Here:
okay,
the
next
thing
is
public
comments.
This
is
where
anybody
in
the
audience
can
come
up
and
have
three
minutes
to
speak
to
us
about
anything
pertaining
to
village,
fest,
compliments
or
anything
else
that
you
have
online,
it's
laughs,
yeah!
Okay!
Does
anybody
have
anything
to
say
to
us?
No,
okay,
good
person,
boy!
Anybody
have
four
comments.
B
No!
Well!
You
hesitated
now
it's
a
hesitated,
no,
okay,
any
correspondence!
We
have
done.
Okay,
all
right!
The
next
thing
is
the
consent
calendar.
Now
this
is
where
matters
may
be
acted
upon
by
one
motion.
Individual
items
may
be
removed
from
the
consent
calendar
by
the
members
of
the
board
for
separate
discussions.
B
F
Still
doing
his
stained
glass
products,
he
just
originally
was
approved
for
just
stained-glass
hummingbirds
and
would
like
to
add
smaller
different
types
of
stained-glass
product.
So
we
didn't
want
to
ask
him
to
have
to
come
all
the
way
back
being
it
was
still
stained
glass,
but
we
want
to
make
sure
you
are
aware
that
he's
gonna
start
producing
items
outside
of
just
the
hummingbirds
I.
Think.

A
E
I
I
have
a
question:
go
ahead:
you're
a
Park,
Service
employee,
correct,
okay,
so
that's
federal
government
correct,
so
you're,
not
a
501c3.
No!
That's.
H

B
H
H
I
have
a
booth
in
New,
York
City
in
Williamsburg,
in
Brooklyn,
where
I
sell
exactly
what
you
see
here.
It's
all
35,
millimeter,
darkroom
prints
and
then
I
scan
all
the
negatives
and
make
them
into
t-shirts
and
sweatshirts
and
clothing
items
soon,
whatnot
and
I'm,
trying
to
more
or
less
move
my
business
over
to
the
west
coast,
I'm
originally
from
Santa
Barbara,
so
trying
to
move
closer
to
home,
but
New
York
is,
as
close.

C
B
B
H
Exactly
sorry,
I
didn't
mention
that
so
article
of
clothing
is
actually
unique
in
a
sense,
it's
harder
to
make
a
ton
of
the
same
ones,
it's
supposed
to
make
them
all
a
little
different.
So
that's
part
of
my
business
as
well
as
the
they
tend
to
be
quite
unique.
The
photos
are
pretty
unique
as
well
either
from
one
another.
B
H
B
J
A
H
H
C
A
B
A
A
A
A
And
I've
done
a
lot
of
Palm
Springs
type
paintings,
usually
trying
to
capture
the
mid-century
modern,
feel
these
are
kind
of
medium
sized
paint
in
oils,
sometimes
I
paint
out
on
location.
You
know
why
then
sometimes
I'm
painting
in
the
studio,
so
that
would
be
the
concept
and
people
told
me.
I
mean
I've
been
to
your
village
fast,
like
he
said,
there's
a
lot
of
traffic.
A
Changes
every
week
right
and
that's
where
I
thought
the
small
ones,
because
those
can
be
portable,
affordable.
You
know
the
range
for
these
is
around
four
to
five
hundred
dollars
for
original
painting,
so
I
think
they're
pretty
affordable
for
an
original
painting
and
then
my
booth.
What
I
didn't
have
in
terms
of
pictures
for
my
booth,
I
didn't
have
lighting
I,
typically
haven't
done
lighting
a
night
booth,
so
I'd
have
to
figure
that
out
I
heard
what
he
suggested
about
lighting
and
then
I've
got
a
video.
A
I
actually
tried
to
send
it
to
want
to
say
it's
Sade.
Is
that
the
ring
and
it
about?
Are
you
fake
and
it
I
probably
got
your
email
wrong
and
it
bounced
back
so
I've
got
a
video
of
me
actually
painting
out
in
Joshua
Tree,
and
then
some
you
saw
some
newsletters
there
of
me
doing
a
demo
painting.
So
you.
D
D
E
B
I
A
B
D
K
D
K
Name
is
Sam
de
Reyes
I've
been
a
resident
of
Palm
Springs
for
the
last
20
years
and
doing
those
12
years
for
eight
of
those
years,
I've
been
a
daily
volunteer
at
the
Palm
Springs
Animal,
Shelter
and
I
know
village
fest
very
well
because
for
almost
five
years,
I
ran
the
booth
down
there
at
the
across
some
Starbucks
Palm
Springs
animal
booth.
So
I'm
well
aware
of
the
village
fest
I
am
one
of
the
principles
behind
sunset
rescue
ranch
where
you
are
just
not
quite
a
year
old.
K
About
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
the
we
have
a
dog
whisperer,
a
very
good
one.
At
the
pump
she
a
postman's
animal
shelters
name
is
John
della
Vecchio
I
was
talking
with
him
one
day
and
he
was
telling
me
that
you
know
where
doesn't
need
it
as
a
no-kill,
shelter
and
for
no
reason
other
than
medical.
Do
we
put
down
an
animal,
but
we
get
packed
at
times
with
cats
and
dogs.
One
time
we
had
over
600
animals
there
our
capacity
was
200
Oh,
so
every
closet
was
taken.
K
Okay
anywhere,
we
could
put
an
animal
and
he
says
the
problem
is
that
there
we
don't
have
enough
trainers
there,
okay
or
time
of
the
day,
to
train
all
these
animals
and
what
happens
is
quite
a
few
times
an
animal
is
adopted.
It
goes
out.
It
comes
back
because
I
said:
oh,
it's
tearing
up
the
house
and
so
forth.
So
he
says
that's
one
problem.
The
other
problem
we
have
is.
K
We
have
dogs
that
come
in
a
lot
of
two
hours,
a
lot
of
pits
and
they're,
not
that
readily
adopted,
so
they
will
sit
there
for
years
mm-hmm
and
that
is
mentally
draining
on
those
animals
in
that's
what
causes
him
to
go?
A
car
went
so
forth,
so
he
said
that
it
would
be
nice
if
we
had
a
place.
He
says
where
I
could
work
with
these
dogs.
Give
him
the
time
that
they
need.
My
dog
that
adopted.
One
of
my
dogs
that
died
from
poses
animal
shelter
took
a
year
to
be
trained.
K
We
had
to
sent
away
because
he
was
so
difficult,
but
anyhow
he's
a
dog.
So
anyway,
I
said
well
I'm
trying
to
put
my
affairs
in
order.
You
get
up
there's
a
certain
age.
You
want
to
get
everything
ready
and,
of
course,
I'm
gonna
leave
something
for
Thompson's
Animal
Shelter
I,
don't
need
a
lot
in
the
past
and
I
said
to
myself.
You
know
what
this
may
work
for
both
of
us.
John
I
says
this
way.
I
can
see
where
my
donation
is
gonna.
K
Go
so
I
said
to
what,
if
we
go
out
and
find
a
parcel
of
land
and
put
up
a
sanctuary,
not
a
shelter,
a
sanctuary
not
open
to
the
public,
but
we'll
take
animals,
dogs
that
are
above
age,
we'll
take
these
dogs
are
difficult
to
train.
Let's
go
forth,
you
can
operate
out
of
there.
Well,
we
do
give
the
dogs
a
dog
or
two
their
trains
is
a
fourth.
You
can
take
me
back
down
to
Palm
Springs
or
adopt
them
out
ourselves.
K
So
we've
started
doing
that
we're
at
a
point
now
where
we
need
to
expand
our
facility.
This
is
ten
acres
and
right
now,
until
we
get
one
of
these
octagons
up,
we
cannot
take
any
more
dogs
and
John
says
we
need
to
get
at
least
ten
dogs.
He
feels
out
of
the
shelter
so
we're
busy
doing
that,
raising
funds
and
grants,
and
so
forth,
but
anyway,
so
we
got
the
property.
K
K
Okay,
that's
where
we
have
to
finally
pay
it'll,
be
for
people
to
come
and
clean,
or
do
things
like
that
like
at
the
shelter,
but
so
that's
we
are
so
this
way
it
will
help,
hopefully
the
possums
shelter,
and
we
want
to
get
to
the
point
where
who
we're
forced
to
put
on
an
animal.
So
our
booth
is
very
simple:
we're
just
going
to
be
handing
out
information
of
who
we
are
where
we
are
and
ask
them
to
support
ourselves
and
the
Palm
Springs
Animal
Shelter.
D
K
Right
and
we'll
just
hang
out
literature
well,
Jason
showed
you
there.
We
have
huge
binders
as
pictures
of
all
the
dogs
that
we
have
now
that
are
up
there.
We
will
not
be
bringing
any
dogs
down
to
the
street
Ferren
for
two
reasons
because
of
the
age
of
these
dogs
and
the
temperament
so
forth,
insurance
wise-
and
it's
not
good
for
the
dogs
to
be
out
that
time
of
the
night
too
many
people
yeah
too
many
people,
you
know,
went
through
that
with
Palm
Springs.
C
To
also
have
volunteered
at
the
animal
shelter
and
I
have
seen
pit
bulls
in
there
for
over
nine
years,
I
have
14
Chihuahuas
from
from
the
animal
shelter
and
different
shelters
around
and
ones
that
I
find
in
the
streets.
I
have
the
three-legged
cat
that
jenni
fo
Oh
one's
a
good
one.
They
used
to
bring
the
animals
to
the
City
Hall
on
Wednesdays
I
also
have
two
cats
from
there.
So
this
is
very
well
needed
and
you
take
donations.
Is
that
correct?
C
K
C
E
K
K
We
John
has
connections
with
very
vets
in
the
area
down
on
yucca
over
in
banding
and
so
forth,
depending
on,
and
he
does
that.
The
other
party
is
sue
Matthews
his
partner
and
she
also
assisted
okay,
and
then
he
courts
during
the
daytime
for
four
or
five
hours
he's
down
at
the
pump
streams,
animal
shelter,
helping
him
down.
There
he's
back
up
there,
so
so
what
they.
C
K
Are
this?
Is
the
property
that's
right
now
it's
the
simple
structure
knows
it's
been
expanded,
it's
about
1,600
square
feet,
but
this
is
the
plan
for
the
rest
of
the
property.
These
are
octagons
what
they
call
each
one
of
those
like
a
pie
is
a
dog
run.
Oh
and
they're
about
40
feet,
long
25
feet
wide,
so
they
all
come
to
a
center
core
which
is
actual
structure.
K
So
we
want
to
come
in
out
of
the
weather
wherever
it
is,
that
section
there
is,
or
the
temperatures
controlled
there's
a
bathroom
in
there
and,
of
course,
it's
easier
to
feed
the
dogs
with
an
octagon.
Then
I
was
straight
building.
So
with
this
we
hope
at
one
time
to
be
able
to
have
at
least
60
dogs
up
there,
that'll
be
our
capacity.
Okay,.

B
H
I
Not
as
prepared
as
I'd
like
to
be
that's
partially
because,
based
on
your
approval
today,
we're
gonna
develop
our
materials
that
we
would
be
giving
out
the
information.
This
is
a
brand-new
project
has
never
existed
before,
and
that's
kind
of
what
I
do.
I
start
things
and
and
I'm
excited
about
developing
this
I'm
representing
the
altruistic
united
humanity
association
that
Association
has
been
in
place
for
30
years
as
a
I,
don't
know
if
any
of
you
looked
at
any
of
the
website,
information
to
get
a
little
bit
of
knowledge
about
them.
I
Part
of
what
I'm
applying
to
do
in
Palm
Springs
is
develop.
Our
awareness
campaign
I
grew
up
coming
to
Palm
Springs
vacationing
here
and
I
still
do
and
I've
known
about
this,
a
non-profit
and
some
of
the
work
they're
doing
for
a
couple
of
years,
and
it's
just
culminated
in
the
last
few
weeks
that
I
need
to
speak
to
more
people.
In
essence,
not
really
speak,
produce
the
materials
and
the
people
that
resonate
with
it
will
be
attracted
to
it.
I
If
you
don't
get
what
I'm
saying,
because
I'm
not
selling
anything
I
want
to
share
information
about
some
of
the
current
health
legislative
issues
that
are
changing,
we
know
about
a
lot
of
them.
Palm
Springs
is
pretty
big
on
some
of
the
activity.
What
I'm
leaning?
What
I'm
involved
with
is.
This
nonprofit
is
based
in
Porterville
California
and,
if
you
don't
know
where
Porterville
is
I,
don't
expect
you
to
it's
four
hours
away,
so
yeah
I
drove
here
today,
but
what
we
also
have
in
Porterville
that
doesn't
exist
anywhere
else
in
the
world.
I
Is
golden
sunrise
nutraceutical
this?
It's
actually
a
pharmaceutical
company
that
has
made
FDA
approval
on
all
herbal
chemical,
free,
immune
therapies,
one
particular
that's
made
full
on
the.
It
has
an
NDC
number
I'm
gonna
hand
this
out
now,
so
these
are
I,
am
NOT
a
graphics
artist.
I
Gentile
go
all
this
way
because
they're
kind
of
the
same
so
I
do
have
a
team
of
people
back
in
Porterville
that
are
developing
the
facts
and
the
information.
C
I
I
An
immune
immune,
Jan,
one
word,
and
so
to
answer
your
question
ferment.
It
it's
ancient,
Chinese,
medicine
and
I'm
really
pleased
to
see
that
this
be
brought
through
our
insurance
companies
to
our
people.
I
personally,
don't
depend
on
insurance.
I
am
my
own
doctor,
but
I
have
a
lot
of
people
that
I
in
my
life
and
in
this
anyways
that
have
compassion
for
that
do
depend
on
their
insurance
to
make
this
these
products
available
and
a
lot
of
other
there's
a
lot
of
treatments
that
are
covered
under
21st
century
cures.
I
Act
that
allows
people
to
have
access
to
stuff
they
didn't
traditionally
have
access
to
unless
they
could
afford
it.
So
no
products,
sales
at
village,
fest,
recognition
of
yeah,
I'm
kind
of
looking
to
you
for
feedback
in
a
little
direction.
We
know
what
my
goal
personally
is
to
perpetuate
information
from.
I
So
what
we
have
witnessed
in
two
years
over
300
individuals
with
completely
different
backgrounds,
different
diseases,
different
ages
and
nothing
but
benefits,
and
most
of
them
figure
out
how
to
afford
it.
You
know
they
do
the
ten
days
after
that,
they're
continuing
on
it
and
it's
not
a
lifetime
commitment.
I,
don't
want
to
take
up
much
more
time.
I
have.
C
I
I
We
hold
it
under
our
tongue
for
45
seconds
or
longer,
only
going
to
get
more
benefits.
It
travels
sublingually
up
to
our
brain,
it's
able
to
get
through
the
brain
barrier.
If
anybody
knows
about
what
I'm
talking
about
medicine
can't
do
that,
and
this
is
micronutrients
it's
based
on
farming.
You
need
to
feed
micronutrients.
I
I
I
We
want
to
hand
out
free
information
that
would
lead
them
to
the
discussion
of
why
they
would
want
to
ask
their
doctor
about
it,
so
introduce
the
product
to
them,
give
them
the
tools
of
how
to
introduce
this
to
their
doctors.
The
FDA
has
approved
it
and
that's
got
some
medical
associations
God.
So
the.
C
I
E
I
Is
just
a
piece
of
Golden
Sun
rises
to
give
you
an
idea
of
what
the
level
of
materials
would
be
we'd
be
handing
out,
they
wouldn't
be
like
what
you're
seeing
there
so
golden
sunrise
nutraceutical,
the
pharmaceutical
company
they're
nonprofit,
that
they're
partnered
with
for
a
we're
on
their
awareness
campaign,
is
who
I
I
don't
work
for
these
people,
I
believe
in
what
they're
doing
and
I
want
the
world
to
know
that
we
have
options.
You
know.
So
this
isn't
my
main
and
only
goal
here
that.
B
C
I
I
E
A
D
J
J
B
J
J
B
B
J
We're
in
business
so
I'm,
Alisa,
Goodman
and
I
live
in
Los
Angeles
and
for
20
years
I
was
a
casting
director
and
in
2000
when
a
reality,
TV
came
on.
I
had
a
midlife
crisis
because
they
stopped
making
programming
and
so
I
started.
Designing
greeting
cards
and
I've
been
designing
handmade
greeting
cards
for
eighteen
years,
and
the
reason
that
it's
called
curmudgeon
cards
is
because
my
father
was
a
well-known
comedy.
Writer
and
I
came
up
with
the
name
after
he
died
and
for
the
past
eighteen
years
they
have
nothing
to
do
with
being
a
curmudgeon.
J
It's
a
it's.
A
family
lineage,
however,
so
I've
been
designing
cards
using
postage
stamps
from
around
the
world,
and
one
of
my
niche
markets
is
designing.
Specialty
cards
for
museums
and
the
Palm
Springs
Museum
of
Art
has
been
a
client
over
the
years.
I
do
specialty
cards
for
the
Getty,
using
postage
stamps
so,
for
instance,
the
Getty
Villa
I
would
make
cards
with
Greek
stamps
on
them
and
when
Betty
Rennick
at
the
Palm
Springs
Museum
of
Art
had
a
Frida
Kahlo
exhibit
or
an
Andy
Warhol
exhibit
or
when
it
was
called
killer,
heels.
B
D
E
J
On
immunosuppressant
drugs
for
28
years,
and
he
ended
up
with
a
squamous
cell
that
was
in
the
forehead
bone
and
then
the
orbit
of
his
eye,
and
so
he
lost
his
ability
to
see.
And
so
you
know
we
were
treated
at
jule
styne
eye
institute
up
in
LA
and
I
was
in
a
cancer
support
group
for
him
and
I
started
drawing
eyes
and
really
looking
at.
You
know.
Why
was
this
illness
in
our
lives?
What
were
we
seeing
and
I
started?
J
Doodling
I
have
not
gone
to
art
school
and
really
what
I've
created
in
the
last
10
years
is
Chicken
Soup
for
the
Soul
meets
Oprah's
super
soul
with
a
snarky
Seinfeld.
So
so,
like
today,
one
of
my
well
known
characters,
Picasso
King
of
Hearts,
says,
expect
the
unexpected
it's
less
stressful
and
that's
how
I
felt
when
everything
fell
out
of
my
car
and
I
was
late.
B
J
So,
two
years
ago,
I
turned
60
and
I.
This
is
a
picture
of
Ken
who
always
used
to
say
life's
too
short
to
spend
with
and
so
I
wrote
a
book
which
had
this
feature
72
of
my
drawings
and
stories
of
what
happened
to
us.
People
that
I
meet
at
my
art
shows
that
have
some
kind
of
challenge,
and
you
know
you
need
a
little
humor
and
heart
to
kind
of
get
through
life.
So.
E
J
G
G
J
Then
I
have
8
by
10
size
and
then
I
have
greeting
cards
mm-hmm,
so
I
can
show
you
these
and
I
also
do
a
yearly
calendar,
so
I
have
a
yoga
calendar
and
a
regular
calendar.
So
the
price
points
are
5
dollars
for
the
printed
cards.
If
you
buy
six
or
more
of
any
style,
you
save
a
dollar
per
card.
The
magnets
are
7,
the
Ken
book
is
28.
The
yoga
book
is
20
because
it
has
less
pages,
the
posters
run
from
I'd,
say
40
to
60
dollars.
J
Unframed
and
the
eight-by-tens
are,
you
know,
I,
say
they're
30,
but
you
know
usually
I
sell
them
for
25
or
20.
I
give
people
a
break
and
the
calendars
are
2495
and
I
give
you
a
mat
and
it's
like
a
cover.
12
years,
sorry,
12
months
and
a
bonus
and
I
give
you
like
a
little
black
mat,
so
you
can
frame
the
art
and
the
the
handmade
cards
run
from
ten
to
eighteen
dollars,
they're
one-of-a-kind
and
they
use
recycled
textiles.
J
B
E
D
J
A
G
A
C
J
Is
I've
been
doing
this
show,
which
is
a
very
high-end
juried
show
for
the
last
13
years,
but
I
have
a
canopy
I'm,
usually
out
doing
a
show
every
weekend,
I
don't
as
many
night
shows,
because
I
feel
like
people
have
to
spend
the
time
to
read
my
work.
But
you
know
Judy
Brandon
is
a
friend
of
mine
and
you
know
I
know
other
people
that
do
it
and
I
do
have
lighting
so.
J
A
J
J
C
B
D
I
J
J
B
J
B
I
G
B
B
G
I
I
Imagine
over
the
three
hours
there
is
a
computer
loop
going.
That
is
talking
about
the
different
legislation
procedures.
There's
there's
just
information
showing
the
right
to
try
act.
The
21st
century
cure
act;
I,
don't
really
want
to
talk
to
people
in
the
last
two
years
in
my
community
I've
spent
a
lot
of
time
and
and
not
that
I'm
not
it
wasn't
a
good
time,
but
I
recognized
that
I
want
to
share
the
information,
but
I
don't
want
to
get
involved
individually
with
people
in.
I
I
D
I
C
E
A
B
E
Have
a
perspective
vendor
who
wants
to
share
information
about
an
herbal
product?
That's
in
the
box.
Do
we
want
to
approve
this
vendor
or
not
I,
don't
care
what
she
says
to
people,
that's
a
right
to
say
whatever
she
wants,
she's,
not
selling
anything
and
she
has
handouts.
You
mentioned
poster
I
haven't
seen
any
posters,
but
you
mentioned
posters.
B
I
They
would
be
developed
once
I
get
approved.
We
went
ahead
and
put
about
$800
into
purchasing
the
awning
and
I
built
I
spend
$150
on
a
banner
I.
Have
a
really
nice
display
rack
for
the
postcards
once
we
develop
them
and
with
your
permission
and
we're
gonna
develop
for
this.
Otherwise
I
got
to
decide
what
might
we're
going
with
this
and
how
this
takes.
I.
Sorry.
I
A
F
F
E
I
G
D
E
I
B
I
E
E
A
A
C
To
say
and
mu
Stannis
of
product
that's
been
actually
at
Clarke's,
not
this
product,
but
mu,
Stan,
cuz
I
used
to
take
it
when
I
was
a
kid,
is
an
immune
builder
and
helps
the
body
fight
off
germs
and
fight
off
infection
to
fight
off
flus.
But
to
me
you
can
go
into
the
store
and
get
that
the
level
of
potency,
and
that
is
not
great.
C
B
I
E
A
B
G
I
G
A
G
E
B
D
A
D
F
B
F
B
You
know
I
someone
I'd
like
to
see
it
back
on
on
Palm
Canyon
I
mean
that's
my
feelings,
I
think
I
think
they
showed
up
good
on
Palm
Canyon
I
like
them
near
the
food
court,
because
if
people
want
to
just
go
downtown
and
maybe
just
shop
for
that
or
eat,
it's
all
kind
of
in
the
same
area
and
you
can
kind
of
park
at
that
end,
you
know-
and
just
do
that
section
which
I
used
to
do
a
lot.
You
know
not
walk
the
whole
street
I
mean
that's
my
feelings.
F
E
Let's
put
the
logistics
of
the
society
just
talk
about
conceptual
I,
never
liked
on
treats
for
a
lot
of
reasons.
I
find
myself
now
that
this
came
up.
I
don't
go
on
talk,
weeds
anymore,
I,
just
don't
and
I
should
know
better
and
I.
Remember
when
the
farmers
market
was
on
the
Main
Street
I
used
to
get
stuff
that
you
know
this
yeah
I
always
have
these
fabulous
strawberries
from
rivers
like
but
anyway,
I
think
it.
B
I
E
G
Don't
have
any
problem
with
the
vendors
come
in
onto
pumpkin
instead
of
talk
wits,
but
I
want
to
see
a
plan
in
place
of
what
will
be
on
tahquitz
instead,
I
would
be
very
opposed
to
it
becoming
a
parking
lot
for
city
vehicles.
Again,
it
was
disrespectful
to
the
merchants,
so
I
have
I.
I
did
like
it
actually
when
it
was
on
pump,
Canyon
and
I
think
that
maybe
we
would
even
have
more
farmers
market
people
interested
if
it
went
back.
My.
G
B
Up
with
something
I
did
talk
to
I
happen
to
be
in
LA,
fashions
and
I
kind
of
talked
to
her.
Cuz
I
know
her
well
and
she
said
no,
that's
a
good
idea.
I
think
they
should
be
back
and
she
said
you
know,
and
she
said,
put
the
new
people
there.
You
know
and
because
I
asked
her,
how
many
stores
are
open,
I
think
she's,
the
only
one
the
one
across
the
street
closes.
She
said
at
7,
maybe
you
know
better,
but
everybody
else
to
the
left
and
the
right
are
closed.
B
E
Me
throw
a
monkey
wrench
into
the
same
thing.
Joey
rightfully
said
it
becomes
a
parking
lot
for
City
whoever's,
that's
up
to
the
city
to
fix.
F
E
B
E
The
issue
is
there's
two
issues.
One
issue
is
three
issues.
Actually
one
issue
is:
do
we
feel
that
we
would
like
to
move
those
vendors
currently
on
top
weeks
into
the
our
Main
Street,
because
we
call
this,
we
call
the
street
fair,
our
main
Main
Street
number
two:
do
we
want
to
back
fill
those
spaces
with
other
vendors
or
number
three
restore
it
to
what
it's
supposed
to
be
and
not
invite
city
people
to
park
their
vehicles?
There
I.
E
K
G
A
D
I
personally
call
it
the
village
fest
I,
don't
call
it
Palm
Canyon
ever
so.
If
I
have
all
my
vegetables
on
one
street
I
think
that's
fabulous.
Thank
you
know.
If
the
bread
man
needs
another
spot,
that's
maybe
different,
but
I
love
all
of
those
right
there
together.
You
can
go
from
one
to
the
next,
so
what
I
would
vote
for
it
besides,
asking
is
to
keep
them
where
they
are.
We.
E
B
A
A
I
don't
get
old,
let's
go
over
there,
but
yet
I
do
know
of
people
that
specifically
go
Park,
go
and
get
their
dates
or
whatever
and
they're
going
there,
because
they
know
that
the
location
is
lovely
but
I
feel
that
we're
also
not
giving
where
this
has
come
up
many
times.
I
know
to
walk
the
whole
street
fair
and
you
want
to
get
something
to
eat
over
the
village.
A
Fest
you're
either
gonna
go
down
that
street
or
you
have
to
go
at
the
other
end
and
there's
a
couple
spots,
but
maybe
it
is
I,
don't
know,
I
agree
asking
the
individual
vendors
because
there
may
be
some
that
really
need
to
move
and
would
love
to
move
and
others
that
love
it.
So
it's
it's
a
mature,
50/50
I
think
it
would
be
nice
to
mix
it
up.
C
So
every
time
I
walk
streets
where
I
walk
everything
and
I'm
do
like
seeing
the
produce
together
because
I
don't
want
to
walk
at
one
end
to
get
my
peaches
and,
at
the
other
end
they
get
my
strawberries
so
having
them.
All
in
a
group
gives
me
the
variety
of
where
I
want
to
go
and
everybody
buys
a
lot
of
produce.
So
there
they've
always
gone
down
that
Street.
I
know
when
the
orchid
man
was
there,
everybody
would
go
down
and
he
they
knew
where
to
find
him.
C
A
A
E
B
F
Just
in
terms
of
no
no
not
to
not
to
downplay
any
of
the
conversation,
you
do
have
to
understand
that
the
logistics
of
this
type
of
move
is
fairly
significant
to
a
large
majority
of
your
vendors
yeah.
So
if
we
have
30
farmers
market
vendors,
which
we
do
in
our
high
season,
that's
displacing
30
current
vendors
that
you
have
on
the
street
in
some
form.
F
So
those
two
could
be
vendors
that
have
been
with
us
for
a
very
long
time
who
we're
gonna,
go
and
say
we're
moving
your
spot,
even
though
you've
been
here
year-round
for
a
long
period
of
time,
so
that
we
can
put
the
farmers
market
I'm,
not
saying
we
can't
do
it.
I'm
just
saying
there
are.
There
are
some
difficult
components
to
moving
a
large
majority
of
vendors
into
one.
Yes,
Bob
right.
B
F
There
are,
there
is
some
concern
on
a
staff
level
as
to
if
it
is
going
to
limit
us
as
well
right
now,
we
tend
to
have
a
bit
of
fluctuation,
where
we
can
add
vendors
if
we
are
required
to
keep
all
the
vendors
farmers
market
vendors
in
one
location.
If
we're
gonna
max
out
at
a
certain
number
we're
gonna
say
we
have
20
spots
available
for
farmers
market
and
that's
it,
and
then
we
won't
be
able
to
accept
them
until
we
lose
them,
which
is
very
similar
to
the
food
port
and
I.
E
Don't
have
a
problem
with
that.
We
are
a
huge
in
my
personal
opinion,
two
large
Street
Fair,
it's
a
long
way
from
one
end
to
the
other,
and
if
we
give
up
a
little
quantity
to
improve
the
quality
and
the
interest
on
the
Main
Street
I'm
willing
to
do
that.
If
it
were
possible,
basically
I,
don't
want
to
say
moratorium,
but
maybe
we
say
we're
not
gonna
be
approving
any
new
vendors
until
we
acquire
those
those
additional
spaces.
I
mean
that's
a
logistical
problem.
F
J
F
G
D
A
D
G
B
In
defense
of
them
you
know
the
one
person
I
talk
to
and
I
don't
know
about
the
others,
but
you
know,
like
I
said
they
they
were
told.
It
was
temporary
and
he's
been
on
the
street
a
very
long
time.
He
would
like
to
be
back
on
Palm
Canyon,
but
he's
happy
to
be
downtown
yeah.
So
you
know
that
was
the
reason
because
they
were
told
this
is
temporary
and
now
it's
not
temporary.
So
that's
that's
the
only
reason
I
do.
B
F
F
Who
are
impacted?
The
merchants
were
very
in
favor
once
we
got
those
fenders
on
there
on
that
street
and
they're
very
appreciative,
so
I
do
want
to
make
sure
that
we
take
in
their
thoughts
and
opinions
on
on.
If
we
didn't
have
any
vendors
there
or
if
we
change
the
vendors,
so
so
we
will
on
a
staff
level.
We
will
do
that.
We'll
report
back
to
you
at
your
next
board
meeting
great.
C
C
G
C
C
It's
kind
of
you
have
to
you're,
not
gonna,
please
everybody,
no
right
and
to
change.
It
is
gonna,
be
very
difficult
yeah.
So
you
know
I
think
when
any
of
the
people
come
to
town,
they
always
go
to
the
same
vendors.
They
know
what
they
want
and
go
get
what
they
want
to
wherever
they're
at
they'll
go.
Okay,.
B
D
I
observed
on
our
last
meeting,
we
had
two
food
vendors
that
were
back
to
back
and
I
noticed
the
last
one,
a
young
kid
trying
to
explain
to
us
how
they
prepare
this
food
and
all,
and
some
of
us
eating
the
food
from
the
the
other
vendor.
And
if
we
have
to
have
a
roll
of
paper,
towels
or
something
we've
got
to
be.
