Description
Description
A
Pull
their
belts
in
after
2008
and
after
all,
that's
going,
but
we
still
haven't
recovered
to
that
and
they're
running
at
a
21%
deficit
based
on
per
thousand
population.
You
know
try
to
keep
it
an
apple,
an
apple,
that's
just
one
example,
and
another
is
if
we
start.
If
we
look
at
this
in
a
more
holistic
way,
there
may
be
opportunities
that
we
have
passed
that
might
be
able
to
be
developed
that
maybe
the
opportunity
has
changed
since
then.
A
Remember
saying
that
it's
not
financially
prudent
and
being
somewhat
well
that
the
particular
property
first
of
all
has
gone
down
in
MIT's
prices
quite
significantly,
and
if
we
orient
ourselves
in
a
different
way
and
in
our
consensus
comes
then
these
might
be
actually
developer
projects
and,
in
my
mind,
I'm
thinking
over
a
10-year
period
at
the
same
time
wrestling
with
the
issue
of
how
to
get
our
reserves
up
to
a
healthier
level.
Much
more
rapidly
than
we've
been
just
inch.
Warming
along
I
think
the
time
is
from
my
perspective.
A
So
these
are
the
types
of
questions
and
my
we're
gonna
try
to
keep
it
less
than
12,
slides
and
very
short,
but
hope
to
present
to
you
folks,
because
this
is
the
only
format
I
can
talk
to
you
guys
in
so
that
we
can
start
this
discussion
among
ourselves
and
hopefully,
and
from
my
perspective,
develop
of
calculus
so
that
we
can
more
effectively
deal
with
the
the
other
issues,
because
and
what
what
precipitated
this
thought
process
was.
Sunseeker
is
going
to
change
the
equations
of
what
we've
been
talking
about.
A
It's
right
across
it's
going
to
bring
it's
not
directly
anything
that
we
can
control
of,
but
if
we
want
to
keep
our
sweet
little
town,
a
sweet,
little
town
and
viable
and
healthy,
we
have
to
take
that
into
consideration
to
make
sure
that
it
doesn't
overpower
what
we
want
to
have.
So
that's
all
I
have
to
say
thanks.
B
C
Patton
Isles
Gateway
point
District
two.
This
one
is
really
a
thank.
You
I
took
the
suggestion
and
went
to
the
meeting
they
had
about
the
budget
and
it
was
very
and
it
was
very
interesting
and
if
you
might
get
the
flavor
that
you
feel
you're
in
the
peanut
gallery
here
that
isn't
what
happens
at
these
meetings
and
really
Howard
you
get
the
A+
on
this
I
was
a
teacher.
Once
you
get
the
A+
on
that
meeting,
he
started
it.
He
didn't
run
it
and
he
didn't
lead
it.
C
He
invited
everybody
to
talk
and
share
and
he
kept
the
ball
rolling
and
members
of
the
City
Council
were
sitting
around
right
in
the
same
row
that
we
were
the
rest
of
us
were
that
normally
or
the
peanut
gallery,
and
everyone
had
a
chance
to
speak
so
I'm
just
suggesting
from
that
experience.
I
had
that
time,
it
was
brought
up
and
Howard
brought
it
up
and
this
time
about
April
16th
and
at
the
PGI
Civic
Center,
and
please
somebody
correct
me
if
I
say
something
wrong
here.
It
is
over
on
Shrieve
and
all
the
owners.
C
C
I'm
rounding
up
my
neighbors
to
go
and
I
hope
that
everyone
brings
a
neighbor,
bring
a
friend
because
one
experience
I'm
finding
when
I
listened
to
other
residents
and
in
this
area
they
might
have
a
misperception
and
they
may
have
this
feeling
that
the
board
is
them,
and
we
are
us
even
on
a
particularly
moving
or
topic
that
concerns
them
deeply
and
all
I'm.
Just
saying
is:
that's
not
the
vibes
I'm
getting
and
I
suggest
you
come
to
this
April
16th
meeting
I!
Think
it's
it
get
me
wrong
if
I'm
wrong,
correct
at
6:00
p.m.
C
the
question
I
have
on
it.
My
other
hat.
Putting
on
devil's
advocate
is
it's
going
to
be
an
hour
and
a
half
long
and
I
do
know,
that's
what
it's
listed
and
when
it
our
association
meetings,
they're
kind
of
touchy,
if
you
go
longer
for
our
annual
meetings.
So,
however,
you
present
this
with
acqua
coming
and
they
do
their
marketing
presentation
and,
if
they're
going
to
do
a
presentation,
however
time
that
that
gives
left
for
the
public
reaction
just
know,
I
had
a
time.
