No,
but
I
did
get
rave
reviews
about
Howard's
city
manager
ride
at
the
pedal
in
play,
which
took
place
last
friday,
I
heard
from
the
organizers
and
the
participants
that
it
was
a
very
unique
experience
that
you
wouldn't
find
in
other
cities
and
places
where
these
other
people
were
visiting
from
and
they
really
loved
it
and
enjoyed
it.
So
thank
you
for
that.
Yes,.

With
one
reason,
why
is
as
they
can't
get
a
bike
stolen
and
we
just
trust
our
people?
I
also
want
to.
I
want
to
thank
staff
just
in
general,
because
they
do
such
great
work
to
begin
with
and
I
hope
that
Mitchell
doesn't
think
we
will
beating
up
on
him,
because
I
really
did
appreciate
the
insight
that
he's
given
us
and
I
do
think
they
were
going
to.
We
want
to
go
onward
upward
as
a
bicycle.
D
Community
I
also
want
to
thank
Howard
and
staff
for
solving
a
what
was
a
glitch
regarding
the
affordable
housing
issue
in
trade
blue
woods.
Rather
than
stumbling
and
saying:
oh,
my
god,
it
was
okay,
we
got
it.
We
got
an
issue
here.
It's
just
Alvin
and
I
want
to
thank
staff
and
Howard
for
just
preemptively
going
down
that
route.
H
A
H
Just
like
to
congratulate
Tom
again
and
the
entire
police
department
and
their
reference
in
apprehending
the
suspect
in
7
11
months,
that's
a
relief
to
all
of
us
and
how
would
we
do
we
stand
with
the
South
County
overlay?
What
would
the
water
that
was
sent
to
the
commissioners
learning
about
that?
But
you
can't
you.

Good
afternoon
gene
pelowski,
a
West
End
drive
citizen
two
things.
One
thing
that
wasn't
recognized
was
the
great
job
that
the
police
department
did
I'm
pedal
and
play,
and
in
controlling
traffic
crossing
41
and
several
other
sites
real
superior
job.
This
year
they
really
coordinated
really
well.
The
second
thing
is
a
lost
control
consultant
regarding
the
bicycle
thing:
Tom
hinted
at
it,
but
there's
the
possibility
in
many
instances
of
the
plans
that
they
showed
you
that
elements
could
be
accomplished
now
at
a
very
low
cost,
restriping
and
so
forth.
K
One
of
the
issues
would
be
like
on
Olympia
Avenue,
where
there
are
three
lanes
are
ready
to
leave
the
parking
exists
on
one
side
of
the
street
and
putting
the
Cheryl
lane
on
the
far
side
of
the
street.
So
you
could
be
accomplishing
this
as
you
go
in
in
segments.
Yes,
it's
not
a
comprehensive
plan
because
that's
what
you
asked
for
a
couple
meetings
ago,
but
there
are
things
that
we
can
do
and
accomplish
at
this
time
that
will
make
it
much
more
friendlier
for
the
bicyclist.
K
A
E
A
E
E
Reality
is
that
to
take
away
Elaine
or
to
create
a
bike
lane
on
that
right
hand,
side.
Imagine
this.
If
you
have
a
bike
laying
that
you
have
restrictions
on
cars,
you're
going
to
have
a
lot
of
cars
coming
out
that
still
intend
to
make
a
right
hand,
turn
and
you're
going
to
have
a
bike
lane
dedicate
a
bike
lane
here
on
the
right
side
and
you're,
going
to
have
cars
and
bikes
going
like
that.
E
A
I
I
It's
an
outstanding
job.
That's
good
news!
Bad
news
is
on
my
usual
self
back
folks.
It
absolutely
no
problem
with
the
markings
going
down
on
Coronado
in
the
other
streets.
I
think.
That's
a
great
idea:
it's
a
reminder
that
the
bikes
are
going
to
be
there
before
you
go
that
before
that,
and
you
start
closing
lanes
changing
Road
patterns.
I
You've
got
a
verse.
You
need
to
do
a
very
strong,
sell
job
to
each
of
the
communities
that
you're
going
to
go
to
whether
it's
the
downtown
merchants
or
it's
the
people
live
in
PG
I,
because
if
you
start
making
major
changes
on
Marion
the
other
streets,
if
you
don't
do
a
sales
job,
people
are
really
and
truly
going
to
be
upset
and
I
would
urge
you
to
do
that.
Thank
you.
