C
C
I
believe,
if
we
want
to
really
enhance
some,
what,
if
I
that
this
is
something
that
isn't
as
a
must-have,
whether
it's
this
year
next
year
or
at
some
point
in
time,
we
will
see
a
breakwater
out
there
if
we're
going
to
be
using
the
waterfront,
but
the
request
from
the
sailing
club
we
set
up
at
that
top
right-hand
corner,
that
there
be
a
cut
and
what
do
they
get?
The
breakwater
ended
an
additional
area
to
get
the
sailboats
out
from
the
ramp
area
out
into
the
harbor.
A
C
Noise
I
think
that
it
will
happen.
I
think
it
needs
to
happen.
You
know
we
may
want
through
at
some
point
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
some
projects
that
may
occur
as
a
result
of
some
of
the
funding
that
we're
going
to
realize
from
Fisherman's
religions
and
some
of
the
other
sources.
We
may
want
to
take
a
look
at
this
in
that
context
and
see
if
it
makes
sense
at
that
point
in
time.
I
think.
D
E
And
and
I
I
agree,
remember:
we
we
Patty
and
I,
went
over
to
Jensen
Beach
to
look
at
their
sailing
program
and
the
wonderful
activity
center
that
they
there
and
it's
a
wonderful
thing,
but
the
you
know,
as
we
keep
researching
this
I'm,
finding
a
lot
of
information
like
when
we
have
the
regattas
and
exactly
what
you're
saying
about
the
launch.
You
really
can't
have
a
big
regatta
there,
because
you
can
only
have
that
one
launch
area
so
over
at
the
beach
complex.
They
have
a
beach
/,
Jensen
Beach.
E
They
have
a
beach,
so
they
launched
off
of
that
Beach.
So
this
is
really
in
my
mind.
What
I
see
is
is
a
small
sailing
program
like
we
have
there.
You
know
well
bigger,
it
could
be
definitely
bigger
than
it
is,
but
also
if
we
have
the
activity
center,
there
have
boats
for
residents
to
be
able
to
go
grab
a
boat
like
in
jensen
beach.
They
have
a
membership.
So
if
you
are
qualified
and
you
can
sail,
you
can
get
a
paddleboard,
you
could
get
a
sunfish.
D
F
I'm
saying
this
now
so
that
it
will
be
in
the
minutes
so
that
this
ever
does
go
forward,
we
can
go
back
and,
and
we
would
be
reminded
of
what
I'm
saying
now-
there
is
a
very
strong
legal
argument
that
we
have.
That
would
allow
us
to
avoid
the
necessity
of
getting
a
States,
merge,
lands,
lease
and
the
fees
associated
with
that.
And
if
and
when
this
ever
goes
forward
hopeful
or
remember
that
okay.
G
G
A
B
Yeah
just
start
with
a
blank
sheet,
I
think
would
be
good
Howard
to
let
people
know
that
we're
going
to
start
that
process
next
year
and
reach
out
to
the
boat
club,
because
I've
received
emails,
that
it
seems
like
people,
don't
realize
what
we
are
going
to
be
doing
and
that
they
will
be
included,
and
so
I've
said
you
know.
No,
it's
we're
going
to
be
doing
this.
It's
going
to
be
inclusive,
so
I
think
just
to
let
people
know
this
is
going
to
happen,
would
be
a
positive
thing.
D
Okay
moving
on
thank
you.
Next,
we
have
recommendation
from
City
officer,
city
manager,
the.
G
H
G
We
will
we'll
have
that
plan
to
you
obviously
ahead
of
the
council
agenda,
but
we'll
be
preparing
that
in
the
December
first
couple
of
weeks
in
January
and
and
then
as
part
of
that,
we
will
have
included
that
staff
is
going
to
be
setting
up
some
community
meetings
or
community
conversations
whatever.
If
you
want
to
call
it
with
getting
some
input
on
the
budget
process.
As
we
said,
we
would
so
that
we
can
come
back
to
you
in
April
that
time
frame
with
a
more
definitive
of
some
ideas,
but
anyway,
second
meeting
in
January
yeah.
C
I
Yes,
Thunder
boards
and
committees,
we
do
have
the
continuing
vacancy
on
the
general
employees.
Pension
board
counsel
had
asked
that
how
we
look
at
some
of
the
applications
that
we
have
on
file
we
did
reach
out,
but
we
have
not
received
any
responses
back
so
still,
no,
no
parties
yet
interested
in
that.
I
D
D
A
A
D
B
G
I
I
C
D
You
policy
and
legislation,
I
don't
have
anything.
Howard
is
gonna.
Go
with
me
tomorrow
to
the
southwest
florida
League
of
Cities
December
meeting
where
representative
Kristin
Jacobs
is
going
to
be
the
guest
speaker,
so
we'll
be
doing
that
tomorrow
will
not
be
able
to
go
to
the
Baker
Center
with
the
with
the
fire
department
that
I
wish
them
well
and
that's
a
really
cool
thing
that
they
do
so
I
won't
be
there
for
that,
but
other
than
that.
Merry
christmas
happy
new
years
you
and
2016.
B
No
I
have
none
merry
christmas.
Happy
new
year
will
enjoy
a
nice
break.
A
D
C
A
couple
things
first,
first
son
of
the
penny,
christos
annual
party
or
so
get
together,
is
a
complex
with
our
city
council
meeting
and
the
first
meeting
in
January
I
thought
we
might
send
a
letter
expressing
desire
to
be
there
but
I've
watch
that
we
have
a
council
meeting
and
thanking
them
again
for
everything
that
they've
done.
You
want
to
do
want
to
do
that.
Well,.
D
E
D
D
D
B
B
E
D
C
Good
anything
I
think
that
we
should
I'd
like
to
provide
an
update
and
have
some
conversation
about
where
we
are
with
with
peace
river.
At
this
point
list
we
spoke
that
we
were
going
to
try
and
come
up
with
a
plan
for
grant
Harper
that
wouldn't
which
showed
that
they
could
build
on
that
property,
attain
a
maximum
density
and
still
have
land
left
over
to
accommodate
the
amenities
such
as
pools
and
tennis
courts,
and
someone
like
that
staff
has
completed
that
and
they
have
sent
that
over
two
grand
harbor
for
their
review.
C
C
Okay,
so
so
we've
done
we've
done
that
and
we
talked
about
the
possibility
of
relocating
peace
river
into
ponce
park.
We've
done
that
we've
I've
had
some
conversation.
I.
Think
some
of
us
had
some
conversation
with
with
our
building
department
and
the
requirements
to
build
in
points
park
at
a
velocity
zone
may
raise
some
considerable
cost
for
Peace
River
Run
I
hope
that
they
are
aware
of
that
and
considering
that,
should
it
come
through
that
the
point
that
we
do
decide
to
move
into
the
park,
that's
where
we
are
just
one.
B
It
can
be
in
the
conversation
and
in
the
discussion
so
that
they
realize
you
know
we
all
realize
what
we're
talking
about,
because
we've
all
of
you,
yes,
we're
going,
we
will,
you
know,
bring
them
into
the
part.
What
will
that
look
like
and
what
we'd
be
required
to
do
and
all
of
a
sudden
I
started
picturing
things
in
my
mind,
and
it's
like
whoa.
That's
going
to
be
really
different,
really.
D
B
B
C
The
at
the
cost
component
from
from
what
I
have
to
write
the
talk
is
about
a
3,000
square
foot.
Building
which
might
under
normal
conditions
outside
of
a
velocity
zone,
was
first
in
a
neighborhood
of
maybe
three
hundred
thousand
dollars
at
100
bucks.
A
square
foot
is
a
point
that,
in
a
velocity
zone
we've
gotten
indication
that
it
could
cost
as
much
as
twice
that.
I
C
J
C
J
J
President
Peace
River
Wildlife
Center,
we
have
been
consulting
with
a
local
architect
and
what
we've
been
told
is
the
area
is
four
feet
above
sea
level
so
that
the
building
at
the
very
minimum
would
have
to
be
seven
feet
higher
than
the
elevation.
So
that's
what
we've
been
told,
whatever
information
the
city
has
been
able
to
garnish.
If
you
can
share
that
with
us,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
going
forward
that
we
have
all
the
information
to
make
an
informed
decision
would.
H
D
C
J
J
That
would
be
not
possible
Kim
because
it
would
require
a
great
deal
of
interruption
in
the
flow
of
how
the
animals
are
cared
for
and
how
we,
you
know
how
we
operate.
You
know
the
hospital
has
to
be
in
proximity
of
where
we
have
flight
cages
and
we
have
all
the
cages
what
animals
are
recovering
and
where
we
would
have
to
bring
more
injured
animals
into
that.
So
they
have
to
be
closed.
D
G
From
a
staff
standpoint,
here's
what
here's
where
we
are.
We
will
try
and
get
an
answer
before
the
end
of
this
calendar
year
from
Grand
Harbour,
yes
or
no
except
our
plan.
Or
do
you
not?
If
you
don't
accept
our
plan,
it
means
you
still
want
to
have
your
profit.
Fine.
We
have
an
answer
because
we
think
that
as
a
city,
we
hold
the
Wildlife
Center
an
answer,
and
we
need
to
do
that
in
January,
so
that
we
plan
to
have
an
agenda
item.
G
I,
don't
know
if
it'll
be
the
first
or
second
meeting
in
January.
We've
got
to
get
the
answer
from
Grand
Harbour,
first,
that
if
the
answer
is
no,
we
are
or
even
if
the
answers.
Yes,
we
want
to
get
on
board,
go
out
with
a
request
for
proposal
to
bring
a
design
firm
on
board
to
help
us
redesign
part
ponce
park,
because
we
have
the
ideas
from
the
engineering
students.
They
were
ideas.
We
really
don't
have
a
solidified
plan,
and
so
we
want
to
start
that
process
and
then
the
Wildlife
Center
can
know
definitively.
G
A
There
is
a
nice
hunk
of
piece
of
real
estate
there
that
just
has
the
statue
on
and
people
don't
really
use
it
as
much
as
they
use
the
beach
for
the
sunsets
and
so
forth,
and
so
that
we
can
look
at
ways
to
get
the
most
bang
on
the
buck.
For
that
property,
which
is
an
incredible
piece
of
property
for
public
I.
J
D
E
To
thank
you,
Tom
for
taking
that
on
Merry
Christmas
Happy
Holidays
Happy,
New
Year's.
This
is
what
you
know
my
favorite
time
of
year,
everyone's
having
a
lot
of
fun
downtown.
It's
really
pretty
lots
of
activities
wanted
to
remind
everyone.
Tonight.
Is
the
ugly
sweater
run
from
the
foot
landing
to
Fisherman's
Village,
so
we'll
be
out
there.
My
madre
and
I
our
judges,
I.
D
B
E
E
H
E
Can
make
it
out
come
on
out
cuz
it'll
be
fun.
What
time
do
they
come
in?
They
come
in
at
seven,
okay,
so
well
so
that'll
be
fun.
So
have
everyone
have
a
safe
and
happy
holiday
and
see
you
next
year.
D
K
Morning,
patty
Allen,
general
manager
of
Fisherman's
Village
I
have
two
things.
First,
thank
you
for
the
waiver
it
and
thank
you,
staff
and
everyone,
David
and
Howard
for
working
on
that
to
keep
our
process
moving.
Secondly,
as
you
know,
you
I
have
my
mother
here
from
Canada
and
what's
what
my
mother
don't
cry.
G
K
I'm
going
to
say
every
time
she
comes
down,
she,
she
looks
forward
to
coming
to
city
council
and
she
cannot
believe-
and
this
is
unusual
in
any
City
I-
think
she
cannot
believe
that
in
my
phone
I
have
the
mayor's
number,
the
police
number
and
just
the
friendliness
of
our
council,
because
it's
not
that
way
everywhere
and
she
said
the
mayor
knows
my
name.
She
says
how
does
the
mayor
know?
My
name
I
said
trust
me.
K
Everybody
knows
your
name
here
in
Punta,
Gorda,
and
and
so
it's
not
it's
not
the
norm
and
I
just
did
the
end
of
this
year
and
with
all
the
staff.
This
is
an
incredible
place
to
live
and
in
its
thanks
to
all
of
you,
each
and
every
one
of
you
and
the
many
leaders
in
this
community
that
put
this
community
together
and
I
am
not
only
proud
to
work
here,
but
I'm
very
proud
to
live
here
and
to
be
part
of
it.
