No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Like
and
on
page
74,
the
city
selected
police
toby
is
the
primary
architect
for
the
library
center
and
prime
contractor
Cody
was
considered.
Was
the
Southwest
leading
architect
to
me
in
Palm
Springs?
Do
you
decide
to
Palm
Springs
Tennis
Club,
the
huddle
that
did
become
Sherman's
restaurant
and
the
Eldorado
Country
Club
in
Indian
Wells?
He
proposed
bold,
dramatic,
new
library
with
63
new
sloping
walls
and
floating
ceiling,
which
would
cover
nearly
20
feet
above
the
main
circulation
area.
Papo
be
nice
to
have
the
library
project
again
his
associate
epic.
A
She
when
she
completed
design
of
the
library
center.
She
retained
Cody
architectural
vision
and
returned
more
than
ten
years
later
to
match
the
original
style
during
the
necessary
expansion
in
1984.
So
we
are
definitely
establishing
the
history
of
this
building
and
I
applaud
Ginny
for
I
understand
that
she
is
top
digitize
this
book
and
it
is
also
hot
accessing
the
past.
So
great
hunting
sins
right.
A
Oh
just
one,
less
thoughts,
sure
with
you,
because
in
Texas
conclusion
there
are
opportunities
for
conditions
to
the
historical
property
and
the
regulation
is
not
in
the
fear
of
the
interior
innovations
at
all.
So
please
keep
this
in
mind.
If
you
evaluate
your
options,
resubmission
images
we
popped
in,
find
that
there's
a
minute
and
no
restrictions
regarding
for
thank.
B
Hi,
my
name
is
David
gray
and
I
served
on
the
board
of
trustees
for
about
eight
years
and
I'm,
currently
on
Richard
J
Commission
credential
talking
as
a
library,
user
and
citizens.
I
do
think
that
this
building
and
this
facility
needs
to
be
remodeled
and
spend
a
lot
of
time
during
the
last
plan,
which
was
done
in
2013
and
hopefully
you've.
B
Seen
that
my
concerns
about
doing
an
addition
or
keeping
the
building
have
to
do
with
the
size
that
the
city
seems
to
be
going
towards,
and
although
library
consultants
will
argue
this
packed,
this
building
was
built
25
years
ago
to
serve
a
population
of
60,000
people.
We
have
not
reached
60,000
people
and
the
new
bill
is
being
built
to
accommodate
60,000
people,
but
I
don't
know
that
one
square
foot
resident
at
a
60,000
square
foot
is
necessary
when
the
building
plan.
B
But
we
did
come
up
with
a
planet
and
a
compass
32,000
square
feet
that
a
compass
most
of
what
the
citizens
wanted
to
find
you
six
years
ago.
So
putting
on
an
addition
of
let's
say,
10
to
20,000
square
feet
to
this
building
I
think
would
be
certainly
adequate
and
do
not
need
to
have
a
60,000
square
foot,
which
is
when
I
look
at
all
statistics
and
I
work
with
lots
of
construction
of
libraries
and
come
up
Massachusetts.
Where
he's
had
a
job
that
is
really
really
far
end
of
what
is
optimal.
A
Yes,
hello,
my
name
is
Jin
Kazama
I'm,
the
chair
of
the
measure,
J
Commission,
and
an
interested
resident
in
the
future
of
our
library.
Based
on
my
opinion
and
conversations
with
many
residents,
I
can
say
with
confidence.
The
library
should
remain
in
its
current
location.
Sunrise
way
is
the
true
corridor
for
residents
of
Palm
Springs.
The
library
currently
resides
in
the
best
possible
location
over
any
other
in
this
city
to
serve
the
needs
of
our
community.
A
Think
for
a
moment,
where
did
we
all
come
from
today
to
attend
this
meeting?
This
feels
like
the
center
surrounded
by
a
city
park,
city,
buildings
and
programs,
a
stadium
and
our
high
school
is
this
facility
as
it
is
today,
I
mean
oh
no,
however,
I
can
assure
you
the
City
Council
would
have
overwhelming
support
significant,
a
fiscally
responsible
renovation,
along
with
a
building
addition
and
expansion
of
parking
at
this
location.
If
necessary.
It
is
my
hope
that
this
committee
and
library
staff
consider
every
possibility
of
reuse
and
renovation
before.
B
Good
after
here,
UT
McLaughlin
make
youtube
my
rector
of
the
Palm
Springs
Bachman
committee,
as
an
avid
preservation,
is
known
many
levels.
The
one
area
I
would
like
to
comment
on
is
environment
and,
in
particular
our
carbon
footprint,
which
should
be
at
the
forefront
of
all
their
actions.
The
greenest
building
is
the
one
who
already
built
so
I
would
strongly
urge
you
to
consider
renovating
the
existing
structure
and
consider
adding
the
new
addition
if
necessary.
This
is
a
very
significant
structure
being
aloft
and
every
building
designed
by
working
coding
in
the
brutalist
style.
B
D
D
Making
the
necessary
updates
and
changes
that
we
also
are
needed.
I
use
this
library
weekly
or
once
each
week,
but
respectful
of
its
historic
architecture,
its
placements
community,
what
it
represents
not
just
to
the
locals
and
visitors
who
are
fond
of
it
and
use
it
and
appreciate
it.
It's
indoor,
natural
lighting.
D
D
I
am
a
founder
co-founder
of
ominous
week,
founder
of
conference,
modern
committee,
founder
of
adult
member
of
the
conference,
modern
Committee
Education
Committee,
that
there
was
$10,000
in
scholarships
to
graduating
high
school
students
each
year
pursuing
into
system
architecture
and
design
and
various
other
things.
This
is
a
hugely
significant
building
in
its
setting.
E
E
Solidified
is
a
little
awkward
but
I
guess
you're
not
really
supposed
to
be
talking
about
the
program
here,
just
being
excited
strange,
but
in
2013,
when
the
comprehensive
library
renovation
conceptual
packages
put
together,
it
included
30
or
93
additional
parking
spaces
on
the
South,
the
2064
seat,
meeting
room.
This
is
without
any
dishes:
teen
and
teen
room,
large
children,
children's
room,
the
story
area,
adult
collection,
enhanced
staff
and
administration
areas,
new
restrooms
and
group
study
areas,
and
the
cost
was
between
12
and
15
million
dollars.
E
Okay,
work
on
this
one,
so
that's
the
way
I
interpreted
it
baby,
never
wrong
in
terms
of
the
numbers,
but
not
in
terms
of
what
the
program
was.
This
is
the
location
for
the
library
it's
the
center
of
the
city
has
mentioned
before.
If
you
have
to
do
an
addition,
probably
the
northeast
corner
makes
the
most
sense,
not
physically
the
walkway
or
something
because
it
wouldn't
affect
the
sightlines.
That
much
you'd
still
have
your
party
on
the
south,
and
it
would
you
know
you
would
have
everything
you
want
with
an
addition
over
there.
A
I'm
Jonathan
Goldman
I'm,
the
past
secretary
Sam's
neighborhood
organizations
and
the
newest
member
of
the
Friends
of
the
library
for
last
I'm,
just
hoping
that
we'll
be
informed.
If
this
is
going
stays
the
library
well,
the
renovations
required
to
be
closed
and
we'll
there
have
to
be
books
and
staff
moved
to
another
location,
the
expense
for
that.
A
Designer
shared
in
Palm
Springs
for
18
years
and
been
using
the
library
multiple
times
per
week
since
I
moved
here
and
still
deeply
appreciate
this
place,
and
the
staff
and
its
resources
to
see
this
as
Center
for
Palm,
Springs,
local
life
and
residential
life,
and
appreciate
the
building.
The
Pandits
planning
in
the
first
place
as
a
resource
that
is
unmatched
and
also
as
it
situated
insanity,
is
a
really
key
piece.
A
B
B
B
A
F
Anyway,
if
the
committee
would
indulge
me
I
have
someone
says
to
people
who
Sydney
comments,
I'd
like
to
read
for
into
the
record,
if
that's
okay,
this
is
from
Gretchen
C
and
I'm,
going
to
read
it
literally
as
it
was
sent
to
me
by
the
way,
no
edits
so
I
am
sure
I'll
go
up
to
the
podium.
If
you
want
me
to.
F
This
is
from
Gretchen
C,
so
Gretchen
writes,
I
may
not
be
able
to
attend,
but
could
someone
please
bring
up
the
criteria
for
technological
growth?
There
are
two
considerations:
ample
power
with
the
ability
to
double
or
triple
power
capacity
in
the
future
and
out
of
it,
networks,
sales
and
Wi-Fi
access
and
capacity,
eg,
neural
network
capacity,
fiber
nearest
cell-tower
and
the
ability
to
utilize
5g
technology.
In
future
innovations
I
cannot
overemphasize
the
probable
growth
in
power.
F
Consumption
plus
additional
computerized
systems
are
archiving
education,
augmented
reality,
visitor
information
web
enabling
users
charging
their
portable
devices
and
air
conditioners
for
on-site
servers
are
at
and
can
the
proposed
site
support
initial
requirements
that
can
pop
Springs
utility
purveyors
guarantees,
an
ability
to
at
least
300
percent
of
initial
robot.
The
physical
plant,
a
library,
must
have
a
physical
design
infrastructure
whereby
access
to
power,
our
network
for
mobility
will
be
a
limiting
factor
in
future
years
and
decades.
F
F
Captain
bright
I'll
be
the
ho
at
the
emoji
guys
Kathy
Brant
here
I
will
not
be
able
to
make
the
meeting
today
on
time
than
all
the
comments
are
hoping
you
or
someone
else
to
read
my
thoughts.
Renovating
our
Public
Library,
my
idea
for
the
renovation
of
the
Palm
Springs
libraries
to
reconfigure
the
interior
is
a
space
with
all
the
community
social
services
offered
and
to
build
an
adjoining
building
that
would
house
the
collections
and
workspace
or
staff
I
understand.
F
This
is
the
plan
that
was
used
to
renovate
the
main
Los
Angeles
Public
Library,
the
new
building
which
to
be
placed
on
the
North
barista
side
would
be
built
first
and
then
the
collection
would
be
moved
in
for
starting
the
renovation
of
the
county
building
services
in
the
community.
Existing
coming
building
would
include
the
following:
toriana:
the
children's
room,
teen
room
meeting
rooms,
tutorial
spaces,
principals
stores,
social
services
and
computers,
all
three
doors
to
the
Cutty
building
with
me.
Utilize
parking
lots
and
leads
to
south
sides
of
the
building.
F
This
would
allow
entrance
from
sunrise
at
the
existing
traffic
light
opposite
the
wrap
shopping
center.
The
president
has
plan
include
moving
the
collections
just
once:
preserving
a
historic,
well-known
and
well-loved
building,
save
you
money
by
utilizing
existing
streetlights
using
some
of
the
great
liner
innovation
ideas
that
were
done
for
the
trustees
ten
years
ago
and
increasing
parking
space
for
the
baseball
stadium
thanks
and
see
you
later.
F
Thank
you,
everyone
for
getting
your
comments
to
two
minutes,
so
we
can
move
along.
So
thank
you
and
I'm
glad
you're
here
tonight.
I
just
wanted
to
recap
kind
of
where
we
are
this
process
for
the
committee
and
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
process
for
tonight's.
It's
it's
our
first
night
to
actually
look
at
one
of
the
sites
that
been
presented
to
us.
If
you
guys
recall,
we've
spent
a
lot
of
time
a
lot
of
work
and
I
think
we
should
be
very
proud
of
the
worked
identifying
for
ourselves.
F
The
criteria,
as
well
as
identifying
considerations
for
any
site
that's
been
put
before
us
tonight,
there's
no
vote.
It
really
is
more
of
us
talking
about
all
of
those
criterion,
consideration
as
it
opposed
to
this,
as
it
relates
to
this
particular
site.
I.
Think
all
of
you
had
input
in
that
and
we
finalized
that
in
our
last
meeting
I'm
going
to
ask
the
genie
provide
for
us
a
brief
history
as
to
why
we're
here
at
this
site
or
why
the
library
was
put
at
this
site
some
years
ago.
G
Well,
luckily,
dick
forget,
we
had
a
lot
of
stuff,
so
that
was
great,
but
this
is
from
the
ass
sunrise
book
and
I
did
digitize
it
and
we
are
going
to
put
it
on
accessing
the
BES.
It's
not
there
yet,
but
it
will
be
and
it's
fully
keyword
searchable.
So
that's
a
really
terrific
technology
technological
anyway,
this
whole
part
was
created
through
prop
our
and
our
firm
recreation
and
so
in,
and
you
I'm
sure
you
cannot
read
this
like,
but
the
friends
performed
in
1971
they
had
they.
They
they
formed
and
talked
about
membership
with.
D
A
G
Proposed
and
it
would
be
paid
off
through
Trinity
ot
tax,
transient
occupancy
tax
and
those
revenues
wouldn't
be
generated
for
1973
through
1998
and
and
the
hope
was
that
tourists
would
pay
for
this.
Essentially,
and,
and
it
was
so
it
would,
it
included
the
pavilion.
The
Swim
Center,
the
leisure
center
Desert
Island
Unity
Center,
which
my
just
learned
just
now.
Bike
paths
and
numerous
park
improvements
and.
G
G
H
G
Don't
the
renovation
in
the
80s
was
to
move
the
entrance
from
the
south
side
where
a
91
year
old
man
fainted
in
August,
because
the
other
walked
so
far
from
the
parking
lot.
So
they
they
said,
that's
it
and
we're
changing
the
location
of
the
entrance,
and
so
in
the
eighties.
They
enclose
the
patio
on
the
east
side
and
made
that
the
new
in
the
current
hindrance
that
you
walk
through
today
and
then
in
the
night
we
had
a
mini
renovation
and
we
got
new
carpet
which
is
1985.
G
G
H
G
The
same
so
this
is
this:
is
the
library
sunrise,
forest
Oh,
a
parking
lot
and
I
noticed
they
cordoned
off
some
parking
and
reserved
it
for
library
sewing
learning,
and-
and
this
is
the
current
entrance
as
it
is
to
the
earth.
This
is
where
our
arrangement
is
now.
This
was
a
patio.
It's
got.
We've
got
these
rings,
that's
where
our
art
piece
was,
and.
J
G
J
J
H
J
F
And,
as
you
guys
remember
from
our
first
meetings,
Ginny
did
make
a
presentation
with
all
of
the
the
previous
proposals.
We
also
had
Tummie
present
to
us
the
aerial
views
of
the
space
that
we're
at
now
I
have
all
those
for
your
record
and
for
discussion
tonight.
But
just
so
you
know
that
we,
we
saw
those
earlier
in
an
earlier
meeting,
and
these
are
around
the
room
for
us
to
to
consult
if
we
have
as
we
go
through
tonight.
So
any
questions.
B
C
G
G
G
G
G
H
G
B
G
B
B
So
that's
no
longer
here
either,
but
there
was
a
whole
cable
university
and
TV
every
University
that
was
in
there
bro
that's
what
this
was
so
their
2013
plan,
which
was
only
an
abort,
includes
an
auditorium
and
I.
Don't
I
think
you're
I,
don't
never
see.
This
planted,
wasn't
60,000
square
feet
this
one
added
about.
G
Weeks,
seven
days
a
week,
almost
okay,
so
they
do
take
that
one
day
off
the
wait
16.
So
they
do
four
months
in
the
winter
or
four
to
eight
weeks
of
no
two
months
in
the
winter
in
two
months
in
the
summer,
and
we
try
to
work
around
it,
but
it's
impossible.
We
just
we
struggle
so
much
with
the
parking
and
the.
B
G
I
E
G
L
Isn't
this,
what
we're
looking
at
is
that
this
side
has
been
poked
dissected
stretched.
You
know
from
all
different
kind
of
angles,
and
what
we're
actually
seeing
is
that
there's
a
probability
of
extending
the
building
extending
the
parking
lot,
there's
also
probability
of
maybe
building
a
new
whole
new
building
according
to
the
three
sites
that
Tony
has
showed
us
on
our
first
meeting.
So
are
we
looking
at
the
fact
that
this
site
has
those
possibilities
and
any
one
of
those
possibilities
is
actually.
F
We
follow
that
thought
for
a
second
excuse
me:
will
you
pull
up
Tony's
presentation
I
started
out
from
Revit
to
you,
if
you
guys
remember
in
our
first
meeting
the
consultants
identified
for
us,
but
their
work
with
the
city,
the
possible
land
around
us
that
could
be
in
this
building.
So
if,
let's,
let's
look
at
that
to
get
to
your
point.
G
G
F
F
If
you
go
now
this,
this
was
the
aerial
view
that
was
given
to
us.
So
you
can
see
the
land
that
would
be
available
for
an
additional
building
or
the
expansion.
So
there
are
I,
guess
parking.
Yes,
so
that's
one
option.
Click!
There's
the
other
option
that
going
down
that's
on
sunrise
and
then
there
was
one
more
I
think
MS.
G
J
A
J
J
J
Is
it
also
possible
I
know
at
some
point,
one
of
the
other
people
from
this
group
mentioned
a
specific
plan
when
you
could
do
some
retail
uses
that
would
attract
the
public.
A
coffee
shop
was
something
that
people
would
come
to
that
it
would
create
liveliness.
Is
that
possible,
with
parks
with
the
reuse
of
our
space.
B
F
K
Previously
we
had
explore
that
there's
multiple
if
the
library
would
stay
here,
there's
multiple
options,
even
within
that
right
and
so
there's
complete
renovation.
There's
an
expansion
building
still
here
this
part.
So
is
there
any
thinking
around
like
if
it's
an
expansion,
it's
probably
in
the
north
or
is
it
still
or
more
or
sound
like
they
I?
Don't?
Have
it
really
narrowed
down?
In
my
mind,
that's
done
the
three
options
how
they
exist
with
the
space
that
we
have
around
this
I,
don't
think
kind
of?
Could
you
so.
K
Satori
on
whatever
might
be,
and
then
the
third
option
is
a
completely
additional
building
and
if
how
its
Heights
of
this
building,
if
it's
a
walkway
or
this
bill
or
the
Cody
building,
is
used
for
something
else,
still
separate
instruction.
So
of
those
three
things
in
my
case
option
two
and
three
really
it's
unclear.
D
H
It's
a
tautology
like
I've
said
before,
because
but
in
order
to
decide,
if
there's
out
of
the
parking
you
kind
of
have
to
understand
the
program,
you
have
to
understand.
If
you're
gonna,
you
know
you
can
have
a
hundred
thousand
square
feet.
They're
gonna
have
80,000
spirt
because
you
leave
this
building
and
you
adaptively
reuse
it.
So
it
goes
around
because
it's
frustrating
to
just
pick
a
site
without
the
future.
Architects
will
have
to
solve
all
of
these
problems.
H
H
H
K
H
F
Not
at
this
point
so
today
would
be
really
for
us
to
use
the
criteria
that
we've
designed
to
look
at
the
site
to
see
how
many
of
those
criteria
and
beats,
we
will
have
a
deliberation
meeting
where
we'll
look
at
all
three
of
them
based
on
how
that
measurements
equally.
So
today's
not
a
decision
is
this:
the
site,
it's
more,
doesn't.
J
F
I
Answer
your
question
well,
I
think
that
you
know
we
we've
seen
three
parcels
outlined
in
blue
right
and
I'm
not
saying
today,
but
if
it
comes
to
pass
that
the
Committee
recommends
staying
in
this
building,
I
think
we
can
also
recommend
at
that
time
which
of
those
three
blue
outlined
areas
we
think
are
appropriate
for
the
addition.
I
think.
H
J
J
F
If
you
guys
want
remember
we,
we
decided
that,
after
the
criteria,
things
like
consideration,
which
I
consider
these
things
to
be
consideration
would
be
things
that
we'll
go
through
and
discuss,
but
it's
not
to
make
a
decision.
It's
just
for
us
to
walk
away
to
thinking
about
those
things
will
be
deliberate.
Remember
all
right!
So,
let's
go
Jeannie.
Will
you
pull
up
these
criteria.
G
F
The
reason
I
asked
them
to
be
available
if
we
should
need
them
is
if
we
need
to
ask
for
any
clarification
about
what
we
decided
and
what
we
discussed
there
they're
not
here
to
guide
us
through
this
guess
what
we're
going
to
do
this
ourselves,
because
I
felt
it's
important
for
this
to
be
our
discussion
not
led
by
our
consultant
I
think
them
for
getting
us
this
far
and
I
think
that
we
have
a
really
great
way
to
get
started
by
the
way
we
remember.
We
always
agreed
to
that.
F
We
might
get
through
this
process
and
we
may
have
overlooked
something.
That's
important
that
there
by
all
means
this
is
our
criteria
to
pull
up
in
to
review.
So,
looking
at
this
here's
how
I'd
like
to
handle
this,
unless
the
committee
wants
a
different
way,
is
that
I
thought
we
could
go
through
each
criteria
and
ask
how
many
of
us
agree
that
this
site
meets
that
criteria?
F
If
you
disagree,
giving
you
a
moment
to
talk
about
why
you
disagree
and
then
we'll
revote
and
see
if
someone's
reasoning
makes
us
change
our
mind,
is
that
fair
or
not
I
mean
I?
Think
we've
been
through
all
of
these
and
remember
these
should
not
be
new
to
you
since
you
helped
write
them
so
the
first
one.
Do
we
consider
this
site
to
be
highly
visible
from
the
majority
of
directions
as
one
approaches
the
facility?
How
many
of
you
think
this
is
a
criteria
this
building.
F
H
F
F
Alright,
so
this
is
what
we
won't
check
site
is
on
or
immediately
adjacent
to
frequently
travel
streets
and
roads
on
the
way
to
and
from
where
people
in
the
service
area
reside.
Everyone
before
you
were
boat,
I
went.
Our
assistant
city
manager
did
report
back
to
us
that
the
last
CVAG
car
count
was
about
25,000
cars
go
past
here,
so
you
guys
had
asked
the
question
a
day.
So
I
think
that
we
probably
all
could
say
that
this
pretty
much.
This
is
gotten
right.
F
F
I
H
F
H
F
F
Sun
neck
this
this
is
coming
to
the
issue
that
you
brought
up.
Side
is
considered
safe
for
the
general
public.
In
our
conversations
you
guys
remember
several
these
were
lumped
together
and
we
asked
they
be
separated
and
I
think
it
was
because
of
the
comment
that
you
made
Kathy
is:
there
is
concern
about
the
site
being
unsafe
at
times,
receive
are
perceived
to
be
unsafe,
correct
so
I
think
can
I
have
a
show
of
hands
that
feel
like
the
site.
It's
considered
safe
for
the
general
public.
Anyone
think
that.
B
B
F
H
With
kids
don't
come
here,
they
drive
to
Rancho,
Mirage
and
kids
by
themselves
are
not
allowed
to
come
here
even
after
high
school
by
most
of
their
parents
and
I
want
to
get
escorted
and
the
library
staff
deals
with
the
difficulties
of
their
college.
So
that's
the
reality
and
we
should
acknowledge
at
the
nitesite
and
it
might
be
true
of
every
other
site.
Since
you
put
a
library.
H
B
J
A
G
B
G
B
B
G
G
F
J
F
I
Personally,
I
think
that
this
site
serves
the
residential
population
much
more
successfully
than
it
would
I,
don't
think,
somebody's
staying
in
your
dream,
hotel
or
downtown
at
the
Roland
or
the
and
as
I,
would
be
especially
attractive
to
this
site.
We've
talked
about
programmatically
having
an
exhibit
space.
Talking
about
our
you
know,
explaining
our
history
I
think
it's
less
likely
that
you'll
see
the
transient
population.
K
K
H
H
J
F
F
Yes,
thank
you.
Mixed-Use
developments,
combining
retail
residential
and
office
spaces
are
opportunities
for
locating
libraries.
So
in
a
distant
do
we
have
these
things
we
have
reach
out.
We
have
residential
I,
don't
know
about
office
spaces
and
remember.
This
is
more
like
of
a
national
standard
for
a
lot
of
libraries.
It
doesn't
mean
that
ours
has
to
meet
this
would,
but
those
who
think
that
this
is
a
situation
where
we
have
mixed-use
developments,
raise
your
hand.
B
B
I
B
B
L
G
B
B
F
F
Thank
you,
Pell
location
with
a
complimentary
government
entities,
recreation,
centers
parks,
community
colleges,
fire
stations,
etc
involved.
The
proceeding
secretary
are
present,
meaning
that
the
growth
around
our
area
into
a
comment
I
think
that
we've
determined
that
right.
So
they
were
in
that
joint
use,
library,
facilities
between
public
libraries
and
community
college
libraries.
We
know
that's
going
to
be
block
away
or
two
blocks
away
right,
so
we
definitely
will
have
partnerships
with
the
college
of
the
desert.
Should
we
stay
here.
J
B
J
J
F
You
guys
will
call
that
it.
This
criteria
doesn't
necessarily
mean
that
we
would
abandon
this
building.
It's
just
that
for
future
or
buildings.
We
may
want
to
put
a
main
or
central
library
somewhere
else
in
the
Senate
right
with
branches.
Okay.
So
once
again,
let's
vote
how
many
think
that
this
site
is
appropriate
for
a
central
Maine
library
and
those
who
do
not.
So
we
will
disagree
on
this
site.
G
F
F
Said
the
next,
the
next
one,
if
you
guys
recall,
site,
allows
for
building
a
destination
attraction
in
our
very
first
meeting.
We
talked
about
other
cities
that,
even
though
they
didn't
set
out
to
be
their
main
libraries,
have
become
attraction
or
destinations
for
anyone
that
comes
into
the
city.
Do
we
feel
like
this
site
would
allow
for
that
all
in
favor.
B
K
F
We
put
that
in
there
via
recall.
It
is
actually
I
think
that
someone
made
the
comment.
Please
correct
me,
if
not
that
actually,
this
site
has
met
the
city's
vision
at
some
point
right
and
it
was
good
here.
So
it
is
one
of
those
where
I
think
we
have
to
say
it
has
met
the
city's
vision
and
for
the
future,
with
this
site,
be
a
part
of
that
vision.
We
don't
know,
will
there
be
even
more
of
a
master
plan?
I
would
imagine,
but
something
sense,
that's
what
we
talked
about
this
one.
H
F
K
F
Think
we're
some
of
these.
We
might
not
agree
now,
but
as
we
look
at
the
future
two
sites,
it
may
impact
our
tonight.
That's
why
we're
not
voting
on
this?
Is
it
right?
So
we
may
see
a
site
that
we
feel
really
strongly
meets
the
city's
future
vision
right
where
that
might
be,
and
where
that
I
think
that,
let's
let's
say
we
don't
agree
tonight,
but
it
doesn't
mean
that
we
can't
change
that
in
the
future
right.
Okay,
the
site
is
enhanced
by
the
surrounding
environment.
H
J
I
F
D
B
H
J
H
First
boat,
there
was
big,
Polo,
Grounds
and
the
stadium
came.
Do
you
not?
You
thought
the
stadium
for
spring
training
and
the
rest
of
it
is
all
in
coaching
and
when
the
the
high
school
decided
to
get
rid
of
its
pool
the
measure,
our
funds
were
used
to
build
this
pool
and
everybody
thought
they
would
share,
which
has
now
turned
out
to
be
a
terrible
idea.
Why.
H
B
H
A
A
Okay,
just
real
quickly
I'm
head's,
about
to
explode
with
some
of
these
comments
and
I
think
a
lot
of
it.
I
think
a
lot
of
the
public
would
look
at
this
and
say
this
is
a
beautiful
surrounding
environment.
You
are
part
of
a
park.
You've
got
the
Mizell
Senior
Center,
you've
got
a
retired
Iran
Iran
the
busiest
streets
in
Palm
Springs.
You
have
parking,
we
all
parked
here
tonight.
J
F
H
F
F
Sign
is
a
priori
accessible
for
city
residents,
who's
about
to
one
of
the
earlier
ones,
but
I
think
that
we
we
wanted
this
one
on
here
again.
What
you
just
said
probably
is
for
the
other
two
sites
is
where
I
think
this
one
applies,
but
can
someone
maybe
shine
some
light
on
this?
One
from
that
would
make
this
move
out
again
left
before
so.
B
F
I
That's
talking
it's
a
little
more
nuance
than
what
you're
saying
and
so
the
if
you're
talking
about
tourists,
our
tourists
gonna
come
to
this
part.
I
think
is
this
like
where
they're
gonna
hang
out
or
where
they're
going
to
be
attracted
to
or
where
they're
inevitably
going
to
be
walking
around
and
then
seeing
this
incredible.
They
free
and
and
I.
Don't
think!
That's
the
case!
Sure
I
think
every
this
is
I
can
drive
across
the
whole
town
in
about
seven
minutes,
so
how
much
more
accessible
to
any
one
site
have
to
be
more
than
another.
I
K
F
H
F
H
F
D
As
a
long-standing,
constant
resident,
actively
involved
in
preservation,
architecture
and
heritage
of
these
things,
as
I
mentioned,
I
come
here
weekly
and
a
half
for
more
than
a
decade.
I
come
here
about
three
times
a
week
and
one
of
my
strongest
takeaways
because
I
happen
to
be
the
assistant.
Observer
of
people
is
overhearing
conversations
and
seeing
people
and
stuff,
and
it's
just
a
judgement
and
perception
that
some
of
us,
based
on
information
that
I
see
or
can
gather
of
the
amazing
people
who
are
visitors
to
this
place.
D
K
F
J
F
F
City
has
control
of
the
property.
That
is
absolutely
better
site,
encourages
social
interaction
with
teen,
seniors,
special
populations
and
site
will
accommodate
a
building
size
of
one's
square
foot
per
capita.
Now,
if
you
guys
remember
before
we
vote
on
this
one,
this
was
a
this
was
an
iceberg
on
conclusion,
it
was
just
that
this
is
a
national
standard
that
we
may
want
to
plan
for
in
the
future
right.
So
if
we
think
that's
true,
this
raise
our
hand.
H
H
F
Put
my
librarian
on
I
think
that's
an
ad
you,
you
jump
in
here
as
well,
but
you
know
when
looking
at
library
planning
looking
to
the
future,
it's
just
one
of
those
guidelines
that
a
lot
of
librarians
use
for
future
possible
expansion
of
programs
I
think
it's
we
don't.
We
don't
know
what
programs
will
come
to
the
next
group
of
people
that
might
require
that
kind
of
capability.
So,
for
example,
we've
we've
talked
about
incorporating
archives
and
our
collection
to
archive
the
history
of
our
community
and
different
collections.
F
J
And
maybe
it's
not
appropriate
its
feasibility
and
the
issue?
I,
don't
think
it
can
be
solved
here,
but
it
has
to
do
with
the
cost
of
retrofitting
a
building
that
has
serious
issues
and
the
cost
of
building
new.
And
if
we
were
adding
on
doing
the
add-on
of
a
new
building
with
a
building
that
has
serious
issues.
And
so
that's
that's,
probably
the
the
biggest
issue
I
have
with
the
site
in
a
test
and
I.
Don't
know
that
it's
one
that
we
can
answer,
because
we
don't
have
a
cost.
J
F
That,
when
we,
if
I
my
opinion,
when
we
get
to
our
deliberation,
if
you
look
under
the
summary
of
bindings,
that's
where
I
think
we
have
to
answer
the
question
as
part
of
our
recommendation
to
the
City
Council
is
do
do
we
feel
that
this
is
the
best
site
and
we
either
renovate
this
current
building.
We
renovate
expand
or
we
build
a
new
building
on
this
side.
Every
purpose.
F
It
we
also
excuse
me.
We
also
have
a
second
option
we
can
provide.
So
we
could
say
you
know
in
our
deliberation.
This
site
is
the
best
site
for
this
particular
reason
and
cost
aside.
But
if
cost
is
prohibitive
to
meet
this,
the
needs
here
would
be
a
second
recommendation.
We
do
have
that
right
they,
yet
they
did
say
we
could
do
that
right.
E
So,
whether
or
not
you
use
it
as
a
library
and
spend
the
money
to
retrofit
it
or
abandon
it,
find
another
use
for
it
and
retrofit
it
again,
I
mean
you're
gonna
have
to
do
HVAC.
You
can
have
to
employ
me.
You're
gonna
have
to
do
with
all
the
things
electrical
regardless
of
whether
or
not
it's
the
library.
So
why
not
keep
it
as
the
library
spend
the
money
on
this,
and
it
could
happen
when
it
expansions,
maybe
big
30,000
smurfy.
Thank.
F
F
So
remember
that
we're
going
to
do
this
again
next
week
for
our
next
site
selection,
we
are
meeting
at
the
well
wood
will
be
downtown,
so
we're
going
to
be
looking
at
the
downtown,
lock
G
option
and
we're
gonna
do
this
again
and
I'll
as
far
as
homework,
preparation,
I
think,
we've
done
all
the
materials
I
have
asked
Tracy
to
give
us
a
history
of
the
downtown
area
as
to
why
it's
the
configuration
that
it's
in
so
we'll
be
educated.
That
way
and
and
Marcus
has
provided
the
most
current
city
park
plans.
F
So
we
have
those
for
us
to
look
at
so
we
can
take
all
that
into
perspective
as
we
look
downtown
and
we'll
revisit
the
side,
considerations
and
our
deliberations
and
by
the
way,
please
as
we
go
through
this,
if
as
you
process,
if
you
think
we
should
add
this,
that
considerations
document
is
a
living
document.
So
we
should
throw
things
on
there.
It's
kind
of
our
parking
lot
so
that
when
it
comes
time
for
us
to
revisit
those,
we
we
don't
forget.
