change
order
that

comfortable

keep
the
drilling
going
and
the

work
getting

recommending
approval
of
the
change
order.

this
change

things
that
drove
this
change
order
number
one
and
the
large
one
was
our
geologists
that
designed
this
deep
injection
well
anticipated

injection
zone

at
a
certain
depth.

was
300
feet
lower
that
was
based
on
the
injection
depth
of
Injection
zone
of
our
of
our
well
at
the
wastewater
treatment
plant,
as
well
as
geology
in
the
neighborhood.

until
we
drill
the
well,
we
don't
know
exactly
where
the
injection
depth
is
going
to
be
the
boulder
zone.
If
you
will,
it
turned
out
to
be
300
feet
lower
instead
of
being
2700
feet,
it
was
3,000
feet,

we
had
300
feet
of
casing,
300
feet
of
drilling
and
all
the
time
and
material
associated
with
that.
So
it
was
strictly
time
and
material,
because
the
design
of
the
well
is
not
how
it
had
to
be
done
with.
That
was
the
monitoring.

that
goes
along
with
the
deep
injection.

start

general
funding
it

have.
The
most
of
these
are
projects
that
carry
over
each
year.
We
have
the
NPDES,
which
is
the
national
pollutant
discharge,
elimination
system,
storm
sewer,
reconstruction,
total
maximum,
daily
loads
bridge
repair.
Those
have
come
to
you
every
year
and
they
have
a
certain
set
amount
per
year.
Any
funds
not
currently
spent
do
carry
over
to
the
following
year
for
projects
that
will
come
up
under
those
categories.

The
drainage
improvements
is
the
newer
one
that
we
start
last
year
with
the
five
hundred
thousand
and
we
currently
have
five
hundred
thousand
budgeted
at
the
general
fund
that
was
recommended
in
April
the
fire
apparatus
we
did
bring
to
you
when
we
talked
about
the
general
fund.
It
was
in
the
list
for
the
funding
on
the
five-year
plan.
It's
just
moved
over
here
to
not
skew
that
department
capital,
so
we
purchased
the
fire
trucks
out
of
this
fund.

City
Hall
renovation
came
earlier
this
year
and
we're
starting
that
with
the
first
phase
of
twenty
eight
thousand,
and
when
we

to
the
unfunded
list,
there

some
other
phases
included
there.
The
Cooper,
Street
Center
roof
replacement,
is
sixty
thousand
and
is
currently
on
schedule
to
come
from
general
funding
and
then
the
trabe
you
woods,
initiatives

also
discussed

April
and
approved
so
see.
That's
there

on
that

So
far,

the
next
one,
is
the
assessments
for
the
Charlotte
Harbor
project.

we
don't
have
a
full
cost
yet,
as
that
is

being
worked

amount

we

it's
coming
from
the
US
alone

move
around
the
perimeter

that
project
they
were
looking
at
again
looking
at
engineering
in
2020
and
the
actual
work
would

out
later
so
they've
earmarked
it
for
2022.
At
this
point
again,
those
are
things
we're
looking
at
and
they
will
come
back
later.

unforeseen

Actually,
it
deals
with
utility
lines
regarding
the
Gilchrist
Park
phase,
one
project
and
there
and
one
of
the
lines
is
on
Durance
Street
intersection
with
Retta,
and
the
other
line
is
along
the
area
where
we're
going
to
be
putting
in
the
street
trees
along
Retta.
So
one
is
an
abandoned
water
line.

one
is
a
very
active,
so
we
need
to
work
around
it
and
it's
going
to
neccessity
additional
work.
Ylor
engineering
has
negotiated
with
the
contractor
the
costs,
forty
six
thousand
two
hundred
twenty
six
dollars
and
ninety
cents
and
the
reason
we
want
to
get
started
immediately.
Is
we
don't
want
to
delay
any
more
days
with
the
contractors,
as
they
could
claim
a
delay
on
the
part
of
the
city?
And
that's
the
last
thing
we
want.
It
will
necessitate
possibly
keeping
Retta
closed.

effect

couple
of
things
for
those
who
may
not
know
we
are
in
Charlotte
County,
we
are
part
of
a
group
called
the
Southwest
Florida
Regional
Planning
Council.
All
cities
and
counties
in
the
state
basically
participate
in
a
Regional
Planning
Council
in
some
part
of
their
state.
We
belong
to
a
six
County
group
called
Southwest
Florida
Regional
Planning
Council,
which
meets
in
Fort
Myers.

County
Commission
voted
last
week
to
throw
their
50%
in.
So
it's
moving
forward
and
everybody's
happy
and
we
want
to
keep
it
going
forward
and
keep
a
positive
momentum.

that
was
exciting.
One
thing
I
would
like
to
possibly
suggest
we
end
up
running
a
lot
of
our
meetings
run
very
long,
and
it's
just
a
suggestion.
It's
not
necessarily
something
we
have
to
do,
but
I,
like
our

colleagues

we

the
beginning

meetings.

always
have
proclamations
and
employee
recognition
attending
a
council.

meeting

little

enlightening
and

they
really
kind

go
forward
with
that
fairly
quickly

takes
a
lot
less
time

we

maybe
something
we
want
to
consider
in
the
future,

format
and

just
wanted
to
put
that
out
there

food-for-thought.

newsletter

quarter

members

we're
actually

continuing

making

asking

whether

not
the
children
were
getting
all
the
recreational
activities
and

being
that
I
do
volunteer
there
just
to
answer
that
publicly
every
day

children

they
come
back

school,
they
do
the
homework
person
and
they
always
go
do
activity.
So
there
is
no
I
guess
question
that
they
get
adequate
social
and
recreational
time.

don't
know
where
the
question
came
from,
but
the
question
was
made
now
adding
to
this

My
mother
was
on
campus
for
Western
Michigan
yesterday,
and
she
had
three
meetings
with
them
and
they
asked
very
directly
how
they
can
be
more
involved
in
the
immediate
community,
so
we're
actually
Western
merchants
can
be
working
very
actually
directly,
with
Cooper
Street
to
assist
it
with
all
of
its
programs
and
its
vision,
both
forwards
used
as
well
as
elder
program.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
very,
very
exciting
relationship
with
that.

want
to
share
that
as
well
as
well
as
the
library
system,
the
public
library,
funding
or
library
from
the
fall
is
going
to
be
also
working
with
Cooper
Street
in
terms
of
the
educational
outreach
center,
so
that
middle
school
high
school
kids
would
be
able
to
come
there
to
be
able
to
research.
Different
colleges
may
be
technical
schools,
art
schools,
different
career
paths
and
so
there's
a
lot
of
exciting
things
coming,
and
these
things
will
come
out
mixels
letter.
A
lot
of
these
developments
will
be
revealed
as
well.

I'd
like
to
reiterate
what
councilmember
Matthew
said
about
the
librarian
and
you
all
your
efforts,
your
efforts
and
staffs
efforts
to
get
closure
with
the
county
on
that
funding
is
a
tremendous
achievement
and
accomplishment,
and
we
really
look
forward
from
a
residents
and
citizens
standpoint
to
have
a
wonderful
library.
