kids
round
them
up
by
the
hundreds.
It's
crazy.
H
G
G
And
the
cool
thing
is:
is
we're
going
to
be
able
to
donate
them
to
a
alligator
encounter
organization,
so
they
have
food
for
the
alligators
very
good.
A
A
G
On
march
5th,
we
have
a
movie
in
the
park
on
march
6th
at
11
a.m.
We
actually
have
plans
to
put
together
a
teen
focus
group
via
zoom
chip,
and
I
spoke
with
devin
and
pam
and
jax
instead
to
kind
of
get
an
idea
of
that,
we
might
need
to
ask.
You
know,
help
have
their
help
with
leading
the
zoom
focus
group
have
their
help
with
recruiting
a
little
bit.
So
we're
really
excited
about
that.
We're
hoping
to
find
out
some
programming
ideas
for
that
age
group.
G
G
G
It
is
new
again
eric
eric
has
done
an
first
march,
13th
13th.
Thank
you,
yeah
eric.
G
G
Flying
kites,
we
also
have
a
craft
area
where
you
can
make
a
kite
to
fly,
and
then
you
know
april
17th,
opal
theater
presents
disney's
beauty
and
the
beast
junior
to.
B
G
A
G
And
then,
as
chip
mentioned,
we
have
memorial
day
coming
up
as
well,
which
we
will
be
doing
virtually
social
distance
safe.
All
that
fun
stuff,
that's
it
for
the
update
on
the
events.
Isn't
there
a.
G
Me
out
over
here-
and
I
love
it.
Yes,
there
is
a
virtual
easter
egg
hunt
coming
up.
We
are
putting
eggs
out
into
our
parks
and
when
I
say
eggs
I
mean
eight
foot
tall
wooden.
Well,
some
of
them
right
foot
tall.
Some
of
them
are
four
foot
wooden
eggs
out
into
our
parks
and
kind
of
doing,
an
online
sort
of
scavenger
hunt
for
people
to
hunt,
easter
eggs
and
socially
distanced
very
good.
That's
going
to
be
the
actually
the
week
of
spring
break
camp.
So
we're
going
to
start
march
15th.
D
I
All
right,
this
is
I'm
going
to
let
alexis
do
the
learning
moment
this
this
meeting,
but
basically,
what
we're
talking
about
is
our
playground,
inspections.
I
I
Yes,
their
job
is
very
extensive.
They
make
these
routine
inspections
twice
a
year
to
make
sure
all
the
pieces
are
in
good
shape,
identify
any
hardware,
clasps
hooks
bolts
that
are
rusty
or
need
repair,
and
then
we
replace
them.
So
I'm
gonna,
let
alexis
talk
about
it
a
little
bit
and
he
actually
just
performed
some
last
week.
J
Okay,
so
those
of
you
doing
I'm
alexis
wells,
I'm
the
assistant
director
of
leisure
services,
as
chip
said
just
mentioned,
cpsi
means
certified
playground
safety
inspector.
J
J
J
It
was
undoubtedly
the
most
difficult
test
I
have
ever
taken
and
I
have
many
certifications
certified
arborist
I've.
I've
got
fn
for
horticulture
landscaping,
but
you
know
this
one
was
like
above
the
bar,
but
when
you
go
to
the
playground,
okay,
one
of
the
things
we
actually
have
to
make
sure
that
we
maintain
is
safety
of
the
kids.
J
That's
the
play,
so
we
have
different
things
to
measure
when
we
get
to
the
playground,
the
basics,
you
know
we
can
do
always
do
a
walk
around
just
to
look
at
things
and
see
if
there's
any,
but
we
do
have
to
occasionally
measure
things,
because
if
someone
try
to
move,
you
know
bend
the
bar.
It
means
that
some
child's
head
can
slip
through
a
gap
and
if
the
head
gets
through
the
torso
may
not,
and
that
could
be
a
very
dangerous
situation.
J
So
we
have
these
tools.
Okay,
so
for
the
most
part,
this
is
the
first
one
that
we
that
we
test
with.
If
this
one
cannot
fit,
we
know
it's
a
pretty
it's
pretty
safe.
If
it
fits
through
the
bar,
then
the
next
one
we'll
choose
is
this
one,
and
if
this
fits,
if
this
it
fits
through,
where
we
know
the
head
and
torso
can
easily
fit
through,
but
if
it
doesn't,
then
so
we
have
different
ways
of
testing
it
and
we
also
have
to
test
for
any
place
that
something
can
get
hung.
J
J
J
We
recommend
not
having
the
child
with
hoodies
that
have
strings
on
it,
because
you
know
those
can
get
hung
up
on
almost
anything.
So
you
know
the
inspection,
the
average
inspection
on
a
playground
when
we
do
a
full
inspection.
Okay,
it
takes
anywhere
from
an
hour
to
an
hour
and
a
half.
So
it's
not
just
a
walk-around
thing,
but
if
we
do,
if
we
do
a
full,
we
do
a
full
inspection
three
times
a
year
and
a
basic
inspection
pretty
much.
J
You
know
any
time
that
we
that
we
visit
we
check
for
the
mulch
density
of
the
mulch
that
that's
in
there.
Okay,
it
has
to
be
12
inches.
If
they're
on
swings.
Whenever
you
go
to
swing,
you
notice
that
them
gets
kicked
away,
so
we
always
have
the
staff
always
have
to
make
sure
that
it's
raked
on
a
regular
basis.
J
Okay,
so
that's
the
that's
the
main
process
behind
it.
You
know
we
you
know,
like
I
said
I
just
did.
I
just
finished
doing
the
three
and
I
did
richard
rodgers
ariel's.
Sorry,
richard
rodgers
bicentennial
is
going
to
be
done
by
nathan,
all
sports
complex.
I
did
and
also
sheffield
park,
so
those
three
are
done.
Nathan's
gonna
grab
the
other
three.
You
know
you
know
this
this
week
and
you
know
maybe
in
that
another
couple
months
we
will
just
rotate
them
around,
but
but
okay.
A
A
C
J
A
D
Thank
you
chip
is
there
any
way
that
devin
and
jackson
can
be
involved
in
may
in
in
the
leisure
services
learning
moment,
sure.
I
D
Chip
will
be
in
touch
okay.
Thank
you.
Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
discussion
about
meeting
frequency
and
before
we
do
that,
just
let
me
remind
us,
older
members
and
our
newer
members.
The
purpose
of
the
leisure
services
advisory
board
is
to
advise
city
council
and
the
city
manager
as
to
the
interpretation
of
community
needs,
so
we
are
an
advisory
board
from
time
to
time,
we
may
be
asked
to
prepare
for
some
special
project.
D
And
the
staff
so
that
that
is
our
purpose,
just
just
as
a
reminder
as
part
of
our
bylaws.
D
So
the
item
number
seven
here
we
are
just
to
discuss
the
meeting
frequency,
which
was
asked
to
be
put
on
the
agenda
and
sent
out
packet
page
number,
seven,
a
beautifully
written
legal
brief.
I
might
add
that
if
you've
got
a
chance
to
read
it,
it
summarizes
her
recommendation,
a
history
of
our
meetings,
comparison
with
other
boards,
how
frequently
they
meet
et
cetera,
et
cetera.
I
I
trust
we
all
got
a
chance
to
read
it
digest
it.
D
Any
any
comments
about
our
meet.
You
know
we
used
to
meet
monthly.
We
used
to
be
scheduled
to
meet
monthly.
We
would
in
reality
meet
like
10
times
a
year
now
we're
down
to
four,
and
this
has
been
asked.
You
know
we've
discussed
this
before
this
would
have
to
go
to
city
council,
so
any
any
thoughts,
I'm
not
opposed.
C
To
at
least
one
to
two
more
times
a
year
being
that
we're
only
doing
four
times
a
year
at
this
point,
I
think
that
we
could
be
more
informed
and
to
be
able
to
be
more
hands-on
by
having
at
least
two
more
meetings
a
year.
I
don't
think
that's
asking
a
lot
of
us.
C
F
Try
not,
to
be
honest,
no,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
okay.
So,
yes,
that's
why
I
put
it
in
there.
That
would
be
my
backup
and
my
recommendation.
I
would
present
whatever
you
would
like
me
to
present
absolutely
and
I'll
try
to
be
very,
very
fair
and
balanced,
but
I
wanted
you
to
know
where
I
came
from
and
that's
why
I
included
the
memo,
as
I
did.
A
Understood:
okay:
some
of
my
comments
will
be
referencing,
the
notations
that
were
made
in
this
meeting
going
to
council.
A
A
A
We
have
had
a
notation
of
lack
of
taking
action
that
I
believe
that
when
we
looked
at
the
board
in
the
past
the
amount
of
action
items
we
took
were
so
limited
that
that
also
was
reasoning
to
cut
the
board
back
because
we
weren't
having
that
many
action
items
I
think
fulfilling
our
purpose
is
all
of
our
goal
and
also-
and
I
meant
to
ask
it
earlier-
what
happened
to
the
volunteers
for
upcoming
events,
chip
and
bren,
that
we
were
starting
to
schedule
and
volunteer
for
that
went
away
after
covid?
A
I
would
like
to
ask
this
is
a
great
comparison
of
the
board
of
adjustment
code
enforcement,
firefighters,
leisure
services,
planning
board,
et
cetera,
but
my
question
is
how
many
events
or
activities
does
the
veterans
board
have
per
year
two
chip
saying:
okay,
how
many
new
buildings
projects
start
per
year
for
the
planning
board,
one
or
two?
Maybe
if
they're
lucky
right,
others
in
the
example
code
enforcement
a
couple
issues
per
year
right,
maybe
how
many
events
and
projects
does
leisure
services
have
per
year?
A
That
alone
right
there
states
why
I
feel
we
need
to
meet
more
often,
okay,
the
letter
states-
and
this
is
where
I
would
like
to
question
it
and
have
it
read
for
the
record
one
of
the
notes
in
the
letter
states,
meetings
for
meetings,
sake.
A
A
This
was
a
previously
noted
deficiency
of
not
taking
action
or
not
having
things
to
make
action
on.
So
I
don't
feel
like
the
request
is
superfluous.
In
the
fact
of
saying
meeting
for
meetings
sake
we
wanted.
We
want
the
city
and
council
to
use
our
board
to
its
fullest
capacity.
Okay,
referencing,
a
statement.
I
think
you
made
ann
complaining
and
leaving
more
chores
for
city
for
city
staff.
A
Part
of
our
purpose
is
to
bridge
that
gap
for
community
and
and
staff.
I
believe
this
is
referencing
a
past
unruly
board,
which
was
unruly
that
was
causing
more
chores
and
is
now
no
longer
an
issue.
So
I
don't
even
think
that
statement
right
now
applies
to
this
newer
board.
A
A
They
allowed
seven
members
from
the
parks
board
to
stay
on,
but
they
brought
only
three
of
the
seven
members
of
the
cultural
affairs
board
over
and
none
of
us
had
the
same
goals.
So
we
mixed
boards
personalities
and
agendas
which
is
going
to
cause
friction
and
we
saw
that
friction
and
it
was
nasty
friction
and
I'm
sure
it
made
a
lot
of
extra
work
for
them
a
number
of
times,
but
that
no
longer
applies
to
us.
Our
board
is
working
together.
A
That's
the
past,
destructive
setup
is
gone
and
I
believe
most
of
us
want
to
get
active
serving
together,
so
that
stress
has
been
eliminated.
So
I
don't
think
we're
bringing
stress
anymore.
Any
reference
to
the
past
board.
Difficulties
is,
as
I
feel,
a
little
inaccurate
to
describing
our
current
board
the
meetings
and
the
current
board
structure.
So
please
be
aware
of
that
when
you're
considering
your
options.
A
In
summary,
as
ken
was
saying,
we
are
a
community
board
platform,
we
work
with
the
community
and
the
staff.
We
are
to
help
bridge
the
gap
between
the
community
and
the
staff,
which
does
mean
we
will
bring
complaints
because
we
may
have
somebody
complain
to
us
and
we're
going
to
pass
those
complaints
along.
A
This
also
opens
platforms
for
discussions,
suggestions,
ideas
and
more.
I
know
one
of
the
things
that
we
said
we
could
improve
on
when
we
originally
looked
at
closing
the
numbers
down
in
our
board.
Was
this
taking
action
and,
if
I
understood
correctly,
taking
action
means
voting,
formal
approvals
of
things
to
go
forward.
A
This
is,
I
understand
one
of
the
basic
facts
that
they
reduced
our
meetings,
because
we
were
not
taking
enough
actions
now
that
can
mean
that
we're
only
taking
actions
on
what
the
city
gives
us,
but
I'm
also
questioning
just
like
we've
done
on
a
couple
minor
things
tonight
shouldn't
we
be
taking
more
action
as
a
board
like.
If
someone
has
a
suggestion,
they
want
to
see
a
summer
camp
done
and
such
and
such
we're,
giving
it
to
you,
but
is
there
times,
maybe
that
we
need
to
say?
A
Could
we
please
vote
I'll,
bring
it
to
a
vote
on?
Does
everybody
believe
that
we
should
be
recommending
this
line
of
action
to
council
and
formally
put
it
in
as
votes?
That
would
be
an
action,
so
I
question
how
we
could
grow
our
board
by
taking
more
action
in
appropriate
areas,
and
I
would
hope
that
chip
and
ann
and
bren
can
help
guide
us
on
that
as
well.
Yes,
pat
can.
E
I
just
add
something
to
that,
and
you
know
you
can't
always
say
we
did
this
and
we
did
that.
But
years
back
we
would
when
something
was
being
done.
The
person
who
was
in
charge
of
that
back
when
it
was
lynn,
I
guess,
would
we
would
get
out
in
the
van.
He
would
take
us
in
the
van
to
go
somewhere
and
see
what
was
so.
A
So
again,
this
is
a
perfect
example.
Would
we
need
to
bring
that
up
as
a
formal
action
and
say
we
would
like
to
recommend
that
this
be
done?
We
vote
on
it.
We
put
it
formally
in
the
records.
How
and
where,
and
how
often
and
how
limited
do
we
keep
our,
and
I
assume,
am
I
correct
in
saying
actions
is
by
us
voting
on
things.
Is
that
a
correct
assumption,
sorry
ann,
to
bring
me
back
up.
A
Okay-
and
I
think
we
made
a
lot
of
recommendations
that
we've
just
kind
of
passed
on
to
staff,
so
maybe
as
a
board,
we
may
need
to
be
more
aware
of
you
know.
When
do
we
need
to
make
it
a
formal
vote
and
put
the
action
on
the
records
rather
than
just
a
recommendation
to
staff?
So
please
be
aware
of
that.
I
will
give
some
of
our
newer
board
members.
A
Some
examples,
as
even
pat
was
talking
about
the
cultural
affairs
board
back
in
its
day,
did
not
have
enough
things
to
act
on
so
they
put
together
art
in
the
park.
We
grew
it
in
three
years
up
to
75
vendors
strictly
volunteer,
and
we
used
our
meetings
to
help
plan
for
it
get
volunteers
in.
I
know
this
may
be
out
of
our
realm
these
days,
but
my
point
is:
there's
ways
to
take
stronger
action.
A
Besides,
just
coming
to
a
meeting
listening
to
a
few
things
they
give
us
and
if
they
give
us
something
to
vote
on,
we
vote
on
it
and
then
trying
to
wrap
up
as
quickly
as
possible
by
the
way
that
event
would
benefit
the
public
with
cultural
arts.
It
brought
teachers
in
to
teach
classes,
because
we
requested
that
anybody
that
was
there
at
the
event
actually
taught
a
class,
so
we
suddenly
had
75
teachers
if
we
wanted
them.
A
Okay
and
that's
always
something
we're
looking
for
and,
of
course,
it
added
a
cultural
arts
event
to
our
yearly
calendar.
Now.
Regarding
that
particular
item,
you
will
see
friends
of
the
arts
will
be
probably
bringing
the
art
in
the
park
back
in
2022.
That's
what
we're
hoping
for.
So
some
of
those
things
are
starting
to
take
care
of
themselves.
A
Basically,
the
board's
recommended
we
meet
more
often-
and
this
is
the
second
or
third
time
I
suggest
that
you
know
we
bring
it
to
a
motion
or
whatever
is
needed,
that
we
try
it
try
six
months
for
a
year
if
the
city
still
doesn't
feel
like
we're,
utilizing
our
time,
we're
being
active,
we're
taking
on
new
duties
and
things
like
that.
Let's
revisit
it
again
then
and
say:
okay,
it's
taking
too
much
time
for
the
extra
couple
meetings
and,
let's
cut
it
back.
A
I
do
know
from
22
plus
years
and
three
years
sitting
out
in
the
seats
out
there,
where
other
folks
sat
when
it
was
at
the
old
meeting,
the
more
in
my
own
personal
experience,
the
more
we
meet
the
more
we
accomplish.
That's
the
bottom
line.
Okay,
so
I
think
that's
where
a
lot
of
us
have
been
feeling
disconnected
by
these
three
months
away.
We
kind
of
just
come
in
and
get
reports
and
going.
A
Luckily,
I
keep
all
my
notes
from
the
last
minutes
meetings
I'm
scrolling
through,
and
you
guys
see
me
and
I'm
bugging
you
about
something.
I've
asked
him
three
times
in
a
row
about
so
I
appreciate
your
letting
me
give
you
that
input
from
both
past
and
present
and
ann.
A
Like
I
said
I,
I
would
like
to
have
it
into
the
minutes
as
you've
done,
that
I
feel
a
lot
of
the
things
that
were
keeping
us
as
a
four
meeting
are
resolved,
meaning
we
do
not
have
discord,
we
do
not
have
unruly
meetings,
we
do
not
have
yelling
and
screaming,
and
these
type
of
things
that
unfortunately
did
go
on
in
older
boards,
so
please
reconsider
us,
and
with
that
I
would
like
to
make
a
motion.
A
D
D
D
The
comparisons
I
think
to
other
boards
is
valid.
I
guess
I
guess
we
have
more
to
consider
than
some
other
boards
that
have
fewer
events
that
that's
a
good
thing
in
principle.
I
agree
with
what
anne
wrote
I
I
did
not
write
it,
but
I
I
agree
with
what
she
wrote.
I
agree
with
her
recommendation.
I
would
not
vote
to
have
more
meetings.
I
think
the
monthly
updates
that
we
get
are
great
if
you
want
to
take
the
time
to
read
through
them.
D
I
I
think
they're,
great
they're,
they're,
very
detailed
special
meetings
are
always
available.
I
don't
think
we've
ever
had
a
special
meeting
called,
but
if,
if
the
need
be,
we
do
have
that
option
in
our
bylaws
and
if
you
look
at
the
summation
of
our
last
seven
meetings,
we
had
one
canceled
due
to
covet
three
of
the
seven
meetings
lasted
less
than
an
hour,
just
just
for
a
point
of
information,
so
I
certainly
within
our
right
to
to
vote
on
ex
you
know
having
more
meetings.
I
would
personally
vote
no,
so
am.
A
A
C
Being
that
this
is
my
only
my
second
meeting,
you
know
it's
very
new
to
me.
You
know,
so
I'm
I'm
still
trying
to
grasp
what
we're
actually
doing
and
trying
to
make
sure
that
I'm
holding
on
to
as
much
information
as
I
can
get
and
give
like.
I
said
I
was
first
one
that
said
I
didn't
oppose
it,
but
if
we
could
do
it
for
a
time
being
you
know
temporary.
This
is
just
going
to
be
a
suggestion.
C
D
A
F
A
F
Or
not,
it's
the
work
session
for
city
council
at
four
o'clock
and
it'll,
be
here.
It's
definitely
open
to
the
public.
Okay
and
they'll,
be
talking
at
four
o'clock
and
they'll
be
talking
about
downtown,
just
economic
development
and
different
partnerships.
That's
all.
I
know
great.
A
O'clock
p.m,
thursday,
and
I
can't
beat
that
I
think
that
would
be
a
good
one
to
attend
if
anybody
can
take
the
time,
it's
always
good
to
hear
what
they're
going
to
do
for
downtown
and
their
plans
and
see
this
project
keep
moving
forward.
A
A
Thank
you
everybody
for
your
time
tonight.
Thank
you
for
our
teens
joining
us.
I
think
we
need
to
look
at
a
teen
moment
or
some
sort
of
installment
to
involve
them
and
hear
back
from
them
at
each
meeting,
and
I
think
what
you
guys
are
starting
will
be
a
good
direction
for
that,
so
we
can
get
some
reports
back.
I
think
that
would
be
really
good
and.
A
Yes,
we
would
like
their
microphones
used
most
definitely
and
hear
their
input
and
I'm
getting
to
hear
one
of
them
right
now.
That's
involved
with
our
theater,
which
is
really
great,
but
I
think
our
teams
need
to
be
involved
in
our
community
activities
as
well
as
the
programs
that
are
going
on
and
everything
else.
That's
why
also
chip.
I
requested
you
and
bren
look
at
asking
for
volunteers
again
at
our
meetings
I
mean
at
the
events
from
our
board.
I
know
some
of
us
got
started
with
that.
We
were
just
kind
of
a
representative.
A
We
I
think
we
even
talked
about
having
a
little
checklist.
You
know,
did
the
event
run
smooth
and
did
you
feel
like
it
was
well
attended
and
you
know
those
kind
of
things
I
I
think
again,
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
ways.
Our
board
can
get
involved,
we're
just
not
getting
taking
advantage
of
those
opportunities
at
this
point.
G
I
don't
know
I
I've
heard
a
number
of
people
actually
mention
that
we
have
some
dead
spots
in
the
floor.
It
is
in
our
capital
budget
to
replace
the
floor.
However,
that's
a
couple
of
years
out,
I
believe
so
we
are
aware.
A
C
Thank
you
for
being
here
and
thank
you
to
the
four
of
you
for
responding
to
all
my
emails.
I
know
it
sometimes
doesn't
go
to
the
correct
person
but
it'll
get
to
the
right
person.
So
I
appreciate
that
and
I'll
have
more
to
keep
coming
because,
like
I
was
telling
anne
I
go
to
the
parks,
I
usually
take
a
notebook
with
me
and
just
chat
with
people,
and
they
tell
me
their
concerns.
Are
what
and
I
try
to
report
it,
and
I
even
have
a
lovely
map.
Aren't
you
right.
D
A
A
C
Right,
that's
right.
I
have
an
excuse
to
do
my
hair,
I'm
really
enjoying
what
I'm
doing
with
you
with
everybody
here,
I'm
liking
quite
a
bit
the
city.
You
know
rebuilding
the
track,
and
things
like
that.
I'm
seeing
some
talks
in
that
community
of
how
they
can
give
back
to
the
city.
Now
you
don't
normally
hear
that
from
some
of
those
boys,
but
one
of
the
things
they
did
mention
was
if
the
track
is
opening
up.
C
C
D
F
They
are
more
open
than
you
think,
so
you
can
definitely
can
come
in
person,
but
if
you
don't
want
to
be
in
person,
there's
live
streaming
now.
No.
F
E
F
No
they're,
not
gonna,
kick
you
out,
and
so
you're
welcome
to
come
anytime
and
they're
first
and
third
tuesdays
at
seven
o'clock
and
then,
as
far
as
when
the
recommendation
would
come
up
all
right.
So
it's
it's
not
on
the
tentative
agendas
for
the
second
meeting
and
what's
coming
up.
Oh
first
it'll
be
the
second
meeting
in
march.
I'd
probably
do
march
16th.
Okay,
that's
my
plan.
You
know
unless
st
manager
says
oh
no,
we
should
put
it
on
another
day.
Let's
make
a
meeting
meteor!
F
A
Was
very
comfortable,
pat
hector
and
I
came
in
actually
I
think
it
was.
Last
month
we
were
honored
with
the
city.
C
A
A
The
amount
the
same
amount
as
we
have
chairs
for
misuta.
You
got
it
and
before
we
finish
up,
can
we
ask
our
team
members
if
they
have
anything
they'd
like
to
share
about
our
meeting
or
I
know
jackson
can
always
find
something.
So
I'm
going
to
ask
devin
to
say
hi,
and
what
do
you
think
of
this
so
far?
And
what
do
we
need
to
do
to
keep
you
guys
occupied
these
days?.
A
They
are
doing
wheelies
down
the
street
they're
crossing
over
they're
in
front
of
cars,
they're
passing
in
front
of
cars
and,
as
I
told
the
one
kid
which
he
took
as
a
threat,
I
said,
if
you
got
hurt,
maybe
you'd
finally
get
the
message
and
it
was
not
a
threat
for
me
because
I
was
already
passive.
It
was
from
the
threat
from
the
other
guy
that
he
drove
his
bike
in
front
of
and
almost
got
hit.
A
A
Yeah,
so
you
guys,
I
don't
know
if
you
need
to
have
the
sheriff
kind
of
keep
an
eye
on
him
now
and
then
brynn.
You
know
the
same
group
I'm
talking
about.
They
were
climbing
on
the
roofs
at
the
shelters
at
ariel's
park
and
beyond
me,
going
up
to
grandma
and
getting
him
in
trouble
that
way
yeah.
I
appreciate
it
and
I
agree-
and
it's
nice
to
hear
it
from
you,
that
you
also
think
it's
a
nuisance.
C
A
C
H
A
H
So
everyone
knows
like
if
you
don't
want
to
come
in,
but
thank
you
for
your
time
and
even
though
you
don't
get
in,
we
want
to
thank
you
for
doing
that,
like
actually
volunteering
and
giving
up
your
time
to
help
volunteer,
and
not
only
that.
I
also
think
that
it's
we
should
find
a
way
to
the
point
where
we
can
get
everyone.
Volunteering
I
mean
there's
never
going
to
be
there's
shortages
of
volunteers.
H
I
mean
there's
never
enough
volunteers
that
we
need,
because
it's
definitely
going
to
be
a
problem
because
of
covenant
and
all
that
people
are
going
to
be
stuck
at
home
and
people
with
safety
concerns
and
all
that
people
are
not
going
to
be
very
social
with
that.
So
it's
good
to
take
into
perspective
that
you
might
need
more
volunteers
and
finding
a
way
to
get
more
volunteers.
To
that
point,.
A
And
we
did
used
to
have
a
small
skateboard
park
here
which
was
used
by
the
bikes
as
well,
and
then
that
was
taken
away
from
them
so
that
eliminated
areas
so
maybe
down
the
road,
a
more
passive,
simple
portion
of
a
park
where
they
can
have
just
small
hills.
They
don't
have
to
go
to
the
big
formal
thing
over
there
they're
local.
Here
they
can
go
down
to
this
little
park
and
you
know
ride
through
some
hills
and
do
some
turns
and
put
their
cones
out
and
just
very
simple
nothing's.
A
You
know
nothing
fancy,
so
that
may
be
another
good
thing
for
you
guys
to
look
at
in
the
future.
Thank
you
guys.
I
appreciate
both
your
input.
Pat.
E
E
And
I
get
to
be
terrible
because
I'm
almost
like
the
policewoman
on
there
that
when
somebody
passes
because
and
and
I
go
walking,
not
just
our
trails
but
any
trail,
I'm
noticing
now
that
you
always
when
you
were
riding
a
bike
and
came
behind
people,
you
always
said
I
learned
how
to
do
that.
You
said
right
or
left.
It
makes
common
sense,
and
I
don't
know
if
we
have
that
anywhere.
If
we're
teaching
kids
with
the
city
to
do
it,
if
you've
got
a
rule
that
you
tell
them
or.
E
I
A
That
biking
etiquette
that
somebody
else
had
tried
to
get
going
before
that
we
never
got
going
and
those
kind
of
things
might
take
off
more.
If
there's
some
encouragement
at
the
end
of
taking
a
biking
etiquette
course,
you
know
right
passes
to
the
bmx
or
something
or,
if
you
at
least
get
it
into
them.
They
may
not
use
it,
but
you
at
least
get
it
into
them.
You
know
you
have
some
ears
that
will
pay
attention.
C
A
H
I
I
would
think,
a
small
video
course.
I
mean
just
a
couple
videos
just
giving
the
bicycle
safety.
I
mean
make
it
easy,
because
I
mean
it's
good
if
you
have
a
good
source
that
everyone
can
get
to
it
depending
on
where
you
are
in
life,
and
sometimes
just
people
looking
for
trouble
and
all
that
and
that's
why
the
sheriff
it's
a
good
idea
to
fairly
be
involved
in
that.
