Let
the

reflect
trying
to
councilmember
Middleton
very
well.
Thank
you.
We
have
a
quorum.
Okay,
a
next
item.
Do
we
have
any
public
anyway,
she's
speaking
public
hearings,
Allen
worthy,
followed
by
Scott
Meyer?
Okay,
thank
you.
Public

card
and

prior
to
the
meeting
pursuant
to
state
law.
A
C
Well
good
afternoon,
a
mayor
I
saw
your
interview
yesterday,
and
here
it
is
on
the
front
page
of
today's
paper.
You
know
we
just
can
we
stop
mr.
mayor,
may
we
stop
on
this.
Middleton
is
seated
any
please
just
can't
go
on.
If
you
all
know,
I'm
playing
that
my
demand
is
on
you
today,
I,
don't
know,
I'm
praying
that
mr.
ballinger
put
it
on
the
agenda.
C
This
just
can't
continue
and
I
would
pray
that
you
answered
the
demand
and
not
have
a
repeat
performance
of
what
we'd
been
through
as
well
as
this
asinine
court
hearings
that
have
gone
on
lately
with
eisenhower,
I
mean
it's
public
record
and
they
have
tried
so
hard
to
cover
up
something.
They
can't
cover
it
up
and
now
they're
going
to
the
point
of
perjuring
themselves.
C
I,
don't
think
none
of
you
would
be
in
that
position,
but
the
rest
of
it
is
pretty
much
a
mirror
image,
but
I
mean
it's
sad
and
it's
shocking
and
I
can
assure
you
that
all
the
other
cities
across
the
desert
are
not
happy
about
any
this,
and
you
can
rest
assured,
contrary
to
what
you
might
think,
I
never
bring
it
up,
because
I'm
in
fact
settled
with
John
go
on
a
gag
order.
I
was
approached
at
the
Cathedral
City
Council
meeting
by
two
mayor's
who
walked
up
to
me.
This
is
just
not
okay.
C
I
would
beg
that
you
settle
with
me
and
mr.
ballinger
draw
a
global
release
to
get
this
done.
I
am
suffering
greatly.
My
family
has
suffered
I've
recently
lost
my
mother,
which
is
why
I
went
back
to
Atlanta,
and
you
know
she
was
devastated
over
this
whole
thing.
So
we'd
all
do
well
by
your
answering
my
demand
and
I
would
appreciate
that.
Thank
you
and
thank
you
for
moving
hearing.
B
Afternoon,
hello,
I've
been
a
citizen.
Of
course,
I
was
born
in
California,
been
living
in
Palm
Springs
for
about
16
years
and
got
to
know
mr.
worthy
about
a
year
ago.
So
I'm
just
here
in
support
of
him
and
that
he's
been
a
great
guy
and
I
feel
bad
for
what
he's
been
through
and
I've
seen
a
lot
of
it.
So
I
hope
that
everything
goes
in
the
right
direction
and
also
for
the
city
because
of
the
crime
has
been
awful,
I
mean
it
never
was
this
way
in
16
years
ago.
