A
F
Can
you
check
mine,
also,
okay
and
then
I
had
a
question?
Actually
I
am
I
read
through
the
minutes
and
I'm
just
curious
about
some
of
the
finer
details
that
are
either
grammatically
incorrect,
where
they're
positioned
in
the
sentence
that
didn't
exactly
work
wasn't
exactly
the
way
it
was
said.
Is
that
a
time
to
is
this
the
time
to
do
that
or
do
you
do
that?
Do
you
can
we
do
that
on
the
any.
B
G
A
For
public
comment,
this
is
the
time
that's
been
set
aside
for
members
of
the
public
to
address
Parks
and
Recreation,
the
Commission
on
agenda
items
and
items
of
general
interest
within
the
subject
matter:
jurisdiction
of
the
Commission.
Although
the
Commission
values
your
comments
pursuant
to
the
Brown
Act,
it
generally
cannot
take
action
on
items
not
listed
on
the
posted
agenda.
Three
minutes
are
assigned
to
each
speaker
as
you
come
up
and
sit
just
across
from
me.
If
you'll
introduce
your
name
and
your
city,
it
would
be
great.
Thank
you
very
much.
Please,
step
forward.
G
Thanks
hi
I
had
knee
surgery.
My
name
is
Mary
barceló
and
I.
Just
moved
to
Cathedral
City
I,
just
retired,
from
37
years
of
teaching
in
the
testin
Unified
School,
District
and
I'm
very
excited
to
retire
in
the
desert.
I
just
want
to
introduce
myself
as
an
incoming
fellow
ambassador,
along
with
the
Mangione
z--,
to
help
them
out
with
the
big
events
with
pickleball.
You
can
see
my
tee
shirt.
You
can
tell
I
play
pickleball
I
worked
with
Vicki
a
lot.
She's
done
a
great
job,
helping
me
with
running
round
robin
said.
G
Demuth
we've
had
five
or
six
so
far
we're
going
play
with
every
meet
people.
You
don't
get
eliminated.
You
get
to
play
all
day
for
a
very
low
cost
and
I
get
prizes,
and
it's
very
social
and
I'd
like
to
continue
doing
that,
along
with
being
an
ambassador
and
I'd
like
to
really
focus
on
working
with
the
public
schools
since
I'm
retired
athletic
director
physical
educator
I
know
some
of
the
teachers
out
here,
I'd
love
to
put
in
some
free
clinics
and
things
for
the
high
schools.
G
We
were
certainly
willing
to
run
our
round-robin
City
booth.
Well,
we
I
love
it
there.
So
that's
what
I've
done
five
round
robins
there.
We
usually
have
about
115
220
people.
If
any
of
the
city
is
interested
in
doing
a
contract,
vendor
program,
I
have
that
set
up
with
Irvine
and
El
Segundo
already,
where
you
get
a
cut
of
the
profit
instead
of
me,
taking
all
the
cost
for
facility
prizes
insurance,
that's
certainly
what
other
cities
are
doing.
G
If
you
want
to
see
some
income
from
the
events
that
I
run
I
just
do
social
round-robin,
if
I
don't
do
sanctioned
tournaments,
but
if
you're
using
silly
city
facilities,
you
certainly
want
to
get
in
on
how
much
money's
coming
in
so
I
just
thought.
I
would
help
you
with
that.
Also,
and
any
questions
I'll
be
here
for
for
everything
else.
So
again,
Mary
barceló,
Cathedral
City
just
moved
here
just
four
weeks
out
of
knee
surgery.
Thank.
H
G
Good
afternoon,
commissioners,
my
name
is
Nancy
Manni
Joanie
and
with
my
husband,
Dean
we're
the
USAPA
ambassadors
for
Palm
Springs.
My
family
moved
upon
Springs
in
1958,
I
started
school
at
Katherine
finchy
and
played
in
Ruth
Hardy
Park,
which
at
that
time
was
called
Tamra
spark.
Our
son
attended,
Katherine
finchy
and
played
in
Ruth
Hardy
Park,
as
our
first
home
was
a
block
away
for
thirteen
years.
G
Regarding
the
indoor
pickleball
Jim
programs,
we
have
provided
totally
at
our
own
expense,
a
welcoming
and
an
extremely
diverse
pickleball
program,
with
a
hundred
percent
profit
revenue
stream
for
the
parks
and
recs,
because
we
take
no
split,
we
need
more
courts
as
you're
all
aware
and
as
a
body
you
know
you've
kind
of
gone
in
circles.
Regarding
this
knee
first
grant
money
was
offered
to
us
by
Vicki.
If
we
started
a
kids
program
and
then
it
was
reneged,
we
started
the
program
at
the
it
was
renege
due
to
the
budget
concerns.
G
G
Third,
the
first
task
force
sent
us
out
to
tape
off
possible
new
tennis
courts
at
DeMuth,
so
that
the
old
courts
could
be
converted
to
pick
a
ball,
but
she
decided
pickleball
needs
to
share
with
the
tennis
players
who
could
walk
to
DeMuth,
which
I
totally
agree
with
using
that
same
logic.
Why
is
it
then
that
we
are
not
welcomed
at
Ruth
hardy
park,
where
the
signage
states
for
tennis
and
tennis
related
activities?
The
USTA
has
stated
pickleball
is
a
tennis
related
activity?
G
I
was
diagnosed
with
melanoma
skin
cancer
three
years
ago,
and
this
is
why
we
started
the
indoor
programs
to
avoid
additional
sun
exposure.
I
have
really
enjoyed
playing
at
Ruth
hardy
Park
on
the
weekends
when
the
gym
is
not
available
as
two
of
the
core
are
extremely
shaded
in
the
morning,
which
I've
been
told
is
undesirable
for
the
tennis
players,
in
fact,
the
tennis
players
directed
us
to
those
two
eastern
courts,
as
they
are
the
least
desirable.
G
The
animosity
that
has
been
described
between
pickleball
and
tennis
lies
with
the
tennis
community
as
pickleball
is
fine
with
them,
but
we
have
experienced
numerous
times
a
very
trumpian
like
bullying
and
racial
slurs,
which
you
know
while
we're
trying
to
play
and
set
up
most
of
the
tennis
players
were
not
even
Palm
Springs
residents,
which
was
apparent
at
last
meetings.
Public
comments,
There
is
obviously
a
short
of
the
resources
for
everyone
and
it's
time
to
seriously
address
this
lack
on
a
side
note
regarding
the
stinky
methane
gas
smell
at
DeMuth.
Has
anybody
ever
looked
up?
E
I
I
We're
also
now
teaming
up
with
Loma
Linda
University
pickleball
Club
to
Train
referees
on
their
29
pickleball
courts
on
campus
alongside
their
pickleball,
come
alongside
their
tennis
court
complex
on
August,
1st,
open
registration
will
begin
for
the
2018
national
pickleball
tournament
at
the
tennis
gardens
and
the
USAPA
expects
it
to
sell
out
within
hours
over
2,000
available
spots.
At
that
time,
players
were
making
reservations
for
a
hotel
and
travel
without
enough
courts
in
Palm
Springs.
I
It's
time
we'll
be
forced
to
recommend
the
national
players,
make
plans
downvalley
or
will
have
to
tape
existing
course
to
handle
the
overflow,
as
reported
in
the
Desert
Sun.
The
descriptive
words
used
by
members
of
this
commission
last
meeting
were
very
telling
of
the
attitude
I
have
experienced,
we'll
try
and
expand
the
sport
of
pickleball
in
Palm
Springs,
usually
in
words
like
inundation,
take
over
an
infiltration
to
describe
the
citizens.
Use
of
Ruth
hearty
public
park
is
a
lesser
Tov
of
the
exclusive
bias
of
some
of
the
members
in
this
room.
I
These
courts
belong
to
all
citizens
of
Palm
Springs.
In
addition
to
intentionally
misrepresent
the
false
claim,
a
sticky
tape
and
that
tennis
players
are
sticking
to
the
tape
has
now
been
proven
false
as
a
gross
mistake.
Monteux
truth
attempts
as
credit.
Our
group
is
dishonest
and
credulous
to
say
at
a
public
hearing
that
is
defacing
public
property
to
tape.
I
Pickleball
courts
when
you
use
the
same
tape,
safe-release
three
days,
stick
high
ten,
your
premium
painter's
tape
used
repeatedly
at
Duluth
Park,
outdoor
pickleball
courts
and
in
the
hardwood
floors
at
the
pavilion
for
years
with
no
problem.
But
now,
when
it
suits
your
purposes,
the
use
of
the
same
tape
at
ruth
hardy
park
is
being
reported
publicly
as
a
defacement
of
public
property.
I
Your
double
standards
need
to
be
re-examined
and
I
demand
a
retraction,
the
fact
the
Commissioner
of
public
state
who
have
to
stay
out
of
Ruth
hardy
Park
and
the
safeguard
the
tennis
at
with
our
partners
troubling
such
an
exclusionary
declaration
by
Commission,
never
is
disappointing
because
we're
requesting
an
equal
allocation
of
public
resources
in
equal
access
to
our
taxpayer
facilities
to
exclude
a
specific
group
is
unfair.
Unsportsmanlike
is
not
what
Palm
Springs
or
the
Palm
Springs
joj
uni
center
is
all
about.
For
the
fourth
time
in
this
city
we
have
proven
once
again.
B
We've
come
to
the
end
of
our
first
year,
five-year
agreement
with
action
park
alliance
who
manages
and
operates
the
skate
park
for
us,
and
they
are
now
looking
at
entering
into
another
five
years
with
them
to
continue
operating
the
skate
park
for
the
city
of
Palm,
Springs
mm-hmm,
those
who
have
that
for
a
little
background
history.
When
we
first
open
the
skate
park,
it
was
staffed
by
city
employees
and
all
we
really
did
is
everyone
had
have
a
membership.
They
were
based
out
of
the
Swim
Center.
B
We
did
some
modifications
that
office
they'd
come
in,
they'd
show
their
card
they'd,
leave
it
at
the
window.
Staff
would
buzz
him
into
the
go
skating
and
it
continued
like
that
for
several
years
back
in
2008,
when
the
previous
director
came,
she
felt
that
we
would
get
more
participation
if
we
didn't
have
an
entrance
fee
into
the
park,
and
so
city
council
waved
us
charging
fees
to
use
the
park
and,
during
that
time
frames
when
we
started
having
all
the
difficulties
of
the
drinking
the
drugs
the
major
graffiti.
B
There
were
a
number
of
occasions
where
we
actually
had
to
shut
the
park
down
because
the
graffiti
was
so
bad.
It
took
city
staff
2
to
3
weeks
to
get
it
cleaned
up,
and
at
that
time
we
went
with
a
brought
in
a
security
guard
to
help
oversee
the
park.
And,
unfortunately,
we
didn't
have
much
luck
with
the
security
guards
because
they
were
also
partaking
in
activity
with
the
skaters
as
well
got
to
be
their
buddies
and
started
hanging
out
with
them.
B
They
actually
literally
came
in
and
started
running
that
facility
without
a
building
in
the
heat
of
the
summer,
with
canopies
and
a
big
wrapper,
ative
cooler
to
try
and
cool
everybody
down
and
in
October
of
13
s
when
we
entered
into
the
first
five-year
agreement-
and
that
is
like
expired,
expired
actually
at
the
end
of
April
and
now
we're
back
to
look
at
continuing
if
the
Commission
so
chooses
to
continue
and
agreement
with
them
to
the
manage
to
operate.
The
skatepark
mark
is
here
to
answer
any
questions.
They
also
has
a
little
video.
B
H
So
we've
gone
from
next
to
minimal
events
at
the
skate
park.
Primary
previous
is
being
here
to
Tony
Hawk
being
here,
both
leaders
and
major
advance
major
of
magazine
industry
coverage.
You
know
we,
the
palm
springs
resort
with
sponsoring
the
events,
because
there's
attracting
that
many
hotel
visitors
for
our
previous
year
that
was
run
by
security
guards
to
our
first
year
of
operation.
We
decreased
police
calls
over
80
something
percent
to
this
actual
skate
park
and
somehow
65
percent
introduction
to
the
Swim
Center.
So
there's
a
dramatic
reduction
of
police
calls.
H
H
B
And
and
when
we
enter
into
the
agreement
five
years
ago
with
action
park
Alliance
at
that
time,
minimum
wage
was
$8
an
hour
and
after
the
first
two
years
of
the
agreement,
action
park
could
come
back
to
the
city
and
ask
to
negotiate
a
higher
rate,
but
just
being
a
good
neighbor
and
showing
good
faith.
They
did
not
do
that.
They
took
it
upon
themselves
and
and
continue
paying
their
employees,
even
though
minimum
wage
has
gone
up
and
currently
right
now,
a
minimum
wage
because
of
their
number
employees.
B
B
A
couple
couple
managers
that
manage
the
park
so
obviously
they're
getting
pay
a
little
bit
more
than
then
the
line
guys
they've
come
back
asking
for
an
increase
in
their
agreement
and,
as
you
can
see,
it's
it's
there
for
this
coming
year,
they're
asking
for
an
eight
thousand
dollar
increase
again
to
help
subsidize
what
they've
incurred
over
the
last
five
years
and
minimum
wage
increases.
Your
to
they'll
have
a
three
percent
increase
or
the
Consumer
Price
Index
increase,
which
is
ever
greater
and
then
the
last
three
years
will
all
be
based
off
a
CPI
increase.
B
F
G
One
of
my
questions
is
on
the
programming
in
Exhibit
B,
where
it
says
TBD
like
the
camps
and
the
lessons,
and
the
contests
are
those
if
those
become
part
of
the
scape
part.
Would
they
be
within
the
next
five
years
and
if
they
are,
would
that
mean
additional
staff
to
run
those
of
what
we
use?
Those
currently
there
I.
B
Think
that
was
what
was
put
in
there
at
the
time
when
we
enter
to
the
agreement.
We
really
didn't
know
what
kind
of
events
that
we're
going
to
do,
and
so
one
of
the
big
events
that
they've
done
and
have
been
doing
for
few
years
is
the
elgato,
and
that
is
the
big
event
where
we've
had
all
the
pros
come
out.
Tony
Hawk
and
all
the
big-name
pros
coming
out
last
January
I
think
the
first
year
we
did
the
VIN
it
was
in
the
fall.
B
B
They
actually
did.
It
ran
a
big
bike
event
a
couple
months
ago
with
one
of
the
local
bike
shops
out
of
Palm,
Desert
and
so
they're
the
they
have
the
TBD
because
they
don't
know
exactly
what
all
of
its
are
going
to
come
in
so
they're
been
doing
events
I've
done
events
every
year
since
they've
been
under
contract
with
us
and
I,
but
for
them
to
continue
doing
those
types
of
events.
F
F
A
The
only
question
I
had
and
maybe
for
Marc
as
opposed
to
Vicki,
is
the
revenues
associated
with
with
working
in
this
space.
What
are
they
coming
from
from
from
the
events
from
advertising,
because
I
noticed
in
the
very
first
video?
There
are
a
lot
of
names
average
that
were
showing
you
know,
and
I
just
wondered
is
that
is
that
advertising
I,
don't.
B
Think
charge
were
advertising
with
other
is
coming
from
what
their
cells
in
the
Pro
Shop.
You
know,
boards
clothing,
lessons
camps,
you
know,
they've
been
they've
been
doing
our
summer
camp
for
us
the
last
six
weeks.
That's
part
of
a
record
camp,
so
their
staffs.
Actually,
you
know
we
have
a
percentage.
We
pay
that
for
running
that
camp
for
us
so
and.
A
F
A
B
C
Like
to
first
of
all,
say
I
think
it
was
like
2012
when
you
start
talking
about
the
skate
park
and
everything
you
said,
it's
really
even
so
correct
with
the
conditions
there
and
all
the
work
that
this
Commission
did
in
2012
and
2013
to
get
this
contract.
It
would
be
a
shame
not
to
extend
it
so
I'd
like
to
move
that
we
extend
it
for
five
years
on
the
terms
outlined
by
staff.
Thank.
D
B
As
you
know,
we've
been
working
on
this
for
the
static
he's
been
working
on
this,
probably
at
least
four
or
five
months.
I
worked
on
it
at
our
I
want
to
say
it
was
at
the
April
meeting
when
we
approved
the
ad
hoc
committees.
Recommendations
after
that
was
done.
B
They
felt
that
the
non-resident
should
be
bearing
that
cost
and
not
our
residents
and
to
the
extent
of
resident
were
terming
residents.
As
someone
who
lives
in
the
city
of
Palm
Springs,
someone
who
works
in
the
city
of
Palm
Springs
and/or,
their
child
attends
a
school
in
the
city
of
Palm
Springs,
one
of
Palm
City
Unified
School
District
schools
located
in
the
city
of
Palm
Springs.
B
B
B
The
non-residents
fees,
as
you
can
see
on
the
recommendation,
is
there
will
not
be
any
family
memberships,
an
adult
would
pay
$95
a
year
and
a
Youth
Beauty
25.
So,
as
you
can
see
a
little
bit
different,
there
was
a
lot
of
discussion
on
the
original
proposal
of
the
sliding
scale
and
it
just
came
back
to
you
know:
who's
gonna,
maintain
the
paperwork
and
who's
gonna
verify,
and
why
are
we
gonna
require
and
counsel
was
the
saying:
let's
just
make
it
simple:
our
residents
will
have
one
fee,
non-residents
will
have
another
fee
and.
B
So
biggest
thing
I
look
at
is
in
membership
fees
and
from
recreation
at
leisure
center.
In
the
past
year,
we
brought
in
a
little
over
$33,000
in
memberships,
with
this
new
rate,
we'd
bring
in
about
four
thousand
dollars
just
for
residents
alone,
not
including
non-residents.
So
a
big
difference
in
the
revenue
there.
A
A
So
I
have
learned
from
this
experience
that
in
the
future,
in
addition
to
any
direction
that
I
get
from
staff
and
I
don't
mean
Vicki
in
that
particular
case,
but
staff
in
general
I
will
be
going
to
request
from
Council
what
your
expectations
are
before
we
be
in
the
work,
because
I
will
tell
you
Commissioner
Payson,
Armstrong
and
myself
did
a
great
deal
of
work.
We
put
in
many
many
hours
on
this
and
we
thought
we
put
together
a
really
really
good
program
that
was
manageable
and
I.
Don't
disagree
with
what
City
Council
is
doing.
A
It
is
absolutely
appropriate
for
them,
but
it
would
have.
It
would
be
easier
to
swallow.
Had
we
not
spent
I
would
say
40
or
50
hours
minimum
and
there
you
know
I
mean
I,
remember
Commissioner
Armstrong
having
to
attend
a
meeting
while
he
was
away
by
phone
with
us
and
then
another
meeting
where
he
had
to
review
the
tape
so
that
he
could
be
kept
up
to
date.
A
So
there
was
extraordinary
work
that
was
done
and
I
really
appreciate
it
and
I
apologized
that
it
didn't
move
in
the
way
that
we
had
hoped,
but
I
do
feel
strongly
that
it
would
be
in
our
best
interest
to
move
forward
with
that.
As
a
learning
lesson
and
I
would
say
to
us
all,
as
we
experience
working
within
city
government,
that
we
look
to
the
real
source
of
the
decision
makers
to
make
sure
that
we're
moving
in
the
right
direction.
A
B
I
make
one
more
comment:
we're
not
sure
when
this
will
be
going
to
City
Council,
because
David
wanted
the
Commission
to
provide
their
input.
Then
it
could
go
back
to
the
budget
have
ad
hoc
committee
to
review
what
the
Commission
is
recommending
and
then
how
they
want
to
move
forward
with
moving
at
the
City
Council.
So.
E
B
D
B
B
A
B
A
F
Good
and
so
I
just
want
to
make
I
think
you
said
it
well,
and
that
was
the
numbers
of
anticipated
revenue.
The
312
is
really
based
on
if
we
retained
every
single
head
count
like
every
person
right
and
so
when
you
had
said
that
our
our
fees
right
now
for
membership
fees
were
30,000
and
it
would
go
to
four
should
these
numbers
change
because
it
becomes
cost
prohibitive
for
some
people,
then
that
312
could
easily
go
down.
Of
course,
we
won't
know
until
the
end
of
the
year.
We
do
our
account.
B
Right,
like
I,
said
that
number
was
based
off
of
say:
we
had
a
thousand
members,
mm-hmm
memberships
and
400
was
non-residents
and
600
was
residents
of
those
400
I,
don't
know
how
many
we'd
be
considered
of
constant
based
on
where
they
worked
or
their
child
went
to
school.
So
I
just
did
the
calculations
based
off
I
have
four
hundred
nine
residents.
This
is
a
fee
based
on
children,
dog
families.
B
This
is
six
hundred,
so
so
we
calculated
it
and
now
you
say
that
number
could
drop,
because
if,
if
based
on,
if
we
thought
there
were
a
hundred
kids
that
were
gonna
be
non-residents,
but
fifty
those
kids
end
up
being
residents
based
on
where
they
went
to
school,
then
that
would
drop
the
revenue.
Yes,.
B
Won't
know,
we've
just
started
taking
registration
for
our
fall
for
after
school
parking,
because
school
starts
in
two
weeks,
so
our
first
two
weeks,
and
that
was
on
the
things
that
council
is
very
the
attic
committee-
was
very
adamant
about
that
pom
series
residents
be
given
priority
registration
for
our
program,
so
we
just
started
registration
today,
so
all
residents
can
come
in
today
for
the
next
two
weeks
and
then
on.
The
31st
will
allow
non-residents
to
come
in
and
start
registering
for
the
after
school
program,
because.
F
December
yeah
I
I
think
it's
important
that
we
look
at
certain
timelines
so
that
we
can
do
an
assessment
should
we
have
to
if
we
start
to
fall
short
and
actually
go
below
last
year's
numbers,
then
there's
somewhere.
We
need
to
find
a
place
where
we
make
up
for
that
deficit.
So
I
think
it's
really
important
that
we
put
in
some
sort
of
infrastructure
or
reminder
on
a
calendar
or
something
that
says
look
by
November.
We
really
should
have
some
idea
and
move
into
December
so
that
a
decision
can
be
made
well.
A
B
A
We
also
have
to
remember
that
some
of
this
is
cyclical.
Around
summer
camp
you're
not
gonna,
see
the
income
until
next
June
/
July.
So
you
know
some
of
that's
gonna
fall
into
timing
and
I.
Don't
think
we
should
get
too
comfortable
with
I.
Think
we
do
have
to
do
some
projecting
as
well
I
would
I
would
say,
and.
B
If
you
look
at
the
last
page
of
the
staff
report,
the
last
comment
that
I
made
it
talked
about
the
one
of
the
things
that
the
ad
hoc
committee
recommended
was
that
we
keep
the
budget
the
same.
When
I
do
any
increases
in
expenses,
and
we
would
take
a
look
at
the
budget
at
men
here
and
determine
you
know.
We
view
it
adjusted
if
they
needed
to
we'd.
Come
back
to
council,
say:
look,
you
know,
we've
we've
done
this
fee
adjustment
and
now
we're
this
down
in
revenue.
D
A
A
A
Okay.
Moving
on
to
discussion
on
pickleball
courts,
we
have
an
ad-hoc
committee
report.
Unfortunately,
I
couldn't
review
that
report
part
two
today
because
of
the
number
of
people
in
the
committee's
I,
really
can't
look
at
anything
relative
to
it
until
you
discuss
it
with
all
of
us
or
it
would
be
a
brown
act
issue,
so
I
couldn't
look
at
it,
so
I'm
ready
to
listen
at
the
same
time
as
everybody
else,
I
apologize.
You
know
so.
F
B
F
B
F
But
let
me
let
me
please:
is
it
okay?
If
I
read
this
okay,
very
good,
so
the
pickleball
committee
met
and
discussed
the
dilemma
at
DeMuth
and
Ruth
hearty
parks
taking
into
consideration
the
July
15th
blending
or
striping
deadline.
The
subcommittee
would
like
to
recommend
the
following
based
on
the
striping
application
that
was
presented
at
the
last
meeting,
which
was
the
June
meeting
during
public
comments.
F
This
would
be
the
suggestion
all
the
courts
at
DeMuth
Park
be
striped
for
pickleball
for
maximum
play,
and
then
there
are
some
conditions
that
pickleball
would
defer
to
tennis
players
for
the
far
Court.
Should
tennis
players
show
up
to
play
that
the
tennis
players
would
have
first
right
of
refusal
for
that
one
court,
so
it
does
seem
to
be
a
community
that
enjoys
tennis
at
a
variety
of
different
hours,
not
consistent
with
pickleball.
So
that
would
be.
The
recommendation
is
that
we
would
hope
that
pickleball
would
defer
to
a
tennis
player
or
players.
F
Should
they
want
to
use
that
one
court
that
pickleball
has
access
to
all
the
indoor
space
at
DeMuth
and
at
the
Jesse,
o'james
Center
I,
believe
that's
a
continuation
since
they
have
that
use
at
this
time,
pickleball
would
be
prohibited
at
Ruth,
Hardy
Park,
so
it
increases
the
use
of
the
pickleball
courts
and
for
pickleball
playing
Johnny
did
talk
with
pickleball
players
and
I.
Just
have
some
comments
here,
just
a
few
that
he
received
as
he
spoke
to
some
of
the
people
in
the
community
and
I
believe
he
could.
He
had
20
interviews.
F
F
There
was
a
request
from
the
pickleball
community
for
shade
and
an
area
that
is
a
buildup
of
sand.
That
seemed
to
be
a
possible
place
for
injuries
that
we
look
at.
That
I
will
say
that
this
is
an
immediate
and
temporary
suggestion
and
solution.
This
is
not
long-term
and
it
would
not
be
something
that
would
be
final.
It
is
for
right
now
for
temporary.
Let's
get
moving
and
I
hope.
F
A
Like
to
ask
a
question,
because,
as
I
read
through
that
forum,
that
I
had
seen
from
regarding
blending
I
believe
that
it
was
a
one
for
one,
so
it's
a
tennis
court
that
can
be
blended
by
putting
on
lines
for
one
pickleball
court,
not
multiple
pickleball
courts.
That's
not
quite
the
way.
I
heard
you
speak
it
you.
A
A
Unfortunately,
you
can't,
with
an
existing
net,
now
interrupt
that
net
and
have
it
be
one
day
pickleball
in
one
day
for
courts.
If
you
thought
about
it,
could
you
switch
one
of
the
existing
for
courts
to
a
single
tennis
court?
It's
not
possible.
My
hope
would
be,
and
I
get
an
impression
from
city
council
from
the
last
meeting
that
they
would
like
a
recommendation
from
you
for
a
strong
solve
or
from
us
for
a
strong
solve,
and
in
my
mind,
if
that
means
we
need
eight
more
courts.
A
A
A
D
Have
saying
to
you
you're
on
a
tennis
court,
they
have
those
portable
nets
that
I
see
them
use
at
James,
Oh
Jesse
that
they
bring
out
and
set
up
on
there.
Can
they
set
up
two
courts
on
one
side:
leave
that
net
in
the
set
tennis
net
up
and
set
up
two
more
portable
nuts
on
the
opposite
side,
which
would
still
so.
F
Like
irritation
network
that
we
were
under
the
impression
that
we
would
do
but
I
want
to
may
I
say
something.
You
said
something
chairman
that
is
interesting,
so
the
and
you
might
have
spoken
with
someone
like
city
council,
so
city
council,
doesn't
want.
They
want
a
stronger
solution
or
a
direction,
not
something
that's
quick
and
temporary.
We
could
get
in
by
July
15th,
so
it
really
brings
for
me
something
similar
to
the
dog
park
when
I
first
joined
the
Commission.
F
It
was
a
well
thought-out
solution
with
the
number
of
people
and
the
people
at
the
table,
and
I
would
suggest
that
we
request
an
ad
hoc
committee
from
the
City
Council
and
parks
and
recs
to
develop
and
design
a
solution
for
this.
Otherwise,
we
might
end
up
in
the
same
situation
that
you
found
yourself
with
programs
well.
A
Based
on
the
fact
that
councilmember
holstege
said
she
was
expecting
from
us
a
recommendation
that
would
stop
the
the
behaviors
that
we've
had
at
a
truth.
Hardy
Park
I'm
not
sure
that,
based
on
the
fact
that
I
think
they
have
60
sub
commissions
standing
standing
come
you
know,
meetings
melis
from
what
I've
pulled
out
of
their
directory
three
months
ago.
A
B
The
first
time
I
talked
to
did
court
construction
and
it's
explained
to
what
I
was
looking
for
that
the
fact
we
have
you
know
tennis
courts
and
the
concept
would
be
that
we
take
and
convert
those
tennis
courts
or
we
build
new
pickleball
courts
and
leave
the
tennis
courts
as
tennis
courts
and
probably
in
less
than
five
minutes
in
conversation
with
the
guy
he
says:
you're
gonna
take
a
tennis
court
and
you're
going
to
drill
holes
in
the
concrete
to
put
Nets
in
and
I
said
yeah.
That's
the
concept,
that's
what
we
did
before.
B
He
goes.
I,
don't
be
a
part
of
it.
I
want
to
involved
if
you're
going
to
damage
the
tennis
courts.
Okay,
so
on
to
the
next
vendor,
found
someone
I'd
work
for
before
he
actually
did
the
court
conversions.
For
us.
His
recommendation
is
not
to
build
tennis
courts
but
to
build
actual
new
pickleball
courts
was
his
recommendation,
so
the
cost
to
build
for
pickleball
courts
and
and
I
didn't
do
with
lighting.
Just
the
courts
with
fencing
was
fifty
thousand
dollars
if
we
wanted
to
build
eight
you're
looking
at
a
hundred
thousand.
B
B
We
just
put
shade
on
the
bleachers
to
provide
that
that
for
the
participants
and
even
to
the
point
of
not
just
to
muth,
but
maybe
we
add
pickleball
courts
somewhere
in
some
location
at
ruth
hardy
park
that
way,
those
who
live
in
that
neighborhood
still
have
access
to
be
able
to
go
and
play
pickleball
if
they
don't
want
to
travel
to
DeMuth.
Just
the
same
as
we
kept
the
two
tennis
courts,
the
two
that,
if
we
want
to
play
tennis
I,
could
go
to
Duluth
and
play
tennis.
B
So
that's
kind
of
the
numbers
I
had
I.
Think
council
mayor
host
Doug
was
kind
of
looking
at
something
like
that.
So
what
is
the
magical?
Number?
Is
it?
You
know
two
hundred
thousand
we're
gonna
put
in
maybe
twelve
pickleball
courts.
We
could
put
eight
at
the
mood
some
a
before
it
II.
You
know
it
served
me.
Some
angst,
if
we
don't
put
as
many
at
retardant
we
do
it
to
moose.
F
A
F
A
I
mean
I
have
been
looking
at
this
for
two
years
and
I've
would
love
to
have
separate
tennis
courts
and
convert
only
because
I've
heard
from
all
parties
who
are
involved,
which
I
pick
up
all
the
tennis
people
that
they'd
like
to
be
a
little
bit
removed
from
each
other.
They
don't
want
to
be
elbow
to
elbow
because
there's
just
a
different
style
there.
So
it
seemed
to
me
that
you
got
four
tennis
courts.
If
you
can
convert
those
and
build
two
new
courts,
it
really
concerned.
F
So
and
I
had
said
last
month
that
you
know,
maybe
we
just
really
look
at
a
pickleball,
Center
and
so
and
knowing
city
government
it
will
take
six
months
or
more
to
get
a
pickleball
Center
or
to
get
that
hundred
thousand
or
150,000
actually
established
and
spent
and
up
and
running,
and
so
it
really
I
appreciate
that.
Like
we
had
said,
our
immediate
solution
is
not
a
final
solution,
but
it
is
something
that
can
accommodate
all
of
the
players
in
the
morning
and
so
I
love
that
and
I
do
think.
F
The
City
Council
is
getting
new
sources
of
revenue
and
opportunities
should
be
increased.
It's
a
great
place
and
a
great
way
to
spend
the
extra
money
that
they
have
and
I
still
think
we
should
meet
with
pickleball
to
map
out
where
in
the
parks
and
what
that
could
look
like
and
how
many
courts
and
come
back
in
and
make
a
more
solid
recommendation.
Oh
go
ahead.
A
E
B
Didn't
but
I
think
the
the
fact
of
I
think
there's.
Sometimes
if
you
look
at
the
courts
or
some
difficulty
when
you
actually
maybe
this
is
why
the
gentleman
had
difficulty
with
us
digging
into
the
to
the
courts.
To
put
the
post
in
for
the
Nets
is
that
those
areas
seem
to
have
a
tendency
to
start.
You
know
having
some
promise
which
creating.
E
B
Didn't
really
so,
he
just
said
his
preference
would
would
recommend
to
be
be
probably
easier
to
build
the
pickleball
courts
from
from
ground
up
then
for
even
though
obviously
it's
more
costly
than
converting.
But
then
again,
if
you're
gonna
build
new
tennis
courts,
are
they
gonna
be
lighted
and
that
increases
your
cost?
She's
gonna
have
higher
fences
which
crease
your
costs.
So
you
know
now.
Your
tennis
court
may
cost
you
more
than
one.
A
Of
the
things
that
I
did
here
and
all
the
times
that
I
went
to
pickleball
is
like
tennis
there's
a
community
with
pickleball
there's
a
community,
so
I
was
hearing.
We
would
like
to
be
able
to
have
sanction
and
unsanctioned
competitions,
and
today
we
have
just
eight
pickleball
courts
and
we
do
a
little
taping
to
renting
the
court
to
get
an
additional.
You
know
so
they
get
to
12
courts.
But
it
kind
of
concerns
me
that.
A
A
You
know
forty
courts
or
whatever,
but
it
tends
to
be
a
community
thing
if
I
Drive
by
there
at
six
o'clock
at
night,
I
see
sometimes
forty
50
players
playing
and
people
waiting
to
play,
even
anything
if
I
go
by
at
8
o'clock
in
the
morning.
It's
the
same
thing:
there's
a
community
there,
so
I,
don't
know
I
would
say
the
subcommittee
should
look
with
with
you
know,
would
would
it
satisfy
to
be
separate,
I
kind
of
am
liking?
D
D
You
know
what
do
you
call
them
not
permanent,
but
the
standards
and
stuff,
and
while
the
City
Council
takes
this
process
that
they
will
take
of
whatever
our
recommendation
is
for
building
new
courts
permanent
courts,
because
we
know
that
will
take
a
long
and,
as
we
know,
they're
looking
for
a
more
rapid
at
least
fix
for
now.
So.
H
What
we
can
do,
convert
them
over,
at
least
that
one
yeah
at
least
one,
but
that
the
one
in
the
middle
convert
that
over
the
four
courts
that's
gonna
take
the
pressure
off
the
Routh
re-park.
The
community
is
strong,
I've
spoken
to
over
20
of
them
and
they're
very
comfortable,
but
we
got
to
move
this
forward.
We
got
to
just
make
a
move
and
incident
and
then
bring
it
to
the
City
Council
and
take
it
to
the
other
direction.
I'd
love
to
see
a
little
Valley.
You
know
can't.
B
H
F
It
would
really
be
a
shame
if,
three
years
from
the
time
that
that
investment
was
made,
it
doesn't
accommodate
the
the
velocity
of
it
and
for
it
for
a
very
small
amount.
In
addition,
three
years
prior
to
grow
it.
So
it
could
be
a
sport
we
could
grow
into
and
then
ends
up
cost
two
times
or
three
times
the
amount.
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we
take
the
time
to
really
look
at
option
a
B
and
C
and
make
those
recommendations.
I
think
we
could
probably
have
those
recommendations
by
September
I.
A
I
would
say
they
come
from
the
corporate
world.
I
didn't
grow
up
in
the
government,
world
and
September
seems
like
a
lifestyle
way.
So
let
me
let
me
ask
a
question
and
ask
how
you
all
feel
about
this.
We
aren't
dark
or
were
planned
to
be
dark
in
August
and
I.
Don't
know
that
we
as
a
commission.
So
so
let
me
ask
you
this.
Would
the
subcommittee
consider
making
a
recommendation
to
do
the
temporary
conversion
of
the
two
courts
that
are
today
tennis
courts
to
a
temporary
situate
in
Pereira
correction?
A
Would
you
consider
a
meeting
at
the
myth
center
with
the
tennis
and
pickleball
people
from
that
community,
because
we
do
have
and
and
I
know,
Travis
will
remind
us
that
we
do
have
a
community,
albeit
small,
and
not
a
professional
community,
of
tennis
players
who
play
at
that
Park
and
said
they
wouldn't
be
allowed
on
the
courts
that
at
ruth
hardy,
because
they
just
weren't
good
enough
and
they
didn't
want
to
be.
You
know,
pushed
some
good
people
off.
A
A
F
A
F
I
can
I
just
say
one
more
thing:
I
my
suggestion
of
September
was
for
a
long-term
solution
and
not
a
temporary
solution,
and
that
is
just
because
cities
are
dark
in
August
and
so
I
mean
I.
Think
in
the
next
few
weeks
we
could
have
many
meetings
with
the
pickleball
community
and
have
a
where
I
think
we'll
need
a
little
bit
of
time
for
a
more
permanent
solution.
So
that's
where
September
was.
A
G
C
F
A
C
Mean
I'm,
really
we
like
them
to
support
this,
because
you
know
we
aren't
reaching
out
to
the
tennis
community
and
I
do
believe
effectively
you're
treating
that
court
over
I.
Don't
think
it's
gonna
work
that
took
all
players
are
gonna
get
off
the
courts.
That's
gonna
raise
this
lead
to
more
problems
amongst
the
two
communities,
but
I
do
have
a
question.
When
did
we
first
add
our
pickleball
courts
like
two
years
ago
or
I'm.
B
C
And
that
was
because
the
pickleball
community
came
to
this
meeting
and
asked
for
it
and
I
see
our
former
chair
Craig,
who
championed
that
so
I
do
want
to
go
on
the
record.
Just
I
think
there's
been
some
mystery
about
this
Commission.
How
hard
its
work
to
add
that
many
courts
have
a
little
time
I've
been
coming
to
every
one
of
these
meetings,
I
think
since
2010
and
it
took
I-
know
how
many
years
so
we've
heard
the
dog
park.
So
you
know
this
Commission.
E
F
E
H
H
A
H
B
B
D
A
F
G
D
A
F
I,
don't
have
a
need
and
so
she's
a
tennis.
F
No
I,
don't
I,
don't
have
a
need,
I,
don't
know
if
it
would
satisfy
anything
from
from
Ellen
or
you
know,
as
a
commissioner
I
think
it.
The
question
really
has
to
go
back
to
the
pickleball
community,
and
that
goes
back
to
what
Commissioner
Armstrong
said
and
again
what
Miguel
continues
to
say
and
that's
really
talking
to
the
community.
F
Does
it
really
satisfy
the
community
doesn't
have
to
satisfy
me,
but
I
think
it
has
to
satisfy
the
community,
and
so
I,
like
the
I
mean
I
like
the
motion
to
say
that,
then
there
would
be
sixteen
permanent,
pickleball
courts.
Should
the
council
make
a
decision
to
build
two
new
tennis
courts?
You
know
that's
what
we've
heard
did
we
do
the
surveying?
Did
we
ask
people?
Do
we
know
what
the
growth
is?
F
Are
we
going
to
be
back
at
the
same
conversation
two
years
from
now,
I
totally
agree
with
Commissioner
Armstrong,
the
hostility,
the
name-calling,
the
coercing
the
bullying
from
both
sides
is
so
sad
and
in
very
disappointing
and
so
I.
Just
I
would
like
to
build
a
solution
where
everybody
can
be
at
peace
and
satisfied.
So
it's
not
it.
Wouldn't
be
up
to
me,
it'd
be
up
to
the
community.
Well,.
A
And
I
think
that
we've
heard
from
the
community
loud
and
clear
and
I
will
say.
As
commissioner
holstege
did,
a
personal
friend
of
mine
was
approached.
He
was
a
pickleball
player.
He
was
approached
by
somebody
who's,
a
tennis
player
and
asked
for
his
papers.
That
is
not
what
we
do
in
the
city
of
Palm,
Springs
and
I
hope
not
in
this
country,
but
to
be
asked
as
a
man
of
color
an
Egyptian
man.
If
he
had
papers,
it
was
pretty
disgusting,
so
we're
definitely
not
gonna
have
stuff
like
that.
Going
on.
There.
C
So
I
just
have
a
more
common
thought.
I
mean
I,
agree
with
what
you're
saying
100%,
but
this
path
were
going
to
check
people's
ID.
We're
getting
to
that
point,
and
you
know
I
I,
wish
that
that
idea
would
come
to
the
Commission
for
a
recommendation
or
not.
Are
those
beans
had
initiated
it?
Staffer,
council
level,
I
just
seemed
doesn't
seem
that
that's
the
path
for
going
on
that
issue.
B
You
know,
and
the
biggest
that
you
know,
council,
more
courses,
big
thing
and
through
all
the
meetings
we've
had
with
him,
is
our
pop
pop
snooze
resident
chef
furrow
to
use
of
all
of
our
facilities
and-
and
that
was
part
of
the
reason.
Obviously
he
must
have
some
people
that
have
come
to
him
about
issues
with
trying
to
get
on
the
courts.
B
And
so
this
is
what
I
think
we're
kind
of
spearheaded
his
thought
of
trying
to
get
funding
to
have
someone
there
to
monitor
those
courts
and
making
sure
that
our
promptings
residents
are
getting
priority.
Use
and
not
all
the
people
coming
in
from
you
know
all
over
the
country
during
season
and
tying
up
our
courts
and
the
resident
sort
of
have
any
sit
and
wait.
And
so
you
know
again,
it's
their
focus
seems
to
be
coming.
C
B
For
a
resinous
normal,
we
use
for
the
golf
course
a
driver's
license
for
the
registration
card
utility
bill
tax
bill
a
lease
agreement,
a
minimum
one-year
lease
agreement
they
have
to
have
with
the
Palm
Springs.
Through
your
address
on
it,
try
remember
the
criteria
for
a
person
who
may
work
in
the
city
a
check.
Stub
may
be
a
letter
from
their
HR
department.
B
There
were
a
couple
of
those
things
they're
asking
that
would
prove
they
worked
in
the
city
of
pump,
Singh
and
then
obvious
student
is
documentation
if
their
child
actually
attended
Kathryn
finchy
elementary
school
based
on
either
the
report
card
from
the
end
of
last
year,
and
you
know
the
fact
that,
obviously,
if
we're
going
to
pick
them
up
at
Kathryn
finchy
and
they
get
on
our
van,
we
know
they're
going
to
school.
There
call
it.
A
E
E
F
D
B
This
was
an
item
that
Commissioner
called
an
auto
ask
to
be
put
on
the
agenda.
We've
had
several
discussions
at
previous
meetings
regarding
it
and
I
believe
in
his
conversations
with
councilmember
hostage.
She
wanted
to
know
what
the
Commission's
take
on
it
was,
and
so
we're
back
to
have
this
discussion
and
is
that
direction
that
the
Commission
wants
to
move
in
to
then
move
forward.
I
guess
with
a
recommendation
to
City
Council
for
the
renaming
of
filt
number
six
to
country
field
number,
six
and
honor
of
Jared
Jared.
A
H
A
Previously
been
tamarisk,
Park
forget
what
this
the
sunrise
park
was,
but
it
is,
was
renamed
sunrise
park.
There
isn't
anything.
The
only
thing
I
did
mention
to
to
Vickie
today
was
that
I
had
remembered
to
move
so
I
ran
over
there
and
took
a
picture
of
DeMuth.
Park
actually
has
a
field
that
is
named.
The
William
John.
A
A
My
real
concern
initially
was
whether
or
not
we
would
get
somebody
like
a
very
large
corporate
concern
to
come
in
and
and
make
a
huge
donation
and
have
the
park
the
entire
park
named
in
their
honor,
and
that
isn't
anything
that's
on
the
table
and
even
if
that
were
the
case,
I,
don't
think
it
would
preclude
doing
something
of
this
nature.
So
if
you
would
like
to
to
make
a
motion
and
I
guess,
I
would
ask
Vicki
if
a
field
were
named,
how
would
it?
How
would
it
be
denoted.
B
Well,
wouldn't
the
only
other
time
really
this
is
this
had
come
up.
Was
we
had
a
number
of
years
ago,
one
of
the
ball
players
was
diagnosed
with
cancer
very
young.
He
was
early
30s
and
passed
away.
His
friends
came
to
the
council
asking
to
name
the
field
in
his
honor
and
at
that
time
council
wasn't
willing
to
let
them
name
a
field,
but
they
did
allow
them
to
put
in
a
rock.
If
you
go
out
to
field
7a,
there's
a
rock
that's
got
a
plaque
and
honor
of
Joe
winters.
B
B
But
filled
why
snow,
there's
not
been
you
need
to
fill
its
I
know
that
youth
baseball
during
their
seasons
because
of
sponsorships
they
make
all
this
you
know
filled
number
one
is
the
you
know:
Joe
Smith
field,
because
Joe
Smith
plumbing
sponsored
somebody
in
the
league,
so
they'll
refer
to
it.
That
way,
but
officially
there
hasn't
been.
H
H
B
C
C
We
have
standards
that
the
governor's
written
that
we
have
to
something
as
a
teamed
to
be
recognized
and
so
I
understand,
and
it
might
be
very
hard
for
its
commissioners
say
no
to
the,
but
we
need
a
policy
in
a
standard
first,
because
are
we
just
everyone
who
comes
in
it
has
a
worthy
cause
or
worthy
person,
we're
gonna
say
no
to
them
or
yes
to
them
and
rename
name
things.
I
mean
this
is
a
little
different,
because
it's
not
the
person,
but
why
that
name
for
that
field?
C
Does
it
fit
into
some
standard
or
policy?
We
have
I
mean
this
he's
already
gone
through
this
controversy
with
these
stars
downtown
because
there
were
no
standards
and
now
suddenly
you're.
Sorry
I.
Think
of
that,
when
we're
thinking
of
of
this
and
I
can
think
of
some
very
important
quia
people
that
have
nothing
named
for
them
in
this
town,
that
I
would
love
partner.
After
so
I
mean
I.
A
G
And
in
addition
to
that
couple
years
ago,
maybe
we
had
some
folks
come
up
to
us:
I
think
it
was
a
Swim,
Center
or
the
pool
and
and
I
feel
bad,
because
I
don't
think
we
gave
them
any
direction
unless
I'm
mistaken,
but
there
was
also
some
persons
named
I.
Don't
know
if
there
was
an
athlete
that
right.
B
Tracy
McFarland,
who
was
a
local,
was
on
the
Olympic
team.
What's
the
Olympics
representing
the
United
States
and
went
to
Palm
sings
high
school
and
wanted
her
former
coaches
had
come
to
the
Commission,
asking
the
Commission,
to
name
the
Swim
Center
after
Tracy
and
I
believe
at
the
time
and
I
can't
believe
count.
Council
member
their
council,
commissioner
Armstrong
brought
it
up
at
one
of
our
later
meetings,
stating
that
when
J
Thompson
was
here,
his
comment
was
really.
A
Mr.
Armstrong
got
a
point
about
coming
up
with
a
process:
I,
don't
think
it
deters
what's
happening
here,
but
but
maybe
that's
what
we
do
and
what
I
will
do
is
ask
you
to
put
this
on
the
next
meetings
agenda,
because
at
that
time
we
will
have
new
commissioners
on
board
and
we
can
have
a
three-person
commission
that
will
include.
You
know
start
to
engage
those
commissioners
as
well
as
our
existing
commissioners,
and
at
that
point
in
time
we
can
work
on
the
process
and
the
structure
rather
than
the
field
I.
Think
it
Travis.
C
To
I
mean
you
know,
we
had
at
a
retreat,
the
city's
grant
Development
Director
and
it
is
gonna,
be
coming
for
us.
Probably
the
renaming
or
naming
rights
and
I
could
envision
us
having
a
subcommittee
that
we
are
proactive
in
that,
rather
than
just
being
presented.
That
would
what
we
would
think
would
be
appropriate,
not
appropriate
if
they
start
selling
naming
rights
and
so
have
a
policy
on
that
as
well.
Yeah.
A
I'm
not
sure
we'd
be
able
to
do
the
whole
city,
but
I
think
for
as
far
as
parks
and
stuff
yeah
I
think
that
we
should
put
together
a
recommendation
that
could
could
in
fact
become
I,
don't
know
if
it
has
to
become
in
an
ordinance
or
or
how
we
would
recommend
it
to
the
council.
But
we
could
make
that
recommendation
out
of
the
Commission.
So
I
really.
A
Real
quickly,
if
we
could
do
a
round-robin
for
each
of
the
commissioners
to
discuss
Commissioner
comments
and
requests
and
if
you
have
any
updates
on
any
subcommittees
or
at
how
communities
that
you're
participating
in
or
on
the
park
that
you're
ambassador
to
that
would
be
great.
We
can
start
with
Commissioner
Armstrong
I'm.
C
D
H
Everything
seems
to
be
going
pretty
good
at
DeMuth
Park
other
than
some
of
the
holidays,
people
driving
their
trucks,
I'm
on
the
grass
and
they're
pretty
good
about
cleaning
up
their
mess,
but
that's
pretty
much
the
only
thing
and
I'm
always
over
there.
Looking
looking
around
and
just
keeping
my
eyes
and
ears
open
so
seems
at
this
time.
That's
pretty
much
it
relative.
A
H
G
F
F
Okay,
so
big
shout
out
to
Vicki
and
her
team
I
saw
that
the
large
dog
park
had
signs,
so
I
thought
that
was
pretty
great
I
did
go
over
there
this
morning
it
looks
really
good
I,
like
the
benches.
Everything
looks
super
great
I
did
snap
a
photo
while
I
was
there
this
morning,
because
there
was
someone
with
their
dog
on
the
baseball
fields.
They
just
didn't
seem
to
want
to
go
to
the
opening
the
gate
next
to
them.
F
I
have
no
idea
why
you
know
it
really
brought
something
up
for
me
that
you
know
build
that
they
will
come.
You
know
build
it,
they'll
go
where
they
want.
I
mean
I
was
so
surprised.
There
is
a
huge
area,
it
has
absolutely
everything
was
a
very
large
dog.
They
were
having
a
great
time
and
the
gentleman
was
on
his
phone.
I
have
photos
and
he
was
on
the
inside
of
a
playing
field
and
tossing
the
ball
with
his
dog
and
I
was
really
disheartened.
F
F
I'm
the
ambassador
for
Sunrise
Park,
which
I
take
a
tour
of
every
single
week
and
what
I
have
found
interesting
enough
is
the
residence
in
Sunrise
Park
tend
to
not
use
those
recycle
bins
or
the
trash
cans
and
I've
taken
multiple
photos
and
I
felt
badly.
One
guy
had
his
little
encampment
and
somebody
went
through
all
his
stuff
and
threw
his
stuff
all
over
the
place,
and
he
he
must've
been
a
Virgo.
F
Don't
know
if
it's
at
your
service,
but
I
do
think
that
at
some
point
we
should
really
have
a
conversation
about
what
to
do
with
sunrise,
Park
and
I
know
that
a
couple
of
subcommittees
have
had
conversations
and
I'd
like
to
start
moving.
Those
conversations
forward,
I'd,
like
the
sunrise
part,
to
really
be
reinvigorated
and
re-engineered
to
a
really
usable
space
for
the
city.
That.
A
You
should
clear
it
with
Vicki
ahead
of
time.
Arosa,
it's
pretty
remarkable
to
see
our
kids
having
a
great
time,
and
they
do
I
saw
these
little
munchkins
going
swimming
and
just
hey.
It
was
remarkable.
Some
kids
go
on
a
skate
camp,
some
kids,
you
know
working
on
stuff
and
they're
hosting
very
various
events.
It
is,
it
is
very
touching
to
see
and
it's
it
is
remarkable,
so
kudos
tears,
damp
staff
last.
D
B
Know
I'm
not
sure
I
mean
it's
just
maybe
just
word
of
mouth
of
people,
because
we
really
don't
do
any
advertising
and
I
think
maybe
more.
We
have
a
lot
of.
We
had
a
big
group
with
our
tiny
tots.
We
had
a
lot
of
them
that
graduated
out
of
the
30.
We
had
about
27
that
graduated,
so
they're,
you
know
going
up
and
down
and
when,
in
this
summer
we
created
a
new
camp
for
the
little
ones
and
sort
of
been
tiny
sizes,
we
made
it
camp
Chicopee,
which
is
what
camp
was
right
years
and.
B
That's
what
it
was
called
and
so
and
we're
averaging
about
20
kids
a
week
in
that
program.
So
it's
going
really
well.
There
was
a
somebody
with
the
school.
She
was
doing
something
with
digit
comm
and
trying
to
teach
the
teachers
how
to
do
video
and
stuff
and
one
of
the
moms
who's.
One
of
our
campers,
kids
really
did
a
video
and
I'm
soaping
Rosa
could
get
it
downloaded
for
me,
but
it's
on
her
phone
and
we
couldn't
get
it,
but
it
was
a
video
they
made
of
camp
and
one
of
the
kids
start
out.
B
B
Hot
and
then
the
next
day
we're
gonna
be
able
to
fry
eggs
on
the
sidewalk
and
then
at
this
one
whole
thing
about
focusing
on
one
of
the
kids
who
actually
started
as
a
camper
and
grew
up
and
now
he's
a
volunteer
this
year.
So
it's
quite
interesting
so
yeah,
so
things
are
going
well,
I
guess
one
less
thing
tomorrow
night
is
a
council
meeting.
Besides
the
skate
park
agreement,
the
agreement
with
the
school
district
is
moving
forward
and
so
we'll
be
on
there
for
councils.
Consideration
does.
B
A
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
Well,
if
that
being
said,
it's
the
end
of
sort
of
the
season
and
we
are
going
to
take
the
month
of
August
and
be
dark
I'm
going
to.
Thank
you
each
for
all
the
work
that
you've
done
at
our
next
meeting.
We
will
have
election
for
officers
and
I
just
want
to.
Thank
you
all
for
working
together.
It
has
been
a
remarkable
year
and
I
feel
honored
to
be
able
to
work
with
you.
