following

state's
new
system
for
covid,
the
purple,
red
orange

scales
representing

cases
per

000
and
the
numbers
of
positive
of
individuals,
testing
positive.

is
a
mandatory
21-day
period
that
a
county
must
remain
in
one
category
before
moving
on
to
the
next,
and
if
the
county
fails
to
meet
its
metric
for
two
consecutive
weeks,
it
could
revert
to
a
lower
level
category.
So
this

came
out
last
week
and
is
part
of
the
new
system.
The
state
will
be
utilizing
for
opening
and
closing
businesses.

that
the
county
of
riverside
has
announced
that
it
will
be
providing
around
three
of
their
grants
for
covent
assistance,
and
this
will
begin
september
16th
in
the
morning.
So
when
this
round
is
opened
up
those
who
were
not
able

advantage
of
the
previous
rounds,
the
one
and
two
of
the
county
grants
they
may
take
advantage
of
this
new
round.
Now
it
hasn't
been
confirmed,
but
it
had
been
mentioned
that
this
round
may
also
allow
those
who
received
ppp
loans
to
also
apply
for
in
this
new
round.

about
resources

thinking
about
resources

use
for
building
out

resource

investment

continuing

the
gentlemen

submitted

application

vision

model
for
additional
investment
in

you

there
was
one
in
place
before,

only
large
hotels,
putting
million
dollars.

think
of
investment
were
able

participate
and
mayor
pro
tem
and
I
really
wanted

program

size
hotel
could
participate
and
benefit
from.
And
you
know
the
tot
incentive
is
half
of
the
increase
on
what
they
were
making
before
the
renovation.

the
goal
is
they're
putting
their
own
money
in
there's
no
city
money
and
then,
if
it
they
can
charge
more
for
their
rooms,
the
extra
above
what
they
were
paying
before
get
split,

invested
over
a
10-year
period.

it's
a
great
way
for
hotels
to
invest
in
themselves

helps
