Description
Regular Meeting of the City of Palm Springs VillageFest Committee, held June 14th, 2022
B
A
Thank
you,
okay,
so
roll
call,
okay,
chair,
ganella,
is
currently
absent.
Vice
chair
garten
is
here
board.
Member
montante
is
here
yeah
board
member
anderson
here,
okay,
four
member
bulletin,.
D
A
Okay
board
member
roberts.
C
C
B
E
I'm
not
hi,
I'm
not
sure.
If
this
is
public
comment
or
if
you're,
not
I'm
we're
on
your
agenda,
my
name
is
cliff
mullins.
I
work
with
derek
yap,
who
I
thought
would
be
joining
us
and
other
members
of
our
team
with
first
step
marketing.
E
First
step
marketing
is
representing
frontier
communications
and
faith.
I
believe
had
sent
derrick
an
email
that
derek
had
copied
me
on
to
attend
this
meeting
via
zoom,
and
that's
why
I'm
here?
I
don't
know
if
you
have
questions
for
us
to
be
disseminated
or
what
yeah.
B
Cliff
you're
on
the
agenda,
so
you'll
just
have
to
wait.
You're
kind
of
down
near
the.
E
B
Of
the
attendees
tonight,
so
we
will
call
on
you
in
your
order.
Okay,.
C
C
B
So
so
you
were
on
at
the
end
for
committee
meetings.
You
want
to
just
hold
off
on
that.
Okay,
okay,
do
we
have
any
correspondence.
A
We
do
everyone
got
a
copy
of
the
contract
with
power
baseball,
just
they,
they
do
participate
at
village
fest,
and
that
is
just
a
copy
of
the
contract
that
we
sign
with
what
they
provide
for
us
and
what
we
provide
for
them.
So
if
anyone
had
any
questions
about
that
or.
B
Any
anybody
have
questions
about
that
all
right,
the
consent
calendar.
So
we
need
to
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
agenda
from
the
june
14th.
Well,
that's
today
approving
the
agenda.
Today's
agenda.
C
B
B
And
then
the
next
one
is
the
approval
of
the
minute.
Oh
wait:
we
have
to
vote
on
the
agenda
all
in
favor
of
accepting
the
agenda
all
right.
C
B
Opposed
so
moved
the
next
one
is
the
approval
of
the
minutes.
The
minutes
for
may
10
2022.
Now.
Can
I
hear
a
motion
to
accept
the
minutes.
B
G
B
G
B
G
So
the
first
vendor
is
jesus
kanas
and
stacey
connis.
Are
they.
G
Okay,
so
you
have
five
minutes.
Brief
is
always
good
to
just
tell
us
about
about
your
about
your
interest
in
village
fest
your
product
and
show
us
what
you
have
and
then
the
board
will
ask
questions
and
then
we'll
vote.
Okay,
okay,
perfect,
so
carry
on
jesus.
H
H
Is
the
only
pastry
sweet
for
for
now
and
other
other
produce
and,
for
example,
empanadas
empanadas,
beef
empanadas,
the
different
the
empanadas
for
pastry
or
pastelitos?
Is
there,
for
example
the
flower
and
then
in
pastelli,
and
the
beef
is
sure.
H
H
G
It
looks
delicious,
I
have
to
say,
I'm
looking
forward
to
trying
them,
because
I
did
have
some
of
this
food
when
I
was
in
south
america
and
I
absolutely
loved
it.
So
do
any
of
the
board
members
have
any
questions
for
jesus
or
stacy.
G
Right
greg,
you,
you
had
a
question.
F
Yeah
I'd
like
to
thank
the
kanos
family
for
their
presentation.
I
I
appreciate
that
they're
showing
their
products
and
have
their
aprons
on
and
their
backdrop.
I
looked
at
your
file.
I
think
your
price
points
on
your
food
are
great.
I
am
looking
forward
to
trying
the
venezuelan
cuisine,
so
I
would
move
that
we
accept
pastalistos
to
the
street.
G
There,
okay,
we
have
a
motion
on
the
floor
from
and
seconded
by
celia
all
in
favor
aye
aye
aye.
Any
opposed
welcome
to
the
village
fest
family
to
the
conus
family,
welcome
to
the
village,
fest
family
and
we'll
see
you
on
the
street.
We're
very
excited
to
have
you
we're
very
excited
to
add
to
the
diversity
of
our
food
options,
you'll
work
out
with
faith,
your
your
your
orientation
and
your
start
date
and
your
positioning.
Okay.
Thank.
I
G
G
Okay,
the
next
one
is
valley,
fusion,
sushi
alex
jimenez.
C
G
F
D
So,
mr
chairman,
this
this
is
doug
hassett,
just
a
quick,
quick
comment.
If
I
may
yes,
sir,
I'm
a
planning
commissioner
for
the
city
of
la
quinta,
and
we
have
our
meeting
tonight
as
well.
D
So
I
don't
know
how
far
down
liberty
mutual
is
on
your
list,
but
I'm
hoping
I
can
get
back
to
my
planning
commission
meeting
as
soon
as
possible.
G
I'll
tell
you
what
if,
if
no
one
has
an
objection
right
after
alex
jimenez,
we
can
have
you
present
and
and
then
we
could
move
on
that.
D
You
have
to
go,
sir.
Our
meeting
has
already
started
for
the
city
of
latino.
I
just
stepped
out,
so
I
could
meet
the
interview
time
here.
G
Okay,
alex-
can-
I
just
ask
you
to
hold
for
a
moment
and
we'll
deal
with
doug
for
very
quickly?
Is
that
okay,
okay,
doug.
D
D
That
too
well
first,
let
me
say
I
I
do
appreciate
you
having
me
here
tonight.
I
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
meet
all
of
you
and
let
you
know
that
liberty,
mutual
is
interested
in
joining
your
village
fest
team.
D
We
I'm
a
number
one,
I'm
a
30-year
resident
of
the
desert.
I've
lived
in
the
king
to
that
whole
time.
Liberty,
mutual
is
actually
new
to
the
desert,
though
I'm
the
only
liberty,
mutual
agent
in
the
desert
and,
of
course,
liberty.
Mutual
is
our
premium
line
of
both
auto
and
home
and
life
insurance,
as
well
as
we
do
umbrella
policies
and
so
forth,
but
we
also
write
25
other
lines
of
insurance
so
that
we
can
remain
competitive.
D
So
speaking
for
myself
individually,
I'm
not
what
they
would
call
a
a
captive
agent
with
one
line
of
insurance.
I
have
all
these
other
lines
that
I
can
write,
which
include
very
well
known
carriers
like
progressive
and
mercury
in
21st
century.
So
we're
really
looking
forward
to
an
opportunity
to
be
be
a
part
of
village.
Fest.
D
I've
been
here
long
enough
to
know
that
our
summers
are
hot
and
but
we're
looking
forward
to
the
being
able
to
participate,
and
I
would
really
appreciate
your
consideration
and
I
did
bring
lee
muimu
with
me
tonight.
So
there's
limu,
emu
and
and
I
just
walked
38
miles
on
catalina
with
catalina
island
with
limu
emu.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
the
time.
G
Don't
just
I
had
one
question
before
I
open
up
for
the
for
the
floor.
I
did
look
at
your
packet,
I
couldn't
tell
do
you
have
a
booth,
or
are
you
just
going
to
put
out
a
table?
What
is
your
presentation.
D
So
we're
actually
going
to
do
a
table.
We
have
a
nice
liberty,
mutual
tablecloth.
I
actually
have
a
pop-up
banner
where
people
can
come
by
and
have
it
looks
like
it.
D
It
looks
like
the
what
you
see
on
tv,
the
limu,
emu
and
doug
the
character
doug
except
doug's
face
is
cut
out,
so
people
can
come
by
and
stick
their
face
in
there
and
have
their
pictures
yeah
and
that's
kind
of
fun
and
we'll
do
you
know
giveaways
of
liberty,
mutual
swag
and
also
I'll
have
a
you
know:
pop-up
overhead
tent
as
well.
B
So
this
is
strictly
information
right,
you're,
not
trying
to
sign
up
policies
or
that
sort
of
thing.
Yeah.
D
Knowledge
fast
yeah.
No,
we
won't
be
able
to
do
that,
we'll
just
we'll
just
take
names
and
telephone
numbers
and
and
try
to
encourage
people
to
let
us
offer
them
a
quote
for
their
homeowners
or
their
auto
policy,
and
we'll
just
try
to
gather
that
information,
because
we
need
our
computers
and
there's
lots
and
lots
of
questions
to
have
an
individual
answer
for
us
before.
We
can
write
a
policy
and
it's
just
too
lengthy,
of
a
process
to
do
at
the
village.
Fest.
Okay,.
F
Okay,
yeah,
I
have
a
question,
mr
hassett.
The
village
fest
is
primarily
an
artisan
crafts,
fair
and
the
demographic
is
predominantly
tourists,
and
so
I'm
wondering
what
value
you
bring
to
an
artisan
craft
fair
and
what
you
would
tell
me
as
to
why
you
would
think
palm
springs.
Residents
might
come
to
a
craft
fair
to
look
for
insurance.
D
D
If
you
will
that
there
are
certainly
other
things
in
life
to
consider
and
think
about,
and
certainly
you
know,
liberty,
mutual
does
these
types
of
things
all
the
time
in
other
cities
around
the
entire
country,
but
specifically
here
in
california,
I
know
that
we've
got
presents
when
we
go
to
car
shows
and
arts
and
crafts
fairs,
and
it's
just
a
matter
of
being
present.
D
I
think
and
letting
people
know
that
possibly
there's
an
opportunity
to
ask
us
a
few
questions,
and
maybe,
in
this
day
and
age,
where
we've
got
increasing
inflation,
maybe
we
can
help
people
save
a
few
dollars
on
their
insurance.
I
G
B
Other
questions,
I
make
a
motion
that
we
accept
this
commercial
vendor
into
village
fest.
A
second.
G
I'll
second-
oh
I'm
sorry,
john
seconded
seconded
by
john
bolton,
all
in
favor
aye
aye
any
opposed
or
hosting
okay.
So
let
the
record
note
that
greg
is
opposed
and
the
other
and
otherwise
goes
voted
so
doug.
That
means
that
you're
approved.
We
will
see
you
on
the
street
you'll
work
out
your
orientation
and
get
set
up
through
faith
offline.
G
D
For
the
opportunity,
like
I
said
it's
just
about
us
being
present,
I
think
I
think
it'll
it'll
be
good
for
liberty,
mutual
and
I
certainly
hope
so,
and
I
thank
you
for
your
time
and
I
thank
you
for
letting
me
step
step
forward
step
ahead
of
the
line.
If
you
will.
G
A
G
All
right,
so
here
we
go.
The
next
we'll
go
back
now
to
valley
fusion
sushi
alex
jimenez.
I
hope
I'm
saying
that
right,
alex.
G
You
have
a
couple
minutes
just
to
tell
us
about
what
you're
going
to
show
at
villagefest.
If
you
have
anything
that
you
can
show
us,
you
know
how
the
how
the
food
is
presented,
great
and
and
you've
seen
the
process
so
carry
on.
J
Okay,
so
hi,
my
name
is
karen
jimenez,
and
this
is
my
husband.
Thank
you
guys
for
having
us
this
evening.
We
really
appreciate
it,
so
our
is
valley,
fusion,
sushi
valley,
fusion,
sushi.
We
started
it
about
a
month
ago,
our
first
pot,
we
we
are
me
and
my
husband
have
been
in
the
sushi
industry
for
a
while.
I'm
the
manager
of
my
father's
sushi
restaurant
here
in
cathedral
city
and
my
husband
is
the
sushi
chef
for
the
restaurant
and
we
just
decided
to
expand
it
a
little
bit
on
our
part
and
yeah.
J
So
that's
why
we
want
to
pop
up.
Our
business
consists
of
a
japanese
fusion,
have
thai
teas
that
we
make.
We
have
sauces
that
we
also
make
is
made
out
of
so
we
all
make
sure
that
everything
is
safe,
especially
because
you
are
dealing
with
sushi.
J
I
think
valley,
fusion
sushi
for
the
street
fair,
because
it's
just
different
from
what
I've
seen
that
you
guys
have.
I
think
we
can
attract
a
lot
of
people
any
age,
young
age
and
even
well.
We
have
we
have
we're
gonna.
So
what
we
carry
pretty
much,
we
carry
sushi
rolls
which
are
like
tempura
styles.
We
also
will
be
appetizers
and
we
also
have
a
vegan
roll
on
our
menu
for
those
vegans
out
there.
I
know
we
have
quite
a
few
of
those,
so
we
actually
have
some
pictures.
H
C
H
Okay,
so
this
right
here
is
our
fusion
tostadas,
our
fusion
tostadas.
They
have
spicy
crap,
so
it's
basically
a
wonton
that
we
make
on
the
bottom,
it's
a
wonton
and
then
it
has
spicy
crab
spicy
tuna
avocado.
It's
topped
with
our
spicy
mayo
sauce,
our
eel
sauce
and
our
mango
sauce.
All
of
our
sauces
are
made
by
us
at
the
restaurant.
This
appetizer
right
here
is
our
jalapeno
poppers.
Our
jalapeno
poppers
is
a
big
jalapeno.
G
H
G
H
H
These
are
chiles.
These
are
some
these
we
so
there's
chilis
weddles.
We
cut
them
to
the
middle,
we
stuff
them
with
spicy
crab
deep
fry
them,
and
then
we
use
a
special
ginger,
sauce
and
spicy
mayo.
This
our
fusion
roll
over
here
has
a
little
bit
of
cream
cheese
inside
shrimp,
tempura
avocado
cucumber,
and
then
we
deep
fry
it
and
then
once
it
comes
out,
we
go
and
top
it
off
with
some
more
crab
eel
sauce
mango
sauce
and
spicy
mayo
as
well.
This
is
our
valley,
vegan
roll
over
here.
H
Our
valley
vegan
rolls
for
everybody,
anybody
anybody
that
doesn't
so
for
all
of
our
vegan
people.
We
use
vegan
cream
cheese.
H
We
deep
fry
some
broccoli-
I
put
it
in
there,
so
some
cucumber
broccoli
and
some
vegan
cream
cheese,
I
top
it
off
with
mango
serranos
and
then
our
and
our
eel
sauce
as
well
our
vegan
ear
sauce
as
well.
These
are
our
thai
teas
over
here
so
refreshing
from
the
summer.
We
make
our
own
thai
tea
as
well.
That
is
going
to
be
prepared
at
the
restaurant.
We
go
ahead
and
have
it
at
the
temperature
that
it's
supposed
to
be,
and
it's
very,
very
good.
H
My
wife
prepares
it
from
scratch
as
well,
and
then
for
like
the
younger,
the
the
younger
kids,
we
also
have
a
hot
cheeto
roll.
It's
called
the
hot
chela
roll.
You
know
how
like
coachella
over
here,
so
we
named
it
the
hot
chela
roll.
It
has
cream
cheese
inside
avocado,
it
has
cream
cheese,
avocado
spicy
crab,
and
then
I
do
a
hot
cheeto
tempura
and
then
I
top
it
off
with
our
spicy
mayo
and
our
eel
sauce
as
well,
and
then
we
have
the
normal
tempura
caddy
as
well,
which
you
can
get
anywhere
else.
J
And
another
thing
I
would
like
to
add
on
here
is
that
I
know
sometimes
when
you
think
about
sushi,
you
think
about
raw
fish.
We
live
in
the
valley,
it's
very
hot
here,
but
our
menu
we
did
make
sure
we
designed
it
in
a
way
where
we're
not
really
dealing
with
too
much
raw
fish.
We're
working
with
a
lot
of
like
spicy
crab
we're
working
with
a
lot
of
like
fried
rolls,
because
we
we,
like
I
said
we
have
work
in
the
sushi
industry.
J
I've
been
in
it
for
eight
years,
and
the
last
thing
I
would
want
to
do
is
get
anybody
sick.
So
all
of
our
menu
is
no
raw
fish
in
it.
Mainly
everything
will
be
cooked
and
we
will
keep
everything
in
fridges.
He
will
make
everything
in
this
on
the
spot
as
people
order
it
because
also
sushi
is
best
served
fresh
yeah.
So
we
we
keep
that
in
mind,
but
yeah
those
are
summer.
Dishes
that
we
would
love
to
share
with
the
palm
springs
crowd.
J
I
know
we
do
get
a
lot
of
visitors,
but
we
are
from
the
valley
and
we
would
also
love
to
bring
in
some
locals
from
the
valley
that
don't
they
haven't
been
to
the
street
for
in
so
long,
and
we
tell
them
like
hey,
you
know
come
over
we're
going
to
be,
hopefully
we'll
be
there,
so
we're
we
want
to
attract
visitors
and
locals
that
way.
They
have
something
to
go
back
to
the
street
fair.
B
I
think
that's
an
excellent
point
and
I
think
you
I
wanted
to
say
that
your
presentation,
I
think,
is
really
beautiful.
Your
dishes
look
really
appetizing
and
they're
lovely.
So
thank.
J
For
the
prices,
I
don't,
I
don't.
G
C
J
Yeah
well
also,
as
far
as
that,
as
the
prices,
we
do
keep
in
mind
that
it
is
street
food.
We
don't
want
to
charge
anybody
twenty
five
dollars
for
a
roll
either
we
did
keep
it
on
a
good
range.
I
mean
our
priciest
roll
will
be
sixteen
dollars,
but
you
can
get
that's
eight
dollars.
You
can
get
a
roll
as
dollars,
so
everything
is
it's
in
a
good
price
and
affordable.
C
C
Question
would
be
my
other
question
is:
does
your
restaurant
have
a
website
that
people
could,
you
know,
find
out
exactly
what
they
ordered
if
they
forgot,
maybe
is
that
something
you
could
advertise.
H
J
So,
as
far
as
your
question
as
a
website,
we
do
have
our
instagram,
where
we
we
that's,
where
we
post
all
of
our
roles
with
our
names
on
it
order
something
you
can
go
back
and
see
what
you
order.
A
G
A
G
C
G
Sorry,
sorry
about
that,
okay,
great!
So
congratulations
and
welcome
to
the
village.
Fest
family,
we'll
see
you
on
the
street
and
you
will
work
out
with
faith
that
your
orientation
and
your
start
date
and
positioning
and
that'll
be
done.
Offline,
okay,.
G
B
G
H
C
Hi,
I'm
tim,
and
this
is
my
wife
rosaleen.
We
just
came
to
this
area
a
couple
of
years
ago,
just
a
few
weeks
before
the
lockdown
and
we
actually
kind
of
took
a
break
on
our
our
jewelry
line
and
we
were
selling
at
the
rose,
bowl
and
and
other
places
and
rosaline.
C
Does
the
jewelry
designing
and
I
help
in
the
manufacturing
of
it,
and
we
have
an
office
in
a
place
that
we
do
all
of
our
work
in
downtown
laquinta.
That's
where
we
have
our
business
license,
hung
and
and
where
we
do
our
work,
and
we
would
really
love
to
join
the
the
street
fair
and
I'll.
Let
rosaline
take
over
and
and
tell
you
what
we
do.
Okay,
yeah.
K
Well,
as
he
said,
I've
been
designing
a
jewelry.
This
is
something
that
I
loved
from
from
all
over
from
a
lot
of
time.
K
I've
been
in
this
business
for
more
than
15
years,
and
now
I
came
to
the
desert
and
trying
to
make
the
business
and
in
two
levels,
let's
say
trying
to
sell
wholesale
and
retail
what
happened.
Now
we
have
the
opportunity
to
open
a
store,
and
next
week
we
are
going
to
be
in
a
meeting
with
the
general
manager
of
old
town
la
quinta
and
because
we
have
a
in
a
space
that
looks
like
we
are
selected
to
have
it.
K
The
realtor
is
like
us
to
get
the
place
now
we
have
the
presentation
and
next
week
so
he
can
see
the
jury
that
you're
going
to
see.
Now.
Can
you.
K
B
K
Example,
I
decided
simple
things
that
it's
a
motor
pearl
and
it's
I
put
a
gold
around
it.
G
That
pendant
yourself
do
you
actually
make
the
pendant
or
is
it
so.
K
Yes,
usually,
what
I
do
in
most
of
the
pieces
is
that
I
do
the
the
mold
and
then
they
make
me
the
pieces,
the
fabric.
Why?
Because
I've
been
doing
this
for
a
long
time,
I
have
a
lot
of
molds
already
done.
Okay,
things
are
like
these,
like
my
earrings
there's
very
simple
design
is
the
pearl
and
and
a
simple
line.
B
K
K
This
design,
I
did
a
long
time.
B
B
A
B
Said
you're
right!
Excuse
me,
I
just
want
to.
I
just
want
to
get
clarification,
because
I
really
when
I
looked
at
your
folder,
I
really
had
some
a
lot
of
questions
for
you.
Okay,
so
I
just
heard
that
you
say
you
make
the
initial
piece
and
then
you
have
it
manufactured,
so
you
send
it
someplace
else.
Where
do
you
send
it.
C
Either
los
angeles,
mexico
or
brazil
to
have
it
plated
because
we
don't
we
don't
do
plating.
C
B
K
You
beautiful,
you
know,
make
things
that
they're
fabulous
people
love
it.
I.
B
Think
they're
beautiful,
there's
no
question
about
that.
We're
not
talking
about
the
beauty
of
it
or
we're.
Talking
about
the
requirement
for
vendors
to
be
accepted
is
that
has
to
be
75
percent
artist
made
not
one
that
he's
made
and
then
send
out
that'd
be
like
saying
I'm
going
to
make
a
jacket
and
then
I'm
going
to
send
it
to
mexico
and
have
a
whole.
F
K
B
C
B
B
E
B
Wire
and
again,
stringing
is
not
something
that
we
consider.
C
K
B
You
know,
I
think,
you're
missing
my
point.
I
think
you
have
lovely
lovely
jewelry,
it's
absolutely
beautiful
and
I
would
buy
it.
You
know
if
I,
if
I
saw
your
store,
I
I'm
sorry
you're
shaking
your
head,
but
I'm
trying
to
explain
this.
I
would
buy
that
if
I
saw
it
in
the
store,
but
you
did
not
hand
make
that,
and
so
that
is
part
of
what
we
do,
how
we
draw
a
line
at
village
fest,
because
it's
an
arts
and
crafts
festival
for
the
artists
who
make
the
jewelry
or
the
product
or
whatever.
G
I
could
add
to
that.
There
is
one
exception
in
that.
If
you
were
a
downtown
merchant
in
the
downtown
corridor
and
you
actually
had
a
store,
so
there
is
a
jewelry
store
down
there.
So
if
that
jewelry
store
applies
for
a
booth
and
we
approve
them,
they
could
put
manufactured
jewelry
at
their
booth
because
they're
a
downtown
merchant
and
we
limit
the
number
of
them
that
we
can
do
and
the
reason
we
do.
G
That
is
because
villagefest
for
years
has
been
encroaching
in
front
of
all
of
those
businesses
and
selling
things
and
sort
of
blocking
the
businesses
all
thursday
night.
So
the
you
know
a
long
time
ago,
it
was
agreed
through
the
city
council
that
downtown
merchants
would
be
a
category
and
they
would
be
that
they
could
apply
and
they
have
to
meet
certain
criteria.
The
fact
that
you're
not
either
a
downtown
merchant
or
hand
making
your
items,
unfortunately
disqualifies
you
from
the
bylaws
of
village
fest.
M
M
M
M
To
say
that
I
know
that
this
often
comes
up
as
a
discussion,
because
people
feel
that
they've
seen
booths
that
are
not
complying
if
you
see
booths
that
aren't
complying,
please
by
all
means
report
it
to
city
staff
and
we'll
bring
them
before
the
board
again,
because
those
are
the
rules
and
it's
not
that
sometimes
the
rules
don't
get
broken.
But
we
would
like
to
know
who
brought
in
other
jewelry
other
than
what
they
were
approved
for
and
your
jewelry
is
lovely.
M
But
the
rules
and
regulations
are
set
forth
by
the
city
council
of
the
city
of
palm
springs,
and
our
job
is
only
to
follow
that
and
I
hope
I
can
take
the
motion
please.
I.
K
L
G
G
Okay
I'll
say
julie,
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
any
opposed
or
abstaining.
We're
really
sorry
folks,
but
those
are
the
rules.
Those
are
that's
the
whole
charter
of
village
fest.
We
cannot
bastardize
the
the
purpose
of
village
fest
or
the
complexion
of
it.
It
is
really
meant
for
local
artisans
to
come
and
show
their
wares
and
sell
the
things
that
they
can
make.
That
is
the
purpose
of
it.
That's
that's
how
it
works.
J
N
All
right
awesome,
tough
act
to
follow
so
I'm
here
I
want
to
talk
about
my
lgbtq
candle
company,
so
I'll
just
give
a
brief
background
kind
of
on
the
name,
the
candles,
the
sense
how
it
came
about.
So
this
was
several
years
ago.
I
started
getting
candles
kind
of
testing
out
different
things.
Wasn't
too
sure
what
I
wanted
to
do
with
it?
N
How
I
could
set
myself
apart
pandemic
it
as
we
all
know,
I
started
working
from
home,
so
I
worked
for
amazon
corporate,
so
I
was
blessed
enough
to
be
able
to
work
from
home
because
I
wasn't
commuting.
I
N
I
was
like:
okay,
let's
do
something
so
I
started
the
candles
a
whole
lot
more
and
then,
as
of
two
years
ago,
we
launched
so
the
name
in
itself.
I
knew
I
wanted
something
that
was
lgbtq
themed
and
positive
and
flamer.
I
thought
well
that's
kind
of
perfect
for
a
candle
company,
but
it's
also
something
I've
been
called
a
lot
as
growing
up
right
and
I'm
just
looking
at
it.
N
As
you
know,
people
think
it's
a
negative
connotation
and
just
as
I
got
older
and
became
a
little
more
comfortable
with
myself,
I
was
like
no
I'm
going
to
own
this
and
wear
it
as
a
badge
of
honor.
So
I
worked
with
one
of
my
really
good
friends
and
we
came
up
with
this
design
and
speaking
of
the
badge
of
honor,
the
a
in
it
is
actually
a
pink
triangle
which
there
was
an
upside
down
peak
triangle
in
nazi
germany,
which.
N
And
then
I
was
okay.
Well,
what
am
I
gonna
do?
What
are
we
going
to
do
with
this?
What
sense
am
I
going
to
use
specifically
and
then
I
started
talking
with
a
lot
of
my
friends,
and
they
said
you
know,
there's
nothing
out
there
that
doesn't
seem
like
it's
panda
community
right.
It's
usually
we
have
something
where
it's
a
bunch
of
rainbow
stacked
on
top
of
each
other
things
that
you
would
notice
instantly
and
it's
gay
right,
and
so
I
wanted
to
do
something
where
it's
a
little
more
inclusive,
that
people.
N
Maybe
an
outsider
and
so
a
lot
of
our
sensor,
centered
around
like
nomenclature
that
we
use
a
lot
internally
within
our
community,
so
one
of
them
is
lipstick,
which
is
our
number
one
bestseller
we
have
bear.
We
have
butch
twink
otter,
a
lot
of
deep
names.
That's
funny,
yeah,
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
my
friends.
We
all
identify
different
spectrums,
and
so
they
helped
make
these
sense.
N
As
we
went
through
them,
we
bought
a
bunch
of
fragrances
tested
it
out
saw
what
we
liked
the
best
and
that's
kind
of
how
we
came
about
this.
So
we
have
nine
of
the
standard
names
and
then
we
have
a
seasonal
set
that
we
make
times
a
year.
Four
different
scents.
So
this
year
is
summer
boy
right
now
that
we
have
for
the
next
three
to
four
months
and
then
we'll
kind
of
close
and
like
after
that
and
here's.
N
So
and
then,
what's
a
little
different
about
these
two,
they
have
wooden
wicks,
which
I
am
the
biggest
fan.
They
have
the
best
burn
and
a
really
good
crackle,
and
so
we
get
this
from
a
vendor
called
make
see.
They
used
to
be
called
wooden,
witco
they're
in
laguna
b,
and
they
make
these
wicks
they're
patented,
but
they
have
like
a
quarter
inch
flame
and
they're.
They
crackle
really
loud.
So
if
you're
inside,
like
I,
even
as
watching
tv
at
night,.
N
N
Yep
yep,
so
I
obviously
like
the
vessels
right.
I
do
not
make
the
vessels,
but
I
get
I
get
my
11
pound
bricks
of
my
story,
wet
all
those
down
blend
the
scents
under
these
house.
I
blend
them
from
a
vendor
that
I
have
and
try
to
create
those
so
yeah.
All
of
that's
that's
something.
C
G
G
Honestly,
if,
if
you
were
buying
t-shirts-
and
you
were
transferring
the
design
yourself
through
a
transfer
machine,
then
you
could
because
you'd
be
using
the
t-shirt
as
a
canvas,
but
because
it's
manufactured
as
you've
heard
with
the
other
jewelry
that
again
would
be
against.
I
love
the
t-shirt
and
I
want
one,
but
you
know
honestly,
I
mean
you
can't
you
can't
sell
it
there.
Am
I
right
celia
yeah?
No,
I
think
that's
right.
I
mean.
A
A
G
Well,
we
would
have
to
see,
see
it
after.
He
actually
does
it.
So
at
this
point,
what
I
would
say
is
this.
I
would
probably
recommend
that
the
motion
says
that
we
approve
you
for
the
candles
and
not
for
the
t-shirt.
Should
you
decide
to
do
the
hand,
transfer
yourself
and
then
want
to
bring
the
t-shirts
back?
You
just
have
to
come
back
before
us
and
then
be
approved,
but
you
have
to
come
with
that
item,
which,
which
could
be
a
little
bit
different
from
what
you're
wearing?
F
M
F
Yeah,
no,
I
was
just
going
to
jump
on
it
and
matt.
I
would
suggest
that
you
sell
a
candle
that
includes
a
free
t-shirt.
They'll
have
two
price
points,
because
I
think
your
t-shirts
are
great
yeah.
A
G
B
Was
going
to
make
a
motion
that
we
accept
this
vendor
into
village?
Fest
matt
will
visit
a
second.
G
Oh
god,
everybody's
a
second
and
well
david,
has
his
hand
up
first.
So
I'm
going
to
pick
david
for
that,
okay
motion
by
celia
seconded
by
david
I'll
in
favor,
aye
aye,
any
opposed
or
or
obtaining
okay,
congratulations,
matt
and
we're
so
happy
to
have
you
again
it's
a
very
unique
item.
Even
though
there
are
candles
at
village
fest.
G
C
G
You'll
you'll
have
to
work
out
the
details
with
faith
after
you
know,
sometimes
subsequent
to
the
meeting
and
she'll
get
you
all
set
up,
and
we
look
forward
to
seeing
you
on
the
street.
Welcome
to
the
village
trust
family,
okay,
so
our
next
vendor
up
will
be.
B
In
the
kitchen,
jorge
murillo,.
G
Yeah
that
says,
I
hope
I
didn't
butcher,
that
okay,
no
a
couple
minutes
just
tell
us
about
your
product.
Show
us
if
you
have
anything
to
show
us
and
we'll.
K
H
Then
we
have
the
caramelized
milk,
which
it's
usually
in
this
container,
but
right
now
we
don't
have
it
it's
right
here:
okay
and
we
put
sour
cream,
we
put
sour
cream
on
it
with
grandma.
H
H
But
right
now
we
don't
have
anything
else
because
we
make.
H
We
have
grilled
shrimp
tacos,
we
marinate
the
shrimp
in
a
rich
homemade
sauce
made
with
sweet
oranges,
lemon
grand
ground,
anato,
minced
garlic
and
a
touch
of
salt
and
pepper,
and
then
we
grill
them
serve
them
on
a
yellow
corn
tortilla,
with
finely
shredded
cabbage
pico
de
gallo
and
a
touch
of
chipotle
sauce
and
lemon
on
the
side.
G
H
My
mom
wrote
it
and
wow
okay
carry
on,
and
then
we
have
our
fried
chicken
with
slices
of
fried
banana.
It's
a
half
of
fried
chicken.
H
A
J
H
And
in
winchester
and
the
swami
of
winchester.
J
G
C
Hold
on,
can
I
ask
a
question
again
on
prices,
I
don't
see
it
on
the
application
or
in
the
photos
that
were
sent.
H
The
fried
chicken
it's
seven
fish
17.50
and
the
whole
chicken.
It's
a
half,
a
chicken
half
a
full.
A
H
H
G
I
can
tell
you
what
it
is:
anato
is
a
is
a
spice
kind
of
like
a
tumeric.
If
you
will
in
that
it
adds
a
lot
of
color
and
it
is
used
in
a
lot
of
spanish
cuisine.
H
We
also
have
typical
cassava
dish.
First,
we
boil
it
and
then
we
deep
fry
it
to
the
order.
Then
we
serve
it
with
finely
shredded
cabbage.
We
also
add
pico
de
gallo,
pickled,
red
onions,
and
it
comes
with
a
small
chunks
of
pork,
deliciously
fried
golden
with
the
touch
of
homemade
tomato
sauce.
G
This
stuff
looks
great,
I
I'd
say,
there's
no
question
about
the
food.
Does
anybody
have
any
other
questions
before
we
put
a
motion
on
the
floor
here.
H
Okay-
and
we
have
one
more
dish.
H
It's
it's
our
busas
of
different
varieties
varieties.
We
make
shrimp,
jalapeno
bean
cheese
and
chicharron
there's
just
we
also
have
just
cheese,
pupusas
and
chicharron
and
cheese
pupusas.
Well,
all
our
proposals
come
with
cheese
and
we
also
have
revueltas,
which
are
cheese,
bean
and
chicharron.
G
H
G
With
us
at
village
fest,
I'm
looking
forward
to
trying
the
food,
you
will
work
out
the
details
with
faith
subsequent
to
this
meeting
another
time
and
we
look
forward
to
seeing
you
at
village
fest.
Congratulations.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
guys.
Okay,
all
right
up!
Next,
we
have
the
agua
caliente.
Casinos
is,
is
jill
or
brie
on
my
bus.
P
Hi,
so
I'm
jill
philbrook
with
a
la
caliente
casinos
and
actually
on
the
call
I
have
a
couple
of
my
colleagues
I
have
pearl
who
just
came
on
she
says
hi
and
christina
and
chas
are
calling
in.
As
you
are
aware,
we
have
applied
to
be
a
vendor
at
villagefest.
We
would
like
to
have
a
location
where
we
can
promote
our
palm
springs
location.
P
L
Pearl
it
said
that
the
host
disabled
participant
screen
sharing.
G
Faith,
who
is
the
host
today?
Is
it
your
adjustment.
O
I
think
faith
has
hosting
abilities
I
might
as
well,
but
if
you
could
email
that
to
us,
then
we
can
we
can
screen
share
it.
G
L
C
O
G
L
L
So,
as
we've
shared
a
couple
phot
a
few
photos
of
our
you
know,
recent
activations
we've
crafted
a
more
and
more
of
a
mock-up
of
how
we
see
the
the
booth
presentation,
and
so
this
is
kind
of
a
look-see
there's
no
gambling
here.
This
is
basically
a
setup
where
you
know
we
would
invite
our
dealers
or
employees
to
host
in
this
activation,
where,
if
you
beat
the
dealer,
you're
able
to
either
spin
to
win
some.
L
Okay,
I'm
not
sure
exactly
when
I
became
mute,
but
basically
this
is
how
we
want
to
present
our
booth
during
village
fest,
there's
an
opportunity,
there's
no
gambling.
L
What
this
is
is
where
our
team
members
will
come
to
host
activation
and
invite
you
know
the
you
know:
pastor
buyers,
attendees
to
beat
the
dealer
and
then,
if
and
when
they
beat
the
dealer,
they
have
an
opportunity
to
spin
to
win
vouchers,
to
visit
our
facility,
our
casino,
whether
to
enjoy
entertainment
or
food.
It
really
depends
on
what
our
parameters
are.
L
Based
on
this
conversation
we
have
today
and
examples
of
some
of
the
collateral
we'd
like
to
display
in
this
activation
are
the
following:
it's
a
little
slow
one
moment
we
have
some
branding
and
marketing
collateral
that
promotes
our
entertainment
at
the
show
or
the
cascade
lounge.
As
you
know,
we
have
three
properties
and
also
just
to
kind
of
raise
awareness
within
the
local
community
and
also
the
tourism
community.
O
L
L
Great
we'll
have
expertise
there
to
answer
some
of
the
things
that
we
like
to
activate
are
you
know,
scan
to
win
so
you'll
enter
to
your
information,
obviously
will
be
regulated
by
date
of
birth,
making
sure
that
our
audience
remains
21
and
over
and
for
those
who
like
to
participate
and
join
any
giveaway
promotions
that
we
may
have
for
a
dinner
and
show
for
two
or
or
any
kind
of
free
play,
if,
if
again
in
our
in
the
appropriate
age
bracket,
to
reach
the
benefits
of
our
new
member
program
that
we
offer
at
all
three
of
our
casino
properties
as
well
as
this
is
an
example
of
a
bounce
back
where
we
would
promote
to
visit
our
fnb
outlets.
L
If
you
dine
with
us
for
a
certain
amount,
we'll
give
you
an
offer
of
free
play.
If
you
choose
to
use
it,
if
not,
it's
totally.
Okay
also
promote
some
of
our
digital
applications,
which
is
our
app,
and
sometimes
we
run
promotions
through
it,
but
really
for
this
purpose.
It
would
be
more
for
awareness
and
also
just
to
to
give
handouts
to
to
showcase
all
the
different
entertainment
facets
that
we
had
to
offer
at
agua,
cliente,
casinos.
L
So
this
is
correct,
so
this
is
our
our
presentation
template.
So
we
do
feature
our
portfolio
on
our
presentation,
but
for
now
the
activation
is
approved
just
for
the
agua
cleansing
casino
portfolio,
not
the
agua,
cliente
brand
portfolio.
L
G
L
G
I
don't
know
if
it's
a
question
or
a
concern,
but
I
know
that
you
mentioned
that
you
would
be
age
verifying
anyone
at
the
booth.
I'm
sure
you
know
that
village
fest
is
very
much
a
family
event
with
a
lot
of
children,
a
lot
of
families
with
children.
More
than
anything,
I'm
not
sure,
faith
or
jasmine.
Does
this
fall
within
purview?
Is
there?
Is
there
a
restriction?
Is
there
a
concern
over
this.
L
And
if
I
may
just
clarify,
we
would
put
age
restrictions
on
any
gaming
related
promotions,
but
if
we're
promoting
a
bounce
back
to
our
dining
dining
and
entertainment
concerts,
then
it
would
it
would
be
open
to
all
ages.
So
we
just
want
to
be
very
careful.
We
are
a
casino.
We
have
that
in
our
name
that
we
we
up
front
are
very
transparent,
that
when
it
does
come
to
promoting
any
gambling
gaming
related
that
we
are
regulating
it
with
parameters
such
as
date
of
birth,
when
participating.
G
L
When
they
claim
so,
for
example,
one
of
the
activations
that
we've
found
very
successful
is
our
scan
to
win
promotion
where
we
have
scan
a
qr
code.
L
They
enter
their
information,
their
name,
their
mailing
address
their
phone
number,
their
email
address
and
their
date
of
birth,
and
then
they
also
have
the
check
in
order
to
participate
in
this
promotion,
and
you
will
need
to
you
know,
you
will
need
to
check
that
you're
open
to
communication
from
ago
clancy,
casinos,
so
once
they
enter
that
contest
and
then,
when
it's
come
for
redemption
time,
that's
where
we
do
the
verification.
L
G
L
Not
necessarily
it
could
be
both
or
again.
This
is
our
first
time
really
forming
a
partnership
with
you
guys,
so,
if,
if
that
is
something
we
can
or
cannot,
do,
then
we'll
work
within
the
parameters
that
said
forth
by
your
team.
A
I
have
one
question
the
question
I
have
is
you're
almost
on
every
in
every
hotel
and
in
every
commercial
you
have
great
commercials.
Don't
you
feel
that
you
would
achieve
more
like
that
than
standing
on
our
in
our
village
fest?
I
just
just
a
comment.
I
don't
know
you
know
you're
you're
everywhere,
like
a.
C
A
A
M
I
I
would
like
to
make
sure,
though,
with
if
jasmine
and
faith
could
just
make
sure
that
everything
is
following
along
as
far
as
any
anything
that
could
be
construed
as
gambling
and
I'm
sure
that
the
casino
also
wants
to
make
sure
that
there
wouldn't
be
anything
that
would
be
construed
as
inappropriate.
So
maybe
afterwards
you
could
just
talk
to
staff,
and
you
could
just
make
sure
that
everything
is
the
way
that
it
needs
to
be
for
both
parties
that
are
involved
and
hi
jill
enjoy.
O
And
yes,
I
have
to
do
that
joy.
I
can
I'll
follow
up
with
them
on
exactly
what's
going
to
take
place
in
their
booth
and
then
just
confirm
it
with
our
legal
department.
Make
sure
there's
there's
no
concerns
from
both
parties.
Right,
that's
good!.
C
G
Motion
by
by
john
greg
greg
had
already
raised
his
hand,
sorry
david,
so
so
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
any
opposed.
G
G
You
can't
vote
you're,
not
on
the
committee,
all
right,
so
congratulations.
Thank
you
for
your
interest.
I
do
ask
that
you
pay
very
serious
attention
to
the
request
to
confirm
you
know
appropriate
presentation
and
behavior,
especially
because
there
is
an
age
requirement
on
gambling,
and
you
know
we
don't
have
any
other
products
on
the
street
that
require
and
have
an
age
minimum.
G
So
that
was
my
only
concern,
but
I
think
if
you
know
we
can
work
through
that
and-
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
you
guys
would
not
necessarily
break
the
rules
because
that
doesn't
behoove
you
to
do
that
you,
you
have
a
license
to
worry
about.
G
Okay,
all
right,
so
thank
you
for
your
time
and
we'll
move
on
to
the
you'll
work
out
with
faith,
your
orientation,
your
start
date,
and,
of
course
you
know
the
other
stuff
that
we
talked
about
as
well.
G
L
L
Hello,
my
name
is
nicole
nick,
so
I
started
this
actually
like
as
a
hobby,
but
then
I
saw
that
people
actually
liked
me
candles.
So
the
whole
concept
is
that
it's
a
dull
candle
and
it
looks
like
the
ocean
and
it
has
a
bottle
protruding
from
the
top
like
it's
floating
on
the
ocean,
and
then
they
can
put
their
custom
message
by
riding
on
a
parcel
in
the
bottle
and
then
just
they
get
a
surprise
later.
So
I
have
various
colors
there's
a
like
a
clear.
L
I
don't
know
if
you
can
see,
there's
like
a
more
cute
like
pink
color
with
blue.
I
make
them
all
myself,
I'm
a
teacher
full-time
and
then
I
make
candles
on
the
side.
So
I've
never.
Actually.
I
just
started
doing
this
about
three
months
ago
with
my
boyfriend.
He
stopped
doing
it.
So
now,
it's
all
me,
but
I
just
was
at
the
rose
bowl
and
I
made
1500
in
candles.
L
It
was
like
a
non-stop
sale,
so
I
see
that
people
really
like
them,
but
yeah
the
whole
concept.
I
lived
in
hawaii
for
four
years
and
I
really
like
the
ocean
so
they're,
just
like
a
gel
mineral
based,
98
mineral
oil
and
then
two
percent
resin.
B
B
L
No,
it
doesn't
fill
actually
it
burns
two
times
longer
than
a
regular
soy
candle
would
so
sitting
out
at
the
rose
bowl
all
day.
They
didn't
actually
melt
until
the
end,
like
the
bottle
kind
of
started
to
dip
down
a
little
bit,
but
the
other
white
candles
would
just
like
completely
melt.
You
know,
so
the
whole
concept
is
like
that
they
get
the
a
card
almost
with
their
it's
the
sentiment,
the
thoughtfulness
of
it-
and
what's
your
price
point?
L
Okay,
all
right!
So
these
ones
that
I
sold
not
30,
I'm
selling
them
at
25.
Now
this
size
and
then
this
size,
I
sell
them
at
12
and
then
this
size
I
sell
them
at
30..
It
just
depends
on
how
much
gel
I
use
because
it
burns
longer
when
there's
more
gel
and
so
actually.
L
Thank
you.
I
appreciate
it.
I
also
put
rose
quartz
in
some
of
them
and,
like
I
had
pirates
of
the
caribbean
like
jack
sparrow.
Those
sold
out
yesterday,
probably
because
of
the
trial
but
yeah.
F
F
I
was
gonna
say
I
would
make
a
motion
that
we
accept,
nicole
and
and
her
candles
into
street
vests.
G
Okay,
we
have
a
motion
on
the
floor
from
greg
seconded
by
david,
all
in
favor
aye
aye,
any
opposed
or
understanding.
Congratulations,
nicole,
love
your
idea,
it's
adorable
and
welcome
to
the
village
fest
family.
Subsequent
to
the
meeting.
You
will
work
out
with
faith.
You
know
your
your
orientation
and
getting
you
set
up
and
positioned:
okay,
okay,.
C
G
G
C
I
I
I
I
Separately
and
we
also
have
dessert
candles,
so
this
one
is
blueberry
cobbler,
so
you
can
see
everything
is
whipped,
a
pie
on
the
edges
and
they
look
like
this.
Oh.
I
I
And
also
we
have
another
one
butterscotch
yeah,
we
have
other
flavors.
I
mean
scents,
but
we're
sold
out
of
that,
but
we
have
our
classic
collection
this
one.
We
use
amber
jars
because
I,
like
the
aesthetic
just
you
know,
vintage
look.
I
like
I
like
aesthetic
yeah.
We
also
make
other
fragrance
items
such
as
car
diffusers.
I
We
have
this
hanging
thing
that
you
hang
in
your
rear
view
mirror
this
can
last
for
45
to
60
days
on
average,
but
if
you
enter
the
shades
they
can
less
after
three
months-
and
I
also
made
this
like
a
car
charm
and
I
also
put
the
bottle
so
it
can
be
a
diffuser
too.
I
I
We
also
make
incense
this
one,
so
we
hand
made
this
the
oils
that
we
use,
we
blend
them
ourselves
and
each
stick
can
burn
between
45
to
60
minutes.
I
So
I
buy
the
sticks
already
and
then
I
blend
the
oils
and
then
I
just
dip
them
for
24
hours.
G
I
We
also
have
this
one
handmade
tote
bags.
I
We
just
added
this
because
you
know
summers,
not
a
lot
of
people
are
buying
candles
right
now,
because
it's
hot,
so
we
added
this
stuff
just
right
now,
before
we
submit
the
application,
I
mean
after
we
submit
the
application,
and
I
would
just
want
to
show
it
to
you
guys.
I
I
helped
them
me
and
my
sister
went
to
elementary
school
in
the
philippines
and
we
they
taught
us
how
to
school.
So
I
helped
her
me
and
her
help
each
other.
A
So
is
the
scrunchie
a
tube
top
or
is
it
for
your
hair
or
the
hair.
G
Okay,
faith:
can
we
add
those
items
right
to
their
application
now,
so
they
don't
come
forth
so
for
everyone
else
on
the
call,
I
forgot
to
clarify
this
for
some
of
the
earlier
vendors,
but
anything,
that's
that's
on
your
list
and
that
we
approve
here
is
fine
to
have
in
the
booth.
G
But
if
you
come
up
with
a
totally
different
product
like
if
you
start
making,
let's
say
vests
right,
you
start
to
sew
vests
out
of
fabric
or
something
you'd
have
to
come
back
before
us
to
be
re-juried
for
that
item
to
be
added
okay,
so
you
know.
So
if
there's
anything
you
want
to
add
for
the
start
of
your
booth,
we'll
definitely
add
the
the
cloth
items
like
the
bags
and.
B
B
I
I
No
only
the
two
of
us
because
yeah
my
sister,
my.
I
B
I
I'm
I'm
not
I'm
I'm
objecting
to
the
cloth,
okay
products.
I.
C
B
That
I
think
the
candles
are
absolutely
diffusers
and
all
of
that,
but
it
just
feels
like
the
cloth
things
come
out
of
nowhere
and
they're
made
somewhere
else,
partly
by
somebody
else,
and
so
I
don't
think
that
fits
in
with
the
criteria.
G
C
G
C
It's
her
name.
If
he
I'm
sorry,
I
don't
paul.
Is
the
gentleman
with
the
beard
right.
That's
me!
Yes,
if
your
partner's
name,
I
didn't
get
it.
I'm
sorry.
My
name
is
rainier.
If
you
and
your
sister
had
also
had
your
names
on
here,
I
I
think
you're
splitting
their
work.
You
could
you
can
do
it
all,
can't
you,
but
you.
B
G
Yeah
and
if
you
remember
david,
we
we've
had
vendors
who
designed
something
and
then
have
their
family
in
mexico,
make
it
and
send
it
back
to
them
to
be
sold
and-
and
we
had
to
reject
that
as
well
for
the
same
okay.
G
You
guys
we're
going
to
keep
to
the
list
that
you
have
that's
your
approved
items
which
are
on
your
application,
the
cloth
items,
if
you
should
start
to
manufacture
all
that
yourself
or
if
your
sister
comes
into
it
with
you
and
she's
at
the
booth
represented
then
for
either
way.
At
that
point,
you
could
add
those
items
in,
but
you'd
have
to
come
back
before
us
to
be
approved.
For
that.
B
I
B
Thank
you.
I
move
that
we
accept
this,
the
jason
and
and
his
I'm
sorry
paul
and
his
partner
into
village
fest.
G
Okay,
so
so
moved
by
celia
seconded
by
john,
all
in
favor
aye,
all
right
any
opposed
or
abstaining.
Okay,
congratulations
and
we'll
see
you
on
the
street.
Welcome
to
the
village
fest
family.
You
will
work
out
with
faith,
your
details
about
orientation
and
getting
started.
Okay.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
much
look
forward
to
meeting
you
guys.
Thank
you
very
much.
N
Well,
you
know,
and
you
can
only
imagine
how
much
I've
been
obsessing
about.
I
have
to
get
good
sound
for
this
and
all
that
kind
of
thing.
So
anyway,
I'm
a
jazz,
harmonica
player,
I've
played
in
clubs
and
on
the
street
for
many
many
years
and
a
few
years
ago,
a
guy
in
sweden
invented
a
digital
harmonica
which
looks
a
bit
like
this
and
it
sort
of
changed
the
whole
trajectory.
N
N
So
I
use
backing
tracks
and
I
have
probably
close
to
200
tunes
that
I
play
and
it's
you
know,
happy
happy
jazz,
basically
and
if
you'd
like
me
to
perform,
I
would
be
yes.
I
N
Twist,
my
arm,
I
I
have
to
say
that
after
watching
this
for
a
while,
I
think
I'm
probably
gonna
end
up
spending
an
awful
lot
of
the
tips
I
made
exactly.
Those
candles
are
so
cool
and.
G
G
N
Exactly
so
anyway,
this
is
bye,
bye,
blackbird
and
I
just
want
to
demonstrate
real
quickly,
what's
kind
of
unique
about
what
I'm
doing
is.
I
I
developed
my
own
module
here
that
allows
me
to
use
different
horn
sounds
and
blend.
Different
horn
sounds
in
some
cases,
they're
tuned
differently,
but
I
can
do
I
can
do
combinations
of
different.
You
know
trumpet
and
sacks
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
this
is.
I
I
I
I
N
That's
the
idea
now
just
to
be
just
so.
We
know
I
also
play
the
real
harmonica
and
there
are
certain
jazz
tunes
like,
for
instance,
bluesette,
which
was
written
by
a
guy
named
toots
thielmann
who's,
one
of
the
greatest
jazz
harmonica
players
of
all
time,
and
I
will
only
play
a
real
harmonica
on
that
kind
of
a
tune
because
he
will
come
out
of
the
grave
and
smack
me
if
I,
if
I
play
it
with
the
digital
harmonica,
so
I
also
played
the
real
harmonica.
N
But
it's
the
digital
one
has
been
extremely
popular.
Basically.
B
C
Yeah
jason,
do
you
do
you
have
a
rate
that
you
would
perform
at
dinner,
parties
or
or
significant
events
that
you'd
be
able
to
charge
or
tell
people?
Yes.
N
Yes,
I
do
actually
a
lot
of
private
events-
private
parties-
I
have
a
fantastic
band,
but
that's
going
to
run
you
a
lot
of
money,
so
you
can
get
me
into
I'll.
N
N
B
G
G
Ado,
oh
okay,
chris
you
guys
are
gonna,
ask
something.
C
No,
I
was
just
gonna
make
a
motion
to
accept
jason
keaton
into
the
village
fest
family.
G
G
N
N
G
G
G
E
There
I
go,
I
wouldn't
believe
I
used
to
run
radio
stations.
I
can't
figure
out
how
to
unmute
this
thing.
My
name
is
cliff
mullins
I've
lived
in
the
coachella
valley
since
1986,
so
I'm
either
a
peer
or
a
predator
of
a
village
fest.
I
work
currently
in
the
marketing
world
as
a
field
manager
for
first
step
marketing,
derrick
yap
is
a
fellow
who
filled
out
the
application
he
is
on
vacation.
I
thought
he
was
going
to
yellowstone.
E
I
hope
not
because
that
might
not
be
a
smart
place
to
be
these
days.
We
represent
our
client
frontier
communications
and
we're
not
going
to
be
selling
anything
at
villagefest
period.
I'm
done
we're
we're
communicating
information
exclusively
through
one-on-one
interactions,
with
people
who
are
strolling,
the
village
fest
to
educate
and
to
inform
them
of
the
fact
that
frontier
has
opened
in
many
cities
across
the
coachella
valley
and
throughout
much
of
southern
california.
E
The
fiber
optic
internet
service
that
frontier
has
decided
to
be
the
primary
its
primary
concern.
Now,
as
a
business
price
point,
seventy
five
dollars
we'll
have
a
staff
of
three
or
four
or
five
people
with
a
pop-up
tent
and
a
table.
E
A
ten
foot
ten
tent,
I
think,
is
what
derek
included
in
the
in
the
presentation
that
he
that
he
sent
to
you
some
flyers,
not
this
exact
flyer
but
similar
flyers
to
this
that
are
professionally
manufactured
by
contractors
that
we
that
we
use
to
hand
to
people
to
take
with
them
when
they
leave.
E
F
Mr
mullins,
I
I
have
a
question
you
stated
early
on
that
you
had
no
intention
of
selling
and
as
a
commercial
vendor,
you're
precluded
from
direct
selling.
However,
you
also
said
that
you
intend
to
educate
and
inform,
and
I
contend
that's
part
of
the
selling
process.
F
I
I
think
excuse
me,
I
I
think
that's
that's,
ultimately,
where
you
want
to
go
to
get
somebody
to
sign
on
the
dotted
line,
and
while
you
may
not
be
doing
that
at
villagefest,
I
wonder
what
the
value
is
really
of
your
being
there
being
a
multinational
large
corporation
who
has
tremendous
resources
to
advertise
everywhere.
So
I
would
like
to
speak
to
you
to
ask
you
to
address
us
as
to
what
value
you
think
you
bring
to
something
like
village
fest,
which
is
ultimately
an
artisan
craft.
Fair.
E
Thank
you,
mr
roberts,
someone
on
the
board-
or
perhaps
it
was
yourself
earlier
in
the
meeting-
mentioned
the
fact
that
there
are
a
number
of
folks
that
are
going
to
be
strolling
through.
That
was
my
term
strolling
through,
but
the
to
walk
up
and
touch
somebody.
E
Oh,
it
was
to
to
the
folks
from
our
calliente
casino
that
it
it's
it's
a
comforting
factor
to
walk
up
and
touch
somebody
shake
their
hands
spin,
a
prize
wheel
because
we
may
have
one
of
those
if
I
can
get
up
to
executive
drive
and
pick
it
up
from
our
storage
facility.
It.
It
is
a
it's.
E
It's
part
of
a
a
a
uniform
effort
which
involves
marketing,
which
in
which
is,
I
suppose,
most
closely
defined
as
the
dissemination
of
information,
which
is
a
precluder,
a
a
a
a
priest,
a
precedent
to
to
the
sales
process.
E
That,
I
think,
is
part
of
the
fact
that
frontier
communications
and
first
step
marketing,
which
is
who
we
are,
has
a
a
very
much
a
hands-on
interaction,
relationship
or
or
our
focus,
is
to
be
hands-on
and
and
interact
with
our
with
our
folks
in
in
the
in
the
desert.
As
I
said,
I've
lived
here
for
a
long
time.
E
I
know
a
lot
of
people
and
my
team
does
as
well
some
from
outside,
but
ins
inside
the
desert,
but
outside
outside
the
desert,
but
inside
the
coachella
valley.
It's
I,
I
hope
I've
answered
the
question.
I
I'm
not
a
public
speaker.
I've
always
been
able
to.
As
the
fellow
with
the
harmonica
I've
always
been
able
to
said,
he
was
kind
of
shy.
I've
always
been
able
to
insulate
myself
by
being
on
radio
and
not
necessarily
answering
questions
to
the
board.
E
Yes,
ma'am,
I'm
sorry,
it's
not
my
role.
I.
B
Just
wanted
to
say,
I
just
wanted
to
say
to
the
board
that
we
do
have
a
commercial
vendor
category,
so
we
have
allowed
other
commercial
vendors
in
real
estate
agents
and
so
forth.
So
you
know
we
we,
as
a
board,
maybe
can
discuss
at
some
point
how,
whether
or
not
we
want
to
limit
the
number
of
commercial
vendors
we
have
in.
But
I
think
we
have.
You
know
we
have
that
category.
It's
a
legitimate
category,
commercial
vendor,
so
they're
there
just
to
market
based
on.
F
I
understand
the
category
exists,
it's
section
I
in
the
rules
and
regulations.
My
point
is
that
they're
precluded
from
direct
sales,
and
I
contend
that
by
virtue
of
their
being
there,
that's
part
of
the
sales
priceless.
That's
all.
A
E
E
We
are
not
selling
or
signing
anyone
up
or
doing
anything
that
would
even
come
close
to
that
we
do
not
have.
We
do
have
a
separate
sales
representative
group
of
people,
but
they're
not
coming
with
us
to
village
fest.
A
A
Me,
let
me
ask
one
more
thing,
so
you
probably.
B
A
I
was
just
going
to
ask
you
basically
that
you're
going
to
be
collecting
emails
and
names
and
phone
numbers
is
that.
E
Correct
that
is
incorrect.
We
are
going
to
be
distributing
information
exclusively
if
somebody
wants
to
contact
frontier
there'll,
be
a
telephone
number,
an
800
number
on
the
back
of
a
flyer
that
they
can
call.
G
Can
I
ask
a
couple
questions
here,
so
will
you
be
able
to
answer
questions
to
people
like
so
far?
Frontier
has
come
around
and
put
door
hangers
on
all
of
our
doors.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
my
neighborhood
was
just
wired
for
fibro
last
week
last
month
and
they
just
started
selling
it
here.
I
think
the
first
installation
was
just
done
last
week.
G
However,
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
your
marketing
team
or
not,
but
there
are
marketing
people
who
are
going
door-to-door
and
what
they're
presenting
is
the
75
service
and
what
I'm
going
to
tell
you
is
it's
misleading
and
the
reason
it's
misleading
is
because
they
make
it
sound,
like
that's
the
only
service
and
the
first
person
here
that
installed
installed
that
and
didn't
realize
it.
I
went
on
to
frontier
service
to
look
because
I
said
I
don't
need
a
gig.
G
I
I
now
have
100
meg
service,
so
a
gig
is
going
to
be
overkill
for
me.
I
don't
have
anybody
here,
gaming,
there's
two
people
who
live
here
that
you
know
it's
not
a
high-tech
usage
home.
However,
there
is
a
less
expensive
service
at
49.99
or
49.95
a
month
which
is
the
500
and
then
there's
a
two
gig
service,
which
is
more
so
when
I
called
into
frontier.
I
had
a
lot
of
questions
about.
How
will
you
get
the
fiber
optic
into
my
home?
G
Is
there
any
piece
of
equipment
I
have
to
have,
which
I
happen
to
know,
there's
an
ont,
because
I
know
the
service
right,
because
I
had
it
where
I
used
to
live,
and
I
think
that
that
would
provide
the
value,
especially
for
the
village
fest
goers.
To
be
able
to
ask
those
questions.
Is
your?
Are
you
or
whoever
is
going
to
be
in
the
booth
able
to
answer
any
of
those
questions
about
the
logistics.
E
Yes,
sir,
pardon
me
yes,
sir,
partially
in
terms
of
the
give
and
take
process
that
there
is
in
determining
whether
or
not
somebody
wants
a
gig
service
or
a
500
or
or
two
gig.
That's
that's
part
of
the
question
and
answer
process
of
interacting
with
the
people
who
come
by
in
terms
of
technical
questions.
We
are
not
technicians,
but
we
do.
E
Yeah
no,
no,
we
do.
We
do
have
access
to
a
a
number
on
a
flyer.
We
have
several
flyers
for
multiple
purposes,
which
we
can
hand
that
person
and
say
here's
the
the
number
to
call
with.
When
you
have
technical
questions,
so
financial
questions,
technical
questions,
we
do
also
ask
them
if
they'd
like
to
contact
or
or
or
or
educate
themselves
further-
and
I
realize
it's
it's
a
stroll
by
process.
E
People
are
looking
for
candles,
especially
and
and
tacos,
and
the
ximena's
and
mario
folks
who
were
here
earlier
made
me
hungry.
They
they
would
be
able
to
contact,
gather
more
information
via
a
website
frontier.com
that
they
could
go
on
at
their
leisure
either.
You
know
traveling
back
home
or
when
they
get
home
or
wherever.
That
might
be.
E
No,
there
are
other
materials
that
map
out.
I
don't
have
all
of
the
flyers
in
front
of
me.
I
I
looked
at
his
application
and
or
his
yeah
derek's
application,
and
I
saw
the
74.99
I
guess
at
his
price
point.
I
am
myself
a
customer,
a
paying
customer
of
frontiers.
I
dropped
spectrum
about
10
days
ago
and
I'm
paying.
I
just
looked
at
the
bill
today.
I
think
it's
76
11.,
that's
out
of
that's
there's.
E
No,
that's
not
a
trade
or
a
bart
or
anything
like
that,
but
it's
good
for
me
to
be
able
to
go
into
a
zoo
meeting
and
know
that
you're
going
to
hear
every
word.
I
say
the
the
different
types
of
service
are
spelled
out
and
we
also
have
a
referral
program.
If,
if,
if
you're
a
customer-
and
you
know
somebody
who
would
like
we
can
hand
to
it
to
be
to
consider
being
coming
becoming
a
customer,
we
offer
a
referral
program.
E
We
offer
small
businesses
programs,
we
we're
our
we're
equipped
with
a
number
of
flyers
with
different
information
on
them
and
that's
part
of
the
question
and
answer
process
to
determine
who
needs
what
and
then
present
that
what
to
them
for
their
review.
Okay,.
G
Well,
as
long
as
you're
presenting
the
broad
spectrum
of
their
offerings
and
not
just
the
the
gig
service,
because
just
presenting
the
gig
service
is
overselling
and
yeah,
I
could
tell
you
that
I
would
probably
reject
you
based
on
that,
not
based
on
any
rules
based
on
the
fact
that
I
would
feel
that
it
wasn't
an
honest
representation
to
to
our
people.
Here.
However,
saying
that
that's
all
well
and
good
because
you
did
say
well,
then
we
answer
questions.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
people
don't
have
to.
B
I'm
gonna
make
a
motion
because
I
think
we
have
other
commercial
vendors,
real
estate
agents
and
so
forth
that
we
have
allowed
in
and
I
don't
think
we
can
discriminate
based
on
whether
we
like
the
product
or
not.
So
I'm
going
to
make
a
motion
maybe
shot
down
that
we
accept
this
commercial
vendor
into
village,
fest
and
I'll.
G
Second,
the
motion-
and
I
will
say
that
I
was
originally
opposed,
not
understanding
what
they
were
doing,
but
I
am
okay
with
it,
especially
because
it
is
informational
and
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
don't
understand
what
the
fire
service
is.
We
all
got
a
door
hanger,
not
everybody
answers
their
door
to
salesmen
coming
to
the
door.
I
could
tell
you
the
guy
came
to
my
door
and
I
asked
him
what
he
was
promoting
and
he
told
me
and
when
he
told
me
gig
service
at
75
dollars.
I
said
no
thank
you.
G
I've
already
spoken
to
frontier
and
I'll
deal
with
the
sales
office
directly.
So
unfortunately,
I
sent
away
your
marketing
person.
G
C
I'm
I'm
gonna
abstain
on
this
one.
I
think
this
would
be
something
that
I
would
like
to
kind
of
discuss
in
the
future
as
well.
Regarding
commercial
vendors,
I
think
greg
does
bring
a
great
point
as
well.
Although
I
know
we
have
commercial
vendors
in
here,
but
looking
into
the
future
into
you,
know
the
long
term
of
the
arts
and
crafts,
fair
and
kind
of
what
bunkers
do
we
want
to
have
on
the
streets
as
well,
but
I'm
not
ready
to.
G
G
If
it
should
change
or
if
frontier
wants
to
represent
themselves,
they
can
try
to
reapply.
I
don't
tell
you
about
that,
but
you
can
work
that
out
with
the
faith.
Okay,
all
righty!
Thank
you.
P
Thank
you.
So
I
am
new
to
the
coachella
valley.
I
just
moved
here
from
nashville.
I'm
sure
you
hear
my
accent
everyone,
so
I
moved
here
last
fall
and
I'm
just
now
getting
out
into
the
markets
and
selling
my
jewelry.
I
make
beautiful
handmade
jewelry
silver,
bronze,
different
types
of
stones,
and
it's
all
handmade
here
in
my
studio.
I
live
in
the
mountains
off
of
highway
74.
P
If
you're
local,
I
guess
you
know
the
highway
it's
kind
of
a
crazy
highway,
but
anyway,
so
I'm
setting
up
at
the
markets
down
in
the
valley
and
they're
referring
me
to
villagefest.
They
say
that
I
would
do
great
so
I
applied-
and
here
I
am.
G
P
Absolutely
so
like
this
is
the
metal
and
then
I
just
craft
it
and
then
use
it
with
stones.
So
I
set
everything
myself.
So
it
all
materials
come
in
raw
and
then
I
just
construct
from
there.
So
you.
C
P
Right
so
it
starts
with
like
metal
pieces
like
this
and
this
and
then
I
get
a
stone.
So
I've
got
some
new
turquoise,
I'm
actually
making
pieces
with
this
turquoise
and
then
I
just
construct
it.
I
use
fire
and
I'm
a
metal
smith's,
so
I
just
design
and
style
the
pieces
and
then
construct
them
polish
them.
I
do
everything
there's
no
one
else.
P
M
P
No,
but
that
is
definitely
something
that
I
want
to
do
in
the
future.
When
I
lived
in
nashville,
I
had
about
four
different
stores
that
have
my
jewelry
and
sold
on
either
on
consignment
or
wholesale,
so,
depending
on
the
relationship
with
that
with
that
particular
store.
P
Since
I
have
moved
here,
I
have
not
been
able
to
make
that
step
with
my
jewelry
so,
but
that
is
something
that
I
want
to
do
is
find
some
stores
here
in
palm
springs
and
I'm
in
palm
desert,
so
anywhere
really
la
quinta
and
then
go
from
there,
but
I
do
not
have
any
stores
right
now.
Okay,.
F
F
I
would
like
to
suggest
that
you
consider
how
you
market
this,
how
you
display
it,
because
I
want
to
see
it
raised
up
so
people
see
it
walking
by
so
give
that
some
thought
about
how
you're
going
to
display
this,
because
it's
worthy
of
of
people
seeing
just
as
they're
passing
by
and
catching
their
eye.
I
I
just
want
to
ask
one
personal
question
that
I
can't
because
I'm
from
memphis
are
you
related
to
the
libertos
in
memphis.
P
Rings:
bracelets
cuffs,
necklaces
earrings.
I've
made
barrettes.
B
P
P
G
Work
so
I
just
want
to
make
a
statement
to
say-
and
I
think
someone
already
indicated
this,
but
this
is
exactly
what
we're
expecting
for
artists
at
villagefest
that
are
selling
jewelry
as
opposed
to
stringing,
beads
and
just
putting
a
clasp
on
it
right.
That's
that's
not
craftsmanship,
that
this
is
real
craftsmanship
and
you
are
a
real
metal,
artisan.
So
all
right
anybody
have
any
questions
before
we
put
a
motion
out
here,
I'm
going
to
make
a
motion
that
we
accept
sunhawk
studios
into
the
village
fest
second,
for
chris.
C
G
I'm
gonna
give
it
to
chris,
since
he
hasn't
had
one
yet
tonight.
Okay,
since
it
was
okay
motion
on
the
floor,
all
in
favor,
aye,
aye
aye,
any
opposed
david
was
that
just
a
delay
that
yeah.
G
Yes,
david:
you
need
to
sign
up
for
fios
service
and
we'll
talk
about
that
another
I
have
a
man
named
cliff
that
can
sell
it
to
you.
Okay,
congratulations.
Sarah!
Welcome
to
the
desert,
welcome
to
villagefest
family
and
we're
looking
forward
to
seeing
you
on
the
street.
You
have
absolutely
beautiful
work
and
it
is
so
admirable
how
you
do
it
all
with
your
hands
and
your
heart
and
your.
G
B
So
they
are.
C
B
C
Seen
this
kind,
I
mean,
I
got
the
idea
from
some
that
my
parents
had
many.
B
G
And
I
imagine
that
you're
doing
some
of
them
out
of
like
vintage
fabrics
as
well.
Oh.
C
G
B
G
Any
oppose
or
abstain.
Okay,
congratulations
quinn,
love
your
idea
very,
very
cute
idea,
and
we
look
forward
to
seeing
you
on
the
street.
Should
you
add
other
items
if
you
decide
to
make
other
upholstered
things
if
they're,
ottomans
and
well,
if
her
footstool
is
in
their
footstools
right,
whether
it's
mushroom
or
not,
I
would
say
right
jasmine
that
we
wouldn't
need
to
have
her
read
jewelry
if
she's
making
a
square
one
or
a
round
one
yeah.
G
G
C
G
G
H
Here
we
go
here,
we
go
so
my
name
is
antonio
virose
and
I
represent
tacos
and
costume.
H
H
Yeah,
maybe
it's
the
single
I'm
on
my
phone.
I'm
sorry,
that's!
Okay!
I
was
saying
that
we
were.
Can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
oh
okay,
we're
actually
set
up
in
desert
hot
springs.
We've
been
in
business
for
for
about
two
two
months
and
we're
focused
on
the
mexican
food
we
are
our
most
popular
plate
is
the
mexican
torta.
H
We've
been
actually
selling
a
lot.
We
we
we
set
up
on
two
bunch
of
bombs.
H
Yeah,
so
we
so
we
we
actually
started.
You
know
just
in
the
mornings
for
like
maybe
three
or
four
hours
for
people
that
come
out
to
lunch
and
their
their
time
is
limited.
So
we
try
to
like
you
know,
serve
them
fast
and
stuff,
but
we
started
getting
more
and
more
customers,
so
we
we've
actually
been
here
like
from
eight
a.m,
to
all
the
way
to
like
seven
p.m
and
we've
we,
of
course
we
have
a
variety
of
food.
H
It's
street
tacos,
the
quesadilla,
the
mexican
burrito
and,
like
I
was
saying
our
specialty
is
our
mexican
torta.
So
we've
seen
a
lot
of
people
like
it.
Basically
we're
just
we're
just
a
concession
trailer
that
we
can
we're
self-contained
we're
ready
to
go.
You
know,
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
throw
our
trash
in
the
back
in
the
trunk
and
we're
like
almost
like.
If
we
were
never,
you
know
there
is
that,
so
it's
like
one
thing
to
consider
that
we
we're
all
we
we
have
all
our
equipment
inside.
H
We
want.
We
want
to
be
part
of
this.
You
know
this
event,
so
I
want
to
see
if
we
can
get
that
opportunity
and
it's.
H
It's
it
is
it's
it's
it's
it's
a
food
truck,
but
it's
on
a
trailer
okay.
So
we
have
like
our
own
truck
that
we
have
to
like.
You
know,
call
it.
B
H
Yeah
I
mean
we
don't
want
to
take
like
business
away
from
others,
but
we
consider
that
you
know
being
that.
There's
a
you
know,
a
mass
of
people
we
would
like
to
you
know,
give
them
more
options
and,
like
I
said,
a
lot
of
people
have
loved
our
torta
and
we're
focused
on
on
that
particular
item.
But
we
we
do
offer
other
other
foods
as
well.
G
H
G
G
All
right,
all
in
favor
aye
all
right
any
opposed
or
abstaining.
No.
Okay!
Well,
congratulations!
Antonio!
I
look
forward
to
trying
your
torches
because
I
have
not
had
one
in
a
long
time
and
that
sounds
delicious
to
me
all
right.
So
welcome
to
villagefest,
faithful,
work
out
the
details
with
you
and
we'll
see
you
on
the
street.
G
G
C
Sure
so
we've
actually
got
one
right
behind
us
in
the
background.
This
is
this
is
my
wall
that
was
actually
the
first
one
that
was
ever
made
ben
started
about
a
year
ago.
Making
these
and
then
was
doing
some
for
some
friends
and
then
it
just
kind
of
grew
from
there
and
then
started
making
quite
a
few
of
them.
C
They're
all
unique
in
that
we
have
four
different
sizes,
but
every
one
that
is
that
is
made
is
a
different
design
based
on
the
dies
and
the
shapes,
and
we
call
them
some
of
them.
We
say
are
mid-century
themed.
Some
of
them
are
more,
I
would
say
palm
springs
themed,
but
the
the
designs
are
are
virtually
endless.
C
So
that's
simply
what
it
is
and
we
have
some
more
designs
if
you
want
to
see
them
behind
me.
So
what
are
they
composed?.
G
C
Where's
the
color
come
from
yeah
that
is
dye.
Oh
okay,
got
it
all
right
yeah,
so
each
one
is
individually
dyed
and,
as
you
can
see
well,
he
made
this
one
for
pride
right.
So
it's
kind
of
a
rainbow
and
then
this
next
one
is,
I
don't
know
if
you
can.
It
really
comes
across
on
the
camera,
but
it's
the
mountain
mountains.
I
see
it
and
so
that's
this
is.
C
And
yeah,
so,
basically,
as
you
can
see
they,
they
vary
in
color
and
design.
G
C
and
you
can
buy
well,
there
are
actually
there
are
four
different
sizes,
but
then
we
sell
the
smaller
ones
in
a
set
of
three,
because
on
a
wall,
the
small
ones
aren't
big
enough
to.
You
know
really
take
up
wall
space
so
so
they're
sold
as
a
set.
C
Well,
both
actually
yeah.
We
do
both
methods,
depending
on
the
size
and
kind
of
the
design
I
want
to
do
like.
If
I'm
doing
more
like
mountains
and
stuff,
then
it's
definitely
more
painted
on,
because
dipping
is
well.
Of
course,
it's
gonna
be
a
lot
more
difficult
to
get.
G
Moved
by
greg
second,
can
I
get
a
second
second
hit
by
david,
all
in
favor
aye
aye,
any
opposed
or
abstain.
Congratulations,
gentlemen,
it's
a
very
unique
product
and
it's
beautiful
and
thank
you
so
much
for
your
patience
again
because
it
was
an
entire
long
grueling
meeting
and
we
get
to
do
this
all
the
time.
Actually,
I
have.
G
Okay,
so
we're
excited
to
see
you
on
the
street
you'll
work
out
your
details
with
faith
and
she'll
get
you
started,
okay,
all
right
great!
Thank
you.
G
Now,
okay,
I
just
wanted
to
bring
something
up,
just
the
point
of
clarification.
Well,
it
is
interesting
to
know
the
price
point
of
things.
A
lot
of
them
are
in
the
application.
So,
if
you're
looking
at
the
application
on
screen
like
they're
on
there
but
more
so
it's
not
for
us
to
question
the
price
point.
If
somebody's
price
point
is
high,
it's
more.
The
street
will
flush
that
out.
The
market
will
flush
that
out.
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
everyone
understands
that.
G
Also
as
far
as
the
categories
we
do
have
the
approved
categories
that
we
have.
So
I
guess
we
just
need
to
make
sure
that
we're
not
opposing
something,
because
we
don't
agree.
We
should
have
that
category.
That
would
be
like
someone
said,
like.
G
I
think
chris
articulated
that
that's
something
that
we
would
bring
up
in
committee
and
decide
whether
or
not
we
want
to
limit
a
certain
category
or
if
we
want
to
go
before
the
board
the
council
and
recommend
an
elimination
of
a
category
or
an
additional
category,
because
I
don't
have
to
go
before
council
correct,
jasmine,
okay,
yeah
so
yeah.
So
so
it
is
important
that
we,
just
you,
know
at
least
be
fair
to
the
vendors.
I'm
not
saying
anyone
was
unfair,
just
that
there
seems
to
be
a
little
confusion.
Sometime
times.
B
D
B
Wait
wait
a
minute
david,
I'm
not
finished
it.
Just
I'm
not
saying
anybody's
doing
it.
It
felt
a
little
discriminatory
to
allow
one
commercial
vendor
who's,
selling
a
business
or
promoting
a
business
and
then
not
allowing
others.
So
my
point
is
I
don't
care
whether
we
allow
or
not
allow
them,
but
we
need
to
be
consistent.
A
So
I'd
like
to
make
a
comment:
the
man
sounded
like
a
total
salesman
and
I
don't
feel
I
think
his
approach
was
not.
As
I
know,
we've
had
realtors
and
they
have
really
nice
mannerisms
towards
you.
I
felt
like
he
was
a
full-on
salesman
and
that's
all
he
was
going
to
do
out
there
and
how
do
you
regulate
whether
he's
going
to
going
to
try
to
get
emails
phone
numbers
49
versus
75,
a
little
difficult?
I
I
I
wasn't
comfortable
with
him.
F
I
F
O
F
Their
whole
process
is
about
selling
whether
it
may
be
information
gathering
whether
it
may
be
signing
people
up.
It's
all
about
moving
toward
I'd
like
to
buy
this.
I
think
that
the
value
of
village
fest
doesn't
need
large
multinational
corporations
selling
in
a
venue
like
this.
That's
predominantly
artisan
and
that's
that's
just
the
way
I
feel
and
you're
looking
for
that
yeah
for
sure
I'm
not
discriminating.
F
M
F
Rules.
Sorry,
if
I
could
follow
what
joyce
saying
david
and
john
and
I
have
been
working
on
some
some
data
and
some
information
relative
to
retention
at
our
next.
We
it
looks
like
we
have
a
meeting
monthly,
so
maybe
in
the
next
two
weeks,
if
there
is
no
vendors,
maybe
we
can
meet.
We
can
talk
about
vendor
retention
and
some
of
the
data
we've
pulled
together
and
maybe
have
a
discussion
on
this
topic
meet
with
everybody's
approval.
G
And
if
I
could
just
make
a
quick
comment,
had
it
been
actually
frontier
here
presenting,
I
might
have
felt
a
little
differently
about
it.
The
fact
that
it
is
a
marketing
company
marketing
frontier
is,
I
was
half
in
agreement
with
greg
and
then
half
not,
but
I
will
tell
you
that
it's
the
same
marketing
company,
that's
coming
door-to-door
and
I
experienced
it
personally
and
I
had
questions
about
their
integrity
to
not
upsell.
So
I
I'm
not
sorry
that
it
was
rejected.
O
Well,
I
don't,
I
don't
want
to
interrupt,
but
I
do
want
to
piggyback
on
what
joy
said
it.
It's
not
on
the
agenda.
You
can
make
a
comment,
so
we
will
note
your
individual
comments
as
as
board
comments,
but
not
as
discussion
if
we
want
to
add
this
item
either
under
unfinished
business
or
new
business
at
your
next
meeting,
we
can
do
so,
but
we
cannot
have
a
back
and
forth
conversation.
O
Well,
it
does
sound
like
this
topic
will
kind
of
come
up
just
based
on
the
subcommittee
for
recruitment
and
retention,
so
we
could
just
make
sure
we
have
a
more
in-depth
conversation
about
this
particular
category
during
that
further
discussion.
Okay,.
A
And
if
I,
if
I
could
say
something,
we
don't
have
very
many
commercial
vendors
at
all
commercial
vendors
do
pay
a
significantly
higher
price
because
they
don't
fit
within
they
pay
252
per
night.
So
it's
not
like
something
they're
consistently
there.
They
might
show
up
a
month
here,
one
day
it
might
show
up.
In
a
couple
months,
bianco
group,
he
comes
every
once
every
once
in
a
while.
He
does
come,
but
we
that
might
be
the
only
commercial
vendor
we
have
right
now.
So
it's
not
like.
A
We
have
an
over
amount
of
commercial
vendors
in
the
event
and
as
you
know,
we
do
need
to
to
fill
spots
and
they
do
pay
252
per
night,
which
is
that's
why
they
pay
that
that
amount.
So,
just
maybe
everyone
could
understand
that
as
well.
Absolutely
okay.
G
O
But
one
of
the
things
that
they're
trying
to
do
is
one
they
want
to
upgrade
it,
but
they
also
want
to
make
it
more
feasible
for
boards
and
commissions
to
utilize
that
space
they're
working
on
upgrading
some
of
the
technology
in
there
and
I
think
they're,
just
going
to
kind
of
do
some
kind
of
modernizing
of
the
space
that
is
scheduled
to
it
may
have
already
started.
We
met
there
about
two
weeks
ago,
and
that
was
the
city
manager's
direction,
that
no
one
is
going
to
meet
in
person.
O
G
The
technology
capability
also
so
that
the
meetings
people
can
observe
the
meetings
and
or
participate
remotely
as
well,
like
you
do
with
the
city
council.
That's
what
I
thought.
That's
exactly
they're.
O
Going
to
make
it
dual
so
that
people
can
attend
in
person
if
they
want,
but
also
allow
for
remote
login
to
meetings
and
also
be
able
to
speak
during
our
meetings
if
they
are
remote.
So
that's
the
upgrade
and
the
technology
that
they're
doing
to
the
space
and.
A
O
Do
we
go
dark,
so
typically,
this
board
and
a
lot
of
boards
and
commissions,
including
council,
go
dark
during
the
month
of
august.
I
think,
based
on
my
meeting
with
faith.
Today,
we
were
kind
of
going
through
the
schedule.
O
We
think
we
should
probably
at
least
have
one
more
meeting
that
would
review
vendors
in
late
july
as
we
head
into
august
and
then
either
go
dark
in
august
and
or
create
some
of
our
subcommittees
of
activities
and
programs
that
we
may
want
to
implement
in
the
fall
and
or
early
spring
of
2023
and
utilize
that
month
as
time
to
as
time
to
start
those
committees
and
and
be
able
to
present
some
information
to
the
board
as
a
whole.
In
september,.
O
I
would
sorry
just
one
more
thing:
I
hope
everybody
received
their
invitation
from
the
city
clerk's
office
for
the
joint
council
meeting
that
is
scheduled
next
tuesday.
I
know
celia
mentioned
that
she
is
unable
to
attend,
and
dan
is
hopeful
that
he's
going
to
be
able
to
attend.
I
think.
O
And
dan
faith-
and
I
worked
on
a
short
presentation
that
was
created
and
sent
off
to
the
city
manager's
office
today-
that
just
kind
of
outlines
some
of
the
things
that
we
have
done
over
the
past
year
and
also
the
things
a
couple
things
that
we
have
planned
in
the
in
the
coming
year.
Some
of
those
things
were
are
kind
of
the
subcommittees
that
we've
created
some
of
the
programs
that
we
run
at
villagefest
and
it's
it's
pretty
short.
O
It's
really
kind
of
to
the
point,
which
I
think
is
the
point.
It
really
gives
a
chance
to
highlight
some
of
the
work
that
this
board
has
done
over
the
last
year,
which
has
been
really
instrumental
in
getting
the
event
open,
getting
vendors
out,
maintaining
some
of
our
vendors
kind
of
diversifying
some
of
the
vendors
you
know,
working
in
collaboration
with,
I
think
one
of
the
things
we
put
is
working,
but
in
collaboration
with
other
events
and
programs
and
commissions
on
things
to
do
in
the
future.
O
So
I
thought
it
was
really
great
dan
dan
put
it
together.
I
I
just
put
my
name
on.
G
Don't
set
the
bar
too
high
here
it's
a
short
three
pages
of
information,
of
just
solid
bullet
points
and
saying
basically
we
did.
We
did
then
now
and
forward
view.
So
what
is
village
west
like?
In
other
words,
when
did
it
start
our
challenge
with
covid
and
then
reinstating
village,
fest
or
reviving
it
and
that
process
and
then
basically
now,
where
we're
at
now,
what
we
have
and
then
forward-looking
what
we
expect
for
the
future
for
our
expansion
and
things
like
that,
that's
all
it's
very
simple!
I.
G
O
O
O
The
convention
center,
because
it's
a
combination
of
all
the
commissions
and
boards
in
city
council.
G
It's
actually
they're
they're,
they're
coining
it
and
an
appreciation
dinner.
So
at
five
o'clock
I
think,
is
the
dinner
and
at
six
o'clock
is
the
meeting.
Is
that
right
or
is
it
yes?.
O
C
G
G
So
I'll
explain
it
to
you
as
well.
I
mean
thanks
actually
joy,
you
are
a
a
member
of
our
committee,
you're,
just
a
non-voting
member
at
this
point,
but
you're
a
representative.
So
I
think
yes,
so
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
while
I
expect
to
be
there
monday,
there's
a
lot
going
on
right
now
for
me.
G
So
if
should
I
not
be
able
to
make
it,
it
won't
be
last
minute
I
should
know
at
least
I
mean
tuesday
I
should
know
by
monday,
but
if
so
celia
will
not
be
able
to
make
it.
She
has
a
medical
appointment
and
jasmine
will
not
be
there.
G
She
has
a
personal
appointment,
so
if,
if
I
cannot
be
there,
I
may
tap
on
one
of
you
and
ask:
if
you'd
have
the
nerve
to
stand
up
at
the
dice
and
go
through
the
presentation
you
literally
could
read
through
it,
because
that's
how
I
did
the
presentation.
So
it's
not
just
like
memory
joggers
for
me,
because
that's
how
I
would
normally
do
my
own
presentation,
but
instead
I
did
it
so
the
information's
in
there
so
in
case
anyone
else
has
to
present
it
and
faith
will
definitely
be
there.
A.
G
G
Well,
also,
faith
will
be
there,
so
if
any
questions
are
posed
either
by
city
manager
or
by
city
council
or
by
any
other
boards.
Hopefully,
faith
can
help
us
with
that.
If
it's
something
that
we
don't
know
so.
G
G
O
Okay,
celia
wong-
I
did
not
get
it.
Okay,
dan
is
going
to
forward
it
to
both
you
and
joy.
G
C
Just
a
quick
note,
I
have
a
prior
commitment,
but
I'm
gonna
try
to
stay
as
long
as
I
can
and
then
hop
out
towards
the
nfa
depending
on
time.
Just
fyi
perfect.
G
O
O
M
A
M
Just
I've
had
some
complaints
that
there
are
some
people
that
don't
have
the
fabric
on
their
on
their
tents.
I'm
sorry
I
promised,
I
would
say
it
so
and
they're
they're
between
chocolate,
cinnamon.
I
don't
know
who
it
is.
Somebody
just
came
and
texted
me.
Would
I
please
say
this
today,
so
I'm
saying
it
and
we
did
not
get
the
art
thing
going
that
we
were
going
to
because
we
ran
out
of
time
with
school
going
out,
but
I
would
say
that
our
best
bet
is
to
just
do
it
next
year.
M
I
spoke
to
jasmine
about
maybe
doing
it
at
the
camp
in
the
boys
and
girls
club
and
james
o'jesse,
but
I
don't
really
know
if
we
would
get
enough
submissions
to
really
make
it
be
something
interesting.
So
maybe
we
should
just
wait
till
next
year.
If
that's
okay
with
everybody,
I
don't
think
that
we
need
to
have
emotion
or
anything.
Just.
M
I
think
that
that's
the
best
idea
if
we
want
to
do
a
good
job
at
it,
and
I
also
want
to
say
thank
you
to
chris
we've
been
sort
of
kind
of
working
together
on
social
media
stuff,
and
and
thank
you,
you
have
a
lot
of
good
submissions.
I
just
I
just
copy
his
work
is
what
I
do
so
and
then
I
get
to
have
it
on
the
pumpkin
and
drive
instagram
and
the
villagefest
facebook
page.
So
thanks,
it's.
C
You're
you're,
the
og
joy
you
have,
the
the
palm
canyon
account
is
great.
M
Particular
thing
but
anyways
I
just
wanted
to
update
a
little
bit
too
then
on
the
social
media
stuff
we
are
kind
of
working
on
it
and
and
that
the
art
thing
would
be
postponed.
That
was
it.
G
Because
I'm
seeing
it
every
time
I
go
into
facebook
as
well.
A
lot
of
people
have
mentioned
it
to
me.
One
of
the
things
that
I'm
going,
that's
in
one
of
my
bullet
points
is
basically,
I
think
our
goal
going
forward
is
is
to
highlight
a
lot
of
the
changes
and
the
new
things
coming
in,
because
what
we
want
to
do
is
we
want
to
draw
back
in
the
people
that
are
like
I've
been
there
done
that
I
live
here.
I've
been
to
village
fest.
G
I
only
go
when
I
have
guests
in
town
once
in
a
while,
because
we
want
them
to
come
back.
I
mean
my
vision
ultimately,
is
that
our
food
court
is
so
amazing
at
some
point
that
people
actually
go.
Let's
all
meet
there
and
we'll
just
eat
there
and
hang
out
for
the
night
right
like.
Instead
of
making
a
reservation
to
go
to
any
other
restaurant,
I
won't
name
a
restaurant
because
I
don't
want
to
pose
any
competition,
but
but
you
get
what
I'm
saying
like.
G
So
we
want
that
to
happen
because
it
was
mentioned
tonight
that
you
realize
that
it's
mostly
tourists
and
mostly
visitors
and
really
in
the
true
spirit
of
village
fest.
It
should
be
the
community
right.
Not
only
the
people
who
live
here.
The
people
who
are
visiting
the
people
in
adjacent
communities
and
the
tourists
and
the
visitors
all
coming
together,
and
we
want
to
try
to
revitalize
that
as
much
as
we
can.
G
I
think,
because
it's
an
outdoor
event
and
because
of
covid
that
we
we
have
been
afforded
a
little
bit
better
attendance
by
the
locals,
but
we
need
to
figure
out
ways
to
attract
the
locals
into
the
mix
not
to
make
it
only
a
local
event
but
to
attract
them
into
the
mix
as
well.
M
It
really,
it
really
is
aligning
with
you
know
something
we're
working
on
at
main
street
right
now
as
well
is
just
to
really
re-introduce
the
locals
to
downtown
they're
here
all
year
long,
and
I
know
that
sometimes
they
feel
a
little
left
out
of
things
and
I'd
really
like
to
you
know,
change
that
vibe
for
the
the
local
residents
to
feel
more
welcome
to
come,
whether
it's
for
village,
fest
or
just
on
a
weekend
or
or
whatever,
and
just
know
that
they're
welcome
and
we
love
them.
G
That
sounds
great
and
a
shout
out
to
our
staff
for
all
of
their
efforts
and
recruiting,
obviously
you're
you're
stopping
the
pavement
because
we
had
a
full
boat
tonight.
So
thank
you
guys
for
all
of
your
efforts.
Yes,
thank
you.
It's
important
that
we
keep
it
exciting.
We
keep
it
new,
fresh
new
vendors,
as
you
see
we're
starting
to
get
more
interesting
things
that
we've
never
seen
before,
and
I
like
right
right
so
so
thank
you
to
faith
and
to
jasmine
as
well
and
anyone
else
here
who
has
been
out
there
recruiting.
G
I
don't
know
of
anyone
else's
efforts
personally,
but
I
think
we're
all
we're
all
really
pulling
our
weight
and
I'm
very
pleased
with
that.
So
thank
you
all.
