2020.

this
is
a
kind
of
a
recap:
it's
not
current
uh
the
current
fiscal
year
and
we
are,
if
you

a
business

dollars
ahead
of
things
on

expenses,
almost
a
million
dollars-
and
I
didn't
look
at
how
that
balances
out,
because
I
know
you're
slightly
behind
on
revenue.

happens
to
a
surplus?

the

Previously,
the
existing
lifts
lift
equipment
was
removed,
the
pilings
remain
so
one
lift
was
uh
kind
of
on
the
northern
third
of
the
property.
One
was
on
the
southern
third
of
the
property.
The
request
that's
before
us
today
is
to
install
a
20
000
pound
boat,
lift
essentially
in
between
where
the
two
lifts
formerly
were,
and
then
a
personal
watercraft
lift
at
either
end
of
the
proposed
dock.

The
personal
watercraft
lifts
would
be
the
rotating
style,
so
when
the
personal
watercraft
is
not
used,
it
would
be
rotated
or
lifted
out
of
the
water
rotated,
and
the
pwc
then
would
be
sitting
on
the
dock
we
did
um
or
this
this
was
advertised
in
the
newspaper
and
per
the
the
new
code
requirements.
People
that
live
within
200
feet
uh
on
that
same
waterway
were
notified.

post
properties

message
sign
similar
to
what's
done
with
variances
through
the
the
board
of
zoning
appeals
and,
and
that
sort
of
thing,
so
we
do
put

physical
sign

on
the
property

So
I
don't
want
to
open
up
a
bucket
of
worms
for
the
property
owner,
but
I'm
looking
at
the
dock
and
the
distance
between
the
cap
and
the
dock,
and
it
doesn't
look
like
there's
that
15
inches
from
the
top
and
I'm
wondering
how
what
happens
when
you
do
have
to
get
do
have
to
replace
the
seawall.
Does
that
hinder
you
in
some
way.

I've
seen
in
some
cases
where
the
docks
were
too
tall
they,
basically
you
will
use
the
dock
as
the
form
board.
The
bottom
board
so
they'll
put
in
a
like
that
black
uh
expansion
contraction
felt
down
and
pour
right
down
to
the
top
of
that.
Sometimes
it
uh
actually
steps
the
cap
to
be
a
little
thicker
and
then
sometimes
it
may
make
it
a
little
thinner
depending
on
where
that
dot
is
located.

sea
wall

cap.
It's

city's
responsibility

maintain
it

standard,
uh
but
do
we
know
whether
this
kind
of
subject
has
ever
come
up
and
been
dealt
with
in
the
past.
