D
All
right,
so
I
think
it's
about
six
o'clock,
so
let's
call
the
august
9th
leisure
services
advisory
board
meeting
to
order
first
order
of
business
will
be
our
pledge
of
allegiance
and
joe.
If
you
wouldn't
mind
leading
us
off,
I
pledge
allegiance
to
the
flag
of
the
united
states
of
america
and.
D
Thank
you
welcome
to
everybody
and
welcome,
especially
to
all
of
our
candidates,
for
a
couple
of
open
positions
and
for
anyone
here
for
the
citizens
open
forum
we'd
also
like
to
welcome
joe
and
kyle
to
the
board.
This
is
their
first
meeting
so
welcome
to
the
board.
D
These
these
young
men
were
tortured
three
months
ago
was
it
three
months
ago,
whenever
we
tortured
them
with
the
questions
which,
which
you'll
be
subjected
to
so
don't
sweat,
please
and
just
to
introduce
everyone.
Our
names
are
up
here
in
front
of
us
here,
and
that's
only
so.
We
know
where
to
sit.
Also
present
is,
if
you
don't
know,
ann
nixon,
our
city,
clerk
chip,
potts,
the
leisure
services,
director,
alexis
wells,
the
assistant,
leisure
services,
director
and
brynn,
daphne,
the
rec
creation
supervisor.
Thank.
D
Okay,
so
that's
the
introduction
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
citizens
open
forum?
If
anyone
has
a
comment.
E
A
A
A
D
B
My
name
is
richard
guyer,
it's
8906
north
river
road.
It's
in
tampa,
though
it's
not
in
oldsmore,
so
I
work
with
the
the
prior
mayor
and
I
think,
lynn
rivas
for
a
while
for
bringing
off-road
mountain
biking
or
off-road
riding
to
oldsmore.
So
I
just
wanted
to
meet
everybody
and
show
my
face
and
and
maybe
you'll
receive
an
email
from
me.
I
have
a
couple
of
ideas
that
I
want
to
kind
of.
B
G
G
Yeah,
what
I
would
say
is
we
can
have
that
discussion
within
our
department.
If
you
have
an
idea
or
anything
like
that,
that's
fine
and
certainly
bring
it
up
to
the
leisure
service
advisory
board.
Okay,
as
well
sure.
B
B
Get
some
kind
of
riding
trail
is
that
what
you're
trying
to
do?
Well,
I
had
a
project
that,
where
it
kind
of
failed
in
2016,
which
was
kind
of
an
enclosed
unit,
but
thinking
more
more
broad,
more
maybe
something
that
the
city
would
really
take
hold
of.
Instead
of
some
huge
investment
really
something
minor
that
will
really
help
and
with
all
the
greenland
being
slowly
divvied
up-
and
you
know
the
bmx
track
is
great,
but
no
one's
really
exercising
on
that
thing.
B
So
no
one's
buying
bikes,
no
one's
out
here,
you
know
filling
up
the
downtown,
so
I
live
over
in
tampa
and
right
over
the
side
of
right.
First
light
going
to
tampa
sorry.
Well,
I
didn't
know,
I
was
going
to
speak
that
long.
So
I
live.
I
live
really
close,
so
I
don't
know
as
far
as
my
involvement
would
be
moving
forward
with
oldsmore.
Of
course
I
could
move
500
yards
over,
but
I
just
wanted
to
meet
everybody,
and
obviously
mr
potts,
of
course,.
D
A
The
only
thing
I
had-
and
I
think
I
had
it-
actually
answered
myself
under
number:
seven:
the
construction
of
direction
for
the
board
purposes
and
actions.
The
name
could
change
to
leisure
services,
advocacy
board,
that's
just
that
was
a
recommendation
by
one
of
our
board
members
right,
you're,.
D
Hi
all
right
opposed.
Okay,
so
be
it.
Next
item
is
our
interview
of
applicants.
We
have
two
vacant
alternate
member
positions
and
we
have
three
people
present
we
have
in
in
your
list
of
applications
here.
Pam
is
here
tatiana's
here
and
steve
is
here.
So
if
we
could
ask
you
three
to
leave
just
for
a
moment
just
step
outside
the
door
there
and
we
will
go
over
our
process
and
devin,
would
you
bring
them
in
one
at
a
time
when
we're
ready,
okay,.
D
If
you
remember
the
last
time
we
did
this
for
for
kyle
and
joe,
I
gave
you
your
question
from
the
last
time
there
it
should
be
in
your
file.
If
you
don't
mind
asking
the
same
question
and
kyle
and
joe
have
a
question
that
I
gave
them
so
we'll
just
go,
we'll
start
down
down
with
suit
and
we'll
go.
Go
this
way.
Okay,
when
they
come
in
and
devin.
You
have
a
question
too,
ask
away
questions.
D
A
F
D
12
and
amber
you
asked
the
other
one
that
pseudo
was
going
to
ask
okay
and
yours,
nine
or
the.
I
D
D
E
D
Okay
and
just
be
advised
that
this
is
an
application
for
the
alternate
member
position.
It
would
require
attendance
at
each
meeting,
but
it
would
not
be
a
voting
position
unless
one
of
us
did
not
show
up
and
then
we
would
have
to
determine
who's.
The
first
alternate
who's,
the
second,
etc
etc.
But,
okay,
so
we're
going
to
ask
a
question
each
and.
D
A
Hi
pamela,
how
are
you
fine?
Thank
you,
nice
to
meet
you.
Thank
you
so
much
for
coming
in
today
and
expressing
an
interest
in
being
involved
with
our
board.
I've
got,
let's
see
what
are
some
agenda
topics
you
and
I
might
like
to
see
us
to
have
discussed
on
this
board.
What
kind
of
agenda
things
do
you
think
we
should
be
discussing
or
would
like
to
see
us
discussing,
or
what
do
you
think,
a
leisure
services
advisory
board
should
be
discussing.
J
Well,
my
background
originally
was
community
recreation.
That
was
my
bachelor's
degree.
Moving
on
to
my
master's
in
geriatrics,
so
I
tend
towards
the
senior
citizen.
Community
worked
for
the
state
for
18
years
agency
for
health
care
administration.
We
regulated
health
care
in
the
state
of
florida,
specifically
elder
care,
so
I
lean
towards
senior
citizens.
J
I
guess
I
might
be
one
now
after
retiring,
so
that
would
be
my
hope
and
direction
that
we
would
proceed
move
forward
with.
We
have
excellent
program,
I
think,
for
senior
citizens,
but
would
like
to
see
perhaps
more
on
that
level.
B
And
my
question,
for
you:
is
you
kind
of
answered
a
little
bit
of
it,
but
what
skills
do
you
think
you
could
bring
to
our
board.
J
Well,
as
I
said
originally,
my
my
bachelor's
degree
was
in
community
recreation
started
with
the
ymca,
as
many
of
us
did
moved
on
to
activities,
programming
in
nursing
homes
and
assisted
living
facilities,
followed
up
by
18
years
of
the
state
of
florida
and
the
regulatory
side.
So
I
think
I
could
bring
almost
40
years
of
experience
in
leisure
and
recreation
services
we
found
in
the
nursing
home
environment
or
the
assisted
living
environment,
senior
citizens.
B
J
No,
we
take
occasional
vacations,
we
live
here,
full-time,
take
occasional
vacations
but
of
course,
with
the
pandemic
haven't
been
traveling
too
far,
but
I
have
no
problem
with
scheduling.
Okay,.
J
C
J
Absolutely
I
would
be
available
retired
last
august.
First,
so
with
the
pandemic
have
not
been
participating.
You
know
as
much
as
we
would
have
liked,
but
certainly
I'm
available
my
husband's
ready
for
me
to
get
out
and
do
something
meaningful.
You
know
we've
been
together
for
a
year
of
retirement
now.
So
yes,
I'm
certainly
available.
I
Okay,
hi:
how
are
you
doing
fine?
Thank
you.
What
is
your
motive
to
being
on
the
leisure
services
advisory
board.
J
Well
again,
I
think
that,
with
my
background
in
community
recreation
and
elder
care
recreation,
I
just
felt
it
was
a
good
fit.
I
looked
at
opportunities
that
were
available
when
I,
when
I
became
interested
and
it
just
looked
like
the
best
fit
based
on
my
prior
experience
and
now
my
availability,
okay,
good.
B
Okay,
pamela,
how
are
you
I'm
ken?
My
question?
You
pretty
much
already
answered
it
for
me.
Do
you
have
any
prior
experience
that
may
be
beneficial
to
the
board.
D
A
B
I
B
D
Just
remember
that
this
is
a
an
application
interview.
If
you
will
for
a
alternate
member
of
the
leisure
services
advisory
board,
it
would
require
attendance
four
times
a
year
at
our
meetings.
The
only
time
that
you
would
get
to
vote
is
if
one
of
us
did
not
attend.
B
A
F
Well,
I
have
a
lot
of
experience
with
event.
Organizing
one
of
my
events
is
tampa.
Taco
fest.
I
work
a
lot
with
the
city
of
tampa.
I
grew
up
in
tampa,
but
I've
been
a
resident
of
old
smart
for
the
past
10
years
and
I
love
old
smart.
This
is
where
I
had
where
I
met
my
husband,
where
I
have
my
two
beautiful
little
girls
and
I
see
a
lot
of
growth
in
our
city
and
I
want
to
be
part
of
that.
B
Thank
you,
hi
tatiana,
I'm
joe
okay,
do
you
see
any
problem
meeting
in
february
may
august
and
november.
C
Hello,
are
you
going
to
be
available
for
more
than
just
the
meetings
you're
going
to
be
able
to
go
to
city
activities,
and
do
you
currently
attend
any
of
the
city
activities
you.
F
See
my
face:
yes,
oh
my
god,
especially
after
the
pandemic,
I'm
dying
to
get
back
to
events.
I
mean
they're
so
important
to
our
community
and,
like
I
said
I,
I
love
being
involved.
I'm
surprised
it
took
me
this
long
to
actually
you
know
reach
out
to
you
guys.
There
was
a
period
where
I
was
traveling
a
lot
and
then,
of
course
I
have
two
small
children,
but
I
think
now
is
the
time
you
know.
Hopefully
we're
coming
out
of
the
pandemic.
F
I
Okay,
hi
tatiana,
I'm
pat
happy
birthday.
Thank
you.
It's
an
excuse
and
that's
why
I
was
late.
What
is
your
motive
to
being
on
the
leisure
services
advisory
board.
F
So
I
am
a
female
latina
minority
and
again
going
back
to
seeing
how
the
city
of
oldsmar
is
growing.
I
have
a
lot
of
connections
with
the
hispanic
community
in
hillsborough
and
pinellas
county,
and
I
feel
like
old.
Smart
is
overlooked
a
lot
and
I
wanna
again
bring
ideas
to
the
table
that
are
multicultural
and
that
can
touch
you
know
not
only
hispanics
but
also
females,
younger
females.
Well,
that
makes
sense.
B
Are
you
today,
okay,
do
you
have
any
prior
experiences
that
may
be
beneficial
to
the
board.
F
So
I
have
I
own
an
experience,
multicultural,
that's
important
for
me
to
say
multicultural,
experimental,
marketing
and
event
production
company.
What
that
means
is
that
I
work
with
local
and
national
brands
and
we
execute
activations
events
and
obviously
with
the
pandemic
that
kind
of
killed
a
lot
of
business.
So
with
things
getting
back
in
the
flow,
I'm
dying
again
to
execute
activations,
and
I
have
a
few
projects
that
I'm
working
on
that
I
would
like
to
eventually
bring
them
to
osmar.
Again
I
do
festivals
with
the
city
of
tampa.
F
I
grew
up
in
tampa.
I
love
the
way
tampa's
grown,
but
my
home
for
the
last
10
years
has
been
osmar
and
there's
so
much
potential
here
and
there's
you
know,
there's
so
many
resources,
I'm
an
ambassador
of
osmar
without
being
an
official
ambassador.
You
know.
With
this
pandemic,
I
have
my
husband,
my
my
girls
and
I
were
very
outdoorsy.
People
and
osmar
has
so
many
beautiful
parks
and
so
many
things
to
do.
F
Besides
events,
and
I'm
always
constantly
telling
my
family
and
friends,
you
know
they
want
me
always
to
go
to
tampa,
to
go
ride,
bikes
and
do
the
riverwalk
and
all
that
and
I'm
like.
I
have
a
beautiful
trail
behind
my
house.
You
guys
come
over.
You
guys
come
explore
old,
smart.
We
love
kayaking,
come
over.
You
know
we
have
a
dock,
just
walking
distance
from
our
house,
so
I'm
very
passionate,
I'm
an
ambassador
unofficial
on
ambassador
and
I
want
to
make
it
official.
F
Okay,
so
I
grew
up.
I
was
born
in
puerto
rico,
so
I'm
an
island
girl.
I
need
water
near
me
and
the
best
place
that
I
could
live
in
is
osmar
because
you
know
obviously
hurricane
season.
It
could
get
a
little
scary,
but
how
beautiful
it
is
that
I
could
come
home
from
work
and
work,
walk
four
blocks
down
the
road,
and
I
have
our
beautiful
old
tampa
bay
and
I
have
the
channel
from
tarpon
lake
tarpon
and
I
get
to
ride
my
bike
and
just
everything
everything
it's
just
a
really
a
beautiful
city.
F
I
F
D
To
stay
to
hear
steve
all
right
and
then
we'll
ask
you
to
leave
while
we
vote
sounds.
D
Okay,
be
flexible,
hi,
steve
welcome.
I
stand
here.
Yes,
yes,
sir,
just
a
reminder
that
this
is
a
an
interview
for
the
alternate
board
member
here
attendance
is
required
at
the
four
meetings
a
year.
You
would
not
get
to
vote
unless
one
of
us
does
not
show
up
the
purpose
of
the
alternate
and
we'll
each
be
asking
a
question.
Jackson,
you
can
jump
in
with
your
question
there
when
it's
it's
there
for
you.
If
you'd
like
and
say
your
name
and
address
for
the
record
and.
A
Hi,
stephen:
no
I've
been
nodded
by
that
we're
supposed
to
stick
to
the
script,
so
so
that
that
is
fine
and
when
we
double
up
we'll
cover
it.
When
we
come
to
those
welcome
stephen,
thank
you
so
much
for
expressing
an
interest
in
our
leisure
service
board
and,
of
course,
in
our
community
and
volunteering.
Your
time
to
be
here.
My
first
question
for
you
today
is
what
are
some
of
the
agenda
topics
that
you'd
like
to
see
discussed
on
the
leisure
services
advisory
board.
K
Basically,
what
I'm,
what
I'm
you
know?
I
I've
been
like
a
resident
here
for
oldsmore
for
quite
a
long
time,
and
I
just
like
to
be
involved
in
youth,
sports
and
youth
activities
and
and
express
interest
in
different
activities
that
they
do
I'd
like
to
possibly
see.
Maybe
you
know
down
the
road
building,
a
gym
gymnasium
for
kids
to
play,
volleyball
and
basketball
in
and.
K
Having
maybe
having
some
kind
of
runners
group
where
the
kids
can
run,
you
know
which
would
which
some
of
them
would
be
able
to
use
in
high
school,
they
might
find
interest
in
that.
You
know
just
just
various
things
of
that
nature.
B
K
Well
from
experience,
I've
been
involved
in
youth
sports,
since
my
daughter
and
son
played
the
league
here
back
in
the
it
started
in
the
80s.
I
guess
my
son
was
five
years
old.
Six
years
old
started
t-ball
my
daughter
started
t-ball
at
seven
and
a
half
my
coach
them.
I
coached
my
son
for
four
years.
Five
six
years
I
coached
my
daughter's
team
for
two
years
with
my
wife.
K
My
son
did
football
here.
He
played
over
in
town
and
country
football,
but
he's
based
here
at
oldsmore
for
the
oldsmore
falcons.
My
son
did
cheerleading
for
the
football
team.
I
had
a
softball
team
here
in
the
men's
league
for
several
years,
and
I
also
played
on
another
team
for
about
seven
years,
which
then
my
kids
swam
in
the
swim
program
over
at
the
ymca
in
palm
harbor.
They
had
boot
ranch
for
four
years.
K
My
coach,
my
granddaughter
soccer
team
myself,
I
used
to
run.
I
ran
in
the
old
small
armadillo
race
one
time
so
right
now,
I'm
on
the
board
of
directors
for
the
old
tomorrow,
east
lake
rotary
club
and
I'm
in
charge
of
the
armadillo
race
right
now.
So
I've
been
involved
in,
like
I
said,
youth
activities
in
sports
for
quite
a
while.
B
Very
good,
thank
you,
hey
steve,
I'm
joe
hi.
Do
you
see
any
problems
with
meeting
in
february
may
august
and
november.
C
C
Yeah,
so
are
you
currently
attending
any
city
activities
or
could
you
attend
city
activities.
I
Okay,
that's
it
hi,
steve,
I'm
pat.
What
is
your
motive
to
being
on
the
leisure
services
advisory
board?
What
is
my
motive
to
be
in
it
for
being
on.
K
The
board
for
being
on
the
board.
Well,
you
know
I
I
was
busy
with
my
kids,
raising
my
kids
and
doing
sports
with
them
and
being
involved
and
working.
So
I
didn't
have
a
whole
lot
of
time
to
you
know
to
do
anything
with
the
city
as
far
as
giving
back
to
the
city
and
helping
them
in
any
way,
then
I
started
my
own
business.
So
again
I
was,
I
haven't,
really
had
the
time,
but
recently
you
know
I've
retired
and
I'm
looking
to
help
the
city.
B
Hi,
steve,
I'm
ken:
do
you
have
any
prior
experiences
that
may
be
beneficial
to
the
board?
I'm
sorry,
do
you
have
any
prior
experiences
that
may
be
beneficial
to
the
board.
K
That
beneficial
to
the
board
yeah,
it's
kind.
A
K
Yeah
yeah
yeah,
I'm.
I
was
past
president
of
the
oldsmar
east
lake
rotary
club,
I'm
still
a
member
of
the
club,
I'm
on
the
board
of
directors
for
east
lake
woodlands,
one
of
the
condominiums
over
in
east
lake
woodlands.
B
K
What
is
that
I
like
about
ultima?
Yes,
I
like
the
fact
that
it's
not
a
not
a
metropolitan
area
like
clearwater
or
or
tampa
my
wife
and
I
moved
here
in
84
and
we
loved
the
fact
that
it
was
a
you
know,
a
growing
city,
but
it
was
still
a
small
city.
It
wasn't
anything
you
know
growing
too
big
and
we
liked
the
closeness
of
the
citizens
in
oldsmore.
Like
I
said
it
was
involved
with
the
old
small
little
league
and
the
people
that
I
met
and
my
wife
met
there.
K
K
K
D
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
steve.
Thank
you,
steve,
tatiana,
pam
and
steve
if
you
could
step
out
for
a
moment
and
we
will
conduct
our
secret
ballot
here.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
answers.
E
So
just
a
reminder:
the
ballots
aren't
so
secret.
I
need
you
to
sign
them
when
you're
done
and
just
put,
I
do
have
a
type
of
said
mark
one
and
two
next
to
your
top
four
choices.
Obviously,
there's
only
two
choices
so
put
a
one.
Next
to
the
person
you
think
would
be
good
for
the
first
alternate
and
a
two
next
one,
you
think,
would
be
good
for
a
second
alternate
and
if
you
don't
think
any
of
them
would
be
good.
E
Okay,
what,
yes,
because
it's
basically
your
requirement
that
you
want
to
be
able
to
interview
them.
I
don't
think
that
you
should
consider.
A
Oh
jackson's
saying
he
won't
be
voting
because
he
missed
some
of
the
other
interviews.
D
B
B
B
E
Okay,
I
have
the
results
so
have
you
gone
to?
I
just
announced
them
to
you
or
wait
for
the
family.
A
Okay,
so
we
have
a
consensus
to
announce
before
please:
okay,.
E
All
right
so
alternate
number
one
is
tatiana
lopez
and
alternate
number
two
pamela
aramola.
E
I
wanted
the
time
to
thank
everybody
for
applying
and
the
results
of
the
election
is
that
number
one
alternate
is
tatiana
lopez
and
number.
Two
is
pamela
eramona
and
then
stephen
will
keep
your
application
on
file.
We
do
have
vacancies
come
up
and
so
we'll
contact
you
when
another
vacancy
comes
up,
but
there
are
only
two
positions
to
fill
and
then
the
count
you
two
will
need
to
be
at
the
september
7th
council
meeting.
If
you
can
we'll
send
a
letter
to
you
and
congratulations
and.
A
D
Don't
forget
during
your
interview
or
your
okay,
your
approval
at
city
council
to
tell
them
as
amber
did
how
harshly
we
grilled
you
durian
amber
was
what'd.
You
tell
them
two
hours,
you're
welcome
to
stay
for
the
meeting
and
thank
you
again.
A
And
stephen,
thank
you
again
so
much
for
your
time
as
well.
Please
stay
and
join
us
or
come
to
these
meetings
anytime
and
then
ann
will
contact
you
if
any
vacancies
opens
up
that
you
can
come
back
for
so
we
definitely
appreciate
your
time.
It's
always
hard
when
you're
picking
new
people
and
going
by
a
little
bit
of
resume
and
a
couple
of
questions,
but
I
just
want
to
extend
a
special
thank
you
for
your
time
and
your
dedication
of
being
here
and
your
interest
in
the
leisure
services
board,
amen.
D
Thank
you.
Okay.
Next
item
on
our
agenda
is
the
monthly
reports,
project
updates
and
upcoming
events.
We
we
always
appreciate
the
monthly
reports
that
we
get.
Chip
and
project
updates
upcoming
events.
G
Okay,
I'm
just
gonna
hit
real
quickly
on
some
of
the
monthly
report
highlight
sentence.
It's
been
a
while
we
did
have
our
open
performance
in
ariel's
park
which
had
over
600
in
attendance,
and
these
are
just
some
of
the
highlights
of
the
highlights
that
I
gave
you.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
mentioned
three
new
events
that
we
had
hosted:
chalk
the
park
which
had
210
participants
in
ariel's
park.
We
had
a
sandcastle
day,
which
was
at
mobley
beach
park.
G
We
had
125
participants
there,
wonderful
and
then,
of
course,
we
ran
our
virtual
memorial
day
ceremony
back
with
memorial
day
last
one
indoors
we're
going
to
be
planning
for
veterans
day
outdoors.
So
that's
that's
a
good
step
in
the
right
direction
to
get
back
to
normalcy
there,
and
then
we
did
host
our
summer
camp,
which
had
75
youths
participate,
and
tomorrow
is
the
last
day
of
summer
camp,
which
is
a
bittersweet.
B
G
That
office
depot
commercial
or
staples
commercial
when
it's
the
most
wonderful
time
of
the
year,
so
so
yeah.
Those
are
just
a
couple
of
monthly
report
highlights
for
some
of
the
events
project
updates
I've
been
providing
you
with
those
as
well.
However,
I
do
want
to
give
you
the
latest
on
three
things.
First,
is
the
bmx?
If
you
haven't
seen
yet
the
starting
hills
are
down,
it
is
a
flat
area
right
now.
G
The
vertical
work
is
to
begin
the
week
of
august
23rd
we're
still
looking
at
a
spring
opening
and
we're
looking
at,
hopefully
hosting
a
a
pro-am,
a
florida
state
series
race
in
april
and
then
also
the
gator
nationals
in
october
of
2022.,
we're
just
waiting
on
usa
bmx
to
find
out
my
scheduling
and
get
those
things
nailed
down
for
us,
but
that's
our
anticipation
there
and,
let's
see
what
else
the
spray
park,
the
spray
ground,
the
installer
is
finishing
up.
The
elements
are
in.
G
They
did
a
test
run
with
it
the
other
day
to
make
sure
everything
was
working.
That's
good,
they're
doing
some
finishing
touches
there.
They
should
have
final
inspection
this
week.
Hopefully
on
friday
would
be
final
inspection
and
then
we
will
be
planning
a
grand
reopening
for
august,
the
21st
it's
a
saturday,
I'm
not
putting
that
out
as
a
solid
grand
reopening.
Yet
until
I
see
the
final
inspection
on
friday,
because
you
know
what'll
happen
there,
we'll
just
you
know
about
to
go
back
on
our
our
plans.
G
So
once
we
get
that
we'll
contact
the
board,
obviously
and
we'll
have
a
ceremony
out
there,
and
all
of
you
are
obviously
going
to
be
invited
so
we'll
let
you
know
how
that
goes
on
friday
and
then
the
peer
repair
was
completed
last
month
and
is
now
fully
open.
So
those
are
three
distinct
projects
that
we're
glad
are
moving
on
here.
So
so
that's
it
for
project
updates.
G
I
did
want
to
mention
some
upcoming
events.
We
are
in
the
middle
of
summer.
We
don't
really
get
back
into
our
special
event
season
until
october,
but
right
now
we're
you
know.
We
have
the
the
chamber
of
commerce
puts
on
second
fridays,
which
will
be
coming
up
this
friday,
friday,
the
13th,
and
that
is
starting
at
six
o'clock,
and
that
goes
until
10
right
out
here
on
state
street.
G
As
steve
had
mentioned,
the
armadillo
run
earlier
that
is
coming
up
on
saturday
august,
the
28th,
so
that's
a
5k
and
a
10k,
and
that
is
the
the
rotary
club
who's.
Putting
on
that
event.
G
G
G
The
chamber
will
run
that
we
will
work
together
with
them.
We
will
be
if,
if
approved
in
next
year's
budget,
we
will
be
providing
fireworks.
G
A
B
A
B
E
D
Okay,
thank
you.
Chip
item
number
four.
We
want
to
revisit
something
that
we
spoke
about
in
may
ideas
for
board,
purpose
and
action.
D
Just
let
me
read
on
our
website
the
the
page
about
the
leisure
services
advisory
board.
We
have
a
one
sentence,
description
or
purpose.
The
leisure
services
advisory
board
makes
recommendations
to
the
city
council
on
recreation,
programs,
parks
and
cultural
affairs
in
the
latest
resolution
that
was
passed
by
city
council
in
may
section.
D
In
addition,
the
board
shall
immediately
report
leisure
services
items
of
concern
to
the
director
of
leisure
services.
So
that's
our
the
long
version
of
our
purpose.
It's
and
focus
I
met
with
chip
last
week
and
we
kind
of
discussed
the
items
that
are
in
the
notes
from
the
may
meeting
number
seven.
If
you
want
to
refer
to
it,.
D
Bring
up
a
suggestion
for
the
name
change
later,
but
I
think
we'd
like
to
focus
based
on
our
description
here,
just
a
suggestion
that
board
members
could
survey
the
public
for
needs
and
desires
and
board
members
could
survey
the
public
for
satisfaction
as
far
as
giving
feedback
to
city
council
chip.
Do
you
have
like
a
timeline
for
those
suggestions
or.
G
It
would
be
one
board
member
who
would
work
with
staff
to
develop
these
together
and
then
so.
The
third
part,
the
third
person
on
this
first
part,
would
be
somebody
to
accumulate
and
decipher
the
information
that
we've
received
and
create
the
report
that
comes
back
to
the
leisure
services
department.
The
goal
behind
this
is
to
utilize
the
board
to
actually
fulfill
the
purpose.
As
kenneth
said
is:
first
one
interpretation
of
community
needs
and
desires.
G
We
need
somebody
from
the
board
to
help
us
create
that
survey
that
tool
that
goes
out
to
the
community.
Then
we
can
just
first
to
go
to
our
events.
Go
to
our
programs.
Go
to
places
where
we
don't
have
people
that
participate
in
leisure
services
activities
because
we
need
to
know
why
they
don't
or
do
they
even
know
that
we
exist.
G
So
we
want
to
work
with
that
individual
to
to
create
that
and
then,
as
I
mentioned,
working
together
to
not
just
the
locations
but
then
to
to
get
the
feedback
and
interpret
what
the
community
wants
and
then
report
back
at
a
board
meeting.
So
I'd
like
to
get
something
moving
to
answer
your
question.
Ken
I'd
like
to
hopefully
have
something
tonight
where
peop
somebody
from
the
board
is
assigned
to
each
one
of
those
particular
tasks,
and
then
we
can
get
to
work
right
away
meeting
with
the
person
who
is
assigned
or
volunteers
to
create
that.
G
So
then.
At
the
same
time,
we
find
we
work
with
that
four-person
liaison
to
develop
that
calendar
and
figure
out
and
then
at
the
next
meeting,
come
back
in
at
our
next
meeting
in
november
to
say:
here's
your
you
guys
provide
your
report
to
the
board.
We
agree
upon
you
agree
upon,
and
then
we
go
ahead
and
begin
to
implement,
because
by
the
time
we
get
back
to
the
board
in
november,
we'll
be
getting
into
our
main
event
season.
Snowbirds
are
down.
G
That's
when
most
of
the
people
are
going
to
be
outdoors,
we
can
get
that
we
can
get
those
surveys
or
park,
intercept
surveys
or
focus
groups
or
whatever
we
need
to
do
to
get
that
feedback
from
november.
For
the
next.
You
know
three
or
four
months
come
back
and
then
really
decipher
the
information
which
then
provides
us
meaning
the
leisure
services.
The
department
of
leader
services
is
provides
us
that
focus
and
guidance
as
to
how
are
we
going
to
create
programming?
How
are
we
going
to
create
events
right?
G
You
know
we
had
something
to
talk
about.
Our
new
alternate
board.
Member
was
talking
about
this
event
or
that
event
like
yeah.
That
sounds
great,
but
we
really.
We
have
to
focus
on
what
the
community
desires
and
needs
are,
and
that's
what
we
need
you
guys
to
help
us
to
figure
out
and
and
that's
how
we
like
to
utilize
the
board.
So
once
you
determine
who's
going
to
fulfill
what
role
I'd
certainly
like
to
get
jump
jump
on
that
right
away
so
that
we
can
be
prepared
for
november.
G
Have
everything
lined
up
and
then
once
you
guys
agree
in
november
is
hey.
This
is
the
direction
we're
gonna
go.
This
is
the
calendar
that
we're
gonna
have
these?
Are
the
questions
we're
gonna
ask
this
is
how
we're
gonna
get
this
feedback.
Then
we
can
go
ahead
and
start
getting
that
calendar
going
getting
that
feedback
when
everybody's
here,
so
that's
kind
of
our
desire.
There.
A
So,
just
to
clarify
we
are
as
board
members
still
allowed
to
do
general
polling
of
at
an
event,
and
did
you
like
everything?
Do
you
have
any
suggestions?
This
is
a
more
formal
approach.
B
A
Having
some
type
of
little
form
filled
out
that
we
can
use
for
tallying
and
stuff
like
that
as
well,
gotcha.
G
G
Correct
so
we
would
have
one
board
member
helped
to
develop
questions.
One
board
member
would
help
to
establish
a
calendar.
One
board
member
would
be
assigned
to
help
to
tally,
but
that
wouldn't
be
towards
you
know
towards
the
end
that
would
be
after
certainly
after
november.
That
would
be
more
towards
spring
when
we're
bringing
all
that.
G
B
G
B
G
Correct
and
then
we
also
ken-
and
I
we
talked
about
as
well-
we
could
probably
do
we
could
probably
kind
of
make
it
a
dual
kind
of
activities
where
we
would.
The
third
purpose
is
to
act
as
a
conduit
of
public
opinion
to
have
a
board
member
then
work
with
staff
to
create
a
satisfaction
survey
so
that
we
can
do
both
at
the
same
time,
and
that
way
we're
not
extending
it
out,
and
this
would
continue
on
this-
wouldn't
just
be
a
one-time.
F
G
Once
we
get
the
first
report
back,
we
you
know,
then
the
staff
can
utilize
that
information
to
start
programming
ahead
into
the
future
and
then,
as
we
continue
to
do,
do
those
then
we
can
go
out
and
do
more
surveys
and
kind
of
because
trends
change.
You
know
you
know.
Recreational
trends
and
programming
changes
so
trying
to
stay
on
the
leading
edge
of
that
with
the
boards.
B
D
I
G
We
could
do
park,
intercept
surveys
where
a
board
member
goes
to
the
park
on
a
certain
date
a
certain
time,
and
we
vary
those
times
because
we
don't
just
want
to
hit
working
families
and
we
don't
want
to
hit
just
certain
people
to
visit
a
park.
So
a
very
time
focus
groups
are
a
good
way
to
get
those
so.
I
G
I
G
So
it
may
be
so
bad,
maybe
amongst
the
board,
when
you
create
the
calendar,
maybe
it's
okay,
pat
you're,
going
to
go
to
ariel's
park
on
saturday
november,
the
11th
from
11
to
12
and
you're,
going
to
try
to
do
park,
intercept
surveys
by
talking
to
people
at
the
park.
That's
your
role
and
then
maybe
suda
does
another
weekend
at
the
sports
complex
and
then
maybe
there's
a
location
where
the
board
has
figured
out
hey.
G
Look,
you
know
what
let's
go
to
this
location,
because
I
think
there's
a
large
number
of
people
there
that
we
can
get
some
good
feedback
or
I
know,
there's
families
over
here.
Let's
go
here.
We
know
there's
seniors
over
here.
Let's
go
target
senior,
so
we
really
want
to
try
to
incorporate
the
whole
community
and
really
identify
where
you
know
where
those
where
the
people
are
where
we
need
to
get
that
feedback
from.
C
So
if
you
had
a
way
to
like
put
that
on
like
a
three
by
five
card,
it's
almost
like
a
small
survey
card
right.
C
Would
it
be
beneficial
to
get
that,
while
you're
out
in
the
community
doing
stuff
so
like
I'm
in
the
barber
shop
in
oldsmar
every
friday
and
there's
tons
of
oldsmar
residents
in
there
right,
so
I'm
in
there
and
then
I'm
constantly
running
around
in
the
city
so
like
and
then
you
know
go
to
the
car
wash
and
I
talk
to
a
lot
of
people
while
I'm
at
the
car
wash
and
then
you
know
my
regular
routine
right.
C
I
see
people
around
that
live
in
the
neighborhood
because
we're
all
in
the
same
area
right
hot
tuna
for
dinner,
always
talking
to
somebody
where
you
know
we're
close
by
or
we
all
live
in
the
same
neighborhood
right.
So
it
wouldn't
be
bad
to
have
something
like
that
that
you
could
actually
just
pull
out
and
say:
hey,
you
know.
If
you're
in
a
natural
conversation,
I
could
chase
people
down
at
their
dinner
table.
C
Obviously,
but
if
you're
in
a
natural
conversation
with
somebody,
you
say
yeah,
this
is
what
I
do
or
this
is
where
I'm
this
is
the
board.
I'm
sitting
on
you
mind
taking
two
minutes
and
filling
this
thing
out
for
me,
see
if
we
can
make
the
city
a
little
better
for
you
and
kind
of
present
it
that
way.
I
think
that
might
be
an
option
that
that
would
work.
Does
I.
G
C
G
G
A
I
think
both
ideas
are
great.
I
think
both
of
them
have
merit.
My
first
concern
is
putting
the
sub
the
public
survey
questions
on
one
person
to
work
with
a
staff
to
ask.
I
think
we
would
all
have
input
on
what
kind
of
questions
should
be
on
a
survey.
A
So
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
a
case
that
the
staff
and
one
person
puts
together
a
mock-up
and
then
that
comes
back
in
november
to
be
reviewed
and
adjusted
and
added
to
and
then,
but
I
would
think
this
is
something
we
need
to
get
together
to
work
on
as
a
board
in
a
board
meeting
on
the
survey
questions
you
know,
I
do
think
it
would
be
beneficial
if,
once
that
is
completed,
that
all
of
us
have
a
dozen
of
these
three
by
five
cards
in
our
pockets
or
purses
that
when
we
go
out
to
the
public,
we
can
utilize
that
so
I'm
I'm
a
little
distracted
with
one
person
doing
this
and
one
person
doing
this.
A
E
So
I
mean
there
are
a
couple
things
you
can
do
you
can
have.
You
can
send
questions
to
me
like
individually
and
then
I
could
forward
them
to
chip,
and
then
we
could
come
up
with
something
and
bring
it
back
at
the
next
meeting
or
you
guys
could
bring
your
own
survey
questions
kind
of
think
about
it,
the
next
next
couple
months
and
then
bring
it
to
the
november
meeting
so
that
that's
one
way
everybody
would
have
input
and
then
we'd
have
that
as
an
agenda
item.
A
I
A
C
I
was
thinking
something
similar
to
what
you're
doing
what
we
do
with
the
interview
questions.
What
if
everybody
sits
down,
does
five
or
eight
questions.
We
submit
it
as
a
master
list,
because
I
may
have
the
same
question
you
have,
but
it
worded
differently,
so
we
could
say:
okay,
well,
my
questions
to
this
question
are
the
same
right.
A
C
C
E
A
E
A
E
E
A
Step
would
be
to
put
it
on
our
agenda.
Do
we
need
to
request
that
formally
with
a
vote
or
anything,
to
put
it
on
our
agenda
for
next
meeting,
or
do
you
have
that
for
us
now?
I
have
that
I'll
stay.
Thank
you
and
then
we
could
discuss
it
further
and
as
a
group
and
kind
of
decide
what
we
need
to
be
surveying
on.
A
G
K
A
C
A
D
Okay,
everybody
clear
on
that
absolutely
yep,
so
dale
eugene
with
you
know,
limited
to
20
20
points,
15.,
okay,
okay,
good
on
that,
is
there
any
any
desire
to
expand
our
name
or
change
our
name?
I
I
know
that
largo
and
safety
harbor
for
what
it's
worth
their
leisure
services
boards
are
advocacy
boards,
but
yet
safety
harbor,
while
being
called
an
advocacy
board.
Their
description
says
that
they
are
advisory.
D
So
they
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to
change,
suggest
a
name
change
since
we're
going
to
kind
of
expand
or
at
least
follow
our
duties.
If
there's
any
desire
to
suggest
to
city
council
that
we
become
the
advocacy
board
or
the
advisory
and
advocacy
board,
you
know
there
is
a
difference
in
the
terms.
Well,.
A
Excuse
me,
I
think
we
are
still
in
an
advisory
board
capacity,
even
though
we're
advocating
for
some
things
to
happen
within
our
community.
We,
even
though
we
advocate
for
it,
we
may
not
get
chosen
to
be.
You
know,
acted
on
okay,
personally,
a
person
that
does
names
and
logos
for
many
many
years.
A
I
prefer
something
that
you
stick
with
rather
than
changing,
and
I
imagine
the
the
leisure
services
board
sort
of
has
been
changed
anyways
as
the
two
combined
together,
but
I
mean
I
like
advocacy,
because
it
means
we're
more
action,
but
I
don't
think
that's
the
capacity
necessarily
the
council
thinks
of
us.
A
So
that's
my
two
cents,
I'm
pretty
sure.
So
if
we
want.
B
D
C
E
C
Are
changing?
This
board
has
changed
and
that
city
council
is
going
to
be
changing
with
some
other
people
running
and
some
new
faces
and
then
right
new
possible
new
mayor
coming
in
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
are
changing
so,
while
tabling
it
till
the
next
meeting.
I
think
at
that
meeting
probably
should
have
some
sort
of
an
answer.
Sure.
C
A
A
I
don't
know
anne
what
does
it
take
to
change
a
name
on
a
board
just
city
council's
reading,
through
dialogue,
or
does
it
have
to
go
through
tom
trask
and
everything,
or
that.
E
E
Kind
of
so
one
thing
to
consider
is
you
know
in
doing
that?
Are
you
changing
the
scope
as
well
or
do
you
go
ahead
and
do
fulfill
this
scope
and
then
ask-
and
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
things
to
consider
but-
and
there
might
be
some
other
changes
that
you
would
be
asking
for,
so
you
might
want
to
wait
a
little
bit
to
have
some
more
own
fun.
Those
because
change
we're
ch.
It
seems
like
we're
changing
resolutions
like
like
under
clothing.
E
F
D
Okay,
all
right
so
october,
15th
hit
in
with
our
ideas.
Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
leisure
services
learning
moment.
D
D
A
D
Have
under
new
business
I'm
going
to
suggest
a
van
tour
under
new
business?
That's
on
the
list
here
you
know
and
if
board
members
see
any.
A
Yeah
that
kind
of
stuff
I
understand,
I
thought
it
was
more
of
the
event
liaisons.
I
was
questioning
because
I
I
think
that
was
a
good
one,
that
we
started
to
try
to
do
before
so,
hopefully,
that'll
come
back
around
as
well.
G
Okay,
brynn
delphine
is
going
to
give
a
leisure
services
learning
moment
update
for
us
she's
going
to
just
kind
of
talk
about.
Just
a
couple.
Months
ago,
we
started
to
host
team
focus
groups
to
try
to
get
an
idea
of
what
teams
want
from
a
programming
aspect.
So
we
did
those
initially
started
with
zoom
and
we've
had
two
meetings,
and
I
think
the
third
one
is
coming
up
this
friday.
So
just
want
to.
Let
bryn
talk
a
little
bit
about
how
we
did
that
and
what
was
involved.
H
I'm
still
getting
used
to
hearing
my
new
name
so
took
me
a
second.
He
said
brian
dolphin.
I
was
like
I'm.
H
Before
the
record,
I've
only
been
brain
daughter
for
what
a
month
now.
Yes,
so
as
chip
mentioned,
you
know
we
we
are
starting
to
out
nfl
jumps
and
things
like
that
like
where
the
the
professionals
do
the
sports
combines.
Then
they
talked
a
little
bit
about
programming,
including
music
stuff,
like
instruments
playing
different
instruments,
songwriting
competitions,
photography,
clubs,
woodworking
and
shop
classes,
and
providing
some
more
opportunities
for
bright
futures
hours
through
our
volunteering.
H
Our
second
meeting
was
may
1st.
I
was
out
at
a
out
at
sandcastle
day
right,
so
I
was
doing
a
focus
group
from
a
park
pavilion,
but
we
got
a
little
more
into
details
about
the
sports.
Combine
that
the
the
guys
came
up
with-
which
I
think
is
a
really
cool
idea.
H
It
started
to
develop
into
sort
of
a
teen
field
day,
idea
to
initially
draw
the
teens
into
learning
about
what
oldsmar
has
and
learning
about
what
programs
we
can
offer
and
kind
of
getting
their
input
on
what
we
can
offer
and
to
generate
excitement.
So
things
like
dodgeball,
kickball,
three-legged
races,
sack
races,
it's
starting
to
develop
in
a
really
cool
idea,
and
I
can't
wait
to
see
how,
where
we're
going
in
the
future
with
it.
H
They
also
came
up
with
some
other
programming
ideas,
including
cooking
classes,
archery,
self-events
and
survival
skills,
and
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
the
ride
outs
with
the
teens
that
are
doing
the
wheeling
and
everything
about
potentially
creating
a
separate
event
with
blocking
off
a
road
or
maybe
using
the
environmental
education
center
as
sort
of
a
trick
station
where
the
kids
can
come
out
do
tricks
on
their
bikes
in
a
safe
location
instead
of
in
the
center
of
the
street.
Yes,.
H
And
then
so,
like
chip
said,
we
do
have
our
third
meeting
coming
up,
which
is
actually
this
friday
at
7
p.m.
We're
finally
doing
our
first
one
in
person
which
I'm
really
excited
about,
and
we're
really
going
to
start
diving
into
the
field
day
event
into
detail
really
starting
to
plan
that
out,
because
I
want
to
say
since
we're
planning
it
for
february,
I
think
was
the
date
so
we're
bringing
in
our
events
specialist
eric.
H
H
So
we've
got
jackson
and
devon
and
then
we
have
operation
jacks
village,
which
sometimes
is
three
teens.
Sometimes
it's
six
teens
great,
so
operation
jacksonville
is
just
bringing
a
a
good
different
perspective.
Oh
nice
wow
nice.
B
Yeah,
so
I
had
a
friend
come
over
that
I
hadn't
seen
a
long
time.
He
said
something
very
interesting
to
me
that
I
want
you
all
to
hear.
B
That
I
told
him
about
our
focus
group
and
that
he
was
really
excited
and
that
tell
him
to
come
over
to
show
him
some
new
developments
that
we
have,
and
it
was
just
really
interesting.
We
had
nothing
to
do.
I
thought
it
was
a
interesting
thing
and
it
goes
for
a
lot
of
other
kids.
I
mean
they
do
biking,
but
they
go
into
places
that
really
wasn't
meant
for
them
to
do
it
there
and
that
if
we
develop
more
places
for
that
and
for
that
especially
that
it
would
turn
out
very
well.
H
And
I
think
a
lot
of
what
we're
getting
through
these
focus
groups
that
you
guys
are
helping
us
out
with
is
really
going
to
start
to
come
to
light
in
september
once
our
new
programming
kind
of
really
kicks
off.
You
know
we
talked
about
a
photography
club
well
we're
starting
to
put
one
together.
We've
got
black
light
paint
parties,
nerf
battle
nights.
You
know
we're
really
trying
to
build
into
some
of
these
ideas
that
these
guys
are
giving
us
because
they're
great
ideas,
great.
D
Thank
you
bro.
Thank
you.
Okay.
Next
item
is,
if
you
would
limit
it
to
new
business
as
opposed
to
board
comments
any
any
new
business.
Anyone
wants
to
bring
up
for
chip,
and
I
discussed
a
band
tour
that
we
had
done
years
ago,
chip
we
discussed
that
for
maybe
november,
and
that
would
have
to
be
kind
of
a
a
formal
meeting
correct
with
an
agenda
etcetera.
G
Or
yeah,
so
what
we'll
do
is
we'll
visit
each
of
the
parks,
the
recreation
center.
We'll
give
you
a
tour.
Some
of
you
may
have
not
been
to
some
of
the
parks
in
a
while
some
of
you
may
be
new
or
maybe
not
seen,
some
of
them,
but
we'll
just
kind
of
provide
a
general
oversight
of
what
we
have
at
each
facility
and
what
our
thoughts
and
ideas
are
for
those
and
give
you
guys
the
opportunity
to
ask
questions
or
you
know,
take
a
look.
D
History
with
a
quiz
just
kidding
thanks
any
special
date
or.
A
G
Well,
we
can,
we
can
go
early
november.
That's
before
the
meeting
or
ann
will
probably
give
us
some
information
here.
Next.
E
So
this
would
be
because
this
is
sunshine,
it
would
have
to
be
noticed,
and
you
would
actually,
I
would
recommend,
setting
the
date
and
time
in
this.
You
know
in
this
meeting
or
at
the
next
meeting.
C
G
E
Right
so
at
the
next
meeting,
where
are
we
gonna
have
something
before
the
meeting,
because
we
want
to
show
our
appreciation
for
volunteers.
We
didn't
get
to
do
a
banquet,
so
we're
gonna.
You
know
the
mayor
will
be
here,
hopefully
and
we'll
you
know
we
didn't
get
a
chance
to
do
it
this
month
and
so
we're
going
to
do
that
in
november.
A
E
It's
just
so
this
board
is
scheduled
for
november,
8th
and
then,
but
the
other
thing
too
is
in
november.
It
gets
darker
earlier
and.
G
G
A
E
D
A
I
A
I'm
okay
make
enough
motions,
make
a
motion
we'll
approve
it.
I
make
a
motion
that
we
schedule
our
our
van
ride
on
november,
8th
starting
meeting
here
at
four
o'clock
and
leaving
about
4
15,
so
that
we
can
tour
the
parks
and
then
come
back
and
have
our
meeting
after.
I
B
Earlier
this
week
and
sat
down
and
talked
about
some
ideas,
yeah,
I
mean
last
week
about
a
program
and
a
grand
opening
for
that,
hopefully
we'll
all
be
involved
with
it.
It
does
draw
a
lot
of
money
to
the
city
in
the
county
between
the
hotels
and
restaurants.
I
think
everybody
should
be
pretty
happy
with
it
in
the
end,
so
we'll
be
looking
to
do
something
like
that
as
soon
as
the
track
opens
up.
G
That's
all
in
our
contract
with
the
there
won't
be
volunteers.
C
Thanks
for
allowing
me
to
be
on
the
board,
I
would
like
to
talk
to
brian
afterwards
about
a
couple
of
things
with
the
her
teen
focus
group,
but
other
than
that.
I
think
we're
making
some
pretty
good
progress
and
I'm
interested
to
see
where
this
goes.
Okay,.
B
Yeah
a
second,
though
you
know
thanks
for
having
me
here
and
for
the
splash
park
opening
which
my
family
is
like
super
psyched
over,
because
we're
like
when
it's
just
opening
we're
going
we'll
be
there.
So
there
will
be
like
a
grand
opening
and
anything
that,
like
you
know,
we
can
do
or
I
can.
G
G
So
we'll
get
involved,
we'll
let
ken
know
and
then
and
then
we'll
figure
out.
We
go
within,
make
sure
we're
following
sunshine
laws
when
we're
planning
this,
but
we'll
let
whether
it
goes
through
you
and
we
say
if
somebody
can
help
with
this
or
something
ann
can
send
that
out
and
then
we'll
get
everybody
together.
For
that
awesome,
yeah
grabbing
cutting.
K
G
B
That
I
don't
know,
can
I
cut
it
yeah,
okay,
I
did
meet
with
felicia
a
while
ago,
because
I
wanted
to
get
an
item
on
the
agenda
about
the
land
use
across
the
street
from
here
for
park
use,
but
she
iterated
that
we're
not
even
close
in
that
area
right
now,
but
she
said
that
she
does
want
our
input
this
board.
So
even
if
she
has
to
call
a
special
meeting,
she
will
do
that
for
us.
So
you
just
want
me
to
let
all
of
you
know
that.
A
First,
welcome
kyle
and
joe.
Thank
you
guys.
We
appreciate
your
input
and
your
time
and
looking
forward
to
growing
this
board
together,
trying
to
organize
my
thoughts
here,
real
quickly,
reminding
chip
and
bren.
I
know
I've
already
talked
to
brent
about
it,
but
just
as
a
general
reminder
that
our
friends
of
the
arts
booth
at
second
friday
will
have
room
for
any
kind
of
city
flyers.
I
think
it
would
be
really
great
if
we
could
work
together
and
help
also
promote
any
of
the
programs
or
the
newsletters
and
stuff.
A
We've
just
opened
our
table
up
to
share
with
the
city,
because
ours
is
also
subcontracted
programs
that
are
under
the
friends
of
the
arts.
So
I
think
that's
important.
Also
many
of
you
know
and
we
are
protecting
our
kids.
I
don't
know
if
many
of
you
are
around
kids
covet,
as
everybody
knows,
is
on
the
rise.
A
A
It
is
hitting
our
kids
badly.
We've
had
a
number
of
kids
out,
one
of
them
that
I
know
was
out
tested
covid
and
they
came
back
going.
It
was
very
sketchy,
very
sketchy
meaning.
Do
we
take
him
to
the
hospital
now
or
do
we
push
on
through
this,
so
protect
your
kids,
protect
yourselves
even
when
we're
vaccinated
go
the
extra
mile
right
now
because
it's
bad.
A
Also,
and
since
you
mentioned,
it's
not
good
to
come
in
with
any
more
resolutions
right
now
and
we
may
have
some
resolutions
coming
up
and
I
hate
to
be
the
bad
guy
on
this,
but
I've
never
agreed
with
this
resolution.
A
Can
we
argue
address
the
issue
that
if
one
of
our
board
members
comes
in
or
two
of
them
comes
in
after
the
minutes
are
read
that
they
are
considered
absent
and
their
votes
don't
count?
Can
we
fight
back
on
that
yet
or.
E
E
D
E
D
A
And
then
the
last
thing
I
had
the
last
thing
I
had
is
I'm
going
to
continue
to
work
with
bren
and
chip
to
advertise
the
dance
and
theater
programs,
I'm
trying
to
work
with
some
of
our
new
local
competent
competitors
in
the
dance
and
theater
who
have
taken
a
very
close
direction
to
what
we're
doing
and
I'm
trying
to
reach
out
to
them.
So
we
can
kind
of
work
together,
but
we'll
keep
anything
we
can
get
more
to
the
schools
when
we
can
do
it.
A
I
am
all
about
a
protecting
our
city
of
oldsmar
program
that
we've
worked
so
hard
to
build
and
so
I'll
you
know
just
what
we
can
to
continue
hip
hop's
never
got
more
than
three
kids
in
it,
which
is
like
really
odd
theater
right
now
we're
maxed
out,
but
of
course
we're
going
to
start
advertising
early
for
the
next
show
and
those
kind
of
things
and
we'll
have
the
show
advertisements
starting
to
come
out.
A
So
anything
we
can
do
on
there
and
I'm
still
very
proud
that
we
get
600
at
our
theater
shows
and
we'll
hope
to
continue
to
build
on
that.
So
thank
you.
That's
all
I
have.
K
I
D
All
right
final
comment
from
me
is
that
in
november
I
believe
that
we
have
to
vote
on
anne
or
select
a
new
chair
and
vice
chair
for
the
next
two
years.
Our
resolution
yeah
our
resolution.
D
Our
resolution
simply
states
that
members
of
the
board
shall
select
from
their
own
membership
a
chair
and
vice
chair,
and
the
board
shall
organize
itself
as
a
theme's
proper
in
order
to
carry
out
the
duties
assigned
et
cetera,
et
cetera.
So
we
can
do
it.
However,
you
want
to
you,
want
the
incumbents
or
we
want
an
election.
I
do
you
want
people
to
respond
to
you
that
they're
interested
or
express
their
interest
in
any
way
or.
E
It
might,
it
might
actually
stay
in
the
bylaws,
how
we
should
go
about
this,
but
that's.
D
D
Year,
keep
that
in
mind
for
and
that'll
be
on
the
agenda.
Okay,
okay
motion
to
adjourn.
