Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Now
four
o'clock
on
September
25th
I'll
call
this
meeting
to
order
and
first
order
of
business
obviously
is
the
Pledge
of
Allegiance
I
pledge
allegiance
to
the.
A
All
right,
the
first
on
the
agenda
is
always
as
open
forum.
A
First
of
all,
do
we
have
anyone,
that's
here
to
speak
in
open
forum
all
right,
so
before
you
speak,
each
speaker
will
be
recognized
once
and
we
limited
to
a
five-minute
presentation
on
any
subject
if
at
any,
if
you
have
not
concluded
at
the
end
of
our
30-minute,
open
Forum,
then
I
may
announce
a
continuance
and
give
an
opportunity
to
speak
at
the
end
of
the
meeting.
C
Form
all
right
thanks
for
the
introduction
and
the
instructions,
so
Dave
McKinley
I'm
your
elected
post
Commander
for
VFW
12186.
Our
meeting
is
here
at
400,
State
Street,
the
city
library
I,
just
wanted
to
first
off
give
a
couple
comments.
One
is
an
absolute
shout
out
to
chip
Potts
and
the
veterans
Advisory
Board,
one
for
helping
support
our
joint
venture
with
the
city,
the
Dunedin
Junior
ROTC
program
and
VFW
Post
12186.
down
at
the
our
Veterans
Memorial
Park
chip
and
his
team
really
got
that
thing.
C
That
area
set
up.
It
was
organized
well
we're
able
to
conduct
that
event
and
the
best
news
out
of
that
I
mean
we
had
close
to
100
participants
that
showed
up
some.
As
far
as
from
Virginia
One
Flew
in
from
Guam
Airmen
was
on
leave
and
decided
to
come
over
here
and
compete
as
well.
So
I
think
it
was
a
fantastic
event
for
the
city.
C
So,
gentlemen,
thanks
again
for
your
support
chip,
thanks
for
everything
that
you
did
over
there.
My
next
comment
was
another
thing
that
was
for
veterans
here
within
the
city
of
Oldsmar.
It
was
the
Dentistry
day
that
happened
right
down
on
us,
19.
nine
Eagles,
the
Upper
Tampa
Bay
Chamber
of
Commerce,
their
non-profit
organization.
That's
there
with
Miss
Wendy,
helped
us
promote
and
then
provide
free,
dentistry
care
to
Veterans
and
their
family
members
that
were
eligible.
Roughly
60
70
participants
went
down.
C
There
were
able
to
take
advantage
of
that
program
and
then
the
last
note
is
just
for
VFW
Post
12186.
Our
monthly
meeting
happens
on
Thursdays.
That's
the
third
Thursday
at
7
pm,
it's
still
at
Tico
Hall
that
is
ongoing,
except
for
the
month
of
October
I'm,
making
a
public
announcement
that
we
will
not
be
there.
This
city
has
a
joint
venture
with
a
state
and
local
government
going
on
that
evening,
so
we
are
going
to
move
our
monthly
meeting
to
October
18th,
that's
the
third
Wednesday
of
the
month.
C
It's
still
at
7
pm
and
the
location
will
remain
in
Tico
Hall.
That's
all.
A
I
have
right
and
that's
great,
that
you
know
the
the
Dentistry
event
there's
so
many
so
many
civilians
or
whatever
don't
re.
You
know
they
don't
realize
that
even
retirees
who
have
great
health
coverage
and
everything
like
that,
unless
you
have
you
know
something
through
the
VA
or
whatever
Dentistry
is
not
part
of
it.
Sure
and-
and
you
know
healthy
to
teeth
into
our
you
know.
Senior
years
is
just
as
important
as
you
know,
as
the
rest
of
the
body.
So
that's
awesome,
I
didn't
even
know
about
that.
Advantage.
C
Yeah
and
each
one
of
these
we're
putting
up
our
booth
to
help
represent
both
I've
got
an
auxiliary
member
here
right
now,
so
everything
we
do
is
based
off
of
the
post
and
our
auxiliary
partners
that
represents
the
veterans
and
our
family
members
throughout
the
community.
Here
in
Oldsmar.
E
C
To
focus
very
directly
on
Veterans
and
our
families,
making
sure
that
we
have
what
we
need
in
the
community
and
including,
if
you
just
want
to
get
together
and
share
mostly
true
stories
and
beverage.
Your
choice
I
can
do
that
or
I
can
help
you
out
with
VA
Affairs
other
government
documents
that
are
not
always
very
easy,
etc,
etc.
So
we're.
B
F
Yeah,
the
occupying
that
hole
next
week
or
next
month
would
be
for
the
circle
they're
going
to
put
in
and
coming
back
from,
say,
Pinellas
County
or
over
in
that
direction.
Last
week
say
on
a
Thursday
as
we
come
by
in
the
air.
There
was
another
major
accident
right
there
with
probably
half
the
car
laying
in
the
island,
and
so
they
definitely
need
a
circle
there.
But
my
suggestion
for
the
circle
is
you
probably
shouldn't
put
a
tree
or
a
fountain
or
anything
in
the
middle
there,
because.
C
A
Carter
any
any
more
more
comments,
open
form
comments,
all
right,
we'll
close
open
forum,
and
we
will
go
to
the
first
agenda
item,
which
is
approving
the
minutes
dated
July
24th
2023,
which
is
in
page
three
of
our
packet.
A
F
F
A
All
righty
next
item
is
so
yeah
yeah
I
got
Frank.
I
almost
forgot
that
the
little
phone
over
there
was
gonna
make
some
noises.
I
A
A
Frank
doesn't
have
the,
but
you
can
hear
me:
okay,
right,
Frank,
yeah,.
A
Right,
the
first
person
is
a
James
Kennedy
lives
on
Countryside
Boulevard
in
Oldsmar.
Branch
of
service
was
Army
from
82
to
86
Sergeant,
and
we
do
have
an
honorable
discharge
certificate
in
the.
G
I
B
As
we
proceed,
I
had
asked
Christian
prior
to
the
meeting
if
she
verified
the
addresses
okay.
If
there's
any
question
as
to
the
addresses
on
some
of
them,
because
we
had
in
the
past
had
questions
about
addresses
that
she
did,
she
said
she
verified
all
the
addresses
on
all
the
applications.
Okay,.
A
Any
questions,
obviously,
what
we'll
do
you
know
for
such
a
big
stack,
we'll
vote
on
them
all
at
once,
unless
we
have
an
issue
with
one
of
them.
Does
that
sound
good.
B
A
Okay,
all
right,
the
next
one
is
Jen's
Rooney,
1809,
Greenwood,
Drive
and
Oldsmar.
They
do
currently
still
live
here
or
I'm.
Sorry,
it
says,
does
veteran
currently
live
in
Oldsmar,
but
then
it
says
deceased
okay.
So
this
is
someone
who's
passed
away.
A
B
A
G
A
There
we
go
all
right,
nine,
and
so
honorable
discharge
and
I
don't
see
any
issues
there.
A
I
could
get
two
okay
there's
two
copies
of
it
here:
okay,
any
questions,
any
issues:
nope,
okay;
next
one
Robert,
G
Swain
I,
lose
that
231
Arbor
Woods
Circle,
US
Army
from
68
to
69,
currently
lives
in
Oldsmar,
and
the
DD214
does
show.
D
B
A
All
right,
Mark,
Hassan,
Air
Force
sergeant
from
1980
to
1984.
lives
at
300,
State,
Street.
I
B
E
B
A
Then
okay,
next
one
is
Louis
Pickens
380,
Wellington,
Avenue,
Navy
veteran
is
deceased,
was
in
from
44
to
46,
even
first
class
and.
A
And
here
is
his
honorable
paperwork.
B
A
A
All
right
next
one
is
Master
Sergeant
Richard,
Civic
of
611
Tangerine
Drive
does
currently
live
in
Oldsmar
I,
don't
know
if
it's
possible
chip,
but
it
does
say
at
the
bottom,
please
engrave
the
Civics
next
to
each
other.
I,
don't
know
if
you
guys
see
those
comments.
Okay,
perfect
and
it
is
I-
do
have
a
DD214
and.
A
Oh
okay,
yeah
there
we.
H
G
A
Showed
yeah,
it
shows
the
full
time
of
of
the
the
time
period
in
okay,
yep.
Now
good
good
thing
point
out
all
right.
Next
gentleman
is
E5,
Michael
or
I'm.
Sorry,
Charles,
young
32,
Pelican,
Drive
Oldsmar
does
currently
live
in
Oldsmar.
Not
deceased.
A
A
Oh
okay,
okay,
oh
here's,
the
other
Civic.
This
is
Velma
Civic
and
611.
Tangerine,
Drive
and
and
Velma
was
in
from
57
to
63,
and
the
date
of
this
is
1963.
A
Well,
I
think
trips.
His
department
is,
who
actually
does
this
and
he
said
he
was
already
aware
that
they
wanted
to
be
together.
A
Took
notes:
okay,
okay,
he's
all
over
it.
There
you
go
all
right.
Next,
one
is
Master
Sergeant
Bronk
Allen.
I
G
A
At
the
bottom,
it
does
show
honorable
and
and
he's
now
retired,
from
the
military.
B
A
A
Next
one
is
dress,
Raymond
and
I'm
kind
of
curious.
Do
you
do
we
need
to?
Let's
see
I
want
to
look
on
the
all
right,
so
when
they
filled
out
I
want
to
make
sure
we
have
it
on
the
paperwork
correctly
when
he
filled
it
out
online.
A
B
K
B
I
G
A
No,
that
that
was
maybe
trip
that
you
heard
or.
G
H
All
right
we're
gonna,
get
a
little
story
from
when
he
gets
when,
on
the
day
of
a
Veterans
Day.
G
A
Yeah
I
wasn't
sure
why
you
were
asking
him
just
because
he
filled
it
out
on
the
app
yeah
I
mean
oh
okay,
I
see
no
I
think
there
was
other
ones
that
yeah.
B
E
A
Yeah
I
saw
I
saw
that
on
some
of
the
on
another
one,
also
all
right
so
on
this
one.
The
next
guy
is
Jesse
Scott,
226,
Arlington
Avenue,
but
then
it
says
does
current.
Does
he
currently
live
in
Oldsmar?
A
Okay,
oh
because
he
checked
that
he
was
honorability
to
start
who
previously
lived
in
all
poll
service
in
the
U.S.
Just
remains
active
in
the
Years
rank,
Commander.
A
Yeah
there
we
go
when
he
was
released
from
active
duty.
He
was
living
at
226,
Arlington,
Avenue.
I
Okay
and.
D
I
A
Right
next
one
is
Julio
casaris.
Maybe
at
435
shellfish
Boulevard
does
currently
live
in
Oldsmar
is
not
the
sea
served
from
60
to
64.
A
This
was
submitted
by
Catherine
who
works
for
the
city
on
behalf
of
her
father,
who
served
in
the
Navy
wow
very
nice
now,
82
years
old
and
on
this
DD214.
A
This
one's
gonna
be
up
there,
yep
13A
honorable,
and
it
was
his
Post
Service
214.
A
too
many
issues
on
that.
One,
we're
good
good.
All
right,
Terry,
Orris,
312,
Country,
Club,
Drive
Oldsmar,
currently
lives
here,
not
deceased,
spec,
four
from
November
1990
to
26.,
oh
they're,
for
Desert
Storm,
potentially.
I
D
A
A
Alrighty
and
who's
this
guy
John
Master
Marky.
Let's
see
do
you
currently
live
in
Oldsmar,
yes,
Army,
infantryman,
spec,
four
and
John's
DD214.
A
And
we're
13A
dishonorable
just
kidding
honorable
discharge
I'll
put
this
off
to
the
side,
so
we
can
vote
on
this
one
separately
since
John's,
going
to
vote
on
the
stack
with
everything
else
with
us
all
right
next
is
Donald
Hines
currently
lives
in
Oldsmar
68
to
71.
A
A
A
All
right,
Franklin,
Scott,
Armenian,
Air
Force,
served
from
55
to
61,
has
passed
away.
Eleanor
is
who
submitted
the
application
for
him
he
passed
away
about
six
years
ago,
and
he
did
have
a
honorable
discharge.
A
G
A
A
Served
from
98
to
2019
2019.,
oh,
they
did
the
date
one
way
and
then
switched
it
up
and
did
it
the
other
way.
It
was
confusing
me
all
right-
and
this
is
the
final
TD
214
in
2019
and
at
the
bottom
in
Block.
24
does
show
honorable
yeah,
and
so
you
need
you
guys
EMC.
What
is
that.
C
Got
out
of
the
chief
electricians.
A
A
All
right,
Thomas,
Noble,
E6,
U.S,
Air
Force,
served
from
looks
like
82
to
83
and.
A
Oh
there
it
is
yep
separation
was
period
91.
Sorry,
thank
you
for
correcting
that
and
Murphy
had
service
before
that
too,
because
shows
that
he
retired
person
separated
unless
it
was
maybe
military,
retirement
or
something
I
mean
a
medical
and
he
lives
at
510,
Pine,
Avenue
South
in
Oldsmar
all
right
all
right
and
next
we
have
I'm
assuming
it's
Tanya
McKinley
and
not
McKinney
McKinley
Tanya.
A
U.S
Marine,
Corps,
sergeant
and
so
did
did
Tanya
enter
this
or
her
husband,
oh
okay,
so
we
can't
blame
you
for
putting
it
in
wrong.
Yeah.
F
G
A
She's
got
him:
she's
got
him
in
shape,
I'm
sure,
I'm,
sure,
she's
household
six
and
on
here
also
honorable
and
block
24.
any
issues.
A
A
He
did
fill
his
out
correctly,
though
David
McKinley,
retired,
retired,
right
yeah,
yep,
sergeant
major
another
Marine,
Frank
and
resident
of
Oldsmar
for
more
than
30
years.
A
All
right
that
was
last
and
certainly
not
least,
of
the
list
do
I
on
everybody,
except
for
John's
application
from
the
entire
board.
Do
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
everyone
to
go
on
the
wall.
Hey.
H
G
E
But
I
am
I
already
sent
them
a
letter,
letting
them
know
it
was
only
for
Oldsmar.
D
A
We
had
two
that
were
submitted.
They
were
not
in
in
this
packet
because
you
know,
as
previously
I
guess
stated,
they
have
to
be
in
the
township
of
Oldsmar
and
until
East
Lake
wants
to
be
become
part
of
Oldsmar.
H
A
Yep
yeah
they're
they're
unincorporated
right,
yep,
yeah
they're,
not
in
this
stack.
I
A
All
right
do
I,
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
stack.
I
A
All
right
and
now
John's
and
you
have
to
abstain
from
voting,
do
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
John's
application
for
the
wall
motion.
B
E
A
All
together
and
there's,
there's
and
and
and
and
I
assume
you'll
be
putting
not
only
the
Civics
together,
but
the
McKinley's
together.
You
know
on
the
wall
somewhere,
okay!
Well,
he
didn't
say.
B
E
I
A
G
A
Deal
okay.
The
next
item,
as
as
we
usually
do,
is
selecting
a
memorial
inductee
for
the
wreath
placement.
A
Do
you
know
we've
looked
you
know,
people
that
we
know
live
here
or
you
know.
Sometimes
we've
had
somebody
from
the
city
or
whatever
we
do
have.
You
know.
You
know
that
that
VFW
guy
you
know,
and
so
we
can,
you
know,
discuss
or
nominate
or
decide.
You
know.
Do
we
usually
just
have
one
person
chip
remind
me
kind
of
of
that
process.
I
K
A
Yeah
I
mean
it's,
you
know,
sometimes,
especially
you
know,
especially
when
somebody's
deceased
or
sometimes
when
somebody's
very
old
being
put
on
the
wall
they're
not
even
able
to
come.
Obviously,
so
you
know,
sometimes
we
have
to
kind
of
play
by
ear
when
we
get
there
obviously,
but
are
the
mckinleys
playing
on
being
there?
Obviously,
yes,
I
will
okay
perfect.
F
A
A
All
right,
I,
don't
think
the
inductee
is
something
we
have
to
vote
on
so,
but
we
can
I
think
I
think
that's
a
great
idea.
B
Sometimes
you
know
if
we,
if
there
was
a
in
addition
to
those
they
usually
have
the
gold
star
families
that
would
walk
up
with
them.
In
addition
to
the
the
placement
of
the
wreath,
yeah
I
know,
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
dignitaries
or
official
people
would
like
to
they
want
to
get
their
picture
taken.
So
they
can.
You
know,
press
release
it
and
right
end
up
with
a
whole
crowd
of
people.
I
thought
if
anyone
would
be
able
to
see
the
wreath.
A
Yep,
no,
absolutely
okay!
So
then
we'll
go
into
the
update
on
Veterans
Day
ceremony
itself.
A
J
You
John
Lindsay,
Parks
and
Rec
city
of
Oldsmar.
We
changed
our
name
so
we're
moving
along.
Basically,
we've
got
a
kind
of
a
cookie
cutter
set
up.
The
last
Veterans
Day
and
Memorial
day
went
really
well,
so
we've
got
the
same
group
of
people
coming
back
out.
The
only
thing
we're
working
on
right
now
is
speakers,
so
she'll.
J
We'll
we're
we're
chugging
along
we're
about
90
percent
ready
to
go
for
Veterans
Day
right.
A
So
we
already
have
who's
going
to
be
doing.
J
The
honor
guard
yeah,
we
have
Alonso
High
School
we're
going
back
out
doing
the
color
guard
awesome.
We
have.
We
have
another
company
coming
in
providing
food
as
well.
The
sarge,
the
eagle
is
coming
back
out.
J
J
B
The
only
thing
we
suggestion
was
brought
up
at
one
of
the
meetings
or
whatever
was
that
the
eagle
be
in
the
in
the
back
yeah.
B
Re-Stage
the
eagle
and
put
them
in
the
the
Pavilion
back
there
or
whatever,
because
he
was
a.
A
Yeah
so
so
I
had
reached
out
to
mcdills
public
affairs
office
for
a
speaker
and
reached
out
to
him
after
the
last
meeting.
They
said
well
it's
a
little
early
for
us
to
find
somebody
blah
blah
blah,
so
I
reached
out
to
him
again
last
week
and
they
sent
me
a
form
and
so
basically
on
the
form
is
you
know
they
just
want
to
know
our
organization
name,
our
Ruby
profit,
non-profit
audience.
A
You
know
Etc
name
and
event
all
that
stuff,
and
then
you
know
whether
it's
public
and
the
address,
of
course,
and
then
type
of
speaker
requested
and
example,
listed
Airmen
aircraft,
mechanic,
pilot
Commander
deployed
experience.
A
A
Yeah,
so
we
won't
have
any
any
issues
there,
but
you
know
that's
why
I
wanted
to
kind
of
wait
and
not
send
this
back
until
we
spoke
today
because
I
wanted
to
see
what
your
thoughts
were
on.
So
you
know
they
wanted
to
know
the
type
of
speaker
and
also
the
requested
topic.
A
Of
course
it
says:
will
the
speaker
provided
lunch
and,
of
course,
I'll
put
provided
by
event,
because
we
have
the
food
there
and
then
it
asks
for
any
additional
comments.
So
I
just
wanted
to
see.
You
know
what
you
all
thought
about.
You
know
answering
the
question
of
who
and
the
topic
I
mean
my
first
thought
was
that
we're
not
really
asking
for
a
specific
topic.
A
First
of
all,
it's
just
you
know
a
Veterans
Day
speech
right,
you
know
and
then,
as
far
as
the
type
of
speaker
just
either
someone
either
current
military
or
retired
military
I.
Don't
think
we
care
about
you
know
their
experience
or
whatever
I
mean
you
tell
me.
I
would.
B
A
J
A
A
A
Yeah
yeah
yeah
yeah
yeah
yeah
yeah.
So
if
we're
good
with
that,
I'll
continue
forward,
send
this
form
back
to
her
and
wait
for
some
responses
and
then
what
I'm
able
to
do
to
meet
the
sunrise,
Sunshine
laws
or
whatever
is
I,
can
send
an
email
to
to
you
and
then
you
have
to
stand
out
to
everybody
or
can
I
send
it
to
everybody
at
once.
To
say:
hey
we've
got
this
person,
it.
J
G
A
All
right,
the
last
item
number
or
sorry,
not
the
last
item.
You
got
a
few
more
for
the
next
page
here
so
but
in
item
number.
Six
is
the
2024
meeting
schedule
just
make
sure
everybody's
aware
January.
A
So
I
nominate
Mark
Brill
to
be
the
the
chair.
What
a
guy,
okay,
I
think
I've
been
doing
it
enough.
F
F
B
I
I,
thank
you
for
your
vote
of
confidence,
but
I'd
like
to
decline.
Theology.
E
D
G
A
G
F
Celebration:
birdie
yeah:
there
you
go
yeah
all.
D
A
Wants
to
keep
hearing
me.
Okay,
all
right
board
comments.
B
One
of
the
ones
I
had
is
I
know
that
Bailey
has
timed
out
or
whatever,
but
did
we
ever
go
forward
with
her
project.
K
That
was
actually
it
was
actually
delivered
today,
fantastic,
so
I
plan
on
contacting
her
and
then
she
can
still
be
involved
in
the
project
to
you
know
her
idea
so
but
yeah
it
arrived.
B
A
A
E
At
the
last
council
meeting,
I
provided
them
an
overview
of
boards,
so
they
that's
one
thing
they
will
be
looking
at.
Is
the
team
members,
because
one
odd
thing
about
it
is
that
it
ends
on
their
18th
birthday.
E
So
that's
why
Bailey's,
not
a
member
right
now,
so
one
thing
they're
going
to
be
looking
at
is
the
age,
but
we
can
definitely
I
mean
to
get
team
members.
We
could
put
social
media
blast
out.
I
could
ask
our
marketing
staff
to
do
that.
B
A
We
also
have
the
two
vacants
for
our
alternates:
have
we
gotten
any
other
applications?
I.
A
A
All
right,
perfect,
so
yeah
you
can
just
go
right
to
the
or
you
know
check
with
our
sorry
click
City.
F
A
Right:
okay,
any
other
comments.
