A
Hi
everyone,
it
is
7
31,
and
we
are
going
to
record
this
session
today,
just
for
anybody
who
has
to
hop
off
or
wants
to
review
at
a
later
time.
Our
agenda
was
included
in
the
meeting,
invite
we're
gonna
kind
of
go
over
the
general
overview
of
intergov.
A
What
what
it
looks
like
how
to
use
it,
how
to
log
in
make
sure
that
everybody
has
the
link-
and
you
guys
can
continue
practicing
throughout
that
way.
It's
not
just
today,
but
you
will
have
access
from
it
from
to
it.
From
this
point
forward,
the
goal
is
to
go
over
how
to
add
a
plan,
application
and
a
permit
application,
and
some
of
the
different
fees,
workflows
and
inspections
that
are
associated
with
each
and
with
that
introduction.
B
Okay
good
morning,
everyone
and
glad
to
be
here
today
and
excited
to
share
with
you
what
we've
been
working
on
in
the
past.
I
guess
11
months
now
with
the
intergov
system,
the
tyler
system
that
we'll
be
implementing
next
next
year,
so
hopefully,
in
january,
the
system
there's
really
two
major
components
to
it.
It's
the
intergov
system,
which
is
really
the
system
that
staff
will
be
using,
and
that's
the
one
that
you'll
log
into
and
you'll
access
data.
B
You
know
permit
data
plan,
application
data,
parcel
record
data,
so
all
of
that
will
be
accessed
through
the
intergov
side
and
that
will
that'll
be
the
staff
user
side
of
the
system.
B
Css,
which
is
customer
self
serve,
is
the
public
facing
side
of
the
system,
so
that
is
also
another
web
browser
that
someone
can
will
be
able
to
access
and
submit
an
application
from
on
the
public
side
of
the
system.
So
those
are
really
the
two
kind
of
primary
components
that
are
kind
of.
I
think
most
important
for
you
to
remember
today,
because
the
one
that
we're
going
to
be
really
focusing
on
is
intergov,
but
that's
not
what
the
public
will
see.
B
The
public
will
see
the
css
side
of
the
system,
so
let's
get
started
with
intergov.
So
going
back
to
what
I
was
saying
before
we
get
there
we
go.
This
is
the
css
or
citizen
self-serve
system.
B
B
B
B
B
If
you
have
notifications,
you'll
see
it
in
this
little
bell
here
and
this
nine
box
grid.
Here
this
was
an
area
where
you
can
find
various
quick
links
or
quick
access
areas
of
the
system,
and
so
one
that,
like
you
know,
it's
got
my
home.
My
work,
favorites
recent
cases
links
maps
parcel
manager.
I
think
parcel
manager
will
be
one
that
we
use
regularly,
and
so,
if
you
click
on
that,
you
can
find
just
like
you
would
in
probably
blueprints
or
rjs
system.
B
If
you
want
to
search
for
an
address
and
find
out
what
history
or
links
we
have
associated
with
a
property,
you
can
do
it
through
here,
so
you
can
search
by
the
apn
here
by
search
by
parcels
or
you
can
search
by
address
so
we'll
just
search
by
address
right
now
you
can
just
put
in
the
you
know
the
first
few
numbers
of
an
address
and
then
you'll
get
all
the
records
that
are
associated
with
the
you
know,
those
numbers.
B
So
let's
say
I'm
going
to
use
city
hall
as
an
example.
This
is
this.
This
is
kind
of
the
the
display
or
interface
that
you'll
see
whenever
you
open
a
record
or
an
address,
so
it
shows
the
parcel
number
here
at
the
top.
It
has
various
tabs
on
the
left
whenever
you
click
on
any
of
these
tabs.
The
details
of
what
you
clicked
on
will
be
shown
here
on
the
right.
B
B
So
when
we
get
into
the
specifics
of
submitting
an
application
I'll
go
through
that
with
you
here
in
just
a
second,
but
I
just
want
to
give
you
a
sense
of
what
what
the
system
does,
how
you
get
maneuver
through
it
and
find
you
know
basic
permit
plan
application
data,
how
you
might
maneuver
to
it
by
searching
from
a
record
from
this
location.
B
Another
nice
feature
of
the
system
is,
if
you
don't
know,
or
if
you
just
want
to
search
all
records
that
are
associated
with
3200,
you
can
search
through
it
from
the
main
search
bar,
but
it's
not
showing
up
here.
B
So
maybe
it's
it's
a
bit
different
than
this
coming
up,
but
typically,
if
you
are,
if
you
want
to
search
for
a
sign
permit
record,
for
instance,
you
can
search
for
different
things,
and
hopefully
it
signs
shows
up,
but
anyway,
so
there's
you
can
search
for
a
lot
of
different
things
in
this
main
search
bar
here.
B
So
let's
go
back
to
the
main
page
here,
so
this
is
the
main
kind
of
main
front
facing
page
that
you'll
get
to
when
you
sign
in.
In
order
to
add
a
new
application.
Let's
say
someone
comes
into
the
counter
and
they
want
help
submitting
an
application
to
planning
we'll
start
with
a
plan.
Application
you'll
go
to
add
plan,
and
that
is
where
we
would
enter
a
new
application
for
a
planning
record
or
planning
application.
B
B
So
this
is
where
the
plan
type,
the
type
of
application
that
someone
would
be
submitting
to
planning
is
where
they
would.
We
would
enter
the
type
of
application,
so
these
are
the
kind
of
main
planning
applications
that
we
have
and
then
there's
subcategories
of
each
that
we've
identified.
So,
for
example,
if
we
do
an
architectural
review
application,
we
have
a
subclass
or
a
work
class
of
either
major
or
minor
and
I'll
just
do
the
miner.
B
Today
as
the
example
and
then
here
we
have
all
the
different
fields
that
we
could
fill
in
the
type
of
district.
This
will
hopefully
auto
populate
once
it's
set
up
with
the
districts,
so
we
won't
have
to
enter
in
the
district.
But
if
you
see
there's
a
little
red
star
here,
that
means
it's
a
required
field.
B
And
then
you
know
there's
various
different
fields
that
you'll
need
to
complete.
So
I'll
just
say
this
is
an
application
for
a
repaint.
B
So
there's
you
see
this
these
little
red
circles
with
the
number,
and
that
means
there's
seven
items
in
this
tab
that
need
to
be
completed
before
you
can
move
on.
There's
two
items
in
this
tab
that
need
to
completed
need
to
be
at
fields
need
to
be
completed
before
you
can
move
on
to
the
next
so
acreage.
B
And
mine
and
keep
in
mind
this
is
a
additional
information.
You
know
this
is
all
basic
basic
field
data
that
you
know
we
kind
of
have
as
a
generic
complete
disinformation,
whether
it's
for
a
commercial
project
or
a
residential
project.
So
some
of
this
may
be
applicable,
and
some
of
it
might
not
be.
B
So
if
they
don't
have
a
contact
in
the
system
already-
which
sometimes
we
have
some
of
this
contacts,
the
regular
people
that
come
in-
we
can
just
add
their
name
in
here,
but
if
they
don't
have
it
in
here
already,
you
can
fill
it
in
in
this
page
that
pops
up.
B
B
B
B
And
then
you
can
add
additional
contacts
if
you
want,
if
they
have
additional
contact
people
that
you
want
to
add.
There's
this
plus
sign
here
at
the
bottom
right.
B
Okay,
so
just
like,
we
would
have
normally
for
a
minor
architectural
application.
We
have
different
files
that
we'll
need
to
include
so
we
have
elevation
floor
plan,
justification,
letter,
landscape
plan
and
then
there's
other
files.
If
you
want
to
add
additional
files
that
they've
brought
in,
we
could
add
those
as
well.
So
these
are
the
different
all
the
different
files
that
we
have
available
for
this
type
application
type.
B
Okay,
so
fees,
depending
on
the
way
the
process
was
set
up.
These
me
these
fees
may
be
auto
generated
so
based
on
whatever
someone
responded
in
either
the
additional
info
or
the
plan
details.
The
type
of
application
that
they're
submitting
the
fee
would
auto
populate
in
here,
and
you
would
see
that
here.
B
Okay,
so
when
we
get
to
the
back
or
the
last
step
of
all
the
seven
steps
that
they
would
submit
for
their
application
or
that
we
would
help
them
for
their
submittal,
we
see
here
that
if
you
have
the
green
check
box,
the
location
is
correct.
We
have
that
all
the
information
necessary
for
that
the
plan
details
is
in
here
additional
information,
which
is
this
tab.
Here
we
still
have
some
things
that
we
need
to
fill
in
contact
types.
B
Fees
and
and
files,
so
so
this
all
these
things
should
be
completed
basically
and
then,
but
because
we
didn't
finish
this
here,
it's
not
gonna.
Let
me
click
finish
so
we'd
have
to
go
back
to
that
and
indicate
that
we're
correct
that
these
things
need
to
be
input,
so
we
have
to
input
this
information.
B
Well,
then,
we
would
have
to
adjust
the
system
so
that
these
aren't
required
fields.
So
that's
that's
something.
That's
pretty
easy
to
do.
D
C
B
Let's
do
it,
let's
do
a
sign
permit
as
another
example.
So
in
this
in
front,
you
can
see
there's
an
additional
see
how
the
additional
information
tab
is
much
different,
because
this
is
with
a
custom
field
that
we
changed
to
tailor
it
to
the
type
of
application
that
it
is.
B
C
B
B
B
E
David
yeah,
so
we're
going
over
somebody
standing
at
the
counter
and
they
have
a
paper
exhibit
of
the
sign.
How
am
I
uploading
that
paper
exhibit
into
this
without
scanning
it
into
the
printer
or
something
I
mean
is
that
what
I'm
doing
first,
they.
F
B
B
B
B
This
is
the
additional
information
that
we've
saw
in
the
custom
field,
and
so
the
workflow,
the
workflow,
is
probably
a
lot
of
what
we'll
be
spending
time
on
for
the
for
our
records.
You
can
see
the
different
steps
and
within
each
steps,
there's
actions.
So
three
steps
in
this
application
type
and
two
each
one
has
either
one
or
two.
This
one
has
one
action.
So
when
I
click
on
this,
what
we
need
to
do
is
confirm
our
application
is
complete.
So
if
I
looked
at
the
materials,
everything
looks
good.
B
B
And
then
review
conformance
to
development
centers.
Does
the
application
comply
with
the
sign
ordinance
in
this
case?
So
yes,
that's
correct,
so
I
can
save
it
after
I've
done
that
and
then
so,
going
back
to
the
summary
screen,
you
can
see.
As
I
mentioned
earlier,
the
workflow
completion,
three
quarters
of
the
workflow
is
done,
and
so
the
last
part
in
the
workflow
in
this
application
type
is
to
issue
the
permit.
B
So
we
would
just
you
know,
issue
it
issue
the
approval,
and
that
would
be
probably
a
digital
signature,
a
digital
signature
on
the
application
and
then
that
would
be
sent
to
the
applicant
and
that
that
application
record
is
now
completed.
B
E
Because
if
they,
if
that's,
if
they
put
it
into
the
css,
then
it
would
generate
email
response
correct,
because
they're
in
the
system
that
way.
B
So
in
css
they
just
the
same
as
if
they're
submitted
in
css
or
if
we're
taking
in
an
intergov
on
this
side
of
it,
then
we
would
have
their
contact
information
and
we
would
email
them.
The
final
record
approval
permit.
B
So
so
that's
how
someone
would
submit
a
plan
application
we,
the
fees,
will
need
to
be
paid.
So
you
know
again.
This
is
something
that
they
would
have
to
submit
either
by
card
or
pay
online.
If
they're
doing
it
through
css,
so
you'll
see,
there's
an
invoice
that's
generated
and
then
they
would
have
to
pay
that
and
I'm
not
sure
where
we're
at
with
finalizing
the
payment
setup
yet,
but
payments
would
have
to
be
submitted
through
the
system.
B
So,
let's
see,
let's
do
a
sorry
before
we
move
on.
Let's
go
through
here
so
on
the
left
again,
there's
all
the
tabs
that
have
different
information
relative
to
the
file
or
to
the
record.
If
this,
if
there's
a
hold
on
the
property,
it
would
show
up
here,
so
someone
could
add
a
hold.
If
the
code
enforcement
has
identified
that
there's
an
issue
with
the
property,
then
it
would
show
up
under
the
holds
section
if
there's
other
records
associated
with
this
property.
You
see
those
here,
as
we
saw
earlier.
B
If
there's
conditions
for
a
project,
we
could
add
those
here
and
then
for
all
history.
It
should
show
up
in
this
last
tab.
B
So
so
that
is
kind
of
what
we
want
to
go
over
with
adding
a
planning
application.
Let's
go
over,
adding
a
permit
application.
So
there's
two
modules:
there's
a
few
modules:
the
two
for
development
services
that
I
think
will
primarily
be
working
in
are
the
plan
module
and
the
permit
module.
B
B
B
F
B
These
should
auto
populate.
They
were
doing
it
last
week,
so,
let's
see
if
it
might
be,
maybe
the
system
was
cleared
out
or
something,
but
if
we
have
a
record
it
should
show
up
here,
so
we
won't
have
to
enter
in
new
applicants
every
time.
B
G
Back
on
that
previous
screen,
there
was
a
thing
that
said:
is
this
on
tribal
land?
What's
the
definition
of
tribal
land?
Is
it
something
that's
on
the
reservation
or
something
that's,
for
example,
if
it's
fee
land
on
the
reservation,
how
do
you
fill
out
that
particular
field.
H
On
the
tribal
land
part
mainly
that's
for
we'll
probably
go
in
there
and
take
that
out
as
a
requirement,
because,
obviously,
if
it's
tribal
land,
it's
not
going
to
be
a
permit
that
we
are
issuing,
but
the
owner
applicant
is
on
the
lots
that
this
is
gonna
pop
up
on.
You
know
this
is
gonna.
Tell
the
applicant
like
if
it's
tribal
land,
then
it's
really
not
an
application
that
that
they're
gonna
be
applying
here
with
us.
They'll
have
to
go
to
the
tribe
for
that,
because
we
have
what's.
G
What's
meant
by
tribal
land,
I
mean
we,
we
manage
fee
simple
land
on
the
reservation.
C
G
H
So
if
it's
allotted
at
least
then
obviously
it's
something
that
we
will
process,
but
if
it
is
actually
tribal
land,
because
we
do
have
several
developments
within
our
jurisdiction,
that
is
tribal
land.
You
know
that
you
have
the
twin
palms
estates
and
then
the
traditions
that
that
are
within
our
jurisdiction,
but
we
have
no
jurisdiction
because
it
is
tribal.
B
B
All
right
so
again
a
lot
of
the
same
screens
that
you
saw
on
the
previous
plan
application,
except
it's
going
to
be
specific
to
the
type
of
permit
that's
being
submitted
in
this
case.
So
we
have
that
they're
required
to
submit
complete
building
plans
here,
structural
calculations
in
title
24,
so
they
would.
We
would
upload
those
files
here.
H
B
B
B
F
B
F
B
B
B
Recent
activity
and
workflow
are
shown
here,
and
so
this
is
kind
of
the
basic
page
that
you'll
see
when
you
click
on
that
this
record.
So
this
record
is
the
record
number
is
shown
here.
B
Again,
a
lot
of
the
stuff
that
we
saw
in
the
previous
application
type.
B
The
custom
field,
information
from
the
page
that
we
entered
that
data
in
again
going
back
to
the
workflow.
So
in
the
workflow
steps
here,
we've
got
three
steps.
Each
one
has
well
this
one
has
two
action
items
in
it:
they've
got
permit
issuance
with
one
action
item
and
then
inspections.
B
So
the
system
as
we'll
get
into
with
more
details
at
a
later
time,
has
a
way
to
create
inspections
from
from
intergov.
So
when
we
get
an
inspection
request,
these
inspections
should
ideally
be
all
in
here
and
if
an
inspection
isn't
required,
you
can
delete
or
skip
that
inspection
see
the
little
ampersand
here,
we're
not
to
understand
with
the
dots
here,
but
going
back
to
you
know
the
workflow,
so
we
would
have
to
you
know,
confirm
our
application
is
complete,
so
we'd
check
that
off.
B
If
we
weren't
ready
to
do
the
review,
yet
we
would
click
save.
But
what's
what
would
happen
is
the
on
the
css
side
of
of
the
system.
The
applicant
would
see
okay,
they've
confirmed
my
application
is
complete
and
they're
currently
in
reviewing
it.
B
So
the
different
symbols
that
you
see
here
this
one
was
a
check.
So
that
one
is
just
a
simple
generic
action,
where
you
check
that
that
thing
has
been
completed,
this
one
here
is
a
different
type
of
application
or
a
different
type
of
review.
It's
the
workflow
action
review.
So
in
this
case
this
is
going
to
create
an
electronic
or
e-review,
and
so
here
we
show
that
it's
going
to
be
sent
to
various
groups
or
inter
departments
or
outside
agencies.
B
We
don't
need
the
school
district
to
review
it
to
delete
that.
So
you
can
go
through
that
when
you
get
to
this
step
and
and
determine
who
needs
to
review
this
application
and
then
after
you've
done
that,
you
would
make
sure
that
you
have.
The
current
status
is
currently
in
review.
The
different
statuses
you
could
pick
are
approved
and
review
requires
resubmit.
So,
depending
on
how
the
how
the
review
goes,
we
could
change
the
status
here.
B
B
B
You've
got
a
new
application
that
you'll
need
to
review
and
you'll
be
able
to
open
it
in
intergov
or
excuse
me
in
blue,
blue
beam
and
blue
beam
is
a
basically
a
pdf
viewer
that
you
can
mark
up
and
let's
see,
I'm
not
sure
if
I
have
any
of
that
accused
as
an
example
right
now,
but
but
that's
basically,
what
will
happen
is
they'll
get
the
link
to
the
studio
session
or
the
blue
beam
studio
session,
and
then
you
can
open
that
up
and
mark
it
up
and
say
requires
changes
revised
to
show
structural
details
or
whatever
comments
that
you
would
want
to
input
on
the
plan
and
mark
it
up.
B
So,
but
that's
something
that
we'll
get
into,
I
think
in
a
another
time,
but
just
so
you
know
that
this
is
kind
of
how
it
works.
Is
the
plan
review?
The
e-review
happens
in
this
step,
and
this
is
where
they
would
get
the
the
file
to
review
and
mark
it
up
and
submit
comments
back
to
the
building.
In
this
case,.
C
G
B
All
right,
so
we
must
have
cleansed
the
system
because
I
just
searched
adu,
and
this
was
only
when
it
came
up.
So
this
is
the
one
I
just
created,
so
I
can
click
on
that
again.
So
obviously,
as
we
get
more
applications
in
the
system
and
we
search
for
basic
permits,
there
will
be
a
lot
more
in
the
system
than
just
the
one
that
was
just
created.
B
They'll
mark
it
up
and
if
they
need
to
resubmit,
they'll
resubmit
changes,
then
the
afghan
will
be
notified,
as
you
saw
on
that
screen.
B
H
B
B
All
right
so
actually
going
back
to
this
example,
so
we
require
that
they
resubmit.
So
it
creates
a
second
version.
You
see
here
version
two,
and
so
once
it
was
required
to
resubmit,
we
would
have
to
create
the
new.
B
B
All
right,
albert
I'll,
let
you
work
through
how
this
stuff
gets
completed.
B
B
B
Or
you
can,
if
you
want
to
share
your
screen
and
review
it,
because
it's
not
letting
me
edit
it
now.
H
So
within
the
workflow
and
it's
kind
of
where
I
got
caught
up
as
well.
H
Same
thing
with
engineering,
the
road
conditions,
or
they
said
not
required
and
now
we'll
create
and
then
from
here
pretty
sure
we
can
just
click
this
and.
H
Okay,
so
from
here
after
it's
been
through
all
the
departments
and
everybody's
happy
and
they've
sent
the
approvals.
We
can
go
back
to
the
summary
here
and
it's
saying
that
it's
five
percent
complete
so.
H
H
F
F
H
A
B
So
that's
the
permit,
it
doesn't
have
the
address
because
we
didn't
have
one
for
this
application,
but
you
know.
H
H
H
H
And
then
from
there,
so
the
applicant
through
css,
is
able
to
go
in
and
request
their
inspections
and
also
cancel
inspections
and
the
way
the
system
is
set
up.
Now
it's
really
not
set
up
through,
like
a
gis
or
through
gis.
It's
based
on
the
number
of
inspections
to
where
it's
going
to
balance
the
inspectors
workload,
and
so
you
can
go
in
here
and
just
skip.
H
We
can
go
through
and,
let's
go
to
add
another
permit,
so
go
back
to
we'll
add
a
new
permit
and
we
can
do
let's
just
say
over
the
counter
permits.
H
The
one
recently
that
was
worked
on
was
a
mechanical,
so
we're
kind
of
getting
away
from
the
specific
as
far
as
it
being
a
mechanical.
It's
just
going
to
be
a
mechanical
permit,
electrical
permit
plumbing
permit,
and
so
we
can
go
here.
Let's
just
go,
for
example,
mechanical
permit
work,
class
change
out
our
new,
so
just
do
a
gc
change
out
again
the
required
fields
are
highlighted,
and
these
will
auto
populate.
H
So
this
here's,
where
I
tell
you
if
it's
a
commercial
residential
with
residential.
H
H
Here's
what
would
so
for
changeouts,
obviously
I
I
need
to
go
in
and
delete
all
this
and
just
put
the
cf1
our
alt
forms.
This
is
mainly
for
just
a
mechanical
new
permit,
so
we
can
go
through
and
just
you
know
for
now,
just
to
move.
H
And
so
for
here
here's
the
fees,
fees
auto
populate
so
depending
on
whether
it
is
a
residential
or
commercial
we
can
go
in
and
just
we
can
add
ms
mep
commercial,
simple
or
complex.
H
And
so
from
here
it's
going
to
tell
us
that
everything
is
okay,
but
it's
not
liking
the
contacts
so
required
certification
not
found.
So
really
we
can't
go
in
there
without
having
for
a
contractor
having
it
the
certified
contractor.
That's
that's
in
here,
so
I
tried
going
in
there
and
you
know
I'm
not
qualified
to
to
pull
this
permit
under
that
license,
so
we'll
probably
have
to
we'll
go
in
there
and
have
to
probably
adjust
that
for
owner
builders.
H
But
after
that's
fixed
it's
to
still
pop
up.
You
can
go
to
finish
and
that's
where
it
will
create
the.
H
The
permit
number
and
then
take
you
back
to
the
same.
H
H
H
So
we'll
just
keep
training
on
it
for
the
permatex
in
our
division,
we'll
just
keep
training
on
it
and
as
we
go
we'll
work
out,
the
kinks.
B
All
right
so
anyway,
that's
the
training
session.
Today
we
wanted
to
give
you
an
introduction
to
it
really
just
to
get
used
to
the
interface,
because
it's
it's
gonna,
be
an
adjustment.
It'll,
take
time,
it'll
take
all
of
us
getting
used
to
you
know
having
this
new
system
set
up
and
using
it
and
knowing
where
to
go
and
how
to
get
through
each
of
the
different
screens
and
where
to
direct
members
of
the
public
and,
as
I
said,
we'll
get
into
the
css
training
another
time.
B
We
start
to
familiarize
ourselves
with
it,
and
you
know,
as
we
get
closer
to
launch
date,
we'll
be
comfortable
with
it
and
we'll
be
ready
to
go.
