crazy

office
when
you're
doing
line
items
we
have
found
over
the
last
year,

it
really
sticks
to
that
initial
tax
amount
and
won't
let
the
ap
office
change
it,

instead

rejecting

po
back
and
having
you
redo,
it
they've
worked
out
some
sort
of
way,
but
if
we
ever
go
decentralize,
which
is
the
goal
where
the
departments
are
entering
their
invoices,
it's
much
easier.

That
tax
field
is
not.
We
don't
use
that
for
paying
sales
tax,
we're
being
charged
sales
tax,
there's
no
monitoring
of
how
much
tax
we're
getting
charged
other
than
we're.
Looking
at
the
invoice
and
seeing
that
we
got
charged
the
right
amount
of
tax,
but
in
the
finance
world,
we're
not
looking
at
that
line
item
any
differently
than
the
rest
of
the
product.
So.

to

comes

later

receives

they

enter
the
invoice

system
doesn't
ding
us
that
it's

duplicate,

only
way

to
ding
us
that

duplicate
is
if

the
actual
invoice
number,

always
need
the

tell
them

bill

would
be
a
reason
to
do
a
budget
adjustment.

if
you
have
to
take
vina,
does
a
lot
because
there's
a
lot
of
items
that
have

go
to
city
council
for
approval
and
there'll,

a
staff
report
attached.
So
if
she
has
a
project
that's
moving
forward,
even
though
it
was
approved
in
the
budget,
larger
projects
also
have
to
they
have
to
take
it.
They
have
to
do
bids
on
it
and
they
have
to
write
a
staff
report.

it's
important
too,
because
those
a
lot
of
these
budget
adjustments
go
all
the
way
up
to
city
manager
for
approval,
and
they
will
always
require
some
sort
of
staff
report
or
a
bid.

grant
coming

want
to
process
a
budget
adjustment
to
get

in

the
revenue

in
that
account
for
you

spend.

stuff

usually
pre-filled,

two
types
of
budget
amendments

give

an

piece

it
and
there's
no
revenue
associated
