If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
B
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
couple
of
announcements
before
we
get
started.
Tell
everyone
now
that
since
we've
met
a
week
ago,
we
went
from
three
sites
to
six
and
then
back
to
5,
and
so
we
have
been
making
updates
and
changes.
So
I'm
going
to
give
you
that
update,
so
that
you
can
you'll
know
about
that
as
we
go
forward.
So
the
next
evaluation
will
be
the
College
of
the
desert
and,
as
you
all
know,
we've
had
it.
The
vacant
lot
of
the
city
owns
at
the
corner
of
North
Palm,
Canyon
and
Stevens.
B
That's
now
for
our
consideration
and
the
site
that
came
on
the
list,
but
less
removed
was
the
site
on
barista
that
is
owned
by
the
Unified
School
District.
They
were
unavailable
at
this
time
to
offer
that
as
one
of
our
options,
so
that
has
dropped
off
of
our
list.
But
in
the
meantime
we've
been
approached
by
the
tribe.
They
have
offered
us
a
piece
of
property
that
we're
going
to
examine
at
the
end
and
looking
for
our
partnership
with
the
library
so
based
on
that
property
is
near
their
headquarters.
B
B
B
Are
repairing
it
now
so
we're
building
the
vials
as
we
speak,
so
Marcus
is
giving
us
lots
of
information,
so
we're
pulling
the
information
so
as
I've
been
telling
you
know,
I
agree
if
I
give
you
guys
enough
to
know
I'm,
sorry
for
the
long
emails,
but
I'll
send
you
as
the
file
starts
to
go
into.
Therefore,
the
consideration
for
the
background
on
this
side.
B
No,
we
will
not
that's
why
you're
going
to
see
a
change
in
the
schedule
we're
going
to
actually
be
in
this
Thursday
after
the
Trustees
meeting
and
large
conference
room
which
you've
been
posted,
we
actually
have
an
update
to
the
schedule,
so
you
should
have
that
with
you
after
tonight,
we're
going
to
we
have
City
Hall
the
large
conference
room.
We
need
that
originally,
as
you
guys
may
recall,
the
Board
of
Trustees
meet
their
this
Thursday.
B
C
A
E
A
B
B
B
B
E
F
E
And
my
wife
retired
is
a
library
we
moved
to
Palm
Springs.
One
of
the
first
things
we
do
is
get
our
library
cards
I'm.
Currently,
a
member
of
the
Administrative
Appeals
Board,
and
today,
though
speaking
only
for
myself,
is
why
understanding
having
these
meetings
is
to
ask
the
opinion
of
the
taxpayers,
residents
and
voters
of
Palm
Springs
if
having
the
public
weigh
in
on
this
too.
So
why
are
you
nor
Holmes
and
have
taken
time?
E
How
are
you
to
do
all
of
us
with
taking
time
out
of
our
schedules
and
delayed
our
supper
to
Mundy's
in
a
row
now
to
attend
these
meetings?
We
also
have
to
participate
in
the
public
discussion
and
the
entire
committee
is
sitting
with
their
backs
to
us.
You
discuss
your
opinions.
You
have
this
kinds
of
decisions
among
yourselves
without
reference
to
what.
F
E
H
Gee
first
I'll
start
with
why
we
weapon
great
development
field.
It's
a
very
appropriate
place.
He
centrally
it's
near
transportation.
Excellent
services
with
regard
to
food
options
already
mentioned
transportation,
exceptional
parking
over
100
spaces,
underground
we've
got
the
Palm
Springs
of
Art
Museum.
We
have
the
new
event
center,
which
is
hopefully
simple
to
start
construction
in
the
very
near
future,
and
I
mean
just
just
a
good
location
to
build
an
iconic
building
will
be
complemented
with
what
does
it
disturb?
What's
happened
with
the
surrounding
buildings,
I
noticed
it
was
a
blockage.
H
East
Side,
East
use
Wahlburgers
very
quickly,
addressed
them
adding
two
years
ago
filled
the
blockade
with
the
West
End
building
is
at
the
exact
same
circumstances
with
the
retrofitting.
The
underground
structure
would
apply
when
we
built
it
at
the
West
Elm
built
in
inches
18,000
square
feet
on
each
level
of
total
of
54
thousand
square
feet.
I
simply
involve
retrofitting
the
uses,
T
columns
with
additional
steel
and
larger,
concrete
footings,
expensive,
but
not
nearly
as
expensive
as
pointing
the
entire
day.
H
E
G
E
E
To
Octavio
step
one
we
already
have
outside
a
gathering
space.
All
the
way
around
is
public
in
many
places,
so
we
can
just
be
library
sitting
in
the
far
more
enhancing
and
a
lot
of
problems
like
gallery
space.
We
say
no
cheese,
okay,
there's
a
part
when
they're
like
you
know,
we
do
a
lot
of
those
views.
E
We
could
make
these
spectacular
library
or,
if
anybody's
ever
seen
this
and
a
library
it
is
a
tourist
draw-
and
it's
not
me
because
the
way
it's
done,
we
have
access
to
the
bus
and
buses
buzz
among
the
services,
a
very,
very
limited.
You
know
area,
and
so
it's
far
more
frequent.
We
get
to
be
part
of
a
really
important
thing.
E
Is
we
have
a
police
substation
going
right
in
near
that
same
block,
as
we
all
know
the
libraries
and
that
issues,
unfortunately,
with
less
fortunate
people
at
least
are
necessary,
sometimes
so
the
more
rural
remote
locations
you
can't
afford
it
out
police
staff
state
of
memory.
We've
got
lots
of
restaurants.
E
Food
in
expensive
places,
expensive
places
all
within
a
five-minute
walk
and
be
very,
very
accessible
for
the
torts,
which
is
also
important,
and
finally,
we
had
a
lot
of
students
who
were
in
high
school
and
in
college,
and
they
weren't
deaf
hat,
so
you
know
trying
to
get
from
get
to
library.
You
know
farther
out.
We
put
this
other
good
ways
where
the
jobs
are
the
harder
it
is
for.
Thank
you
very
much.
B
Of
contemporary
architecture
be
consistent
with
the
other
designs
downtown,
but
it's
a
terrible
location
for
a
library,
because
it's
not
in
the
center
of
town.
One
of
the
reasons
why
the
libraries
in
the
library
is
the
Central
Library
where
it
is
now
is
because
even
back
in
the
70s,
it
was
real.
If
you
look
at
a
map,
its
center.
B
For
people
who
live
in
this
general
area-
but
it's
certainly
not
going
to
be
that
much
fun
for
people
who
live
in
the
North
or
the
Far
East
or
the
far
south,
so
I
just
don't
think
it's
a
good
location
is
too
tight.
You
definitely
have
to
grow
up
from
all
these
stories.
The
park
is
lovely
nicer.
That's
police,.
B
You
for
so
one
of
the
things
that
we
think
from
this
point
forward.
We
have
to
remind
ourselves-
and
we
did
last
time-
is,
if
you're
looking
at
a
piece
of
land,
it's
so
hard
for
us
to
get
off
into
a
program
and
what
the
building
may
look
like
and
what
the
building
may
ultimately
do.
But
it
really
were
looking
at
a
piece
of
land.
B
F
Minutes
to
give
this
year
will
be
the
first
part
immunity
to
look
at
some
nice
to
store.
My
pictures
remaining
is
a
show
where
were
not.
She
is
in
the
context
of
the
history
of
Palm
Springs,
so
Mike,
where
doesn't
work
so
I
have
to
use
this
little
one
but
just
oriented
this
is
Bilardo
road
here,
along
the
photo
of
off
course,
then
this
is
pumpkin
and,
of
course,
Indiana
a
new
serie
toward
the
mountain
and
to
me
it's
such
an
interesting
spot.
F
It's
where
it's
the
last
place
and
the
valley
where
the
toe
of
the
mountain
touches
the
valley
floor
and
visible
from
us,
because
there's
been
so
much
development,
so
part
of
my
little
prettier
but
I
mean
I,
know
for
sure.
But
here
is
the
desert
and
right
here
this
little
Burton
garden
spot
is
where
we
are
as
a
little
bit
longer
so
I
a
little
story.
F
This
is
a
better
picture
of
the
desert
in
the
Adama
golf
course
over
here
he
was
35
acres
of
grass
lawn
and
San
Jose,
not
unlike
if
any
of
you
have
ever
boots
in
the
bill,
birnes
every
same
same
sort
of
vintage
and
it
developed
in
stages.
The
main
building
is
here
and
you
drove
in
from
Hopkinton
on
the
palm
lines.
Driveway.
There
was
a
luxury
value
here
and
then
these
lodges
were
developed
later,
as
she
does
now
I
found.
F
I
C
F
E
E
F
And
it
was
successful,
he
did
a
really
good
job.
People
came
and
started
to
understand
the
allure
of
the
desert
and
yourself.
This
is
the
location
where,
at
the
location
that
well,
we've
heard
so
tell
and
I
was
get
forward
to
tell
you
that
his
son
donated
this
land
for
a
library,
and
this
is
a
fabulous
picture
of
the
lowly
looking
much
as
it
does
today.
This
is
to
be
done
early
fifties.
I
should
also
tell.
F
Library
before
it
was
a
city,
they
kind
of
lending
library
before
it
had
a
big
street
or
telephone
people
in
this
valley
cared
very
much
about
libraries
and
books
and
they
often
require
books,
because
tourists
would
be
forgetful
made
the
moon
around
and
not
how
they
coming
augmented.
The
collection,
so
swanky
desk
was
jumper,
Clark's
conception
when
this
building
was
built.
I
love
these
workshops.
We
will
try
when
this
was
rehabilitated,
to
try
and
preserve
some.
F
Foundation
paid
for
the
reproduction
desk
that
was
lost
that
you
see
we
do
up
and
lobby,
but
telling
you
about.
The
building
is
not
my
job's
name,
because
my
task
to
tell
you
about
a
dozen
in
has
where
the
gates
of
memory
it
was
just
spectacular
and
quick
photo
for
of
it.
Here's
the
main
lobby,
only
that's
out
steps.
This
was
the.
F
F
You
can
see
the
Adamas
of
above
and
here
to
analyze
the
story.
Now
the
Hoffman
comes
to
Palm
Springs
in
1909
and
to
stay
at
Lowood,
Marie's
Hotel.
She
decides.
This
is
a
great
spot
and
she's
gonna
make
Palm
Springs
and
chocolate
place,
for
example,
people.
If
she
has
started
around
Hotel,
her
husband
was
a
doctor.
F
He
started
the
TB
sanatorium
and
Tom
O'donnell
loaned
her
$50,000
said
running
the
model,
making
a
couple
thousand
dollars
a
year
to
make
the
other
men
into
Spanish
housing,
and
this
is
his
house
in
exchange
for
that
he
picked
the
best
view
of
the
world,
Valerie
right
and
here's
his
house,
and
he
got
the
book
down
on
the
desert.
This
is
what
she
built
with
all
that
money,
and
basically,
here
is
a
story.
Basically
here
is
lodging
right
up.
There.
E
F
F
Number
torches,
so
we
appropriate
to
the
desert
and
just
for
your
dickerson-
and
here
we
are
back
at
the
woman
tall
dogs
when
the
community
sizes
little
lending
libraries
that
I
won't
tell
you
home
Israel.
He
did
a
proper
house
deciding
this
build
11
when
I
wait
on
I'll
make
$10,000
half
nearly
half
of
the
most
Billy
Haas
in
this
building.
Other
prominent
citizens
get
$1000
in
1939.
F
F
F
Not
was
never
solitary
bees,
dismissive
lawyers
and
she
runs
it
until
those
guys
are
gnarly.
It
gets
purchased
by
George
involve
Alexander
of
the
Alexander
home,
and
this
is
a
Las
Palmas
and
a
giant
bankrupt
and
it's
purchased
by
heart,
Amundson
of
home
savings.
There's
big
intention
on
them.
If
you
read
the
City
Council
minutes
about
parking
where
we
live
in
a
park.
F
Probably
is
lower
by
a
bunch
of
the
modernist
architects
to
have
an
international
style.
They
do
reaction
to
all
of
downtown
and
it
was
massive
sort
of
building
project
that
we've
done.
The
experiment
of
pumpkin
from
of
a
hook,
sugar,
mama,
and
so
the
attention
was
about.
What
should
you
admit,
when
held
on
supplies
at
each
site
is
going
to
be
the
wrong?
The
very
first
building
is
funded
by
London
Ferreira.
It
was
a
my
magnet
building
that
was
directly
across
from
where
you
might
think
the
museum
is
now
he's.
F
Yes,
it's
on
what
was
in
the
back
of
the
desert,
inwards
lodges
that
ran
parallel
to
the
children
out,
so
that
that
will
be
no
first.
The
entire
infrastructure
Ontario
incorrectly
for
the
mall
was
put
into
the
Bank
of
America
building
that
is
directly
she
cornered
from
us
and
the
building
permit.
The
demolition
permit
was
pulled
in
July
of
1966
by
1968,
both
of
the
sons
of
nearly
Hoffman
are
dead
and
they
still
haven't
torn
it
down.
It
takes
some.
F
B
Thank
you,
that's
what
it
was
about
so,
as
we
did
last
week,
what
our
consultants
in
our
city
librarian
have
done.
Some
research
on
examples
where
communities
have
evaluated
is
selected
lots
that
did
not
allow
for
a
horizontal
build-out
of
the
library.
Instead,
they
were
challenged
with
looking
at
what
vertical
would
provide
in
terms
of
library
services.
So
we've
got
a
couple
of
examples
of
communities
that
have
actually
one
is
in
process,
one
that
has
been
built,
but
I
just
went
into
the
strong
crew
just
to
kind
of
see.
B
If
there's
any
discussion
of
questions
about
those,
so
the
first
one
actually
is
the
Riverside
library.
So
if
we
go
to
downtown
Riverside,
they
actually
have
a
lock
that
they're
all
out.
They
couldn't
go
vertically.
So
they're
going
horizontally
and
I
know
this
in
the
features
of
the
disappear
here.
I've
been
watching
it
so.
A
Their
current
library
is
now
going
to
become
the
Cheech
Marin
Chicago
History
Museum,
if
I
remember
that,
accurately
by
Chief
Justice,
each
so
they're
not
tearing
down
the
building
they're
just
giving
a
museum
and
that's
an
interesting
reverse.
There
me
I
think
there
may
be
issues
Riverside.
It
is
parking
and
this
plan
is
interesting
with
other
data.
Today
they
can
travel
on
in
this
plane.
This
is
a
42,000
square
foot.
Space
is
heavy
traffic.
B
F
A
A
Transfer
station
and
everybody
knows
more
about
this
Marcus.
Do
you
know
anything
about
this?
One
I?
Do
they
got
a
long-standing
issue
generally
I?
Think
about
the
sixties.
I
remember
parking
is
a
major
issue
and
they're
going
vertical
on
this.
It's
so
fast
that
I
fertilize
people
saying
that
I
was
in
Palm
Springs.
That's
a
possibility.
A
A
So
again,
it's
just
highlighting
of
the
different
grammars,
and
this
is
a
more
focused
look
at
the
community
meeting
room
and
you
will
see
you
later
home
I.
Think
it's
a
it's
not
that
big
room,
I
I
notice
s
only
about
100
people.
It
will
only
see,
don't
agree.
So
there's
a
French
bookstore
and
that's
really
going
to
get
exposure
to
the
retail
marketplace.
Kinda
the
same
for
their
friends
and
they
call
it
in
our
cage.
So
in
the
back
they
have
65
parking
spaces.
I
think
that's
very
short.
A
E
A
City
of
Marshall
is
where
the
bus
transfer
station
was
located,
so
I
think
they're
just
doing
the
best
the
cameras
party,
but
it's
probably
sixty
five
more
spaces
than
they
have
in
the
old
library.
So
they
really
have
a
training
parts
parking
lot.
Okay
and
there's
this
from
the
party
line,
they
do
have
elevators
beginning
thing
that
we
just
saw
just
detail:
Academy.
B
A
B
A
B
B
The
New
York
Times
features
from
what
I
agree.
There
was
a
piece
of
land
in
Queens
that
was
nestled
in
between
a
bunch
of
high-rise
apartment
buildings
and
they
had
long
wanted
to
put
a
branch
library
for
those
of
you
may
or
may
not
know.
Queens
borough,
public
library
is
the
most
heavily
circulated.
B
The
United
States
in
the
public
library
has
more
people
using
it
than
any
other
public
library
in
the
country,
so
they
they
really
on
down
house,
serve
the
public
and
do
it
in
an
urban
setting
with
very
little
space
to
do
it
through
every
other
main
library.
It's
quite
remarkable.
These
are
actually
you
can
see
where
David
vertical
in
this
one
building
to
serve
population
and
I'm,
trying
to
look
within
the
picture
of
the
building.
B
E
I
B
B
G
E
G
Original
concept
have
an
event
long
for
an
outdoor,
flexible
space
and
rock
outcropping
that
built
up
to
somewhat
fight
the
parking
structure
which
is
needed
north
of
the
park
and
a
water
feature
player
and
a
large
shaded
palm
boy
to
provide
shade
for
outdoor
use.
This
was
in
lieu
of
having
some
expensive,
shade
structures,
and
so
watching
is
a
pointer,
but
in
the
upper
case
right
there
right
there.
What
was
proposed.
The
original
concept
you'll
see,
was
a
carve
out
in
the
parking
structure
for
restrooms
and
some
sort
of
police
kiosk,
and
then
that
changed.
G
So
you
go
to
the
next
slide.
This
was
the
final
overall
site
plan
which
tree
floor
were
those
original
concepts
would
be
the
back
lawn
in
the
west
side
of
the
park,
the
outcrop
it's
hard
to
believe
decipher
what
those
graphics
mean,
but
you
see
the
river
and
the
water
feature
the
dogon,
and
then
you
see
the
wide
sidewalk
on
the
east
side,
mimics
the
wide
sidewalk
on
the
other
side
of
the
sea
and
play
in
front
of
the
bronze
house.
It
was
proposed.
G
G
And
that
area
extending
east
for
the
police
substation,
you
can
see,
there's
really
it
doesn't
look
like
there's
anything,
but
some
tables
and
chairs
that's
the
firing
access.
We
end
up
providing
design
for
a
fire
tribunal.
It
serves
the
police,
restoration
restroom.
This
is
the
next
slide
shows
what
this
would
look
like.
This
is
from
me
that
bomb
came
north
east
towards
what
would
be.
B
C
G
G
G
G
It's
just
that's
the
police,
police,
substation
of
the
part
restroom
scissors.
This
is
kind
of
a
thing.
Agencies
are
going
enormous
in
terms
of
both
restrooms.
It's
install
and
exterior
doors
and
not
the
whole
style
is
men's
and
women's
restroom
solution
and
these
outside.
So
that
will
be
exterior
doors
and
then
it
doesn't
shrink
here.
There's
a
common
laboratory
scene.
That's
next
year's
property
down
here
to
us
into
the
bottom,
but
the
red
both
of
that
building
is
the
police.
Substation
Police
Department
recognized
the
need
to
have
a
more
permanent
larger
facility
for
their.
B
Thank
you,
so
we've
we've
spent
the
time
looking
at
the
histories
we
have
in
our
previous
video
for
we'll
do
the
same
thing.
We've
looked
at
concepts
of
what
this
piece
of
land
might
dry
forests
and
we've
taken
a
moment
to
look
at
I
felt.
We
need
to
look
at
the
development
that
will
be
going
on
very
right
next
door
to
this
piece
of
property
as
well.
So
are
there
any
questions
from
the
committee
for
anything
presume
just
Catherine's
just.
C
If
'ok
plan,
what
Planning
Commission
wanted
was
every
space
on
the
part
activated
by
some
kind
of
user-friendly,
retail
or
civic
use,
so
that
that
Park,
which
has
a
lot
of
promise,
actually
actually
is
utilized
in
the
way
it
was
conceived,
which
is
active,
playing
people
playing
people
sitting
and
reading.
And
it's
it
in
the
list
of
things
for
this
one
of
the
positives,
and
it's
not
necessarily
the
library's
jobs.
Do
that.
I
We
talked
about,
or
was
mentioning
in
terms
of
needs,
the
libraries
that
cities
might
not
some
things
like
that,
the
way
you're
imagining
actually
to
collaborate
or
name
of
the
park,
probably
imagining,
would
a
lot.
You
still
need
the
community
facing
the
building
itself
or
we
might
having
that
space
of
me
in
the
park.
A
This
would
be
a
nice
option
because
there
are
those
out
or
staged
the
water
feature
of
the
police
substation.
There
are
some
really
nice
good
energies
down
there,
and-
and
so
yes,
I-
think
that
the
event
space
that
the
library
offers
would
be
complimentary
to
all
of
the
downtown
birds
to
the
Museum
of
the
culture.
The
Agua
Caliente
ultra
museum
itself
festival
are
easily
there
private.
A
A
A
Certainly
access
that
you're,
validated
or
whatnot,
probably
in
the
next
40
years,
we're
going
to
have
to
go
to
some
sorta
system
like
that,
but
I
am
people
have
free
parking
forever
downtown
operators,
I
think
of
the
road
that
we're
going
to
have
to
have
some
sort
of
parking
as
far
as
a
or
reserved
for
me,
but.
C
B
Let's
hope
it's
thought
to
be
good
to
the
criteria
because
parking
that's
been
over
last
week.
Isn't
the
criteria
for
us
to
discuss
as
well?
So
let
me
do
a
check
here.
Last
week
we
went
through
the
criteria.
We
voted.
What
we
sell
personally,
how
the
current
site
mentor
did
not
meet
the
criteria.
I
actually
have
a
proxy
for
David
Brinkman,
he
said:
is
it
yeah
after
he
researched
the
material
side
to
have
his
his
boat?
Are
we
so
located
with
that
process
and
can
be
run
through
the
criteria
of
her
lock?
C
B
The
question
I'll
repeat
the
question:
is
this
the
with
some
transit
get
involved
in
such
a
discussion
as
to
the
availability
to
the
bustling
downtown?
Particular
our
media,
offering
from
the
librarian
is
the
end.
Did
you
area
the
state
develop,
there's
a
great
question:
that's
we
I
can
imagine.
If
is
this
by
were
to
become
one
of
our
recommendations.
We
probably
would
want
to
sit
as
a
highlight.
B
B
So
any
questions
from
any
of
the
presenters
that
we
are.
We
ready
to
look
at
the
criteria
and
do
some
boating,
but
doesn't
even
one
here
last
week
is
really
the
symbols.
Light
is
for
us
to
show
hands
if
we
felt
like
this
site
and
met
the
criteria,
if
you,
if
you've
just
agreed
with
that,
then
we're
going
to
ask
you
to
speak
to
that
the
group
as
to
why
you
disagree.
So
that's
I,
don't
know
you,
you
might
persuade
others
to
agree
with
you
in
terms
of
it
not
meeting
those
expectations.
B
B
D
F
D
C
B
E
This
is
really
difficult
for
me
to
vote
yes
because
of
the
song
possibility,
just
laying
in
as
another
building
and
on
you
subtract
library
as
I'm
prime
example
of
something
that's
hot,
be
visible,
because
you've
got
the
part,
and
then
you
got
structured
your
space
around
them.
This
area
that
we're
talking
about
lot
G
is
somewhat
adenosine
is
becoming
denser
and
denser.
Therefore,
we
can
drive,
or
just
passing
it
just
may
be
very
nice
as
what
is
it
unless
is
clearly
marked,
somehow
library
that
it
makes
it
very
distinguishable.
I
B
D
D
F
F
F
B
F
Is
addition
to
the
block
up
longer?
It's
word
events
and
its
party
and
just
two
main
street,
that
is
blocked
by
service
three
vehicles
at
times,
museum
is
better
and
you're
very
right
about,
and
dress
and
Museum
Drive
moving
around
I
mean
it's
already
extremely
congested.
The
killer
thing
it's
a
much
well
in
12
left
turns
that's
complete.
They
had
to
do
it.
The
other
site
right
so
I'm
sure.
F
E
E
C
D
D
B
B
E
E
G
D
I
think
that
take
that
consider,
and
in
fact
that
Ginny
there
was
now
no
news
downtown
to
me-
doesn't
leave
a
cogent
argument,
not
put
a
facility
downtown
for
the
community
to
use
because
I
believe
the
combination
of
a
central
park
that
has
all
these
really
wonderful
elements
it
can
be
programmed
of
the
lawsuit
Book
Fairs
are
going
to
have
concerts,
who
you
pick
out
food
trucks
or
I'm
area.
Thank
you
to
dude
to
entice
the
community
to
use
it.
D
F
I'm
sure
I'll
take
over
disagree
with
you
that
there's
no
reason
to
go
downtown
now
and
I
breathe.
You
are
very
crude
alike,
although
it's
just
not
their
perception
of
where
they
want
to
go
or
that
it's
centrally
located
or
that
it's
most
accessible
and
again
it's
just
one
one
criteria,
interesting
late
when
they
started
central
library
library
is
now
one
of
them.
F
F
C
We
had
a
site
that
was
closer
to
City,
Hall
I,
think
that
would
be
exciting,
I
kind
of
agree
with
Michael
on
this,
although
I
think
I
think
putting
it
downtown
for
some
of
the
minority,
children
and
parents
and
populations.
The
question
is
globally.
Come
I.
Do
think.
If
you
put
something
that
doesn't
cost
you
money
in
your
Civic
Center,
it's
an
attraction
for
people
to
come.
I
know
the
square
right
and
I
know
my
husband
would
never
go
downtown
until
the
square
opened
up
and
Starbucks
folded
up
and
it
felt
open
and
he
loved.
C
He
would
just
choose
to
be
downtown
because
it
had
a
different
feel
that
it
was
path
so
that
I
think
they
think
it
would
be
accessible
to
all
populations
because
of
the
the
closeness
to
the
Art
Museum
and
having
to
to
civic
uses
and
I
had
like
the
closest
to
the
love
would.
But
you
know,
I
I
have
an
assurance
that
we
don't,
you
know,
choose
a
white
population
of
where
our
population,
let
me
choose
where
we're
going
to
put
one
her
so
that.
E
E
B
E
B
I
B
I
Comment
sure
I
wrote
anything,
it
doesn't
have
crime
situation,
but
one
being
a
millennial
plug
around
driving
and
parking,
and
the
future
of
mobility
is
very
different
than
what
it
is
right
now
and
I
would
imagine.
In
ten
years
there's
some
locker
like
it
was
a
locker
room
or
drug
box,
and
they
just
and
oh
just
hope,
we're
not
saying
like
television
as
to
how
people
are.
F
E
E
B
C
C
F
B
A
B
B
C
B
So
do
we
feel
it
would
be
close
enough
to
college
of
the
desert
in
this
particular
space?
All
in
favor
of
that
raise
your
hand
we're
moving
into
the
palm
springs
specific
criteria.
Remember
we
talked
about
with
this
particular
piece
of
land,
be
central
to
our
community
to
provide
a
central
library
and
looking
to
the
future
with
their
branch.
Libraries
at
some
point,
so
is
this
site
appropriate
for
a
central
or
main
library
building.
B
F
E
F
F

E
E

A
F
I

I
B
C
C
E
B
F
B
B
It
could
quickly
add
a
to
beyond
what
we
have
now,
because
there
are
services
that
some
of
my
want
that
we
don't
have
now
so
I
think
that
we
were
out
of
this
to
say:
could
it
be
accommodate
sure
it's
not
that
we
were
going
to
do
it
by
the
way
we
never
made
a
decision
about
where
we're
going,
though
people
think
we
have
will
be
having
it's
really
boring
because
of
this
site.
Give
us
that
opportunity
that
makes.
D
F
F
E
B
B
Trustees
meets
at
three
o'clock.
We
probably
will
take
the
two
hours
that
we
have
set
aside
for
that
for
that
meeting
of
mine.
So
five
o'clock,
but
please
come
join
us
and
we
will
be
looking
at
the
college
of
the
desert.
I
know
that
we
have
a
short
turnaround
time
here.
The
consultants
and
Jeannie
and
I
are
building
information
about
that
site
as
quickly
as
possible.
So
I
will
alert
you
guys
tomorrow
and
the
next
day,
as
we
start
building
files
in
there.
So
they
do
have
something.
