Think
the
city
should
be
asking
mr.
Hebert
to
give
it
an
accounting
aware
that
seventy
eight
thousand
dollars
went
I
think
we
should
be
asking
for
the
full
ninety
five
thousand
dollars.
It's
the
shitty
share
and
we
needed
to
get
these
seniors
back
in
their
housing.
We
have
waiting
long
waiting
list.
We
have
over
600
people
waiting
on
a
waiting
list
for
help.
A
B
Good
morning,
Marie
Rose
a
couple
months
ago,
I
suggested
that
maybe
it
was
time
for
another
county
commissioner
city
council
meeting
to
talk
about
the
South
County
overlay,
which
is
far
overdue,
because
I
thought
that
was
due
to
the
city
last
June.
If
you
can't
do
that,
could
you
at
least
when
you
talk
to
the
commissioners
about
the
library,
bring
up
the
South,
County,
overlay
and
I
think
one
of
the
things
that
highlights
the
need
for
it
is
back
many
years
ago
we
pointed
out
they
first
start
to
talk
about
this.
B
The
ugliness
of
the
sign
at
the
liquor
store
I
thought
nothing
could
be
uglier
than
that
until
now,
when
you
drive
by
its
faded-
and
you
see
a
big
purple
mass
sitting
there
and
as
we
move
down
the
loop
road
with
development,
if
we
don't
get
that
overlay,
that's
what
we're
going
to
have
folks
and
this
county
isn't
going
to
move.
Unless
we
brush
room.
B
Speaking
of
the
library,
the
other
thing
that
you
may
want
to
consider
is
the
old
utility
area
may
have
potential
if
Western
Michigan
becomes
a
reality
and
impact
for
any
reason
for
through
or
to
provide
additional
development
in
support
of
that
project.
So
I
think
taking
a
deep
breath
and
standing
back
is
a
positive
mood
because
Western
Michigan,
because
of
a
lot
of
our
problems,
including
increasing
the
capability
of
the
citizens,
their
opportunity
to
develop
and
become
educated,
which
is
one
of
the
big
handicap
that
we
have
for
new
businesses
coming
here.
B
The
last
thing
that
I
will
suggest
is
we
talked
about
the
walmart,
and
how
did
you
make
them?
Look
upon
us
as
a
great
community.
The
strongest
asset
that
we
could
have
in
that
argument
is,
if
you
could
talk
to
the
developer
of
the
loop
who
stood
before
this
County,
whether
this
city
commission
and
said
it's
the
best
city
as
they've
ever
worked
with,
get
him
to
tell
that
to
walmart
that
takes
more
The.
B
Wall
Street
Journal
had
an
article
last
week
that
these
popular
contest
to
get
trader,
joes
or
walmart,
or
somebody
else
from
citizens
that
doesn't
that
doesn't
impact
them
one
iota,
but
I
think
a
voice
like
the
Luke
developer
would
have
a
huge
impact.
My
best,
by
the
way,
congratulate
sin.
A
great
meeting
today.
Thank
you.
C
Sam
Castronovo
cement,
awakes
I,
think
the
city
is
making
a
mistake
by
signing
on
to
the
Western
Michigan
use
of
the
impact
site
that
sites
highest
and
best
use
would
be
for
luxury
condominiums,
there's
very
little
property
facing
the
river.
That
would
have
a
river
view
right
now.
There's
fifty
thousand
dollars
of
taxes
being
collected
from
that
piece
of
property.
C
If
it
was
developed
into
luxury
condominiums,
you
would
have
the
chance
of
a
half
a
million
dollars
with
the
taxes
being
collected,
there's
a
lot
better
places
for
those
students
to
be,
and
most
certainly
the
first
place
would
be
maybe
closer
to
the
airport
rather
than
having
to
transport
them
from
here
over
to
there.
I
see
no
benefit
to
the
city
whatsoever
for
allowing
them
to
move
at
that
impact.
Take
that
off
the
tax
rolls.
A
D
Steve
Fabian
got
up
there
and
talked
about
the
housing
authority
and,
yes,
we
do
need
to
get
that
phase
2
going
in
an
email
from
Bob
Hebert
from
the
county
to
Paul
Rhoads,
who
was
the
consultant
without
for
the
housing
authority
to
get
that
project
movement?
It
reads
the
seventy
two
thousand
five
hundred
seventy-eight
dollars
and
seventy
cents
is
the
allocation.
That's
going
to
go
towards
phase
two,
which
is
the
amount
of
about
eighty
thousand
less
of
ten
percent
administrative
fee
72,000.
D
Now
they
need
95
at
least
they're,
getting
that
72
plus
plus
an
additional
75,000
committed
in
prior
years
towards
the
project.
So
the
way
I
read
this-
and
this
came
from
the
county
administrator-
is
that
it's
about
a
hundred
and
forty
seven
hundred
and
forty
eight
thousand
dollars
that's
going
to
be
put
towards
the
project
not
including
next
year.
No
148,000.
