time
it's
back
up
again
and
anyone
can
see
that

see
the
sign
that
says
Maksim
ma
xim
is
the
name
of
the
commercial
real
estate
group.

they
say

and
explain
things

what

taxes
that

paid
on
a
particular
property

I
noticed
and
for
the
city
marketplace.

know

good

they're
listing

listed
ideas
of
what
might
happen
with
that
property
and
then
also
in
this
brochure,
they
mentioned
that
the
idea
of
the
building
it
said
to
build

height

50
feet
above

heights
and
I
know
that

think
that
still
perhaps
still
open,
I
think
it's
interesting
to
note
that
the
city

City
marketplace
is
going
to
keep.

right
now

feet
and
they've
also
increased
the
amount
that
they're
asking
for
the
property
they've
increased
it
$400,000,
so
they're
not
seeing
that
50
feet
is
a
limit
to
increase
it
$400,000.
