Description
City of Palm Springs Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting - March 22nd 2021
B
C
A
Okay,
thank
you
director
alvarado.
Can
we
have
a.
B
Okay,
I
think
I
did
it
right
right.
Can
you
guys?
Yes,
there's
a
closed
captioning,
all
right,
okay,
chair,
bully
frozen
by
sure
called.
C
D
E
D
A
Okay,
very
good
report
on
the
posting
of
the
agenda.
Please.
A
B
The
agenda
was
posted
according
to
policies
and
procedures,
city
at
both
city
hall,
the
leisure
center
and
online.
A
A
If
not,
could
we
have
a
motion
of
acceptance
and
motion
motion
from
commissioner
goodman,
the
second
from
commissioner
jerry
alcor
and
all
in
favor
aye
opposed
abstain?
Do
we,
I
think
everyone's
there?
So
we
have
no
extensions.
A
Do
we
have
any
correspondence
for
this
meeting
none
today,
okay,
this
portion
is
set
aside
for
members
of
the
public
to
address
the
commission
and
parks
and
recreational
attendant
items.
I
see
no
visitors
do
any
commissioners
have
any
input
for
public
comment
that
they
want
in
place.
If
not
we'll
dispense
with
the
reading
of
all
the
information.
A
Okay,
do
we
have
a
report
from
the
city
manager.
B
B
What
are
the
dates?
The
dates
I
left
out.
I
know
it's
march
29th
through
april,
2nd,
it's
10
per
household
and
you'll,
get
a
special
note
from
the
bunny
staff
will
hide
the
eggs
in
the
front
yard
of
the
resident.
If
there's
time,
there'll
be
a
socially
distant
photo
with
the
bunny
and
reservations
are
required.
B
B
Again,
reservations
are
required,
staff
will
hide
the
eggs,
they
are
glow
in
the
dark
and
if
time
permits,
they'll
be
a
socially
distant
photo
with
the
bunny
and
james,
oh
jesse's,
having
their
front
yard
egg
hunt,
which
will
be
friday
april,
2nd
from
11am
to
5pm
registration
is
required,
and
it's
following
the
same
concept.
Staff
will
hide
eggs
in
their
front
yard
and
if
time
permits
they'll
be
a
photo
with
the
bunny
demuth
had
their
first
friday
event
last
friday
and
they
had
about
30
cars.
B
We
were
able
to
collect
information
from
the
neighborhood
so
that
we
could
figure
out
how
to
connect
with
them
better
and
get
information
to
them
and
hopefully
help
to
help
develop
programming
that
will
benefit
the
community
there
and
make
sure
that
we
are
meeting
the
needs.
Those
are
my
updates.
B
A
F
Sure,
thank
you,
everyone,
so
for
the
james,
oh
jesse,
gem
floor.
That's
on
the
council
agenda
for
thursday
night,
so
we
will
award
the
construction
contract
for
the
gym
floor.
F
Replacement
for
the
pavilion
staff
has
received
some
cost
estimates
for
the
curtains,
so
we're
reviewing
that
with
the
with
the
contractor
and
then
there's
no
update
on
the
audio
equipment.
Regarding
the
shade
structures.
Our
contractor
has
submitted
most
of
the
documents
we
need
to
execute
their
contract,
we're
waiting
for
them
to
submit
their
bonds.
Once
we
get
that
we
can
move
forward
with
the
shade
structures.
F
There
is
going
to
be
some
procurement
time
to
get
all
the
steel
frames
and
fabricate
the
actual
coverings,
but
we're
excited
to
move
forward
with
that
playground
surfacing.
So
what
we
did,
staff
read
due
to
the
really
high
cost.
We
revised
the
scope
of
work
for
the
vendor
and
we
basically
shrunk
the
areas
down,
but
we
are
waiting
for
the
vendor
to
give
us
new
pricing
on
that
scope
of
work.
If
we
think
it's
reasonable,
we'll
come
back
and
present
that
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
for
that
sunrise
restrooms.
F
The
con
construction
contract
is
currently
being
routed
for
signatures.
One
is
complete.
We
can
start
the
demolition
pretty
soon
cynthia.
I
need
to
discuss
with
you.
There's
a
need
to
remove
the
equipment
from
the
storage
area.
The
storage
room
over
there
and
demolition
is
one
of
the
first
things
they're
going
to
do
so.
We
need
to
work
on
that
rather
quickly,
ball
field
lighting,
there's
no
update
on
that.
F
We
are
currently
looking
for
the
design
of
the
buff
filled
lights
to
replace
them
and
then
the
downtown
park.
The
contractor
is
currently
working
on
the
area
adjacent
to
museum
way
and
that's
why
the
museum
way
between
ballardo
and
museum
drive
is
closed
right
now,
so
they're
moving
along
on
the
downtown
park,
and
that
completes
my
report
unless
you
guys
have
questions
on
any
of
that.
A
A
question
for
don
on
that,
commissioner
cohen:
go
ahead.
G
This
isn't
one
of
those
projects
done.
I
was
asked
this
question.
I
don't
know
if
this
falls.
If
there's
something
on
the
schedule,
are
we
doing
any
work
in
francis
stevens
park
and
the
reason
I'm
asking
is
people
have
been
asking
me
because
it
looks
like
there's
some
deferred
maintenance
there,
the
fountain
is
terribly
peeling
and
looking
a
lot
of
things
there,
looking
a
little
chappy
and
unattractive,
I
didn't
know.
I
couldn't
remember
if
there's
anything
coming
up
francis
stevens
park.
F
D
F
A
Other
questions
done,
you
mentioned
downtown
park.
Is
that
scheduled,
probably
for
june,
or
are
we
still
on
schedule
for
what.
F
I
think
the
last
update
I
received
was
a
june
late
june
completion
date.
I
think
that's
what
joelle
presented
to
you
last
month
that
hasn't
changed
today's
meeting
so.
A
D
F
D
B
E
Commissioner,
crawford,
yes
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
when
we
do
the
restrooms
there
at
a
sunrise
park
in
the
storage
facility
that
we're
in
communication
with
the
youth
football
group,
so
that
they
can
have
the
storage
container
for
their
property
and
their
pads
and
things
of
that
nature.
B
Yeah
we're
working
on
trying
to
find
a
storage
unit
that
we
can
place
in
the
parking
lot
for
them
so
that
they
can
have
that
for
their
equipment.
F
A
A
A
F
B
I
Yeah,
I'm
sorry
don.
I
might
have
missed
this.
You
mentioned
about
the
shade
structure
that
there
was
a
slight
redesign.
Did
I
hear
that
correctly.
F
F
A
If
there
are
no
other
questions
for
don
in
engineering,
we'll
move
on
to
our
next
topic,
and
thank
you
again
don
okay
number
two
is
discussion
on
the
covenanting
updates
verbal
report
from
brecker
alvarado.
B
So
about
a
week
and
a
half
ago,
I
was
notified
that
we
would
be
able
to
open
up
for
youth
sports
and
adult
recreation
sports,
so
we
notified
all
of
the
leagues
and
the
organizations
and
let
them
know
that
we
would
be
taking
reservations
so
that
they
could
start
play.
We
are
giving
priority
to
palm
springs
organizations
first,
they'll
have
their
the
first
two
weeks
to
let
us
know
what
they're
looking
for
and
reserve
it,
and
then,
after
that,
we'll
open
it
up
to
outside
organizations
that
aren't
from
palm
springs.
B
What
we
are
requiring
of
the
teams
is
for
them
to
fill
out.
The
covid
waivers,
so
they'll
have
to
submit
their
entire
team
packet
for
us
to
be
able
to
give
them
their
approved
field
permit
and
so
you'll
be
seeing.
I
think
a
sunday
we
had
the
gay
league
was
out.
B
I
know
we
received
two
more
packets
that
were
completed
and
you'll
start
seeing
ayso
and
psyl
out
on
the
field.
Soon
the
high
school
swim
team
is
in
the
pool
and
we
are
finishing
up
with
high
school
softball
today
and
baseball.
B
B
B
C
B
Oh
no,
it
is
so.
She
is
currently
a
recreation
program
assistant,
but
I
had
one
of
our
part-timers
decided
to
go
on
and
pursue
other
other
things
in
life.
So
I
do
have
a
vacancy,
it's
part-time,
it's
30
hours
and
they
will
be
working
with
the
youth
with
our
youth
programs
and
the
move.
B
A
If
not,
we
will
move
on
to
our
next
topic,
which
is
park,
naming
policy,
and
I'm
going
to
turn
this
to
the
subcommittee
david
cohen,
dieter
crawford
and
I'm
trying
to
think
who
is
our
third
person.
That's
on
that
david
and
johnny,
and
let
you
bring
up
what
was
sent
to
us
this.
B
I
guess
I
can
give
a
quick
little
intro,
so
we
sent
this
to
the
city
attorney
for
review
on
all
the
work
that
the
subcommittee
has
done
and
there
were
just
a
few
minor
changes.
Basically,
it's
going
to
go
from
being
a
proposed
ordinance
to
a
resolution
so
that
any
time
we
we
move
it
forward.
It
just
goes
to
council
and
they
approve
by
resolution.
G
Just
want
to
mention
so
in
the
donation
policy
document
you'll
see
a
comment
in
there
of
those
of
you
who
may
have
had
a
chance
to
review
it.
The
city
attorney
suggested
that
only
donations
at
3,
000
or
less
don't
need
council
acceptance,
and
my
comment
to
that,
and
I
think
the
other
commissioners
on
the
subcommittee
also
made
similar
comments.
G
Agreeing
that
we
thought
3000
would
just
be
bureaucratically
administratively
too
cumbersome
and
we're
recommending
that
be
bumped
up
to
at
least
10
000
as
the
minimum
threshold,
because
if
somebody
makes
a
donation
and
that
cindy
cynthia
can't
accept
it
and
move
forward
and
know
what
she's
doing
3
000
is
way
too
small
to
get
into
things.
B
A
H
Well,
first,
I
want
to
congratulate
you
for
doing
a
great
job.
I
did
have
some
questions
about
it
when
when
we
first
talked
about
it,
but
I
think
you've
addressed
all
of
them.
H
H
We
will
recommend
it
and
then
they
will
make
the
the
decision.
But
I
want
to
congratulate
you
on
a
on
a
great
job.
I
mean
it's
much
bigger
than
I
thought
it
was
going
to
be.
But
again
I
I
thought
you
did
a
great
job.
E
Yeah
I
just
wanted
to,
I
wasn't
sure
if
it
was
anywhere
in
the
poll
in
the
policy.
I
did
ask
about
it
before.
I
know
we
discussed
it,
but
the
signatures
are
those
palm
springs
residents
or
are
those
just
signatures
in
general.
B
A
B
I
know
that's
how
they
justify
giving
the
resident
fees
to
individuals
who
participate
in
our
department.
So
if
the
commission
is
okay
with
me
following
that
for
signature
purposes,
we
can
change.
We
can
update
that
to
have
it
say
that
language.
A
H
E
Commercial,
I
believe
that
I
believe
that
as
well,
that
residents
that
are
property
or
live
here
should
have
a
little
more
say
so
as
well.
A
B
A
G
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
that
we
move
forward
on
the
naming
policy,
ordinance,
draft
and
gift
donation
policy
for
staff
to
prepare
that
for
council,
legal
counsel
and
city
council
review
and
approval.
A
B
In
a
hurry,
do
you
want
me
to
read
what
I
have
sure
okay,
so
I
have
moved
forward
with
the
naming
policy
as
it,
as
is
for
staff
to
prepare
for
council
review
and
consideration.
A
Oh
you're,
late
with
flashing,
I
thought
you
had
something.
If
there
are
no
other
discussions,
then
we
are
ready
for
a
vote
on
the
item
that
commissioner
cohen,
has
set
for
all
in
favor.
Raise
your
hand.
D
A
And
speak
loudly
all
right,
I
don't
think
there's
any
commissioner
diaz.
I
didn't.
I
can't
see
you
do
we
have
any
no
votes,
they
all
opposed.
A
Okay,
very
good-
and
I
again
I
want
to
thank
the
subcommittee
on
that,
because
it
does
reflect
a
very
well
thought
out
and
put
together
proposal
for
us
to
send
to
council.
A
Our
next
portion
is
donation
policy
and,
since
we've
kind
of
discussed
a
little
bit
david,
you
want
to
reiterate
what
you
were
discussing
there.
I
was
writing
down
some
other
notes
on
something
else.
G
All
right,
I
believe,
city
council,
the
city's
legal
council
attorney
draft,
helped
us
draft
cynthia
draft,
a
naming
policy
and
when
the
subcommittee
as
well,
cynthia
reviewed.
D
G
For
a
donation
or
even
a
donation,
kind
that
had
a
value
of
assuming
three
thousand
dollars
before.
G
Let's
say
even
if
it
was
for
school
materials
or
something
that
began
to
have
a
value
over
three
thousand
dollars,
and
that,
of
course,
could
be
subject
to
delays
of
getting
something
agendaized
and
put
on
the
city
council
agenda
at
a
meeting.
So
we
thought
it
would
be
more
appropriate
to
use
something
like
a
ten
thousand
dollar
threshold
before
city
council
would
be
approving
the
acceptance
of
a
donation,
and
otherwise
it's
up
to
the
good
judgment
and
and
reason
of
the
parks
director
to
accept
it.
B
I
do
highlight
I
reached
out
with
your
with
the
subcommittee's
comments
to
the
city
attorney
and
let
him
know
the
interest
of
raising
it
to
ten
thousand
dollars
and
after
conversation,
it's
really
up
to.
B
He
advised
discussing
it
with
the
city
manager
to
see
what
they
were
comfortable
with,
because
obviously
there's
tears
of
acceptance
right.
So
since
we
have
a
new
city
manager
coming
in,
I
figured
it's
probably
best
for
us
to
wait
to
see
what
he's
going
to
be
comfortable
with
doing
before.
We
commit
to
something
because
who
knows
what
he
has
seen,
but
I
know
when
it
comes
to
expensing
money
before
it
goes
to
before
it's
required
to
go
to
council.
I
think
it's
like
a
25
000.
B
B
G
I
would
say
that
sounds
fine.
If
that's
you
know,
we
also
like
to
follow
the
lead
with
the
director
of
the
department,
so,
if
you're
more
comfortable
waiting
to
talk
with
a
new
city
manager
about
this
and
then
bring
it
back
to
us,
what
you've
learned,
I'm
sure
that's
a
fine
way
of
moving
forward
on
the
navy
policy.
I'm
sorry,
I'm
the
donation
policy.
A
A
C
A
Yeah,
I
don't,
I
hope
he
doesn't
drag
too
long,
but
perhaps
when
we
do
have
a
discussion
with
him,
our
director
can
find
out
something
that
suits
his
needs.
A
Our
next
section
is
the
discussion
selection
of
dates
for
our
commission
workshop.
We
have
been
going
along
on
some
dates
and
I
believe
director
has
some
dates
to
put
out
that
we're
going
to
try
to
finalize
and
zero
in
on
from
our
voting.
B
Sorry,
I'm
still
learning
how
to
use
this
this
site
here.
Okay,
so
there
were,
there
were
some.
There
was
some
interest
in
holding
it
the
easter
weekend,
but
we
crossed
that
out
because
we
know
there
are
several
who
do
have
plans
that
weekend
and
will
be
available.
B
A
E
D
A
B
I
B
Yeah
I
mean
we
can
push
it
to
1
pm.
I
can
grab
some
lunch
and
then
come
back,
I'm
not
going
anywhere
I'll
be
in
my
house.
A
I
do
know
the
facilitator
has
said
that
he
had
in
mind
doing
a
wrap
up
after
lunch
after
we
broke,
we
break
for
lunch,
take
a
half
hour.
Then
he
want
to
come
back
and
do
a
wrap
up
of
what
we
have
discussed.
If
that's,
where
we're
going.
So
I'm
a
little
concerned
about
the
time
line
getting
ourselves
in
trouble
and
I
don't
want
to
lose
my
subcommittee
of
doug
of
commissioner
goodman
and
armstrong
from
the
meeting.
I
A
I
Well,
are
you
are
you
cynthia?
You
said
there
were
a
couple
of
dates.
The
facilitator
was
available,
I
heard
24th
and
in
may
so,
where
you
know
you
guys
can
decide
if
you
want
to
move
the
dog
park
meeting
or
if
you
want
to
take
another
date
for
the
the
team
you
know
the
off-site.
I
I
mean
I
think,
for
the
dog
park.
You
know
we
would
like
to
get
that
item
as
soon
as
possible
to
everybody.
Since
it's
we
would
hate
go
two
months,
but
you
know
whatever
you
guys
decide,
I'm
sure
travis
and
I
could
figure
something
out.
B
I
Well,
I
think
what
then,
what
it
happens
is
we're
in
an
all
day
off
site
and
then
we're
in
another
session
for
dog
park,
so
it
really
does
kind
of
consume
the
entire
day,
and
I
I
actually
think
we
could
do
an
evening
for
the
dog
park.
I
I
don't
think
that
it
has
to
be
a
saturday
we
could.
We
could
do
an
evening
after
dinner,
when
we
think
people
might
be
able
to
attend.
E
Yeah
my
question
was:
I
didn't
really
want
us
to
bump
the
dog
park
if
they
already
had
that
date
set.
Would
the
facilitator
be
available
on
the
24th
as
well?
Yes,.
G
Yeah,
I
would
also
second
what
commissioner
crawford
said:
I'd
love
to
there's
no
magic
for
us
to
do
it
on
the
10th,
as
the
commission
and
the
dog
park
has
some
momentum,
so
I'd
love
to
support
them.
Allow
them
to
keep
the
10th
also
learning
that
the
new
city
manager
is
just
going
to
get
started.
I
would
really
mind
having
the
city
manager
have
a
couple
of
weeks
under
his
belt
before
we
get
together
as
a
commission
as
well
to
alert
see
if
there's
anything
direction
that
we
need
to
learn
that
way.
A
We
go
with
a
first
and
second
choice
that
we
get
we
vote
on
and
we
give
to
our
facilitator
just
to
be
safe,
and
we
should
have
an
indication
from
him
tomorrow
that
it's
he
said
anytime
was
good
on
those
dates
when
we're
discussing,
but
just
to
be
safe
because
we're
a
month
from
the
start.
Do
we
have
a
date
in
may
that
we
were
talking
of
may.
B
B
Oh,
that
I'll
send
the
calendar
invite
once
we
have
a
final
on
the
date
so
that
it
can
be
reserved
on
your
guys's
schedules.
And
then
I
will
update
the
dog
park
flyer
and
have
some
printed
out
tomorrow.
So
I
can
get
posted
and
hand
out
to
our
lovely
volunteer
and
if
travis-
and
you
want
to
pick
some
up
I'll-
have
some
available
too.
A
Our
next
topic,
if
we
have
no
nothing
else
to
add
to
the
commission
workshop,
our
next
topic
will
be
reports
from
our
ad
hoc
committees
and
I
guess
we
got
a
little
bit
ahead,
but
I
would
like
to
hear
what's
happening
with
our
dog
park
ad
hoc
committee.
I
I
I
We
got
a
lot
of
very
good
information
and
what
came
out
of
that
was
actually
surveying,
since
some
people
might
not
be
comfortable
on
zoom
or
the
time
might
not
work
for
them
to
attend,
and
so
what
we
agreed
is
that
we
would
survey
the
community
members
who
attend
the
dog
park,
we'll
start
first
by
going
to
the
dog
park
and
finding
out
what
their
interests
are,
what
they
would
like
to
discuss
and
what
are
they
celebrating
and
what
are
their
concerns?
We'll
then
put
a
list
of
questions
together
for
cynthia.
I
She
will
help
us
organize
a
monkey
survey
and
then
we
will
send
that
out
and
be
able
to
capture
information
there,
and
then
we
agreed
that
with
enough
notice,
we
would
come
back
together
as
a
group
on
april
10th
to
see
what
everyone's
feedback
is.
At
this
point,
the
dog
park
really
is
the
ground
coverage.
The
turf
issue
is
it
just
continues
to
decline?
A
Okay,
I
believe
we're
good
there
we
have
discussed
everything.
Does
any
other
subcommittee
have
anything
to
bring
out?
I
know
we've
already
discussed
the
subcommittee
on
the
naming,
pickleball
restroom
swim
team,
the
major
jay
sparks.
A
Moving
right
along
this
portion
has
been
set
aside
in
the
meeting
for
brief
general
comments
and
issues
of
concern
for
members
of
our
commission
or
items
that
they
would
like
to
see
at
future
discussions.
Let's
just
start
right
off
with
commissioner
lamorte
right
beside
my
picture
there
so
I'll
go
to
him
and
ask
him
for
comments.
A
You're
good
okay,
commissioner
alcorn.
I
Yeah
I
just
cynthia-
I
just
want
to
give
you
a
big
shout
out,
I'm
just
loving
the
little
flyers
that
you
sent
out
and
I've
just
I
see
such
a
difference
with
you
and
your
team
and
the
visuals
and
the
creativity,
and
just
in
a
time
of
covid,
just
trying
to
engage
the
community
and
you're
just
doing
an
outstanding
job.
I
I
was
so
impressed.
I
just
wanted
you
to
know
that.
Thank
you.
E
Yeah
just
want
to
reiterate
that
that
the
parks
and
rec
staff
they're
doing
really
well,
like
all
the
flyers
and
all
the
programs
they're
creating
just
wanted
to
say
as
well
desert
x,
has
been
very
popular
at
desert
highland,
but
with
that,
we've
also
had
a
couple
of
concerns
about
the
restrooms
needing
to
be
dumped
and
cleaned
more
frequently.
E
I
know
mara
from
the
the
public
arts
reached
out
to
me
over
the
weekend
on
both
weekends,
with
issues
with
the
restrooms.
E
So
that
was
one
thing
and
then
the
other
thing
I
had
I
was
in
ruth
hardy
park
a
couple
sundays
ago
for
a
birthday
party
and
the
sprinklers
were
on
at
like
four
in
the
afternoon
and
it
just
like
room
it.
It
kind
of
wet
up
the
the
whole
party
there.
It
was
actually
over
towards
behind
the
tennis
courts
more
towards
tamrisk
and
lake.
E
So
I'm
not
sure
if
we
could
do
those
at
night
or
early
in
the
morning,
but
it
was
kind
of
like
mid-afternoon
and
it
it
kind
of
the
family
had
to
kind
of
run
around
and
put
stuff
over
the
sprinklers.
D
D
I
could
only
hear,
like
maybe
five
minutes
of
this
whole
meeting,
but
I
did
want
to
make
it
one
comment:
if
that's
where
we're
at,
I
had
gone
to
some
of
the
desert
x
locations
exhibits,
and
I
was
on
friday
afternoon,
up
at
james
ojsc
desert
highland
unity
center
and
the
trash
was
overflowing
there
at
that
exhibit
and
it
was
so
windy
as
it
always
is,
and
the
trash
was
just
blowing
everywhere.
People
kept
getting
out
of
the
cars
and
put
more
trash
and
it
just
kept
blowing.
D
So
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
guys
know
that
I
don't
know
how
often
cynthia
the
crew
is
coming
around
and
taking
that
out
and
and
fixing
it
or
whatever,
but
or
you
know
changing
it
out,
but
it
was
really
bad.
B
D
A
C
No
just
a
couple
things:
first,
david
and
peter.
C
But
yeah,
I
just
want
to
say
david
and
dieter-
did
such
a
good
job
on
that
park.
Naming
and-
and
it
was
a
lot
of
work.
So
it's
going
to
be
great
to
get
this
thing
moving
forward,
so
kudos
to
both
of
them,
cynthia
good
job
on
everything
you're
doing
with
with
all
the
facilities
and
the
different
programs,
and
then
I
know
stacy's
not
here,
but
I'm
gonna
give
her
her
a
shout
out.
The
boys
and
girls
club
of
palm
springs
has
a
parking
lot.
A
tree
fell.
C
They
took
out
the
tree,
it's
right
there
at
sunrise
park
and
there
was
a
big
hole.
They
they
eventually
filled
it,
which
was
great,
but
there
was
no
lighting
or
anything
in
that
in
the
parking
lot.
So
what
she
did
was
they
went
and
they
they
constructed
a
coal.
That's
on
solar,
and
it
is
it's
it's
good.
Looking
it's
beautiful
it.
It
keeps
keeps
the
parking
lot
safe
and
it
was
a
really
good
thing,
and
that
was
all
because
of
parks
and
rec.
So
definitely
a
shout
out
to
stacy
and
her
team.
C
I
did
see
some
sprinklers
on
at
dumuth
park
at
the
weirdest
hours,
so
so
dieter
I
get
what
you're
saying
it
was
some
pretty
crazy
stuff
going
on
and
I
don't
know
why
they
would
be
on
at
this
time
of
day.
But
so
that's
maybe
something
else.
We
can
bring
up
to
stacy
in
a
later
date.
C
But
it's
good
to
see
everybody
too,
and
I'm
just
excited
to
get
out
and
play
ball
and
get
I'm
excited
to
to
just
get
out
a
little
more
man
and
I'm
sorry,
I'm
not
a
big
mass
guy.
I
do
wear
them
all
the
time.
Don't
get
me
wrong,
but
it's
kind
of
nice
when
I'm
out
there.
You
know-
and
it's
it's
just
good.
So
it's
good
to
see
everybody
and
I'm
glad
everybody's
safe.
A
Thank
you
vice
chair.
I
believe
I've
hit
everybody
myself.
Can
I
ask
how
many
on
our
commission
have
had
their
photos
of
vaccination
shots.
A
I'm
done
baby,
so
we've
got
over
half
of
us
eventually
we're
gonna
be
able
to
get
back
in
person
again,
I
believe
also.
I
would
like
you
to
keep
that
25th
of
april
on
your
calendars.
The
director
will
send
out
more
information
if
we
have
the
unveiling
of
the
forever
maryland
statue.
I
would
like
to
see
our
commission
and
our
shirts
our
name
badges.
A
A
So
if
everyone
will
get
their
shirt
sizes
to
the
director
and
keep
that
date
open
for
the
25th,
because
we
would
like
to
have
us
all
there,
this
is
a
record.
Do
we
have
any
other
comments
that
anyone
needs
to
be
brought
up
at
the
commission.
I
A
Well,
they're
midriffs!
Oh
that's
awesome!
Dude,
charles
the
commissioner
mark.
Do
you
have
a
comment.
H
I
do
I
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
dieter
me
and
I
met
at
lowe's.
I
was
buying
stuff
for
me.
Dieter
was
actually
buying
a
huge
break
so
that
he
could
make
the
playing
fields
up
there
level.
So
congratulations
to
peter
for
for
buying
it
and
for
doing
that.
Work.
C
A
Second,
by
armstrong
and
all
in
favor,
I
hereby
move
that
the
meeting
is
adjourned
into
our
next
meeting
of
april
26th
via
zoom,
unless
we
hear
it
differently
in
the
meantime,
and
we
will
let
you
know
about
the
outcome
of
our
workshop.
Thank
you
all
very
much
for
a
wonderful
year
have
a
good
night.
Everybody.
