If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
C
Right
the
note
that
I
had
is
to
for
the
for
the
position
to
be
mark
starting
to
rotc
now
nobody's
in
school.
Yet
so
there's
not
really
any
rotc
to
go
get,
but
you
know
once
they
go
back
in
the
session,
we'll
be
able
to
get
in
touch
with
rotc.
C
A
C
D
We
got
it
should
be
a
long
meeting.
I
saw
the
agenda
all
right,
yeah
right,
which
is
good
because
it's
my
wife's
birthday
today.
D
C
D
D
D
All
right,
thank
you
all
right.
The
first
item,
as
always
on
the
agenda
is
systems
open
forum
each
speaker
will
be
recognized
once
will
be
limited
to
five
minute
presentation
on
any
subject.
If
any
speaker
has
not
been
heard
at
the
conclusion
of
the
30-minute
open
forum,
the
chair
may
announce
a
continuation
they'll
be
given
opportunity
to
speak
at
the
end
of
the
meeting.
So
do
we
have
anyone
here
to
speak
for
the
assistant's
open
forum?
E
E
So
the
purpose
of
my
visit
today
is
because
I
know
you
guys
are
having
are
preparing
the
event
for
veterans
day
that
is
coming
up,
and
I
wanted
to
see
if
it
will
be
any
way
that
I
can
help
that
we
can
actually
bring
some
support.
If
you
need
some
sponsorship
or
whatever
you
guys
need,
we
would
like
to
be
present
on
that
event.
E
Information
and
pamphlets
or
handouts-
yes,
we
humana
actually
has
a
specific
plan
for
veterans
and
it's
designed
for
veterans,
and
but
on
top
of
that
we
also
work
with
several
communities
that
they
have
veterans
in
there.
So
we
do
food
pantries
without
table
tops.
Sometimes
we
can
bring
doctors
to
give
seminars
educational
events,
so
we
do
you
name
it
whatever
you
guys
need
it.
We
can
put
it
together
and
bring
it
to
to
to
whatever
event
you
need.
So
since
we
have
the
veterans
park
here,
I
was
telling
my
manager.
E
He
will
be
working
in
any
minute
that
it
would
be
a
good
idea
for
us
to
be
part
of
the
community
and
try
to
help
there's
a
lot
of
veterans
that
need
assistance,
and
they
don't
know
that
the
resources
are
there.
So
that's.
What
we
would
like
to
do
is
just
provide
the
the
opportunity
for
them
to
be
well
informed
other
than
the
hospital
for
the
veterans.
We
also
have
some
of
the
resources
that
we
can
help,
so
we
do
different
things.
D
So
this
would
be
more
of
an
outreach
not
like
trying
to
sell
people
plans.
E
No,
we
don't
do
you
know,
that's
one
of
the
things
that
humana,
it's
very
particular
the
way
that
they
train
us
agents.
Is
we
don't
go
to
the
community
trying
to
put
our
products
there?
We
try
to
work
with
the
community.
We
try
to
give
them
the
information,
so
they
can
actually
make
the
decision
on
their
own,
but
they
have
the
right
information
in
order
for
them
to
go.
Unfortunately,
a
lot
of
people
pass
misinformation
about
not
only
insurance,
but
also
the
benefits
and
and
other
resources
that
we
have.
E
So
we
just
want
to
put
out
there
that
we
are
part
of
a
big
big
plan
like
food.
Pantries
is
one
thing
that
we
want
to
bring
to
the
community.
Let
them
know
where
are
they
happening?
The
sources
is
amazing,
the
kind
of
products
and
the
food
that
they
provide
so
fresh.
E
So
she
she
would
be
able
to
answer
any
more
questions.
So
it's
brittany,
johnson.
D
And
you
know
I
don't
know,
if
maybe
this
would
be
something
that
you
know:
coordination
of
people
who
attend
vendors
stuff
like
that,
would
probably
go
through
your
office
chip
yeah.
So
so
you
know
afterwards.
You
know
if
you
guys
maybe
want
to
talk
to
chip.
If
he
has
a
few
minutes
and
then
you
know
see
if
it's
something
that
we
could
coordinate
or
anything.
F
F
The
vfws
right
now
we
are,
I
think
it
was.
I
can't
remember,
which
post
we're
giving
backpacks
to
for
one
of
the
schools
that
they're
trying
to
help
support
so
we're
trying
to,
especially
within
the
veteran
community,
it's
something
that
humana
has
a
a
really
deep-rooted.
F
E
A
A
It
would
still
go
basically
for
us,
I
mean
if,
because
we
we
authorized
like
the
vfw
to
say
that's
true
and
everything
like
that.
A
So
without
objection,
I
guess
from
chip
or
alexis
whatever
if
they
decided
to
put
up
a
tent
or
we
could
put
up
a
tent
for
them
and
a
table
depending
on
how
many,
how
big
you
need
your
standard
tent
in
in
our
veterans
event
on
november
or
whatever
like
that,
you
could,
like,
I
said,
work
with
city,
and
I
I
don't
believe
like
it
says,
taking
your
word,
I
don't
believe
that
we'd
have
any
problem
passing
out
information
to
anybody
that
may
require
like
says,
especially,
be
because
you're
saying
that,
yes,
you
won't
be,
and
particularly
selling
insurance.
D
A
D
D
A
D
A
E
We
do
have
pamphlets
for
our
veterans,
I
don't
have
it
right
now,
but
I
can
drop
it
off.
I
mean
I
am
a
couple
blocks
away.
I
can
stop
by
the
office
and
that's
another
thing
like
humana
has
an
office,
a
local
office.
E
Mcmullen,
a
lot
of
people
don't
know
and
we
don't
sell
planted.
We
do
a
lot
of
other
activities.
We
have
a
center
with
movies
that
we
have
a
chef
that
comes
to
cook
and
right
now
we're
actually
doing
video
cooking
classes,
but
after
coffee
we
invite
people
to
come
over
and
learn
how
to
cook.
So
it's
it's
a
huge
program
that
humana
runs
is
not
just
about
making
money,
it's
more
about
being
part
of
helping
the
community.
So
yes,
yes,
definitely
I
can
bring
that.
I
would
even
add
that.
F
We
have
an
on-site
customer
service,
integrated
specialist,
so
a
lot
of
times
with
care.
You
might
feel
like
it's
a
big
company
and
you
can't
get
the
help.
You
need
yeah,
that's
another
avenue
that
we
have
so
aside
from
reps,
like
tonya,
who
are
able
to
help
that
person
through
any
issues
that
they
come
across.
F
We
have
an
on-site
person
that
you
can
go
to
and
when
you're
feeling
like
like,
I
might
not
be
getting
what
I
need.
There's
always
somebody
who's
able
to
help
right.
So
just
all.
D
Right
sure,
well,
thank
you
again.
Yeah,
like
I
said,
link
up
with
trip
afterwards
and
we'll
they'll
work
with
you
on
that
all
right,
very
good,
and
no
other.
No
one
else
here
so
obviously
we'll
go
to
the
next
agenda
item
we'll
start
with
the
agenda
items.
It's
that
light
packet
today,
which
is
good.
We've
got
the
minutes
from
the
april
26th
meeting.
Have
you
guys
had
a
time
to
go
through
the
minutes?
D
Okay,
oliveira,
yes,
aye
aye,
I
have
it.
Okay,
very
good.
All
right
looks
like
also
before
we
get
to
discussing
the
veterans
day
ceremony.
D
We
frank
is
not
here:
michael
is
not
here,
alec
alex
is
not
here
and
dennis
is
not
here.
Did
we
get
requests
from
any
of
those
for
excuse,
absences.
B
D
And
alex's
I
mean
he
was
at
the
last
one.
I
think
this
is
the
first
one
he's
missing.
I
believe.
Okay,
and
you
said
you
got
an
email
from
alex.
Oh
okay,
great.
D
Okay,
you
heard
from.
D
I
didn't
hear
from
last
time
either.
Okay,
so
so
first
alex
do.
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
alex's
absence?
D
A
A
Yeah,
I
understand
I
I
guess
we
just
being
he
did
call
in.
I
guess
we
can
give
you
more
details.
No,
it's
yeah,
I
probably
don't
need
to
know
but
yeah
sure
I'll
make
a
motion
to
excuse
alex
for
today's
meeting.
D
Yeah,
second,
all
right,
all
in
favor.
Okay,
all
right
as
far
as
frank
goes
he's
been
a
long
time.
Member
he's
been
to
many
many
meetings.
I
don't
know
if
he's
got
an
illness
right
now
or
anything,
so
you
know
I'll
reach
out
to
him
and
find
out
what's
happening.
D
D
Now,
michael,
we
didn't
hear
from
again,
so
I
I
would
say
on
frank:
we
table
him.
D
And
then
michael
has
never
attended
a
meeting
at
all,
and
did
he
even
come
to
the?
I
don't
remember
if
he
was
in
person
at
the
actual.
D
Okay,
so
does
that
have
to
become
an
agenda
item
to
remove
somebody
from
the
board
if
they've
never
attended.
D
Yeah,
so
we
would
recommend
to
city
council,
okay,
all
right
so
do
I
have
a
motion
to
recommend
the
city
council
remove
michael
breton
as
a
board
member
and
and
then
we
can
put.
However,
many
total
meetings
he
has
missed.
C
A
Okay,
so
well,
he
never
made
a
meeting
anyway
right
I
mean
he
did
two
one
on
by
voice
or
something.
A
A
Okay,
do
we
now
we
had
some
people
in
waiting
or
whatever,
because
we
had
a
do,
we
put
it
out
there
again
since
we're
definitely
in
need
of
one,
if
not
two.
D
D
B
A
B
A
B
A
Okay
and
then
I
guess
in
addition
to
that,
there
was
something
that
I
was
discussing
prior
to
the
meeting
about
having
two
junior
rotcs
or
students
interested
in
becoming
part
of
this
board.
That
was
something
way
back
in
jerry
b
bruhn's
day,
where
he
wanted
to.
C
A
A
Okay
and.
A
That
wants
to
be
one
of
the
one
of
the
gentlemen
was
from
the
vf
as
a
matter
of
fact,.
A
C
A
I'm
sure
there's
a
lot
of
vfw
members
in
and
oldsmar
or
whatever
that
are
coming
down.
So,
okay,
all
right!
So
could
you
possibly?
When
did
your
leisure,
just
email
me
an
application,
because
I
have
a
bunch
of
people
in
my
neighborhood
that
are
veterans
and
every
time
I
say
they
said
well
give
me
an
application.
Oh
I'll
go
up
there
and
that's
like
this
way
I'll
be
able
to
print
one
out
and
hand
it
to
them
sure.
A
D
All
right
next
time
is
discussing
veterans
day
ceremony,
so
only
three
of
us,
it
seems
like
I've
chaired,
you
know
just
about
all
of
them
in
the
last.
I
don't
know
how
many
anybody
else
want
to
share
this
one.
Basically,
the
only
thing
you
have
to
do
in
sharing
it
is
find
us
a
guest
speaker.
A
C
D
Because
we
still
have
a
dignitary
speak
mayor
then
gets
to
kind
of
make
a
little
bit
longer
speech,
whatever
I've
got
no
problem
with
that.
Personally,
because
then
we
don't
have
the
problem
of
vetting
the
speaker
and
are
they
going
to
say
things
that
are
you
know
appropriate
for
all
and
and
then
it
can
allow
us
to
do
you
know
other
things?
You
know
other
different
types
of
presentations.
D
You
know
we
want
to
do
a
folding
of
the
flag
again
sometime
and
you
know
just
different
things
like
that,
so
I
don't
see
an
issue
with
that
at
all.
What
do
you.
D
Yeah
that's
suitable
to
all
and
and
and
our
mayors
I'm
sure
I
like
that,
because
you
know
they
get,
then
they
don't
feel
like
they
have
to
shorten
their
because
I
mean
you
know.
Our
current
mayor
speaks
very
well
has
really
you
know
really
and
that's
cool
when
our
you
know
our
own
mayor
and
whoever
is
the
next
mayor.
If
he's
mayor
again
I
mean
that's,
I
think
it's
great
for
them
to
be
out
in
front
of
the
and
usually
have
good
stories
to
to
tell
and
then
again
with
our
dignitaries.
A
Okay,
one
one
of
the
items
where
you
were
saying:
we
did
the
floating
of
the
flag
a
year
two
ago
or
whatever
it
was
kind
of
nice.
Well,
I've
noticed
as
the
flights
get
tattered
and
in
the
neighborhood
and
some
of
the
people
say:
hey
you
know,
you're
a
veteran,
you
know
how
to
get
to
dispose
of.
I
was
gonna
say
of
the
flag
properly.
A
Retirement
excuse,
yes,
I
know
you'd
measure,
okay,
sir
yeah,
but
yes,
but
the
the
proper
retirement
of
a
of
the
flags.
D
A
D
D
Stuff,
you
know,
but
maybe
we
can
do
some.
You
know
kind
of
thought
process
on
that
and
maybe
look
at
it
for
a
few
yeah
future.
One.
C
A
We
have
it,
I
don't
know
if
we
could
get
some
well.
You
know
the
proper
way
for
yeah.
D
I
think
it
says,
usually
by
burning
or
something
like
that
is
that's
the
extent
of
it
now,
there's
a
lot
of
scripts
that
people
have
made
over
the
years
that
go
along
with
it,
for
instance,
the
one
that
that
we
had-
and
I
kind
of
you
know
edited
a
bunch
for
the
our
boy
scout
troop
was
we
would
we
never
liked
retiring
them
in
their
entirety?
D
So
we
would
cut
the
the
the
blue
field
separate
out
first,
and
then
we
would
cut
all
of
the
the
stripes
separately
right.
We
would
do
that
on
one
knife,
one
big
flag,
that
we
were.
D
And
then
there's
something
that
you
say
for
each
each
and
every
stripe
of
the
flag
right,
there's
a
little
poem
that
you
you
know
and
and
another
person
puts
it
on
fire,
another
person,
another
person
and
then
the
last
thing
you
do
is
you
put
you
know
the
the
field
all
together,
while
you're
reading
this
kind
of
poem
thing.
So
that's
one
we've
done
with
the
scouts
and
then
after
that,
then
all
the
other
flags,
just
one
by
one,
are
put
on
now.
D
A
D
We
would
definitely,
then
you
need
to
maintain
the
fire
all
the
way
until
every
bit
of
every
flag
is
ash
and
there's
nothing.
A
D
So
that
you
know
and
then
and
then
what
we
would
always
do
is
fish
out
all
of
the
the
grommets
and
then
you
can
actually
give
those
grommets
to
veterans
and
things
like
that.
A
Well,
anyway,
that
was
one
of
the
ideas
like
says
this
way.
You'd
have
quote
community
participation
and
I'm
sure
we
could
set
up
something
with
leisure
service
director
that
we
could
have
a
nice
propane
type
of
fire
or
fire
pit
out
there.
D
Yeah
and
we
I
know
at
our
council,
okay,
we've
got
or
at
the
assembly
we've
got
a
kind
of
a
fire
box,
it's
an
enclosed
firebox
and
that's
how
they
do
their
flag
retirement
in
that
closed
firebox
and
that
might
be
more
appropriate
because
that's
a
closed
box,
not
a
big,
open
fire
and
stuff
like
that.
So
I
could
look
into
that.
D
So
I
you
know
I
could
work
offline
with
you
on
that
chip
to
see
if
that's
something
that
our
the
city
would
approve
and
that
the
fire
department
would
be
okay
with
and
that
we
could
do
I
mean
what
do
you
guys
think.
A
A
Of
the
ceremony
right
yeah-
and
I
said
especially
if
we're
not
going
to
have
a
guest
speaker
we'd-
have
a
little
bit
more
time,
tell
city
council
and
everybody
else.
Okay,
you
know
we're
going
to
have
this
ceremony
at
the
end,
it's
going
to
be
a
little
warm
out
there.
We
have
the
fire
department
yeah,
so
we
can
maybe
give
us
a
little
more
thought
by
the
september
meeting
and.
C
D
Awesome
as
far
as
the
other
pieces
of
the
veterans
day
ceremony,
I
think
we've
been
getting
the
same.
You
know
color
guard,
and
what
about
you
know?
You
know
singer
and
stuff
like
that.
You
want
to
reach
out
to
the
you
know.
C
We've
had,
I
know:
we've
had
nolan
in
the
past.
We've
had
katie
so
depends
which
direction
you
guys
want
to
go.
I
know
both
do
wonderful
jobs
right
so
do
you
have
any.
D
D
So
you
know,
if
who
did
we
have
like,
we
had
katie
this
last
time,
katie.
D
C
A
Okay,
because
there
was
somebody-
that's
in
the
community,
I'm
trying
to
think
about
her
now
I'll.
Look
it
up
and
I'll
get
back
with
you
and
she
was
going
to
do
a
the
purple
heart
ceremony
over
in
dunedin
for
us
and
everything
got
messed
up
or
whatever,
and
she
never
did
it.
I
know
she's
a
very
good
singer,
popcorn,
whatever
name
I'll
get
I'll,
send
you
the
name
or
whatever
another.
D
Person
maybe
to
reach
out
to
is
our
our.
Is
he
vice
mayor
now
knapp
his
sister?
In
fact,
she
I
think
she
sang
the
national
anthem
at.
D
I
want
to
say
one
of
the
sporting
events
that
she
got
chose
to
sing
at
or
something
out
in
tampa
that
she
auditioned
for
or
whatever,
but
yeah
she's
got
a
great
set
of
pipes
too,
and
I
know
she's
saying
the
nationalism
so
that
might
be
kind
of
cool
to
have
somebody.
A
C
A
Yeah,
it's
still.
A
And
I'm
sure,
just
from
the
email
I'm
getting
back
and
forth
from
mr
bear
or
commander
there,
he
probably
is
going
to
want
to
set
up
a
tent
also
there,
as
he
has
in
the
past.
D
Yeah,
oh,
we
used.
I
know
we
used
the,
I
don't
know,
were
they
marines
last
time
the
big,
the
the
gentleman
that
was
here
that
did
it
when
we
did
it
indoors
that.
A
D
C
We
did
have,
I
believe,
pinellas
county,
but
then
they
didn't
stay
there.
One
time
yeah
yeah,
but
I
don't
know
it,
might
they
posted
the
colors,
but
then
they
took
off.
D
D
And
then
so
singer,
and
do
you
want
me
to
reach
out
to
alicia
nap.
D
A
She's
busy
or
she
can't,
I
I'll,
give
you
another
name,
I'll
email.
A
Because
I
know
who
we
were
going
to
use
and,
like
I
said,
she's
she's,
also
local
and
okay,
it's
like
getting
old
stuff.
Okay,.
D
No,
that's
awesome.
Okay,
any
other
items
I
mean
everything
else
is
pretty
much
cookie
cutter.
A
A
Right,
I
think,
because
it's
new,
I
think
it
might
be
nice
and
then,
after
that
we
can
go
back
to
the
regular
way.
D
A
A
D
And
we
don't
and
on
that
one
on
the
veterans,
one
do
we
place
a
reef?
I
can't
remember:
we
only
do
it
for
memorial
right
yeah,
so
we're
not
bracing
the
reef.
So
we
really
don't
have
to
walk
up
that
way
for
anything
so
yeah.
I
think
I
think
placing
it
that
way
would
work
much
better
like
it
did
that
for
the
the
dedication
of
the
the
purple
heart,
okay,
yeah,
absolutely.
C
A
C
We'll
get
the
I
can
contact
largo
again.
If
we
want
to
try
to
get
the
eagle.
I
don't
know
what
the
status
of
sarge
is,
but.
D
D
A
C
D
A
D
D
A
D
All
right-
and
I
don't
have
any
any
comments
either
so
do
I
have
a
motion
for
adjournment.
