B
A
Opposed
great,
thank
you,
since
this
is
a
public
hearing
audience
members
are
permitted
to
comment
on
any
issue.
That's
within
this
committee's
purview
comments
on
an
item
appearing
on
today's
agenda
are
made
at
the
time
that
that
item
is
presented.
If
anybody
would
like
to
speak
on
an
item
that
is
not
on
today's
agenda,
you
may
speak
now.
Each
speaker
will
have
three
minutes.
A
A
We'll
now
go
to
item
number
two
unfinished
business,
which
there
is
none,
so
we
move
ahead
to
item
number
three:
a
request
by
Studio,
a
r
d
Architects
on
behalf
of
pinnacleview
LLC,
the
major
architectural
and
administrative
minor
modification
applications
to
construct
a
5198
square
foot
single-family
residence
with
a
maximum
Building
height
of
25.6
feet
on
a
22
610
square
foot,
undeveloped,
Hillside
property.
F
The
Provost
project
is
the
construction
of
a
new
z.
These
are
how
to
say
specific
plan
area
and
the
Brooklyn's
residence
is
5198
square
feet
inside
I've
done
a
lot
which
is
22,
610
square
feet.
Fabric
is
proposing
the
building
height
of
25
points.
F
Excuse
me,
25.6
feet
the
maximum
and
the
applicant
submitted
a
administrative
model
modification
in
addition
to
a
major
architectural
application
to
request
this
purpose.
F
This
is
a
project
site
aerial
view
and
just
to
kind
of
give
you
the
context
of
where
it's
located
in
a
specific
plan
area.
The
project
site
is
about
86
and
it's
currently
decades
it
from
the
City
View
Drive
and
it
about
The
Pedestrian
Trail
to
South,
and
these
are
the
images
on
the
project
site
and
its
surroundings.
It's
surrounded
by
banking
parcels
and
a
character
defining
feature
of
the
site
is
an
existing
forward
and
a
training
channel
that
runs
through
the
project
site.
F
The
Topography
of
the
site
is
not
start
from
its
northwest
corner
to
the
source
Southeast
corner
by
29
feet,
and
this
is
a
close-up
image
of
the
project
site.
As
you
see,
the
cover
is
located
in
the
Northwest
section
of
the
project
site
and
the
drainage,
Channel
diagonally
dissects
the
site,
and
you
probably
see
a
line
that's
crossing
over,
and
that
is
just
an
abundant
water
pipe.
That
is.
F
F
F
And
this
is
the
Easter
division,
which
is
the
rear
innovation
of
a
project
site
again
the
same
materials
are
proposed
and
this
Innovation
will
accommodate
expensive
grazing,
and
this
is
a
salsi
division.
Again.
The
churned
wood
sightings
proposed
the
design
does
not
really
include
a
visible
solar
control
element
where
the
bedrooms
are
located.
F
These
are
section
drawings.
The
bottom
image
shows
the
section
drawings
or
the
proposed
Branch
over
covert.
So
this
is
this
image
shows
a
grudge
as
well
as
a
structured
support
in
the
back.
F
Excuse
me
stretch,
support
below
the
resins
and
this
is
to
show
the
purple's
living
room
which
crosses
over
the
drainage
Channel
and
connects
the
two
parts
of
the
project,
and
the
project
proposes
stepping
design
to
respond,
the
studies,
topography
again,
a
stepping
designs
proposed
and
the
project
is
proposing
the
maximum
Building
height
of
25.6
feet,
which
is
a
measured
at
the
highest
point
where
the
living
room
is
located
and
due
to
due
to
the
sites,
the
other
complex
topography.
F
It
is
very
difficult
for
the
project
to
be
contained
within
the
18
foot,
building
hypo
and
this
these
sections
adjust
to
to
kind
of
visit
the
challenges
or
the
project.
This
project
site
is
facing
in
terms
of
topography.
F
And
even
though
the
project
does
include
areas
which
exceeds
the
18
foot
high,
building,
High
pillow,
the
particle
height
of
the
building
is
usually
contained
less
than
18
feet.
F
F
And
the
image
at
the
bottom
shows
the
proposed
Grudge
on
top
of
the
existing
Culvert,
to
show
the
the
structure
detail.
F
And
excuse
me
that
video
is
proposing
the
retaining
wall
and
the
Jeep,
including
to
provide
the
support
for
the
garage.
F
The
proposed
building
materials
include
a
charred
wood
siding
as
well
as
a
casting
place,
a
concrete
stucco
Stone
favor
blackened
Steel,
and
these
are
the
purpose
color
palette
and
again
that
project
is
proposing,
and
these
are
neutral
colors
for
this
project.
F
And
these
are
the
renderings
of
the
purpose
project
facing
the
year
and
the
project
retains
a
strong
rectilinear
form
very
strong,
horizontal
profile.
That
makes
the
vertical
and
a
horizontal
element
for
to
achieve
the
desert.
Modern
art
section-
and
these
are
the
different
images
of
the
podcast
project.
Again
looking
at
the
bedroom
number
two
from
the
street,
as
well
as
the
rear
Innovation,
where
the
pool
and
another
Living
Spaces
proposed
and
additional
images
of
the
Google's
residence.
F
These
are
particularly
rear
view
of
the
property
and
the
details
of
the
proposed
living
room
over
the
drainage
Channel
and
how
the
building
Innovation
is
going
to
appear
in
the
area.
And,
lastly,
this
is
a
relief
plan.
The
applicant
is
proposing
the
roof
color
or
even
though
it
looks
beige
or
a
little
bit
clean,
In
Color.
By
going
into
the
pan,
that's
going
to
be
great
with
So,
based
on
these
little
materials.
The
project
conforms
to
the
development
standards,
except
for
the
building
height
of
25.6
feet
and
up.
F
You
can
submit
it
and
administrative
amount
of
application
to
request
the
deviations
and
then
also
the
project
meets
the
architecture
and
Hillside
review
criteria.
As
well
as
digital
price,
a
specific
plan
design
guidelines,
except
for
the
architecture,
treatment
of
the
cells
Innovation,
which
is
lacking
in
solar
control
elements,
but
particularly
the
area
where
bedrooms
number
two
and
number
three
are
work
with
it.
F
Considering
the
science
condition
and
stuff
finds
that
adapting
as
a
requests
for
any
approval
is
justified
by
the
existing
conditions
and
the
project
is
in
performance
with
applicable
regulations,
guidelines
using
implementation,
other
conditions
about
approval
and
and
the
conditions
about
approval
will
not
really
alter
the
nature
of
the
project
or
the
character.
The
proposed
design,
and
for
these
reasons,
the
staff
recommends
AAC
adult
resolution.
G
F
Approve
the
project
strategory
conditions
that
are
approval,
which
include,
but
are
not
limited
to
the
incorporation
of
a
solar
element.
Excuse
me,
solar
culture,
internet
into
the
architecture,
design
of
the
size,
Innovation,
specifically
the
area
where
the
bedrooms
and
the
two
and
three
are
located,
and
this
concludes
a
stock
presentation
and
the
staff
and
applicants
are
also
available.
If
you
have
any
questions.
Thank.
A
A
Erico
I
have
a
quick
question
as
I'm
looking
at
the
site
plan,
they
have
some
mechanical
equipment.
That's
literally
against
the
wall.
At
this
property
line.
Is
there
a
setback
requirement
for
mechanical
equipment
in
the
residential
building
requirements
in.
F
Reviewing
the
mechanical
equipment
enclosure,
we
typically
apply
the
same
regulations
for
walls,
because
essentially
the
equipment,
placement
and
enclosure
is
I,
guess
a
functions
in
a
similar
way
as
a
wall.
So
if
it's
a
five
feet,
then
that's
permitted
or
that's
something
that
we
would
generate
upcoming.
F
The
noise
of
mitigation
is
the
construction
of
some
kind
of
an
enclosure
construction,
so
as
long
as
the
APK
proposes
the
CNA
CNU
or
some
kind
of
a
material
that
has
a
thickness
and
it
can't
prevent
the
noise
to
be
traveling
to
the
adjacent
property.
That's
considered
acceptable.
Thank.
D
Drrico
hi
I
have
a
question
on
the
height
limit
and
it's
shown
in
section
adequately.
I've
tried
to
get
a
an
understanding
of
where
in
plan
or
site
plan,
particularly.
F
F
I
F
Yes,
so
the
area
that's
highlighted
in
orange
or
pink
I
should
say
so.
That's
the
area
that
exceeds
the
18
foot
high
building
pillow
height.
So
in
this
case
the
master,
Building
height
is
measured
from
the
the
existing
grade
or
bottom
and
towards
the
top
of
the
proposed.
F
This
is
not
the
only
area
if
you
go
to
a
Sheen
of
a
po15
there's
another
section
that
shows
a
projection,
but
not
as
significant
other
areas,
and
the
projection
really
depends
on
where
the
session
drugs
are
taken,
as
well
because
of
the
Topography
of
the
site.
Sure,
yes,
no,
that.
D
Thank
you
and
a
question
for
you
on
pl3
this
indication.
Of
course,
of
this,
the
setback
line
and
then
in
red
I
see
are
those
requested
encroachments?
Yes,.
F
Those
are
the
the
projection
of
a
minor
architecture
of
features
such
as
wind
walls
right
and
roof
overhang
in
a
stop
before
page
number,
page
number,
four,
there's
a
table
that
this
the
proposed
architecture,
projection
and
conformance
to
applicable
regulations.
F
H
A
J
Hello,
sorry
trying
to
get
my
camera
going.
Hi
I'm,
Nick
lafaro
a
designer
here
at
Studio,
Ard,
Architects
I'm,
presenting
desert
Palisades
at
lot.
86,
the
single
family,
residence
plus
Casita
that
we're
proposing
for
this
property
I
was
hoping
I
could
share
screen
to
to
kind
of
address.
Some
of
these
height
questions
is,
is
that
something
I
can
still
do
looks
like.
J
So
I'm
sharing
our
3D
model
here
kind
of
a
bird's
eye
view
looking
West
and
I'm,
going
to
turn
on
our
18
foot
pillow
here,
just
so
everyone's
kind
of
crystal
clear,
where
we
are
violating
it's
mostly
over
the
living
area
and
a
tidge
over
the
garage
area
here,
and
the
reason
for
that
is
when
I
turn
this
off.
J
That's
where
our
our
historic
and
existing
flow
line
is
flowing
through.
So
it's
a
very
tricky
site
in
order
to
meet
the
the
standard
18-foot
pillow
height
here
we're
doing
our
best.
We've
been
working
with
our
civil
engineer
to
to
sync
this
building
as
much
as
we
can
we're
we're
using
fairly
minimal
Heights.
If
you
look
in
section
we're
proposing
a
bottom
of
Joy
set
ten
foot
one
over
that
living
area,
the
the
garage
is
at
nine
foot
one
so
we're
doing
our
best
to
to
meet
these.
J
This
hype
restriction
and
we've
applied
for
an
amm
I
hope
that
was
able
to
clear
some
of
this
up.
I'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
project.
You
know
this
Project's
really
categorized
by
this.
This
Culvert
and
when
Ed
Freeman
came
to
us
to
design
a
home
for
this
property.
That
was
the
first
thing
we
needed
to
address,
so
we
we
thought
okay.
Well,
what
can
we
do
with
this
Culvert?
J
We
don't
want
to
see
it
and
we
we
we
kind
of
want
to
cover
it.
So
we
we
located
the
garage
here
and
we've
been
working
with
our
structural
engineer,
our
civil
engineer
and
MSA
Paul
Sepulveda,
the
original
civil
engineer
on
on
how
to
best
do
this
so
we're
or
a
cantilevering
our
garage
structure
over
the
Culvert,
not
touching
that
structure
at
all
and
I
know.
Rick
manjaris
has
reviewed
these
drawings
and
gave
us
some
feedback,
and
we've
come
back
with
this
proposed
design.
J
Aside
from
the
garage,
the
the
views
for
the
site
are
really
oriented
towards
the
the
southeast
towards
the
airport,
so
we
wanted
to
orient
as
many
of
our
spaces
that
way.
So
we
wanted
really
a
north
south
running
orientation,
but
we
had
this
historic
flow
line
that
ran
East
West,
so
we're
proposing
to
bridge
across
that
with
our
interior
dining
space
and
we're
proposing
deep
end
concrete
footings
in
order
to
span
that
distance
materials
for
this
project.
J
We're
trying
to
keep
a
very
simple
palette,
with
only
three
major
materials
which
are
these
cast
in
place,
concrete
walls
using
panels
and
and
a
cone-shaped
form
ties.
The
panels
are
going
to
be
about
three
foot
high
by
six
foot
wide
we're
proposing
integral
color
stucco
of
a
kind
of
grayish
putty
color
and
we're
proposing
charred
vertical
wood.
J
Siding
the
species
would
be
a
Coya
which
is
very
durable
for
the
desert
for
the
driveway,
we're
proposing
a
natural
stone
pavers
to
better
blend
with
the
existing
Boulders
and
the
sights
and
yeah
I
I
I.
Think
for
a
challenging
property.
J
We're
doing
we're
doing
a
pretty
decent
job
here
of
incorporating
the
site
or
incorporating
incorporating
this
three-bedroom
house
plus
Casita
into
it
at
various
levels.
It
truly
is
a
split
level
home
this
one
that
follows
the
existing
site,
Contours
yeah,
that
that's
all
I
have
to
say
right
now,
I'm
here
to
answer
any
questions.
J
A
You
thank
you
Nick
right
now
is
the
time
for
public
comments.
Is
there
anybody
from
the
public
who
would
like
to
comment
on
this
project.
A
Okay,
seeing
none
questions
from
the
committee
for
the
applicant.
E
A
E
J
Our
Our
concern
of
putting
it
on
the
second
and
third
bedroom
is,
if
you
look
at
the
site
plan
these
and
some
of
our
3D
views.
This
is
really
the
first
thing
that
people
are
seeing
as
they're
kind
of
coming
off
the
street
and
they're
diving
down
to
head
towards
the
the
garage
so
that
that
was
a
concern
of
ours.
J
Locating
them
there
I
could
see
us
maybe
getting
more
over
on
the
master
bedroom,
the
the
bedroom
one
and
maybe
I
think
there's
a
lot
more
room
to
get
them
over
the
kitchen
as
well.
I
I
hear
you
on
on
this
highest
peak
portion.
J
If
the
garage
would
be,
in
your
view,
the
guest
house
I
think
we
could
maybe
get
about
like
five
or
six
panels
on
there
and
maybe
there's
a
way
that
we
can
screen
them
with
an
architectural
feature
too.
J
Wanted
to
get
a
10
degree
slope
on
there
to
to
to
help
with
our
solar
gain
and.
K
G
There
looking
at
the
pool
any
fencing
safety
safety
defensive,
rank
in
that
area.
J
Yes,
I'm
going
to
share
screen
again,
we
had
sent
this
to
Noriko
I'm,
not
sure
that
it
made
it
in
time.
For
oh,
it
is
in
the
packet
that
you're
looking
at
hold
on.
J
When
we
show
it
starting
here
off
of
the
kitchen,
so
it's
going
behind
the
barbecue
on
the
North
side,
there
heading
kind
of
Southeast,
then
it
follows
the
property
line
around
Yonder
and
we
dyed
it
into
Boulders
we're
hoping
to
get
some
high
Boulders
there,
but
we
could
easily
continue
it
to
our
pool
equipment
enclosure
here
and
then
we
have
another
gate
that
secures
that
wrong
or
secures
it
off
from
the
public.
So
a
pool
guy
can
park
in
the
driveway
walk
here,
access
this
gate
and
be
in
the
pool
yard.
B
J
Sorry
well,
we're
proposing
are
vertical
steel
posts
1
by
3,
hsses
that'll
be
at
five
feet
and
they'll
have
a
natural
they'll
be
allowed
to
rust.
K
K
A
K
Yeah,
so
you
mentioned
the
pool,
equipment
and
access
for
the
pool
service.
Based
on
that
last
plan
that
you
were
looking
at,
it
looks
like
you've
got
a
wall
of
Boulders.
You
know
that
separate
the
driveway
from
any
access
to
the
pool
equipment
or
the
pool.
Are
you
gonna,
provide
a
gate
or
something
a
way
that
they
can
get
in
there.
J
I
think
what
we
need
to
do
is
reevaluate
these
Boulders
or
our
plan
was
to
set
them
in
a
way
that
they
could
act
as
steps
for
a
pool
man
to
or
woman
who
come
up
in
and
pass
down
here.
We
also
have
this
four
foot
fire
access
that
continues
around
bedroom
two
here,
so
a
pool
man
could
either
walk
down
the
driveway
or
they
have
a
parking
space
here
to
come
across.
J
If
we
we
can
do
that,
we
can
do
that
to
me
the
the
simplest
way
is
we'll
reevaluate
our
Boulders
here
and
create
concrete
steps
that
walk
down
a
pathway
here.
K
And
then
the
other
question
I
have
is
in
in
the
master
bedroom
the
primary
bedroom.
The
bathroom
you've
got
like
a
wall
of
glass
right
outside
the
shower
and
the
tub
looking
right
to
the
neighbor's
property
and
I
I
did
look
at
your
landscape
planning.
You
have
some
trees
and
other
plant
material,
but
there's
still
a
dead-on
shot
right
into
the
shower
from
your.
J
We've
we've
got
a
finished
grade
here
of
nine
nine
zero,
so
I
mean
it
counts,
down
eight
nine,
eight,
eight
seven.
Our
thoughts
were
whoever
builds
here.
They
are
going
to
be
higher.
We
think
we
can
get
some
bouldering
going
on
here
and
get
a
well-placed
tree
here
to
help
with
that
visibility.
K
Okay,
yeah
and
then
this
was
just
a
small
thing.
If
you
go
to
the
kitchen
and
it
looks
like
you
have
sliders,
it
opens
up
to
a
bar
I,
assume
indoor
outdoor
kind
of
bar.
Yes,.
J
K
But
the
way
they
slide
into
the
pocket
from
the
kitchen
from
the
inside
there's
no
way
really
to
make
that
work.
You.
J
We
we've
actually
done
this
in
the
past
and
it
worked
okay.
J
What
we
like
about
design
is,
we
we've
got
this
countertop
here
that
then
overhangs
a
bit
and
these
these
little
squares
that
we're
showing
and
they're
stools.
So
when
you
open
this
baby
up,
you
can
pull
this
stool
out,
and
it's
this
great
indoor,
outdoor
space
and
bar
and
hangout
area.
What
people
have
done
in
the
past
is
if
they
couldn't
reach
over,
that
they've
just
unlocked
it
and
they
come
outside.
They
come
out
here.
J
K
A
Nick
I
have
a
question
about
your
driveway.
It's
it's
gone.
It
smokes
about
six
feet
from
the
street,
down
to
the
garage
door
and
you're,
showing
one
parking
Bay,
that's
out
of
the
driveway.
That
could
be
the
backup
space,
but
I
worry
that
when
service
people
are
there
or
guests
are
there
that
are
parked
there,
then
that
homeowner
is
going
to
have
to
back
backwards
up
a
steep
six
foot,
sloping
driveway
and
a
curve,
then
out
onto
the
street,
it
seems
pretty
unmanageable.
A
J
So
we
have
sliders
here
from
the
living
room
and
we
we
have
the
pool
the
tanning
shelf
coming
right
up
to
it.
So
we're
kind
of
working,
some
engineering
here
and
kind
of
using
our
house
footing
as
the
bond
Beam
for
the
pool
which
we've
done
in
the
past,
but
we're
keeping
about
five
feet
here.
So
at
this
lead
panel.
So
from
the
living
room,
you
can
still
come
out
here
and
use
this
spot.
J
There
was
we
actually
wrestled
with
that,
a
lot
Tom
and
we
have
old
plans
where
we
were
stepping
down
to
a
spa
here,
but
man
we,
we
were
really
struggling
with
the
grading
at
this
area,
so
we
we
kind
of
ultimately
brought
it
over
here.
We
were
also
thinking,
accessibility,
wise
I,
don't
know,
maybe
guests
wouldn't
feel
comfortable
going
and
using
that
spot
if
it
was
right
outside
of
the
master
bedroom.
A
Right:
okay
from
the
committee
John
Walsh
has
a
question.
D
I
I
do
and
it
it
pertains.
Mr
chairman
to
the
vehicular
access
issue.
I
I
assumed
that
there
was
no
programmatic
request
for
guest
parking
of
any
sort
foreign.
J
J
Okay,
yep,
but
what
we
would
be
open
to
is
similar
to
some
of
these
other
projects
that
we've
recently
presented
like
on
Lot
10
and
lot
103
I
could
see
us
carving
out
something
using
Boulders
along
the
street.
This
line
here
that
I'm
drawing
actually
represents
the
edge
of
the
pavers
in
desert
Palisades.
The
rest
of
this
is
eight
feet
of
decomposed
granite.
What
what
we're
doing
on
other
properties
is
we're
continuing
the
decomposed
granite
into
little
carved
out
areas
where
we
can,
where
we
encourage
guests
to
park.
J
D
Yeah,
it
just
seems
like
something:
I
would
encourage
and
it's
come
up
on
a
you
know.
Some
other
projects
in
the
area
and
it'd
be
that
difficult
to
do,
and
you
could
get
a
safe
place
to
pull
your
car
clearly
off
the
road
and
you
could
like
10
people
to
your
birthday
party
because
right
now
it
just
you
know
it.
It's
a
it's
a
question
where
you
would,
where
you
would
park
the
the
secondary
area
that
you
did
identify.
It
seems
like
there
are
a
lot
of
places
that
you
could
kind
of.
D
Just
you
know
shoehorn
in
enough
and
the
second
area
that
you
indicated
a
little
bit
further
down.
Yeah
there
it's
it's
there
I
think
I.
E
H
G
The
little
diagram
that
Nick
had
put
up
in
there
showing
where
they
could
potentially
widen
the
edge
of
the
road,
which
is
the
green
area
that
he
has
up
there,
that
area
there
is
directly
over
the
top
of
the
Culvert
that
is
ending
up
under
the
garage.
So
you
can
see
the
pipe
going
across
the
road
right
here
in
the
red
and
I
believe
on
either
side
of
the
road
of
their
neck.
If
I'm,
not
mistaken,
I
thought
that
there
was.
D
G
Palisades
guardrail
system
that
was
along
there
didn't
they
have
other
stainless
steel
cables
and
pipes
running
across
there
to
protect
cars
from
going
over
the
edge
and
hitting
those
head
walls.
Yes,
that
is
true,
so
that
would
not
be
an
option
right
here
with
the
cables
got
it.
You
have
about
five
feet.
C
Yes,
Nick
can,
is
there
any
restrictions
or
couldn't
I
notice
on
the
grading
plan,
you
know
there's
quite
a
difference
in
grade
between
one
of
the
entertainment
patios
in
the
back
and
the
actual
drainage
Channel
itself.
C
Is
there
any
any
kind
of
safety
barriers
or
you
know
it's
almost
12
feet
in
some
areas,
up
to
even
13
feet,
difference
in
height
and
and
how
is
safety
address
there
and
then?
Secondly,
is
there
any
how
tall
is
the
actual
Culvert
itself
I
mean?
Could
somebody
go
in
there
and
and
is
there
any
screening
or.
J
Okay,
I'm
gonna
address
the
first
question
here.
So
is
everyone
seeing
my
screen?
Okay,
have
a
3D
model
yep,
so
yes,
safety.
J
We
we
are
proposing
a
bridge
that
kind
of
connects
across
here
and
with
the
the
pool
wall
itself,
is
actually
gonna
work
and
be
designed
as
a
retaining
wall.
On
the
south
end
on
the
North
End
we're
going
to
be
building
another
concrete,
retaining
wall,
we're
going
to
be
incorporating
boulders
to
kind
of
help
die
that
down.
Looking
at
this,
though,
I
see
that
we
need
to
add
some
railing
here.
D
J
E
J
Height
about
like
three
foot,
three
foot,
three
or
so-
and
it
has
an
oval
kind
of
shape
to
it
in
order
to
access
that
people
will
have
to
come
on
to
the
property,
walking
down
the
driveway
and
walking
down
Boulders
here
in
order
to
to
get
inside
of
that
Culvert
or
climb
through
from
the
other
end
of
the
street.
C
Requirement
that
it
be
able
to
be
maintained
or
cleared
or
you
know
through
I,
don't
know
the
HOA
or
even
the
water
district
I.
G
Yeah
one
of
the
requirements
that
we
will
have
is
that
they
need
to
provide
some
kind
of
evidence
from
HOA
that
HOA
and
the
property
owner
will
be
okay
with
reciprocal
agreement
for
maintenance,
because
that
covert
doesn't
belong
to
each
way
and
does
not
belong
to
the
city
or
rcfc,
because
it's
private,
so
they
would
have
to
provide
something
along
those
lines
before
certificate
of
occupancy.
But
the
bottom
of
that
wash
as
well
one
of
the
other
environments
is
that
we
said
that
we
would
like
to
see.
G
A
A
I
think
it's
a
terribly
complex
lot
with
that
Culvert
I
mean
I,
don't
think
anybody
of
us
has
ever
had
to
deal
with
something
like
that,
and
this
is
a
pretty
imaginative
way
to
handle
it
in
general.
I
think
the
house
is
very
nice.
My
big
concern
would
be
what
I
talked
about
earlier
for
the
access
getting
out
of
the
garage
to
the
street
with
the
Steep
six
foot
high
drive,
but
I
would
be
in
favor
of
approving
the
administrative
Moder
modification
for
the
height
limit.
A
It
does
occur
over
the
Culvert
area,
so
it's
kind
of
an
unnatural
progression.
Anyway,
you
can
see
look
at
the
section
if
the
pipeline
were
continued
above
the
two
rooms
on
either
side,
they
would
connect
right
across
where
they're
filling
in
with
this
height,
so
I
don't
have
any
problem
with
the
height
issue.
C
I
just
have
one
additional
comment
regarding
the
quantity
of
landscape
lights.
I
know
quite
a
few,
are
the
smaller
Puck
type
lights
but
I
believe
there's
a
total
of
67
lights
on
the
site
and
I
would
like
to
see
them
kind
of
revisit
that
to
really
do
so.
We
don't
get
so
much
light
up
on
those
hillsides.
A
Well,
I
can
make
a
motion
to
approve,
as
submitted
including
the
amm,
and
is
there
anything
else,
Chris,
specifically
that
we
have
to
put
in
the
motion.
B
No
I,
no
Mr,
chair
I
think
that
that
covers
it.
Okay,
thank.
E
A
Okay,
we
will
now
go
to
item
number
3B,
Richard
Meaney
or
a
major
architectural
application
to
construct
the
6531
square
foot
single-family
residence
on
a
hillside
parcel
located
on
Lot
21
24-24,
Morning
Vista.
We
have
a
staff
report
please
and
before
we
do
that
I
want
to
note
that
Sean
lockyer
is
now
joining
the.
H
H
And
the
way
it
was
designed
on
the
local
sales
creates
minimalist
drives
to
the
building
project
sites.
H
The
landscape
is
Desert,
sorry
is
consistently
and
inappropriate.
Landscape
such
as
agave
and
desert
spoon
and
Barrel
Cactus.
They
are
for
pollinates
Elaine,
sorry,
additional
lighting,
Within,
the
landscape.
B
H
And
the
little
guy
is
walking
assistant
between
700k
White,
Long,
Lake,
Lewis.
H
So
the
proposed
material
consists
of
wood,
siding
the
Koya
wood,
which
is
appropriate
for
the
desert
area.
They
are
basically
the
husband
says,
thanks
to
the
two,
the
very
natural
gray,
wood,
so
much
as
well.
I
guess,
natural.
H
And
the
side,
so
you
can
see
this
screen,
the
mineral
Rod
is
located
it
is.
It
does
face
the
straight,
unfortunately,
because
of
the
the
way
that
the
lot
is
occur.
It's
not
able
to
really
a
spring
straight,
but
they
did
it
in
such
a
way
where
they
you
can
get
in
the
driveway.
So
it's
not
for
correctly
facing.
H
Alternatively,
Arc
can
require
an
additional
review
of
the
am
application
which
can
be
reviewed
at
the
next
meeting.
If
that
completes
my
report,
the
applicant
is
available.
A
B
A
Okay,
I've
been
sure
the
applicant
is
here.
Could
you
please
come
up?
Give
us
your
name,
and
you
have
10
minutes
to
present
the
project.
Yeah.
M
L
Hey
hi,
this
is
Jorge,
hey
I'm,
the
designer
for
the
project.
Well,
basically,
the
the
concern
and
talked
about
about
the
the
12
12
feet.
It's
only
a
portion
of
of
the
house
and
the
reason
why
we
believe
it's
it's
it's
it's
not
too
bad.
It's
it's!
We
try
to
keep
the
existing
a
lot
as
intact
as
possible,
actually
it's
totally
intact.
So
there
is
this
right
right
river
that
we
raise
the
house
to
be
able
to
to
let
the
water
go
through.
L
We
could
well,
if
you
take
the
dimension
from
from
north
to
south,
if
you
make
a
straight
line
and
you
do
an
offset
of
the
18
feet.
Well,
the
all
the
house
will
be
fine
and
below
that
pillow
line.
So
that's
why
we
believe
it's
it's
something
that
it's
a
a
trying
to
achieve
to
keep
the
as
much
nature
as
the
the
site
possible.
I!
L
B
K
So
on
the
sections
it
shows
that
there's
a
mechanical
room
below
the
house
and
if
I'm
guessing
right,
it's
under
the
master,
bathroom
bedroom
I
mean
and
one
of
the
sections
shows
a
door.
How
do
you
get?
How
do
you
access
that
mechanical
room
from.
L
I
L
H
L
K
K
I
must
be
five,
oh
no.
She
too
I!
Guess
it
is
it's
each
of
the
mechanical
room
in
section
under
the
master,
bedroom
and
there's
a
it
looks
like
there's
I'll
call
it
a
tunnel
on
each
side
of
it
and
so
you're
saying
that
it's
access
from
the
side
toward
the
garage.
A
M
A
And
then
probably
the
more
significant
question
I
have
is.
When
we
look
at
the
renderings,
the
fascia
is
shown
as
I'm
guessing
12
to
15
inches
thick
and
it's
just
a
fat
a
flat
purpose.
But
then,
when
we
look
at
the
elevation
drawings,
the
fascia
has
some
detail
to
it.
You're
looking
at
page
four-
and
it's
also
called
out,
is
a
as
a
concrete
roof.
Is
the
roof
of
this
house
really
poured
concrete
we're.
L
Designing
this
structure
now
and
it's
wood
and
it's
going
to
be
a
four
inch
fascia
and
then
recess
is
if
I
I
think
it's
four
feet
or
six
feet
back.
It's
gonna
have
the
another
fascia
around
another
10
10
inches,
because
that's
where
the
beam
of
a
structural
beam
is
going
to
be
what
you're
gonna
see
from
this
is
just
basically
for
the
first
part
is
going
to
be
just
four
inches.
L
L
L
A
Okay,
John
John
McCoy.
You
have
a
question
yeah.
D
Mr
chairman,
my
question
pertains.
It
ties
into
the
the
thin
roof
overhang,
which
has
an
appeal
to
it.
How
is
the
mechanical
working?
Is
it
Are
you
delivering.
D
I
L
I
L
M
I
But
I'd
like
to
because
there's
there's
a
nightmare
situation
or
two
on
one
house
up
there,
but
the
rest
of
them
are
trying
to
gang
them
all
up
and
really
minimize
them
or
tuck
them
into
like
a
doghouse,
essentially
locate.
The
law
is
the
hillside
development,
so
everybody's
going
to
look
at
everyone
else's
roof.
Some
of
them
are
being
doing
it
really
responsibly.
M
L
L
N
N
With
section
one,
as
you
look
at
section,
one,
the
mechanical
room
is
on
one
very
far
end
of
the
residence
and
there's
a
big
gap
between
right
between
it
and
the
other
side
of
the
house.
So
there's
gonna
be
have
to
be
some
kind
of
a
it
shapes
or
ducting
space
under
the
floor
to
carry
all
the
ducting
from
that
mechanical
room
to
the
other
side
of
the
house.
So
it's
it's
got
to
go
through
that
opening
in
some
way,
yeah.
L
I
have
an
idea
of
having
and
we're
working
with
them
on,
having
like
one
part
of
the
house,
to
be
the
equipment
to
be
on
the
below
the
kitchen
and
the
other
part
on
the
other
aisle
where
the
bedrooms
are
so
that
only
only
below
the
living
and
dining
is
where
you're
gonna
see
pipe
ductwork.
A
Jorge
I
have
a
question
about
the
pool
decking
you're,
calling
it
out
as
thermal
Spruce,
unfinished
decking,
I.
Think
in
our
summer
sun
and
our
weather
extremes,
wood
decking.
This
unfinished
is
not
a
very
practical
material
to
be
using
in
the
desert.
I
I
M
I
M
Can
do
the
same
the
same
roof
that
you
guys
approved
for
their
our
previous
project?
That's
not
a
problem
because
it
works
with
both
houses.
I
H
M
I
I
A
I
did
the
last
one
comment-wise
here's
a
comment
from
John
Lloyd,
the.
G
Landscape
landscape
plan,
it
seems
a
little
low.
Everything
is
fairly
there's,
not
much
height
variation
tomato
plants.
You
might
want
to
revisit
with
a
little
more
interest
in
your
landscape
and
then
I'll
say
on
the
lighting.
G
As
you
look
out,
your
windows
you've
got
two
light
fixtures,
one
of
them
a
tree
light.
You
can
probably
get
this
similar
effect
from
the
other
fixture
you're,
the
one
that
you
have
12
of
and
Visually
as
you
exit
the
house
and
look
out
the
windows.
It
will
be
a
much
more
pleasant
experience
for
the
fewer.
M
G
Yeah
I
I'm
not
saying
this
bad,
it's
just
I
think
you'll
have
a
more
pleasant
experience
visually.
If
you
switch
the
smaller
and
Tighter
picture,
not.
M
A
M
Other
comments
and
we
want
the
house
to
work
so
we'll
make
sure
there's
adequate
access
to
any
of
the
utilities.
Hvac
the
pool
equipment,
Etc.
A
My
biggest
concern
and
Chris-
maybe
you
can
help
me-
is
the
fascia
detail
there.
We
really
have
no
definitive
idea
of
what
that
patient
is
going
to
look
like
what
the
material
is
so
I
would
want
to
see
that
detail
again
before
this
project
is
approved.
A
B
I
certainly
think
that
if
you
provide
some
direction,
you
can
certainly
defer
it
down
to
staff
to
approve
if
you
provide
us
Direction
and
what
you're
looking
for.
Alternatively,
if
you
want
to
consider
it,
we
can
bring
it
back
even
as
a
consent
item
which
you
can
then
pull.
If
you
want
to
discuss
it
with
additional
detail
on
one
that
you've
been
approve
at
a
later
date,
you
would
need
to,
as
part
of
your
motion,
approving
this,
at
a
condition
with
the
details,
information.
I
I
didn't
see
any
detail
for
like
skirting
if
the
stanchions
or
anything
like
that
for
solar,
yeah
I
actually
think
that
ought
to
be
an
item.
As
we
see
projects
going
on
up
there,
we
may
be
guilty
of
that.
Also
when
I
say
we
ain't
talking
about
our
own
projects,
I
think
those
things
ought
to
be.
So
that
is
again
it's
an
Insight
project.
It's
not
houses
right
across
from
each
other.
Those
things
should
be
scared
of
so
you're,
not
looking
through
it.
A
couple
hundred
of
those
stations
popping
up.
A
I
think
that
it
would
be
my
suggestion
that
we
continue
this
item
till
we
get
proper
definition
of
the
roof.
What
the
material
is
the
detail
of
the
fascia,
the
detail
of
how
the
even
though
it's
a
low
slung
solar
system,
how
that
is
going
to
be
screened
and
vent
locations
and.
M
I
would
request
you,
you
guys,
approve
it
and
give
us
conditions
and
and
we'll
come
and
we'll
bring
them
back
to
you,
I
mean
it's
a
little
bit
difficult
to
kind
of
descend
us
off
like
this
and
to
try
and
fix
it
I
mean.
Can
you
give
a
specific
you
know,
because
we're
going
to
do
what
you
guys
want
us
to
do.
B
D
I
think
I
think
Mr
chairman
you
made
a
motion
and
and
I
would.
Second
it
and
I
think
that
the
struggle
here
is
that
there's
a
gap.
If
you
track
the
comments,
there's
a
gap
between
what
is
presented
as
as
a
pretty
pristine
altogether
elevation
series
of
elevations
and
the
the
Practical
functional
execution
of
construction
documents
that
will
end
up
impacting
and
shaping
what
we're
looking
at,
and
so
it's
a
little
bit
hard
to
just
give
a
list
of
prescriptive
things.
To
do.
D
I
think
it's
the
it's
the
opportunity
for
the
architect
to
to
crank
it
out
and
and
and
get
this
detailed
to
the
point
that
we
can
have
a
peace
of
mind
that
an
approval
is
appropriate.
I
Would
you
repeat
the
question
please
I
wanted
to
tack
on
a
couple
comments
to
help
with
their
mind.
It
is
yes.
Okay,
as
a
member
of
the
board
I
like
to
put
their
mind
at
ease,
I
know
the
board
I'm
pretty
comfortable
in
saying
that,
if
you
do
these
items
nobody's
here
to
you
know,
hold
the
Subaru
on
you
here
either
there's
a
couple
of
ways
we're
asking
for
it:
it's
pretty
simple
and
pretty
cut
in
your
eye.
The
clarification
of
these
few
items
don't
slow
down
with
what
you're
doing
who
has
been
changed.
A
Well,
and
to
kind
of
follow
up
on
what
you're
saying,
I
think
in
general,
we
like
the
project-
it's
just
these
details
that
we
need
to
get
worked
out,
just
the
fact
of
adding
a
stairwell
to
get
up
to
the
pool
that
could
be
a
pretty
significant
little
extra.
A
That
has
to
be
addressed
still
so
I
think
to
to
finalize
those
details
and
come
back
to
us
with
a
resubmittal
and
as
the
planning
director
suggested
when
we
look
at
it,
it
might
be
such
that
we
say
this
just
goes
on
the
consent
agenda
because
they
were
able
to
do
everything
we
asked
for.
We
just
want
to
see
it
in
writing
and
drawing,
and
it's
not
our
place
to
design
the
patient.
It's
our
place
to
review
the
fascia
that
they
applicant
would
like
to
propose.
K
Chair
can
I
add
well.
First
of
all,
I
want
you
to
repeat
the
motion,
but
secondly,
can
we
ask
them
to
also
address
the
underground
ducting,
especially
in
the
gaps
between
the
chemical
room
and
the
structure
for
the
putting
foundations
for
a
house,
because
I
think
actually
the
way
that's
going
to
be
framed
that
that
that
section
is
going
to
be
much
deeper
than
what
we're
seeing
in
the
drawings
and
I'm
I'm
concerned
that
there's
actually
going
to
be
Headroom
to
get
access
to
that
mechanical
room.
A
Robert
I
I,
that's
a
very
good
point
and
I
agree.
So
let
me
restate
the
motion
that
that
this
item
be
continued
and
returned
to
us
with
the
all
the
details
worked
out
on
the
roof:
facia
the
roof
screening,
the
roof,
venting
the
stairway
or
access.
However,
it's
accommodated
to
get
a
service
person
from
the
driveway
to
the
pool
and
a
layout
of
the
mechanical
equipment
that
is
underneath
the
house
so
that
we
can
see
when
you're
on
the
side.
Looking
through
that
Gap
underneath
the
house
are
we
seeing
round
ductwork?
A
A
Okay,
now
we
are
on
to
item
number
three
C
Insight
Property
Group
for
a
major
development
permit
application
to
construct
a
hundred
and
seventy
two
thousand
two
hundred
square
foot
self
storage
facility
on
a
6.43
acre
undeveloped,
parcel
it's
located
at
400,
West
San
Rafael
drive.
If
we
have
a
staff
report,
please.
H
H
All
right,
so
the
applicants
are
closing
a
127
000
square
foot
board
facility
within
a
maximum
height
of
30
feet.
H
The
proposed
project
site
is
located
between
Leader
Road
and
West
End
Rafael,
one
of
them
in
a
college.
For
a
specific
one,
then
I
realize
there's
a
portion
of
the
project
you
can
see
from
the
smaller
photo
from
the.
K
H
That
encroaches
into
Western
Raphael
as
part
of
the
commission
of
approval.
Everything
is
also
that
yellow
line
that
will
be
removed.
H
Along
with
the
self
storage
facility,
a
wash
station
which
will
be
located
along
the
west
living
on
the
website
along
the
west
property
line,.
H
So
the
project
is
considered
the
masonry
block
stucco
and
stand
still.
A
Thank
you,
Alex
questions
from
the
committee
for
staff.
K
This
was
reviewed
by
Planning.
Commission
was
what
were
their
comments.
B
Yeah
I
recall
if
there
was
conversation
around
the
improvements
to
San,
Rafael
and
pedestrian
access,
and
so,
as
part
of
the
point
of
that
I
do
believe
they
were
widen
the
road
and
build
up
a
sidewalk
on
the
San
Rafael
Frontage
of
the
project.
I
think
I
do
recall
that
there
was
some
conversation
around
the
landscaping
and
their
choice
of
trees,
which
I
do
believe
the
applicant
addressed
in
a
resubmittal
to
the
arc.
B
So
they
can
speak
more
to
those
changes
when
they
speak,
but
otherwise
as
Alex,
and
there
was
also
some
conversation
around
height
and
the
height
of
the
surrounding
development,
which
was
clarified
for
them
in
terms
of
the
height
of
the
adjacent
Department
buildings,
as
well
as
adjacent
industrial
uses,
along
with
radio
growth.
A
Alex,
can
you
show
us
where
the
adjacent
residential
zone
property
is
on
the
site
plan?
Yes,.
H
H
H
H
A
On
their
project
information
that
they
have
on
their
site
plan,
it
indicates
that
the
side
yard
setback
is
25
feet
where
it's
adjacent
to
residential
I,
assume
that
that
25
foot
setback
would
be
to
any
building
so
that
the
carports
would
be
a
building.
So
I
think
that
the
carports
would
need
to
be
set
back
25
feet
from
that
residential
property.
Is
that
correct?
Yes,.
H
A
C
A
A
Okay
and
then
on
the
other
property
line,
they're
calling
out
a
wrought
iron
fence
and
it's
hard
to
see
because
when
I
was
out
at
the
site,
it
appears
that
the
buildings
on
the
east
side
are
built
basically
on
the
property
line.
So
I,
it
looks
almost
like
they're,
creating
a
little
three
foot
wide
strip
of
no
man
land
between
their
right
eye
and
their
wrought
iron
fence
and
the
existing
buildings.
H
A
Yeah,
that's
the
area,
any
other
questions
from
the
committee
for
the
staff.
A
A
G
Good
evening,
CJ
Rogers
with
Insight
Property,
Group
I'm,
the
director
of
design,
company
and
I,
believe
you
guys
all
have
a
hack
it
out.
I,
don't
have
a
digital
presentation
here,
but
I
did
want
to
review
a
few
talking
points
here,
particularly
starting
with
the
the
site
plan
on
c100
I.
Think
Alex
did
a
great
job
of
orienting
the
project
we
do
have
the
primary
structure
located
up
against
San
Rafael.
G
It
was
like
a
six
and
foot
plus
bumper
on
the
street
and
she
did
indicate
some
of
the
site,
improvements
that
are
happening
I'm
alongside
Rafael,
the
widening
of
the
street,
as
well
as
some
landscape
improvements
in
the
sidewalk
it's
getting
put
in.
There
are
some
ancillary
structures
also
getting
it
put
in
place.
The
RV
computers
for
canopies
there's
going
to
be
three
of
those,
an
RV
wash
Center
and
trash
enclosure.
G
If
we
flip
over
to
a
landscape
plan,
I
want
to
point
out
something
that
came
up
in
the
Planning
Commission.
So
one
of
the
big
comments
was
one
of
the
big
talking
points.
Was
this
landscape
buffer,
particularly
along
San
Rafael
and
radio,
which
are
the
two
primary
streets
on
the
north
and
south
of
the
project
along
the
south
side,
which
is
called
the
front
door
or
the
project?
G
We
do
have
trees
flanking
both
sides
on
the
east
and
west
as
well
and
on
the
long
sorry,
along
the
the
north
side,
which
is
radio
on
the
back
of
our
property.
We
do
have
a
similar
tree.
There's
a
public
public
utility
Amusement,
an
existing
Transformer,
that's
set
to
remain,
but
we
do
have
a
buffer
zone
of
the
landscape,
as
well
as
the
the
sidewalk
for
security
I'm,
going
to
jump
to
the
building
scale.
Real
quick,
the
floor
plans,
which
is
a
201
the
Birch
floor
plan.
G
We're
an
S1
occupancy
type
2D,
fully
sprinklered
the
building
comprises
of
a
leasing
office
in
the
top
right
hand
corner
there
right
up
against
San
Mateo,
it's
visible
from
the
parking.
Our
utilities
are
anticipated
to
come
into
the
lower
right
hand
corner
you
can
see
the
electric
room
and
the
fire
Riser.
G
We
have
two
loading
lobbies,
what
we
call
them:
other
entrances
and
they're
on
the
east
and
west
of
the
the
building,
the
the
top
and
bottom
of
the
page,
as
well
as
two
stair
Towers
on
the
opposite
corners
for
exiting
so
the
corresponding
floors.
Above
and
as
you
as
you
notice,
there's
a
darker
line
on
those
walls.
G
We
have
Perimeter
Drive
up
units
and
we
have
a
thermal
barrier
wall
in
between
those
and
the
interior
units,
something
we
do
to
separate
those
make
sure
building
performs
pretty
well
and
keep
that
hot
air
out
I'm
going
to
skip
levels.
Two
and
three
jump
to
the
roof
plan.
Real
quick
on
the
root
find
you
can
see
where
we
have
some
anticipate
some
solar
ready
areas
for
us
for
their
panels,
as
well
as
some
fall
protection,
and
then
we've
we've
clumped.
G
Our
mechanical
areas
together
to
minimize
the
screening
we
anticipate
that
screen
to
be
approximately
two
feet:
tall
or
storage
unit
or
storage
facilities.
Typically
don't
have
a
large
mechanical
demand.
G
The
system
does
pretty
small,
so
the
condenser
units
sit
up
more
like
a
residential
size
condenser
on
top
of
the
room
we
cluster
them
together
with
the
screening
all
around
those
run
out
of
time
here,
but
I'll
work
real
quickly,
jump
to
some
of
the
renderings
in
the
back,
which
I
think
we
can
speak
with
the
materials
we
just
go
to
a
903
towards
the
back.
I
think
this
is
a
good
kind
of
elevational
view.
G
This
is
the
front
facade
of
our
building
that
you
can
see.
It's
not
a
standard.
Looking
storage
facility,
we
take
a
lot
of
pride
in
doing
something.
That's
a
little
bit
more
subtle
and
we
try
to
fit
in
with
the
context
quite
a
bit
more
and
work
with
the
local
community
on
developing
a
product.
That's
maybe
not
bright
orange
or
something
you've
seen
like
louder
architecture
been
done
before
this
one.
G
This
maybe
looks
more
like
an
office
building
you'd
see
like
a
garden
style
office
and
although
it's
a
three-story
facility,
it's
only
30
feet
tall,
which
corresponds
to
our
neighbors
as
well.
The
other
industrial
buildings.
We
have
some
glazing
out
front,
that's
anchored
by
the
leasing
office
in
the
bottom
right
corner.
G
I
think
we
can
create
a
nice
heavy
Shadow
line
with
that
wrapper
that
comes
across
the
top,
and
then
we
anchor
the
left
side
with
that
metal
panel
core
that
you
see
and
then
a
little
seam
Gap
with
a
pop
of
color
subtle
pop
of
color
there
and
in
the
foreground
we
have
one
row
of
landscape
trees
and
then
along
the
sidewalk,
which
is
out
of
view.
Another
row
of
trees
with
those
50
foot
mature,
growths
along
the
sidewalk
I,
think.
That's
it
important.
A
For
questions,
thank
you.
Yeah
questions
for
the
applicant
from
the
committee.
I
G
Typically,
we
there's
not
room
for
Life
Falls;
also,
they
tend
to
get
hit
and
we
get
provide
protection.
You
look
in
the
photo
on
the
RV
slide.
We
tend
to
mount
the
aisle
Lighting
on
the
fascia
of
the
of
the
RV
canopy
and
their
down
lights,
directed
down
at
the
drive
aisles
and
then
correspond
to
the
required
touch
handles
we
don't
over
light
our
projects,
we're
going
to
hit
the
minimum
I'm
very
mindful
about
our
enabled
neighbors
and
not
gonna,
have
any
over
spillage
of
aluminum
cylinder.
Neighbors,
probably
thank
you.
G
G
We
install
all
LED
if
they're
adjustable.
So
it's
not
an
issue
for
us
to
hit
a
standard.
Whatever
you're
going
to
be
necessary,
we
can
we
can
get.
Thank
you.
G
Light
gauge
steel
be
like
see:
purlins,
okay,.
K
And
is
it
is
the
is
it
coated?
Is
there
something
galvanized
it's
galvanized?
Is
there?
Is
there
any
issue
with
reflectance
off
of
that,
particularly
because
you're
not
far
off
the
flight
path
for
the
airport?
G
Off
the
roofs,
the
roof
decking
itself
uh-huh,
yes,
the
decking's
typically
painted
the
structure
itself.
The
The,
Columns
and
purlins
will
be
a
galvanized
light
gauge
framing
system,
and
then
we
usually
have
a
a
white
painted
roof
deck,
so
we
can
get
it
in
any
color.
So
if
reflectance
is
an
issue
gray
or
something's,
not
not
out
of
the
ordinary
for
us,
if
you
want
to
tone
that
down.
Okay.
A
Question
I
had,
was
you
call
it
an
RV
dump
station?
Yes,
what's
involved
in
that,
and
does
the
city
have
any
specific
requirements
for
those
things?
Okay,.
G
I
believe
where
we
stand
right
now,
we're
anticipating
a
holding
tank
for
the
for
the
RV
dump.
That
needs
to
be
maintained,
whether
that's
bi-weekly
or
monthly,
but
from
what
I
want
to
understand
right
now,
which
I
think
is
currently
getting
engineered.
We
do
we're
going
to
have
a
clothing
tank
and
have
it
pumped
right.
So
it's.
G
K
Station
it
was
more.
G
They
had
a
response
at
what
they
do
at
the
treatment
plant
and
obviously
there's
an
RV
dump
station
at
the
treatment
plant
and
there's
a
record
keeping
of
who
dump
truck
when
and
what
have
they
done.
The
chemicals
that
they
use
and
that
sort
of
thing
and
I
think
that
got
spilled
into
a
translation
of.
As
long
as
you
do
that
you
can
connect
to
the
sewer
system
and
that's
not.
G
K
A
I
think
that
that
can
occur
on
your
site
plan
c100,
to
indicate
with
some
cut
symbols
that
you
have
sections,
but
we
do
not
have
that
sheet.
101
occluded,
so
I
think
it
would
be
good
to
see
those
site
sections
with
all
the
details.
That
Sean
was
just
mentioning
that
will
also
answer
the
question.
I
had
about
the
wrought
iron
fence,
that's
adjacent
to
the
neighboring
buildings
yeah.
So
if
we
could.
G
Yeah
that
defense,
you
went
down
to
the
site.
We
had
that
building.
That's
right
on
the
pl.
We
have
a
little
bit
of
concern
about
putting
a
masonry
wall,
obviously
up
against
their
building
from
the
pure
constructability
standpoint,
open
to
ways
to
mitigate
that
sort
of
pulling
the
wall
off
and
creating
some
security
barriers
on
there.
We
don't,
we
don't
want
to
have
any
dead
space
on
our
site
either.
Well,.
G
To
be
painted-
and
that's
something
we
would
have
to
talk
about
with
that
owner
as
well,
but
you
do
something
like
that.
We've
gone
through
this
before
and
whether
we
maintain
their
side
of
the
face,
it's
more
reliability
thing,
but
security
is
obviously
it's
in
our
name
as
a
company
that
secure
space.
So
it's
first
and
foremost,
we
don't
want
to
have
dead
spaces
or
anything,
that's
even
perceived
as
a
security
issue
or
risk.
G
I,
just
didn't
it
wasn't
called
out
so
I
just
didn't
see
them,
but
the
problem
that
we
had,
especially
in
the
wind
windier
areas,
is
that
area
becomes
a
no
man's
land
and
then
it
becomes
a
matter
of
who's
going
to
maintain
it
trash
bags
and
everything
else
floating
around
in
there.
G
So
we
do
actually
have
a
kind
of
two
Property
Owners
can
sign
on
consenting
to
something
closing
off
that
use
connecting
your
walls
to
that
area,
so
that
it's
clear
understanding
that
you
know
you're
going
to
maintain
it
and
you're
doing
that
for
security
reasons,
and
they
can
actually
fill
that
out
through
the
building
department.
As.
G
A
G
For
that,
this
is
a
drop
on
our
end
in
terms
of
the
material
list.
Getting
updated.
I
think
that
some
of
the
renderings
you
can
see
in
the
back
the
difference
between
you
but
like.
If
I
can
try
to
explain
what
we're
showing
here,
the
gray
portions
of
the
building
in
the
elevation
would
be
exposed.
G
Cmu,
we
typically
use
a
combination
of
two
different
finishes:
a
ground
face,
CNU
mixed
with
a
split
base
and
I
like
to
get
some
striations
within
the
wall,
to
try
to
scale
that
building
down
I'm,
not
a
huge
fan
of
long
linear
banding
on
the
on
the
project,
I
usually
try
to
design
from
control
joint
to
control
joint
in
40
or
six
foot
swatches
on
the
building,
and
try
to
chunk
that
thing
out
and
use
the
materials
to
try
to
break
that
and
express
some
verticality.
G
It
puts
control
joints
and
it
worked
pretty
well
for
us.
In
the
past.
We
do
have
some
updated
elevations
that
we
can,
that
we
can
circulate
with
the
rest
of
the
building.
Visually
is
accurate.
It
would
be
stuck
over
the
block
with
a
base
color
of
I'll
call.
It
white,
which
is
more
like
a
white
or
like
a
light
gray
on
color,
and
then
we
do
have.
G
Our
brand
includes
a
dull
dark
blue
to
signify
the
openings,
but
and
then
the
metal
panel
highlights
more
towards
the
firmative
building,
but
the
back
would
be
exposed
to
seeing
at
this
point.
A
One
of
my
objections
is
the
look
of
the
metal
carports
and
the
zoning
code,
where
the
planning
goes
through
the
criteria
and
findings.
Item
number
two
says:
the
design
of
accessory
structures
such
as
carports,
Cabanas
and
similar
structures
shall
be
consistent
with
the
form,
materials
and
colors
of
the
principal
buildings.
A
These
have
nothing
to
do
with
the
principal
building
now
on
the
apartments
to
the
West.
They
have
very
similar
carports
but
they're,
lower
yeah,
but
they've
put
a
detailed
fascia
on
it
and
they've
painted
that
fascia
the
same
color
as
their
buildings.
So
something
as
simple
as
that
I
think
can
neutralize
this
darkness
of
these
just
being
kind
of
a
raw
galvanized,
steel,
yeah
and
and
I
think
that
that
would
be
a
something
that
we
would
really
want
to
see.
A
G
If
we're
anticipating
a
guard
rail,
because
the
roof
line
does
not
have
a
traditional
air
pit,
and
so
we
would,
by
code,
have
to
provide
fall
protection
around
the
perimeter
of
the
building.
A
G
At
this
point,
I
mean
we're
open
to
suggestions.
I
think
right
now,
with
spec
would
be
a
like
an
aluminum
handrail
type
system.
You.
A
G
A
G
G
So,
with
the
being
having
residential
next
door
with
the
lighting,
the
lighting
is
mounted
SMTP,
so
as
you're
as
you're
choosing
the
pictures
make
sure
that
they
are
fully
shielded
with
that
life.
You
know
life
going
on
next
door.
You
know
you're
an
industrial
they
need
to
have
yeah
residential
space
and
then
on
the
building
as
you're
mounting
rights.
G
Do
you
anticipate
continuing
the
line,
or
will
they
be
brought
down
a
little
bit
more
pedestrian
scale?
They're,
usually
drop
down?
We've
got
mounting
Heights
around
12
feet
14
feet
than
us
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
lower
than
what
it
can.
If
you
would
take
their
down
lights
like
a
wall
pack
mounted
next
year
and
I
can
provide
specs
to
correspond
with
the
of
the
lighting
plan
as
well.
G
Yeah
I'd
like
to
see
how
they're
how
they
work
in
relation
to
the
downloaders
yeah.
With
your
planting
plan,
you've
got
two
trees
that.
G
It's
so
windy
out
there
that
the
fern
Pine
and
your
Live
Oak
they
won't
make
it
but
Fern
Pine
and
the
Live
Oak
yeah
did.
G
Then
the
RV
wash.
How
does
that
work?
Is
that
something
that
is
manual
or
is
that
a
mechanical
into?
What's
the
water?
It's
it's
a
manual
wash
it's
an
amenity
for
our
clients,
their
our
customers.
So
when
you
rent
a
space,
you'd
have
access
to
the
wash
and
we
already
dumped.
So
it's
a
it's
a
masonry
structure
with
the
roof
hold
the
RV
in
and
it's
kind
of
like
the
old
school.
You
have
the
wand
mounted
on
the
wall.
G
We
because
the
RVs
are
tall,
we
have
a
little
catwalk
and
we
can
kind
of
call
up
to
reach
up
a
little
bit
taller.
That's
usually
coin
operated
machines
that
they
can
spray
down
and
wash
all
the
French
drain
at
the
bottom
of
that,
and
and
then
before
you
put
your
RV
away,
you
can
wash
it
or
your
boat,
wipe
it
down
and
clean
it
or
take
it
in
and
out.
Okay.
Is
there
a
some
kind
of
phone
for
anything
to
pressurize
the
water
that
is
getting.
K
G
Yeah,
we
have
a
specification,
it's
it's
actually,
a
really
nice
small
unit.
It's
called
Splash
and
Dash
It's
a
plug
and
play
unit
with
water
and
power
seems
to
be
just
enough
for
us
to
get
a
minimal
amount.
It's
not
a
commercial
operation.
So
we
don't.
We
don't
see
a
lot
of
traffic,
it's
not
something!
That's
getting
used
constantly.
G
So
you
know
it's
not
one
of
the
pull
through
Industrial
Level
wash
units,
but
we
have
installed
it
on
numerous
properties
with
bigger
RV
facilities
than
this
and
have
not
had
any
issues
of
complying
with
the
need
for
a
customer
check.
It
felt
really
confident.
That's
better.
G
Okay,
yeah
you've
got
you
know
quite
a
few
spaces
here
and
that
decibel
level
during
season
can
be
online
again,
so
some
kind
of
shielding
their
sound
barrier
yeah.
Is
there
anything.
K
G
I
think
just
the
fact
that
it's
on
the
inside
of
us
this
facility
right
here,
the
masonry
wall,
do
Shield
most
of
the
noise
and
we
can
make
sure
that
we
have
a
screening
between
us.
In
particular,
the
residents
to
the
West
goes
off
the
role
there
and
all
the
equipment
will
be
pulling
closed
instead
of
a
structure,
and
is
there
any
recycled
water
used
here
for
this?
So
just
I,
don't
believe
so.
I
H
I
I
Anyway,
back
to
the
original
question
was
I,
don't
know
that
that's
what
you're,
showing
it
here
and
calling
out
is
really
going
to
produce.
This
effect.
I'd
love
to
see
that,
but
in
this
question
was
extremely
real
thing
here:
you're
getting
based
on
what
I'm,
seeing
here
on
the
landscape
and
then
as
I
look
to
the
rear
of
the
property.
I
G
Planted
we
don't
expect
any
traffic
coming
in
operating.
We
don't
have
an
exit
okay,
so
it's
exit
only
or
particularly
for
the
RBS
I.
G
Suppose
a
car
truck
could
exit
on
that
side
as
well,
but
given
the
circulation
of
the
site,
we
definitely
want
to
front
load
everything
and
circulate
through
enough
just
for
ease
of
a
large
RV
being
able
to
have
a
pull
through
type
exit
instead
of
circumnavigating
site,
but
we
will
not
be
able
to
enter
the
site
from
radio,
but
that
being
said,
I
mean
we're
bolstering
up
some
of
the
landscapes
in
that
out
of
the
question.
First,
we.
I
I
For
that
what
childhood
you're
talking
about
yeah,
so
maybe
I
only
see
one
rear
episode,
yeah
just
yep
these
two
larger
masses
right
here:
okay,
an
opportunity
for
a
large
tree
in
each
one
of
those
okay.
I
I
Is
there
opportunity
for
not
just
larger
trees
with
larger
species,
but
maybe
a
bit
smaller
trees
next
to
the
and
around
them,
so
maybe
medium-sized,
smaller
trees,
larger
trees
right
next
to
them
a
bit
more
jungle
like
in
there
yeah
could
even
be
medium,
massage
shrubs
too,
like
yeah
things
like
that,
because
I
didn't
see
much
of
that
called
out.
It
went
right
from
trees
to
yeah.
G
I
Is
gonna
survive
pretty
quickly
out
there
I
might
ask
you
to
keep
some
of
that
stuff
up
and
I
I
wouldn't
even
mind
introducing
the
quantity
on
some
of
that
stuff
by
you
know
like
an
acceptable
percentage.
If
you
beefed
up
the
the
size
of
yeah,
if
a
lot
of
those
became
15
gallons.
I
What
do
you
mean?
I
said:
okay,
I
think
that's
all
I
am
I.
Think
so.
I
was
starting
to
question
the
color
I
Had,
the
Blues,
and
things
like
that.
But
then
because
I
was
wondering,
but
then
it
felt
like
the
blues
were
starting
to
grow
on
me,
weren't
feeling
all.
D
John,
thank
you.
Mr
chairman
I'm,
looking
at
a
902
and
a
903,
the
the
renderings
and
I
just
I
I
see
what
you're
attempting
to
to
get
some
interest
going
in
the
elevation
and
some
articulation
of
scale.
Was
there
an
evolutionary
process
to
that?
Was
it
something
before
it
is?
What
I
see
now.
G
Yes,
there,
we
are
always
a
little
bit
of
iteration
to
explore
with
this,
given
the
scale
of
these
Villages
the
footprint
and
how
the
presence
they
have
on
a
site
breaking
down
a
facade
of
often
challenging
glazing
is
not
something
that
the
originals
itself
looking
into
building.
If
it's
closed
off
right,
so
we
do
try
to
use
a
lot
of
different
tricks
to
bring
the
scale
down
and
chunk
the
building
into
digestible
pieces
along
and
play
with
some
of
the
the
facade
elements.
G
G
Previous
schemes
did
not
have
the
wrap
or
piece
and
stuff
was
more
of
a
you
know,
flat
facade,
but
given
the
desert
climate
I
know
this
is
facing
south,
we
do
have
a
very
high
performing
animal,
given
that
we
don't
have
a
big
load
inside,
but
I
particularly
am
intrigued
with
like
heavy
lines
in
the
desert
and
I
think
those
scale
building
down,
particularly
well
against
in
the
desert.
So
you.
D
Know
I
I
appreciate
that
and
I
don't
want
to
get
in
the
way
of
a
good
idea,
but
as
I
look
at
these,
there
are
just
a
couple
things
that
no
at
me
one
is.
You
know
this
is
a
straight
dead
facing
south
elevation
yeah
and
it's
kind
of
a
cooker
and
you've
got
some
serious
heat
gain
going.
So
that's
during
the
day
and
then
on
a
904.
D
G
G
Yes,
those
doors
are
set
back
about
three
feet:
three
foot,
six
from
the
actual
glazing
element:
we
can
control
that
lighting
quality
depending
on
the
height
of
the
building
and
how
you,
the
section
of
as
you
approach
if
you're
right
up
on
the
glass
I,
tend
to
put
the
lighting
elements
on
the
floor
to
shine
up
instead
of
looking
out
and
seeing
the
lighting
on
the
building.
So
we
kind
of
play
those
tricks,
but
it's
kind
of
subtle
lighting.
We
don't
need
anything
bright
or
loud.
G
Some
of
our
competitors
go
for
a
very,
very
loud
architecture.
We
tend
to
lean
on
our
marketing
on
the
internet
and
we
try
to
get
buildings
that
are
a
little
more
quieter
and
not
subtle.
Colors
speak
louder.
When
there's
a
lot
of
more
bass,
building
playing,
we
don't
need
through
the
holding
Blue
elements,
that
kind
of
up
and
I
think
they're.
Quite
a
bit
louder
when
you,
when
you
let
them.
G
A
C
Mr
chairman,
is
it
time
for
discussion?
Are
these
still
questions?
C
I
just
wanted
to
mention
too
regarding
the
landscape
and
agree
with
Mr
McCoy
and
Mr
Locklear,
you
know
to
review
some
of
the
plant
species
along
Radio
Road.
It
looks
like
they
just
have
a
straight
roll
of
creosote
bushes,
which
we
typically
use.
You
know
it's
a
it's
a
desert
native
that
would
be
more
of
a
renaturalized
plant.
I
think
it
could
be
more
interesting
to
vary
the
species
along
there
and
also
add,
as
as
member
Locklear
mentioned,
some
additional
trees
and
make
it
less
formal
with
that
equal
spacing
of
the
canopy
trees.
C
It's
it's
hit
or
miss
and
I
think
where
they
have
the
parking
along
the
front
that
they
would
want
to
also
introduce
some
more
permanent
shrubs
with
that,
and
since
that
is
more
of
a
ground
cover
type
material.
That
would
help
screen
the
cars
and
even
introduce
some
mounding
or
so
forth
in
there
as
part
of
the
city
requirement
to
screen
parking
areas
with
those
Bolder
groupings
and
again
I
I
agree
with
member
McCoy
and
on
the
survivability
of
some
of
the
tree
species.
A
Anybody
else
I
think
in
general,
it's
a
very
nice
looking
building
it
takes.
What's
in
so
many
cases
is,
like
you
say,
a
bright
orange
box
and
gives
it
a
little
character,
I'm
most
troubled
by
the
carports,
but
they
are
at
least
behind
the
building
and
they're
surrounded
on
three
sides
by
other
industrial
thread
product,
except
for
that
one,
that's
adjacent
to
the
residential
that
you
have
a
bigger
setback.
A
So
that
mitigates
some
of
the
concerns,
but
I
think
if
you
could
give
us
that
site
section
that
we
were
talking
about,
that
really
helps
to
define
a
lot
of
these
things
better
for
the
important
we
can
do
that
other
comments.
I
N
D
John
Walsh,
chairman
I,
would
move
to
approve
with
the
conditions
that
were
discussed
today.
Planting
plan
improvements,
site
lighting
section
through
the
carports
and
I
think
there
was
some
material
discussion
in
terms
of
roof
color.
K
Member
Walsh
is,
do
you
want
to
approve
it
or
do
you
want
to
continue
it?
So
we
can
see
the
this
these
items
again.
A
Everything
in
Palm
Springs
is
getting
painted
ways
and
it's
these
projects
that
were
approved
a
number
of
years
ago
and
now
they're
coming
in
and
they're
white
white
I
assume
that
they're
supposed
to
submit
revised
colors,
but
nobody
ever
does
especially
down
here
on
topless.
It's
Scott
Shepard's
dental
office,
it's
now
white,
but
at
night
you
think
you're
in
a
car
dealer,
the
lights
are
so
bright.
It's
dark!
B
Yeah,
it's
a
good
question
and
it
is
an
endorsement
issue,
so
we're
aware
of
a
few
instances
that
have
been
brought
to
our
attention
in
some
instances
we're
also
dealing
with
it
on
buildings
and
organizing
levels
that
are
historic
resources,
so
we
had
obvious
different
events,
also
a
different
issues.
B
So
typically,
we
first
attempt
to
work
with
the
property
owner
directly.
We
reach
out
to
the
women
of
opportunity
to
try
to
resolve
it
if
that
they
all
sometimes
certainly
have.
A
Wonder
if
there's
a
way
to
work
on
it
more
proactively,
where
you
kind
of
let
the
community
know
the
buildings
that
had
to
have
a
color
scheme
approved,
have
to
have
a
new
color
scheme
approved.
So
you
kind
of
get
up
because
once
they
painted
it
white,
it's
a
little
too
late
to
expect
them
to
be
able
to
repaint
it
and
expensive.
E
A
B
Yeah,
it's
an
interesting
challenge
because
I
think
you
know,
at
least
in
my
experience
and
I
know.
I
haven't
been
in
California
long,
but
you
know
it.
It's
not
typical
in
a
lot
of
other
jurisdictions,
so
particularly
people
who
might
be
from
out
of
town
or
corporations
wouldn't
even
know
that
that
is
or
apartment,
and
so
it
is
kind
of
a
PR
exercise
to
get
them
to
understand
those
I.
Remember
it
there
so
I
have
to
do.
I
I
And
then
others
I
know
don't
do
anything.
It
is
interesting.
I
can
almost
visualize
a
newscast
city
of
Powder
Springs
watch
out
folks,
they're
cracking
down
no
more
wipes
yeah
we're
gonna
start
slapping
fun,
telling
all
you
folks
that
so
watch
your
facts.
The
new
sheriff
in
town
by
the
name
of
Christopher
Hadley.
I
Notified
somebody
in
our
office:
what's
that
Brian
told
someone
in
our
office:
oh.
B
Yes,
yeah.
We
had
a
couple
things
that
were
tracking
but
City
councils
Fish
for
their
meeting
schedule
around
a
little
bit
Conflict
for
us
and
also
for
the
public
and
they're,
not
touring
between
two
exciting
meetings.
B
So
there's
that
and
then
the
other
thing
and
I
don't
have
a
lot
of
clarity
on
this
yet
and
it
will
require
action
by
the
city
council.
But
I
do
understand
that
that
meant
that
we
are
handling
our
Arc
meeting.
They
are
considering
rescinding
the
local
emergency
order
that
allows
us
to
meet
remotely
so
I
know.
We
kind
of
addressed
this
at
our
last
meeting.
What
I
think
that
that
means
is,
we
will
be
officially
back
in
person
for
our
March
6th
meeting
I.
B
Believe
that's
the
date
of
the
March
meeting,
so
it
will
require
us
all
to
be
here
in
person,
but
we
will
still
allow
members
of
public
to
participate
in
this
way
and
hopefully,
we'll
have
ironed
out
some
of
the
cakes
that
we
encountered
tonight.
A
B
Up
yes,
so
we're
going
to
talk
about
that.
That's
another
update
I
can
give
you
so
certainly
the
same
way
that
we
did
for
today
and
we
can
try
to
have
it
ready.
You
know
by
the
end
of
day
Thursday,
which
I
think
what
we
have
typically
done
in
the
past,
something
else
that
we
are
working
on,
and
this
does
require
sort
of
going
through
the
budgetary
process
for
the
next
fiscal,
but
as
I
believe
you
all
know.
B
But
I
don't
know
if
this
conversation
has
happened
with
you
before
my
time,
but
we
are
moving
to
an
online
application
system
called
energev
that
we
are
looking
to
roll
out
later
in
May
and
as
part
of
that,
applicants
will
no
longer
be
required
to
submit
paper
copies
and
large.
B
You
know
plans,
and
so
the
idea
and
the
Direction
coming
out
of
our
sustainability
committee
and
others
is
that
we
move
to
paperless
agendas
as
well,
and
so
I
know
that
that
presents
a
challenge
to
you
all
and
our
Planning
Commission,
who
deal
with
large-scale
plans
and
need
details.
So
something
that
we
are
working
on
is
how
we
can
address
that
issue
through
technology
and
resources
that
we
may
be
able
to
provide.
B
So
we'll
need
an
intern
solution
and
a
little
solution
that
doesn't
make
it
through
budgetary
process,
but
we'll
have
to
figure
that
out
together.
So
we're
working
on
that
and
having
a
conversation.
N
I
have
a
question:
I'm
I'm
is
the
city
re-looking
at
parklets.
Yet
because
I've
as
I
drive
through
town
now,
most
of
them
are
unused,
especially
trios
Fusion,
five,
the
giant
one
they
built
in
front
of
Las
Casuelas
every
single
day.
Those
things
are
empty
and
unused
and
trios
especially,
is
really
hazardous
because
it
you
can't
see
traffic
when
you
pull
out
on
that
burrito
beside
it.
It's
it's.
It's
really
dangerous.
N
N
Like
again,
I
know
we
kind
of
extended
them,
and
people
can
do
them
if
they
want
now
revel's
gone
out
of
business
as
well,
so
their
parklet
is
unused.
So
I'm
just
wondering
if
there's
a
sense
that
these
things
again,
knowing
that
we're
rescinding
covet
that
these
things
are
going
to
start
going
away.
B
The
decision
that
was
made
by
City
Council
in
the
fall
was
to
extend
it
through
the
end
of
this
year,
so
that
is
what
is
officially
23
right
and
there
were
some
changes
to
the
design
guidelines
around
that
that
took
effect,
and
so
we
had
worked
with
each
of
the
parklet
permit,
folders
to
infatuate.
That
I
think
there's
still
a
couple
issues
that
we're
working
through.
B
What's
interesting
is,
as
you
know,
a
lot
of
the
people
who
have
the
permits
were
strongly
advocating
to
have
that
ability
through
the
end
of
2023,
so
I'm
a
little
surprised
to
hear
some
of
them
are
going
unused.
I
am
aware,
for
example,
that
Revel
is,
is
switching
to
a
new
business
and
that
permit
is
being
transferred
to
them.
So
I
think
the
intention
is,
although
it's
not
being
used
now,
it
will
become
used
again.
I
can't
speak
to
the
others
right,
but
that's
kind
of
we're
at
at
the
moment.
B
If
there
are
specific
safety
issues,
I
know
that
we're
working
through
those
I
won't
name.
Anyone
specifically
that
you
you
raised
but
I,
know
a
couple
of
our
parklet
holders.
We
are
working
with
to
address
some
of
the
safety
issues
that
you're
talking
about
right,
but
the
idea
is
for
the
rest
of
the
year:
okay,
okay,.
I
I
wanted
to
make
an
announcement,
I
notified,
Tom
and
Christopher
over
the
weekend
that
I'd
like
to
resign
from
this
board
in
the
very
near
future.
So
I
was
trying
to
make
that
occur
as
of
March
1st,
and
the
reason
for
that
is.
I
Had
some
recent
kind
of
not
so
great
news
happen
at
both
the
office
and
some
things
happening,
my
personal
life,
so
I
I
need
more
time
in
the
office
with
staff
and
training
and,
of
course,
more
time
with
family
and
stuff.
So
this
and
be
this
becoming
more
mandatory
in
person,
Takes
Me
Away,
from
both
of
those
things
so
I've
enjoyed
this
experience
very
much.
It's.
It's
helped
immensely
with
lots
of
different
things
been
a
great
experience
for
me.
I
really
enjoyed
it.
I
I
learned
a
lot
I
like
you
guys
very
much
and
it's
it's
just
played
a
great
role
in
my
life
professionally
and
I've
learned
a
lot
and
was
looking
forward
to
doing
this
for
a
long
time
become
so
I
miss
you
guys
very
much
and
sorry
to
say
Joe
when
I
got
the
news.
I
I
heard
it
before,
but
Nick
in
my
office
reminded
me
today
when
Glenn
moloker
mentioned
about
the
in
the
late
February
meeting
being
canceled,
and
and
so
it
made
me
that
I
don't
see
you
guys
again
until
I
present
our
next
project,
which
never
minded
me
he'll,
be
happy
to.
Let
me
do
on
the
next
one,
since
I
won't
have
to
refuse
so
I
thought.
I
I
might
mention
that
now
so
that
that
might
be
in
folks,
we'll
miss
you
yeah
no
kidding
unless
there
was
a
problem
with
with
the
immediate
future
and
filling
there.
E
I
Sadly,
I'd
love
to
see
Nick
step
right
into
this
role.
He
I
think
he'd
be
a
great
member
and
I'm
sad
like
he
lives
in
L.A
now,
and
his
future
is
moving
more
towards
that
direction.
As
I'd
love
to
see
him,
take
this
position
and
be
great
for
him
in
his
career
also,
but
if
there's
anyone
else,
I
can
think
of
I'll.
Certainly
I
think
about
that.
Thank
you.
There
may
be
a
few
names
sure
yeah
Amanda's
a
little
too
quiet
and
take
some
real
pulling
teeth
to
get
her
and
her.
