Description
Regular meeting of the City of Palm Springs Villagefest Board, held October 25th, 2022
A
B
Chair
Gonella
is
currently
absent.
We
have
Vice
chair
Garden
here
board
member
montanti
here
board
member
Anderson
here
board.
Member
Roberts
is
going
to
be
absent
board
member
Ramirez
here.
C
A
That's
crazy,
so
we're
crazy.
So
do
we
have
a
few
minutes
at
the
beginning
of
this
meeting
for
public
comments?
Is
there
anybody
in
the
public
that
would
like
to
make
a
comment?
A
Okay,
moving
right
along!
Do
we
have
any
correspondence?
We
have
none
all
right.
So
the
next
thing
is
the
posting
of
the
agenda.
Did
everybody
get
a
chance
to
read
the
agenda
and
can
I
get
a
motion
to
accept
it?.
E
A
Okay,
it
was
moved
by
Chris
and
seconded
by
Julie,
all
in
favor
aye.
C
A
A
I'll
make
a
motion
to
accept
the
minutes
of
the
last
meeting.
Can
I
get
a
second
I'll?
Second,
okay,
Julie
seconded
all
right
the
minute,
all
in
favor,
aye
aye,
all
right.
The
minutes
are
accepted.
Terrific
we're
moving
right
along
I
like
this
okay,
so
we're
gonna
go
turn
now
to
legislative
actions
on
all
the
the
vendors
that
are
looking
to
be
accepted
into
Village
Fest.
First
up
we
have
Brooke
Doherty.
Is
it
Doherty?
It's
actually.
A
So
Brooke
is
here
to
talk
about
handmade
skin
care
products
and
Brooke.
You
have
about
between
three
and
five
minutes
to
show
us
your
products
and
talk
about
what
you
would
like
to
present
in
the
festival.
F
So
so
my
company
is
called
Justice
skin
care
and
I
started
it
four
years
ago
in
La
after
a
couple
of
other
careers
and
brought
it
down
here
right
at
the
very
beginning
of
covid.
Thinking
that
oh,
this
is
going
to
be
a
great
place
for
people
with
dry
skin
and
my
business
is
going
to
be
great
and-
and
you
know
locked
down
for
two
years,
but
the
basic
idea
of
just
us
is
I
wanted
to
create.
Just
for
myself.
F
So
what
we
do
is
we
use
a
lot
of
oils
and
Butters
from
around
the
world
like
a
lot
from
Brazil
from
the
rainforest
from
Madagascar
from
Africa
and
locally
from
Cactus
extract
to
date,
extract
to
look
more
local
oils
and
so
on,
and
we
make
we
do
a
lot
of
like
oil,
serums,
I,
don't
know
if
you
can
see
that
we
do
a
lot
of
Mists
a
lot
of
Mists
in
Botanical
hydrosolves
that
have
a
lot
of
moisturizing
and
softening
really
ingredients
that
work.
F
A
Excuse
me
just
a
minute
Julie:
can
you
silence
your
phone
or
your
conversation
it's
showing
up
on
the
screen?
It's
not
me,
I'm,
not
talking,
okay.
Well,
it
clicks
on
your
space,
so
something
in
your
environment
is
making
noise,
but
anyway
go
ahead.
Brooke.
F
So
yeah,
so
as
I
was
saying,
we
we
use
ingredients
that
were
made
in
that
come
from
harsh
climates
to
create
products
that
will
help
people,
especially
those
who
live
in
harsh
climates.
So
we
we
do.
A
lot
of
this
is
one
of
our
our
our
main
products.
I,
don't
know
if
you
can
see
it,
it's
green.
It
smells
like
the
Earth,
it's
just
oils
and
butters.
F
It's
a
bomb
and
people
look
at
it
and
there
they
they're
like
whoa,
that's
strange
looking,
but
then
they
try
it
and
they're
kind
of
hooked.
So
it's
very
gender
neutral
works
for
everybody,
and
it's
just
it's
really
great
clean
Global
product
and
the
other
thing.
F
The
other
thing
that
I
just
want
to
share
about
us
is:
we
have
a
piece
of
our
business
called
Commerce
and
causes
I
come
from
the
non-profit
world,
so
we're
always
creating
a
product
for
a
cause
and
giving
back
the
full
retail
profits
to
that
cause.
So
we're
open
to
learning
what
your
organization
cares
about
and
and
helping
to
support
that
in
whatever
way
we
can.
F
Some
of
them
are
made
in
my
teeny
tiny
lab.
That's
in
my
garage,
some
of
them
I
do
all
the
research
and
development
in
my
little
lab
here
and
then
the
formula
goes
to
a
lab
that
we
use
in
Washington
state
that
makes
more
of
a
quantity
for
us,
but
very
very
locally
and
very
under
our
control.
F
So
the
recipes
are
yours,
absolutely
100.
They
are
mine
and
believe
me,
I've,
failed
and
failed
and
failed
at
making
them.
I
I
went
back
to
school
when
I
was
68
to
learn
how
to
be
a
formulator
and
I
have
a
chemist
mentor
and
that's
what
we
do.
E
Do
these
products
have
to
be
inspected
by
the
health
department.
F
F
Have
in
our
basic
this
is
our
basic
kit
and
it
has
seven
products
in
it.
There's
a
cleanser
I
missed
a
serum
moisturizer,
a
bomb
and
an
eye
thing,
and
then,
in
addition
to
that,
we
have
about
four
or
five
other
things
that
are
more
body
Centric.
Like
a
body
cream.
F
We
have
a
product
for
people
that
that
are
dealing
with
redness
because
a
lot
of
people
when
we
were
at
the
La
Quinta
farmers
market
for
a
year.
We
were
asked
over
and
over
again
for
that
specific
kind
of
a
thing,
and
then
we
have
an
oil
that
is
really
great
for
people
that
play
a
lot
of
golf
that
are
outside
all
the
time
and
that
have
that
sort
of
know
that
may
have
had
like
a
lot
of
skin
cancer.
That
kind
of
thing,
so
not
that
many.
But
what.
F
We
we
have,
we
sell
it
at
a
yoga
studio
in
La,
Quinta
gather
gather
yoga.
We
sell
it
at
a
a
spa
in
Santa
Monica
and
we're
speaking
with
another
retail
outlet
here,
but
primarily
we
set
up
to
be
an
e-commerce
business,
so
we
could
keep
our
prices
where
we
wanted
them
and
not
go
have
to
go
up
to
that
sort
of
one
percent
of
one
percent
pricing.
So
we
don't
have
a
retail
space.
We
don't
have
that
kind
of
overhead
and
we
don't
particularly
want
it.
E
F
A
So
how
much
of
your
product
would
you
say,
is
made
away
from
your
facility?
You.
F
F
I
do
I
have
one
helper:
I
have
a
business
partner
who
lives
in
New
York
who
helps
with
the
the
the
not
making
side
of
the
business.
You
know
the
if
we
need
like
a
business
license
or
we
need
insurance
or
we
need
all
of
that.
But
you
know
we're
working
really
hard
to
be
a
bigger
business
and
yeah
I
make
things
that
no
more
than
a
gallon
or
two
at
a
time,
if
I
make
a
bomb
I
make
it
about.
You
know
two
quarts
at
a
time.
F
F
We
we
did
La
Quinta
for
a
year
we
went
back
for
one
day.
I
got
a
call
the
next
day
from
Christiana
the
organizer,
who
said
you
cannot
be
here
anymore.
There's
a
retail
store
owner
who
sells
skin
care,
who
thinks
that
you're
too
much
competition
and
I
went
and
apologized
to
that
owner
because
being
a
former
chamber
board
member
I
completely
understand.
But
then,
when
I
went
back
a
week
later,
there
was
another
skin
care
eventer
there.
So,
okay
I,
don't
know
I.
F
F
Well,
the
so
okay,
so
there
would
be
the
the
title
of
the
product
right
and
then
along
the
back.
There's
the
ingredients
and
then
where
it's
made
like
the
like
one
of
them,
where.
A
E
Live
in
Indio
I
live
in
India,
yeah,
okay,
so
this
is
I'm.
Just
gonna
say
something.
This
is
one
of
the
reasons
why
we
have
to
meet
in
person.
For
these
very
reasons
we
can't
touch
it
feel
it
or
look
at
it
or
smell
it.
So
I'm
I'm
I'd
like
to
table
this.
If
we
could,
until
we
can
meet
in
person
my.
F
Opinion
yeah
I
think
you
should
I
think
you
should
dig
your
fingers
into
it
and
smell
it
and
just
see
how
much
more
crafty
it
is
than
and
I'd
be
happy
to
swing
my
thing
around
and
show
you
my
where
I,
where
I
make
this
but
yeah.
G
Brooke
I
have
a
question:
do
you
make
the
I
guess
that's
wrapping
paper
next
to
you.
F
G
F
It
is,
and
if
when
I
mean,
this
is
pretty
much,
this
is
a
60
milliliter
jar
of
a
oil
that,
if
I
named
it
vintner's
daughter,
I
could
charge
450
for
it.
But
you
know
we
don't,
and
the
oils
that
we
get
are
are
just
so
amazing
and
they're,
dark,
green
and
dark
brown
and
orange,
and
it's
it's
really
good.
It's
it.
Just
is
really
good,
it's
pretty
simple,
but
it
works.
B
And
I
would
just
like
to
say
that
for
those
of
you
that
did
come
and
view
the
packets,
there
are
the
pictures
of
them
in
the
kitchen
in
their
the
lab
making
it,
and
we
have
had
vendors
in
the
past
before
that
have
gone
through
the
board
that
have
done
very
similar
things
like
as
as
this
vendor,
quite
a
few
that
have
gone,
that
that
have
been
at
Village
Fest.
B
F
F
And
I've
got
all
of
my
oils
and
Butters
and
all
of
that
stuff,
so
it's
real
and
I
also
invite
the
other
thing
that
I
do.
A
lot
of
here
is
with
local
people.
I
invite
them
to
come
to
the
to
the
workshop
and
just
sit
with
me
and
talk
about
their
skin
and
I'll
make
things
for
them
while
they
wait
and
yeah
I
I.
C
Yeah
I
realized
I
was
muted
yeah,
so
I
went
in
and
saw
the
packet
today,
but
honestly
broke
a
beautiful
product
and
packaging
and
I
saw
your
lab
and
you
mixing
in
there
I
think
you
know
we
are
here
in
the
desert
and
there
is
a
Vitality
here.
I
think
this
would
be
a
great
product.
C
I
agree
that
seeing
this
in
person
would
be
even
more
advantageous
where
we
can,
you
know,
see
the
label
in
the
bottle
test
out
the
product,
but
yeah
just
wanted
to
make
a
note
of
all
that.
I
think
this
would
be
a
great
product
to
have,
but
on
the
side
that
we
don't
want
it
to
be
commercial,
but
again,
I
see
your
lab
I've
seen
the
photos
in
the
packet,
so
yeah
just
wanted
to
make
a
note
of
that
for
The
Other
Board
as
well.
Thanks.
A
A
Okay,
let
me
get
a
motion
is:
can
we
get
a
motion
on
the
floor
for
whether
to
accept
this
vendor
or
to
wait
until
we
can
see
it
in
person.
A
Okay,
all
in
favor
of
accepting
Brooke's
product
into
the
village,
Fest
say
I.
C
A
Opposed,
nay,
okay
Brooke,
it
looks
like
you
are
in
Village
Fest.
Really,
yes,
you
can
contact
faith
for
all
the
particulars
she'll
get.
You
started
with
the
start
date
and
orientation,
and
we
will
see
you
on
the
street.
Thank.
F
A
Moving
on,
we
have
I
hope
we
have
I
heart
mac
and
cheese
blue
Brian
here
I
am
hello.
H
A
Okay,
you
have,
we
know
you
have
a
retail
store
here,
but
can
you
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
what
you
want
to
present
it
at
the
Village
Fest,
so.
H
What
we'd
like
to
do
is
we
are
planning
on
more
of
an
informational
tasting
of
our
restaurant,
which
is
on
Indian
Canyon
at
Arenas,
so
some
items
we'll
be
giving
away
are
scratchers
cool
dollar
off
coupons.
H
Bracelets
lanyards
and
other
things-
and
we
also
would
like
to
give
out
we've
already
cleared
with
the
health
department
ramekins
two
ounce
ramekins
of
our
different
dishes,
like
our
short
of
Philly
or
some
other
dishes,
and
they
would
be
giving
out
their
prepared.
Yet
the
restaurant
and
brought
rolled
in
with
warmers-
and
we
are
thinking
about.
H
Possibly
we
might
do
sales
for
the
magbytes,
because
they're
they're,
a
nice
portable
item
in
a
little
paper,
boat,
pepperoni,
classic
or
Buffalo,
and
they
travel
really
well
and
it's
something
that
people
can
walk
around
with
and
gluten
free
bites
sort
of
those
items
where
everything's
travelable.
So
they
can
walk
around
with
it.
E
So
I
go
ahead.
Julie
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
I've
had
many
people
each
at
your
I,
guess
we'll
call
it
a
restaurant.
Yes,
your
restaurant
love
it
and
I'm
very
proud
of
the
fact
that
you
have
supported
many
of
the
events
that
are
coming
up
so
I
have
to
say
for
a
short
time
of
that,
you've
been
here,
I.
Think
you're,
pretty
amazing.
Thank.
H
You
so
I
just
want
to,
if
you
don't
mind,
I'd
love,
to
share
just
a
brief
on
what
we're
doing.
First
off
I'm
a
I'm,
a
community
before
I'm
a
business
I
did
not
build
I,
heart
mac
and
cheese
to
make
profit.
Luckily,
my
spouse
and
I
are
well.
We
built
this
to
build
community
I
hire
people
right
out
of
prison.
I
have
two
people.
One
of
them
was
days
out
of
Prisons,
been
in
a
prison
system,
since
he's
15.
he's
actually
a
lead.
H
Now
we
have
another
coming
in,
that's
a
prison.
We
have
seniors.
We
have
people
from
Desert
Arc
we
have.
We
have.
As
I
said,
we
had
seniors
what
we
have
people
in
recovery.
At
Michael's
house.
H
We
pay
20
to
30
dollars
an
hour,
so
our
lowest
paid
person
is
twenty
dollars
an
hour,
so
we
pay
a
living
wage.
We
just
shot
our
commercial
with
Tracy
turco's
house.
We
used
instead
of
using
a
big
firm
I,
went
ahead
and
got
with
the
Palm
Springs
High
School
and
180
students
were
involved
in
shooting
this
commercial
writing
the
commercial
and
now
they're
editing
the
commercial.
H
So
that
will
be
going
on
to
their
student
School
website
where
people
the
community
will
vote
on,
who
gets
to
be
broadcasted
on
television?
It's
a
little
secret
I
think
they're
all
going
to
be,
but
you
know
I
wanted
to
get
real
life
experience
to
the
students.
We
also
are
working
with
the
the
we
give
working
with
the
animal
shelters.
We.
What
else
have
we
done
Gene?
We
sponsored
of
the
parade
Pride
stage
for
Pride,
both
ourselves
and
our
corporate
office.
H
Both
gave
to
the
community
for
the
gay
community
I
myself
and
my
husband
obviously
are
both
gay
I
am
disabled
as
well
so,
but
we
it's
all
about
giving
back
and
in
in
the
restaurant,
there's
so
much
that
we're
doing
for
the
community
and
I
appreciate
that
you've
noticed
that
and
we
continue
to
to
do
certainly.
A
Sounds
like
you're
you're,
a
big
strong
part
of
the
community,
and
we
thank
you
for
all
that
you've
done,
especially
hiring
people
that
have
difficulty
being
hired
and
paying
them
a
living
wage.
That's
awesome
are
you
here
tonight,
just
to
you
want
to
come
onto
the
street
to
pass
out
samples.
You
mentioned
that
you
might
want
to
sell
some
cheese
bites
later,
but
that's
not
part
of
your
packet
tonight
is
that
right,
that's
correct!.
H
We're
just
trying
to
figure
out
what
what
what's
going
to
best
serve
us
and
the
community
I
feel
after
doing
the
taste
of
the
desert.
Was
it
just
the
other
day
with
the
taste
of
Palm
Springs
that
we
had
a
line
of
people
and
I,
don't
think
financially,
we
could
I,
don't
know
what
how
much
return
we'd
get.
H
But
that
was
a
lot,
and
that
was
just
that.
One
and
the
village
Fest
has
a
lot
more
people
than
the
taste
of
Palm
Springs
right.
I
A
I,
don't
think
any
of
us
are
questioning
the
the
quality
of
this
product
and
if
you
do
decide
in
the
future
that
you
want
to
sell
bites,
you
have
to
come
back
before
the
board
and
be
approved
as
a
a
food
vendor.
Okay,
okay,
but
can
we
get
a
motion?
Can
I
get
emotion
about
whether.
E
G
E
B
About
I
believe
that
Jason
conus
was
was
after
I,
heart
mac
and
cheese.
A
K
A
Okay,
Jason,
you
have
you,
have
a
couple
of
minutes
to
present
your
product
and
tell
us
about
a
little
bit
more
about
you.
K
K
K
That's
correct,
I
mean
I
tried
to
record.
You
know
as
much
as
my
as
much
of
my
painting
as
I
can,
but
it
doesn't
always
happen
like
that.
So
these
are
like
some
of
the
larger
scale
ones.
That's
the
sign
that
I
would
use
in
front
of
the
booth
I.
Did
this
one
inspired
of
Trixie
Mattel
that
came
into
town?
A
C
C
Yeah
I
think
this
will
be
really
Poppy
and
yeah
bold
and
bright
kind
of
bring
some
color
downtown
I.
C
K
Plan,
you
know,
always,
you
know,
keep
a
fun
booth
and
I
kind
of
have
price
ranges.
You
know
I
hire,
you
know,
tier
canvas
that
you
know,
I
pay
a
higher
price
for
and
those
you
know
take
my
time.
So
those
would
be
a
little
bit
higher
prices,
they're
kind
of
have
different
prices
for
everything
for
everyone.
Nice.
A
K
Particulars,
okay,
so
Faith
well,
I
just
get
an
email
from
you
and
I'll.
Just
we'll
follow
up
then.
B
Yeah
you'll
get
an
email
from
me
for
the
orientation
that
we'll
have
that'll
be
nice:
okay,
okay,
so
again,
you'll
probably
get
an
email
from
me
this
week.
Okay,
okay,
well.
A
L
I
My
business
partner,
Britney.
I
We
actually
started
during
the
pandemic.
Harry
and
I
have
been
like
teammates
since
high
school
we've
been
playing
basketball
together
and
something
about
us
is
like
we're
very.
We
love
like
the
streetwear
this,
but
the
like
what
we
wear,
especially
like
Nike
socks,
and
that's
the
one
that
kind
of
motivated
us
to
be
more
fun
with
it
with
like
our
products,
because
we
started
off
dying
socks
like
I.
Don't
know
if
you've
seen
like
our
products.
I
So
we
have
socks
like
this,
that
we
die
we
hand
dye.
We
didn't
put
much
products
out,
I,
don't
know
we
didn't
want
to
overwhelm
you
guys,
but
we
also
have
clothes
that,
like
we
dye
ourselves
and
we
also
use
100
cotton
So,
like
the
the
material
that
we
use
to
dye
it.
You
know.
I
So
sorry
we're
all
both
like
nervous
but
don't
be
nervous.
This
is
like
our
first
time,
like
kind
of
just
like
really
like
talking
about
our
stuff,
like
in,
like
a
setting
like
this,
so.
A
M
A
I
we
saw
from
your
packet
that
you
do
the
dying
yourself
that
we
saw
in
the
process
and
are
you
wanting
to
be
in
the
festival
year
round
or
do
you
want
to
be
during
the
season?
What
do
you.
I
I
would
love
to
sell
their
year
round
ever
since
I
was
in
high
school,
my
parents
also
had
a
little
business
and
they
have
brought
me
there.
Every
Thursday
before
under
Urban
geometry,
yeah,
and
so
like
I've,
already
been
I've,
seen
how
the
village
Fest
is
and
I
just
know
like.
We
would
be
like
perfect
there
and.
M
Everything
that
we
specialize
on,
we
we
die
in
a
wider
array
of
colors,
and
this
is
like
an
example
of
something
this
also.
Yes,.
G
G
I,
don't
know
if
there's
some
kind
of
a
copyright
infringement
or
a
trademark
issue,
but
if
you
had
Mickey
Mouse
on
your
shirts
or
on
your
shorts,
the
Walt
Disney
Company
would
be
after
us
and
you
and
I'm
wondering
if
that
same
thing
would
hold
true.
If
there
were
plain
white
socks
would
be
a
whole
different
story,
but
with
the
Nike
logo
on
it,
I
think
there's
something
that
we
need
to
explore.
M
We
are
actually
in
the
process
of
working
on
our
own
socks.
We
should
have
them
within
three
to
four
weeks.
If
that
was
an
issue,
we
could
just
do
the
clothing.
For
now,
we
do
have
a
lot
of
clothing
that
we
can
put
out.
I.
M
Yeah,
that's
exactly
that's
the
plan.
We're
doing
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
people
have
actually
questioned
that
and
one
thing
that
I.
What
we
could
say
is
that
we
purchased
all
of
them
and
it
ends
up
becoming
a
resale
because
we're
getting
the
socks
at
full
price
and
then
putting
our
own
kind
of
die
work
on
them,
because
that
question
has
came
up
a
lot
and
that's
kind
of
like
how
we've
always
addressed
that.
N
I
Also
I'm
going
to
add
to
that
too
is
we've
also
been
selling
at
a
big
Market,
we're
at
Melrose
Trading
Post
every
Sunday
and
we're
at
Rose
Bowl
Pasadena
every
once
a
month
and
one
thing
about
Rose,
Bowl
and
Melrose
they're,
very
strict
and
I
do
believe
just
like
as
because
you
guys
got
to
be
for
you
to
just
like
stay
going
for
years.
Right.
So
I
do
understand.
Like
the
that
question.
I
I
It's
strictly
our
brand
and
we
can
also
even
just
do
not
Nike
because
we're
just
showing
Nike,
but
we
also
use
other
con
material
brand
socks,
but
mostly
our
own
clothings
are
all
oh.
M
E
I
We
we
actually
do
both
things.
We
do
buy
a
downtown,
but
we
also
get
to
make
our
own
we're
both
like
still
like
playing
around.
We
we
go
to
a
local
sewing
with
our
basketball.
Tv
show
our
basketball
shorts.
This
one
we
had
like
thought
about
it
ourselves.
We
had
instead
of
like
buying
it
like
from
from
a
manufacturer.
M
These
are
some
of
our
an
example
of
our
own
socks,
with
our
own
logo.
E
So
my
other
question
to
you
would
be
I
think
you
need
to
really
get
legal
counsel
on
that
Nike
thing,
because
I
don't
think
you
can
take
a
brand
and
Rebrand
it.
Okay,
so
is
it.
I
E
L
O
A
I
gotta
know
that
they're
that
they
said
they
were
buying
downtown,
but
we
have
in
the
past,
used
blank
canvas,
as
you
know,
they're
doing
something
to
embellish
a
blank
canvas.
M
And
we
have
our
wholesale
license
so
that
we
can
purchase.
But.
A
A
P
Celia
can
I
just
make
a
quick
comment,
so
I
believe
just
maybe
about
two,
maybe
the
last
meeting
or
the
meeting
before
the
board
had
a
vendor
before
them
that
had
Louis
Vuitton
purses
that
she
I,
remember
that
were
put
together
and
the
city
manager
or
the
city
attorney's
office
is
reviewing
that
I.
Don't
think,
there's
going
to
be
an
issue
with
it,
because
it's
taking
a
product
and
recreating
it
and
they
have
purchased
the
product.
So
I
think
this
the
Nike
might
fall
under
the
same.
P
The
board's
concern
was
the
same
of
the
branding
process.
So
I
can,
if
you
want
to
allow
them
for
that
product,
it
seems
like
they're
transitioning
out
of
it
anyways,
but
if
you
want
to
allow
them
that
contingent
upon
the
information
I
get
back
from
the
city
attorney's
office
regarding
the
Louis
Vuitton
purses,
I
think
it
would
cover
them
as
well
and
then
also
then
cover
Village
Fest
in
any
sort
of
legality
that
may
come
down
from
a
business.
A
M
C
M
C
Do
you
ever
do
just
a
good
question?
I
know
the
branding's
around
La.
Would
you
ever
do
anything
regards
to
Palm
Springs
or
like
some
sort
of
collapse,.
C
C
C
A
C
Q
M
A
Great
night,
you
too
thank
you,
okay,
sugitas
sugitas,
on
sagittas
hello.
Can
you
unmute
yourself?
Please.
A
Okay,
can
you
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
your
product
and
what
you
plan
to
offer.
R
Yes,
I
would
like
to
offer
a
cattle
porn
and
kind
of
I.
Think
is
a
missing
this
product,
and
now
we
have
the
stores
we
have
couple
stores.
So
our
family
has
a
couple
stores
on
the
Palm
Canyon
and
souvenirs
and
t-shirts,
and
we
benefit
a
lot
from
the
Thursday
night,
because
the
the
fear
so-
and
you
always
want
to
sell
something,
also
there,
but
we
cannot
go
with
our
product.
You
know
because
that's
nothing
original,
but
the
passion
you
know
all
the
life
we
I
have
like
making
popcorn.
R
You
know
like
Capricorn
in
family
meetings,
some
friends
coming
and
it's
always
making
the
new
recipes
and
everybody
enjoys
it,
and
everybody
says
why
you
don't
try
to
sell
it.
You
know
and
that's
why
I
had
the
idea
you
know
try
to
to
to
go
in
them
and
on
the
night
and
try
to
to
sell
it.
You
know
and
I
think
we
have
like
really
good
recipes
and
will
be
successful
already.
R
R
Right
now
we're
just
making
in
the
home,
but
but
we're
ordering
the
big
equipment
that
big,
bigger
cattle-
that's
gonna
pop
it
right.
It
will
be
like
a
show.
You
know
kind
of
you
know
we
will
pop
it
right
with
a
friend
the
people
you
know
and
make
all
that
nice
smell.
You
know,
and
it
will
be
like
a
adding
to
the
show
I
guess
we.
B
On
the
street
too
yeah
yeah,
they
have
not
come
back
since
we
reopened,
but.
R
B
D
Hey
Alex
did
you
know
that
you
could
sell
merchandise
at
Village
Fest
that
you
normally
are
in
the
business
of
selling
in
your
store?
Did
you
know
that
that's
allowed
of
downtown
businesses.
R
No
I
didn't
know
it
because
some
T-shirts
I
make
by
myself
you
know
like,
but
it
Springs
t-shirts.
Yes,.
D
Did
you
know
that
you
that
you
don't
have
to
be
the
maker
of
them?
If
you
own
a
store
in
Downtown,
Palm
Springs
that
you
could
have
a
booth
at
Village
Fest
to
represent
items
that
you
sell
in
your
store
already
I
I
feel
like
you
might
not
have
known
that,
and
so
you
are
trying
to
figure
out
what
you
can
make
with
your
own
hands,
but
as
a
sto,
because
you
have
two
stores
on
Palm
Canyon
right
on
the
100
North
block
I.
Believe
one.
D
R
D
D
I
feel,
like
you
didn't
know,
and
you
love
Village
Fest,
so
much
you're
trying
to
figure
out.
How
can
you
get
involved
and
I'd
love
to
see
the
kettle
corn,
because
I
like
kettle
corn,
but
I,
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you
knew
that
as
a
store
owner
you
could
actually
bring.
You
could
actually
get
a
booth
for
your
own
merchandise
that
you
already
that
you
are
already
in
the
business
of
selling
and
I
feel
like
you
might
not
have
known
that.
Thank.
A
Thank
you
sure
yeah.
That
would
require
an
additional
application,
but
tonight
we're
talking
about
your
kettle,
corn
and
I.
Wonder
if
anybody
has
any
further
questions
or
any
concerns
I
can't
imagine
there
would
be.
Everybody
loves
kettle.
Corn,
so
I
make
a
motion
that
we
accept
this
vendor.
The
kettle
corn
vendor
into
Village
Fest,
can
I
get
a
second
I'll.
Second,
thank
you,
Julie
all
in
favor,
aye,
any
opposed
all
right.
G
A
Touch
with
be
in
touch
with
faith,
and
she
will
give
you
all
the
particulars
very.
A
R
A
Okay,
Catherine
got
green
drinks,
I,
see
you
there
hi.
How
are
you
good?
Can
you
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
yourself
and
your
product
sure.
S
I've
been
in
health
and
wellness
for
about
25
years
and
about
10
years
ago,
I
started
a
cold
pressed
juice
company,
pretty
much
because
I
couldn't
find
a
healthy
cold
pressed
juice.
They're
all
either
full
of
sugar
or
apple
was
the
first
ingredient.
So
I
got
MVP
was
my
first
juice
ever
started
and
long
story
short
I
approached
a
farmer's
market
and
in
Corona
Del
Mar,
and
he
allowed
me
in
the
market
and.
R
S
There,
it
just
kind
of
grew
and
I've,
been
in
everywhere
up
to
16
and
now
we're
just
in
a
solid
eight
markets.
S
We
find
it
we
settled
years
ago
like
in
some,
you
know
solid
markets
and
we
not
only
now
make
our
own
Gold
Plus
shoes
I
have
my
own
manufacturing
Kitchen
in
Laguna,
Niguel
California,
and
so
we
manufacture
our
product
all
of
our
products
100.
So
we
have
eight
different
juices:
cold,
pressed
juices
that
we
offer
and
everything's
pretty
bottled,
and
we
also
offer
fresh
squeeze
orange
juice
and
grapefruit
and
pomegranate
juice,
and
that's
a
different,
the
difference
between
cold
press,
and
that
is
just
the
Machinery
involved,
and
we.
S
So
that's
a
great
question:
we
get
to
ask
that
a
lot
is
cold
press.
It's
a
hydraulic
machine
like
the
entire
pineapple,
except
for
the
the
stem,
the
green
stem.
We
just
cut
it
in
half
to
stem
everything
goes
in
it
same
with
the
Apple
everything
in
the
core
and
it
just
hydraulically
slow,
slowly
presses
together,
there's
no
heat
involved,
so
the
theory
behind
it
is
it
all.
The
nutrition
is
maximized.
S
So,
whereas
a
cylindrical
spinning,
you
see
a
juice
freshly
made,
that's
foamy,
there's
heat
involved
in
that
and
it
takes
away
some
of
the
nutrition.
Now,
if
that's
what
you
own
I
say
so
juice
for
yourself
like
it's,
okay,
it's
just
not
the
optimal
amount
of
nutrition
that
you
could
get
out
of
the
juice.
S
S
Does
that
make
sense
the
difference
between
just
yeah?
Yes,
okay,
thank
you
sure,
and
we
also
make
our
own
kombucha
and
we
started
that
about
a
year
ago
and
we
flavor
our
kombucha
with
our
juices.
So
instead
of
doing
artificial,
flavors
or
sugars
that
most
kombuchas
actually
use,
believe
it
or
not,
we
use
our
fresh
juice
to
flavor
it,
so
the
sugar
is
really
low
and
we
also
make
wellness
shots.
This
is
just
an
example
of
one
of
them.
S
These
are
our
top
three
flavors
by
the
way
of
the
cold,
pressed
juice
and
I
was
just
showing
these
two
here
are
our
our.
We
have
again
eight
different
flavors
that
we
sell,
but
the
our
green
one
is
very
popular
and
it's
called
MVP
most
valuable
plants
and
we
have
the
got
energy.
It's
a
pineapple
base
with
a
tumeric.
S
This
is
one
that
we
flavor
the
kombucha
with
actually
and
then
in
the
20.
This
is
a
12
ounce
in
the
24
ounce.
We
have
all
the
flavors,
but
this
one
is
our
got.
Ph
balance,
it
tastes
like
a
pink
lemonade,
it's
very
alkaline
alkaline
for
the
body,
and
we
saw
these
wellness
shots.
We
have
three
different
flavors
of
them
with
one
tumeric
base
and
we
have
two
Ginger
base.
We
also
saw
popsicles,
which
is
the
One-Stop
shop.
S
We
sell
popsicles
in
these
two
flavors.
These
are
the
most
popular
two
fruit-based
flavors,
every
baby
even
loves
them.
We've
never
had
a
kid
spit
it
out
and
throw
it
out
and
kids
are
100
tell
the
cheese
when
it
comes
into
it
comes
to
food.
So
would
you
those
in
popsicles
as
well,
and
we
also
sell
cleanses?
S
We
have
a
green
based
cleanse
that
comes
with
six
different
juices
and
we
also
have
a
a
variety
contacts.
I
call
it
the
starter
cleanse
if
you've
never
done
a
cleanse
before
where
and
it
we
bring
in
the
fruit-based
juices,
it's
a
little
bit
more
user
friendly
at
first
and
those
consist
of
six
juices
a
day
as
well.
M
S
Only
selling
the
Farms
market
I
had
I
do
some
private
legally
on
a
very
small
level,
and
but
95
of
my
business
has
been
all
Farmers
Market.
Yes,
okay,.
A
A
Okay,
I
believe
we
have
a
quorum,
so
I
mean
I.
I,
believe
that
you
are
you've
been
voted
into
Village
Fest,
so
congratulations
and
be
in
touch
with
faith.
She'll.
Give
you
all
the
particulars
we
look
forward
to
seeing
you
at
the
farmer's
market.
Thank.
A
Okay,
moving
on,
we
have
Ramon
Gutierrez
foreign.
N
A
A
N
Mediterranean
food:
well,
we
actually
had
to
rest
two
restaurants,
one
in
Palm
Springs,
another
one
in
Palm
Desert
prior
to
Colby,
but
fortunately
we
had
to
like
many
restaurant
owners.
We
had
to
lock
shut
them
down,
and
then
we
decided
to
relocate
it
to
Orange
County
to
Seal
Beach.
Now
me
myself,
I
am
from
Palm
Springs
born
and
raised
I
love,
the
town
and
I
I.
Don't
have
any
plans
of
moving.
My
plans
are
to
bring
it
back
as
soon
as
we
can
and
The
Next
Step.
N
That
I
think
would
be
a
great
step
to
do
would
be
to,
of
course,
serve
it
on
downtown
at
the
Village
Fest,
which
you
know
we
if
everything
goes
well,
we
plan
on
doing
that
and
serving
there
as
long
as
we
can
and
then
sooner
or
later,
opening
up
a
broken
motor
as
well.
The
food
happens
to
be
Greek
Mediterranean
food
with
a
little
bit
of
an
Eastern
Mediterranean
Flair
a
little
bit
of
the
Lebanese
and
Turkish
flare
in
there,
the
owner,
the
chef
and
owner
and
my
partner.
N
He
is
a
Greek
and
Filipino,
so
he's
bound
to
explore
throughout
the
whole
region.
Even
a
little
bit
of
North,
Africa
and
and
Spain
as
well
and
yeah,
so
that's
pretty
much
what
what
we've
been
doing
and
we've
been
doing
this
for
five
years.
We
had
other
big
events.
We
worked
for
best
beverage
catering.
We
did
a
La
Quinta
Arts
Festival
there.
N
We
also
did
300
person
wedding
at
the
Fox
Theater
in
Redlands
and
right
now
we
currently
operate
a
restaurant
daily
doing
about
120
servings
plates
a
day
and
that's
pretty
much
the
background
of
our
food
and
our
in
our
in
our
in
our
business,
air,
Miss
and
people
and
folks.
T
A
It's
a
great
addition
to
Village
Fest.
We
we
love
the
variety
that
we're
getting.
Does
anybody
have
any
questions
for
Ramon.
N
You,
oh
great,
that's
great
to
know,
and
we
we
actually
did
quite
a
few
drop-offs
at
the
city
council
at
the
city
at
City,
Hall
from
time
to
time
for
their
lunches
and
whatnot
so
we're
and
we
have
Folks
at
our
restaurant,
doing
Palm,
Springs
and
pond
desert
come
in
all
the
time
and
yeah
we
just
want
to
be
a
big
part
of
of
I
personally
want
to
be
a
big
part
of
my
community.
N
A
Okay,
well,
both
of
you
second
I,
think
you're,
you're,
muted,
Chris,.
A
A
All
right,
you're
here
to
talk
to
talk
about
your
art,
prints.
T
Yeah
yeah,
it's
just
all
the
art,
artwork
I,
mostly
work
digitally
on
the
like
computer
or
iPad,
and
I
have
a
lot
of
different
kind
of
art,
but
mostly
like
a
lot
of
the
stuff.
I
have
is
like
pop
culture,
stuff
like
where
they're
like
puns
and
they're,
like
kind
of
like
comedic,
and
so
this
is
like
Taylor
Swift,
but
she's
a
tailor.
It's
kind
of
like
a
pun
on
that
one.
This
is
like
Harry
Potter,
but
he's
Harry
Styles
a
lot
of
musicians
and
stuff
it's.
T
This
is
Lana
Del
Rey,
but
she's,
a
llama
Del
Rey.
If
you
can
see
that
okay,
that's
cute,
to
keep
going,
this
is
Ed
Sheeran,
but
he's
like
sharing
yeah,
and
they
also
have
just
like
Landscapes
and
other
original
things
that
I
make
too.
A
So
are
they
so
they're
printed
on
what.
T
T
Like
yeah
I
do
I
do
sell
stuff
framed,
but
sometimes
people
want
to
get
their
own
frame.
The
other
item,
I
sell,
is
canvas
prints
that
I
also
make
at
home.
This
is
like
a
smaller
one.
You
can
see
here
and
I
I
put
it
all
together
myself
and
I
print
it
at
home
as
well.
That's
beautiful
yeah!
Thank
you!
C
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
comment
that
I
think
the
pop
art
and
the
yeah.
The
playfulness
is
going
to
be
really
good
down
here
at
the
Village
Fest.
C
A
A
Okay,
next,
we
have
Paul
Lova
Premier
t,
oh,
is
it
Laura
or
Lova
I'm?
Sorry,
I
mispronounced
it
it.
L
The
agenda
no
you're,
you're
you're
you're
perfectly
fine,
my
lighting's,
not
the
best
I
apologize.
I'm.
Sorry
about
that.
That's.
L
L
So
we
have
two
different
types
of
teas:
we
have
like
herbal
teas
and
caffeinated
teas,
so
we
have
stuff
for
like
we
have
like
hibiscus
teas
to
help
with
like
that,
have
been
known
to
help
with
things
like
blood
pressure.
We
have
other
teas
with
help
with
like
known
to
help
with
like
Stress
and
Anxiety
stuff
for
insomnia.
We
have
stuff,
that's
been
on
the
help
of
like
anemia
for
a
little
iron
for
blood
sugar
as
well.
L
So
we
have
a
holistic
part
with
all
herbal
teas
with
no
caffeine,
and
then
we
do
have
our
caffeinated
Blends
for,
like
our
child
lovers
or
people
who
love
Earl
Gray
or
we
have
like
oolong,
teas,
green
teas
and
white
teas.
We
also
have
like
spice
Blends,
like
our
golden
milk,
which
is
like
an
organic
turmeric,
Ceylon,
cinnamon
and
ginger
blend,
which
is
like
really
good
to
add
to
like
coffee
as
a
creamer.
You
can
add
some
milk.
It's
like
an
organic.
L
It's
really
good
for
like
helping
with
like
inflammation
for
joint
pain.
So
we
just
believe
in
like
a
more
natural
approach
to
helping
out
our
community
and
just
educating
our
customers.
As
well
as
being
educated
with
people
who
also
so
are
into
these
products
as
well
too,
because
there's
a
very
Niche
Community,
a
lot
of
people
that,
like
these
products,
are
familiar
with
these
individual
ingredients,
they're
also
like
very
educated,
like
in
the
holistic
benefits
of
natural
remedies
and
herbs.
L
Know
right
now,
so
we've
tried
out
throughout.
In
the
past
almost
two
years
we've
been
in
business,
we've
tried
out
about
maybe
like
I
would
say,
30
to
40
different
types,
and
now
we
have
about
18
specific
Blends,
so
we've
kind
of
found,
like
our
sweet
spot,
to
where
the
other
products
that
are
the
most
beneficial
to
the
customer.
L
These
are
these
are
dried
loose
leaf
too,
so
we
don't
sell
any
of
them
hot,
essentially,
they're
all
packaged
and
sealed,
and
then
the
customer
will
go
home
and
then
make
the
product
at
home
whether
it
be.
E
L
G
Do
you
sell
accessories
to
go
with
it?
I
need
like
yeah,
whatever
those
things
are
called
yeah.
L
No
worries
and
then
we
also
sell
like
what's
called
Eco
vessels,
so
they're
kind
of
like
little
built-in,
like
I,
don't
know
if
you're
familiar
with
like
a
hydroplast,
the
containers
people
carry
like
their
water
jugs
in
yeah.
R
L
L
I,
don't
have
one
on
me
right
now,
right
now
we
usually
just
have
the
t-balls.
We
do
get
the
the
containers
here
and
there,
but
the
t-balls
I
don't
have
any
right
now
available
to
me.
Okay,.
L
Mean
I
can
I
can
show
you
like
where
we
order
them.
We
usually
order
them
like
a
big
bowl
of
batches.
A
G
B
He
would
be
able
to
it
like
he
could
do
like
a
package
deal
like.
If
they
buy
tea,
then
he
could
sell
a
t-ball
with
it,
but
he
would
not
be
able
to
sell
them
separately,
so
he
couldn't
sell
it
separately,
but
along
with
the
TS
than
he
could
I.
L
All
right
yeah,
so
we
definitely
do
offer
discounts.
So
we
have
deals
where
like.
If
you
buy
two
items
you
get
a
couple
dollars
off
or
if
you
buy
three
items
and
you
get
a
free
t-ball,
so
we
have
like
incentive
base
to
where.
If
the
customer
does
buy
more
than
one
item,
then
you
get
additional
discounts.
A
G
Almost
I'll
nominate
him
for
vendorship
whatever.
The
word
is
sorry.
C
A
Right:
okay:
next
up
is
Helm
Hatters,
Bodhi
and
Mona.
Oh
yeah,.
Q
Hi
Hi:
how
are
you
doing
good?
How
are
you
good?
Thank
you,
so
much
good
good
good,
so
I
make
jewelry
and
my
boyfriend
Brody
make
cats.
My
Brand's
name
is
amanadi
and
I
use
all
natural
stones.
I,
usually
I,
mostly
work
with
stones
and
I.
Also
do
Electro
forming
I
just
make
copper
from
around
organic
shapes,
so
I
have
a
sample
here.
I've
sent
so
many
pictures.
This
was
the
cactus
I
found
in
my
backyard
and
I
made
copper
form
around
it.
Q
So
it's
handmade
handmade
quality
jewelry
that
I
make
and
also
my
boyfriend.
We
make
hats
mostly
from
a
beaver
fur
or
Jackrabbit
fur,
which
is
the
highest
quality
existed
in
the
world.
Sometimes
we
do
wool
as
well.
This
year
is
the
year
of
hats.
Hats
are
trending,
so
he
hand
blocks
them
like
1800s
shapes
them.
She
likes
them
to
make
them
really
hard
and
shapes
them
into
people's
hats.
Q
We
have
we
have
a
machine
that
we
get
the
measurement
of
of
people's
head
and
we
make
it
custom
to
their
head
size.
We
also
do
all
costume,
like
writing
whatever
they
want
to
have
on
their
hats.
Whatever
color
so
yeah
so.
A
Q
Q
So,
for
example,
this
is,
this
is
a
an
item
I
made.
This
is
a
necklace
and
this
was
a
piece
of
wood.
Now
the
wood
looked
like
this.
At
the
beginning,
it
was
a
branch
of
a
dried
Cactus,
wood
and
I
formed.
It's
it's
a
chemical
reaction
that
it
makes
so
it
became
like
this
and
I
added
like
natural
stones
to
them
all
natural
all
natural.
Q
Q
Is
okay?
It
is
yes,
so
I
get
whatever
organic
shape.
I
want
I
bring
them
in
I
shape
them
to
whatever
shape
I
want
and
then
there's
a
blue
liquid
that
that's
a
mixture
of
very
weird,
weird
stuff,
like
the
battery
acid,
the
rod
kill
and
it's
it
sounds
scary,
but
it's
not
and
water,
so
I
mixed
these
three
and
then
I,
attach
it
to
electricity
and
I,
have
tubes
of
copper
around
them.
So
what
happens?
Q
Is
that
copper
comes
out
of
those
tubes
and
attaches
to
the
organic
shape
I
put
inside
that
liquid
and
I
I
put
graphite
to
make
it
happen?
It's
like
that.
It's
a
that
was
the
process.
I
sent
some
pictures
too
I
think
about
the
process,
but
I
had
to
explain
it.
I
guess
and
then
here
I
have
these
guys
that
are
all
natural
stones.
This
is
Malachi.
This
is
snakeskin.
Q
Jasper
I
have
a
domite
I
have
this
is
a
K2,
it's
a
stone
that
it's,
the
mine
is
under
second
highest
mountain
in
the
world
and
the
mind
is
only
over
there.
So
I
use
really
special
stones,
and
these
are
for
gentlemen.
It's
a
big
size,
some
fun
colors.
Q
What
else
I
have
I'm
glad
I
had
these
around
because
I
didn't
know
what
we're
gonna
talk
about
in
the
meeting.
These
are
some
jewelry
pieces.
I
have.
A
Q
That's
correct:
yes,
yes,
if
the
beats
are
like
round
or
whatever
shape,
I
like
I,
I
I
beat
them.
If
the
stone
is
natural
and
doesn't
have
a
hole,
I
do
sometimes
I
do
wire
wrapping,
sometimes
I
do
nesting,
so
I
use
different
techniques.
I
have
I,
do
pretty
much
everything,
but
they
are
really
unique.
This
style
is
the
style
that
I
come
up
came
up
with,
and
it's
nothing
that
you
see
like
in
other.
A
Some
of
your
P,
some
of
your
jewelry
pieces,
I,
really
understand
that
you
you
make
them
you
cast
them
the
stuff.
The
beaded
bracelets
that
looks
like
we've
had
other
vendors
who
have
not
made
the
beads
and
just
strung
the
beads
on
a
wire
or
an
elastic
band
that
we
don't
consider
75.
It
has
to
be
70
handmade,
and
so
just
stringing
beads
is
not
considered
a
handmade
item,
the
other
pieces
that
you
showed
and
if
you're
wire
wrapping
the
beads
or
you're
nesting
them.
A
As
you
said,
you
know,
there's
some
kind
of
creative
process
that
you're
doing
to
the
bead.
If
you
could
show
us
any
of
those,
but
just
stringing
is
not
something
that
we
could
approve.
Q
Okay,
well,
I
can
use
my
Electro
form
stuff
sure
yeah,
but
the
hats,
let
me
show
you
the
hats,
so
this
is
the
hearts
made.
Q
This
is
the
style
of
the
hat
and
we
do
everything
detailed
on
them.
So
inside
of
it,
it's
going
to
look
like
that.
That's.
A
Q
I
love
the.
Q
I
have
everything
custom
like
very
personal
stuff
inside
I.
Have
that
and
we
can
change
interior.
We
had
a
couple
that
were
in
love
with
their
two
dogs.
We
we
actually
found
a
fabric
that
had
two
dogs
in
there
and
they
loved
it
and
they
had
actually
drawings
of
them
side.
So
yeah
beautiful
do
different
things.
Yeah.
A
C
And
I
know:
we've
dealt
with
other
vendors
like
this
before,
where
you're
right
Celia
over
70
handmade
and.
A
C
Think
you
know
just
stringing
beads
I,
don't
think
we
accepted
them
in.
A
Q
Prefer
it's
either
beaver
fur
wool
or
Jackrabbit
fur
the
whole
hat
the
whole
hat.
Yes
guys!
Let
me
let
me
grab
a
the
one
we
ordered
and
we're
gonna
work
on
it.
Let
me
grab
one.
Q
Q
The
fur
yeah
yeah,
no,
no,
no!
No!
No!
You
don't
do
that
with
the
skin,
it's
impossible
and
if
so,
we
didn't,
they
didn't
wanted
to
do
that.
So
I
wanted
to
style
it
with
one
of
my
Julie.
This
is
a
very
classic
simple
we're
up
doing
this,
so
we
we
play
with
it.
We
see
what
design
we
like
sky
is
the
limit
we
do.
We
do
anything
and
everything
I
think.
A
The
hats
were
pretty
they're,
pretty
pretty
clear
about,
but
I'm
still
wanting
to
see
more
of
what
kind
of
jewelry
that
you
want
to
add,
and
you
said,
had
some
change
just
a
minute
ago
and
that
you
put
around
the
hat
and
I
want
to
ask
you
if
you
actually
made
the
chain
or
did
you
buy
the
chain
and
just
link
it
together?
Well,.
Q
We
have
a
lot
of
vintage
stuff,
we
look
for
vintage
and
it's
unbelievable.
What
we,
what
we
find
it's
not
made
by
ourselves.
We
don't
solder
them,
but
we
find
all
really
old
stuff
and
we
put
them
on
the
hats.
My
boyfriend
makes
them
distressed,
so
it
goes
pretty
with
what
what's
going
on.
You
know,
yeah.
Q
Q
Q
Q
Q
What
this
means
is
time
flies
live
your
life,
so
this
is
so
pretty
when
I
mean
when
my
boyfriend
wears
them,
it's
really
beautiful
because
it's
actually
like
this
so
I
had
to
make
so
many
of
these,
because
people
love
the
idea
now
I
can't
make
anything
any
color
here.
A
Q
Q
I'm
learning
I'm
learning
soldering
as
well
so
I'm,
I'm,
an
interior
architect
and
forever
I
wanted
to
do
this.
So
it's
about
five
years
now
that
I've
been
professionally
doing
this
now
I
created
some
time
for
myself.
So
it's
new
to
me.
I'm
learning
and
I'm
I'm
coming
up
with
ideas
so.
A
Can
I
get
some
reaction
from
the
board?
I
have
some
concerns
about.
All
of
that
is
beaded
work,
strong
work,
which
is
not
70
handmade.
The
necklace
that
you
have
on
that
looks
like
it
is
at
least
75
handmade,
but
all
of
the
things
that
are
strong,
including
the
necklace
that
you
just
showed
us
that
you,
you
said
your
boyfriend
loves
to
wear
those
are
all
strung
and
those
are
not
what
we
would
consider
70
handmade.
A
A
So
I
totally
understand
that
I
used
to
make
jewelry
too
and
so
I
understand,
what's
been
strong
and
what
is
you
know?
What
is
crafted
by
an
artist
and
I
certainly
think
the
pendant
that
you're
wearing
looks
very
crafted
that
piece
of
wood
that
you
showed
with
the
stones
coming
down
that
looks
hand
crafted
and
handmade,
but
the
things
that
are
strong,
I,
don't
think,
are
allowable.
B
If
I
just
want
to
chime
in
so
basically,
it's
75
handmade
to
qualify
for
the
jewelry.
So
if
you
did
have
the
ones
that
are
strong,
but
you
had
some
wire
wrapped
pieces
on
there
or
you
had
some
of
that
that
you
said
that
were
nesting
and
things
like
that
or
you
had
the
wood
pieces
that
you,
if
you
added
those
to
that
that
element
to
the
strong
ones,
then
those
would
qualify.
So
just
when
this
song
beads,
that's
that's
not
allowed
right.
G
I'm
sorry
to
have
to
say
this
and
we've
been
saying
it
too
many
weeks
now,
I
I
think
we're
doing
a
disservice
because
we
can't
see
the
whole
concept
and
and
look
at
it.
Closer
I,
I'm
gonna
abstain.
So
if
there's
more
than
you
know,
two
of
us
abstaining
I
think
she
deserves
a
chance
to
come
back
in
person
at
another
time.
But
this
is
frustrating
for
us
as
I'm
sure
you
might
be
as
well.
Mona
yeah.
A
I
totally
agree,
I
totally
agree.
I,
don't
know
that
I
think
the
hats
might
be
a
separate
category
that
we
might
allow
the
hats,
but
I
think
we
do
need
to
see
the
pieces
of
jewelry
and
I
agree
100
with
David
yeah.
You
know
the
board
knows
how
I
feel
about
this,
but
we
can't
properly
judge
your
jewelry
right
now.
So
is
there
a
way,
Faith
or
Jasmine
that
we
can
allow
her
to
sell
her
hats
and
and
have
her
come
back.
B
You
can't
she
can't
sell
the
hats.
You
would
be
able
to
prove
that,
but
you
can
also
approve
the
jewelry,
which
was
what
you
have
done
this
entire
time
that
we've
been
doing
it
online,
that
that's
how
you've
done
it
is.
You've
approved
the
ones
that
are
the
75
handmade
and
just
left
out
the
ones
that
are
the
strong
beads,
but.
A
B
Right,
and
so
she
needs
to
understand
that
right,
we've
done
this
for
the
past
year,
so
and
I,
don't
know
when
we'll
be
meeting
in
person,
so
I
don't
I,
don't
feel
that
it's
really
and
that's
not
her
fault,
so
I
don't
know
when
we're
going
to
be
meeting
in
person.
But
what
you've
done
before
is
just
made
the
you
know
when
you
do
your
vote,
you
just
say
not:
no,
no
strong,
it
has
to
be
with
the
soldered
or
it
has
to
be
with
the
the
dipped
wood.
E
Can
I
make
a
comment
to
this
I
find
that
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
their
hats.
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
the
necklace,
because
it's
very
unique
and
different
and
if
she
adds
some
wrapped
items
to
it
or
crystals
or
stones
or
handmade
things
that
she
does
I
don't
have
a
problem.
I
do
have
a
problem
with
the
bracelets.
That's
the
only
problem
I
say
I
have.
Is
anybody.
G
Is
it
just
me
or
maybe
I,
don't
even
understand
this,
but
there's
fur
in
the
Hat?
This
is
animal
skins
or.
Q
B
A
Well,
it
doesn't
look
like
fur,
it's
felt
it's
like
felting,
so
when
you
take,
when
you
take
yarn
and
put
it
in
water
and
it
comes
out,
kind
of
felted
in
the
same
process
happens
with
the
wool
and
I'm
I'm.
Assuming
with
some
of
these
spurs,
there
are
pieces
that
are
processed
and
then
kind
of
felted,
so
it
looks
like
a
solid
piece:
it's
not
like
rabbit
fur.
On
the
hat,
you
don't
see
fur.
E
P
A
Well,
I
do
think
the
hats
are
unique.
I,
don't
think
we
have
anything
like
that
on
the
street
Chris,
you
have
hats
in
your
shop,
I
mean
what
do
you
think
about
this
I.
C
Do
I
don't
use
any
Animal
product,
though
so
ours
are
always
cruelty,
free
and
vegan,
but
but
yeah
I
don't
know
if
there
would
be
people
conscious
of
it.
I
know
that
these
are
beautiful
hats,
but
yeah.
Traditionally,
hats
are
made
out
of
beaver
or
rabbit
fur,
and
so
it's
just
kind
of
up
to
people's
preference.
I
primarily
just
wear
synthetic
vegan
ones,
but
that's.
A
E
I
pretty
much
say
the
bracelets
myself,
because
we
have
had
other
people
that
have
strong
different
beads
together
and
have
done.
Maybe
if
she
put
one
of
the
little
Cactus
pieces
on
that
as
well.
I,
don't
know,
I
find
the
watch
thing
very
creative,
there's
a
man
at
the
La
Quinta
Art
Festival.
That
does
nothing
but
everything
with
watches.
So
it
could
be
quite
quite
creative.
No.
A
I
agree
with
that:
I
just
I
just
think
that
we're
leaving
it
up
to
Mona
to
decide
what
she
can
put
in
her
booth
and
what
she
can
yeah.
Yes,.
C
Q
Like
the
same
piece,
I
I
think
what
made
it
unique
is
that
the
shape
of
this
hematite
is
so
beautiful
and
it
looks
like
a
chain
and
it's
very
different.
I
can
easily
like
buy
chains
by
meter
and
I
actually
have
them
too,
but
I
think
this
is
more
unique
to
have,
and
but
you
are
saying,
I
cannot
do
this
with
the
piece
that
I
made,
except
that.
A
You've
got
something
unique
on
the
end
of
it
and
I
think
that
what
that's?
What
makes
it
a
little
bit
more
different,
a
little
bit
more
different,
a
little
different
Chris.
You
were
going
to
say
something.
C
Yeah
I
think
in
the
past,
when
we've
encountered
vendors
like
this
as
well
as
far
as
just
stringing
beads
as
long
as
the
vendor
knows
that
they
can't
have
those
where
it's
just
strong.
But
if
there
is
embellishment
or
some
sort
of
you
know,
welding
or
soldering
or
some
sort
of
alteration,
then
that
would
be
okay.
But
if
it's
just
stringing
beads
and
that's
just
according
to
the
to
the
rules
of
the
village
Fest
that
I
know
were
were
here,
but
it's
beautiful.
It's
all
beautiful,
jewelry,
Mona.
Q
Q
Thank
you,
yeah,
the
beads
are
gorgeous,
show
you
some.
So
these
are
my
Brand's
logo.
I
have
my
logo
on
all
of
them,
and
the
logo
is
part
of
the
design,
so
these
packs
that
I
get
so
I
try
to
see
what
looks
good
together.
These
are
like
really
heavy
brass
pieces
that.
E
Q
A
A
You're
embellishing,
if
you're
as
Faye
said
earlier,
if
you're
wire,
wrapping
you're,
adding
some
you're,
adding
some
kind
of
an
element
like
the
clock
and
the
or
the
watch
and
that
the
wing
that
makes
it
kind
of
a
different,
it's
not
just
strong
beads
and
you
do
make
those
two
pieces.
I.
Q
Do
have
a
lot
of
bracelets
that
I
have
dangles
from
them,
and
those
dangles
are
natural
stone
that
I
wire
wrapped,
like
lots
of
my
braces,
are
like
that.
So.
Q
This
is
a
square
lapis,
lapis,
lazuli
stone
and
the
dangle
is
like
this
I
have
the
logo
attached
and
also
yeah.
A
Again
that
that
would
be
considered
a
strong
bracelet
I
mean
again
I
used
to
make
jewelry
so
I
know
what
the
difference
is,
but
the
pieces
that
you
have
you
know
you've
done
something
to
like
you're
wearing
and
that
piece
of
the
wood
that
you
coated
with
copper.
Those
are
really
beautiful
and
unique
and
I
think
those
would
do
really
well
so
I
guess
what
we're
saying
is
anything
strong
and
I
guess
you
know
we'd
have
to
see
what
you
have
in
your
booth
if
you're
approved.
Q
In
here,
I
understand,
yes
and
I,
think
we
can
do
only
hats
or
like
some
of
my
jewelry,
because
this
is
a
long
process.
This
is
a
two-week
process
only
on
one
piece:
it's.
P
Q
70
natural
and
all
right
handmade
not
hand
crafted
right,
yeah,
okay,
so.
A
With
that
understanding
in
mind,
can
I
get
emotion
from
anybody.
A
G
A
All
right
Mona,
it
looks
like
you're
in
Village
Fest
and
please
take
to
heart
what
we've
said.
Your
your
items
are
beautiful.
It
has
no,
it's
not
a
reflection
on
the
quality
of
your
pieces.
It's
gorgeous
I
would
buy
those
strong,
bracelets
and
a
heartbeat,
but
we
have
to
stick
with
what
the
rules
are
and
we
can't
allow
strong
bracelets
so
with
the
hats
and
your
unique
jewelry,
you're
you've
been
included
in
Village
Fest,
so
be
in
touch
with
faith
and
we'll
get
you
started
on
the
street.
That's
great!
Thank
you.
A
A
Well,
that
was
a
tough
one.
Ron
Phillips,
it's
Ron
here.
O
My
Michael
Hamlin
with
desert
Theater
Works
sitting
in
for
Ron,
if
that's
okay,
okay,
sure
so.
O
We
are
desert
Theater
Works.
We
are
a
non-profit,
501c3
Community
Theater
in
Indio.
We
currently
our
three
shows
into
our
season.
We
do
10
shows
each
season.
We
have
a
summer
program
for
kids,
musical
theater
camp.
O
We
are
very
much
Community
Based,
our
actors,
our
designers,
are
from
the
community,
the
performers,
the
musicians
and
what
we
really
are
hoping
to
get
out
of.
Village
Fest
is
a
little
more
exposure
on
this
end
of
the
Valley,
possibly
getting
some
interest
in
people
coming
to
not
only
just
to
come,
see
our
shows
but
to
possibly
volunteer
or
audition
and
be
a
part
of
our
Theater
Company.
P
O
Of
thing
yeah,
we
have
some
our
seasoned
brochures.
We
have
a
you
know
a
few
items
of
Swag
our
little
tote
bags,
water
bottles
highlighters
with
our
logo
on
it.
Okay,.
A
Yeah,
and
did
you
want
to
be
a
single
appear,
singly
or
or
you
want
to
be
here
for
the
season?
What
what
were.
J
G
A
G
Right
can
I
make
the
suggestion
or
a
question
I'm
on
the
board
for
Green,
Room,
Theater,
Company,
okay
and
I.
Think
it'd
be
by
the
way.
Congratulations
on
your
Awards
last
week.
G
Thank
you,
I'm
wondering
if
we
could
do
some
kind
of
a
joint
project
for
several
of
the
small
theater
companies
that
are
in
a
similar
situation
like
you,
because
we're
about
to
restart
our
our
programs
again,
I'm
I'm,
hoping
that
our
board
can
start
working
with
other
boards
to
do
similar
promotions
to
support
theater
as
a
whole
for
the
for
the
Coachella
Valley.
Maybe
you
know
you're
ahead
of
the
ball
game
or
I,
don't
know,
but
I
was
it's
just
a
thought.
I
think
I
I
applaud
you
for
coming
up
with
it.
G
I've
got
a
board
meeting
tomorrow
night
for
this
group
for
that
group,
so
I'm
gonna
definitely
tell
them.
You
did
a
great
thing
and
I
support
it.
It's
just
something.
If
you
want
to
consider
it,
it's
a
non-profit,
and
so
you
know
we
make
it
a
lot
easier
for
you.
F
G
G
Not
me
no
I'm
saying
if,
if
there
was
a
group
of
like
you,
know
five
executive
directors
or
artistic
directors
that
were
able
to
today,
just
say
you
know
next
week
you
have
it
in
two
weeks,
you
have
it
or
two
or
three
groups
come
together
every
week,
the
more
the
merrier
is,
what
I'm
thinking
and
you
guys
have
some
kind
of
a
counsel
or
witches,
or
something
that
I'll
get
together
and
well
theater
witches
yes,
yeah
Theater,
which
is
more
locked.
So
it's
just.
G
A
G
Q
K
A
All
right,
last
but
not
least,
we
have
Elson
Klein
skip
Henry,
Studio,
Eldon,
Eldon,
I'm.
Sorry,
it
says
else
in
here:
that's
Eldon!
C
A
I
see
your
name
but
I,
don't
see
we're
not
hearing
you
or
seeing
you.
So
thank.
J
J
Sorry
last
I'm
trying
to
I
just
went
onto
my
phone
I.
Don't
know
if
you
saw
me
switch
devices
and
it
none
I
don't
want
those
can.
H
J
A
J
I'm
on
the
screen,
where
I'm
on
the
screen,
where
I
can
see
me,
it
has
to
be
about
backgrounds
and
video
filters,
blurring
or
none
selecting,
none
but
there's
nowhere
like
usually
there's
an
acceptor.
A
J
All
right,
hey
good
evening,
I'm,
so
sorry
about
that,
because
I
wasn't
nervous
enough,
so
I
thought
I'd
come
in
with
a
really
big
mistake
about
not
being
on
camera.
How
are
you
good?
How
are
you
so
I'm
good?
My
name
is
Eldon
Klein
I
paint
under
skip
Henry,
which
is
the
skip
Henry
studio.
J
It
just
happened
a
little
story.
It's
not
important
right
now,
I
I
have
been
more
of
an
abstract
painter
since
right
for
the
pandemic
and
I.
Think
I
I
sent
a
slight
presentation
that
I
had
and
afford
a
copy,
a
PDF
of
it
as
well
to
Faith,
but
I
have
some
my
work
here,
interesting
that
the
animal
stuff
came
out
because
I
I've
been
doing
a
little
bit
of
research,
and
so
I
I've
been
painting
so
I'm
doing
some,
mostly
watercolor
and
acrylic
I
paint
little.
J
Where
are
they
cactuses
something
along
the
lines
of
this?
You
can
see
that
I,
don't
know
about
the
glare
I,
can't
see
that
and
also
like
this,
and
this
is
actually
a
print
of
another
picture
and
I,
don't
I'm,
not
sure
if
there
was
enough
a
demonstration
in
my
photos
that
I
left,
if
you
want
I,
can
do
one
right
now,
while
I
was
on
camera
on
live
together.
J
My
goal
is
for
them
to
all
have
a
little
story
behind
them
so
like
this
is
this
is
the
comet
sisters
or
successes,
they're,
Liz
and
Liz
and
they're
just
really
good
friends.
They
happen
to
have
the
same
name
and
they're
like
in
this
little
town.
J
The
cactuses
live
in
everyone's
really
Amazed
by
their
friendship,
lasting
so
long
friends
since
high
school
I'm,
also
working
on
a
small
short
book
about
a
cactus
as
well,
and
then
oh,
what
I
was
gonna
say
is
so
I
happened
upon
I,
never
really
thought
about
it.
I'm
plant-based
in
my
food
consumption
and
I
didn't
realize
it
somewhat.
Even
watercolor
paints
have
animal
products
in
them,
so
I
actually
switched
a
lot
of.
J
My
I
switched
my
brand
into
a
watercolor
paint
that
doesn't
use
animal
products
and
I
found
some
paper
brands
that
don't
use
gelatin
is
using
the
sizing
of
the
paper,
and
so
I
do
have
some
work.
That's
more
cruelty,
free,
I,
suppose
I'm
going
to
call
it
because
of
the
vegan
paper,
vegan
paint.
So
there's
no
animals
in
the
production
of
a
painting.
J
I
believe
so,
there's
there's
a
brand
called
a
quell
Aquila
I
believe
which
has
a
smaller
page,
but
apparently
Strathmore
products
don't
use
animal
products
in
there
in
their
making
of
that,
and
some
of
the
brands
I
know
I'm
a
I'm,
a
big
fan
of
which
I
lost
the
name
of
the
paper,
but
I'm
and
some
of
the
brands
have
like
one
or
two
options
for
that
I'm
just
kind
of
finding
out
the
information
getting
that
so
yeah
I
would
I
would
list
that.
A
J
Am
so
and
so
they're
offered
they're
offered
Frank
or
unframed
either
way,
whichever
you
want
them,
there's
a
price
difference
in
that
and
then
I
started
with
this
experiment,
with
this
kind
of
with
the
background
on
it,
I
thought
this
might
be
something
I
know
that
was
a
vendor
there.
A
couple
weeks
ago,
very
nice,
lady,
have
some
baby
onesies
I
think
with
a
very
similar
kind
of
cactus
design,
but.
J
There
you
go
thanks:
everybody,
her
baby
onesies
had
like
a
little
Cactus
science
at
Palm,
Springs,
cross
and
I
thought.
You
know,
that's
something
you
do
see
and
so
I'm
trying
to
find
a
way
to
maybe
incorporate
that
in
these
designs
in
these
paintings,
because
it
seems
like
they,
they
kind
of
want
that,
and
that
might
be
something
that
people
I
know.
When
we
go
on
vacation.
J
J
J
J
These
are
some
older
cards
that
are
not
as
Earth
friendly
I'm.
Trying
to
you
know,
be
a
sustainable
person
as
best
I
can.
But
then
these
are
I
found
with
more
natural
paper,
with
a
butcher
block
paper
for
envelopes
and
a
couple
of
sets
of
these.
But
but
usually
this
isn't
worth
thinking
about
more
of
a
special
occasion
card
because
I
don't
know
anyone,
I
haven't
gotten
a
card
for
a
while.
J
Christmas
is
on
us.
I
have
some
Christmas
cards,
but
you
know
again
it's
sort
of
a
one-off
thing
for
people
who
want
to
send
that
to
a
special
someone,
a
nice
card.
A
J
I'm
actually
working
with
my
ex-husband
on
this
project
who
lives
in
Los
Angeles
and
we've
kind
of
gone
back
and
forth
and
I
think
the
last
we
just
we've
sort
of
been
tossed
up
anywhere
between
for
the
five
by
sevens.
They
come
at
five
by
seven
or
eight
by
tens
and
either
30
or
40
range
for
the
five
by
seven.
But
then
40
40
range
40,
45
range
for
the
eight
by
ten
and
I
keep
changing
it.
He
keeps
changing
it.
J
Is
there
any
advice
you
might
give
on
this
I'm,
not
really
I.
Don't
really
know
I've,
never
really
done
this
before
it's.
G
Have
you
walked
the
brain,
the
parade
you
know,
Village
Fest
recently
and
I.
Think.
J
G
J
I
came,
we
went
more
often,
but
no
I
live
right,
honestly,
I'm!
Sorry,
I,
don't
go
that
often,
but
I
do
on
occasion.
A
I'm
I
move
that
we
accept
Eldon
into
Village.
Fest
can
I
get
a
second.
C
A
A
good
evening,
you
too
thanks
for
joining
us
to
leave
the
meeting.
Okay,
bye-bye.
A
All
right
that
completes
all
of
the
applicants
to
date,
so
we'll
move
on
to
unfinished
business
and
I
wanted
to
save
my.
If
that's
okay,
Jasmine
Mr
Brown
is
a
very
strict
person.
So
I
have
to
make
sure
that
I'm
doing
this
correctly,
apparently
I
was
not
supposed
to
send
out
the
the
letter
that
I
had
the
email
to
all
of
you.
I
was
supposed
to
just
send
it
to
Jasmine,
and
then
she
would
distribute
it
to
the
board
because
of
the
brown
act
which
I'm
you
know.
A
I'm
always
confused
by.
So
I
would
like
to
just
follow
up
on
that
I've
gotten
responses
from
all
of
you.
Thank
you
very
much
for
getting
back
to
me
and
taking
the
time
to
read
it.
The
next
question
is:
what
do
we
do
with
this
and
we're
in
election
year?
Right
now,
so
I,
don't
think
any
of
the
city
council
is
going
to
focus
on
right,
I'm
not
familiar
with
the
letter.
Oh
I'm,
sorry,
Joey
I
can
send
you
a
okay.
It
was
a
written
by
me.
A
It
was
just
an
email,
a
draft
kind
of
we're,
urging
city
council
to
allow
us
to
meet
in
person
for
a
variety
of
reasons.
A
You
know
most,
notably
that
we
can't
like
we
had
problems
this
evening,
judging
during
people's
art
and
craft
and
also
the
other
issue,
which
is
very
real,
is
that
a
lot
of
vendors
are
frustrated
by
this
process.
They
can't
really
show
us
their
products
and
or
they
don't
have
the
equipment
to
present
and
they
get
disqualified
or
they
they
don't
get
juried.
So
it's
a
little
bit
discriminatory,
so
not
a
little
bit,
it's
a
lot
discriminatory.
So
that's!
Basically
what
the
letter
was
about,
urging
them
to.
A
Let
us
go
back
to
in
person,
so
Jasmine
I'm
going
to
ask
you
for
some
guidance
here
what
what?
What
is
the
next
step?
This
is
clearly
a
frustration
for
the
board
and,
like
we
keep
hearing
that
it's
nothing's
happening
nothing's
happening,
but
there's
absolutely
no
reason
why
we
can't
shouldn't
be
meeting
in
person
and
it's
imperative
that
we
need
in
person.
So
so
we
can
correctly
evaluate
these
vendors
that
are
coming
before
us.
A
P
P
P
After
our
meeting
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
board's,
frustration
and
I
was
told
that
we
are
not
alone
that
there
are
quite
a
few
boards
that
are
very
anxious
to
get
back
in
person
and
that
the
item
of
from
my
understanding,
the
real
issue
is
not
necessarily,
can
you
meet
in
person,
it's
that
the
city
is
making
a
comprehensive
adjustments
to
how
boards
and
commissions
function
and
I
think
I
taught
maybe
Celia
and
Dan
a
little
bit
about
a
meeting
that
I
previously
had
where
we
talked
about
the
function
of
our
board.
P
What
works,
what
doesn't
work,
what
we
could
do
better
and
I
talked
a
lot
about
like
the
onboarding
process
and
making
it
a
little
bit
more
available
to
staff
so
that
we
could
be
a
part
of
it.
So
when
we
know
people
are
coming
on,
we
can
create
a
you
know
a
packet,
so
people
just
aren't
kind
of
thrown
into
meetings,
and
that
is
some
of
like
a
staff
frustration.
P
So
you
know
those
are
they're,
making
just
a
comprehensive
change
to
how
boards
function
and
trying
to
align
them
a
little
bit
more
on
when
they
meet
how
they
meet,
and
because
of
that,
that's
delayed
us
getting
back
into
the
office
or
getting
back
into
the
room.
So
we
could
do
it
in
person
which
has
delayed
everybody.
I
was
told
that
it
is
going.
The
comprehensive
plan
is
scheduled
to
go
before
Council,
but
it
won't
likely
go
before
them
until
December.
So
we
technically
only
have
one
more
meeting.
P
We
will
only
meet
once
in
November
because
of
Elections
and
then
ideally
it'll
go
to
Council
in
December
and
then
we'll
have
better
direction
as
to
where
we're
going
from
there.
But
it's
it's
because
they're
trying
to
do
one
whole
collection
of
changes
at
one
time
and
it
has
to
get
Council
approval.
P
So
I,
don't
think
that
forbids
you
from
sharing
your
frustrations
because
I
I've,
you
know
I'm
at
this
point
you
know
faith
and
I.
We
don't
really
have
any
say.
We
have
told
the
city
clerk's
office
multiple
times.
We've
made
the
request
multiple
times.
P
I
talked
to
the
city
manager's
office
last
week
about
some
of
the
frustration
and
it
seems
to
be
a
very
common
theme
with
boards
and
commissions.
Right
now
is
that
everybody
really
does
want
to
get
back
in
person
and-
and
nobody
is
meeting
in
person
at
this
time.
From
my
understanding,
based
on
my
meeting
last
week,.
P
A
To
touch
and
feel
and
taste
and
see
products
the
rest
of
the
boards
don't
have
that
onus.
So
it's
it's
really
imperative
that
we
be
considered
as
a
unique
board
in
terms
of
we're
not
like
every
other
board.
P
Yeah,
it's
just
not
I've
explained
that
multiple
times
both
to
the
city
clerk's
office
and
as
of
last
week
to
the
city
manager's
office,
and
there
is
an
understanding
that
this
board
has
a
unique
Endeavor
in
comparison
to
the
other
boards
and
commissions.
There's
there's
a
very
understanding
of
that
I.
Just
from
my
understanding
is
they're
gonna
they're
gonna
try
and
do
a
comprehensive
and
we're
looped
into
that
comprehensive
change.
E
And
then
my
last
question
is:
if
somebody
was
to
bring
it
up
in
Thursday's
council
meeting
as
an
agenda
piece
just
to
get
it
out
there.
Do
you
think
that's
wise
to
do.
P
You
wouldn't
be
able
to
do
it
as
an
agendized
item.
We
talked
a
little
bit
about
that
the
last
meeting,
but
you
could
bring
it
up
during
public
comments.
It
would
just
be
the
second
portion
of
public
comments.
P
So,
yes,
you're
more
than
welcome
to
speak
as
a
you
can
do
the
phone
call,
which
doesn't
require
anybody
to
actually
have
to
sit
at
a
council
meeting
until
you
know
9
10,
sometimes
before
they
get
to
that
second
public
comment,
section
and
I
would
I
would
try
and
do
a
kind
of
cohesive
if
you're
gonna
speak
it
at
the
meeting
on
behalf
of
the
board,
then
also
send
the
the
email
at
the
same
time
so
that
they
get
it
in
both
formats
and
that
it's
not
coming
separately.
A
So
does
this
come
from?
Do
I,
send
it
to
the
board
members,
do
you
send
it
Jasmine?
Do
we
have
to
have
all
the
board
sign?
It
I
mean
agree.
P
A
To
County
city
council,
that's
what
I
mean
I
will
do
that
I.
Don't
anticipate,
there's
going
to
be
any
action
taken
in
the
short
term,
but
I
will
go
ahead
and
do
that?
Does
anybody
on
the
board
disagree
with
that
position.
A
Not
going
to
be
able
to
be
there
Thursday
night,
so
no
you
can
do
it
by
phone.
I
won't
be
able
to
be
a
part
of
that
Thursday
night.
My
part
was
writing
the
letter.
So
if
somebody
else
wants
to,
you
know
speak
before
the
city
council
you're
more
than
welcome
I'm
a
little
frustrated
right
right
now
with
how
much
energy
I
want
to
put
into
this
can.
P
We
follow
up
with
Dan,
maybe
Dan
can
make.
A
That
up
yeah
I'll
talk
to
Dan,
okay
and
I
haven't
gotten
a
reaction
from
Dan.
He
has
not
responded
to
the
email,
so
I
don't
have
his
approval,
so
I
think
everybody
else
Greg.
Everybody
else
responded.
Okay,
all
right.
Let's
move
on
then
reports
and
requests
any
public
reports
or
requests
board
requests.
D
One
thing
that
I
just
would
like
to
request:
please:
there
are
some
issues
with
generators
at
the
food
court.
You
know
we
used
to
only
allow
a
certain
kind
that
weren't
as
noisy
or
stinky,
and
if
they
could
be
placed
not
in
front
of
businesses,
doors
that
are
open.
That
would
be
terrific,
I
I
know
it's
a
logistical
problem,
but
I
would
really
appreciate
it.
D
It
was
not
a
Mean
Street,
it
was
a
me
okay,
I,
don't
know
if
others
are
having
this
problem
with
it,
but
but
we
have
been
and-
and
we
are
open,
till
10
on
Village
chess
night
and
and
that
would
be
great
and
I
know
Jasmine
and
Faith
and
Chris
have
all
been
helpful
on
the
subject.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Joy.
A
C
Know
you
mentioned
this
last
week:
Julian.
Definitely
don't
want
any
fumes
going
into
your
shop
too.
So
yeah,
that's
important.
So
again,
I
don't
know
if
this
is
a
logistical
thing
or
placement
of
those
certain
vendors
I,
don't
know
if
that's
in
particular
to
food
vendors,
because
they're
using
more
power
and
energy.
C
If
that's
the
case,
I
don't
know
if
they
have
any
appliances,
but
it
was
going
to
be,
or
at
least
five
when
I
went
down
to
the
office
today.
I
don't
know
if
this
is
just
something
we
can
address
at
a
later
time,
but
potentially
having
food,
vendors
or
food
trucks
as
we're
starting
to
get
a
little
bit
more
of
those
in
out
towards
that
graffiti
Park
area.
C
So
it
wouldn't
be
as
crowded
with
you
know,
big
generators
on
that
main
street,
but
perhaps
where
the
farmer's
market,
or
even
more
towards
that
back
street,
we
can
maybe
fill
that
with
more
food
or
food
trucks
come
in
because
I
know
from
a
logistical
side,
there's
only
one
entry
into
the
food
truck
versus
booths.
You
can
kind
of
reach
around
from
you
know
multiple
angles.
C
So,
if
that's
some
sort
of
suggestion
or
possibility
in
the
future
I
guess
we
can
bring
up
at
a
later
meeting,
but
perhaps
it's
all
you
know
one
piece
of
this
whole
puzzle.
D
No
everything
seems
to
be
going
swimmingly.
Well,
it's
busy
out
there,
oh
and
I'm
sure
that
you're
gonna
talk
about
for
this,
this
Thursday
night
being
right.
That's
our
Halloween
night,
all
right,
whoa,.
A
Okay,
what
any
the
subcommittee
reports
anything
from
retention,
David,
nothing,
you're,
you're,
muted,.
G
Sorry,
for
some
reason,
I'm
being
muted
I,
don't
know
why
but
I
haven't
touched
it.
No
we're
not
ready
until
until
everybody
gets
back.
Okay.
P
Yeah,
so
I
just
wanted
to
touch
on
a
few
things.
One
of
them
is,
we
are
having
some
challenges
in
the
food
court.
It
kind
of
we
fix
one
problem
and
then
another
one
comes
up
and
they
do.
They
are
very
much
centered
around
food
trucks
and
generators.
P
So
at
one
time
generators
weren't
allowed
at
all,
but
kind
of
as
things
have
evolved,
our
food
has
become
a
little
more
complex
and
we've
allowed
generators
kind
of
slowly
to
kind
of
sneak
in
and
now
we
have
a
somewhat
unmanageable
amount
of
generators
to
deal
with.
P
So
I
would
like
the
board
to
consider
as
we
move
forward
both
food
trucks
and
generators
and
that
possible
impact
to
Merchants.
So
obviously,
the
North
End
is
where
we
have
our
food
court,
the
majority
of
our
food
service,
vendors
and
we
are
very
challenged
with
trying
to
get
them
all
placed
up
appropriately
as
food
trucks
become
more
prevalent.
We
are
challenged
with
the
one
hour
setup
time
and
trying
to
get
multiple
large
trucks
carrying
large
trailers
all
into
the
street.
P
You
know
one
somewhat
confined
area
at
one
time
and
then
all
you
just
have
to
remember
that
all
food
trucks
do
have
generators,
that's
how
they
function
kind
of
independently.
So
you
know
it's
a
bit
of
a
catch-22
for
staff,
because
the
generators
are
nice,
they
don't
pull
electricity
and
then
kind
of
blow
out
the
poles
and
our
electrician
is
down
there.
P
You
know
trying
to
replace
these
very
expensive
Breakers
all
night
long,
but
it
is
not
ideal
on
a
public
street
with
businesses
that
are
open
up
and
down
Palm
Canyon,
so
we're
running
into
businesses
upset
that
there's
generators
going
on
and
it's
impacting
their
outdoor
dining
or
it's
impacting
their
storefronts
and
we're
just
very
limited.
So
unless
the
board
really
wants
to
have
a
deeper
conversation
about,
maybe
creating
a
food
truck
food
court
outside
of
Palm
Canyon,
we
can
have
that
conversation.
P
But
as
these
food
trucks
come
before
you
and
as
they
come
before
you
with
generators
and
things
of
that
nature,
we
would
really
request
that
the
board
take
a
deeper
look
at
it
and
the
possible
impact
of
the
logistics
of
trying
to
get
them
all
placed
and
also
making
sure
that
our
downtown
Merchants
are
successful
as
well.
Jasmine.
P
G
Would
it
be
logical
to
assume
then
that
anybody
approved
up
to
this
point
is
grandfathered
in.
P
We
are
working
right
now,
I'm
gonna
come
out
this
Thursday
and
work
on
a
couple
vendors
food
trucks
and
see
if
we
can
find
a
way
to
make
them
work.
But
yes,
we
have
vendors
who
have
been
approved
should
be
able
to
participate.
Okay,.
A
So
that's
something
that
maybe
going
forward
as
board
members.
We
should
be
asking
you
know
what
what
is
your
setup
and
yeah.
C
G
P
G
C
Yeah
I'm,
all
for
that
and
I
think
yeah.
It
could
be
a
deeper
discussion
that
we
have
at
a
later
date,
but
even
just
experience
wise,
you
know
when
you
have
those
huge
lines
outside
and
people
are
all
waiting
to
get
food,
and
then
you
know
they're
trying
to
find
a
place
to
eat
they're
either
on
the
sidewalk
or
they're.
You
know
kind
of
standing
in
an
alley
right
so
having
a
designated
location
that
could
be
a
cool
little
food
Hub
that
keeps
you
know
the
generators.
C
If
there's
any
fumes,
it
can
kind
of
have
one
central
location
for
food,
I
think
experientially.
That
would
be
really
fun
like
you'd,
see
in
you
know,
in
Austin,
Texas
or
in
Nashville,
or
something
interesting
right,
and
it
also
keeps
you
know
the
merchants
happy
because
I
think
that's
a
big
part
of
it
as
well.
Is
we
want
to
see
them
thrive
on
these
Thursday
nights
as
well,
but
keep
the
fumes
and
the
noise
away,
but
yeah
I'm?
C
All
for
maybe
you
know
working
towards
something
where
we
could
have
another
location,
whether
it
is
that
graffiti
Park
kind
of
near
the
farmer's
market.
There's
already
food
kind
of
trickling
down
Museum
way
towards
the
Maryland
that
way,
but
I
know
there
is
open
in
space.
I,
don't
know
about
the
ownership
of
the
land
or
if
there
is
a
certain
area,
but
I
know
that
that
street
is
closed
off
for
entry
and
access
points.
C
So
if
that's
an
easy
load
in
Loadout
location
for
Logistics,
perhaps
that's
a
an
area
but
but
yeah
all
four
kind
of
finding
a
location
for
this.
If
that's
something
that
we
think
might
be,
you
know
better
experientially
moving
forward
as
we
do
get
more
food
coming
into
pump.
Springs.
N
D
Rest
of
it
is
a
great
plan
too.
You
know
to
be
discussing,
but
it
is
literally
right
there
thanks.
A
P
D
P
Tried
to
move
it
out
of
the
way
so
that
it
wasn't
impacting
the
patio.
Well
now
it's
impacting
a
different
business,
and
that
is
honestly
a
very
common
situation
that
happens.
It's
not
unique
to
to
Joy
it
just
is
you
know,
generators
are
very
noisy
and
they
release
fumes.
So
it
is,
it
is
just
a
a
and
we
could
move
that
vendor
and
then
it's
just
going
to
impact.
P
A
How
how
can
we
take
action
on
this?
Instead
of
just
kicking
it
down
the
road
for
a
further
discussion?
Is
there
something
that
we
can
do
put
it
on
the
agenda
for
our
next
meeting
or
have
a
separate
meeting
where
we
talk?
We
have
talked
about
having
a
separate
kind
of
in-service
for
the
board
that
we
can
discuss
some
of
these
issues
and
not
have
to
take
up
most
of
the
time.
Betting
vendors
so
is.
Is
there
some
action
we
can
take.
P
It's
really
just
logistical:
it's
a
staff
staff
issue
now
that
now
now
it's
on
our
plate,
so
once
the
boards
approve
them
and
you've
approved
their
Booth
set
up,
it's
now
a
staff
issue
to
try
and
logistically
figure
it
out.
So
that's
going
to
be
my
role
this
week,
Faith's
going
to
be
setting
up
for
Halloween
downtown,
so
I'm
going
to
come
out
and
I'm
going
to
try
and
get
some
of
our
food
trucks,
and
some
of
the
generator
issues
outlined
a
little
bit
better.
B
T
B
And
you
know
before
that,
when
they've
done
not
when
they've
had
like
the
charcoal
and
things
like
that,
then
that
creates
smoke.
So
then
that's
another
issue
that
we
run
into
so
so
it
is.
It
is
a
challenge
that
that
one
food
vendor
I
did.
We
do
have
one
vendor
that
does
not
use
a
generator
and
I
can't
put
them
there
because
they
sell
pizza
and
that's
right
by
NYPD.
So
we
we
don't
put
any
vendors
in
front
of
joystore.
B
We
live
those
spaces
open
and
I
have
had
him
put
the
generator
on
the
other
side
of
the
tree,
which
is
close
to
the
pizza
vendor.
The
pizza
vendor.
Does
it
mine,
but
I
guess
I'm,
not
sure
you
know
what
the
answer
is,
because
we
do.
We
do
have
that
space,
open
and
I
do
go
on
the
other
side
which
doesn't
block
the
store
but
I
guess
the
fumes
do
travel
over
so
I'm,
not
sure
that,
as
Jasmine
said,
we'll
just
try
and
figure
it
out
and
I.
C
C
Your
recommendation,
sorry
for
your
recommendation,
Jasmine
and
Faith,
just
because
I
know
that
you
hear
the
complaints
firsthand
before
anyone.
Is
there
a
location
that
if
it
was
a
you
know,
complete,
Nirvana
state
in
this
you
know
that's
local
in
the
area
that
would
work
out.
Is
there
an
area
you
know
maybe
a
street
over,
or
you
know
that
you
would
think
coming
from
your
end
being
that
you
know
you're
kind
of
involved
in
that
space.
A
lot
more
and
you
know,
probably
know
all
the
streets
and
side
streets.
P
P
P
You
know
generators
and
large
enough
where
we
could
get
trucks
and
trailers
in,
but
that's
not
really
feasible
for
I.
Think
part
of
the
appeal
a
village
fast,
is
that
it
is
in
our
Downtown
Quarter
and
that
you
do
have
the
ability
to
visit
merchants
and
visit
vendors
on
the
street
so
because
food
has
become
a
a
continued
challenge.
P
The
health
department
has
certain
regulations
and
in
order
for
the
vendors
to
abide
by
those
regulations
which
we
all
want
them
to,
they
do
need
more
resources
than
the
infrastructure
of
Village
Fest
offers.
So
we
do
not
offer
the
electrical
that
they
need
to
function
to
stay
within
compliance
of
the
health
department
and
that's
where
that's,
where
we're
running
into
trouble,
and
previously
we
didn't,
we
never
allowed
generators.
P
P
Yeah
it
would,
it
would
be
I,
mean
I,
think
it
would
be
good
to
ask
staff
when
one
should
come
before
you
or
you
could
tell
us.
You
know
you
want
to
hold
off
until
staff
feels
comfortable,
because
right
now
we're
just
we
don't
have
the
appropriate
space
and
or
time
to
get
everybody
set.
A
So
if
we
had
a
food
truck
vendor
come
before
the
board,
we
would
tell
them
at
that
meeting
that
that
we
have,
you
know
kind
of
a
moratorium
on
this,
so
wouldn't
that
be
unfair
to
them
that
they
came
and
presented,
and
then
we
said
no
we're
not
going
to
add
any
more
yes.
P
Up
front:
yes,
the
board
has
the
ability
to
say
you
know
we're
not
going
to
see
any
more
food
truck
vendors
for
a
period
of
time.
So
you
could
say
you
know
three
months
or
you
could
say
staff.
Let
the
board
know
when
we
have
lost
vendors
or
food
truck
vendors
and
then
we
will
start
to
consider
more.
But
at
the
like
at
this
current
time
frame,
we
don't
want
to
see
anymore.
So,
yes,
you
can
go
either
way
so.
A
C
C
E
A
Let's
just
add
that
to
the
more:
let's
add
that
to
the
agenda
for
next
meeting,
which
won't
be
until
the
end
of
November,
but
I
definitely
think
the
board
should
take
action
or
can
take
action
to
make
it
easier
for
the
staff
and
the
merchants
downtown.
P
Sorry,
one
more
one,
more
small
thing:
the
weekend
of
November
5th
and
6th,
the
Indian
Wells
is
holding
their
annual
art
fair.
So
if
there's
any
board
members
that
are
interested
in
going
and
maybe
taking
some
of
our
brochures
and
recruiting
some
vendors,
that's
always
something
I
like
to
offer
UPS
we
can
pay
for
tickets
to
enter
the
event.
P
N
A
Yeah
Julie:
we
did
that
once
with
right
yeah,
so
we've
done
that
before
and
it
does.
It
does
make
a
difference,
and
you
know
vendors
like
having
that
opportunity.
I,
unfortunately
can't
go.
I
have
company
coming
that
week,
but
I
would
go
if,
if
that
weren't
the
case,
so
anybody
that
can
go
that
would
be
appreciated,
I'm
sure
yeah.
C
I'd
like
to
attend,
Jasmine
and
also
just
getting
feedback,
I
know
just
kind
of
Fielding
thoughts
about
Village
Fest
as
well.
Some
recommendations
were
more
art
and
just
kind
of
beautifying
and
bring
in
a
lot
more
color
down
there
as
well,
so
I'd
be
happy
to
go
and
kind
of
filled
and
see
what
could
be
a
good
fit
for
the
village
Fest
down
here.
Awesome.
B
So
we
do
have
our
event
on
Thursday
it's
going
to
be
on
Taco,
it's
between
Indian
and
Tacos,
we'll
shut
the
street
down
at
two,
the
vendors,
the
the
merchants
down
there
were
notified.
So
we
have
a
bit
of
time
to
set
up.
B
So
we
do
have
I
know,
Celia
is
going
to
come
and
Chris
will
be
there.
We
usually
gotta.
Have
you
guys
at
the
information
booth
and
you
help
with
the
costume
contest
with
the
kids.
It's
always
super
fun,
so
yeah
we're
just
excited
about
it.
We're
getting
prepared
and
yeah.
We
just
you
know
I
think
we'll
have
a
good
turnout.
We
had
a
good
turnout
last
year,
but
I
feel
like
it'll,
be
even
a
bigger
turnout.
B
This
year
where's
the
booth
faith,
the
booth
will
be
I
think
we
usually
put
you
the
information
booth
close
to
where
the
Coffee
Bean
used
to
be
where
the
Lucille
Ball
is
okay,
bench
yeah
on
talk.
E
B
B
A
Great
any
other
anything
else
from
Faith
or
Jasmine
staff
reports
all
right,
so
we're
at
the
end
of
our
meeting
today
and
I'm
gonna
ask
for
a
motion
for
adjournment.
