Description
Description
A
B
B
Your
Bible
lord
help
us
use
it
and
apply
it
to
our
lives.
Lord
bless
our
City
Council
and
the
work
that
they
do.
Lord
bless
all
that
are
in
this
chamber
and
the
families
they
represent.
Lord
bless
our
County
Lord
bless.
Our
state
Lord
bless
the
United
States
of
America
into
the
name
of
our
Lord
and
Savior.
We
pray,
amen.
A
C
Prayer
is
regarded
by
millions
as
the
most
important
pterence
of
mankind
for
its
benefit,
whereas
prayer
has
aided
us
in
time
for
support
and
guidance
is
needed,
and
whereas
the
National
Day
of
Prayer
is
a
time
set
aside
for
Americans
to
pray
and
reaffirm
the
spiritual
principles
upon
which
their
nation
is
founded
and
whereas
the
year's
theme
is
unity
from
Ephesians
4:3,
which
tells
us
make
every
effort
to
keep
the
unity
of
spirit
through
the
bond
of
peace
and
whereas
on
May
3rd
2018,
people
unite
in
prayer
according
to
each
one's
faith
in
tradition,
to
show
gratitude
for
our
many
blessings
and
freedoms
and
ask
for
continued
wisdom
strengthen
protection,
as
we
chart
our
course
to
the
future.
C
Now,
therefore,
the
City
Council,
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda,
does
hereby
proclaim.
May
30
2018
is
National
Day
of
Prayer
and
invites
all
citizens
to
observe
this
day
in
ways
appropriate
to
his
important
significance
pass
until
he
appointed
on
the
regular
session.
The
second
day
of
May
2018,
Rachael
Kiessling
mayor,
and
give
me
this
Reverend
Carlson.
D
Thank
You
councilman
Cummings,
and
for
all
of
you
and
Mara
Keisling
for
proclaiming
it
National
Day
of
Prayer
each
year.
The
National
Day
of
Prayer
task
force
chooses
a
theme
and
a
Bible
verse,
and
you
know
how
most
of
us
had
any
kind
of
a
prayer
group.
What
we
pray
for
more
than
anything
else
is
people's
ailments
for
their
healing,
we're.
Looking
for
the
urgent,
well
folks,
this
one
is
urgent
this
year,
and
that
is
unity.
D
D
Is
he
fusions
chapter
4,
verse,
3
make
every
effort
to
keep
the
unity
of
the
Spirit
in
the
bond
of
peace
and
I
hope
that
you
will
come
out
tomorrow
at
noon
in
front
of
the
city
hall
annex
for
this
just
a
brief
prayer
service,
and
there
are
reminders
right
over
here
on
a
table.
If
you
want
to
pick
one
up,
take
it
along
with
you
as
a
reminder
to
to
join
us.
This
is
not
a
demonstration.
D
A
D
A
And
next
it's
my
honor
and
pleasure
to
read
the
proclamation
for
the
Friends
of
the
library
week.
Proclamation
city
of
Punta,
Gorda
Florida,
whereas
the
Punta
Gorda
library,
improves
the
quality
of
life
for
residents
and
provides
an
essential
service
by
supplying
access
to
information
of
all
kinds.
And
whereas
the
goal
of
the
friends
is
to
promote
awareness
of
appreciation
for
and
the
use
of,
the
Punta
Gorda
library
and
whereas
the
work
of
the
Friends
of
the
Punta
Gorda
library
highlights
an
ongoing
basis.
A
Now,
therefore,
the
City
Council
of
the
city
of
Punta,
Gorda
Florida,
does
hereby
proclaim
the
week
of
May
13th
through
the
19
20
18
friends
of
the
Punta
Gorda
library
week
passed
and
duly
adopted
this
second
day
of
May
2018
Rachael
Kiesling,
mayor
and
accepting
today
will
be
Katie
Maisie.
So
I'll
have
her
come
up,
say
a
few
words
and
then
we're
gonna
take
a
photo-op
with
all
the
friends
that
are
here.
E
A
F
Thank
you.
It's
my
honor
proclamation
city
of
Punta,
Gorda
Florida,
whereas
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda,
has
proclaimed
itself
to
be
hibiscus
city
since
1926
and
plantings
were
provided
throughout
the
city
and
whereas
the
city
adopted
resolution
to
177
0
0
on
March
1st
2000,
reaffirming
that
designation
and
declared
itself
to
be
the
city
of
highest
biscuits
and
we're
as
Harry
Golding
made
put
to
go
to
his
home
and
devoted
his
talents
to
grow
into
producing
hybrid
hibiscus
plants
throughout
his
life.
F
Earning
many
awards,
such
as
the
National
American
hibiscus
societies,
Norman
Brubaker,
trophy
for
the
judges,
favorite
bloom
of
1987
with
Harvest
Moon,
which
he
hybridized,
and
whereas
to
continue
efforts
to
highlight
City.
The
city's
designation.
The
hibiscus
festival
will
be
held
in
Gilchrist
Park
on
May
4th
through
6th
2018,
to
include
the
sale
of
hibiscus,
exotics
trees,
organics
and
landscaping
items
little
miss
hibiscus
pageant,
hibiscus
sail
boat,
regatta,
antique
cars,
hands-on
activities
for
kids,
including
projects
for
Mother's,
Day
entertainment
by
local
bands
and
food
vendors.
F
Now,
therefore,
the
City
Council
of
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda
does
hereby
proclaim
May
5th
2018
as
hibiscus
day
and
encourages
all
residents
to
plant
hibiscus
to
beautify
the
city
and
continue
the
tradition
which
began
many
years
ago
past
and
duly
adopted
in
regular
session.
The
second
day
of
May
2018,
sign,
Rachele,
Keesling,
mayor
and
Karen
Smith
city
clerk
and
accepted
will
be
stan
and
Diane
Munson.
G
Thank
you
14
years
and
we're
still
still
kicking
along.
We
simply
really
appreciate
the
city.
Support.
Cindy
does
a
lot
of
stuff
for
us
to
help
us
make
this
an
annual
event,
and
we
want
to
thank
you
hope
to
see
you
all
down
here
on
Friday
night
for
the
music
and
food
in
the
park
or
Saturday
to
buy
some
plants
or
Sunday
morning
to
buy
some
plants.
Oh
thank
you
very
much.
A
H
And
whereas
the
American
Public
Works
Association
is
celebrating
this
year's
theme,
the
power
of
Public
Works,
which
gives
voice
to
the
impact
the
many
facets
of
Public
Works
have
on
modern
civilization.
Now,
therefore,
the
City
Council
of
the
city
of
Punta,
Gorda
Florida,
does
hereby
proclaim
the
week
of
May
22
26
2018
as
National
Public
Works
week,
and
invites
the
public
to
celebrate
their
quiet
dedication
and
indispensable
influence
on
our
way
of
life
past
and
duly
adopted
and
regular
session.
H
This
second
day
of
May
2018
city
of
Punta,
Gorda,
Florida,
Rachael,
Kiesling,
mayor
and
accepting
is
rifken
er
Director
of
Public
Works
I'm.
Sorry,
it's
my
note
said
I
apologize
if
you'd
like
to
come
and
get
this
and
I
would
also
like
to
add.
This
is
one
of
the
hardest-working
departments
in
this
city
and
a
very
thankless
job
a
lot
of
times.
So
we
appreciate
all
that
you
do
for.
I
On
behalf
of
Public
Works
and
all
of
our
staff,
we
thank
the
city
for
this
Proclamation
and
it's
very
obvious
that
this
year
and
another
year,
I
believe
I
hope
to
come.
We
will
be
working
very
hard
thanks
to
that,
lady
that
arrived
here
last
year,
hurricane
Irma-
let's
not
forget,
and
if
you
have
a
chance
you
can
always
come
over
to
public
works
and
see
the
concrete
city
that
lives
over
there.
Now
many
many
sea
wall
panels
and
of
course
we
were
just
graced
by
the
wonderful
new
lovely
trash
carts.
I
I
hope
everyone
has
gotten
their
trash
cart.
We've
gotten
lots
of
beautiful
thank-yous
for
the
lovely
carts,
their
colors,
the
logo
and
everything
else.
So
if
you
haven't
gotten
one,
please
give
us
a
call
if
you've
gotten
a
little
one
we'd
be
happy
to
switch
it
out,
for
you
just
call
us
all
right
enjoy.
Thank
you
again.
I
I'm,
just
gonna
call
the
group
up
here:
I
won't
even
do
it
one
by
one
I'm,
just
gonna
ask
you
to
all
stand,
my
participants.
This
is
the
ninth
citizens
Academy,
my
fifth
I
think
I'm
missing.
Approximately
five
for
them
happened
to
be
snowbirds
or
traveling
already,
and
just
one
absentee.
So
please
come
up
here.
I
We're
gonna
have
a
group
photo
and
what
I'd
like
to
say
is
that
they
were
a
wonderful
group
of
participants
as
usual
and
most
dedicated
most
very
interested
in
all
of
the
sessions
that
we
had
that
were
presented
by
the
city
departments.
They
were
the
most,
please
start
another
row.
They
were
the
most
interacting
group
that
I've
had
they
asked
questions
of
every
session.
I
I
And
now
you
are
my
citizens,
Academy
ambassadors.
So
what
I
would
like
to
ask
of
you
is
that
you
go
out
into
the
wonderful
world
of
Punta
Gorda
and
share
with
all
your
neighbors
friends
and
relatives
that
they
need
to
continue
to
come
to
the
citizens
Academy
next
year
and
spread
the
word
of
the
city
of
Punta
Gorda.
How
wonderful
it
is
to
live
here,
work
and
play.
A
Just
a
couple
of
housekeeping
items
before
we
move
into
the
introduction
for
people
that
have
their
names
on
a
border
committee,
we
do
plan
to
take
a
lunch
break
around
noontime.
We
have
a
retirement
that
we
are
celebrating
today,
so
we
will
be
taking
a
lunch
break
and
then
also
just
for
those
of
you
who
did
not
know
that
the
agenda
was
amended
and
there
was
a
withdrawn
item
under
new
business,
which
was
8a
additional
harbor
access,
PGI
Birds,
section
cut
through
creation.
A
A
special
district
has
been
withdrawn
from
this
agenda
and
will
not
be
heard
today.
So
those
are
two
housekeeping
items
I
needed
to
take
care
of.
So
next
we
have
introduction
of
order
committee,
member
nominees.
If
your
name
is
in
the
running
for
a
border
committee-
and
you
would
like
to
introduce
yourself-
please
take
this
podium
to
my
right.
Anybody
like
to
introduce
themselves
for
a
border,
Committee
position.
J
Good
morning,
I'm
Bradford
gamblin
I
am
nominee
for
the
position
of
the
Historic
Preservation
Board
I'm
an
alternate
at
this
time
retired
as
executive
director
of
the
Dayton
Masonic
Foundation,
with
the
charge
of
raising
enough
funds
to
protect
and
preserve
and
restore
the
iconic
historic
structures
nationally
registered
of
the
Masons
in
Ohio
and
I'd
like
to
continue
as
a
full-time
member
of
the
board.
Thank
you
thank.
A
K
A
We
will
call
the
CRA
meeting
to
order.
Let
the
record
reflect
that
all
commissioners
are
present.
The
first
item
of
business
is
we
have
citizens
comments
on
CRA
agenda
items
which
would
be
the
project
status
report
for
May
2018
approval
of
the
minutes
of
April
4
2018
and
the
Sunseeker
resort
ad
hoc
committee,
those
three
items
if
you
would
like
to
speak
on
any
one
of
those
three
items
now
would
be
the
time.
Please
take
this
podium
state,
your
name,
and
you
have
three
minutes.
Would
anybody
like
to
speak.
L
Nancy
Johnson
team,
bonagora
I
think
that
the
excitement
of
having
something
as
big
as
Sunseeker
could
easily
sweep
over
us
and
I
think
that
the
suggestion
of
a
committee
is
a
very
proactive
gesture
that
would
allow
us
to
to
be
prepared.
It
would
allow
us
to
have
accurate
information,
because
inaccurate
information
is
continually
an
issue.
A
A
M
I
had
proposed
at
the
our
last
CRA
session
that
we
put
together
some
sort
of
an
ad
hoc
committee
to
address
the
current
or
near-term
and
long-term
impact
of
the
Sunseeker
project.
I'd
have
to
make
a
point
that
virtually
all
of
our
CRA
district,
both
upland
as
well
as
a
harbour
and
River,
have
the
potential
of
being
affected
in
one
way
or
the
other
by
Sunseeker
and
when
I
say
affected,
that's
not
to
be
taken
as
a
negative
connotation
as
Nancy
in
her
opening
comments
said
really.
M
It
makes
sense,
in
essence,
to
anticipate
to
be
able
to
react
attached
to
the
agenda.
I
think
that
we
had
a
template
that
would
define
the
purpose
leadership
who
we'd
expect
to
see
in
this
committee
that
was
part
of
the
agenda.
If
anyone
hasn't
looked
at
it,
you
can
access
the
city's
website
and
it's
it's
pulled
up
from
there.
I
think
it's
I
think
it's
very
important.
As
with
any
big
project,
we
have
a
whole
lot
of
stuff
going
on
out
there
about
the
project
coming
in
from
other
all
other
sources
and
so
forth.
M
H
Had
a
conversation
a
couple
of
days
ago,
with
the
chant
of
the
president
of
the
Chamber
of
Commerce,
and
there
already
is
a
committee
in
place
that
is
addressing
this
very
subject,
and
they
are
inclusive
of
a
city,
councilperson
city
staff,
the
chamber,
the
downtown
Merchants
group
team,
Punta
Gorda,
the
Board
of
Realtors
and
the
County
Economic
Development,
Office
and
I.
I
think
that
this
is
going
to
be
somewhat
redundant.
H
If
we
form
a
separate
committee,
I
would
like
to
see
it
folded
together
and
have
them
include
other
people
representing
the
citizens
of
the
community
and
other
people
that
may
be
able
to
help
them
and
they
may
have
to
move
their
meetings
to
another
location,
but
I
think
that
it
is
going
to
be
redundant
to
set
up
a
separate
committee.
Just
for
this
purpose,
I.
M
Would
point
out
that
that
the
chamber
all
deference
to
John
and
his
organization
tend
to
have
their
focus
presently?
That
would
not
be
as
broad
as
what
we
envision
in
terms
of
the
membership
on
this.
There
are
certainly
groups
that
we've
indicated
that
the
possible
membership
that
go
beyond
what
the
chamber
has
in
their
group
also.
N
N
If
you
go
online
and
look
at
sunseekers
dot-com,
you
will
be
astonished
and
how
it
encompasses
over
across
the
river,
and
it
is,
it
is
going
to
affect,
as
it
will
affect
our
businesses
with
wet
they're
involved
with
I'm
sure,
but
it
also
is
going
to
affect
our
transportation
and
that's
going
to
be
a
biggie
for
all
of
us
and
it's
it's
something
that
we've
got
to
be
prepared
for
and
I
agree
with.
What
charlie
is
saying.
N
A
Say
along
that
line,
if
we
could
get
some
indication,
maybe
have
you
meet
with
the
chamber
and
see,
and
what
I
would
suggest
too
is
that
going
further
than
that
is
that
you
could
possibly
be
our
person
to
attend
the
Charlotte
Harbor
CRA
meetings.
If
you
were
so
willing
and
then
you
could
basically
come
back
and
during
these
meetings
you
could
be
the
person
to
give
us
the
information
that
you've
heard
directly
from
those
meetings
to
hear,
because
the
other,
the
other.
A
The
reason
why
I
like
lends
suggestion
at
this
point
is
the
sunshine,
sunshine
law
and
and
all
of
these
people
they
will
not
be
able
to
talk
about
anything
to
do
with
anything
possible
to
ever
be
talked
about
with
Sunseeker
outside
of
their
meeting,
which
would
I
think
severely
limit
their
their
their
ability
to
do
the
work.
I.
O
I've,
looked
at
all
this
and
I
think
it's
wonderful
that
we
be
proactive,
I
agree
with
Nancy,
Johnson
and
I
got
a
call
this
week
from
a
county
commissioner.
Why
don't
you
know?
Why
are
we
discussing
yes
and,
and
so
what
I
tried
to
explain
was
we're
just
trying
to
be
proactive
from
a
community
standpoint?
It's
not
a
negative
and
understanding
the
impact
on
our
community,
and
what
can
we
do
and
what
can
we
do
that?
O
Maybe
even
complement
Sunseeker,
so
that
really
were
it's
a
much
more
synergy
that
can
be
gained
from
it,
but
the
other
thing
I
wanted
I
had
a
discussion
with
Howard
and
I
said:
I
really
don't
want
this
to
be
in
the
sunshine
and
Charley
and
I
used
to
belong
to
the
County's
landscape
committee.
It
was
formed
a
while
back
and
it
was
a
residence
we're
on
it.
Joe
deseo,
whose
mission
was
then
business
men
was
on
it
and
Rashad
Duffy.
O
You
wanted
to
be
appointed
to
be
a
part
of
it
and
Jeanette
Knowlton
said
the
county
attorney
said
no,
we
cannot
appoint
you
to
be
on
it
because
if
we
do,
then
the
committee
is
in
the
sunshine
right
you
can
volunteer
to
participate
and
which
she
did
and
came
to
the
meetings,
but
you're
not
appointed.
But
you
know
we're
not
going
to
appoint
any
county
commissioner
to
participate
to
keep
it
out
of
the
sunshine
and
and
I
think
that
keeping
it
out
of
the
sunshine.
O
Well
now
the
committee
to
really
do
a
lot
of
work,
then
we
won't
have
the
media
wanting
to
know
whatever
and
I
just
think
they
can
be
much
more
productive
and
so
I'd
like
to
suggest
that
we,
you
know,
proceed
in
that
manner
and
I'm.
Certainly
I
have
enough
on
my
plate
with
people
plaques
and
things
like
that.
I
don't
need
to
be
the
representative,
but
I
think
in
a
positive
light.
It's
a
great
idea.
F
F
I
think
that
the
city
needs
to
maintain
leadership
on
all
of
these
kinds
of
issues.
I
have
to
say
that
I've
been
given
a
little
bit
cause
by
Nancy's
argument
about
the
sunshine
issue.
However,
I
think
that
we
should
try
to
explore
a
way
that
the
city
is
the
one
that
maintains
directly
indirectly
through
the
CRA
or
what-have-you,
but
our
city
government,
our
city,
our
CA,
our
CRA
maintain
the
leadership
in
whatever
committee
committees
and
directions.
F
We
take
whether
it's
about
regarding
the
effects
of
Sun
shake
a
seeker,
the
development
of
downtown
the
development
of
our
neighborhoods
to
be
able
to
coordinate
those
all
in
one.
So
I
would
say
that
it
would
be
I
think
we
should
explore
a
way
to
be
able
to
integrate
all
those
into
one
body.
I
agree
with
Lynn
about
the
redundancy
issue:
I,
don't
think
that
that's
an
argument,
but
I
think
that
that
issue
should
be
under
the
umbrella
of
the
city,
/,
City,
Council
or
CRA
in
some
manner,
so
that
we
can
coordinated
those
efforts.
F
O
O
A
Could
if
we
changed
the
membership,
that's
right
there,
because
if
we
have
a
CRA
representative
and
a
Punta
Gorda
City
Council
person
to
me
right,
there
already
says
we're
we're
under
the
sunshine
right.
But
if
maybe
you
wanted
to
be
the
person
and
and
did
you
like
that
suggestion
that
I
made
that
you
could
attend
the
CR
at
Charlotte,
Harbor
CRA?
Yes,
newspaper
articles,
the
Advisory
Committee
versus
the
the
CRA,
like
it's
confusing
for
me
just
reading
the
information
that's
coming
through
in
the
newspaper
just
so
to
have
somebody
physically
there.
M
C
I
think
there's
there's
a
very
easy
solution
for
a
lot
of
this
is
that
the
census
is
a
county
driven
and
economic
development,
thriving
and
I.
Think
if
we
simply
dialogue
with
them,
we
can
get
probably
the
most
accurate
information
possible.
I
mean
we
should
have
this
definitely
but
I
think
we
can't
neglect
the
fact
that
the
county
does
have
this
information
that
we
can't
not
have
them
in
a
room
because
they're
not
like
on
this
list
and
I
would
say
that
economic
development
has
to
be
on
this
list.
H
A
O
N
A
Okay,
so
maybe
maybe
young
Charlie,
you
could
work
with
Howard
to
come
up
with
the
way
and
the
city
attorney
to
come
up
with
a
way
to
structure
this,
and
you
know
the
people
from
that.
The
working
group
are
sure,
certainly
going
could
be
invited
and
I
was
reminded
that
the
Punta
Gorda
Chamber
is,
you
know
they
are
membership
driven.
So
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
are
inclusive.
So
that's
important
to
remember
that
part
is
the.
M
H
K
A
A
A
K
K
K
We're
still
waiting
for
the
new
person,
who's
gonna,
do
the
salon
the
contractor
to
come
and
pull
the
permits
again.
It
serves
us
no
purpose
to
kick
them
out
because
we
have
nobody
else
ready
to
take
over
so
we're
hoping
that
they'll
get
the
contractor
on
board
and
get
the
work
done.
If
we
had
somebody
waiting
in
the
wings.
That's
another
story
now.
K
This
is
going
to
be
more
problematic
than
it's
not
as
easy
as
changing
the
words
when
you
change
words
and
font
size
on
a
wayfinding
sign
in
the
F
dot
right
away.
You
have
to
go
through
F
dot
and
they
approve
the
changing
of
the
words
and
the
font
size.
You
know
how
long
it
took
us
to
do
the
wayfinding
signs
originally.
In
the
meantime,
though,
so
this
is
not
gonna
happen
overnight.
It's
easy
for
us
to
Streck
amend
changing
the
words.
We've
done
that
now
we
got
to
go
through
the
process.
K
In
the
meantime,
we're
going
to
try
and
get
some-
you
know
the
the
brown
street
sign.
We
have
that
says:
fisherman's
village
mm-hmm,
we're
gonna,
get
one
that
says
the
Vietnam
Wall
and
see
if
we
can
get
that
up
on
a
temporary
basis
and,
yes,
that
that
may
have
to
be
put
on
F
dot
right
away,
but
we
hope,
since
they're
kind
of
standard
signs,
it
should
be
quicker.
We
hope
we
hope
if
we
can
find
a
place
to
put
them
up,
not
on
the
F
dot
right
away.
K
K
K
K
K
A
A
We've
a
motion
a
second
to
approve
the
minutes,
all
in
favor
aye
opposed
carried
unanimously.
Next,
we
have
citizens
comments
on
CRA.
If
you'd
like
to
speak
on
anything
to
do
with
the
Community
Redevelopment
Agency
now
would
be
the
time.
Please
take
the
podium
state,
your
name.
You
have
three
minutes.
Anybody
like
to
speak
on
CRA.
M
A
Okay:
okay,
we
are
back
in
session
as
the
City
Council.
We
do
not
have
any
public
hearings
or
quasi-judicial
public
hearings,
but
we
do
have
Wow.
We
have
eight
under
second
readings
and
resolutions.
So
now
would
be
the
time
citizens
comments
on
the
next
eight
items.
So,
if
you'd
like
to
speak
on
any
one
of
these
eight
items
now
would
be
the
time.
A
There's
second
readings
on
one
two,
three
four
ordinances
and
then
there's
a
resolution
for
the
Gilchrist
landing
day.
Doc's
there's
a
resolution
with
the
undergrounding
for
the
burnt
store,
aisles,
neighborhood
and
then
there's
a
resolution
for
the
line
of
credit
for
the
seawall
repairs.
If
anybody
would
like
to
speak
on
those
eight
items,
please
take
this
podium
over
here
to
my
right
state.
Your
name
and
you
have
three
minutes
good.
Q
Excuse
me
the
day
docks
we
had
our
homeowners
association
meeting
on
Monday
and
at
that
meeting
a
couple
of
our
members
had
run
the
tags
on
the
boats
that
are
out
and
coming
in
and
there's
getting
to
be
a
lot
of
them.
There's
like
18
of
them
out
there
today,
and
we
were
told
that
there
are
numerous
boats
out
there
with
people
who
are
on
probation
and
it's
kind
of
becoming
a
haven
for,
and
there
were,
there
were
some
serious
allegations.
I
would
just
like
for
you
to
check
on
it.
I
haven't
run
anybody's
tags.
Q
There
are
boats
out
there
that
do
not
there's
two
that
do
not
have
their
mast
several
that
are
not
putting
their
lights
on
at
night
and
just
would
like.
You
know
to
make
sure
that
it's
what
is
intended
to
have
wonderful
boats
out
there,
people
enjoying
themselves
not
really
becoming
a
haven
for
you
know
it's
rehab.

This
is
the
second

of
an

which
will
be

A
P
H
A
H
Have
one
comment
with
regard
to
the
notation
in
the
resolution
hang
on
one?
Second,
let
me
get
it
pulled
up
here.
There's
a
clause
that
states
that
applicants
must
possess
a
local
mailing
address
that
may
or
may
not
be
possible
for
liveaboards
in
the
current
economic
I
mean
in
the
current
electronic
era.
There
are
many
people
that
do
everything
electronically
and
they
don't
even
have
a
mailing
address
to
receive
mail
and
so
I
I
question
whether
we
need
that
in
the
ordinance
my.
H
For
the
most
part,
that's
okay,
there
just
may
be
one
or
two
people
out
there:
I,
don't
and
I,
don't
know
for
sure
haven't
had
a
chance
to
talk
with
them,
but
I
know
that,
like
in
many
cases,
most
people
get
a
lot
of
things
electronically.
Now,
especially
there
in
their
bills
and
even
their
tax
documents,
they
get
them
all
electronically.
So
I
understand.
H
A
P
O
P
Thinking
all
right,
let
me
start
over
resolution.
The
City
Council
the
city
appoint
to
go
to
Florida,
creating
the
burn
store,
aisles
underground
utility
assessment
area
to
fund
the
procurement
of
a
binding
cost
estimate
from
Florida,
Power
and
Light
for
the
conversion
of
existing
overhead
electric
distribution
facilities
to
underground
facilities
within
a
portion
of
the
borough
store
aisles
subdivision
providing
for
definitions,
providing
findings
describing
the
property
to
be
located
within
the
proposed
assessment
area
and
those
areas
to
be
excluded,
providing
the
date
time
and
place
of
a
public
hearing
and
forms
of
notice.
P
To
consider
the
adoption
of
the
final
assessment
resolution
for
the
upcoming
fiscal
year
determining
the
service
cost
to
be
assessed,
describing
the
method
of
apportioning
the
service
cost
and
the
computation
of
the
assessments
for
specific
properties,
establishing
an
estimated
assessment
rate
for
the
upcoming
fiscal
year,
directing
the
city
manager
to
prepare
the
initial
assessment
role,
providing
for
conflict
and
severability
and
providing
an
effective
date.
Thank.
A
K
A
H
Just
one
quick
thing
when
we
do
come
up
with
the
the
hearing
in
June
and
I've
had
a
conversation
with
both
Howard
and
Michaela
about
this.
There
are
some
properties
in
burn
styles
that
are
already
underground.
I
want
them
specifically
outlined
in
a
map
form
so
that
people
can
see
what
properties
are
not
gonna,
be
assessed.
The
$75
yeah.
H
O
O
P
A
L
O
A
P
A
R
R
It
was
only
fair
because
he
told
me
I,
didn't
say
anything
about
me
having
to
wear
pants.
If
there
are
any
questions
there
shouldn't
be,
this
is
a
cash-flow
need.
We
don't
know
when
FEMA's
gonna
show
up
with
their
reimbursement,
we
can't
risk
it.
The
vendors,
of
course
expect
to
be
paid
and
they
will
leave
if
we
don't
pay
them.
So
this
is
just
a
formality,
but
it's
an
important
one
and
we've
got
it
out
far
enough
that
we
shouldn't
have
any
problems
with
the
timing,
and
this
was
just
a
safety
valve
for
us.
R
A
A
Okay,
next
to
the
consent
agenda,
there
are
four
items
on
the
consent
agenda:
approval
of
the
minutes
for
April
18,
2018
and
three
legal
to
legal
invoices
and
the
monthly
litigation
report.
Would
anybody
like
to
pull
any
of
those
four
items?
Would
any
citizens
like
to
comment
on
the
consent
agenda?
Please
make
your
way
to
the
podium
over
here
to
my
right.
You
have
three
minutes
seeing
none.
We
will
entertain
a
motion,
move
approval
of
consent
agenda.
Second,.
F
A
A
So
now
would
be
the
time
if
you'd
like
to
comment
on
the
award
to
reft
Ellis
for
the
impact
fee
study.
The
discussion
regarding
the
city's
Cafer,
the
harbor
walk
area,
2
a.m.
to
be
conceptual
plan
review,
the
additional
harbor
access
land
purchase,
the
continuation
of
the
discussion
regarding
update
to
the
citizen's
master
plan
and
the
kayak
storage
and
the
special
residential
overlay
district,
and
that's
all
we
have
currently
printed
on
the
agenda.
So
those
are
the
items
if
you
want
to
speak
on
any
of
those
items
now
would
be
the
time.
S
Morning
for

my

I'd
like
to
take
the
opportunity
to
introduce
a
recently
formed
group
of
citizens
who
want
to
assist
in
the
appropriate
growth
and
planning
of
our
beautiful
downtown

and
the
city's
growth
in
general
moving
forward.
We
feel
that
integrating
citizen
participation
into
both
the
updating
of
the
2005
citizens
master
plan
and
the
Sunseeker
resort
ad
hoc
committee
is
essential
in
obtaining
a
neutral
cross-section
of
residential
input,
while
maintaining
healthy
public
transparency.
S
Our
Group
Smart
Growth,
Punta,

z--
goals
are
to
help
drive
the
city
to
appropriate
growth,
as
defined
by
those
who
live
here.
Those
who
work
here
and
those
we
look
forward
to
attracting
as
neighbors
and
business
partners,
we
offer
collectively
a
wealth
of
knowledge
and
representation
from
all
over
Punta

that
can
assist
in
moving
forward
in
a
profitable,
exciting
expanse
into
the
future.
S
We
are
ready
to
volunteer
our
time
and
efforts
to
move
forward
together
with
the
city
to
take
Punta

in
the
direction
we
need
to
go
in
order
to
achieve
those
common
growth
goals.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
Thank
you.
One
more
thing
this
weekend
is
my
husband's
birthday
and
I'm
gonna
buy
him
a
his
hibiscus.
