B
A
Right
all
right,
the
next
thing
is
public
comments.
Anybody
in
the
audience
can
come
up
and
speak
for
three
minutes,
anything
pertaining
to
a
village,
fest
or
the
board.
If
you
have
any
nice
things
to
say
or
complaints,
anybody
good
good,
no
okay,
board
comments.
I
have
someone
will
wait
to
last
okay
correspondence.
A
B
A
A
Next
is
the
consent,
calendar
items.
This
is
the
time
the
village
first,
oh,
no,
that's
it!
No
wait.
Consent
calendar
following
routine
matters
may
be
acted
upon
by
one
motion.
Individual
items
may
be
removed
from
the
calendar
by
members
of
the
whole
chess
board
for
a
separate
discussion
and
or
a
boat
do
I
have.

C
E
Hey
so
my
name
is
Takuya
and
C's
Donna,
my
wife
and
really
being
Joshua
tree
and
making
it
is
bound
journals
and
this
t-shirt
and
see
the
glass
duration
work
like
this
one.
What
is
package
and
G's
printing,
printing
work
and
I
basically
do
dyeing
and
sewing,
is
my
part
and
we
are
making
this
bound
or
not,
because
general
bandanas
are
too
steep
and
tittle,
not
good
color.
Actually,
so
we
die
and
wash
the
general
populace
and
turn
them
into
these
more
beautiful
colors
and
much
softer.
That's
what
we.
E
We
used
to
build
in
Los
Angeles
and
we
did
a
lot
of
craft
show
like
I.
Don't
know
if
you
guys
know
unique
market
or
something
renegade
craft
fair
about
kini.
First
apart,
we
weren't
doing
a
lot
of
shows
over
there
and
I.
Just
we
just
moved
to
Joshua
Tree,
maybe
four
months
ago,
and
we
are
looking
for
new
markets.

B
B
Run
out
of
it
uh-huh,
okay
yeah,
so
this
came
off
the
top,
and
then
we
have
videos
because
we
actually
had
that
same
problem
where
we
turned
in
pictures
with
just
our
hands.
So
we
so
we
have
videos
of
each
one
here
that
we
can
send
to
fete,
but
she
said
bring
it
here.
So
I
just
wanted
to
see
how
that
is.
B
A
B
B
Find
it
and
then
I'm
gonna
continue,
okay,
him
with
the
computers,
so
our
business
started
because
I
just
really
liked
homemade
soap,
it's
just
been
a
product
that
I
really
really
like
and
I.
Don't
know
if
you're
familiar
with
lush,
but
it's
a
brand,
that's
very
similar
and
I
love
it
so
much.
But
if
anyone's
ever
been
there,
it's
like
you,
the
prices
are
really
way
more
than
I
kind
of
feel
they
need
to
be.
They
have
justifications
for
it,
but
so
I
just
thought.
B
You
know
what,
if
I
could
make
another
one
with
prices
that
were
reasonably
marked
at
I
could
probably
take
all
of
their
business
and
just
have
a
better
product
altogether,
because
they
actually
do
have
some
chemicals
in
there
for
sensing,
but
I
don't
have
to
be
there
and
the
point
of
my
opening.
This
is
because
I
want
a
zero
chemical.
B
There
are
so
many
preservatives
that
you
could
use
that
aren't
chemical
based
and
that
are
actually
good
for
you,
so
that
you're
not
getting
the
skin
is
highly
absorbent
and
everything
goes
in
so
every
camp
every
ingredient
matters.
So
it
took
a
few
years
of
learning
how
to
make
soap
before
we
felt
like
hey,
we're
really
good
at
this
now,
because
we
never
intended
on
it
being
a
business.
It
was
just
something
I
wanted
to
do,
because
lush
was
too
expensive
and
that's
how
it
started
so.
B
B
B
A

A
B
D
C
C
B
C
B
B
C
B
A
B
A
B
B
B
B
A
D
A
D
We
ran
a
very
successful
business
in
Sacramento
I've,
been
a
part-time
resident
down
here
for
about
seven
years
and
I've
been
a
full-time
resident
since
we
just
relocated
their
company
and
into
Palm
Desert.
So
what
my
wife
and
I
would
like
to
do
is
our
background
comes
from
building
performance
science.
So
it's
not
about
solar.
It's
not
about
air
conditioners.
It's
not
about
the
house
is
an
interrelated
system
and
I've
done
about
7,000
energy
simulations
of
homes
with
the
blower
door.
Duct
blast
combustion
safety.
D
D
Let
Tom
get
into
that
because
that's
what
he
does
for
a
living
for
me
is.
He
explains
that
a
little
bit
better
and
then
hopefully
you
guys
have
all
that
and
then
I'll
be
happy
to
QA
anything
when
you're
done
and
we
can
talk
a
little
bit
more,
it's
kind
of
a
complex
plan,
but
we're
trying
to
simplify
it
so
bear
with
my
24-hour
notice
info
graph
and
some
of
these
stuff
I.
B
D
A
B
And
basically,
our
outlook
on
everything
is,
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
solar
companies
around
here
that
kind
of
lean
when
you
purchase
solar,
what
you're
really
doing
is
you're
changing
one
payment
for
another
payment,
you're,
really
not
getting
anything
out
of
it.
Okay,
there
are
a
lot
of
things
that
go
into
a
home
how
it
was
built
when
it
was
built
and
everything
works
together.
B
B
So
what
we
do
is
we
actually
go
out
and
look
at
all
these
things
for
you
and
give
you
a
report
on
where
you're
at
and
we
don't
just
look
at
those
things.
We
look
at
how
much
water
you're
using
in
your
home.
If
there's
ways
you
can
reduce
how
much
water
you're
using
for
instance,
most
people
have
to
wait
anywhere
from
a
minute
to
three
minutes
to
get
hot
water
in
their
shower.
How
many
gallons
of
water
are
we
wasting
every
year?
Just
it's
right!
Just.
B
Know
we
actually
take
a
look
at
if
we
don't
sell
electric
cars
or
anything
like
that,
how
much
money
would
you
save
if
you
switch
to
a
logic
car,
you
know
just
on
the
gas
that
you're
paying
for
so
we
look
at
all
that
thing.
We
put
in
a
report
form
and
we
give
it
to
them
and
they
decide.
You
know
what
they
want
to
address
if
anything
in
it
how
they
want
to
address
it
pretty
comprehensive
program
and
then
that,
according
to
that
is.
D
D
7,000
I've
done
myself
is
we
actually
have
the
software
built
where
I
can
quantify
everything
he
just
talked
about
in
terms
of
I,
can
tell
you
if
your
house
is
wasting
thirty.
Eight
percent
energy
based
upon
your
water
bill,
your
natural
gas
bill,
your
electricity
bill
and
how
many
miles
are
driving
your
car
and
tell
you
exactly
what
that
dollar
amount
is
gonna
mean
to
you
if
you
just
continue
to
do
nothing
right.
So
it's
just
about
giving
information
out.
It's
about
making
gamble.
Do
energy
smart.
B
D
B
D
So
that's
a
big
part
of
what
we
look
at
is
really
health
and
safety.
So
we
do
a
structural
audit
where
you
can
look
at
the
simplicity's
of
the
age
of
the
equipment.
How
equator
dit
is
we
do
a
health
and
safety
audit
where
we
look
at
carbon
monoxide,
any
gas
firing
appliance
is
putting
out
cos
right.
So
it's
just
about
doing
things
if
you're
a
younger
couple
and
you
got
kids
they're
gonna,
be
in
that
house
for
another
twenty
years
we
just
watched
a
video
before
we
came
here.
D
That
was
just
very
mind
blowing
on
it's
it's
it's
kind
of
like
the
indoor
we're
indoors
ninety
percent
of
the
time-
and
we
have
this
this
sick.
How
syndrome?
That's
that's
happening
around
us
and
it's
just
great
to
get
people
the
information
and
just
let
them
know
it
doesn't
matter
what
they
do
with
us.
Once
we
get
the
information
out,
we
find
that
you
know
most
people
when
they
see
it,
something
that
makes
sense.
A
A
D
A
D
A
D
A
D
A
B
A
D
A
D
Just
didn't
know
it
was
out
there
and
so
part
of
what
we've
been
doing
is
we
go
talk
to
people
and
we
figure
out
where
these
little
things
are
at
and
then
we
take
the
time
to
get
accredited
and
because
we
do
a
test
in
test
out
building
performance
model.
It
just
gets
you
into
a
different
level
where
people
that
have
monies
that
they
want
to
do
to.
You
know,
for
whatever
reason,
to
reduce
carbon
sequestration.
Do.
A
A
A
B
A
B
B
D
A
B
B
A
C
I,
do
real,
quick,
oh
yeah,
you
do
so
I
think
it's
interesting
because
downtown
businesses
are
connected
with
village
fest
and
it's
a
good
evening
for
them,
especially
the
restaurants.
So
I
was
in
Zin
and
one
of
the
one
of
the
guys
there
was
talking
to
me
and
about
the
village
fest,
and
he
was
saying
you
know
he
really
loves
it.
He
loves
that
that
visitors
can
come
in
in
such
and
he
said,
but
sometimes
he
goes
too.
C
C
C
You
know
you,
instead
of
having
someone
on
the
street
corner,
you
have
a
couple
and
again
this
is
just
fun
ideas
that
he
came
up
with
a
from
his
experience,
but
instead
you
have
to
like
two
vans
set
up
where,
with
their
stages
or
whatever
there,
the
booths
set
up
on
either
end.
And
then
you
have
you,
have
beer
gardens
behind,
and
so
it's
becomes
for
locals.
Also,
reason
to
come
out
locals,
come
out
with
their
friends
a
beer
garden.
Well,
I!
Don't.
A
A
A
We,
you
usually
have
one
every
year
and
I
know
both
you
have
not
been
on
one
and
you
haven't
broken
one,
and
the
new
people
haven't
been
on
one
and
we're
going
to
do
it
sometime
in
in
August.
It's
usually
an
all-day
retreat.
We
usually
have
it
at
Convention
Center,
but
we'll
get
more
information
on
that
coming
down
and
what
that
is.
A
We
talk
about
everything
and
especially
with
the
new
people
coming
on
we're
going
to
go
over,
hopefully
the
entire
rules
and
regulations,
because
it
gets
complicated
just
sitting
and
watching
and
different
things,
and
things
like
that
you
can
bring
up
and
anybody
else
that's
going
to
be
on
the
retreat
ideas.
We
it's
kind
of
an
forum
and
it's
it's
an
interesting.
You
know
they
did
it
the
first
time
I
was
on
and
a
lot
is
accomplished.
B
C
Comment
on
that
real,
quick
cuz,
they
do
so.
Staff
has
been
really
good
about
sending
out.
I
can't
remember
that
chat,
the
the
guys
name
that
goes
around
from
booth
to
booth,
but
they've
been
really
good
about
sending
up
yes
to
look
for
the
for
the
permits
in
session.
I
think
that's
very
helpful
because
it
just
reinforces
that
it
for
him
to
swing
by
and
say
where
is
it
I
mean
anything's
very
positive
to
so
yeah
yeah.
C
A
C
B
B
A
A
D
A
Okay
staff
reports,
I've.
