Know
we,
as
the
owner
of
the
property,
can
insist
that
they
use
that
equipment
in
that
location
if
it's
been
sanctioned
or
close
to
being
sanctioned
or
if
it's
available
as
a
solution
to
being
sued
or
putting
up
a
screen
that
may
or
may
not
solve
the
problem
that
may
be
worth
looking
into
at
the
moment.
They've.
D
Gone
to
a
quieter
ball,
the
quieter
paddles
are
not
so
readily
available.
They
even
went
so
far
as
to
try
out
this
foam
ball,
which
did
not
work
because
it's
basically
changing
the
whole
game.
The
way
the
ball
bounced
the
way
the
ball
came
off.
The
paddle
it'd
be
like
playing
tennis
with
one
of
those
practice
foam
balls.
You
know
you
may
get
your
swing
down,
but
it's
not
really
going
anywhere,
so
they
did
try
it
out.
D
They
had
the
pickleball
people,
try
it
and
it
was
not
favorable,
and
it's
not
the
kind
of
ball
that
they
would
able
be
able
to
use
in
any
kind
of
tournament
or
any
kind
of
sanction.
They
do
have
a
different,
quieter
ball
now
than
what
they
originally
had
when
they
first
started,
but
it's
a
percent,
it's
a
percentage
of
the
noise
and
they
looked
at
putting
things
down
on
the
court.
Well,
the
sound
is
mostly
from
the
paddle
in
the
ball.
That's
where
most
of
the
sound
is
coming
from.

D
D
A
B
D
I
D
D
My
problem
with
looting
the
time
is
that
from
what
I've
heard,
I
don't
play
pickleball,
but
there's
two
groups
of
people
that
play
in
the
day
and
there
are
people
that
play
in
the
afternoon
night
time
that
are
younger,
that
work
that
have
kids
set
it
up.
So
the
daytime.
You
know,
if
you
take
away
the
daytime
hours
you're,
taking
the
daytime
people's
time
away.
You
take
away
the
night
time
taking
away
when
it's
cooler
and
when
people
can't
play
during
the
day,
so
I
I
mean
128
on
Sunday.
D
H
H
Right
but
punta
gorda
club,
you
have
to
join
okay,
the
south
county
park,
it's
temporary
at
their
temporary
nets;
okay
and
there
may
they're
controlled
similar
to
the
way
we
used
to
do
it
in
here.
So
it's
not
as
yeah
nice,
so
that
we
just
need
to
get
them
to
convert
some
tennis
courts
to
pickleball,
and
that
would.
I
H
It
was
I
think
if
we
had,
in
my
opinion,
if
we
had
a
reasonable
option
out
there,
that
they
could
play
and-
and
we
knew
that
they
could
then
I,
wouldn't
feel
so
bad
about
restricting
play
at
Gilchrist
to
time
and
that
kind
of
thing,
because
there's
an
option
right
now.
It's
not
is
clear
of
an
option.
A
J
I
A
D
H
D
G
Tell
you
exactly
how
we
did
it
mark
hearing
our
city
engineer
is
here
to
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong
Ellis,
we
took
magdalena,
for
instance,
we
also
put
him
on
Coronado
and
they
use
engineering
standards
and
the
design
of
the
share.
Oh
and
they
placed
it
appropriately
throughout
the
road
we
didn't
think
about
whether
or
not
a
particular
location
was
dealing
with
a
house
or
not.
It
was
based
on
engineering
principles,
I
I,
don't
know
what
else
to
say:
I
mean:
can
we
move
them?
H
Just
have
one
question,
and
that
is
that
the
one
that
FDOT
put
the
sharrows
on
Olympia
and
Marion
they're
just
white-
they
don't
have
the
glenum
in
the
gray
background
and
I
was
wondering
why
it
was
that
we
have
the
sharrows
with
green
background,
and
you
know
I
know
that
makes
it
stand
out.
So
you
see
it
and
you
know
perhaps
that
might
be
the
part
that
might
make
it
a
little
bit
more
objectionable
because
it
says.
C
There
are
two
options:
the
plain
white
one
mark:
garing
public
works.
There
are
two
options:
the
plain
white
ones
that
FDOT
uses
and
the
high
visibility
ones
that
we
use.
We
sat
down
with
urban
design
and
we
came
up
with
a
proposal
that
the
high
visibility
ones
were
we're.
What
we
needed
to
have
this
set
apart.
A
lot
of
places
that
are
making
bike
lanes
now
are
actually
painting
the
pavement
green
as
part
of
that
to
make
it
much
more
noticeable.
H
Glad
Nancy
I
personally,
if
it
was,
if
it
was
in
front
of
my
house,
I,
wouldn't
object.
I,
certainly
understand
that
the
residents
concern
that
it's
everyone's
not
going
to
feel
like
I
do,
but
I
don't
know
how
we
can
ask
you,
know
and
pull
all
the
residents.
Would
you
want
this
in
front
of
your
house,
because
then
I
mean
it's
like
that?
It's
just
not
practical!
That's
not!
I.
E
C
J
J
You
take
a
pride
in
your
house,
I
think
it's
important
that
you
can
go
in
and
out
your
house
without
having
to
that.
Have
that,
on
your
mind,
three
or
four
six
times
a
day,
they're
ugly,
there
was
no
need
to
put
them
right
outside
people
sales
and
this
business
of
I
had
the
engineers
come
here
and
they
said
they
got
to
be
120
feet.
2
inches,
that's
not
rocket
science!
If
it's
150
yards
and
the
next
one
is
175
yards,
what
difference?
Does
it
make?
It's
a
sign?
J
You
know
send
in
a
rocket
to
the
moon
that
there's
a
there's
a
center
section
there
via
Tripoli
on
the
bend
they
could
have
put
I.
Don't
like
the
green
size
anyway,
there
to
view
they
could
put
sign
right
there,
not
outside
directly
outside
somebody's
house,
and
people
will
just
drive
around
the
bend
and
see
it.
It
wouldn't
be
right
outside
my
driveway,
it's
just
unacceptable
and
what's
wrong
with
the
little
signs
on
the
post.
It's
fine
for
Retta
Esplanade.
They
don't
have
them
down
there.
There's
the
little
green
sign
on
a
post.
J
Why
should
I
have
to
put
up
with
it
every
day
with
those
ugly
sign
when
my
neighbor
sees
it
they're
going
to
go
crazy,
it's
right
outside
that
the
driveway
is
unacceptable.
Think
about
it.
Would
you
really
like
it
outside
your
nice
house,
that
you
take
a
pride
in
you?
Do
nice
landscaping,
I've
had
Vikas
come
by
on
the
sidewalk
and
say
oh
you're
helps
it
looks
beautiful
I
see
ya.
What
do
you
think
about
those
sides?
Well,
I
wouldn't
want
them
outside
my
house.
J
I
cannot
early
on
a
Saturday
morning
and
a
Sunday
morning
purposely
to
see
what
bike
has
come
around
there.
You
may
have
early
in
the
morning.
You
might
get
1215
group
of
bikers
come
around
and
that's
it
most
of
the
bikers
that
ninety
percent
of
them
they
all
come
on
the
sidewalk.
So
it's
not
a
case
to
say:
oh,
we
have
so
many
bikers
you
got
to
be
careful,
they
don't
get
in
an
axe
in
there.
That's
not
the
issue.
J
E
I
D
I
C
No
concern
as
to
where
they
go
in
front
of
that's
not
part
of
the
criteria.
It's
spacing
their
location
in
relation
to
intersections
they're,
not
spaced,
a
certain
number
of
feet
apart
there.
They
they
range
from
I.
Forget
the
numbers.
I,
don't
have
them
with
me,
but
we
have
to
place
them
then,
in
respect
to
the
intersections,
because
you
can't
put
one
in
an
intersection,
you
don't
want
to
put
it
before
the
cars
enter
the
lane.
A
I'm
really
sorry
that
you're
upset
about
this,
because
and
I
appreciate
that
it
is
a
visual
blight
but
I
know
it's
something:
we're
trying
to
do
to
be
bicycle
friendly
without
closing
streets
and
doing
anything
too
drastic.
It's
recognizable,
we
have
an
older
community,
they
do
see
them
more
readily
than
the
other
ones.
I
mean
it's
just
part
of
the
process.
It's
part
of
the
plan.
B
B
C
I,
don't
think,
there's
anything
like
that.
What
we
try
to
do
because
of
the
locations
where
we're
putting
ours
their
residential
streets,
with
lots
of
other
intersections
we're
trying
to
put
them
in
a
pattern
where
people
will
see
them
for
the
short
distance
that
they're
on
that
road.
If
we
were
doing
us
17
where
the
majority
of
the
traffic
is
traveling
through
for
several
miles,
the
spacing
requirements
are
different
than
we're
trying
to
capture
somebody
who's
catching
41
here
and
turning
it
shreve
there.
C
D
B
F
D
F
H
H
C
A
E
G
C
G
E
E
D
G
I
I
had
two
things
actually
one
is:
we've
just
got
a
notification
from
the
NPO
that
Florida
fdot
has
added
funding
to
the
Sun
trails
projects,
and
one
of
the
two
of
those
projects
are
the
the
bridge,
the
alligator
creek
bridge,
the
expansion
of
that
an
hour
Mert
and
also
the
funding
for
thee.
Where
is
the
other
one
going
underneath
41
on
the
north
side
of
the
bridge
to
go
underneath
and
double
back?
So
this
funding
and
FDOT
schedule
a
work
for
those
two
projects?
A
hundred.
I
Other
issue
I
had
was
really
gotten
a
little
bit
upset
with
the
disrespect
that
the
new
owners
of
the
slip
nap
had
for
the
city
in
terms
of
letting
their
property
just
go
into.
Such
disrepair
and
I
know
they've
been
in
front
of
code
and
and
they
have
a
whole
bunch
of
fines
levied
against
them
and
I
was
wondering
if
there's
any
other
actions
that
we
might
consider
taking
against
them.
B
The
point
that
you
know
we
can
foreclose
on
that.
Assuming
it's
not
homestead
property
which
doesn't
which
this
is
not.
But
then
there's.
You
know
the
cost
of
foreclosing
on
the
lien.
So
that's
one
one
tacked
that
can
be
taken
not
without
cost.
The
other
is
that
we
have
the
ability
to
through
a
process
that
is
in
our
code,
have
the
code
enforcement
board
direct
or
request
the
city
to
clean
it
up
and
have
it
treated
as
a
special
assessment
action
by
the
city,
which
we
then
can
go
in
and
Bill
them.
B
B
K
B
B
Just
thinking
out
of
the
box,
a
little
bit
kind
of
like
Congress
can
not
necessary
subpoena,
but
ask
request
the
owner
of
the
property
to
come
and
talk
to
the
City
Council
so
that
the
owner
actually
has
from
the
City
Council
directly
their
concerns,
as
opposed
to
these
people
that
they
have
been
hiring
to
be
surrogates
for
thee
or
that
come
to
code
enforcement.
You
don't
really
care
you
might
they
may
ignore
your
request
to
come
forward,
but
as
if
they're
trying
to
do
a
business
in
town,
they
may
be
unnecessary.
B
B
No,
oh,
no,
this
and
and
and
the
code
enforcement
board
is
doing
exactly
what
they
need
to
do,
and
that
is
that
the
more
that
they're
ignored
the
higher
the
fines
progress
and
we
recently
I
think
had
a
it
was
a
repeat
violation.
So
those
fines
are
up
to
five
hundred
dollars
per
day
and
the
code
enforcement
board
is
not
shy
about
saying
you
need
to
pay
attention
to
our
consulate.
D
B
B
B
B
She'd
no
longer
shows
up,
and
we
had
some
manager
come
by
and
they
were
apologetic
and
promised
everything.
And
it's
just
you
know
it's
gone.
That's
why
I'm
wondering
now.
You
know
what
their
true
intention
with
respect
to
that
property
is
going
to
be
I.
Think
even
there
was
a.
There
was
a
sign
that
they
had
up,
but
was
a
temporary
sign
that
we
made
them
take
down
or
they
voluntarily
take
down
the
side.
K
For
the
record
Terry
tubs
urban
design
yeah
the
sign
they
had
requested
at
one
point,
the
grand
opening
permit,
which
allows
a
banner
for
up
to
60
days,
60
days,
came
and
went.
Nothing
else
really
happened.
They
did.
They
were
also
cited
for
the
non-conforming
sign
which
they
did
take
down
but
late
on
the
property,
apparently
until
just
real
recently
I
got.
K
But
the
the
cleanup
right
now
is
what
the
city
has
done.
We
have
made
contact
with
that
platner.
He
actually
called
upon
receipt
of
one
of
the
fine
orders
and
although
it
is
rather
clear
and
the
order
said,
what
does
he
need
to
do?
Lisa
Hannon
did
read,
read
him.
The
order
explained
everything
that
needed
to
be
done,
and
that
was
pretty
much
when
things
stopped
happening
and
we
would
get
calls
or
emails
from
the
other
young
lady
that
they
had
hired.
She
was
working
with
a
lighting
company.
K
They
were
going
to
put
lights
on
the
property,
wanted
to
know
what
the
requirements
were.
We
sent
the
requirements
three
or
four
different
lighting
companies,
but
apparently
they
would
never
sign
a
contract
with
them,
so
nothing
further
would
move
forward
and
so
will
pretty
much
I
mean
we
got
to
the
point
where
the
property
was
looking
so
bad.
We
did
finally
have
to
hire
and
the
last
board
order
said
that
their
failure
to
clean
up,
which
I'll
cause
the
city
to
clean
it
up
and
file
a
lien
for
the
costs.
B
B
B
Step
of
having
that
property
come
into
our
ownership,
so
it's
a
process
not
without
cost,
but
there
is
a
way
for
us
to
ultimately
remedy
those
situations.
It
doesn't
happen
overnight
and
unfortunately,
that
particular
property
is
right
there
on
the
bank
years,
yeah
well
working
at
oh,
no
I'm
talking
about
the
slip
knot
right.
A
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
to
you
Rachel
and
the
staff
for
the
halloween,
because
it
really
has
become
quite
an
event.
I've
been
hearing
from
all
the
kids
that
that
is
their
favorite
place
to
come
said.
Well
there,
everybody.
Are
you
doing
that
again
this
year?
Are
you
doing
that
again?
It's
all
I've
been
a
couple
years
so
and
now
it's
a
big
hit.
So
thank
you.
It's.
H
F
H
Nancy,
oh
my
only
comment
is
we
set
a
record
today
on
the
longest
council
meetings
since
I've
been
on
councils.
D
D
And
I'm
sorry
I
had
to
leave,
but
my
son
is
doing
well
and
he's
all
bruise
back
together
which
had
to
happen
so
sorry
about
that
it.
You
know
what
if
it
could
have
been
any
other
way,
I
would
have
changed
it,
but
I
couldn't
so.
Okay,
citizens
comments
on
any
topic.
Please
come
to
the
podium
on
this
side.
You
have
three
minutes.
L
E
G
L
Mccormick
in
my
capacity
with
drug-free
punta
gorda,
which
is,
as
you
know,
I
got
a
ten
year
grant
to
fight
youth
addiction
and
you
are
invited
to
a
luncheon
on
November
29th,
we're
bringing
the
nationally
recognized
speaker,
Carolyn
Coleman,
it's
at
the
Isles
yacht
club,
and
you
will
you
will
notice
you
have
a
selection
for
lunch
with
no
price.
The
drug
free
punta
gorda
group
will
be
buying
your
lunch,
but
we
would

Thank
you.
