If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
And
I
was
one
step
four
years
ago
and
there
was
a
new
procedure
for
the
lining
of
your
throat
to
get
rid
of
the
precancerous
cells.
It
was
very
successful,
but
our
art
bryson
and
glory,
actually
she
did
cancelling
her
appointment
is
what
she
did.
She
do
that
Diana
throat
cancer
today
she'd
been
a
good
already
for
the
actresses
wife.
Would
you
save
many
many
lives
that
those
of
you
who
don't
have
gastric
reflux,
that's
significant.
A
A
Okay
moving
forward,
let
me
go
through
your
Jan
is
not
here,
but
we
did
receive
notice
that
the
you
guys
are
prospering.
City
Council
has
nominated
Jan
prior
to
continue
to
represent
Desert
Hot
Springs
on
that
Commission.
The
Airport
Commission.
Also
at
these
training
I
think
all
of
you
may
have
done
the
notice
for
requirements.
You
did
it
to
our
session
every
two
years
and
it
was
scheduled
for
Thursday
April,
the
second.
It
has
been
not
rescheduled
to
Wednesday
April
29th
from
5:30
to
7:30
p.m.
so
you
might
make.
A
A
A
A
D
B
And
so
that's
good
news
and
engineering,
we
still
don't
have
a
qualified
candidate
for
the
position
and
that's
certainly
one.
We
don't
want
to
hire
less
well
convinced
the
job.
So
those
are
the
dates
there
and
if
you
want
to
think
Tommy
really
went
into
action
on
the
exam
sanitizer
golf
stuff
with
the
virus.
C
B
In
a
different
different
trajectory
now
so
we
did
the
bid
just
to
refresh
everyone's
memory.
We
did
the
bid
for
the
parking
contract
renewal.
We
had
a
low
bidder.
The
community
made
a
recommendation.
That
would
then
go
to
council,
but
it's
just
a
matter.
Of
course.
I
would
bring
it
here
for
your
review
and
if
you
want
to
make
recommendation
that
being
said,
there
was
a
protest
by
the
other
bidder,
and
so
we
tabled
it
at
that
point.
D
B
But
the
point
is
that
it
would
then
go
to
City
Council
on
April
the
2nd
before
your
next
meeting.
Now
the
reason
it's
not
coming
back
there
formally
is
because
the
City
Attorney's
advise
now
at
this
point.
If
it
came
back
here,
this
would
be
and
it
wouldn't
be
fair
to
all
the
vendors.
So
what
I
will
do
is
it
will
be
going
to
Council
on
the
second
of
which,
whichever
ultimately
the
decision
is,
but
then
we
will.
Obviously
you
know.
B
B
A
A
We
had
a
great
presentation,
party,
condo
and
associates-
understand
how
the
condo
arrived
at
the
big
ern
state.
As
you
recall,
this
has
to
do
with
the
Aer
Lingus
lease
agreement
that
continues
to
be
negotiated
as
we
move
forward.
There
were
great
comments
from
everybody
there.
It
was
very
thorough
and
the
votes
in
the
action
of
the
budget
and
finance
to
the
Commission,
of
course,
was
to
continue
the
negotiations
and.
A
C
D
C
C
A
B
Extending
contracts
and
having
more
time
that's
great
thing,
but
I
just
know
that
it
really
has
little
to
do
with
the
budget
cycle,
because
this
is
a
ten-year
contract.
Exactly
so
so.
You've
got
nine
months,
we're
in
a
good
time
frame
to
get
and
it
expired.
But
if
the
court
wants
to
extend
it,
there's
nothing
wrong
with
that.
But
I
think
we
need
to
agenda
at
the
behalf
against
ISIL
is
gone
on
the
agenda
for.
A
E
F
F
F
A
E
E
C
E
A
A
We
move
on
to
the
Lara
Airport
advertising
concession
agreement
extension
that
was
in
your
tacit.
The
recommendation
is
mental
state
councillor
through
their
contract
services.
Realized
attention
returned
in
two
years.
It's
a
pretty
straightforward
analysis.
I,
don't
know
if
anyone
has
any
questions
or
any
movements
to
make
get
the
motion.
A
Thank
you
for
is
there
a
second
to
them.
Kevin
makes
public
makes
the
second
to
that.
Is
there
any
discussion
on
this
as
I
say
pretty
straightforward,
all
right,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye
opposed
abstentions.
Great.
Now
we
turn
to
talk
to
the
project
updates.
You
may
recall
that,
as
Tom
started
in
January
at
every
meeting
from
here
on
out
to
give
us
an
update
on
the
capital
projects,
other
projects.
E
E
As
you
know,
the
Finance
Committee
was
involved
in
the
car
rental
project.
When
you
mentioned,
we
had
a
very
informative
discussion
just
for
to
refresh
your
memory.
The
consultant
took
365
days
worth
of
data
compiled
it
from
all
of
the
existing
car
rentals
once
that
was
compiled.
Looking
at
the
North
site,
it
weighted
to
about
1.3
to
1.4
million
square
feet
of
space
that
was
necessary
to
be
able
to
encompass
all
of
the
necessary
operations
of
the
car
rentals
when
they
model
that
site.
E
You
had
this
sizable
gargantuan
facility
next
to
the
terminal,
and
the
immediate
reaction
was
that
it
appear
that
the
terminal
was
attached
to
a
parking
facility,
so
by
input
of
the
staff
and
the
city,
management
and
Airport
Commission
was
to
have
the
consultant
go
utilize,
other
opportunities,
meaning
sites
more
specifically
off
of
Kirk
Douglas
way.
We
have
a
very
sizable
piece
of
property
that
is
really
underutilized,
so
the
takeaway
was
is
explained
at
the
committee
level.
E
Is
there
are
now
three
options
being
analyzed:
the
North
End
100%,
south
and
100
hybrid
between
the
two
something
done
on
the
north
end,
something
done
on
the
south
end.
So
that
has
been
conceptually
laid
out,
but
the
big
decision-making
aspect,
mr.
chairman
and
members
of
the
Commission,
is:
what's
the
feasibility.
What's
the
affordability,
what
is
currently
happening
is
Brocato.
Associates
is
looking
at
the
state
statute
on
daily
fee
collection,
coupled
with
our
balance
of
22
million
dollars,
GST
revenue
and
looking
at
different
scenarios
of
bonding.
E
Remember,
we
discussed
as
Ken
kids
an
expert
at
bonding.
Is
we
looking
at
a
20,
25
or
30
year
bond
a
couple
of
that
with
the
limitations
on
the
daily
collection
and
our
forecast
transactions
that
will
essentially
dictate
what
we
could
afford?
That's
very
essential
because
we
want
to
build
to
a
budget
rather
than
try
to
build
something
we
can
afford.
Secondly,
Gensler
is
very
good
at
what
they
do,
but
they
hire
us
sub
consultant
to
do
the
estimating
nothing
of
the
basis
of
designing
and,
as
we
found
out
with
our
TV
project,
mr.
E
E
Now
I
did
contact
Fresno
and
our
friend
there
are
in
the
process
of
doing
the
design
and
build,
and
ironically
said,
about
a
theater
space
structure
and
I
got
all
the
information
from
them
and
sent
them
the
game,
so
I
have
sent
them
to
the
estimator
who's
on
the
other
side,
the
United
States.
So
we
want
the
best
estimate
we
can,
mr.
E
chairman,
so
that
that,
finally
now,
given
the
fact
that,
in
the
basis
of
design,
was
predicated
on
one
concept,
the
fact
that
we
have
to
now
is
going
to
set
the
timetable
back
a
couple
of
months
and
this
imports
them,
and
this
is
one
of
those
steps
that
is
worth
waiting
for,
because
that
is
the
decision.
This
will
be
the
most
significant
capital
improvement
project
in
the
history
of
the
airport
and
from
a
financial
perspective.
It
was.
E
E
E
What
is
really
a
lot
happening
behind
the
scenes
with
regards
to
the
detail
of
baggage
handling
system,
that
is
about
70%
of
being
completed
from
an
approval
standpoint
manufacturing
features
that
very
soon
that's
been
done
in
Louisville
Kentucky,
a
key
function
or
key
element.
We
are
also
building
right
now
behind
the
scenes
of
what
we
call
the
IDF,
which
is
the
heart
of
the
enter.
The
technology
aspect
that
connectivity
that
the
airlines
need
in
the
interim
and
the
permanent
once
that
IDF
is
constructed
and
everything
wired
up.
It's
like
a
it's
interesting
this.
E
E
If
some
apron
workout,
they
got
us
all,
set,
there's
a
small
segment
of
the
apron.
If
you
could
envision
the
back
apron
in
this
project,
if
you
recall
for
the
airline's
efficiency
and
we
talked
about
airline
relationships
and
the
efficiency,
we
are
making
a
Center
for
extremely
efficient
standpoint.
The
airlines
appreciate
that
there's
a
cost
associated
with,
but
on
the
back
of
the
apron,
we're
going
to
have
three
oval
carousels
now
for
those
of
you
that
have
been
on
back
and
seeing
on
the
airline's
currently
retreat
luggage.
E
E
A
E
Efficient
at
the
police
office
is
done
and
they
are
moved
in
I.
Remember,
hopefully,
you
recall
me
explaining
that
without
getting
too
detailed
for
a
security
acts
perspective
to
the
police,
now
is
much
more
advantageous
to
really
sit
in
that
Airport
without
getting
in
a
much
better
position
to
be
able
to
handle
any
litany
of
situations
here,
as
opposed
to
where
they
weren't
before
so
strategically.
It's
done.
They're
in
place,
you'll
see
the
front
door
being
unveiled.
There's
a
new
relocated
under
the
car
rentals.
E
Another
automatically
move
that
over
as
we
prepared
to
extend
the
ticket
counters.
As
we
work
on
the
car
rental
project,
we
still
have
the
growth,
despite
the
current
situation
worldwide.
This
Airport
will
continue
well
and
we'll
be
coming
for
that
with
adding
some
spaces
there
as
well,
and
then
that
hallway,
going
down
to
the
left
is
going
to
start
demolition.
It's
not
all
ready
to
move
that
wall
and
open
that
beautiful
design.
E
Some
great
news,
Patrick
elevate
Talarico
with
the
city
sustainability
department,
has
been
working.
This
is
his
initiative,
not
ours
with
the
Department
DWA
water
and
they
are
providing
a
grant
to
the
city
of
Rock
Springs
to
do
two
things
number
one
to
develop
a
demonstration
garden,
a
demonstration
garden,
specifically
the
garden
for
demonstrating
plants
that
are
sustainable
in
water
consumption
and
the
idea
is
obviously
the
council
has
invented
this.
It
has
to
churn
through
it,
but
he
was
successful,
getting
the
gwa
funding
for
that.
E
The
sustainability
department
is
also
spending
about
$30,000
I
heard
already
through
City
Council
approval.
They
consulted
to
do
the
landscaping
for
that.
It
will
go
to
this
commission
like
the
first
and
involve
the
whole
concept
and
I
meant
with
them
13
for
the
first
time
yesterday
it
looks
all
the
other
projects,
and
that's
very
second
before
by
the
end
of
the
the
two
things
are
going
to
occur
with
this
project
number
one
some
level
hopefully
have
a
demonstration
garden.
E
Some
people
waiting
for
aircrafts,
people,
leaders
and
greeters
can
go
out
and
say:
okay,
what,
if
I
am
in
the
desert?
What
kind
of
plants
you
know
this
is
great
right
now
you
see
out
front
so
that
that
will
be
number
one.
Secondly,
if
you
recall,
we
went
out
to
bid
so
a
couple
of
years
ago,
and
we
had
it
scared
the
airlines
he
was
it
was
it
scared
the
airlines?
A
It's
exciting,
I
might
get
you
I
hope
you
saw
I
complimented
I
wrote
a
letter
to
the
editor.
Some
of
you
may
or
may
not
have
seen
that
there's
no.
Thank
you.
First
day
of
a
participator
show.
This
was
a
sequence,
but
to
remind
everybody
about
the
engagement
of
the
Commission
and
all
of
your
projects
and
exciting.
D
Volunteer
I
did
for
our
session
last
week,
so
a
bit
over
a
whole
bunch.
I
would
recommend
it
at
the
time
and
spend
four
hours
and
I
shift
on
there.
The
people
that
work
down
there,
or
so
now
they
were
the
nicest
people
they
really
do
represent.
Palm
Springs
well
and
I
learned
a
lot
of
that
learned.
How
lowly
that
bathroom
is
for
weapons
minute
and
a
line
that
forms
and
those
navigators
been
quite
a
bit
of
their
time,
retrieving
the
cards
marking.
