If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

B
B
Yeah
so
so
Dane
are
you
running
the
meeting
today?
Oh
no,
he
sits
there.
Yeah
so
it'll
be
John
and
then
Mark
and
Dane
all
right,
bye,
guys
good.
C
A
B
C
C
C
G
Okay,
okay
is
microphone's
working;
okay,
yes,
okay.
Just
a
little
brief
update
on
the
Memorial
Day
ceremony,
staff
have
been
working
on
the
event
we
have
food
lined
up
for
the
event.
We
have
Alonso
High
School,
Color
Guard,
who
will
be
doing
the
presenting
the
colors.
G
We
have
been
in
touch
with
the
Dunedin
Highlander
or
excuse
me
Dunedin,
High
School.
Regarding
the
bagpipers,
we
have
a
bagpiper
and
a
drummer,
so
we'll
be
adding
a
drummer
this
year,
which
is
nice.
We
have
the
eagle
lined
up
as
we
have
always
had
in
the
past,
and
we
are
working
on
contacting
the
singer,
so
staff
are
moving
forward
with
the
plans.
You
know
rentals
of
the
tents
and
setup
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff
right
now
and
I
guess.
G
The
only
thing
we
would
want
or
need
to
know
is,
you
know,
is
there
going
to
be
a
board
liaison
that
we
would
have
for
the
event?
Typically,
we
have
a
board
member
who
we
contact
directly
as
kind
of
our
liaison
for
the
event.
D
G
C
If
you
I
know,
we
have
a
couple
months
ago
on
that,
but
as
discussed
prior
to
the
meeting,
if
you
do
decide
and
I
could
have
this
General
come
out
there
and
speak
to
you.
If
you
do
decide
to
have
a
speaker,
okay,.
G
C
G
So,
and
if
you
want
to
provide
me,
the
information.
C
F
C
Says
we
had
we
had
some
good,
we
had
some
different
ones
and
we
had
some
flat
out
bad
ones,
so
it
it's
hard.
They
can
give
you
the
rundown
of
what
they're
going
to
say
and
they
preview
what
they're
going
to
say,
but
until
they
get
in
front
of
the
mic
yeah
we
have
no
idea
what
you're
going
to
say.
So,
all
right,
that's
great
I
will
send
you
email
you,
the
information
on
both
gentlemen's,
whether
it
be
the
bugle
player
or
the
speaker,
The,
General.
Okay,
thank
you.
C
F
C
C
F
F
C
E
So
Jack
paska,
as
you
know,
was
on
the
veterans,
Advisory
Board,
and
then
it
would
be
hypocritical
of
me
if
I
didn't
point
out
that
there
was
a
mistake
in
city
clerk's
office
to
where
he
was
not
technically
reappointed,
and
yet
it
was
for
the
for
those
actions
where
he
either
provided
emotion,
a
second
or
if
without
him
there
would
not
have
been
a
quorum
and
therefore
no
decisions
would
have
been
made.
Then
we
need
to
reconsider
them,
and
so
that's
all
we've
presented
these
and
each
one
will
have
to
have
a
motion.
E
A
second
and
a
vote
or
the
sale.
Training
will
have
words
with
me.
Hang
me
from
a
topiary
by
my
fingers.
I
don't
know
so.
If
you
can,
if
you
don't
mind,
humoring
us
and
going
through
this,
this
would
be
great.
He
did
ask
that
it's
not
a
simple
rubber
stamp.
So
I
did
present
the
minutes
in
here
that
you'll
be
approving
and
I'll
just
explain
what
role
Mr
password
played
and
why
it
would
be
reconsidered,
and
then
you
can
discuss
or
okay.
C
E
All
right,
so
item
number
six:
three
consideration
of
the
April

recommendation
and
so
we're
presenting
it.
Now
to
you
for
reconsideration,
may
I
have
a

to
approve.

we're

we're

of

and
Mr

had

it

I
ask
who
would
like
to

motion
for

C
F
Okay,
I
kind
of
like
the
consistency
but
I
moved
to
approve
it.
Okay,
second.
E
Item
27
reconsideration
of
approving
excused
absence
of

board
meeting,
which
was
at
the

27
2021
board
meeting.
This
original
version
was
seconded
by
Pastor,
so
we're
presenting
to
you
for
reconsideration.
We
have
a
motion
for
approval
motion.
D
E
F
F
E
Item
29
reconsideration
of
disposition
of
replaced,
Veterans,
Memorial,
Park,
bronze
dedication,
plaque
to
the
boar
family,
which
was
on
January
24
20
22nd
board
meeting
the
year.
Oh,
there
was
a
board
consensus,
but
on
that
meeting
there
would
not
have
been
a
quorum
without
Mr
Pastor.
So
we
were
presenting
this
for
reconsideration
may
have
a
motion
to
approve
motion.
E
F
E
Item
number
30
reconsideration
of
recommendation
to
move
John,
Master
Marky
from
alternate
member
to
regular
member
of
the
board
as
January
24
2020
second
board
meeting,
and
that
original
motion
was
seconded
by
Pastor.
So
we're
presenting
to
you
for
reconsideration
may
have
a
motion
for
approval.
I.
B
F
E
E
All
right
so
reconsideration
improving
excuse
to
absence
of
Dan
Pickett
from
the
July
25th
2022nd
board
meeting,
which
was
at
the
July
20
percent
of
July
25th
2022nd
board
meeting
and
on
that
that
was
seconded.
The
original
motion
was
seconded
by
Pastor
and
so
we're
presenting
it
to
you
for
reconsideration.
I
have
a
motion
for
approval.
C
C
E
C
Explaining
good
and
any
board
comments
at
this
time.
E
Yes,
so
what
happened
with
Mr
casket?
There
was
a
discussion,
but
you
know
the
city,
council
and
I
kind
of
made
a
deal
with
the
mayor
to
hold
off
for
six
months,
so
that
meant
that
we're
holding
his
position
for
six
months.
In
the
meantime
we
had
and
the
other
alternate.
F
E
E
Longer
on
here,
yeah
well
so
anyway
that
resulted
in
opening.
So
we
have
two
vacancies
and
there'll
be
interviews
at
the
next
meeting,
because
that
was
and
Mr
paskett
would
need
to
reapply
like
fill
out
the
application.
But
that
gives
a
nod
to
the
six
months
wait
and
that
way
you
guys
fall
at
the
same
time,
so
that
the
interviews
will
be
at
the
next
meeting.
Okay,.
E
A
She
wants
to
be
on
it.
I
was
wondering
if
I
could
like
pose
an
idea,
absolutely
yeah,
so
you
know
how
we
have
like
the
the
little
libraries
like
the
little
box.
Libraries
I
was
wondering
if
we
could
make
one
like
specifically
for
books
about,
like
you
know,
America
veteran
experiences
and
stuff
like
that,
and
we
could
like
make
it
like
a
more
Community
event
to
like
build
it
with
volunteer
positions.
G
Are
we
are
you
thinking
about
placing
that
little
Free
Library
in
Veterans,
Park,
yeah,
okay,
yeah
I,
think
we
can
consider
that?
Thank
you.
We
can
talk.
G
That's,
of
course
you
know
we.
Whenever
we
do
something
at
the
park,
we
like
to
have
comments
from
the
board
to
make
sure
that
we
have
support
on
that
type
of
project.
Okay,.
C
I
think
it'd
be
a
great
project
for
anybody
coming
out
there
and
with
like
I,
said
with
items
not
only
just
for
books
but
for
being
veterans
related
or
America
related
or
Connie
or
whatever
you
had
in
mind.
Yes,
okay,.
D
I've
noticed
up
at
the
library
from
time
to
time
when
they're
selling
books,
you'll,
see
books
coming
up
that
are
military,
related
it'll,
be
about
Marines
or
army
people
or
Wars
or
stuff,
and
that
might.
A
F
F
C
Yeah
I
think
it's
great.
Thank
you
great
idea.
Thank
you.
Okay,
there
being
any
further
comments.
Tonight's
meeting.
D
Over
in
St
Petersburg,
the
first
post
or
in
the
oldest
Post
in
Florida,
is
post
39
and
they
had
their
anniversary.
Last
Wednesday,
the
18th
and
I
told
our
commander
to
see
if
he
could
send
a
note
on
down
to
him
and
he
didn't
he's
going
to
be
going
down
to
meet
with
him.
And
he
says
you
can
get
some
good
ideas
on
how
to
last
100
years.
D
C
All
right
all
right
anything
else,
yet.
D
Our
post
I
got
some
people
together
to
go
to
the
Oldsmar,
Health
and
Rehab
Center
over
here
on
Tampa
Road
and
over
there.
At
that
time
they
had
like
19,
mend
vets
and
three
women
vets
and
a
group
from
our
VFW.
D
We
went
over
to
meet
with
them
and
then
out
of
that,
we've
there's
a
veteran
in
there
from
World,
War
II
and
he's
probably
the
only
one
from
World
War
II
there
and
we're
going
to
make
some
consideration
for
them
and
see
if
we
can
work
them
into
our
post
some
way
or
another
other
other
than
that.
There
are
several
other
vets
and
they
they
enjoyed
talking
about
their
past
and
The.
Times
They
had
in
the
military
and
their
experiences,
and
it
went
over
pretty
well.
We
had
the
Commander's
wife
and
her
daughter.
D
They
they
both
play
the
flute.
She
was
a
Marine,
a
musician
and
they
went
up
to
the
mic
and
they
were
playing
the
two
flutes
there
and
that
went
over
pretty
well
and
they
mentioned
Frank
chicolo
here
in
the
past,
he's
been
involved
over
there
and
there's
a
volunteer
who's
over
there
on
a
regular
basis,
and
he
was
glad
we
got
over
there
to
do
that.
But
we
tend
to
make
it
as
a
regular
thing
to
get
there
from
time
to
time.
Okay,.
C
On
the
same
line
in
the
past,
we
have
actually
invited
the
people
from
the
retirement
home
or
the
Care
Facility.
Over
to
our
events
and
I
know
they
went
under
new
management
every
couple
months.
It
seems
to
be
a
new
sign
over
there,
but
I
thought
that
was
a
nice
gesture
or
on
our
part,
to
at
least
offer
them
to
come
over.
Now
we
didn't
provide
any
transportation,
but
they
did
have
their
own
little
van
over
there
and
they
put
a
half
thousand
people
on
there.
C
So
possibly
if
we
have
time
or
we
could
get
together
and
say,
okay,
could
you
bring
some
of
the
veterans
over
to
maybe
our
ceremony
weather,
permitting.
G
Them
with
a
with
an
invitation,
okay.
C
G
D
C
And
the
last
thing
I
had
on
there
was
I
know
we
have
a
new
Congress
person
in
our
district
that
Anna,
oh
man
and
Paulina
Luna
okay,
and
are
we
going
to
extend
invitations
to
her
and
her
staff.
C
G
Know
just
oh
no,
we
certainly
we
do
that.
Every
for
Veterans
Day.
D
Great
yeah,
another
thing
coming
up
is
those
markers
it's
our
VFW
has
had
we
volunteered
I
volunteered
for
things
they've
been
doing
over
there
and
they
could
use
unlimited
volunteers
of
anybody
wants
to,
but
they
have
a
thing
coming
up
on.
D
Let's
see
where
yeah
it's
got
to
be
the
9th
of
February
at
the
by
bayanian
Center
over
in
Tampa
and
there's
it's
going
to
be
with
several
Buffet
tables
of
the
different
food
vendors
here
who
do
food
service
and
have
restaurants
and
all
that
type
of
stuff
and
they'll
have
all
their
individual
tables
and
it's
a
kind
of
a
dress-up
event
and
is
a
fundraiser,
the
cost
to
say
from
what
I
heard
a
hundred
dollars
per
ticket,
and
it
all
goes
to
a
good
cause.
C
Yeah
we
had
seen
that
as
a
matter
of
fact,
online
I
think
the
city
had
put
that
out
for
the
Ozark
Harris
at
the
bahaya
center
upper
off
of
nine
Eagles
Drive.
D
Yeah,
well,
that's
that's
pretty
good,
then!
Okay,
so
is
that
it
covered
yeah
that
covers
it.
C
Okay,
thank
you
surf.
Thank
you
for
all
the
information
appreciate
it.
We
can
disseminate
the
information.
Put
it
out.
There
make
sure
it
gets
on
our
website
and
okay,
if
there
be
no
further
business.
I'll
call
for
an
adjournment
of
the
meeting.
C
In
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
aye
I
want
to
thank
you
all
for
your
attendance.
Hopefully
we
can
have
this
great
I
will
make
the
contact
with
the
general
and
the
bugle
player
and
I'll
send
them
your
information.
If
you
need,
if
you
don't
get
a
response,
you
know
just
shoot
me
an
email
or
not
just
so.
C
We
could
have
something
like
so
that,
as
as
was
spoken,
I
believe
it's
a
little
I
mean
Dan
gave
a
good
speech,
and
some
of
the
other
Mayors
gave
good
speech,
but
I
think
sometimes
somebody
not
Community
involved,
give
a
different
perspective.
So,
okay,
thank
you.
That
being
all
thank
you
buddy.
Thank
you
for
your
input
and
give
chip
something
to
do
today.
Yeah.
C
Things
as
a
as
a
as
a
final
off
the
meeting,
I'm
gonna
say
thank
you,
Ann
for
all
your
your
service,
okay,.
