rent

condo

the
bikes

they

people
I
could
not
not
build
a
house
here.

had
to
be
part
of
Punta
Gorda.
What
concerns
me
is
that
we're
all
here
and
now
there's
something
like
this
is
going
to
divide
our
city.

us

think
that
the
City
Council,
who
represents
us
and
that's
another
thing
I
did
before
I
came
here.

researched
the
city
council,
because
we
have
such
a
great
website.
You
can
read
all
about
punta
gorda
and
all
the
things
that
they
do
here.
So
I
really
hate
to
see
us
think
that
the
City
Council
is
not
going
to
be
able
to
handle
this
and
make
the
best
decision
for
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda.
Let's
have
faith
in
the
City
Council.

and

your

sold

then

pay
for
this

be

where

harbour

to
maximize

beauty

the

little

think
it's
something
that
benefits
the
entire

live

concerned

those
people

bought

prime
areas,

a
selling
point
by
Realtors
for
many
many
years.
So

compassion
towards
those
investors
and
I
think
there's
ways
around
that.

Maybe
my
analysis
is
incorrect,
but
the
way
I
see
it
is
ultimately.
Yes,
there
will
be
a
rush
into
the
bird
section.
You
got
new
homes,
you
got
quick
access,
but
down
the
road.
It's
just
going
to
build
up
PGI
and
make
it
a
more
desirable
boating.
Community
I've
sold
all
over
the
place.
I,
don't
just
stick
to
one
region:
I
listed
and
sold
two
houses
in
the
Florida
Keys
last
year,
I
go
up
to
sarasota,
venice,
cape
coral,
fort
myers,
and
this
is
a
unique
place.
I
So
ultimately,
people
are
going
to
say
well,
this
is,
it
is
still
going
to
be
prime
over
in
section
2
and
so
forth,
because
you
got
fisherman's
village
right
there,
you're
right
on
the
harbor
I
mean
it's
going
to
be
more
of
an
incentive
to
get
rid
of
the
older
houses
and
build
new.
If
that's
what
people
want,
and
you
know
we
have
had
incentives
in
the
pass
in
the
historical
section
to
bring
the
houses
up
and

forth,

maybe
something
like
that

offered,

my
opinion.

time

been
off

marine
advisory
committee

had

opportunity

innumerable
projects
come
through
that
committee
over
that
16
years.
I've
yet
to
see
a
large
project
of
this
size
come
through
and
actually
go
through
the
design
and
the
approval
process
for
all
the
regulatory
processes
in
less
than
five
years.

think
you're,
probably
looking
once
you
actually
get
this
project
through
some
kind
of
approval
process
and
get
behind
it.
You're
still
looking
at
about
five
years
to
actually
see
the
project
get
to
the
point
that
you
can
actually
go
out

bids

also
see-
probably
at
that
point
in
time
as
the
county
recently
ran
into
when
they
went
out
for
bids
on
the
their
entrance
project,
the
harbor
project
across
the
harbor.

saw

twenty
percent
increase

price

think
you're
looking

once
you
go
out
and
start
working,
this
project
you're
looking
about
five
years
to
actually
get
the
project
approved,
and

may

and
your
final
cost.

and

about

advantages

advantages
for

people

live

alligator
creek,

the
property
gains
that

value

people

section
will
get
by
reducing

time
out,

backs

the
people

currently

alligator
creek,

amount
of
time
that
is
gained
by
PG
I

lost

people

the
alligator

advantages

monetary
values
come

everyone

the
creek.

is
no
question

those
fifteen
hundred
boats
or
possible

boats
will
force
a
reduction

speed,

been
all
the
way
through
that
entire
canal,
and
it
will
be
out

the
open
water
adding
at
least
ten
minutes
each
way
on
my
trip
every
day.
So
not
only
is
the
time
gained
by
PGI,
it
is
lost
by
us
currently
using
and
paying
for
the
alligator
creek.

improvement

waters

our

increases
decreases.

all
areas
rise,
I
didn't
think
I
heard
anything
about
reduced
fuel
costs
for
votes
this
evening,
but
that
is
obviously
a
benefit
for
anyone
that
might
be
having
easier
access.

this
council
will
be
looking
at
a
lot
of
different
options.

think
the
mentioning

having

population
vote

much
high

our
